The issues confronting humanity are far too many and viable solutions unfortunately not desirable for some major participants also happened to be primary contributors of problems leading to status quo.

“Too many cooks spoil the broth” – reflected in the recipe not edible for preparers consumption nonetheless served as scrumptious feast in epic proportion.

G20 main focus on euro zone, Syria, nuclear talks with Iran and anti-missile defense are important.

However, shedding light on other political and military strategies attributed to humanity suffering equally relevant such as drone strikes in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Yemen evidently claimed more innocent lives and fomented terror recruitment facilitating perpetual warfare perhaps boosting defense industry, energy and finance sector stocks at the respective population bloodshed.

The underlying impact also suggestive of disregard for national sovereignty in the false presumption on territorial occupation to execute orders without prior consent or approval by targeted nations defense force or citizens victimized in arbitrary assault.

Pakistan and United States standoff arising from Salala incident involving NATO attack on 24 Pakistani soldiers with no formal apology that prompted military supply routes blockade and,

Pentagon haggling over transportation fee in this context masquerades undercurrents originated in closing down Shamsi Air base in Baluchistan used as drone launch center generating the perception of obstinacy overriding reason.

Furthermore, Abbottabad operation and reports on subsequent mockery of Pakistani national defense by U.S. Defense Secretary during visit to neighboring India confirm unsavory practices diminishing not only United States stature but also jeopardize negotiation on contentious matter.

The most aggravating of all being the regrettable aggression – apparently 800 civilians killed of whom 200 are children in the 300 drones launched by the current U.S. administration since assuming office slighting Pakistan request to cease mass execution.

Similarly in Afghanistan – U.S. and NATO invasion has produced civilian casualties at an alarming rate by far exceeding 9/11 figure with recent deaths of men, women and children in a wedding event clarifying aggressors disrespect for life excepting their own.

Yemen – under the pretext of hunting Al-Qaeda – created by U.S. intelligence to wage the so-called war on terror with no end in sight resonates pleas in semblance with Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Again reports on Yemeni journalist imprisoned at the present U.S. chief executive personal behest for exposing fallen prey comprising men, women and great number of children to U.S. air raid calls for serious introspection among those propagating regime change in Syria.

Notwithstanding Libyan death toll in the wake of U.S. led NATO bombings and mayhem thereafter.

Syria – The uprising transformed into foreign powers vs. the state confrontation with former determined to remove the latter from office by funding and arming militias is yet another expedition in direct violation of human rights and international law not to mention deliberate sabotage of envoy Kofi Annan peace proposal.

The roadmap for Syria cannot be drawn with foreign agenda to destabilize sovereign state and entire region ignoring self-inflicting irreversible consequences in the process.

Syrian turmoil redressable with violence cessation from all sides made possible upon mercenaries and rebels posing to be the opposition implicated in crimes against mainstream like kidnapping and collecting ransom…and other atrocities desist to allow UN monitoring as well as Syrian government adherence to public referendum on constitutional reform and Parliament formation per latest electoral mandate.

Time is running out for hegemony sponsored armed terror groups and external power players engaged in depriving Syria peace and political stability.

No ceasefire sustainable unless and until foreign hired factions expelled from Syrian soil and weapons confiscated to resume required humanitarian relief and international oversight.

Syrian authority now dealing with alleged suicide bombing threats exacerbates multidimensional challenges and agents behind these plots essentially precipitating disaster to befall on them in the otherwise containable situation.

State Legion precautionary measures prioritizing civilian protection and national territory could alleviate plight for citizens stranded in crossfire.

Syrian leadership deploying security personnel across the nation along with intelligence in detecting decoy and apprehension of groups endangering life should reduce widespread death and destruction.

Summarizing Syrian conflict – Western powers and allies retraction and complete termination of rebel firepower would expedite anticipated calmness paving way for constructive dialogue and necessary political transformation.

Egypt – The bizarre political stagnancy in the absence of functioning Parliament and legislative body emboldens U.S. backed military power viz. SCAF (Supreme Council of the Armed Forces).

Egypt electorate resistance to the return of Mubarak era or military and western operatives maneuvered fundamentalism are crucial for emancipation of the long oppressed society.

Youth participation and solidarity among all citizens regardless of faith and individual identity is paramount to depose authoritarianism from within and outside.

Egypt revolution maintaining energy and enthusiasm while pledged to peaceful and non-violent course to prevail in political goal would guarantee success.

Iran Nuclear Program – Reiterating the urgent need to lift sanctions and financial transaction impediments against Iran – preliminary step for breakthrough in the unnecessary tension caused by nations entrenched in double standards and least interested in global security.

Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and Anti-Missile Defense – Pervasive nuclear disarmament and abandoning controversial AMD besides dismantling NATO is no longer an option but a necessity for world peace and life survival.

Shifting liabilities on to emerging economies tax payers with BRICS contribution of $75 billion to IMF and more on the way confirms the disadvantage of globalization enabling fundamentally flawed policies with no safety features or emergency rescue plan squeezing funds from sources not responsible for the crisis and profit sharing reserved among exclusive club members unwilling to accept responsibility.

Globalization touted as neo liberalization exerting authority for easy access to developing nations market largely exploiting resources and human capital widening gap between rich and poor.

Another inherent enemy in globalization for farmers, workers and main street vendors is Free Trade Agreement – rejected in nations due to detrimental outcome.

Likewise IMF, World Bank, ECB, EU, WTO, UN, UNSC, NATO and ICC – organizations and institutions formed post World War II severely lacking in credibility and legitimacy for not having served in interest of humanity at large and instead intensified political and economic woes spreading social injustice all around.

Public awakening to reality contemporarily curtailed with undemocratic tactics witnessed in peaceful assembly discarding first amendment rights and national constitution.

Political leaderships are obligatory to deliver campaign promises and fulfill constitutional oath to safeguard and improve lives across the spectrum contrary to existing hard line approach and apathy towards human misery emanating from obsolete and redundant remedy.

People power throughout history has triumphed in revolutionizing methods appropriate for human progress – a trend prevalent world over striving for liberty, economic prosperity and social equality.

Wishing imminent victory to all peace activists, environmentalists and political freedom fighters in their non-violent struggle.

Egypt – Presidential Election Amid Supreme Court Parliament Dissolution

Egypt votes in Presidential election amid chaos and confusion from Supreme Court decision to dissolve Parliament and legislative assembly annulment.

Presidential candidates representing Mubarak regime supported by Military power and,

Muslim Brotherhood – a non-participant in Egypt revolution that ousted former dictatorship President Hosni Mubarak from office are the only two options for the oppressed Egyptian population forced to settle on undesirable outcome.

Supreme Council on Armed Forces (SCAF) in control of executive power receiving U.S. aid $1.3 billion never missed an opportunity to exercise military might and excess force against unarmed civilians reminiscent of Mubarak rule until now.

Foreign intervention specifically United Sates military and State Department instructions to SCAF Generals summoned to Washington D.C. during and after revolution confirms the real authority behind military autocracy.

The western ideology premised on authoritarianism through proxy governance in order to contain alleged fundamentalism to protect their ally in the region has effectively fomented anti-western sentiments producing precisely the result claimed acrimonious to the west.

Western powers anti-democratic policy ironically under the guise of spreading democracy predominantly responsible for humanity plight world over and more so in the Middle East.

Post revolution in Egypt with no fundamental change contrarily held citizens’ rally reprehensible considering strong western ally Mubarak elimination from office.

Arming the military in Egypt alongside conducting electoral polls in the height of SCAF crackdown revealed deterrence on real democracy depriving pluralist system emergence.

Notwithstanding demonstrations galvanized against puppet representatives of foreign power.

Besides SCAF facilitated Islamist groups’ victory in Parliamentary elections to undermine mainstream democratic goals and Supreme Court latest position favoring Mubarak administration ex-Prime Minister Ahmed Shafiq candidacy in the Presidential race in the absence of Parliament and constitution exacerbates the crises.

Western concerns regarding militancy and anti-Semitism in Egypt or anywhere in Middle East primarily attributed to their role in denying Arab population right to self-determination such as opposition to Palestinian statehood and concerted action in destabilization of nations with military operation contributing to perpetual violence, death and destruction.

Otherwise, the western policy and architects behind political and economic mayhem triggering ethnic and sectarian conflicts in Middle East are essentially accountable for ramifications viewed hostile by them.

Egyptian society is faced with a dilemma of resigning to Mubarak style hard line political situation or accepting Islamists law upon assuming office provided the latter prevails in reversing the extraordinary Supreme Court stance apparently motivated by sources determined to prolong western guided military dominance.

Neither is viable and evidently rejected by the vast majority arguably fearing the status quo reverting to return of Mubarak era.

The alternative allowing Islamists to establish Sharia law per the political trend or prohibiting social justice to women and other minority segments in the country are legitimate grievances shared amongst victims in the clashes between Coptic Christians and Muslims although the military backing Mubarak cabinet member Ahmed Shafiq believed to have sponsored attacks since appointment by hegemony.

Egypt duress could be addressed with people demand for military compliance to relinquish power and exit from political domain not barring United States influence withdrawal.

Secular movement from the revolution period forging alliance with progressive political party having been suppressed thus far could be a formidable challenge to either political factions viz. SCAF and Islamists in disapproval of the current political development.

Egypt revolution displayed tremendous courage and succeeded in the dismissal of Mubarak government and similarly exhibited resilience against martial law.

The electorate in Egypt is not obligatory to surrender to the will of political dictum threatening individual rights and normal existence.

The solidarity pledged to peaceful and non-violent resistance could once again remove impediments on the path to democracy granting political freedom, economic progress and social equality across the spectrum.

Regardless of the electoral mandate given the extraneous conditions under which the Parliamentary and Presidential elections were held,

The people from all walks of life affected by the unpopular political choices could rise against military establishment and opportunists exploiting vulnerability within diverse demography.

Egypt political struggle would end with the election of leadership free from foreign intrusion and/or radicalization proved detrimental to public and national interest.

People spirit could reclaim sovereignty and much anticipated political independence.

The victory is imminent with consolidated and unified engagement in the common cause.

Syria – Ending violence and Foreign Invasion

Syrian situation deteriorating with escalating violence statewide and routine massacres targeting innocent lives in the villages and towns exacerbating crisis in the beleaguered nation.

Those responsible for arming the rebels rally in favor of military intervention – an illusion to accomplish the ill-fated goal.

The ceasefire never acknowledged by them with western powers sponsored Free Syrian Army, Turkey based Syrian National Council, London headquartered Syrian Observatory groups having infiltrated the society engage the national armed forces in continuous combat to advance regime change agenda.

The bloodshed cannot be contained unless and until all sides refrain from violent confrontation.

All nations are obligatory to protect citizens and public as well as private property from foreign agents constant shelling and indiscriminate shooting witnessed in Syria right now.

Syrian government response to militia attacks claimed in justification of national defense.

The criticism on Syrian position is political since western powers often use similar reason to wage wars against sovereign nations with hypothetical and/or manufactured threats to promote pre-meditated military invasions like in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and lately Syria.

The intentions are clear to lead Syria into full-scale civil war and destabilize the country for strategic advantage.

Local elements upon being identified with proper verification detained in humane conditions for investigation to ascertain source could delineate domestic operatives from overseas directive.

Syrian authority are also urged to exercise restraint when dealing with unarmed captives regardless of nationality in adherence to international rules that could also result in cooperation from hired resistance.

United front in Syria would be a formidable challenge despite foreign powers decision in the appointment of Kurdish leader Abdelbasset Sida to head controversial and questionable Syrian National Council from Turkey not to mention the credibility factor considering Kurdish plight in Turkey.

The powers preoccupied in derailing peace plan and democratic prospects under the guise of saviors also authorizing massive killings and brutality against all Syrians irrespective of sect and ethnicity per independent reports on the ground.

They have essentially declared war against Syria in all fronts and unequivocal Syrian denunciation on foreign hegemony terror deployment would deter expansion and save lives in the process.

Global community condemnation alone would not suffice in this respect.

The citizens across the world could come together in solidarity and non-violently disapprove their respective nation’s participation or the lack thereof in concluding Syrian upheaval.

Perhaps, the UN General Assembly could implement resolution against instigating nations posing impediments in peace envoy Kofi Annan ceasefire recommendation.

Nonetheless, Syrian people must come forward and decline foreign powers influence evidently yielding death and destruction.

Wishing people in Syria long anticipated peace and amicable dispute settlement between political leaderships and electorate across the spectrum.

Libya – NATO War Crimes and Political Turmoil

Arab Spring originated in Tunisia and inspired Egypt to rise against tyranny i.e. decades of oppression and persecution by dictatorial governments regarded strong western partners for strategic reasons in the region.

Initially Arab Spring were peaceful and non-violent until state crackdown using excess force occurred and the situation then onwards escalated from bad to worse in these two nations and,

In Egypt the uprising protracted until today against United States supported military power SCAF (Supreme Council for Armed Forces) with generous military aid worth $1.3 billion funded by American taxpayers while being forced to accept austerity amid economic recession.

When Arab Spring spread to Libya, the resistance again was calm and pledged to non-violence in the preliminary phase.

The western hired mercenaries and militias hijacked the uprising with western mainstream media assistance in their fraudulent claim that Libyan government organized air raids and relentless shelling in Benghazi and across the state.

The coordination amongst western communication media, military and political leaderships subverting truth to gain support for the pre-planned NATO intervention under humanitarian pretext caused many casualties and infrastructure demolition despite NATO assertion that attacks were targeted and precise rejecting ground reality.

Nevertheless, none held accountable and no investigation conducted on NATO war crimes in Libya with UNSC focused on yet another western mission replicating Libyan catastrophe in Syria premised on regime change for political destabilization enabling further advantage to prolong regional warfare.

As a result, Libya is in mayhem with lawlessness having become law of the nation run by NATO appointed government involved in human rights violation according to independent investigative journalists on post NATO operation assessment in Libya.

Ironically the predecessor was accused of similar atrocity leading to the assassination in public square – an undemocratic precedence in the so-called democratization pursuit.

Libyan leadership under Colonel Gaddafi folly trusting and heeding western power advice led to the violent end.

The incumbent National Transition Council in Libya apparently comprising U.S. State department selected individuals with western ties treading in the direction of chaos,

Notwithstanding armed militias on one side and fragmented tribal groups pledged allegiance to the former regime at the other end is a perfect scenario to declare the state beyond governance creating opportunity for foreign power to rein control over national oil reserves and even more lucrative source – water in the Arabian desert.

Hence Libyan revolutionists engaged in non-violence seeking political rights at the beginning prior to western intrusion must come forward and regain control from NATO and United States authorized council obviously not serving in national or public interest.

There is no functioning government to monitor deteriorating situation and instead the authority exacerbating crises with worst humanitarian crimes against previous government loyalists as well as those not in agreement with the status quo.

Libyan cities disarmament is absolutely vital to maintain law and order along with terror networks deterrence trained to continue upheaval in Libya expanding insurgency into Syria.

The citizens in Libya coming together in solidarity setting their various differences aside and consolidating efforts to form a government representing them regardless of identity and ideology important to regain sovereignty and political stability.

The youth participation in political system having shed blood in the earlier demonstration would facilitate meaningful democracy preparing the nation for constitutional reform, elections and Parliament without any foreign power influence evidently disastrous for the country.

Libyan citizens are urged not to accept violence as the way of life and renounce militancy against own population and neighboring state like Syria.

The rebels are pawns used by those capitalizing on the political unrest and puppet leaderships usually abandoned leaving them to meet their fate as witnessed in Egypt with ex-President Hosni Mubarak and many so-called close allies in the past and present.

The trend is a reminder to governments and leaderships surrendering national sovereignty to foreign regency against public will.

Not to mention the reflection on the heads of state lack of integrity and credibility to remain in power.

Libya could no longer perpetuate internal disturbance that has already produced loss of innocent lives with real beneficiaries being the weapon industry and organization such as NATO with highly questionable and objectionable motive.

Upon evaluating NATO trajectory thus far with drones over Afghanistan, Pakistan and indiscriminate bombings in Libya with no remorse or recognition of any wrongdoings,

It would be fair to call for NATO dismantling and termination to protect life and environment.

Unfortunately, the western powers through NATO following United States pose major threat to humanity due to massive blood in their hands and unnecessary interference to derail democratic process and/or governments across the world.

Therefore, it is obligatory on the citizens in the United States and NATO countries to end the systemic abuse of power demonstrated in the current events world wide – the Middle East and Islamic nations in particular.

Libyan freedom struggle would be over only after the establishment of people choice government unlike the contemporary setting maneuvered by hegemony from overseas base.

People in Libya assuming responsibility as patriotic duty in shaping their country’s future prohibiting detrimental instigation from abroad would determine their destiny.

Syria – Armed Rebels and Foreign Intervention Sabotage Ceasefire

The recent massacre in Houla near Homs, Syria escalated violence disrupting fragile ceasefire threatened since implementation.

While investigation conducted on the killings, the horrendous crime against innocent lives reminiscent of medieval practice.

The atrocity appears to have been carried out in close proximity using weapons other than firearms on the victims that demands proper scrutiny prior to arriving at biased conclusion.

As such the uprising has evolved into clash between foreign powers and the State with former determined to achieve instability depriving Syrian population their basic right to resolve political issues and express consent or dissent through ballots rather than the barrel of the gun facilitated by foreign sources to derail the peace plan.

The ratcheted rhetoric to enable UNSC usual measures – economic sanctions and/or military intervention reserved ahead of manufactured crises is provocative and counterproductive.

Instead the immediate remedy to the burgeoning problem is to hold the powers accountable for funding and arming militias and mercenaries attributed to brutalities in the Machiavellian goal.

Considering spill over on the adjacent border Lebanon again instigated by the same elements responsible for sectarian violence throughout Middle East,

The UN credibility is dependent upon condemnation of influential forces promoting death and destruction in Syria.

Further recommendation to disarm and deport the so-called rebels – the proxy troops on ground fighting the war against the government for power removal would confirm fairness and reliability.

With respect to the state response – Once the rebels identified as foreign entities,

Weapon confiscation alongside strengthening border security control including the ports for arms and ammunition seizure arriving into Syria would be the preliminary step followed by ousting those causing mayhem on the streets when their origin proved anything other than Syrian nationality could clarify real perpetrators behind latest terror.

Subsequent to eliminating arms supply to rebels and detention in humane conditions, the authority obligatory to retreat to the barracks and ceasefire.

The government could then resume implementing constitutional reform held earlier in addition to Parliamentary affairs commencement with direct negotiations involving the Syrian mainstream and minority across the state for further political transformation leading to democratic system.

Those advocating military operation in Syria unfortunately are under estimating ramifications despite lessons from Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya.

The extemporaneous policy best abandoned from military and economic standpoint.

Palestine – UN General Assembly (UNGA) Vote on Statehood

While the western powers target Syria,Iran and North Korea to lead the global society into world war III for dominance per PNAC (Project for New American Century),

Despite the misguided strategy experiencing colossal failures in every mission thus far,

The Israeli occupation and persecution of Palestinian population with children terrorized and taken into custody along with teenagers and young adults in Israeli detention camps denied due process not a priority among United Nations Security Council membership having passed several resolutions against Syria and Iran on human rights and alleged nuclear program.

Reiterating previously cited events involving Israel’s atrocities in West Bank and East Jerusalem through controversial Jewish Settlements, apartheid wall, check posts and,

Most importantly depriving Palestinian residents drinking water with supply diverted to Jewish settlers for substantial consumption on swimming pool etc. apparently not regarded crimes and justification for UN to impose embargo against Israel.

The peace process brought to a grinding halt and Israel now demanding border demarcation after having exiled Palestinians from the internationally recognized territory viz. West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem as their native land,

The two state solution effectively transformed into one state scenario in direct violation of the UN stance rejects Israel’s control over Palestinian state with similar reference to Golan heights belonging to Syria.

Henceforth, the only viable alternative to the deteriorating human rights problem in Israeli occupied Palestine is to adopt identical measures implemented with Israel sovereignty on May 14, 1948 i.e.

UN General Assembly unanimous or majority vote declaring Palestinian independence from Israeli administration in every respect would result in free Palestine Republic rule essentially reclaiming inalienable right to self-determination.

The comprehensive roadmap to two state existences was provided earlier.

However, the details are presented again to refresh memory for immediate action.

France backing Palestinian statehood at the UN General Assembly 66th session could be exemplified in action by newly elected President Francois Hollande with the vote that would pronounce the European pledge to liberty and democracy.

Last but not the least – Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Knesset legislators accepting reality in the rational approach is a pragmatic path for Israel renouncing all obstacles to peace, national integrity and image.

Understandably, Israel and Palestinian authorities have relevant concerns over issues similar to the events in the aftermath of Israel establishment.

Although the situation now contrast with the circumstances then allowing few exceptions, it is necessary to consider the factors for smooth transitioning and long lasting peace.

Israel highlighted on security, borders, Arab world acknowledgment of Israel sovereignty and the right to return for residency.

Israel could share the inevitable peace and progress as a reliable ally and innovative partner.

Attempts to discard permanent resolution on Israeli Palestinian dispute evidently detrimental to world security reverting to cyclical violence.

Israel and Palestine have been burying their future with youth caught in the crossfire.

Palestinian younger generation forced to waste precious life in captivity and concurrently Israeli citizens in the same age group conscripted for indefinite deployment in Palestine and commissioned to perpetual harassment not barring killings against their will.

Time to cease settlement and hostility for a new beginning.

United States – Memorial Day 2012

Memorial day is an occasion to memorialize martyrs and those sacrificing lives in defending national frontier.

However, the contemporary era dominant with warfare without boundaries for access to overseas economic resources and strategic advantage is the existential threat to humanity.

The quest for global supremacy adopting military intervention shows no mercy to life, regard for nature and above all defies international law.

Young men and women join the armed forces to serve the nation and protect the people of their country.

The modern wars predominantly waged through illegal invasion, occupation and destruction of nations for vested interests.

Considering war is a travesty that produces pervasive death and grief,

The ramifications evidently are irrelevant not to mention the atrocities against occupied nationals – the norm in the so-called civilized society.

The marines and troops at large upon being disillusioned lately from the mission not being remotely related to defending national territory but instead launching aggression with generational impact – loss of lives, severe health conditions, congenital birth defects, deformities due to chemical weapons such as depleted uranium again in direct violation of Geneva convention.

The vast majority of armed personnel experience betrayal and some of them suffering from psychological trauma with few demonstrating frustration by desecration of corpses, burning holy Quran and indiscriminate shooting spree…symptoms that are disturbing and deeply regrettable in the losing battle.

As for discharged and retired veterans – the courageous sharing of horrific tales and events while on duty perpetrated against innocent civilians in the war nations dealt with legal actions and some even subjected to veteran benefits withdrawal although the entitlement long been threatened to divest in further warfare.

The humanity faced with challenges not from the splintered terror networks rather the mastermind under the umbrella organization – New World Order.

Wars are conducted with no accountability on mounting casualties and burgeoning debt, violation of military code of conduct and above all the distortion in human toll on all sides including the brave men and women delivered in stars and stripes wrapped coffins prohibited from public view to avert anti-war protest.

The army unified with civilians categorically need to convey the message to the ruling elite – No more carnage and chaos around the world and not in our name.

Anti-war movement near the latest NATO summit were treated with excess force in police response that caused serious injury to many activists profusely bleeding and not widely reported in the media.

United States led NATO intrusions responsible for decimation inflicting pain and suffering on nations continue operations with persistent drone attacks that has claimed nearly 35,000 lives in Pakistan alone with much higher statistics in neighboring Afghanistan.

Similarly NATO interference in Libya under humanitarian pretext reportedly killed at least 40,000 or more with none held accountable for the horrendous crime against humanity.

The army misused by the nexus conglomerate profiteering from tragedies of war and those executing orders having never served in the line of duty commission troops in harms way for exclusive agenda.

It is time for collective resistance, rejection and peaceful non-violent revolt against the combined groups engaged in treason and massacre under the guise of national security.

The unanimous stance would restore United States honor and image notwithstanding the opportunity for the army patriotism in liberating nation from subjugation and reclaiming sovereignty currently under seize by new world order.

The deteriorating conditions eroding civil rights with Patriot Act, NDAA, ACTA and CISPA laws passed especially in the past months endangering democratic system and national identity that United States gallantly represented and now desperately required to be rescued from the hostile authority opposed to democracy, peace and harmony throughout the world.

Procrastination in rising to the occasion would minimize the potential to succeed in the national freedom.

The army and domestic security urged to exercise patriotic responsibility for republic safety, national status and democratic values increasingly compromised to accommodate one world government.

In remembrance of those having dedicated their lives to national service,

Memorial day is a reminder to end wars in pursuit of peace and respect for life and environment – the only habitat for all.

Sincere condolences to victims’ families and survivors of slain servicemen and women in different war zones fought for reasons excepting national defense.

Swiss Bank policy declining such requests on client-company confidentiality breach unless probe mandated by country’s legislation and bilateral agreement between Switzerland and Pakistan.

Prime Minister Gilani’s defense arguably based on the constitutional factor and Swiss bank customer protection deal – presented the predicament to the highest court and unfortunately failed in convincing the judiciary that ruled the verdict.

Although protocol allows Prime Minister Gilani to charter course for vindication,

The Supreme Court conviction on the head of the state impairs functionality with pervasive impact on the citizens and the nation.

The honorable Supreme Court action might be premised on national wealth recovery and rule of law establishment. Both notions are praiseworthy.

However, the judiciary bound by constitutional law in upholding national constitution that in this particular instance provides the office of Presidency impunity against investigation and legal ramifications until tenure expiry –

Perhaps generates odd situation considering truly democratic institutions are governed by constitution and any changes made possible through legislative amendment rather than judicial interpretation.

Pakistan citizens deserve peace and rapid economic development deprived in the ongoing tension and extremities inside the country largely emanating from sources engaged in regional destabilization.

Parliament overwhelming majority decision defining terms and conditions on foreign powers engagement in the so-called war on terror not only deters continuous turmoil but also reminds forces to refrain from undermining Pakistan’s independent identity.

The alliance for formidability creating fear and concerns widely perceived as intimidation against sovereign nations justifiably deserves scrutiny behind the purpose of operations and extension contributing to conventional and nuclear arms race since formation.

NATO presence collectively poses major threat to peace and disarmament with proliferating nuclear arsenal and ammunitions,

Besides fomenting militancy and terror networks emerging from vulnerability and hopelessness generated in the cyclical violence costing lives and taxpayer dollars with no accountability.

The military missions involving NATO thus far has been controversial and counterproductive considering interventional means and magnitude often violating international law never investigated for fairness applying uniform standards and prevention in the ongoing engagement.

The tremendous turmoil and trepidation among nations bogged down by warfare exacerbating victims’ tragedy especially with NATO drone strikes in Pakistan and Afghanistan demonstrate the questionable motives in the prolonged military offense with decisive outcome being troop withdrawal and NATO assault termination.

Despite NATO intrusion in Afghanistan and Pakistan for over a decade,

The dismal prognosis according to the U.S. military claim on the ever-increasing terror networks perhaps different in nomenclature but otherwise portending risks greater than before presented in defense budget spending deprives nation and citizens the opportunity for economic recovery.

NATO maintenance in the backdrop of negative attributes evidently signifies enormous drain on taxpayers’ revenue in the austerity period defeating the objectives to contain terrorism particularly the organization epitomizing traits endangering life and environment witnessed in Libya.

The defense industry arguably thrives under sprawling military capacity with renewable demands at humanity’s detriment and the profits not necessarily reviving the economy.

NATO and U.S. widespread military base worldwide is a burden established in the status quo and American taxpayers specifically the youth population dealing with burgeoning debt crisis not only on the student loans but also the future at stake for them with elected leaderships inability and lack of political will to reverse the trend in population and national interest.

However, the ultimate power remaining with people – the change made possible through ballots rejecting fundamentally flawed policies reflected in candidates’ performance and campaign finance other than individual dual platform i.e. rhetoric on campaign trail to win elections and upon election serving the substantial donors agenda.

Yet another contentious issue surrounding NATO is the expansion in Eastern Europe and anti-missile defense (AMD) installations jeopardizing START (Strategic Arms Reduction
Treaty) with Russia necessitating resurgence in short and long range missiles such as ICBM – Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles that hinders contemporary reset in the relation between the two nations.

NATO summit this year focused on Afghanistan security force, army recruitment, training and sustenance post U.S. exit in 2014 alongside U.S. military permanent settlement plan beyond the timeframe estimated at $4.1 billion with U.K. Australia and Germany reportedly delivered the agreed interim amount followed by Canada apparently contemplating on the sum towards this requirement.

As mentioned earlier in this context, Afghanistan military dependency on the west equivalent to Egypt dilemma experienced by the people with never ending interference undermining sovereignty and quest for democracy violently suppressed long after U.S. and Israel’s ally former President Hosni Mubarak departure.

Afghanistan as U.S. and NATO proxy government entirely relying on western funding when western economies are in dire state drastically affecting the respective citizens,

The pledge to military component over Afghanistan’s economic development indicative of perpetual confrontation with Taliban resisting foreign occupation leaving the citizens with no alternative but to support the resistance.

Afghanistan utilizing country’s resources to build economy and address national defense, political and social reform would essentially be the cornerstone for war fatigued Afghans desperately seeking end to violence and moving forward with positive growth conforming to twenty first century progress.

Again turning away from poppy cultivation – the source destroying lives with funding for incessant warfare, systemic corruption and political instability would be a remarkable beginning guaranteed to improve overall situation.

Likewise in Pakistan, NATO concentration on north western border Waziristan tracking militants for several years with sophisticated technology and air raids having killed many tribal members in that area and repeat incidents elsewhere along the territory obviously backfire in the anti-western sentiments expressed across the nation.

United States military with new age weaponry and equipment nonetheless exhausted troops on revolving combat duty some demoralized in the perennial chase for Al Qaeda and Taliban lost credibility in strategy and reason provided in the so-called war on terror.

NATO confined to protecting own national frontiers instead of tagging along United States would be honorable and pragmatic reducing or even eliminating existential terror produced for commercial gains and geopolitical advantage.

Adopting peaceful negotiations, diplomacy and respect for nations’ independent status absolutely important to repair and restore tarnished image.

Promoting domestic and overseas economy through mutually beneficial trade agreements, educational programs and cultural exchange – the catalyst for universal peace and harmony.

Life is to be celebrated not violated in the journey to self-liberation from deeds or karma determining the destiny.

Dissolving G8 and improving G20 forums in dealing with global challenges would be frugal in the contemporary austerity era saving time and valuable taxpayer dollars besides correlation with relevant geopolitical and economic dynamics contributing to global sustenance preventing catastrophic meltdown.

Economy – Euro zone objectives lacking in candor and specificity responsible for members precipitous decline not only in economic status but also political stability considering the latest instructions from dominant powers to Greece on austerity, referendum and general governance.

Again at this G8 meeting, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper enthusiastic pledge to promote Free Trade Agreement ignoring partner nations experience demonstrated in main street protests confirms the nexus group priority on global dominance.

Agriculture – G8 influential members in cohort with powerful corporations viz. Monsanto and agro based manufacturers behind farmers deteriorating conditions to survive and effectively compete in the globalized setting led to suicide and bankruptcies amongst farming community worldwide.

Western nations and allies in this regard maintaining medieval kingdoms and fiefdoms under ceremonial pretext but in reality wielding tremendous authority is a paradoxical trait for shadow powers envisaging space colonization.

Dreams for greater good could be an eventuality contradictory to narrow vision premised on self-interests remaining a mere fantasy.

People power is the imminent future for mankind with pervasive freedom, equality and tranquility.
