The democrat and republicans in local and national governance including judiciary imposing restrictions and ordinance on American citizens citing upsurge in corona virus – unleashed by China CCP from Wuhan, China while the democrat Presidency funded and backed by China CCP to power in American politics is Beijing’s master stroke aided by democrat candidacy including those launching their return to proxy power and crony press and media.

The hunger for power even after the official two terms in the White House is over 2009 – 2016 though the second term was negotiated between power brokers and the so-called then Republican opponent in 2012 Presidential election verify deep state politics.

In 2012, the republican electorate were simply written off to accommodate deep state, George Soros and allies approved incumbency in 2012.

The 2016 Donald Trump’s victory could not be digested by then democrat opponent Hillary Clinton, democrat establishment and foreign forces ever engaged in derailing democracy anywhere. One need not possess the highest degree and doctorate in law or for that matter be a law novice to defend oneself even in the court of law in light of incontrovertible truth substantiated with evidence based facts and information and good understanding as well as comprehension of the challenges and odds one is fighting against in any situation.

Any court of law cannot deny the right to self-defense and/or decline request to self-representation in litigation and matter concerning unjustified actions.

In the United States, the judicial system obliging and providing jury trial upon requests in civil and criminal proceedings maintain the tradition on faith in people’s court otherwise ordinary citizens as young as 18 years old to older adults presiding jury trials are not necessarily luminaries of law and legal expertise. Yet the jury picked among average citizens from diverse backgrounds and all walks of life are selected to serve in the court on any lawsuits. So much so the jury duty imposed as mandatory civic duty with penalty $1000 fine and imprisonment upon failure to comply juror summons from the U.S.District court and other judicial levels in a democracy rejecting freedom of choices is the irony.

The judicial system entrusting duty and responsibility to reach verdict by jury with or without legal credentials though majority of jurors falling in the latter category is not uncommon in jury trial exemplify trust in human discernment and benefit of doubt to individual ability to analyze and rationalize to arrive at collective conclusion.

How is it the prosecutor, defense counsel and the judge allow and accept common citizens’ participation as jury and anxiously await jury decision on civil and criminal lawsuits despite jurors lack of legal profile or accreditation from State Bar association and formal legal discipline?

The reality being politics created judicial system disenfranchised whenever anything found inconvenient by political class and establishment to suit their definition of who is acceptable and what is permissible in their interpretation of representation on all matter deficit in ethical efficacy and willful violations of rules applicable to all exempting none in a free democratic society.

Judge me not through your prism of prejudice. Fairness and tolerance require integrity and civility defining human character and real value.

The pervasive benefits from this critical life saving achievement would yield financial relief besides helping Senior citizens, people with prolonged illnesses and life threatening ailments now and in the long run.

The drug expenses post diagnosis and medical treatments alone dry up ordinary folks savings and income. Accordingly, any concessions and discounts reaching the patient rather than middle men and others hiking price for extraordinary profits is a direct benefit to ordinary people across the spectrum.

As such in a democracy, the constitutional right taking precedence in these situations is normal.  Accordingly, the incumbent or the challenger could seek recount and pursue legal course when election results become heavily disputable. Again this is not unprecedented considering earlier Presidential races i.e. 2000 with Gore v. Bush and in 2016 until 2020 following President Donald Trump’s victory never acknowledged by democrats with litany of charges and inquiries mounted on the duly elected President in the entire term under the pretext of Russiagate found political rather than factual. Notwithstanding impeachment proceedings to oust the sitting President Donald Trump resulting in vindication much to the embarrassment and disappointment of those behind the relentless political pursuits played out against them.

Last but not the least, anytime any political party prohibit entry to rival observers in the vote counting locations together with sworn affidavits from election officials barred from performing their duty in voting centers that appears to have been experienced by Republican representatives and voters alike, the election procedures are rendered irrelevant with such misconduct and egregious decisions aimed at end justifying the means in the battle to the White House.

United States electorate deserve transparency and accountability without any reservations and limitations from political, media, tech giants and other industries in economy thus far maintaining superiority in swaying electoral victory. The election commissions in the states and federal committee are supposed to remain bipartisan and not arbitrary in enforcing rules that are meant to be applicable across the board. The same would apply to judiciary to treat every citizen as equal giving them the benefit of the doubt especially in the contentious and questionable outcome.

When political parties and candidates running for public office as debutant or incumbent have none or dismal record, the campaign heavily relies on divisive polarizing strategy premised on identity politics categorizing voters on race, ethnicity, class, creed, religion, gender, social and economic background. The other popular means in politics to win election in the absence of verifiable positive actions and policies benefiting citizens and nation at large besides corruption in political career is negative campaign against opponent especially if the contender is hard to compete with and pose challenge to the other side on real issues and reality.

Above all, fake news via press, mainstream media, social media and diverse outlets representing deep state and their proxies continue to mislead and misinform public with false reports and concocted events until the deep state approved candidacy is installed in power.

That’s when and where the SuperPAC, HybridPAC, special interests, foreign governments and billionaires flushed millions of dollars adding to billions aid the lack luster lackey candidacy serving the intended purpose of donors not without them deriving more value for money they invest in such candidacy and political party.

Identity Politics – United States has witnessed and experienced violence, looting and mob attacks at frequent intervals and with great intensity since 2016 until now under the guise of protesting discrimination against blacks, police brutality and injustice to African Americans. Not long ago such protest snowballed wreaking havoc on streets with communal unrest nationwide on African American George Floyd death related to police torture in Minneapolis, Minnesota only resulting in more deaths from large gatherings in the middle of COVID19 crisis.

The organizations poised as civil rights groups seeking fairness and justice are in fact misused as political wing and deployed to spread violence and other crimes in the course of demonstrations.

The examples are Black Lives Matter and Antifa (Anti Fascism) though neither address the cause they claim to represent for they are invented and instigated by those behind social injustice and authoritarianism.

2. United States President Donald Trump issued executive order banning China CCP controlled military companies trading in United States securities did not bode well for Beijing. The CCP engaged in misrepresentation to own people and the rest of the world on myriad matter with COVID19 unleashed on humanity beckon interception on Beijing’s intrusion in political, military and economic activities in the United States and other parts of the world.

3. United States State Department under Secretary of State Mike Pompeo voicing support to Hong Kong autonomy and accordingly effective measures such as sanctions against certain entities and groups is predictably persona non grata for Beijing.

The CCP determined to prevent second term Presidency for Donald Trump replacing the present administration with members and faction bound by CCP’s quid pro quo is least surprising and calls for further investigations in this regard on the past ventures and exchange of economic benefits to political family misusing privilege in a democracy.

Above all, President Donald Trump’s trade and cold war with Beijing seeking transparency on economic dealings in the long standing Beijing’s controversial currency manipulation hedging China’s yuan against US dollar for advantage on exports evading tariffs remain contentious with the current administration.

Beijing having enjoyed most favored nation (MFN) status among predecessors until 2016, the  CCP economic policy to hurt United States never challenged vigorously by previous administrations choosing complacency as the political comfort zone. Not barring China CCP managed investments in political campaigns and process.

President Donald Trump’s commitment towards domestic economy and national security curbing China’s cyber attacks rampant in the previous administrations inarguably found inconvenient by Beijing desperately involved in restoring power surrendered to CCP’s economic and hegemonic goals.

In view of these developments, granting Beijing victory is dangerous, detrimental and delegitimize American sovereignty.

Last but not the least, the voting irregularities and illegal ballots attributed to lack of independent neutral oversight in the ballot counting locations and centers is a serious problem that cannot be discarded at any time.

The electronic voting machine using the dubious software to switch votes is the systemic fraud endured by electorate in any election anywhere demanding scrutiny.

China’s communist leadership military, intelligence and extravagant ventures exploiting vulnerabilities of developing nations not without critical support and collusion from those with exclusive vested interests in particular in the United States and Europe facilitated China’s direct infiltration and incursion against neighbors near and far. The ambitions largely aimed at United States in the past two decades is not a mere perception. 

Setting aside the raucous on the 2020 election, the important factor is the 2020 Presidential election campaign funded by China’s affiliates and Chinese major investors to replace the incumbent administration of President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is well founded in the political standpoint. 

Notwithstanding the absence of transparency in election funding and the Presidential race attracting bidders from all corners with deep pockets as well as specific agenda calls for Presidential campaigns to come clean and present the direct and indirect funding source.

The Presidential race fought on the issue of COVID19 originating from Wuhan, China financed by Beijing controlled investments in United States election to gain desirable outcome in China’s Communist Politburo favor award Beijing victory deceptively touted as American electorate mandate.

Why Washington D.C. has zero tolerance to outsiders  – i.e. anyone not within political establishment and circle?

The intolerance to outsiders is predominantly due to unwillingness to obey deep state reining control over politics, money and mind in the ruthless obsession and addiction to power.

The events witnessed in destabilization of Ukraine in 2011-2012 orchestrating the so-called Ukraine Revolution reminiscent of 2004-2005 Orange Revolution is an example among several that followed in 2011 and 2012 such as the supposedly Arab Spring destroying nations in the Middle East and North Africa with Libya and Syria permanently paying the price until today.

Again foreign invasion and occupation aimed at political instability is a tradition in Washington politics duly complied by administrations regardless of political party.

In the domestic front since 2009 manufacturing fake protests, rallies often designed to go wild and unruly observed time and time again jeopardizing the demonstrations cause is the neoliberal strategy.

How the deep state and representatives in Washington political establishment together with media and news organizations tirelessly labored in unseating the democratically elected Republican President Donald Trump right from November 3rd 2016 until now?

The chronicle of events begins on the eve of election results in 2016. There were massive demonstrations staged in Washington, D.C. demanding then President elect Donald Trump to quit power and return to Trump Tower.

The pursuit followed with Robert Mueller committee wasting taxpayers money from 2016 – 2019 to indict the sitting President Donald Trump accused of  alliance with Russian meddling in 2016 Presidential election. The rigorous investigations turned out to be nothing more than a political witch hunt much to the embarrassment and disappointment of all those behind the wild goose chase.

The allegations and mockery of President Trump in late night shows and media outlets continued in the entire four years in office and unlikely to desist for sometime.

The bizarre one being the diagnosis of President Donald Trump’s mental health by presumptuous Ivy league psychiatrist hired to certify President Trump as mentally unfit to perform the duty as President of the United States and accordingly demanding President Trump to leave office was the degraded political humor from those engaged in ludicrous act. The political theatrics in this regard was not even worthy as material for Hollywood script or roadside show.

When all things failed, the deep state together with representatives in Washington embarked on impeachment proceedings to oust the serving President Trump that once again ended up in vindication  frustrating the accusers and everyone of them participating in the worst political coup venting their anger and revenge for 2016 loss in the Presidential race.

So much for their calm and collect composure currently touted by deep state media vilifying President Donald Trump’s response to election process.

The deep state authorized reference of President Trump as opposed to Donald Trump  while being accused of myriad unsubstantiated charges and false wrongdoings, the same duly complied by deep state media and press indicative of bipolar syndrome highlight their serious disorders.

One would wonder why President Trump isolated by deep state?

President Trump called for draining the swamp referring to the deep state running amuck that obviously did not go well in the domain rife with corruption and scandals in epic proportions that predecessors apparently had no problems with and diligently executed  deep state orders sharing profitability and acceptance in the league.

The other contentious and audacious commitment from President Donald Trump was prioritizing United States and economy in his “Make America Great Again” aspiration.

  The combined collaborative efforts expedite their cataclysmic destiny already in progress with precipitous decline together with the entire apparatus behind the gamut on the brink of collapse.

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The accused in this matter remain relevant for further legal investigation and proceedings now and in the future.

  यह प्रयास इन्हें सिवाय निराश और अपमान के अलावा कुछ नहीं बाँट रहा है इनको, तब भी यह अपनी हार मानने को तैयार नहीं।

  अब तक इनका कब्ज़ा धन, दौलत, शोहरत और सत्ता तक था। अभी यह लोग इज़्ज़त के ठेकेदार भी हो गए। इनको इतना तो पता होनी चाहिए की इज़्ज़त देने वालों को ही इज़्ज़त मिलती है। जो दूसरों की अस्तिव को अपना बनाकर, उनके व्यक्तिगत अधिकार छीनकर फ़िर उन्हीं को निशाना बनाने वाले, भला उन्हें ही इज़्ज़त की पाठ पढ़ाएंगे?

  कब यह अपनी गलती पर ध्यान देंगे? इनका तो यही मानना है की यह लोग कभी किसी को हानि पहुंचाते नहीं। किसी के साथ अन्याय कर ही नहीं सकते।

  यह दूध और चन्दन से धुले हुए है। इनकी तरह कोई संसार में धन्य है ही नहीं।अगर यह नहीं होते तो यह संसार कब का समाप्त हो जाता। इनके पवित्रता से ही जीव जंतु प्राणी के जीवित रहना संभव रहा है। वर्णा इस कलयुग में मृत्यु, शोक और दरिद्रता के अलावा है ही क्या मनुष्य की जीवन में?

  चलिए आपको हम सिखाते हैं की किसी के छोटेपन को ना बढ़ाने में अपनी बड्डपन है। आप भी क्या याद करोगे।

  पृथ्वी हर 365 दिन में एक बार सूर्य की परिक्रमा करती है और हर 24 घंटे में एक बार अपनी धुरी पर घूमती है।इसके कारण २४ घंटे ४ समय – सुबह, दोपहर, शाम और रात में बटा हुआ है।

  यह प्रकृति के नियम है जिसे किसी के लिए भी बदला नहीं जाता। जिन्हें भी इस प्राकृतिक के परमपरा से समस्या हो, उन्हें इस दर्ति में अनेकों बार जनम लेकर इस वातावरण का आदी होना पड़ता है। ज़रूरी नहीं इन्हें मनुष्य रूप ही प्राप्त हो।

  When others define you, that is impression. When you define yourself through your inner abilities and deeds that is self-realization – Nirvana.

  No matter how many fakes and impostors you produce to stymie my authenticity and identity as a woman of ethnic background, mother, great leader, honest and honorable humanitarian besides other noble attributes which I mention with humility that has positively served many from different walks of life.

  Unfortunately, with the exception of those having exploited the same for their exclusive benefits driven by their negative traits and trend not without consequences in reaping what one sows in life.

  Anything and everything you do via falsehood, propaganda and manufacturing phonies, proxies, puppets and pawns tied to unscrupulous, nefarious and criminal activities continue to backfire at you and them with many having met their Karma for their involvement.

  The Sun rise in the East and your persistent efforts to sabotage natural cosmic event proved counterproductive many times over. Not to mention your folly and ignorance leading you to self-defeating cause.

  Get a life. Live your life to make it meaningful and purposeful for you and you alone are responsible for your deeds and sins that you must settle sooner than later for any redemption and salvation which at this point in time is dismal and even impossible.
