The political party elected in the state and national election often misconceive the electoral mandate and exploit power against people electing them to government. Upon being elected to office, the state and national government are provided all facilities including personal privileges funded by the people as taxpayers and contributors to the state and national economy. 

The law and order is a critical function in a society. However, when the public funded law enforcement exercise power against civil society in a manner as a parallel wing held above the law that are strictly applicable to them as well, the wheels of justice becomes dysfunctional.

Anytime in a situation, one side in uniform is loaded and armed explicitly as authority with power against the other who is contrarily unarmed with no badge or battalion viz. political, press and propaganda machinery like film industry to subvert truth and reality, the former exerting dominance and violence is not uncommon.

The reason politics treads carefully against police brutality and in certain systems vehemently lending carte blanche authority to police force is predominantly for personal interests to cover own backs using the police to silence democracy.

Any police misconduct which is unfortunately extreme against the weak, vulnerable, marginalized and importantly unarmed segments in society dismissed as a mere isolated incident by politics and press, there is a pattern established in repeat crimes by law enforcement. Notwithstanding politics and press dereliction of duty to curb recurrence.

Such demeanor from the most critical representatives viz. the people appointed government, the political opposition and the press to remain silent during the armed personnel atrocity against the unarmed civilian bereft of any representation clarify complacency and complicity from all three sides i.e. the ruling government, the political opposition and the media. 

In fact, the key political opposition otherwise exploiting opportunities to blame the ruling power on any issues for political advantage in a state equally bear the burden for not pursuing such issues in the state assembly to deliver justice to victims family on deaths in police custody. 

The political opposition could also legislate laws against law enforcement or any government agencies and institutions exceeding norm in interaction and investigation process with the public. The political opposition have the power and constitutional responsibility to introduce bills to probe actions on abuse of power by law enforcement or even judiciary failing to address social injustice at any time. 

The political opposition failure in this regard hold them responsible for the community suffering with no end in sight. Besides, the inactions from the ruling faction and opposition exemplify apathy towards segments not part of the vote bank or electoral votes in the calculated political response. 

Furthermore, the political opposition remaining oblivious at that time doing nothing to help victims and families affected by police hardline tactics is a serious negligence.

The same political party DMK upon assuming power recently as the ruling government in Tamil Nadu, India overtly promoting the movie script of the incident among several others over a period of time with them alternating governance in the past three decades clearly specifies political opportunism to spark communal divide. 

The film industry primarily under politics rein obliging the state government in bringing to light the plight of a particular community is truly telling on the close partnership between politics and entertainment.

It does not stop there. The script deliberately falsely portrayed to stir more controversy for commercial gains and personal pecuniary interests by deception.  The hatched political script serve selective profitability at the cost of other community and targeted individuals. 

Notably, the political spin in the camera roll immensely acknowledging the political ally the advocate Chandru as the lead player – more than deservingly while the actual entities in real life with at least one member interestingly named Govind verifiably having sacrificed his entire life until justice was sought for the victims’ family eliminated from the script is wicked concoction. This is especially when the script emphasize the true story conviction with enactments to suit the political whims and fancies of the opportunists and profiteers in the project. 

Not to mention the hype on communism and marxism in the theme amid the film titled after India’s social activist and constitution author Dr.Ambedkar, a staunch opponent of communist and marxist ideology premised on power centric politburo and violence as the order to oppress population.

Never mind the boost to communism in the film perhaps to appease neighbor Beijing, the CCP leadership in China despite India enduring the grueling impact of the COVID19 second wave and now on to preparing for the fourth OMICRON variant reportedly detected in India. Additionally, China’s aggression on the Himalayan region with Indian defense force stationed in the hostile Himalayan outposts in the past two years is of least concern to film makers and monetary beneficiaries in the project.

The communism profile in the film would largely associate as coalition with the ruling state political power – the DMK in Tamil Nadu.

The film makers justifying the recognition of communism and marxism as the adaptation from the real episodes with certain communist party members supposedly initiated legal support to victims’ family is one aspect. In stark contrast to reality, the same film makers and profiteers slighting the true samaritan Govind’s entire selfless contribution to victims’ family lasting several years in the legal battle mortify the convenient cinematic versions to omit the essential and glorify the minuscule again serving politics and film industry mutual desire.

Likewise, the victim’s spouse in real life introduced as Parvati with a different name for the character in the film in opposition to retaining original names for specific characters agreeable to the members involved in the notorious film project barely escape focus.

The reason behind the cock and bull story was given as Parvati allegedly a rape victim and in utter respect to Indian politics newly invented motto to selectively withhold rape victim’s name from public domain keeping into it is not necessarily practiced in all cases, the female name changed in the movie.

Not barring the individual paraded by Tamil Nadu diverse media as Parvati with interviews and generous tourism feeding and pampering the lady apparently hardly taint the alleged rape victim’s honor. Taking extra mileage in the bizarre portrayal of Parvati is her pregnancy in the movie when in reality the victim’s wife was admittedly 45 years old then passed her procreational aspiration or ability. 

Above all, the film propagated as shedding light on the misery of the film makers designated demography in society i.e. Irullar not Kuravar community, the source of the story line. The film makes no mention or hints to hold the ruling  power at that time viz. the ADMK under former Chief Minister Jayalalitha,  the political opposition DMK headed by party Chief M. Karunanidhi and heir M.K.Stalin and media responsible. The three combined abysmal record to protect not only the affected community but anyone from anywhere in the state of Tamilnadu or for that matter all over India experiencing abuse of power and systemic prejudice should have resonated in  the movie reminding the power brokers of their legislative and constitutional obligation to citizens regardless of electoral status.

It is suffice to say the cinematic liberties are also confined to rational parameters. The film makers and lead players monetizing others’ tragedies and vitriolic assaults on anyone viewed a fair game are required to  be either completely factual or display potential in wholesome fictional characterization. The semi-baked charred presentation as a true story is misrepresentation at best and fraudulence at worst. 

Whenever there is a foul play with intentional diversion to unnecessarily attract attention in the real or reel picture, the truth unravel revealing the black and white scenario. 

Nonetheless, the political and commercial profiteering at anyone’s expense under the guise of social cause is the ultimate goal that dominates the corrupt system bankrolled with dirty money and illegal funneling between politics and film industry collaborations. 

The maligning of religion with the goddess of fortune replacing the previously botched depiction of the negative character is succinct. The irony is the goddess of fortune expected to grant financial success on the movie having criminalized her in the backdrop with a political twist.

There are also questions raised from crony Tamil media paid by the film actor and director on why there should be any hue and cry over the contentious calendar on the wall? 

Whether the first calendar showing fire pot or the replacement with goddess Lakshmi. 

If the calendar on the wall was so irrelevant,

Why not use the media members’ family or even the lead actor’s off screen spouse portrait on the wall of the criminal’s residence? 

The reply aptly fits such arbitrary disposition. 

Why specifically choose the fire pot initially and then substitute with even more inflammatory depiction with Mahalakshmi picture?

How about my birth star god is Agni Dev and Sun representing the chief ascendant plagiarized from my autobiography manuscript? 

Another fact being – my great grandmother from my father’s side is named Irullayi Ammal  meaning the one who dispels darkness again lifted from my autobiography manuscript. 

The movie projecting the so-called Irullar community deceitfully cast as dark or doomed community when the actual incident involves the gypsy i.e. Kuravar segment. There were numerous queries in this regard from Tamil audience to which there has been muted response from the lead actor, producer and director of this highly politicized film. 

The wanton indulgence from the lead actor since the movie is marketed under the lead actor’s name as his film and the director are provocative. The actions adequately define the director as not Gnanavel rather Gnana Shunyam. 

These are well substantiated and accordingly merit appropriate and valid explanation from the lead actor, director and the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K.Stalin obviously not happy about exposure on his family possession of black money in Swiss Bank account leading the rest of political class and the corrupt legions in India.

Then there was the Dravida Kazhagam founder Periyar related articles published on this site posing legitimate questions on Periyar’s legacy miserably failing in abolition of caste system or emancipation of women who inarguably continue to remain the subject of ridicule and mockery for Indian politics, cinema and society at large.

There appears to be problems with the names like Krishna, Siva, Parvati, Lakshmi or Narayan for the crooked politics and corrupt film industry having exhausted relentless character defamation. Not that it makes any difference whatsoever to cosmic forces ultimately deciding these mortals fate one way or another. 

The desperate times seeking desperate measures is apparent utilizing the political and film industry alliance to hurt, humiliate and harbor ill feelings in the name of film making. 

The same would apply if not more to other trash releases earlier on caricaturing Hindu epics lead female character Draupati or God Siva oriented narratives in Rudra Tandavam by the Indian cinema – Tamil film industry on the brink of extinction. Anything involving corrupt money and illicit dealings inevitably deliver undesirable outcome. 

A word of caution for the film makers and politics in India. 

The Mahabharata’s protagonist Draupati was solely instrumental in the annihilation of Kaurav clan due to Duryodhana, Durshasan and their uncle Shakuny miscalculating women’s power. In this instance Draupati’s oath to settle scores with the three evil menaces prompted Lord Krishna to fulfill her request.  

Don’t mess with Draupati is the moral from Mahabharata. 

When there is no talent to produce anything original in the material starved film industry, the attempts to distort and denigrate anyone of their choice is the latest norm much to individual and collective harm within the circle.

What goes around comes around without exception. 

The audience acceptance or rejection of the contemptuous trend determines society’s present and future.

What is the biggest threat to political leaderships heading governments in contemporary politics?

Without a shadow of doubt – Democracy.

A real functioning vibrant democracy is feared the most and regarded serious threat to leaderships amassing power slighting constitution. The individual rights, liberty, free speech, peaceful assembly and democratic principles are systematically contained and eliminated in many instances to rein control over citizens and nation at large.

The elections transformed into mere formality with the convenience of electronic voting machine serving in voting irregularities to transfer and/or reject votes for the desirable outcome. The democratic process is subverted to suit political agenda.

As for the press, media variety – they are utilized as state propaganda machinery disseminating information to mislead and misguide the captive audience.

The law enforcement is misused citing national security. The police in uniform are deployed on the streets not for public safety and security rather to silence and disburse the frustrated farmers’ peaceful demonstrations or citizens fearing unconstitutional laws aimed at their fundamental citizenship rights like in India.

In the United States – the citizens opposed to vaccine mandates are isolated for seeking state recognition on basic rights concerning health matter.

The irony in the United States federal and certain states law on vaccine mandate is the democrat party in power cherish pro-choice policy in reproductive health to appeal to women electorate across the party lines during election. The House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s recent trip to the Vatican to lobby on the contentious matter considering the religious influence on members following the faith exemplify the democrat party leaderships political interest.

However, the ruling democrat administrations at the federal and many states are against pro-choice on vaccine issue. The individuals regardless of political affiliations are voicing their legitimate concerns over personal health either having experienced adverse effects from COVID vaccine or witnessed and passively endured serious ramifications to their loved ones including tragic loss of lives prompting them to protect individual discretion on personal health barring state interference.

According to the sources behind vaccine campaign, the COVID vaccine related negative effects are statistically lower despite extreme reactions amongst some vaccine recipients since inoculation of the population. The position highlights apathy to the families and victims facing real problems on vaccine associated response at individual level.

The democrat governments and other government agencies COVID vaccine mandate tied to jobs ignoring citizens’ genuine reservations is paradoxical to democrat party favored pro-choice on women’s reproductive health. While the democrat governments and those favor pro-choice on one i.e. the reproductive health, the pro-choice denial to vaccine resistance based on individual health history clarify undemocratic political decision.

The political systems in contemporary politics are increasingly apathetic to citizens’ rights and instead engaged in suppression of the republic status.

The political leaderships in other so-called democracies on the other hand are preoccupied in strengthening their power alarmingly leaning towards authoritarian style. The classic symptoms of such governance is evidenced in overt control over press, media, entertainment and communication outlets besides using them for state indoctrination.

The public tax payers funded government agencies like income tax, intelligence apparatus and technology resources are used against government critics and those targeted as obstacle to anti-democratic governance.

The general environment in present politics is to undermine democracy, decline constitutional rights and laws, violate individual rights at state’s will…are the pre-cursor to end republic status.  They are by no means democratic or in the least independent with liberty and justice for all.

There are reports emerging in the supposedly world’s largest democracy viz. India on unlawful detentions of citizens without due process for valid reasonable discussions on government’s utter failure to address COVID health disaster, economic shambles and above all massive corruption.

The citizens are apprehended under the Central and State maintained UAPA – unlawful activities protection act.

The controversial UAPA inarguably executed by the Central i.e. New Delhi and State government viz. Tamil Nadu among several others following suit for self and vested interests. The UAPA is not set up to rescue the state or the nation from any domestic or foreign threats as falsely claimed by the political establishment. The UAPA is arbitrarily imposed against anyone exposing corruption and criminality in governance.

The UAPA is a dangerous precedence and designed to repress republic rights against draconian measures and tyrannical regime evolution at the central and state authority in India. 

Elsewhere, the Russian federation is distanced from democracy with leadership extraordinary power and extra judicial actions against opposition denying any rights to contest election or participate in public address of overwhelming majority seeking free and fair access to alternative political thoughts and factions in the country.

The Russian citizens having been subject to anti-democratic conditions up until now deservingly yearn for revival of democracy, credible elections with multi-party contest unlike state declared election result as the majority representation in Duma to amend constitution aimed at extending status quo.

The other undemocratic interventions like internet censorship, filtering and monitoring the information flow in the cyberspace against own citizens are inherent authoritarian functionality represented in name only democracy and overt dictatorial rule.

The world has suffered and paid enormous price in blood and treasure under anti-democratic leaderships and political systems. The public revolt against hard-line unconstitutional laws and egregious violent crackdowns are testament to extremist governments removal from power.

The prominent western democracies taking pride in own democratic systems while direct or indirect involvement in installing, promoting, nurturing, fostering and funding dictatorial regimes worldwide such as the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, South and South East Asia… are responsible in many ways in depriving the population in these regions from freedom, sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Again the western and any other foreign infiltration not possible without internal entities and political interests’ treason in nations entrenched in corruption, mass deception and violation of public trust.

Power corrupts human mind and absolute power corrupts those at the helm absolutely and ultimately delivering inevitable expulsion from authority.

The government accountable to taxpayers and electorate is democracy. The reversal i.e. people fearing government as the intimidating authority is tyranny. 

The gamble against democracy never proved gainful for those exploiting citizens’ patience and republic resolve. The republic awakening and empowerment is the only saving grace for constitution governed democracy.

Indian politics, media variety and the controversial contentious film industry, the three combined engaged in incessant virulent personal attacks and bizarre innuendoes is a wanton venture.

Instead, the three fields predominantly responsible for status quo in economy, social, political and national security crises beginning with introspection and necessary reform is the urgent need of the hour.

The trio funded with illegal money ranging from tax evasions, embezzlement, drug money to sex and flesh trade, human trafficking, extortions of all kinds are the norm. The corruption and criminality in politics, media and entertainment being real and not confined to cinematic versions suffice self-indignation and incrimination with the rich, famous and powerful exploiting others with political and social immunity.

The burning desire to be the news however might be the order. The trio focus on relevant responsibilities and tasks would rather benefit the field and the victims – i.e. the public forced to endure the cheap stunts and theatrics as the only survival and sustenance further confirm the precipitous decline within and overall.

The material starved politics, entertainment and media have plenty to dig into own inventory on corruption scandals and scathing profiles of the (in)famous and powerful in power whether past or present.

The world might be familiar with material theft such as cash, jewelry, property, land and grand larceny. The intellectual property, patents and creative arts piracy and plagiarism are yet another kind for the desperate and parasitic legions declaring incompetence devoid of originality and talent.

The contemporary practice to steal somebody’s life and unpaid hard work claiming proprietorship for power, fame and fortune mimicking the gestures and lifestyle is unprecedented and beneath human value. 

Interestingly, the ravenous participation is prevalent among those regarded the powerful, influential and prominent members in their field and public domain.

Imitation for personal interests might be flattery and the imitation without due credit is forgery.  

Nonetheless, imitation will always remain the artificial and superficial never matching or comparable to the genuine and bona fide. 

The trend hijacking the target’s personal life and unauthorized unethical swap with whomsoever is not without consequence. The ongoing blowbacks in such insolent indulgence with serious karmic effects realized by many in fatal obsession is a poignant lesson.

Besides, the involvement is aimed at tarnishing the target and varnishing the embarrassing image and legacy of those assuming the alter ego albeit in vain. The message is applicable to activities in the newly invented tradition in the past thirteen years or so.

Lastly, the trio insisting this site only discuss about them and nothing else or none other to dominate publicity is unfortunate and unwelcome. However, when the central and state government with extraordinary and often exercising extra judicial power for personal and political interests doing little or nothing to address serious crises such as economic, health, social and national security threats, the nation together with the society goes down and subjugated by foreign powers evidenced in the territorial annexations and occupation of the land boundaries. 

Ordinary people doing extraordinary things are admirable. The extraordinary powerful entities choosing to do nothing during crises is a major crisis for any nation and society.

The ruling political party RSS and BJP government exploiting religion, God and communalism is the legacy. The trend institutionalized by Prime Minister Narendra Modi since assuming power in 2014 until now is the last thing India needed with the nation brought down on its knees in every front under this government. 

The economy in doldrums, health disaster in neglecting corona virus ravaging effect consuming millions of lives with India leading the worst affected chart, national security compromised with China’s invasion of the Himalayan region and occupation of Ladakh and north eastern territories that are barely contained extending the standoff between the two most populous nations. 

The RSS mentored BJP government under PM Narendra Modi embarked on religion spin targeting Indian Muslims and Christians in multicultural and diverse religions nation such as India for political reasons is history repeating itself under this government.

The Godhra incident in Gujarat back in 2002 resulting in the loss of thousands of lives with majority muslims and many Hindus killed in the state sponsored communal violence under then Chief Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah is a dark episode in the political career of both members now reining control over the nation as the national leaderships causing trepidation among the minorities and marginalized Hindus nationwide. 

Kashmir has been indefinitely in lockdown prior to the pandemic and the situation in the valley worsening with no access to real journalism or press and media due to New Delhi’s curfew ever since the region was transformed from the autonomous state with state legislative assembly to central government run union territory in 2019 soon after the BJP government’s second term in office. 

The revocation of Article 370 in the Indian constitution related to the state of Jammu & Kashmir was PM Narendra Modi’s commitment to RSS political agenda. 

Now PM Narendra Modi playing the religion card in Tamil Nadu via BJP’s defacto faction Naam Tamizhar headed by Seemaan – verified as Simon – Tamil Christian in public domain. Naam Tamizhar Chief Simon aka Seemaan engaged by BJP to rake the mud using religions i.e. Christians and Muslims in India as European settlers and Arabic invaders per public statement by the latter.

The reality on present Indian minority groups in these religions clarifies them as Hindu apostate – the demography designated as the backward class (BC), other backward class (OBC), untouchables, outcasts, scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribe (ST)…etc. converting to Christianity, Islam and Buddhism to break away from Hindu caste based discrimination and isolation in society. 

The BjP leadership in New Delhi strategy on caste and religion divide to win election in Tamil Nadu and other states is unruly and undemocratic causing rift and tensions in society confronted with myriad challenges primarily caused by government failure to address any issues in the past and present. There are no plans either in the immediate future except fomenting communal and religious frictions and  unrest to gain and remain in power. 

In Tamil Nadu, the BJP government in New Delhi has  political factions working in their favor. The one mentioned above Simon aka Seemaan’s Naam Thamizhar promoting BJP’s religious polarization, the other being the Tamil film industry actor Vijay Makkal Iyakkam winning 115 of the 169 seats in Tamil Nadu rural election in October 2021.

Similarly, the political party by yet another Tamil film actor Kamal Hassan proved a BJP decoy to tilt votes making headway into Tamil Nadu politics. Furthermore, in this instance the prefix in actor’s name Kamal surreptitiously represent the BJP party symbol Kamal adding clarity to those aligned on caste based i.e. the so-called upper caste demography loyalty to the actor’s caste identity.

The Tamil film industry actor party is a BJP wing with Naam Thamizhar deliberate religious controversy at BJP’s behest driving the vote base to BJP’s Vijay Makkal Iyakkam making the entry into Tamil Nadu to reek havoc like in Uttar Pradesh and other states in India.

Interestingly, the Tamil film actor Vijay is publicly stated as a Christian and BJP’s anti-muslim and anti-christian rhetoric spread via Naam Tamizhar faction Simon aka Seemaan falsely claiming to represent minorities in Tamil Nadu is BJP’s political ploy to drive minorities to BJP funded Vijay Makkal Iyakkam.

BJP’s religion caste abuse proudly touted as the Chanakya tactic in action to crawl into Tamil Nadu.

The Tamil Nadu electorate is perhaps unaware of the behind the scenes developments and dramatic political games from the center deploying stooges in Tamil Nadu having excess baggage like illegal money stashed away by movie actors given their exorbitant price tag regardless of the film success or failure. 

The BJP government especially PM Narendra Modi’s policy targeting members with such vulnerabilities threatening them with income tax raids or buy them out with political position in quid pro quo is a well known fact.

The adage – Old habits die hard aptly fits the profile and performance. 

The public awakening to these developments is not an option but in fact critical to save democracy in crises right now.

The anti-democratic violation of individual rights and privacy facilitated by spyware malware called Pegasus supposedly sold only to governments and according to the public data on this controversial spyware –

“Israel’s Private Company NSO GROUP’s Pegasus spyware is classified as a weapon by Israel and any export of the technology must be approved by the government. Annual revenues were around US$40 million in 2013 and $150 million in 2015. In June 2017, the company was put up for sale for $1 billion by Francisco Partners.”

Obviously, the NSOGroup behind Pegasus spyware has global clients evidenced in annual revenues reported in the public information above. Among them, the Indian government headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah proudly claiming the effectiveness of Pegasus spyware to view anything and everything far away in the United States private citizens homes have confirmed the Pegasus spyware in their possession in public meetings and rallies recently, the comment meant as a threat and a matter of pride.

Nothing comes as a surprise with the political duo marking their career in Godhra violence in 2002 where innocent children, pregnant mothers, young men and women as well as the elderly were murdered and soon after not even sparing the judiciary member. The Mumbai High court judge presiding over the matter killed for non-cooperation in their favor. The horrific crimes against anyone regarded an obstacle in their never ending human rights violations from the state of Gujarat to India’s capital New Delhi is continued with political immunity and external support much to India’s detriment.

As for the Pegasus spyware, there was a raucous in Indian Parliament not long ago seeking the incumbent Indian government to come forward and clarify on the misuse of the Pegasus spyware. That being the case, the incumbent Indian government in possession of the Pegasus spyware using the technology arbitrarily proves the state’s authoritarian style rejecting democratic and constitutional rules for personal and political interests.  The trend is the precursor in the subversion of democracy and should raise the alarm to 1.3 billion citizens already subject to free speech denial. Any pseudo criticism of government is actually nuanced against the government’s target in a far away land to absolve the corrupt governance of any wrongdoing and criminal engagements that are one too many in the system beyond salvation.

The interesting aspect in the entire saga is the Indian government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah not availing the technology against the nation’s real adversary in control of India’s territory – Beijing, China initially dominant in the Himalayan region Aksai Chin Kashmir and Siachen region.

China’s PLA occupation has now expanded into Ladakh, Sikkim and north eastern areas redefining line of control along the entire Indian borders on all sides is the tip of the iceberg. As a result, the Indian defense force especially the foot soldiers in the army are deployed over eighteen months in the harsh inhospitable Himalayan terrain in the elevation of 20,000 feet above sea level. There were loss of lives with several Indian defense personnel martyred in the hostile confrontation with China’s PLA forces along the line of control last year amid the pandemic. The situation could have been averted with government’s preemptive measures using intel and technology resources saving lives in the prolonged quagmire.

Yet another conflicting fact is the Pegasus technology not having been utilized to detect activities next door in the neighborhood – the Wuhan lab, Hubei Province in China, the source and incubator of the deadly corona virus SARS COV2 with India experiencing the deadliest blow in the second wave termed delta variant of the pandemic. The government’s lapse or lack of interest in the appropriate use of Pegasus spyware for relevant purpose and instead expending in perverse course to spy on private citizens and their personal life beckon explanation from the Indian authorities in possession of this spyware.

The Indian leaderships viz. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah owe explanation to pandemic victims – the families who have lost their loved ones and earning members to the virus and the inhabitants fearing China’s PLA occupation of Indian territories for failing to protect them in the most critical moments despite the government armed with the lethal technology such as Pegasus spyware.

The most intriguing and incontrovertible truth being PM Narendra Modi’s personal account in China’s social media chat Weibo well after China’s invasion of Indian territories and pandemic consuming lives in India in all fronts – health, economic and military wafare in the Himalayan region. These events reflect dereliction of duty shirking responsibility in addressing dire crises at home for the head of the nation with second largest population in the world. The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi prioritizing personal popularity and prominence in global social platforms is unfortunate and deeply disturbing for any democracy.

Whom are these leaderships serving – India and the citizens or the foreign adversaries waging bio warfare through deadly pathogen viz. SARS COV2 triggering COVID-19 and simultaneously invading Indian territories that are inconceivably seized with irreconcilable aggression?

Something to think about for all those state sponsored contingency in different capacity. The so-called comedian or news laundry to defend money laundry, many fringe elements in social media as well as main stream bulwarks bribed, bullied and coerced to defend the present Indian government and political class deliberate debacles designed to drown India to the point of no return.

Presidential elections 2016 and 2020 comparisons in reactions and actions following the election.

The 2016 Presidential election was considered a done deal with a foregone conclusion of the democrat Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton as the winner even before the election was held in the nation. The democrat Presidential contender Hillary Clinton is by far the most vetted candidate considering a sprawling yet highly controversial political career beginning in Little Rock, Arkansas to the nation’s Capital Washington, D.C. 

The democrat Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s reluctance and defiance in accepting the previous 2008 election outcome in democrat primary against her democrat rival then Senator Barack Obama was viewed world wide. 

In 2016 the democrats primary election was fraught with internal conflicts within the party. It also involved the murder of then young 24-year-old Seth Rich, a democrat party worker shot dead in broad daylight in Washington D.C. The democrat party worker Seth Rich’s death barely caught media attention. Needless to say it did not bear relevance in the democrat party either. Seth Rich a democrat was the defacto democrat candidate Bernie Sanders supporter. The unlawful activities within democrat party in 2016 primaries prompted the democrat party worker Seth Rich to alert other fellow democrat workers due to serious ethical violations that eventually led to the resignation of then democrat party chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz, a democrat Congresswoman from Florida. The former DNC Chair Debbie Schultz was the democrat candidate Hillary Clinton’s strong supporter at that time. 

It was clear the democrat party primary election and nomination in 2016 was an internal battle with candidate Hillary Clinton reserved as the Presidential nominee and even going further, the President-elect in the domestic and foreign collaborative efforts to implement agenda in different aspects upon their preferred candidate Hillary Clinton assuming office in January 2017. 

Unfortunately for them, the 2016 turned out to be a major disappointment when the 2016 election delivered results against the democrats and foreign alliance anticipated outcome. The most aggravating issue for them was then Republican Presidential contender Donald Trump emerging the winner in 2016.

It would not be an exaggeration to describe the reaction and actions thereafter as all hell breaks loose from the democrat political party and those expecting the pre-ordained victory for their Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. 

The election night on November 4th, 2016 onwards up until January 2021, the dismissal of 2016 election result claiming the alleged Russian collusion dominated United States politics and congressional matter. The democrat party die hard supporters from different fields ranging from Hollywood to organizations affiliated to Clinton foundation and factions having invested $$$ in Hillary Clinton campaign were up the ante and launched personal attacks against then Presidential winner Donal Trump and campaign. 

There were some from Hollywood threatening  to blow up the White House while other so-called comedian actress exhibited her poor taste by holding a severed dummy head of the former President Donald Trump. She did not shy away from her public statement that in the real event there would be no ketchup alluding to violent regurgitation. 

Then there followed Robert Muller Committee wasting United States tax payer dollars to investigate the so-called Russian collusion in 2016 election. Even though the alleged Russian collusion well known as a political hatch by the accusers organized within Hillary Clinton campaign, the theatrics continued in Congress disrupting governance at all costs and any means to prove the myth about 2016 election. 

It did not end there. The series of investigations against the former President Donald Trump campaign and cabinet members not barring the former national security advisor General Michael Flynn and several others were subject to surveillance and FBI investigations in the extended Russian collusion allegation. 

The impeachment proceedings were also conducted against then serving President Donald Trump not once but twice setting precedence in American politics to indict the democratically and duly elected President between 2016 until January 2021.

The saga beginning in November 2016 until January 2021 is not yet over as it continues targeting members and individuals evident in the ongoing developments that are clearly politically motivated than moral or legal grounds behind these pursuits. 

Fast forward in 2020 election, the incumbent President Donald Trump securing the media confirmed 74 million votes though the actual figure falling anywhere between 80 – 84 million votes declared unsuccessful.

The real time voting and vote tabulations paused and intercepted in world view on election night in November 2020 arguably created dissatisfaction and mistrust in electoral process among the 84 million voters who voted for their incumbent candidate  President Donald Trump in 2020 election.

Furthermore, numerous voting irregularities and violations were noted and publicly substantiated during specific county election hearings viz, the Maricopa county in the state of Arizona that were not easily granted either.

The biggest travesty in the 2020 Presidential election debacle is the United States Supreme Court denying hearing on the matter. The 84 million voters represented as the electorate, United States citizens and taxpayers were declined a hearing at the highest court in land speaks volume on the democratic status or the lack thereof. 

Unlike the 2016 Presidential election, the 2020 Presidential election was adequately proved in public on foreign collusions, participation and deep involvement such as the real time vote tabulation in Berlin, Germany server rather than the United States technology resource.

The dissolved company in Spain hired in the voting machine calibrations and the fact dominion voting machine used in the election is reportedly Canadian based and not in the United States as would be required in any free and fair democratic election are incontrovertible. 

The direct influence of Beijing, the offshore billionaire George Soros directives known for interference in foreign elections and economies, the so-called social media viz. Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo…unsocial  undemocratic rules preventing and punishing alternative views, voices and concerns constitute meddling in 2020 electoral process. 

Above all, the Facebook’s founder Mark Zuckerberg’s unlawful investment in the democrat Presidential political campaign to a tune of half billion dollars in direct violation of election commission’s campaign donation limit not exceeding $2,900 per election for individual contribution was slighted in the 2020 Presidential election. 

The episodes in 2020 Presidential election breach is a setback for democracy and constitutional subversion. The foreign intervention starting with Beijing, the U.K. based billionaire George Soros and other foreign entities listed in the National Intelligence report suffice electoral interception. 

Internally, the domestic media, press, judiciary as well as state legislative assembly in the seven disputed states were a major let down for the American electorate expressing regrets and frustration over their votes not being counted and rejected in the 2020 Presidential election. 

Regardless, the 2016 Presidential election results were challenged throughout the four years term in office of the former President Donald Trump. 

In contrast, the 2020 Presidential election with conspicuous violations in the domestic and foreign front qualifying as rigged election maintained as fair and flawless mandate in itself is an irony.

Not to mention the contemporary crack down on discussions related to 2020 Presidential election exemplify zero tolerance to free speech. The constitutional right to present different perspectives in a democracy attracting politically charged repercussions is indicative of hard line policy in semblance with anti-democratic system viz. Beijing, China. 

The 2020 Presidential election is a victory for Beijing and anti-democratic elements evading responsibility on the pandemic triggering economic shut down in the United States Presidential election year. 

The two Presidential elections conclusively differ in civil democratic applications and compliance revealing the intoxication of power. The vulnerabilities with internal and external saboteurs exacerbate individual rights undermining constitution in the overt subjugation of the republic to legitimize illegitimacy.

There are two different types of crimes – one where those involved openly admit having done that regardless of repercussions. This type usually might justify their actions even though they may not be justifiable when there are loss of lives and the crime inflicting pain and suffering in many aspects to the victims.

Nevertheless, they remain firm in their convictions of the crime they are involved with and accept full responsibility.  In this way, this particular type exhibit resolve and courage in the admission of their participation. Whether the action i.e. the crime is right or wrong in legal, ethical and moral sense is a consequence they engage via appropriate channels such as judiciary and media platforms. At least they do not shy away from the admission of having committed the crime. 

Now there is the other type choosing the path of denial and defiance regardless of incontrovertible evidences leading to open shut case. This type circumvent the situation despite their direct or indirect involvement staring straight at them. They try hard to evade and mostly scapegoat anyone not even remotely related to their agenda.

Such characteristics are classic guilt syndromes prompting them to ignore the inner conscience and deviate from acknowledgment of the crime. This behavior subject them to enormous strife just to hide their crime and unnecessarily weave a web of lies, insinuations and far fetched explanations to evade responsibility.

As a result they continue to struggle in maintaining their versions considering the lack of courage and integrity to come forward and face the reality. In avoiding confirmation of their crime, they hope to avert the ramifications especially when they are protected with political immunity and other privileges. 

However, this second category end up experiencing excruciating guilt within besides their transparent trepidation revealing all that is clear to the eyes of the beholder. They are also saddled with excess baggage of maintaining muted response or alternatively obfuscate in their position. 

Either way they find themselves sailing in turbulent seas with no courage to confront the challenge. 

Courage is indeed a big deal in life amid or to deter any crisis.
