Election reform is fundamental to restore and revive democracy. The clean free and fair electoral process is the only way for nation to be republic. The critical element of democracy i.e. election is violated with corruption and fraud.

The topic is to shed light on independence.

The hard-fought independence establishing constitution governed democracy, individual rights, religious freedom, freedom of expression, freedom of press are all threatened and to a great extent under siege right now.

Those nations claimed  democratic hold elections to elect representatives in the local and national government.

Are these elections free and fair in light of glaring election anomalies?

Why should the requests for any clarifications, audit and open investigations be declined and judiciary refuse hearing even before the matter is presented in the court of law?

Election is the stepping stone in any functional democracy.

Unfortunately, election in modern age is even more susceptible to corruption.

Election corruption is the norm. Though there are many mechanisms to infuse corruption, my argument is narrowed down to three main channels.

They are – Electronic Voting machines and software, Unlimited Election financing from anywhere and everywhere not excluding cash and gifts for votes rampant in many so-called democracies and last but not the least, foreign interference amass control without having to indulge in military warfare that cost blood and treasure.

Foreign powers especially adversaries long yearned ambitions come into fruition with red carpet and lo and behold they surreptitiously gain dominance.

All these factors played out in favor of those usurped to power in the Presidential election 2020 in the United States with election diminished to nothing more than a mere formality. The same would be applicable in recent elections elsewhere like India, Israel and Belarus…to name a few among several others qualifying in this category.

Electronic Voting machines and software are smooth operators for candidacy to flip votes, configure and calibrate machine to delete votes, outsource voting tabulation offshore, use foreign server for vote manipulation and far more shenanigans pulled via EVM and software. In recent memory, i.e. beginning of the 21^st century has facilitated illegitimate candidacy to power in local and national election. The electronic platform with no paper trail as proof of one voter per one legal registered voter continues to enable illegitimate government assume office. This is despite failed policy and strategy combined with miserable performance and track record, candidacies and political parties are declared winners in election and re-election across the globe.

How to free systems from the shackles of archaic, secretive and dysfunctional structures reining control over finance, economy, politics, energy, health, communication and now life, livelihood and lifestyle?

I begin with the authority heading the nation and citizens during a given term in office.

The primary focus is government and governance. There is no doubt the government and governance do not represent ordinary citizens i.e. mainstream population and vast majority in any nation. This is a global problem for citizens worldwide. The governments are installed in power as fiduciary for non-elected members incognito directing their representatives as heads of the state to steer nation in directions suitable to their self and vested interests. There is absolutely no care or concern over consequences of such maneuvers and often irreversible impact on everything related to citizens and nation at large.

Election is not fought instead bought with the highest bidder becoming major stakeholder in administration and legislative branch implemented policies and programs. As a result, the government and bureaucrats serve as agents and catalysts for special interests, foreign powers and oligarchy undermining citizens’ rights denying them fair political and economic opportunity.

Who runs for office and are in government in the so-called democracy?

The millionaires and wealthy are the ones seeking power. Those in key government positions are millionaires and multimillionaires maintaining close ties with wall street and U.S. chamber of commerce. In fact, politics and wall street similar to politics and the private entity – the federal reserve are revolving doors for easy entry and exit between them.

In other democracy like India – it is customary for industrialists, celebrities, political dynasties and religious zealots to hold office.  They all hold public office on public payroll but are engaged in self and campaign financiers’ enrichment.

Failing that, the other types usurped to power in politics are those peddling identity politics premised on race, religion, casteism, classism, fundamentalism and political ideology that otherwise represent political gimmick to distract and deceive electorate from burgeoning issues and persistent economic, education, social and environment woes crippling society and habitat respectively.

The other constraints for government’s abstinence from people representation are corruption and lack of transparency and accountability.

Corruption is seeded in election via electronic voting machines, software, oligarchy and foreign powers unlimited election financing, voter fraud, vote manipulation and above all media and tech giants direct meddling in intentional sabotage of electoral process to sway electoral outcome to their designated candidacy.

When the foundation i.e. the election is managed and subverted for devious agenda as it happened in Presidential election 2020,

Where does that leave the average citizen?

In the middle of nowhere.

What needs to be done to overcome the stumbling block depriving any nation the republic status?

Election reform is the fundamental step towards restoring and revival of democracy.

Election is corrupted by diverse means and the prominent ones are the electronic voting machines with software, mail-in-ballots, limitless campaign financing from anywhere and everywhere, manual voting tabulation involving dumping and deletion of legal votes while adding illegal ballots as witnessed in 2020 Presidential election.

The electronic machines are to be replaced with one vote per legal registered voter. The voter must cast from personal smart phone or computer. The vote transmitted immediately to a central database tabulating votes in real time with a monitor in public view equivalent to Imax screen for the entire nation to see 24/7 without any political party, affiliates or third-party intrusion.

Next, the election financing is to be capped with strict limit. The corporate, special interests and foreign powers direct and indirect donations to any candidacy at the municipal to national level should be barred overturning the United States Supreme Court’s infamous and unconstitutional human status awarded to corporations and special interests as legal entities synonymous to any electorate.

Contemporary politics reflect corrupt and crony politics with merit discarded over pledge of allegiance to forces behind operation. In other words, the politics’ loyalty to the conglomerate running the gamut.

The candidates falling for any incentives ranging from high-ranking posts in government to willingness to submit to corrupt influential powers within and offshore are the preferred choice. Additionally, such candidates also have excess baggage and skeletons in the closet for the corrupt and criminal clique to blackmail them that typically makes the candidates surrender to those luring them with power, fame and fortune.

Politics has increasingly shifted away from meritocracy and moved towards plutocracy which in turn evolved into kleptocracy. The idea of government of the people by the people and for the people is substituted with the ruling elites that are essentially narcissists by design.

Accordingly, the candidates for Vice Presidency and other key cabinet positions such as Secretary of State, Treasury secretary, Defense secretary and National security advisor are to be directly elected and approved by people rather than their so-called representatives in the House and Senate and state legislators through electoral college in the United States. The proposal might sound an arduous and out-of-norm recommendation. Nonetheless, the selection of these members by inner circle within political party together with other domestic and foreign influence are in direct conflict of national interest.

The government is too big with expansive bureaucracy. Wherever there is vast bureaucracy, the government functionality is tangled in red tape costing taxpayers and nation an exorbitant payroll. The local businesses have to deal with hindrances due to the red tape and far too many government agencies handling tasks that could be minimized and digitalized for public and private sector to access services in the technology era. The other aspect of big government is opaqueness barring any public or independent scrutiny on department budget, operations and contacts as well as contracts with foreign entities near and far. The foreign infiltration into these agencies have compromised government role in protecting sensitive information and services in various domain. The case in point is SolarWinds hack hitting entire United States government cyber infrastructure and apparatus is a serious and aggressive attack that could not have occurred without some government agencies security lapse and/or complicity.

The reduction in government size starting at municipal to federal level is necessary to curb corruption and misuse of agencies such as FBI, CIA and IRS…by political parties upon assuming office in administration, legislative and judiciary.

Smaller governments would be subject to better monitoring by public and independent groups – the only hope for checks and balances, something the press and communication media in myriad format are supposed to fulfill utilizing the freedom of press which unfortunately is in reverse order.

On the contrary, law abiding citizens are denied access on social media with far more restrictions on average Americans for their political choice in the Presidential election 2020. These rapid developments post Presidential election 2020 contrast democratic principles and value.

The current administration’s policy and performance.

The new administration and Congress since assuming office are yet to engage in tasks concerning citizens and the nation at large.

President Joe Biden commenced first day in office and the week after signing over forty executive orders not necessarily to help or improve lives in the country hit with worst pandemic and economic collapse from government imposed shut down that were violated by those executing such orders.

It is no surprise campaign promises stays on campaign trail. That is the tradition. However, the   Presidency, keeping the promise on prioritizing nation and national interests became the target and remain so for the forces against such practice. It is considered a sin to break tradition in Washington,D.C.

Congress is preoccupied with President Donald Trump and unable to think of any other issue besides settling scores with Donald Trump for winning 2016 and 2020 election. The political storm may never calm down in Washington D.C. with national guards deployed in town reminiscent of authoritarian government reminding citizens on armed forces safeguarding citadel at ordinary taxpayers’ expense.

Meanwhile, Texas has been hit with winter storm and power outage. The citizens are forced to bear the brunt of harsh weather without power. The Texans are in my thoughts and prayers for swift recovery to normal situation.

In the domestic front, there is no sign of stimulus check in the pandemic affected national economy. The citizens were guaranteed $2000 stimulus check by Presidential candidate Joe Biden and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. The earlier arrival of stimulus payment of $2000 during President Donald Trump’s administration was watered down to $600 by then Senate majority republican member Mitch McConnell who otherwise have no issues with China’s economic and political advantage against United States.

Congress wasted no time in organizing and passing package with pork spending including generous financial aid to far flung countries in South east Asia and other miscellaneous pet projects. The urgency to address American needs and desperate economic conditions apparently escaped congressional attention.

The employment situation in the United States under new administration is not very encouraging considering the loss of jobs from the pandemic imposed economic shutdown nationwide barely addressed by local and federal government. The keystone pipeline project hitting the major states Nebraska, Montana, South Dakota and Texas confronted with environment cause. Whenever such predicament arises, it is important to evaluate all factors weighing pros and cons for practical solutions.

The Canadian provincial government in Alberta and TC Energy owned and managed Keystone XL pipeline running between Canada and the United States has been shut down citing environment hazards from the pipeline leaks originating from a crack during the infrastructure construction.

The energy company fixing these leaks and preventing such incidents now and in the future are paramount to mitigate potential harm to ecosystem, biodiversity and pollution of rivers that are cited as the reasons for opposition to pipeline project from environmentalists. Again, economic liabilities and job losses are also to be taken into account while preserving natural habitat and environment. The energy company investment in these areas to avoid pipeline leaks and cracks would provide some relief to environment endangerment.

Any permanent blight to environment would inevitably hurt business and life existence. Keeping these important facts in mind, energy companies’ investments in averting any such mishaps are imperative to ecology and economy.

The business and environment organizations could work out an amicable resolution on the keystone XL pipeline project saving jobs as well as environment.

Two most relevant and critical events highlight President Donald Trump re-election in 2021.

The incumbent President Donald Trump was in the Oval Office on January 20th, 2021 as expected of any administration until the new Presidency is officially sworn in at the scheduled time i.e. 12.00 noon. The inauguration of declared President Joe Biden sworn in at least 15 minutes i.e. 11.45 a.m.earlier than the scheduled time i.e. 12.00 noon on January 20th, 2021. This is not a miscalculation of time. 

This means there were two Presidents inaugurated viz. Donald Trump and Joe Biden on January 20th, 2021 that was certainly not a casual mistake or inaugural event mismanagement. The timing of earlier inauguration also suggest President Donald Trump re-election officiation. 

The obvious overlap are interpreted as follows by those having noticed the shift in inaugural time.

The deliberate mixup in swearing in ceremony of President-select Joe Biden on that day attributed to the deep state swamp and democrat party’s symbolic gesture in removal of the sitting President Donald Trump before the official time i.e. 12.oo noon on January 20th, 2021.

The other perception on this issue is the deep state swamp and democrat party rejection of the incumbent President Donald Trump’s re-election to second term in office as duly and legitimately elected President with 75 – 80 million legal ballots in the 2020 Presidential election. The unprecedented time schedule on Joe Biden inauguration causing confusion regarded an act on purpose by those behind the activity. Accordingly, citizens seek explanation to the nation. 

The other aspect is the second impeachment charade at taxpayers’ expense. President Donald Trump was projected the losing candidate in the Presidential election 2020. The democrat Joe Biden declared winner. Yet the impeachment trial  of the private citizen Donald Trump plays out in the United States Senate. The impeachment continues even though the democrat party, deep state swamp along with media and tech giants designated Donald Trump a private citizen making the entire course unlawful, unconstitutional and undemocratic.

The same members have now altered Donald Trump’s status to Presidency to justify unjustifiable mockery of United States Presidency via second impeachment. 

Both actions – inauguration of President Donald Trump on January 20th, 2021 and now impeachment confirm the incumbent President Donald Trump re-election to office.

The political theatrics is carried out wasting American tax dollars while completely ignoring American families, American retail and small businesses’ dire economic conditions denying them the long overdue $1400 stimulus check perhaps now divested in the impeachment saga.

The nation is being taken on a ride without any clue or care about the destination.

Furthermore, deaths caused by violence, criminal indulgence, willful negligence, collusion, complicity, creating and spreading pandemic consuming innocent lives are all condemnable. The diverse ways and means inflicting fatalities are reprehensible.

However, the bill H.R. 5717 introduced by democrat held Congress aimed at second amendment Bill of Rights is a political agenda rather than implied cause in the bill. Not to mention the proposed legislation escalating tensions in the deeply divided nation and disenfranchised electorate.

The democrats explanation on H.R. 5717 to protect lives is paradoxical to the political party legislation decriminalizing substance abuse such as marijuana and other social policies not necessarily in citizens well being or interest.

Any legislation and policy is meaningful and well intended upon the political parties in power maintaining fair and balanced approach barring preference and partisanship.

How does the government reconcile with fairness and social justice on state committed crimes misusing authority against citizens viz. the republic within nation and in foreign land?

How could the government elected to serve and defend citizens across the spectrum justify prejudice and political alienation?

The democrat administration under former President Barack Obama and then attorney general Eric Holder implemented Fast and Furious program supplying high grade weapons and arsenal to drug cartels in Mexico via CIA in 2009 – 2010. The administration’s controversial engagement barely caught attention from democrat held Congress and Senate in 2009 – 2010.

The deadly policy contributed abhorrent violence from dangerous drug cartels armed with ammunitions directly made available to them from then federal government authorized Fast and Furious arms deal. The horrific violence evolved into nightmare for Mexican population. The continuous bloodshed triggered exodus of locals in rural and urban Mexico fleeing homes in village and towns for safety and security. The drug cartels outgunned the Mexican state authorities at the regional and national level due to seamless delivery of lethal weapons and military grade artillery from then United States government to bad elements across the border.

Needless to say, the bloodbath forced Mexican families to run for their lives with thousands thronged to United States territories in desperation. The crisis exacerbated illegal entry and undocumented arrivals exceeding the already overflowing influx into the country. Having ignited the flames, the democrat administration of Barack Obama and Eric Holder expressed no interest or initiative to address the issue. Instead the reckless policy continued despite dire humanitarian and security problem for United States and Mexico.

The victim of heinous crime was reportedly shot at least five times sustaining fatal injury from thirty five bullets fired at the unarmed citizen.

There is no doubt that brutality in any form from anyone and anywhere unarguably represent horrific crime.

Nonetheless, George Floyd’s incident was sensationalized and overshadowed by Black Lives matter pushing the nation on the edge. Simultaneously, the orchestrated events in regular destinations like London and neighboring Canada was set in motion.

Juxtaposed Miriam Carey’s death sponsored by White House with then occupants Barack Obama and Michele Obama presence at that time was neither an issue nor matter of any violation for Black Lives Matter, ACLU and other so-called human rights group that are otherwise in the front line on any politically charged affair. The media absence and abstinence is least surprising. Contrarily, the media would have upped the ante with Donald Trump in the White House at that time.

Similarly, then Vice President Joe Biden’s muted response to Miriam Carey’s murder by White House security service while reminding American electorate and media on personal voice to Charlottesville episode and rebuking President Donald Trump for alleged silence to the demonstration is self-explanatory on political hypocrisy.

The democrat party worker, the 24 years old Seth Rich gunned down in broad daylight in Washington D.C.  The murder until today not even considered worth any investigation covering up democrat party’s internal politics and violent practice.

Finally, the democrats display on political clout and strength in executing the former President Barack Obama’s listed aspirations such as eliminating second amendment, curbing free and unfettered access to internet that were attempted earlier by Barack Obama and Joe Biden administration unleashing SOPA, PIPA and ACTA…via democrat held Congress and Senate in the first and second term in office is a cliché. These measures were deceptively designed to infringe on First Amendment and obstruct online information. The cyber force as users erupted in world wide protest and promptly rejected the governments’ overarching rules in the United States and world wide.

The democrats and others claim to save lives in H.R. 5717 would be convincing upon political members denouncing Beijing communist leadership, World Health Organization together with private investors role in subjecting humanity across the globe to excruciating health and economic misery from the manufactured virus in Wuhan lab, China.

The election corruption facilitating voter fraud, voting irregularities and Dominion voting machine owned by democratic party prominent members viz. the spouses of Senator Dianne Feinstein and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi posing a major conflict of interests is a serious matter. Similarly, Smartmatic software used in Dominion voting machine has ties with democrat running mate Kamala Emhoff through the candidate’s spouse Douglas Emhoff partnered with DLA Piper Global in return having members who are close associates with China’s communist politburo and China’s People Liberation Army. The tech firms such as Google’s YouTube, Facebook and Twitter prohibiting citizens from freedom of expression on election fraud correlate with China communist regime intolerance to liberty and peaceful dissent. The democrat party network with tech giants, Hollywood, foreign and domestic billionaires and China’s communist party as well as China’s PLA has removed the political party from democrat base and mainstream population. The democrat party once touted as the party for struggling average citizens has evolved into elitists club with leading members more conscious of preserving billionaire and multi-millionaire status. The evolution disregard democratic principles and values that are evidently no longer important in the party strategy to win election at any costs and squander taxpayers money in politically motivated pursuits like the kind deployed against incumbent President Donald Trump on alleged Russian collusion prompting Robert Mueller committee. In the absence of negative findings by Mueller committee, the democrat upper echelons embarked on unsuccessful impeachment proceedings to oust sitting President Donald Trump wasting resources and time that could have been invested in improving American lives instead of obstructionist politics.

The democrat party focus on identity politics is yet another deviation from main issues that neglects reality over superficiality. The democrat party’s trend on identity politics is destructive as the policy indulge in profiling based on gender, race and background rather than promoting merit and mass integration without specific tag alienating individuals from general society.

There has been enough discussion on the Presidential race 2020 detailing the elaborate pre-meditated election rigging via calibrated Dominion voting machine with Smartmatic software designed to flip votes from the actual winner Donald Trump to designated candidacy Joe Biden. The scientific evidence was also presented in the public hearing in Arizona and other swing states targeted for voter fraud.

The live witnesses under oath with penalty for perjury exhausted the quest for evidence from the other side. Despite the flurry of sworn affidavits and enormous proof on election fraud, the guilty declining to accept truth and reality is least surprising.

The questions arising from the tainted candidacies Joe Biden and running mate Kamala Emhoff are mountainous scandals involving both of them. The Bidens fiasco linked directly with United States foreign adversaries mainly China CCP financial dealings benefitting Joe Biden and family are incontrovertible. Furthermore, Joe Biden transition team having Peter Neffenger tied to Smartmatic software and Kamala Emhoff’s husband Douglas Emhoff, partner in DLA Piper Global partnered with Smartmatic overwhelm conflict of interests. To top it all, the Dominion voting machine configured to switch votes leads to prominent democrats viz. Not to mention the subsequent massive cyber attack is confirmation of enemy infiltration with internal collusion.

The deep state is primarily responsible for foreign intrusion in the United States beyond comprehension. The members in government, bureaucracy and judiciary together facilitating election corruption from inactions and refusal to conduct hearings on lawsuits verify foreign and deep state influence at every level. When the people’s court fails people declining hearing on constitutional violation lawsuits slighting Supreme Court’s prime constitutional responsibility to uphold constitution with actual interpretation and practice of constitutional law, the nation is confronted with constitutional crisis.

The legislators in swing states neglecting constitutional procedures substituted with arbitrary election of electors is a deception. Thereafter the battleground states falsely claiming the action as maintaining electorate will is a deliberate motion to discard electorate representation in crucial legislative process.

The electors appointed by swing States without conforming to state constitution in the electoral college votes have not only made constitution irrelevant but importantly ignored electorate participation in the critical undertaking.

In order to rectify the serious anomaly, the states PA, WI, MI, GA, AZ, NV and NM represented by republican electors favoring incumbent candidate Donald Trump qualify to cast electoral college votes on or before January 6^th, 2021.

On the issue of corruption scandals – the deep state members are held above law. The Clintons with their fair share of activities and Hillary Clinton as the former Secretary of State running the State Department on a private server notwithstanding spying on all members in politics, United Nations and general society deemed prerogative. Then after losing 2016 election, Hillary Clinton framing then Republican winner Donald Trump on alleged Russian collusion combined with authorization of illegal activities from outgoing President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden against incoming administration high rank officials like General Michael Flynn and others is self-explanatory on deep state authoritative privilege on crime.

In 2020 – Biden family scandals directly implicating Joe Biden, the principal beneficiary in all financial dealings with China CCP and foreign governments in Ukraine, Russia viz. former Moscow Mayor’s spouse donations and more masqueraded during election is betrayal of voter trust and mass deception. The media, democrat party and candidate Joe Biden withholding scandalous information and incriminating quid pro quo transactions between candidate Joe Biden and China military endanger national security.  The Biden family’s numerous contracts with China CCP owned companies in billions of dollars severely impact United States position in every respect weakening negotiation power on trade, economic and strategic issues.

In plain honesty, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris team with ties to China and election debacle in the domestic front jeopardize credible representation to lead and govern United States and the republic. Furthermore, majority do not concur with election result and unilaterally declaring Joe Biden as the winner.

It is important to focus on China – the immediate and by far the most aggressive adversary having deeply infiltrated United States politics, academia, entertainment, sports and economy with American media included in China’s investments nationwide. When China could install a spy in national intelligence committee long before through Senator Dianne Feinstein’s chauffeur and now recently in democrat congressman Eric Swalwell case, the political parties and leaderships should have been on alert and exercised utmost vigilance in screening and monitoring anyone casual or close with members in intelligence committee, national security and sensitive areas of the government.

How does China trap key members in government, economy, academia and so forth?

Needless to say, with money and power as confessed by the communist party members in the video released and published in public domain and presented below.

Human weakness to fame, fortune and power unfortunately misleads them towards self-compromise.  In doing so they take down everyone including the nation they belong to without any regrets on their actions. In politics and judiciary, integrity has long been abstinent and more so post election 2020.

Integrity is rare and not a criteria for positions as witnessed in election and appointments to the lowest to highest office on land. Undeniably, at national and citizens cost with an open invitation to enemy to undermine everything that is irreplaceable beginning with constitution that guarantees freedom, individual rights, democracy and sovereignty that has no meaning or relevance to adversary rooted in brutal communism immortalizing concentration of power among core circle in the system. Within that power centrifuge there is internal conflict for supreme authority leading to authoritarianism wreaking havoc for citizens in that country and nations near and far. Not to mention corruption serving as the arsenal to remain in power and influence those whom they target for dominance.

Let there be no misconception on undemocratic forces and ideology having little or no respect for basic rights, independence and individuality to work hard and achieve respective dreams and ambitions in life. The narcissism defies rationality and reason on all matter and fails to recognize imminent danger surrounding such attribute heading the nation.

China’s communism is premised on central authority dictating terms and conditions on living and lifestyle to personal and political aspirations largely managed via indoctrination and subjugation.

As for United States, China’s intrusion is well embedded in politics, academia and economy. The political infiltration is across the aisle and conspicuous in delivery from members heading the House of Congress and Senate. The republican majority leader in the Senate Mitch McConnell’s close ties with China CCP and military affecting United States politics is not a secret. The republican Senator Mitch McConnell’s spouse Elaine Chao relation with China’s communist party and military is long established and continued till today. The republican Senator Mitch McConnell rise to power in politics is attributed to China’s communist regime close associate and confidante Elaine Chao through investments in political campaign of then rookie republican Mitch McConnell from the great state of Kentucky.

  Governor Tim Walz had the burden to unburden what is and has been of the incumbent administration.

  The combined collaborative efforts expedite their cataclysmic destiny already in progress with precipitous decline together with the entire apparatus behind the gamut on the brink of collapse.

  Accordingly the futile nonsensical defamation via VP clown and other pawns sponsored by media cohorts’ directed at the target to convince imaginary audience in empty theater is the ultimate parody glaring at those in fools paradise.

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The accused in this matter remain relevant for further legal investigation and proceedings now and in the future.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  यह इनका दोष नहीं। इनकी अल्प बुद्धि का हाल है। ऐसे होते हुए, यह न घर के न घाट के हो जाते हैं। इन पर तरस के अलावा कुछ नहीं आता। जब इंसान को अगले क्षण का ख़बर नहीं, यह निकले अपनी ऐतिहास पलटने।

  यह प्रयास इन्हें सिवाय निराश और अपमान के अलावा कुछ नहीं बाँट रहा है इनको, तब भी यह अपनी हार मानने को तैयार नहीं।

  अब तक इनका कब्ज़ा धन, दौलत, शोहरत और सत्ता तक था। अभी यह लोग इज़्ज़त के ठेकेदार भी हो गए। इनको इतना तो पता होनी चाहिए की इज़्ज़त देने वालों को ही इज़्ज़त मिलती है। जो दूसरों की अस्तिव को अपना बनाकर, उनके व्यक्तिगत अधिकार छीनकर फ़िर उन्हीं को निशाना बनाने वाले, भला उन्हें ही इज़्ज़त की पाठ पढ़ाएंगे?

  कब यह अपनी गलती पर ध्यान देंगे? इनका तो यही मानना है की यह लोग कभी किसी को हानि पहुंचाते नहीं। किसी के साथ अन्याय कर ही नहीं सकते।

  यह दूध और चन्दन से धुले हुए है। इनकी तरह कोई संसार में धन्य है ही नहीं।अगर यह नहीं होते तो यह संसार कब का समाप्त हो जाता। इनके पवित्रता से ही जीव जंतु प्राणी के जीवित रहना संभव रहा है। वर्णा इस कलयुग में मृत्यु, शोक और दरिद्रता के अलावा है ही क्या मनुष्य की जीवन में?

  चलिए आपको हम सिखाते हैं की किसी के छोटेपन को ना बढ़ाने में अपनी बड्डपन है। आप भी क्या याद करोगे।

  इनका भी जवाब नहीं। क्योंकि आज तक इन लोगों की ही मन मानी चलती आयी। तो इन्होने सोच लिया की इनका ही दौर सदियों चलेगा ।

  यह प्रकृति के नियम है जिसे किसी के लिए भी बदला नहीं जाता। जिन्हें भी इस प्राकृतिक के परमपरा से समस्या हो, उन्हें इस दर्ति में अनेकों बार जनम लेकर इस वातावरण का आदी होना पड़ता है। ज़रूरी नहीं इन्हें मनुष्य रूप ही प्राप्त हो।

  When the crew and contingency deployed to consistently lie and deceive public, they fail to see their desperate indulgence laughing at them. The sins and crimes committed to gain power drags them to bottomless pit much to their bewilderment.

  The Zion centric, communist socialists, the pseudo progressives and the supposedly capitalist in collusion typically the deep state dark forces cozy secret society is rattled knowing the TRUTH that nothing lasts forever including their egotistical pathological obsession for dominance denying the overwhelming majority across the globe the inalienable right to freedom, individual rights and equal opportunity to peace, progress and prosperity.

  The comedy of errors in all of this is;

  61 + 47 = 100 (since when?). Even a kindergartener knows the right answer.

  Apparently, these forces are extraordinary so they change the empirical mathematical results to their choice of outcome as they demonstrate in election.

  According to those referring to self as a ‘Man of Faith’ notably faithful to unscrupulous and nefarious order citing a survey that 61% Americans think that incumbent President Donald Trump should concede to Beijing Presidency and,

  At the same time quoting the same survey that 47% disagree of which 30% are democrats leaving only 17% republicans to disagree being eliminated in the Presidential race?

  The election outcome on November 3rd, 2020 boasted approximately 150,000,000 (150 million) having voted of which 74 million is allocated to incumbent President Donald Trump which is 49% barring voter fraud in the contested election.

  The propaganda alluding to 49% republicans who voted for Donald Trump are in agreement to delegitimize their legal votes while they are being further diminished in the fraudulent election and fabricated survey to mere 17% in the far fetched analysis.

  How about the survey pointing out 30% democrats of that 47% in disagreement to incumbent President Donald Trump conceding to Beijing Presidency?

  Does that mean in the projected win 51% to Joe Biden candidacy only 21% believe in dominion and media produced election result since 30% democrats do not concur with the outcome?

  One need not be a math genius. The comedy of errors only reflect the conspicuous rigged election pushed forward as the historic win for Beijing financed and promoted Biden Presidency.

  2. Respect others rights as you expect to be done to you. Never claim anything in material or identity that is not yours and will ever be regardless of subversion and manipulation.

  3. Shed your ego, arrogance and prejudice of all kinds in an effort towards self- cleansing and soul-searching leading to clarity on the importance of life not just yours but also others near and far.

  4. Be yourself. Don’t engage in falsehood and fraudulent act.

  5. Have courage and integrity to admit failures and accept responsibility.

Greed is worse than any deadly disease inevitably terminating the source and all those influenced by the negative trait. Similarly infringement on others rights, illegal claims and usurping in any manner is carcinogenic and definitively cause unmitigated disaster for all those involved in the preventable malfeasance.
