India’s middle class, the lower income together with the poorest of the poor in particular are confronted with economic and health apocalypse under the present administration of PM Narendra Modi.

Amid extreme health challenges and excruciating economic conditions hurting the entire nation at large, PM Narendra Modi’s government emulating China in unwanted and unnecessary territorial disputes especially with a friendly conciliatory neighbor, the Himalayan state, Nepal on Lipu Lekh – the road that leads to Sacred Mount Kailash and Holy Lake Manasarovar attracting pilgrims and followers of God Shiva from India, Nepal and worldwide is Indian government’s political maneuver to deflect public attention from burgeoning issues in the domestic front. 

The landlocked Himalayan State, Nepal for better or worse located between two neighbors India and China continues to face assertive and even aggressive territorial annexations from either side in recent memory.

Any nation deemed powerful on military, geographical, political and economic basis targeting anyone presumed little, weak and vulnerable in size and strength is a sign of contraction for the former underestimating serious repercussions in exerting dominance. History is testament to the fact. 

The world has come a long way and in the present time experiencing seismic shift in turn of events as a result of repeat mistakes and egregious involvement by those having presumptuously assumed dominance over others as their given right and entitlement.

Notwithstanding Karmic effects in correcting the wheel of justice to represent truth and fairness in all matter. 

Nepal is a nation committed towards secular, peaceful and diplomatic means to resolve issues of any kind with neighbors big and small in any dimension. However, the same are yet to be demonstrated by either India or China increasingly competing with one another in undermining neighboring states sovereignty and territorial integrity creating multifaceted potential quagmire.

Nepal is a country proudly situated in the foothills of Himalayas, the heavenly abode of God Shiva and the pilgrimage to Mt.Kailash is a major revenue source for the Himalayan State whose population heavily depend on seasonal tours and treks providing employment and business opportunity to the otherwise economically struggling developing nation.

Big countries facilitating growth and development in other nations without hegemonic interests and territorial aspirations would deliver mutual prospects rather than overpowering them with unacceptable occupation and invasion of their sovereign territory.

India under Prime Minister Narendra Modi driven by hardline political and fundamentalist ideology steering the nation towards undesirable trail proved not beneficial in improving bilateral and multilateral relations in the region near and far. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government focus on mitigating the rapid spread of corona virus saving and protecting lives leaving none behind in the immediate calamity along with executing meaningful effective economic plans and urgently required financial package, monetary assistance to all states and union territories in India is the hour of need.

Finally, no nation regardless of status could arbitrarily claim territorial rights with voluntary investment in other nation’s infrastructure premised on political and hegemonic goals denying the original state sovereignty to disputed territory.

The irreversible sovereign rights of victim nations apply to all situations dealing with active and passive territorial possessions by countries through force and coercion taking undue advantage of the respective positions in the geopolitical landscape.

Accordingly the contested territory Lipu Lekh and any other sovereign boundary and border of the Himalayan State Nepal in South Asia in dispute with India and China to be solemnly recognized as Nepal’s geographical domain in compliance to respecting territorial integrity of sovereign nations in the world.

The world run by sinister secret society designated deep state at various levels in different nations regardless of political system favoring unsavory proxies with tainted background and criminal profile not barring homicide prior to their political debut and some involved in communal violence orchestrated mass murder of children, women, youth and elderly in the native state, others adept in abuse of power become poster representative for the criminal clique.

How and Why do they plant these types in politics?

United States Congress passed $2.2 Trillion corona virus economic stimulus package of which $350 billion allocated towards Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) intended to pay workers employed by small businesses and local industry with 500 or less employees appear to be losing to hospitality industry big corporate chains protecting their investments in big hotels and franchises not only in the United States but worldwide.

Is this what lobbying Congress deliver lobby firms representing big corporate chains at ordinary tax payer expense? 

While the $2.2 trillion tax payers funded stimulus checks has strict income based means to qualify for $1200 payment to households leaving others above the threshold to fend for themselves,

The affluent members such as big hotel chains and real estate owners in hospitality industry in the economic sector with more than adequate resources and fall back options at their disposal depriving small businesses and their workers from receiving due economic relief deserves review and attention. 

Corporate bailout during any crisis is the norm burdening ordinary tax payers with generational debt. The corporate socialism typically provides opportunity to enhance  personal wealth in buy back stock holdings and corporate ventures taking advantage of incentives meant for small businesses and workers hit hard in the economic and health crisis. The loopholes in the economic package gained through lobbying is disproportionately misused denying other victims a fair share of the large stimuli. 

The relevant work force and organizations representing the weaker economic sector i.e. small businesses and employees who are laid off in the current economic freeze with no lobbying power unlike major corporate entities cannot be neglected considering they ultimately contribute to larger consumer base necessary for big corporate survival in any industry. 

The loans to small businesses expected to retain workers and employees in the $350 billion PPP package reaching the appropriate recipients is critical for economic revival.

Similarly, the upcoming $250 billion stimulus that United States Congress is about to approve targeting the vulnerable and severely affected local businesses and workers are facing fierce competition from bigger enterprise utilizing their lobbying capacity to maximum benefit.

Congress members heeding ordinary citizens economic plight in the unprecedented health and economic situation would guarantee better results in economic recovery. 

Average citizens as workers and consumers together with small entrepreneurs are equally instrumental in micro and macro economic management.

Accordingly, their growth and development is an integral part of economic sustenance.

Rafale deal at ordinary Indians expense or conveying heartfelt greetings to celebrities in Bollywood, Kollywood etc. and Sports world including invitations for tea parties and banquet dinners are the norm in PM Narendra Modi 2.0 era.

Now in the wake of corona virus, PM Narendra Modi government having evacuated some Indian citizens from certain foreign locations using aircrafts to bring Indian nationals home free of cost which means the price tagged on to the average citizens struggling to make ends meet in Indian economy, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi somehow did not have any contingency plan to organize basic economic relief and safe passage for the overwhelming labor force, the majority of them from north east, central and north west India hired as construction and factory workers nationwide.

It is not the dictatorship containing the virus.

It was the dictatorship in Beijing, China that contributed the virus evolving into global pandemic.

The appeasers promoting authoritarianism, totalitarian regimes, despots and dictatorships worldwide for narcissistic interests and mega profiteering are responsible for billions of population to remain prisoners in their homeland denied basic freedom, individual, political, civil and voting rights.

Oligarchy governance and special interests reining control over political and economic decisions in a democracy or any other form of government care less about human rights record of any nation involved in abusing citizens with torture, confinement in concentration camps, wiping civilization and culture to list a few among diverse inhumane practices while others espousing fundamentalist radical ideology using religion as pawn to oppress and occupy nations or impose undemocratic doctrine on segments within society on world watch is the norm with humanity conditioned to accept the status quo as irreversible condition. 

The corporate character prioritizing phenomenal profits over people to suit their specific economic goals and lofty financial gains is desensitized to the demise of moral consciousness within and around the sphere. Not to mention the Soul deprived of any peace in living and death for every one of them. 

The multinational corporations with manufacturing base, products assembly and distribution from China and other investment firms in the United States, Europe and elsewhere enhancing China’s economic and political clout have little or no concern on the dynamics of their capital investments in China strengthening authoritarianism diminishing any hope of freedom for people in China, the Uighur Muslims in Xinjiang province experiencing brutal exile, the pro-democracy movement in Hong Kong bleeding over the last eighteen months and longer or for that matter the long oppressed Tibet silenced with military boots in every nook and corner of the plateau and last but not the least Taiwan undermined on domestic and international policy for not in compliance with Beijing’s One nation two systems exerting authority over an independent sovereign state.

As for China’s neighbors beginning with the land locked Himalayan nation Nepal, India in the north eastern borders with China, Japan, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines combined dealing with constant incursions and territorial disputes in South China Sea is the biggest dilemma in South and South East Asia.

Now the question for United States Capitalists Socialism (bailing out large corporations and finance sector with taxpayers funds) maintaining close ties with China’s Communist Capitalism is;

What would it take for these multinational Conglomerate to recognize their direct involvement in the above cited human rights violations, iron fist rule in China with zero tolerance to any form of democratic activism, exploitation of work force and now the world brought under economic recession through global pandemic originating in Wuhan, Hubei province in China deploying aggressive tactics in suppressing the outbreak of the deadly contagion virus?

Starting with Tesla co-founder Elon Musk latest project undertaking attracting USD $1.3 billion from four China owned banks in China with the construction of factory in Shanghai, China to produce Tesla electric cars for sales in China, United States and world over is just one example among many in China’s magnetic influence over United States and European private as well as public sector.

Similarly, the world’s biggest online marketplace Amazon delivering merchandise with Made in China label directly or indirectly produced from China choosing to remain oblivious in the entire health crisis is deeply disappointing especially when at least eight or so Amazon employees in fulfillment centers across the United States join the SARS COV2 viz. the corona virus victim profile. Amazon was quick to rebuke a Delaware college student in the United States slamming the student with $3,800 fine on a $60 text book she had loaned and returned just four days late. Amazon reportedly refunded the student  after the incident made public quoting the same as ‘an isolated error.’

The absence of any remarks from major retailers like Amazon, Walmart and those in different economic sectors having stronghold in China’s economy facilitated by consumers and tax payers in the United States and other parts of the world in the globalized economy clarify the state of affairs leaving the global population vulnerable to Globalists prerogatives and discretion on mismanagement of health, economic and environment disasters.

On the political front, the different standards adopted such as severe economic sanctions against certain nations like Iran declined relief from trade embargo in the height of corona virus battle consuming lives at an alarming rate with western sanctions exacerbating Iranian victims and families plight in the emergency situation is against humanitarian value deserving condemnation.

In contrast, western powers partnering with China in every possible way from China being a member of G20, World Trade Organization (WTO), China granted most favored nation status (MFN) renewed by every administration republican and democrat alike in the White House and China also a permanent member of United Nations Security Council with veto power.

China on roster heading UNSC in the current month refusing to discuss the global pandemic is least surprising and other P5+1 members complacency in this regard confirms the importance or the lack there of on human lives amongst those wielding power in the global domain.

Regardless, indifference towards Iranian citizens and others sharing the western economic sanctions woes amid combating the deadly contagion virus and likewise slighting China’s 1.4 billion population and the rest enduring the Communist regime’s oppression in and around China categorically highlight the policy designed to punish people in the world over in western powers conflicting positions against nations to suit their exclusive aspirations in the geopolitical and global economic landscape.

The reason behind status quo i.e. deteriorating political, economic, social, religion, health and environment is falsehood, deception, misrepresentation, fabrication, fraud and gross violations in every respect in all quarters beginning with politics, communication media, economic sector, entertainment, religion and social causes engaged in appeasement politics.

The members involved in such unscrupulous practice fail to recognize the incorrigible conduct inevitably affecting the source and catalysts promoting self-destructive agenda targeting those they are unable to confront intellectually and in a civil manner with dignity and integrity arguably not in their interest or character.

Accordingly, society and civilization decline originates from corrosive divisive politics with zero tolerance to objective review and constructive dialogue considered anti-nationalism even going further in describing any reasonable political discourse and dissent as terrorism and treason. In short, appeasement politics is expected over honest perspectives on political power mismanagement of economy and all matter concerning the nation at large.

The preference in contemporary politics is silent public spectators and muted media allowing those in power to run a muck not excluding the license to kill ordinary innocent citizens at will, snowballing corruption scandals, systemic abuse of power and criminality dominating the system.

Politics run and represented communication outlets from major and mainstream television networks, print media to an array of social and conventional media platform operating 24/7  to mislead and misguide captive audience. The indoctrination via state media and their proxies on various platforms is toxic in a desperate effort to deflect public attention from real issues and those directly responsible for the colossal failure of their policy, plan and programs or the lack thereof to resolve any crises.

Politics is also transformed into theatrics with deformed facial features of all those in politics and fields such as entertainment, economy…and more related to politics. The cartoonish depiction of political members especially the non-performers, corrupt and anyone with negative image are projected with pouting lips and wearing eye glasses again clarifying criminal behavior on the part of those presenting such insidious projections much to their peril in the increasingly corrupt politics and unethical media indulging in self-mockery.

Then there are TV anchors and talk show hosts directed to follow the script in mimicking their arch nemesis and clownish appearance wearing artificial eye glasses is yet another display of self-deprecation with criminal politics playing to the gallery.

Under these circumstances, political suicide is imminent drowning media and crony contingency as well as all those performing to the whims and fancies of the political power cartels facing tumult and titanic shift leaving them in trepidation.

Those digging grave for others invariably find themselves in it with history and latest events testament to the fact.

Finally, the appeasement politics proved to endanger democratic rule marginalizing the highest office whether President or Prime Minister, those in the cabinet and political system to mere titles dependent on flattery and fakery rather than delivery.

The discerning audience rejecting appeasement politics is the preliminary step in turning the stone in politics.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi government and the state run media objection to UNHRC joining other local petitioners on the controversial #CAA, #NPR and #NRC in the Indian Supreme Court calling out UNHRC participation as foreign body intervention in India’s internal affair and further claiming that such activity is violation of India’s sovereignty deserves attention.

India’s position might be valid upon Indian government strict adherence to Indian constitution and democratic rule of law barring any form of discrimination and prejudice that the legislated act #CAA, #NPR and #NRC proved to be in the testing ground viz. the north eastern state, Assam.

Assam citizens requested for protection of the natives political, economic and social rights and the indigenous culture that are on the brink of dissipation due to migrants from adjacent West Bengal and population influx from Bangladesh post 1971 war between India and Pakistan.

Instead, Assamese problem exacerbated with natives and locals placement in detention centers on the basis of convoluted NRC and CAA diversion from initial approximately 33,000 immigrants to now 19% of population of which 12% are Hindus and Delhi Central government defined Hindu denominations viz. Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis and Christians leaving the remaining 7% muslims as illegals per PM Narendra Modi’ government’s declaration.

The foreign tribunal set up in Assam to filter the qualified against the non-qualified in the citizenship criteria already split internally with the resignation of a tribunal member dissenting on the corruption and lack of credibility in the process that apparently allowed applicants with forged documents bribing the administration officials while declining citizens with proper documents and papers on them.

The long established second and third generation citizens in Assam having been affected by NRC flaws could not even receive any justice in the State High Court interpreting the New Delhi government law as final.

As a result, the Assamese natives are being relocated from their place of residence to BJP government assigned detention centers with reports of some deaths in some facility from the inadequate accommodation requirements.

The cases in reference are as pointed out earlier on this site – the former President of India Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed’s family isolated as non-citizens of India.

Similarly the former war veteran Army Major Mohammed Sanaullah, a decorated Indian Army Officer having served Indian defense force for over thirty years and honored with Presidential medal for his bravery in Kargil war between India and Pakistan that almost led to nuclear meltdown in 1999 only to be now denigrated as a foreigner and dispatched to detention center could not be an inadvertent mistake. The Army officer Mohammed Sanaullah had to prove his citizenship in the court of law at his personal expense.

Needless to say ordinary citizens living hand to mouth in a distressed economy are not in a position to deal with such challenges evidently associated with #CAA, #NPR and #NRC.

These are the ramifications from #CAA, #NPR and #NRC that are falsely propagated as no brainer in implementation harming none anywhere in India despite the unraveling of the unnecessary government agenda.

The intriguing aspect of this #CAA in particular is the government plan to naturalize minority Hindus and Hindu category as outlined above from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh living in non-residential status in Assam legislated in Parliament with an amendment to the existing citizenship act. When the government could have granted asylum to all those members including muslims upon every one of them satisfying the standard criteria and importantly without criminal record.

PM Narendra Modi, HM Amit Shah and their surrogates in media and those representing the government in media discussions on this topic defend #CAA, #NPR and #NRC as laws that target none even though muslims are specifically segregated from this group for citizenship approval.

Furthermore, what was the need for  PM Narendra Modi government to amend the citizenship act for #CAA?

Again, when the matter could have been addressed without dragging the nation into quagmire producing protests followed by BJP government ministers and members unleashed hate speeches and inflammatory recommendations that consumed more than 47 innocent lives in the latest horrific Delhi violence and set North East Delhi on fire.

Obviously, these events suffice to summarize that are more to these laws that meets the eye and the government confirmation in this regard with no political will to resolve the issues amicably prolong the contentious citizenship saga.

Now on the issue of UNHRC accused of meddling in India’s domestic propositions.

The synonymous action from India, in fact  Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his government indulgence in neighboring Nepal, an independent sovereign state with democratically elected government passing a unanimous constitutional amendment in Parliament on Nepal’s Hindu status to secular state was condemned by PM Narendra Modi, his government and BJP in unison.

They did not stop at reprimanding Nepal’s leadership and opposition alike for this transition from Hindu state to secularism or pluralist status.

PM Narendra Modi unilaterally imposed economic sanctions against the economically struggling small nation like Nepal subjecting children, women, youth and elderly to extreme difficulties depriving them of food, medicines and basic essentials leading to casualties from that economic blockade lasting several months in 2015.

Perhaps at that time, PM Narendra Modi and cohorts singing in chorus now could have realized that India and Indian government had no business to chide Nepal nor possessed any right to intervene in Nepal’s sovereign decision let alone execute drastic trade embargo on Nepal.

Politics selective amnesia is well known and Indian critics on UNHRC sharing concerns as interventional fail to acknowledge own record fitting the profile.

India’s interference in 2015 was intrusive especially concerning Nepal’s admirable measure becoming inclusive in recognition of all citizens and diverse background in the country unlike India on the reverse course.

Often such examples serve as poignant moments in political history striving to safeguard democracy and constitutional rights of all citizens rejecting bias and marginalization of any segments in society.

Unfortunately, India is driven in the opposite direction in defiance of democracy, constitution and humanitarian law benefitting none at the end.

Indian citizenry consciousness and mass awakening to this effect pertinent to avert undesirable destination reflected in status quo.
