Reversal of Authority from people to stakeholders on economy, politics and everything related to survival.

Ordinary citizens are expected to obey the law and any violation is deemed punishable offense or crime.

The laws pertaining to wide range of matter from traffic citations to civil disobedience and criminal conduct are strictly enforced on any average citizens breaking the rule.

However, the same standard does not apply to members in politics i.e. government, the rich and famous in many societies and influential entities enjoying privileged status regardless of wrongdoing and willful engagement that normally attracts penalty and sometimes prison time depending on the severity of crimes.

When there is agreement that all are created equal by one almighty God, then accordingly the system should bar discrimination and decline preferential treatment or exemption often witnessed with high profile political figures and anyone closely or remotely associated to bigwigs in the application of law.

The concept of equality is accepted only to suit convenience and neglected other times in situations demanding fairness in the so-called democracy.

When lawmakers become lawbreakers and take refuge in immunity then such laws become questionable as they are not respected by those legislating them.

In the United States, the state and federal penitentiary are overflowing with inmates serving time for reasons not always valid. The issues concerning the prison industrial complex venture receiving maximum state and federal funding to keep inmates in the cell is costing taxpayers in billions at national level that could be divested in nation building and programs helping prisoners to become productive citizens in society.

Juxtaposed the State actors despite evidence based involvements during the term in office are rarely subject to proper investigation and legal consequences similar to ordinary citizens experience not excluding high ranking military officials like General Stanley McChrystal fired for alleged critical comments about then President Barack Obama and his staff to rolling stone magazine.

Likewise, General David Petraeus resigned following charges on sharing classified information with his biographer and companion whereas the former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s email saga on private email server compromising United States security was given a free pass as key member of political establishment.

Recently, the three star Army General Michael Flynn was forced to resign as National Security Adviser in the current administration. General Flynn had to leave on purported conversations with the Russian ambassador to the United States that was declared alarming and treasonous.

In comparison, the democrat congresswoman Jane Harman lobbying the Justice department to reduce espionage charges against two Israeli spies in 2009 neither bothered Congress nor the media on betrayal by congress member in the misplaced priority over national security.

In other instances of indifference to political class critical failures in safeguarding citizens and United States interests are;

The administration under former President George w. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney including the state department, defense, national security and intelligence allowing 9/11 terror attack on their watch ignoring several warnings on imminent terror event qualifying as complicity in the killing of more than three thousand Americans on that fateful day not considered a crime.

Subsequently the administration’s key members viz. Vice President Dick Cheney headed Haliburton and Parent company Kellogg Corporation profiteering from illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan with price gouging and poor quality on defense personnel food and maintenance requirements are serious transgressions not even drawing any attention for necessary action.

Similarly, the successor administration under ex-President Barack Obama and former secretary of state Hillary Clinton run state department Benghazi fiasco in 2012 with the assassination of United States ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens and three intelligence operatives among other civilian deaths were absolved due to their intimate relations with Congress and media as well as the press. They are protected until today confirming little or no concern for others’ lives in the close network providing them iron clad defense and security.

Juxtaposed, the credit bureau Equifax lately featured in headlines for allegedly disregarding signs of potential security breach known ahead of time reportedly resulting in data leak of clients’ credit reports.

The credit bureau is now faced with class action lawsuit for security lapse. The private sector and individuals besides Army Generals are pursued for any minor to major incidents with sensationalized media coverage and legal quagmire.

The State actors such as the previous two administrations in 9/11 and Benghazi scandals remain unscathed irrespective of massive casualties and tragedies in the absence of preemptive measures in both scenarios that could have otherwise thwarted terror and catastrophe.

Where is the class action lawsuit on them though their individual worth is substantial having capitalized on the prime and executive designations they held at that time in addition to extraordinary gains maximized in politics and post term in office?

The laws that exist only for regular folks with the nation transformed into police state through dragnet surveillance, racial profiling at the airports and propaganda invading homes and people minds via big and small screens could not be happening in the land of the free and home of the brave.

Not only civilians, men and women in uniforms are also not safe proved in the downing of helicopter with Navy SEAL TEAM SIX aboard who were deployed in the Abbottabad operation in 2011. The callousness denying justice to their families just like the 9/11 victims’ dependents and relatives were misled on the 9/11 commission decision in concurrence with the masterminds behind horrific mass murder alone merits legal proceeding against the ones at the helm evading accountability.

When the State defaults on citizens relief and rescue from definite terror, natural disasters and other hazards, people are left at the authorities’ mercy.

The checks and balances on the State is imperative to divert focus on citizens and national affairs.

Meanwhile, the media spin continues to maintain status quo and celebrating the State players role in harming vulnerable citizens in the United States and worldwide.

United States emancipation from greed driven policies and agenda is essential to move forward in the new age.

Anyone objecting to discrimination based on race or religion extending support to fascism which is totalitarianism and oppression need to explain the bizarre position. Oppression is the root cause of discriminatory practice denying equal rights and respect to those subjugated due to political, economic and social prejudice.

The congressional resolution 49 initiated and passed to quell anti-semitism and racism would be meaningful upon a system eliminating hierarchy, secrecy and carte blanche authority to kill and terrorize citizens in the domestic and foreign domain besides enforcing the law of the land on all and not provide immunity to those consistently abusing power and influential status.

Those claiming entitlement in seizing others individual rights and freedom, undermining foreign nations sovereignty for economic interests and strategic dominance apparently not tolerant to dissent on economic and social disparity.

The exclusivity maintained in Secret Society and discreet meetings prohibiting public access and knowledge, UNSC in possession of veto power exercising free will to invade, occupy and force population into starvation through illegal economic sanctions, the diverse means threatening human existence with nuclear options and rejecting life with dignity to anyone regarded a fair target fall in the authoritarian category.

Not surprisingly, the response to proposal to revoke prevalent fascist dogma is antagonistic not to mention subversions to evade accountability on crimes against humanity.

Last but not the least, the altering position in suggesting ventriloquism in my presentation and at the same time deriding me with unsavory compliments especially those pledging against racism and hate speech is reflective of the source, agents and representatives demented stance.

Those lacking in courage, intellect and integrity resort to underhanded tactics rather than facing challenger with facts and reason that prove them incorrigible.

Congress passing resolution 49 unanimously condemning racism and anti-semitism related to Charlottesville incident that was signed and sealed might demonstrate solidarity.

However, the belief that all are created equal by one almighty God exemplified in deeds would be solemn and credible.

How about pledging and acting on the following to verify sincerity?

1. Thou shall not authorize or remain oblivious to racial profiling of law abiding citizens with exemplary civil conduct at the United States airport under national security pretext and rough handling for reasons beyond justification.

2. Thou shall not remain complicit to killing of more than three thousand Americans at home on 9/11 and thereafter several thousands of innocent children, women and men in foreign land. Accordingly, bring all those responsible for dereliction of duty and deliberate involvement not barring the so-called allies to justice proving none are above the law. 

3. Thou shall not grant immunity to the powerful, famous and influential despite their criminal record on the loss of civilian lives and career diplomats as well as intelligence personnel like the Benghazi gate. 

4. Thou shall not sponsor terrorism. Hence indict those who authorized use of terror and predator drones beginning from the top to bottom against citizens of foreign nation who meant no harm to the United States and citizens.

5. Thou shall not indulge in provocative activities on foreign shores subjecting citizens of those nations to unnecessary tensions and potential nuclear confrontation.

6. Thou shall not force population into starvation via illegitimate economic sanctions while ignoring own human rights record and belligerence that has never been held accountable thus far.

7. Thou shall do away with UNSC and self-granted veto power to subjugate nations regarded weak and vulnerable.

8. Thou shall respect others liberty and rights to equal opportunity and refrain from illegal surveillance and invasion of privacy.

9. Thou shall renounce secrecy and condemn the Secret Society barring secret meetings in the United States or anywhere in the world. 

10. Thou shall deceive none and disavow targeted demonization, character defamation, vicious propaganda, misrepresentation, condescendence and contemptuous engagement.

The allegiance pledged to the flag with stars and stripes representing one nation under God – that God vehemently opposes all of the above characteristics and tradition that is the status quo.

God never approves preferential treatment of some and discrimination towards others to be the norm. Such convention is man made in defiance of human values, ethics and democratic principle misleading self and the rest of the world.

The adherence in transcending race, religion and socioeconomic background across the spectrum would demonstrate acceptance and acknowledgment of people as human beings, treating them with respect that is expected from others.

Unity, civility and equality make any society civilized and respectable.

Bill and Melinda Gates foundation engaged in addressing global poverty level and disease control is a worthy cause.

However, the Microsoft founder and world’s richest individual Bill Gates participation in Secret Society meeting where policy discussions and decisions on global population are made prohibiting disclosure of minutes of meeting to the world with attendees sworn to secrecy is contradictory to stated principles of western democracy.

The Secret society conclave deploying violent means in denying access to real press and public with high profile members apparently in agreement to such practice raise credible concerns about globalists agenda.

The Secret Society existence exerting control over more than seven billion people in the so-called free world is ominous for universal benefit and progress.

The selective few in the world claiming entitlement to global resources and accordingly waging wars, sponsoring terrorism and destabilizing nations, imposing starvation through illegitimate sanctions, issuing nuclear threats for personal gains and vested interests is the cause for global impoverishment and preventable disease.

Bill Gates disassociation and denouncing such Secret Society rather than presence at the closed door gathering would confirm the Gates foundation genuine commitment to alleviate human suffering.

Otherwise, the Secret Society and the conglomerate responsible for humanity plight sharing thoughts on mitigation is analogous to setting fire and pose to extinguish flames ignited by them in the first place.

The influential members in society responsible role in refraining from promoting globalists counterproductive strategy would contain half of human misery.

The disingenuous position never delivers desirable outcome. Contrarily changing course would provide opportunity for a better future benefitting all.

Hillary Rodham Clinton – Presidential bid proved unsuccessful twice.

 

Angela Merkel – Strong advocate of austerity especially on Greece exacerbating economic recession.  Flip flop on refugee crisis having contributed to the issue with EU lifting ban on weapons supply to terror networks strengthening terrorism in Syria arguably haunt those responsible for humanitarian disaster. The economic woes among EU members and refugees situation is a conundrum in the upcoming election in Deutschland.

 

Sonia Gandhi – Scandals outweighed any positive achievement.

 

Benazir Bhutto – Second attempt to assume office led to assassination.

 

Aung San Suu Kyi – The west honored Nobel Laureate lack of response to internal ethnic problem concerning Rohingya Muslims attracting criticism.

When you are favored by the west, expect the worst is evident thus far.

The reason is the syndicate fomented misogyny through proxies (interestingly mostly women) in different capacity such as columnists, publicists and performers following scripted material are hired for the task much to self-embarrassment and folly.

Perhaps, the contrary from the west viz. prejudice, hatred, indignation and denial of respect and original identity is a blessing.

The Ruling Class

When rules and laws in society are only meant for law abiding ordinary citizens and not those who flagrantly violate position, influential status and authority,

Then that system is fundamentally flawed and becomes the bedrock for corruption, human rights violation and systemic abuse of power.

The stark contrast in the application of law on average citizens vs. immunity to individuals and entities with proven track record conforming to criminal actions that are punishable by law for regular people and more so upon the offender be a minority or different ethnic background is ominous for any nation especially the kind poised as democracy.

All are equal and therefore none are held above the law remains only in concept not practice. 

As it has been well said before;

When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny.

In the contemporary environment, the State actors with their promoters and defenders in the Corporate media, news organizations, entertainment industry and importantly campaign financiers, judiciary in the mutual favors and any available alibi are lock step and barrel with the ruling class providing free pass on involvements affecting citizens lives including men and women in uniforms against national interest.

The communication media – the news, television and social media serving as the platform for distraction from issues demanding serious attention explains the intricate network designed to evade accountability and mislead the public with mindlesss information and events filling newspaper columns and TV programs to maintain status quo.

The September 11, terror attack with collusion and complicity among members in position of power and authority together with allies viz. Israel and Saudi Arabia is a stigma for United States projected as model democracy and Superpower capable of reducing adversary to stone age. The participation in the event rather than thwarting terror on that day and thereafter not only confirms misplaced priority ignoring citizens survival and safety but also reveals the passion in promoting ill-conceived agenda – The Project for New American Century (PNAC).

The calibrated assault on the fateful day and consequent removal of witnesses and evidences to protect those responsible for the event unveil the sources posing threat to citizens in the United States and humanity at large.

The terror display on September 11, 2001 set precedence for many false flag incidents in the United States in particular.  Additionally, 9/11 serving as the premise for illegal invasions and occupation of foreign land resulting in enormous casualties and destruction of lives that continues until today is by far the worst crime against humanity in modern age.

What the patsies in the 9/11 operation did was overshadowed by those behind the meticulous scheme.

The 9/11 commission to investigate the matter in essence added insult to injury for victims’ families in the outcome designed to concur with the masterminds’ position that the incident was carried out by riff raffs representing al Qaeda whose leader Osama Bin Laden, a valuable CIA asset was guaranteed United States government empathy with visits from FBI checking on his health status in Rawalpindi and Dubai.

In fact, Osama Bin Laden proved indispensable during and after life for those keen on maintaining status quo with repeat terror attacks worldwide even though Osama Bin Laden passed away in 2001.

Meanwhile, the 9/11 architects and protagonists could not wait on military intervention in oil rich Iraq for they were too eager to decimate the country while simultaneously shelling Afghanistan that persists until now.

In order to justify unjustifiable intrusion in foreign nations, the infamous Guantanamo Bay became a novel idea to hold so-called terror suspects declining them habeas corpus i.e. legal representation combined with renditions and abduction of youth especially of Islamic faith dispatched to prison camps in Eastern Europe and elsewhere per United States and allies’ agreement.

Every administration regardless of political affiliation have sustained military actions obliging the military industrial complex and neoconservative doctrine. More so ensuing 9/11 attack the administrations showcased air power in cluster bombs, air strikes, predator drones chasing children, women and men from their humble dwellings, launched nuclear laden missiles, showered depleted uranium and,

Last but not the least the previous administration sponsored terrorism in 2011 continued unabated despite tremendous loss of lives and humanitarian disaster creating refugee crisis.

The irony is all that were started in the wake of 9/11 terror – Guantanamo Bay, Afghanistan war, Prison camps in Bagram and several overseas sites holding many suspects without access to any legal course, terrorism in Syria, Iraq and Libya in 2011 and dividing Sudan into two nations in July 2011 causing chaos and political instability in South Sudan…represents every administration’s legacy with no desire and political will to end gross human rights violation and occupation of foreign land.

 

Then Why not reinvestigate 9/11 by Independent Committee with no political affiliation and pledge of allegiance to Secret Society?

That would determine United States sovereignty and republic status.

Remembering the fallen ones on 9/11 and multitude victims of warfare following 9/11 would be meaningful upon bringing those who are granted impunity to justice without exception.

However, in the cosmic realm justice might be delayed but never denied upholding fairness and equality.

Any such claim is inappropriate as it does not conform to reality.

Furthermore, the trend with visual content i..e pictures, photos posing sideways, front faced or any dimension 2D or 3D of individuals besides sporting eye wear ranging from spectacles to sunglasses nuanced to associate them with me is yet another deceptive practice. 

None can become another or attribute their indulgence especially embarrassing and incriminating innuendoes to anyone and conversely seize my good deeds and achievements as theirs in the hope of identity swap which is self-defeating not to mention the unscrupulous action. 

The desperate measures aimed at hurting and harming my personal image, character and selfless contributions qualifying as character defamation is vindictive. Nonetheless futile.

As for the opportunists exploiting the situation to their advantage for financial gains and undeserving glory is only momentary. Every involvement in life  bear consequences demanding settlement in the laws of Karma.

United States is in no position to advise or lecture anyone on nuclear responsibility having been the only nation to have used nuclear arsenal on civilian population in Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

United States, Israel and NATO allies Britain and France as nuclear powers have not hesitated in deploying nuclear laden missiles and air strikes showering uranium in Fallujah, Iraq then Libya and Syria and White phosphorous on Gaza. So much for understanding nuclear responsibility thus far.

Furthermore in the use of chemical agents – Napalm in Vietnam, supplying biological weapons to former ally ex-President Saddam Hussein during eight years war between Iraq and Iran. Then Iraqi President also used the biological weapons from U.S. against Kurds in Iraq.

In 2012 and onwards U.S.and allies represented terror operatives were armed with chemical substance viz. sarin gas that terror factions used against children, women, elderly and men besides defense personnel in Syria.

In light of above mentioned involvements, United States and those responsible for heinous crimes against humanity have no grounds to find faults in others having set precedence with no limits in reckless conduct.

The hawkish elements with scripted speeches at UNSC – the body with no legitimacy conveniently set up to promote belligerence at will against nations regarded a fair target could no longer exercise arbitrary actions ignoring grave consequences in the region and the rest of the world.

The world was misguided earlier to invade Iraq leaving the oil rich nation infested with terrorists and forcing Iraq to combat terror for nearly half a decade now.

United States objection to North Korea’s nuclear capability would be appropriate upon United States leading the front in universal nuclear disarmament beginning with self-denuclearization. Those who preach must practice for credibility.

United States unequivocally remaining existential threat with military bases worldwide along with NATO endanger lives and habitat.

The illegal invasion and occupation of nations for economic interests and strategic dominance continue to claim lives and shatter prospects of normal existence for war victims.

United States media and press – the so-called liberal and conservative alike drum roll for war under any pretext clarifies the system under siege. There is no desire or serious commitment to allow diplomacy and dialogue to defuse crisis.

Such disposition is contradictory to reaction to rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. The intolerance to slogans in these protests somehow not shared towards voracious appetite for violence and bloodshed.

The fact of the matter is in the absence of will to abandon wars, military interventions and any form of aggression including terrorism, the sponsors of hostility and offensive engagement care less about loss of lives and irreversible impact evident in the status quo.

United States presence in Korean Peninsula is the cause besides declining to respect sovereignty of nations and regions occupied for vested interests.

Any reasonable minds would recognize these problems and address them with withdrawal of forces, cease military activities and endorse peaceful negotiations as a permanent solution.

The citizens in North and South Korea cannot be deprived of a peaceful resolution to the hyped dispute fueled largely for profits with little or no concern for people in the region.

The de-escalation of tension is possible with peace delegation from South Korea to neighbor and family North Korea for discussion. Both nations perseverance to reach consensus on freezing counterproductive military and nuclear endeavors on all sides would confirm genuine positions and define South Korea’s independent and sovereign statehood as well.

North Korean leadership demonstrating peaceful overtures over nuclear testing would earn international support and bring the standoff to conclusion.

At present, any reason to attack North Korea is experimented and North Korean leadership and military advisers would be wise not to provide fodder to agenda.

Peace has everything to offer upon rational approach whereas confrontations only lead to ruins and rubbles.

North Korea Nuclear Testing – As long as the status quo remains with United States and South Korea military drills in Korean Peninsula and sanctions against people in North Korea providing the reason for North Korea Nuclear armament in self-defense, the tension in the region is bound to escalate.

Just before the latest nuclear testing by North Korea on Sunday, the U.S. sources behind North Korea standoff reiterated their position on reunification of Korea as undesirable. Instead they clearly stated their preference for contemporary North Korea.

Such statement clarifies the state of affairs which means South Korea is expected to eternally depend on United States military base on their soil. The situation has striking resemblance to Afghanistan.

Like the 16 years old war in Afghanistan proved unwinnable having lost scores of lives on all sides and incurred phenomenal economic liability to a tune of $6 trillion at U.S. taxpayers’ expense, the failed policy on troop surge pursued to prolong stagnancy.

With respect to Korea – The skirmishes involving back and forth responses between U.S. and North Korea via military exercise and nuclear testing respectively to continue unabated creating an environment for all nations in the region to beef up defense stockpiles absorbing major share of every nation’s national budget.

The military industrial complex and prominent think tanks hawkish strategy to thrive rain or shine exacerbates any potential for peaceful resolution not only concerning North Korea but anywhere in the world.

Not surprisingly, the defunct UNSC serves illegitimate actions provoking nations to adopt extreme measures in retaliation.

Unless the trend targeting nations for economic interests and strategic dominance cease with recognition of those nations’ sovereignty, the global security is threatened by unnecessary aggression and egregious decisions without reflecting on own interventions behind the conflict.

The nations under military incursion are required to accept hostility as the norm and acquiesce to harsh and unfair conditions imposed through UNSC and unipolar assessments.

South Korea extending an olive branch to North Korea and the latter in return authorizing peaceful negotiations with the former rather than nuclear threats is the only way forward to defuse crisis in the Peninsula.

United States removal of troops and military artillery from Korean Peninsula is critical to avert any disaster.

Unfortunately, profitability is prioritized over citizens’ lives and safety in the war games that are no longer affordable in the nuclear age.

There is an urgency for responsibility and reason to prevail over recklessness and obstinacy.

United States military presence in foreign shores under any pretext is naturally unwelcome and having negative impact on any possible resolutions between North and South Korea.

The citizens in North and South Korea together with the entire population in Asia Pacific deserve to exist in peace and not be subject to lingering hostility promoted by myopic foreign policy.

There should be no reluctance in diplomacy and dialogue with North Korea. Similarly, North Korean leadership direct engagement with South Korean counterpart would exemplify both nations’ commitment to protect people and the nation they represent that otherwise seemingly held hostage to political and military demand.

Power is worthy in resolving disputes without expending lives and taxpayer funds that are best divested in nation building and economic development.

The United Nations General Assembly scheduled on September 2^nd assuming a new role in the event of UNSC dissolution is critical for the organization poised as an international body.

United Nations with 186 countries as members is headed by key powers nominating their representative as Secretary General rather than the position filled through election by member states considering the international forum expected to preside over global matter unlike the trend until now.

UN annual assembly featuring world leaders’ speeches on common issues besides relevant problems concerning them and their region is the standard format. However, the resolutions to crises are few and far between. Any attempts in this regard suffer setbacks due to obstacles from those against such measure.

The urgency to end conflicts in Syria, North Korea, Yemen, Iraq and Libya…lack political will and initiatives despite massive humanitarian toll, refugee crisis, health and environment hazard from terror sponsorship in Syria, Iraq and Libya while provocative military drills in Korean Peninsula inviting response from North Korean authority.

Not to mention starvation imposed through illegitimate sanctions affecting vast number in the country dealing with such irrational move.

The sources behind ongoing warfare and tensions declining to cease aggression towards nations targeted for economic interests and strategic dominance are primarily responsible for unwanted skirmishes and bloodshed in the regions undermining those nations sovereignty.

Any terms and conditions in disputes would normally apply to all sides for peaceful settlement. The party involved in incursions of a sovereign nation blaming the other and at the same time continuing with military exercise or backing terror outfits as the case may be rejecting international rules and civil engagement forfeit the right to objection to any response from the states bound by national defense.

The provocateurs unwillingness to refrain from activities whether military operations in Korean peninsula, illegal occupation and invasion in Afghanistan or terror manifestation in the Middle East exacerbate situations threatening world peace and security.

United Nations legitimacy is largely dependent on ability to function withstanding pressures, threats, incentives and influence having been the norm since inception to maintain international status quo. The UN concept as an international society is yet to be established with aspiring members unable to enroll and represent their cause and people oppressed by those exerting control over the organization.

Accordingly, United Nations effectiveness is based on implementing the following actions in the upcoming session.

Syria – Ending Syrian conflict with cessation of violence and terrorism. The states in opposition to peace and renouncing terror would clarify motives and inevitably deal with consequences like the ones experienced in the past and present.

Afghanistan – UN vote to end foreign occupation and complete withdrawal of U.S. and NATO troops including private contractors, intelligence agents and operatives from the war torn nation is imperative.

North Korea – The withdrawal of United States base in recognition of Korean nations sovereignty allowing dialogue and diplomacy between South and North Korea to take precedence is paramount to ease frictions in Korean Peninsula. Again, insisting on prolonging strains with military instructions and preparations would only result in defeat and unnecessary confrontation.

Yemen – United States, Israel and allies enabled Saudi intrusion in Yemen producing casualties and widespread disease like cholera could no longer be a Yemeni problem. The termination of bombing and shelling in the North African nation is an immediate requirement to let Yemen emerge from persistent decimation.

Palestine – United Nations General Assembly vote to bring Palestinian plight to conclusion by declaring Palestine statehood is pertinent not only for Palestinians in beleaguered Gaza, West Bank and Jerusalem i.e. occupied Palestine but also verify UN authenticity and effectiveness to act on long standing Middle East issue.

Tibet – Similarly the independence of the Himalayan nation from the People Republic of China annexation deserves attention and recognition of sovereign statehood in addition to membership as a separate country in the UN.

Taiwan – Independent status to be acknowledged as the Far East nation is a UN member.

Sri Lanka – The nation to offer equal rights barring segregation and disenfranchisement of Sri Lankan Tamils in the island nation. The other alternative is full autonomy to Tamil majority provinces to compensate for hard line government policy leading to human rights violation and denial of equal opportunity.

Myanmar – UN to vote on Rohingya Muslims citizenship rights as naturalized inhabitants of the country providing relief to Rohingyas abandoned by global community.

Kashmir – The entire population – both majority and minority rights, purging terror from across the border, demilitarization on both sides in India and Pakistan, independent investigations of abuse on all fronts, granting easy access without bureaucracy interference for citizens to travel for medical treatments and civilian government addressing the needs of all not just the preferred demography is to be promoted and executed to guarantee citizens safety and security in the valley.

Pakistan – Baluchistan and Sindh province grievances cannot be neglected as an internal affair with growing frustration among locals in these territories facing many difficulties jeopardize potential for peaceful coexistence in South Asia.

Likewise, the citizens in Africa, Latin America and indigenous groups subject to civil wars, foreign interventions disrupting political and economic stability and atrocities respectively are to be resolved in a fair and just manner to justify UN embodiment of peace and unity.

Failure in this respect would confirm United Nations power or the lack thereof and perhaps create the requisite for new global platform where all nations regardless of size and stature would contribute to the decision-making process on equal footing eliminating hierarchy.

Finally, the entities outrage at hate sentiments expressed in the organized rally in Charlottesville, Virginia is contradictory given their complacency and participation in genocide in the region and other parts of the world.

Hate and discriminatory practices against any not just the selective few must be condemned without reservations as that would exemplify genuine intolerance to prejudice prevalent towards race, religion, ethnicity, culture, socioeconomic and educational background.

Humanity served to benefit all is the path to sustainable peace and success.

The latest decision to increase troops in Afghanistan is repeat failed strategy with same expectation. The proposal to defeat terrorism is exactly the same since invasion of the country in 2001. United States military leaderships and White House stating the reason for troop expansion around this time as targeting terrorism shifting focus from nation building is rephrasing strategy.

The main issues – Taliban, al Qaeda, government and Afghan security lacking strength and resources to quell terrorism and last but not the least neighbor Pakistan remaining terror haven are cited as contributing to United States and NATO setbacks thus far.

United States from the beginning had more than 100,000 boots on the ground in addition to NATO contingency until recently to contend with Taliban, al Qaeda and prepare Afghan security forces to combat terrorism and insurgency. Now in the national address, the position is referred to as dealing with terrorism in Afghanistan is the only focus for United States.

Accordingly, the stagnancy poses many questions.

What did United States and NATO exactly do in the past 16 years in Afghanistan?

How come the largest 100,000 troops presence along with NATO alliance could not contain Taliban insurgency comparatively less at that time and al Qaeda redeployed in Libya, Syria and Iraq from 2011 until today?

What is different now that was not possible despite expansive operation in Afghanistan for over decade and a half unanimously acknowledged a failure?

The current situation stated as Taliban insurgence and al Qaeda are major threats has long been identified as such and the status quo further clarifies the losing war besides economic liability having cost U.S. tax payers $6 trillion in Afghanistan pursuit.

Pentagon quoting Taliban and al Qaeda as factors for troop surge. Taliban in return asserting insurgency as resistance to United States occupation. The inverse status is a vicious circle.

Afghanistan has experienced numerous foreign occupation in Afghan history. None could prevail in their aspirations forcing foreign powers exit from the terrain country. There will be no exception in this regard due to aggression and violent means for vested interests never succeed especially in the uniquely complex Afghan nation.

The foreign incursion in Afghanistan is attributed to relentless violence and political instability. Additionally, poppy cultivation funding arms purchase for war lords, terror factions and Taliban not without foreign occupiers sharing profit exacerbates security and conditions for Afghan farmers lured into narcotic trade over agriculture.

Politically, Afghan government installed rather than elected barring assassinations of viable candidates not surprisingly in agreement to foreign agenda highlight corruption – yet another serious problem obstructing reliable and competent governance. Afghanistan election including the Pashtuns tribal assembly – loya Jirga intercepted by foreign influence as witnessed in 2011 to steer representation favoring foreign permanent existence in the country.

American security claimed in the late night bid for troop surge ignores American lives in uniforms lost in the long embroiled battle seeing no end in sight. Not to mention scores of innocent civilian lives in Afghanistan falling prey to all sides more so with cluster bombs and U.S. defense capability tested on Afghan soil during all administrations, predator drones chasing Afghan men, women and children from their humble dwellings in the so-called attempt to drain the swamp rampant with previous administration.

The trajectory clearly confirms the challenges and constant impediments brought upon by foreign occupation whether by troops, private army and contractors, intelligence agents imposing military authority and political clout denying Afghanistan – sovereignty and political freedom.

No matter how the circumstances are maneuvered to extend occupation in Afghanistan, no nation can eternally depend on foreign powers to protect them for that arrangement exposes the host nations’ vulnerability and absence of will to safeguard own citizens and territory.

In outsourcing tasks to foreign military not necessarily accepting for client state defense instead focused on economic endowments such as lithium, plentiful minerals and precious metals in Afghanistan failing that to establish strategic dominance in the region unveils the veneer behind open end policy in Afghanistan.

Evidently, neither the people in Afghanistan nor United States are beneficiaries in the protracted warfare. The population in both nations are expending lives and U.S. taxpayers footing extraordinary bill for timeless military engagement while Afghan citizens deprived of long overdue economic opportunity.

As for neighbor Pakistan, the stigma as terror haven will stick as long as Pakistan’s relevant institutions and political groups neglect responsibility to purge terror wreaking havoc across the borders and rocking every city and province making life impossible for citizens in Pakistan as well as those around in South Asia. Again, arms dealers involved in arming terror networks, defense contractors and brokers are instrumental in bolstering terror anywhere.

United States and NATO complete withdrawal of forces not excluding private entities in any capacity responsible for embattled Afghanistan and not troop buildup that would guarantee Afghanistan peace and stability.

The popular consensus in Afghanistan and United States is for U.S and NATO as well as foreign operatives to return home. United States having reached a crescendo unable to provide credible explanations in prolonging undertaking proved counterproductive and unsustainable.

Afghanistan rising to the occasion and demonstrating commitment to resolve internal conflicts would exemplify Afghanistan’s independent statehood. In eliminating or at best mitigating the two contentious issues –corruption and terrorism would charter course for effective governance and strong national security thwarting terror and insurgence from within and outside the country.
