The ruling governments at the state and federal level subject to severe criticism and taking lot of heat from partisan media and predecessor ex-President Barack Obama rebuke of the incumbent President Donald Trump in the handling of the pandemic with rebuttal from the latter ongoing on one side.

On the other hand, the global health authority, World Health Organization having misled the world and allowed the virus spread globally through full cooperation with Beijing leadership, President Xi Jinping of China Communist Party in the critical initial period perhaps never even cross critics’ minds when targeting political leaderships and administrations bogged down in health and economic dual crises.

The burden of responsibility squarely falls on the World Health Organization for miscalculations and misguidance in denying human to human transmission in the beginning and disapproval on international travel ban that triggered contagion effect far and wide.

China and WHO together failed to contain the virus in Wuhan at the onset. WHO obligatory to conduct independent investigation on the outbreak prior to Beijing’s deliberated confirmation in Wuhan, China delayed in providing instructions to the international community until after preliminary epidemic evolved into a pandemic.

The controversy surrounding corona virus origin i.e. Wuhan lab in China with known lapses brought to notice by United States embassy in Beijing back in January 2018 appears to have been ignored raising a red flag in the institute set up for experiments in highly infectious viruses from the wild life viz. bats per numerous data drawing focus on the facility and activities concerning humanity at large.

The current corona virus SARS-CoV2 identified as related to bats that trace back to Wuhan Institute of Virology in Wuhan, China involved in corona virus research in bats attracting funding from the United States and Europe cannot be isolated in the efforts to determine the pandemic cause. 

The global attention on China and WHO, the organization having maintained contact and meeting with China at the early stages of the pandemic have let down global citizens in mitigating the deadly virus.

The global citizens seeking inquiry on the corona virus stemming from China together with WHO director general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus resignation for failure to act immediately in alerting the world governments and citizens that could have saved thousands of lives and averted the massive health and economic disaster are legitimate and valid. 

The loss of lives are irreversible and economic costs are phenomenal. Yet those responsible to deliver effectively at the beginning of this pandemic granted immunity on the job and protected from any adverse impact to their position is deeply regrettable.

The reverse would be applicable to any ordinary citizen anywhere had they been reckless in their decision and caused health catastrophe in epic proportion.

The rule of law regardless of status and statehood should be fair and equal. The global health organization expected to prevent pandemics and major health hazards having passed on their responsibility to China by relying on Beijing’s assessment and dissemination on the virus impact that originated in Wuhan, China reflect gross negligence and dereliction of duty. 

Beijing’s political clout and economic incentives to WHO top executive and officials undermining public health and safety is systemic epidemic in corruption culture.

WHO at the center of this health quagmire quintessential for egregious actions in dealing with the most sensitive and alarming health calamity.

While sitting President becomes a sitting duck and army Generals are a fair game including military personnel prosecuted and sentenced on politically motivated charges,

The cloak and dagger Secret Society active members in United States politics attending secret meetings on all matter concerning United States and humanity at large is the trend.

These members and others endorsed and approved by Secret Society for highest position in the office such as President, Prime Minister, Vice President, Secretary of State and Senior officials are invariably granted impunity as membership incentive on serious crimes ranging from treason, betrayal of public trust, abuse of power during the term in office to collusion and complicity in various activities that had previously in American Political history led to impeachment of then serving President Richard Nixon in the infamous Watergate scandal for wiretapping the political opponent, the Democratic Party headquarters and recently the incumbent President Donald J Trump on Ukraine affair though the latter exonerated in the impeachment trial.

Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, an active member and attendee of Secret Society meeting having marked his presence in June 2016 Bilderberg meeting in Dresden, Germany — the invite only private gathering of public officials, lawmakers, journalists and so-called thinkers collude in secret locations barring public and original press media representing the people and any nation.

In 2016, reportedly “the South Carolina Republican is the only member of Congress attended the meeting, according to an official list of participants. Among those included in the 125-person roster are former Army Gen. David Petraeus, former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and International Monetary Fund Managing Director Christine Lagarde.

Also taking part are the editor-in-chief of Bloomberg, a history professor from Harvard University, the head of Google and the prime ministers of Belgium and the Netherlands.”

Similarly in 2008 Presidential campaign, then Presidential candidates Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton from the Democratic Party and John McCain from the Republican Party were escorted to the meeting in Chantilly, Virginia on June 2008 for Secret Society’s formal endorsement and official nod on Presidential choice.

Secret Society comprising globalists promote global agenda exclusively favoring them in economic, political, military, nuclear rights, science, social and religion…preserving elitists privileges for narcissistic goals.

United States proudly proclaimed as beacon of democracy and land of justice has long been prohibited in living up to these values due to Secret Society dominance in politics, economy and judiciary with guaranteed immunity to those regarded critical allies and representatives in maintaining Secret Society run deep state within politics in every nation and their illegal criminal status quo.

Washington D.C. and politics in general is long overdue for deep cleaning and draining the swamp obstructed thus far with Secret Society control world over.

United States former President John F Kennedy appropriately denounced Secret society existence as repugnant.

More than ever now Secret Society dissolution and rejection necessary to free the world from secrecy and tradition making a mockery of democracy. 

United States exemplifying fairness and equality in the investigation of corruption scandals and misuse of authority prevalent in all administrations justify calling on former President Barack Obama, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and others in the respective share of spy gate in the White House and private server in the State Department and much more between 2009-2016 and critically the transition period in early January 2017 to testify under oath in the Senate public hearing.

Failure to apply same standards and rule of law across the spectrum regardless of former or current status essentially risk the expressed rule of law.

United States electorate and the nation deserve non-partisanship in dealing with all issues relevant to taxpayers funded administration, congressional members, judiciary and government agencies conduct and their respect or lack thereof for rules and regulations binding them under constitutional oath and pledge to serve the nation and citizens with sincerity and integrity.

On September 11, 2001 the pre-meditated and calculated terror attack premised on Project for New American Century, the  neoconservative think tanks foreign policy headed by William Kristol, Robert Kagan, John Bolton and like minded contributors Richard Perl, Paul Wolfowitz (touted as American Political Scientist)…under then President George W.Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, Secretary of State Colin Powell , Condoleezza Rice and other members launched the ambitious project claiming weapons of mass destruction (WMD) turned out to be weapons of mass deception bringing United States of America on its knees and decimated Iraq, Afghanistan…consuming millions of lives and costing United States taxpayers trillions in sovereign debt burdening the citizens in the U.S., Afghanistan, Iraq and every war zone with generational debt since then. 

Similarly under former President Barack Hussein Obama and Vice President Joe Biden, the war machinery evolved from conventional warfare to sponsoring terror networks to continue the Project for New American Century under the guise of Arab Spring in 2011 targeting Libya, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen, Sudan with relentless onslaught on these states promoting lawlessness via terror factions funded, trained and armed by United States and coalition at that time.

Fast forward – Corona Virus in bats research and experiments in Wuhan Institute of  Virology, China in collaboration with Europe, United States and western partnership evade transparency and accountability.

Juxtaposed the same would be categorized as biological and chemical weapon manufacturing in endeavors without western involvement anywhere in the world.

Furthermore, corona virus viewed and utilized as great opportunity for political gains by factions centering focus on exclusive benefits that deserve public attention.

The world is battling corona virus and Indian government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Hindutva BJP engaged in misplaced priorities leaving the 1.3 billion population oppressed and suppressed in political, economic and social problems.

Now in the worst global pandemic New Delhi Central authority deprive the overwhelming majority the desperately needed economic and health emergency relief to survive and overcome the crises.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s extravagant indulgence splurging ordinary Indian taxpayers hard earned money to construct a new Parliament House seizing funds from Defense budget and abandoning corona virus containment that has alarmingly exploded in Narendra Modi’s home state Gujarat and the northern region appropriately merit public scrutiny.

India’s middle class, the lower income together with the poorest of the poor in particular are confronted with economic and health apocalypse under the present administration of PM Narendra Modi.

Amid extreme health challenges and excruciating economic conditions hurting the entire nation at large, PM Narendra Modi’s government emulating China in unwanted and unnecessary territorial disputes especially with a friendly conciliatory neighbor, the Himalayan state, Nepal on Lipu Lekh – the road that leads to Sacred Mount Kailash and Holy Lake Manasarovar attracting pilgrims and followers of God Shiva from India, Nepal and worldwide is Indian government’s political maneuver to deflect public attention from burgeoning issues in the domestic front. 

The landlocked Himalayan State, Nepal for better or worse located between two neighbors India and China continues to face assertive and even aggressive territorial annexations from either side in recent memory.

Any nation deemed powerful on military, geographical, political and economic basis targeting anyone presumed little, weak and vulnerable in size and strength is a sign of contraction for the former underestimating serious repercussions in exerting dominance. History is testament to the fact. 

The world has come a long way and in the present time experiencing seismic shift in turn of events as a result of repeat mistakes and egregious involvement by those having presumptuously assumed dominance over others as their given right and entitlement.

Notwithstanding Karmic effects in correcting the wheel of justice to represent truth and fairness in all matter. 

Nepal is a nation committed towards secular, peaceful and diplomatic means to resolve issues of any kind with neighbors big and small in any dimension. However, the same are yet to be demonstrated by either India or China increasingly competing with one another in undermining neighboring states sovereignty and territorial integrity creating multifaceted potential quagmire.

Nepal is a country proudly situated in the foothills of Himalayas, the heavenly abode of God Shiva and the pilgrimage to Mt.Kailash is a major revenue source for the Himalayan State whose population heavily depend on seasonal tours and treks providing employment and business opportunity to the otherwise economically struggling developing nation.

Big countries facilitating growth and development in other nations without hegemonic interests and territorial aspirations would deliver mutual prospects rather than overpowering them with unacceptable occupation and invasion of their sovereign territory.

India under Prime Minister Narendra Modi driven by hardline political and fundamentalist ideology steering the nation towards undesirable trail proved not beneficial in improving bilateral and multilateral relations in the region near and far. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government focus on mitigating the rapid spread of corona virus saving and protecting lives leaving none behind in the immediate calamity along with executing meaningful effective economic plans and urgently required financial package, monetary assistance to all states and union territories in India is the hour of need.

Finally, no nation regardless of status could arbitrarily claim territorial rights with voluntary investment in other nation’s infrastructure premised on political and hegemonic goals denying the original state sovereignty to disputed territory.

The irreversible sovereign rights of victim nations apply to all situations dealing with active and passive territorial possessions by countries through force and coercion taking undue advantage of the respective positions in the geopolitical landscape.

Accordingly the contested territory Lipu Lekh and any other sovereign boundary and border of the Himalayan State Nepal in South Asia in dispute with India and China to be solemnly recognized as Nepal’s geographical domain in compliance to respecting territorial integrity of sovereign nations in the world.

The world run by sinister secret society designated deep state at various levels in different nations regardless of political system favoring unsavory proxies with tainted background and criminal profile not barring homicide prior to their political debut and some involved in communal violence orchestrated mass murder of children, women, youth and elderly in the native state, others adept in abuse of power become poster representative for the criminal clique.

How and Why do they plant these types in politics?

They drastically modify and manipulate the candidacy past and present profile through swipe and swap process. As for why they adopt such strategy is to have an agent performing their intended tasks for exclusive benefits against ordinary citizens and national interests.

Who are the beneficiaries in these shallow backwaters stymieing truth and originality?

Those ravenous for power, fame and fortune in the absence of any positive tangible assets in talent and delivery enormously benefit from free loading and cashing in by crooked means and impropriety.

Means – Conventional warfare deploying boots on the ground, terror sponsorship recruiting terror outfits by arming, funding and training terror factions not barring cannibalism witnessed in 2011, 2012 against Syrian civilians spreading across the country and neighborhood. Dropping cluster bombs in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya…earlier deadly chemical Agent Orange Napalm – used in flamethrowers in Vietnam war burning down forests and bushes, nuclear laden missile strikes, air raid in Libya in 2011 imposing No Fly Zone through UNSC denying the nation under attack any defense mechanism are mere examples among scores of violent engagement in these parts of the world.

The drone attacks became the sport targeting vulnerable population in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Middle East, Central, East, West and North Africa as well as Central and South America intensified in the second decade of the twenty first century i.e. in 2007 onwards and more so in 2010, 2011,2012, 2013, 2014…etc.

Similarly, Western Nuclear arsenal enhancements via nuclear subterranean testing conducted by France from 1966 – 1996 about 193 nuclear tests carried out in paradise islands – the Polynesian stretch in the Pacific Ocean inarguably attracted local outcry demanding the western power to cease dangerous nuclear activity in their waters affecting lives and livelihoods all around.

Importantly, the draconian economic sanctions invariably enforced on non-western nations only thus far claimed millions of lives world wide forcing millions into starvation, malnutrition and diverse preventable disease in the victim nations with no respite despite the cataclysmic impact on children, women, youth and elderly population in these nations world over. 

Chronology of Events (2000 – 2020) –Pre-meditated and calibrated terror attack on September 11, 2001 ignoring adequate warnings from concerned intelligence agencies outside United States set the stage for military interventions in Afghanistan, Iraq  in 2001 and 2003 lasting nearly two decades that alone consumed thousands of lives leaving millions refugees in their homeland.

The trend continued in the so-called Arab Spring in 2010 that catapulted new wave of terrorism sponsoring terror networks to circumvent congressional authorization which in return meant public approval on traditional military interference in foreign land that was not easily forthcoming given the disastrous episodes in Afghanistan and Iraq.  This period again resulted in destruction of several thousands of lives in Syria, Iraq, Libya, Lebanon and other states in the region. The casualties from these western and middle eastern coalition erupted in multitudes leaving many survivors especially children destitute and women preyed for sexual assaults and assorted abuse in the war zone by terror groups and participants in the name of war on terror. 

Not to mention the unwarranted bifurcation of African nation Sudan into South Sudan in 2011 causing political instability and chaos along with population exodus fleeing their territories from violence. Likewise the UNSC mandated French military operation in Western African state Mali in 2012 created deaths and demolition of lives and habitat.

In 2020 – Two decades later – the massive loss of human lives currently at 233,411 deaths and staggering 3.3 million affected with the deadly virus occurs in the form of global pandemic without the use of military and nuclear arsenal.

The compelling argument in the present global health disaster is tracking the origin and sources behind the mammoth health and economic crises confronting the ordinary citizens and privileged worldwide.

The latest report on corona virus in understanding the severity of the pathogen emanates from the controversial Gain of Function research involving animal passage reportedly tried by Scientist Ron Fouchier from Erasmus University in Holland a decade ago in the wake of bird flu that was limited to only infection upon handling the bird at that time.

The finding seemingly aroused the curious scientific mind to further explore on the virus potential in transforming into a pandemic prompting virus manufacturing in the lab setting. Science by nature experimenting and exploring future in medicine, space inhabitation and more for various reasons bear responsibility to weigh the pros and cons of daring undertakings without any preparedness for unexpected twists and turns is an extravagant adventure at the expense of the rest of the world caught unbeknown in the present experience.

The earlier attempt to clone live mammal viz. the sheep Dolly in Scotland, U.K. using nuclear transfer with an unfertilized egg cell contracted life span of the clones attributed to progressive illnesses from such fallacious aspirations.

The human power is limited to saving lives from diseases and health woes acquired or inherited in one’s lifetime at the most leading to defer and not deter loss of life. The acceleration to go beyond the confines of nature evident in cloning and now in virus manufacturing with or without enhanced engineering to test virus virulence in humans is an overarching endeavor proved deadly and devastating for humanity.

Needless to say, human intelligence protecting life and in the other extreme endangering lives with mass fatalities is an established pattern since human evolution.

As for creating life, the task is an extraordinary empowerment and accordingly best left to Supernatural force and phenomenon behind natural creation and the Universe comprising inconceivable configurations. 

Science effectiveness would be appropriate in dealing with myriad contemporary challenges facing mankind in health, economic and social behavior rather than subjecting entire human population and other species to catastrophic accounts in the prevalent corona virus pandemic.

The health calamity obviously arising from collaborative mismanagement in the scientific environment and erroneous political decisions together exacerbate humanity plight. 

Frankenstein approach without careful thoughts, diligence and deliberation on audacious virus experiments conclusively deliver undesirable outcome. 

The scientific community, the so-called philanthropic investors and political powers in favor of contentious Gain of Function experiment with animal passage inevitably affecting humans need to come forward and accept accountability for the ravaging COVID 19 consuming lives and drowning businesses in the global economic shut down.  The situation surrounded by uncertainty and ambivalence in predicting the virus containment and elimination is the convincing delivery from the $200 million PREDICT venture. 

Finally, transparency is key and integral structure of ethics without exceptions ranging from Science, economy to politics and everything related to human survival and earth sustenance. In flouting transparency, the tremendous loss is never recovered from any superficial gains now and ever.

The UN body set up for public health management as the name suggests i.e. World Health Organization (WHO) miserably failed on corona virus containment. The director general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus earlier statements at corona virus outbreak in Wuhan, China in adherence to China Communist Party’s instructions underestimating the virus rapid contagion impact describing the epidemic in Wuhan at that time as not alarming contributed to status quo.

Furthermore, the WHO  position at that time was the corona virus had no human to human transmission and advised against travel ban that essentially transformed the local epidemic in Wuhan, China into global pandemic.

World Health Organization funded to exercise independent authority without submitting to any pressure or accepting incentives from anywhere for personal and vested interests adopting reverse approach allowing corona virus explosion is not a minor error that could be ignored on political correctness and other meaningless explanations provided in defense.

The international body erring right at the beginning, the critical juncture demanding precautionary measures and swift actions to save lives and prevent pervasive infection slighted with no after thought on such grave stance.  Needless to say, WHO cooperation echoing China’s leadership (CCP) version and interpretation of the highly infectious virus as not a threat to humanity considering previous epidemics like H1N1, SARS and MERS…with preceding ones in communicable disease having originated in China and MERS from Saudi Arabia was a colossal mistake that erupted into ravaging pandemic consuming lives necessitating global economic shutdown costing more lives and livelihoods as a result of the deadly virus.

The loss of precious lives and agony experienced by victims and families in the health disaster from corona virus is not an ordinary plight. The economic toll leaving billions around the world in poverty, hunger and starvation not to mention the global economic collapse creating insurmountable uncertainties and immeasurable financial difficulties is a monumental challenge confronting citizens worldwide.

In normal and abnormal situations anywhere, an employee in any sector and industry conscientiously at fault would not continue with the job and neither be encouraged to carry on with the affairs where responsibility flouted in the first place causing tremendous health and economic tragedies only expected to prolong until unknown period.

That being the case, anyone appointed with salary, perks and privileges at the helm entrusted with a serious task of health management and global citizens well being assuming the duty for granted with decisions based on China Communist Party leadership (CCP) recommendations covering up facts and figures amid avalanche of incidents in the then epicenter Wuhan, China bare evidence.  The diligence, prudence and vigilance abstinence at the crucial moment proved catastrophic for the entire world is not something to be taken on stride and left behind as a bad dream especially when the dream has evolved into a living nightmare for many all around.

Although, those in position of power and authority maintaining close ties with entities flexing influence are exempt from accountability, the tradition exacerbate human frustration and patience on fundamental change holding none above law in all matter.

In this respect, World Health Organization Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus investing complete faith and trust in China Communist Party (CCP) narratives releasing official reports contradictory to pandemic events in the original domain rather than the autonomous World Health Organization (WHO) conducting own investigation examining ground reality in Wuhan, China amount to misleading, misguidance and gross negligence in handling the pandemic.

The global pandemic inflicting deaths and destruction of lives in the magnitude beyond sustainability and economic injustice affecting billions in epic proportion appropriately seek the resignation of Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus from heading the World Health Organuzation effective immediately.

World Health Organization sharing the woes of alleged corruption and lack of transparency in many aspects overhauling the structure and prevailing in the scrutiny on international oversight representing common citizens not elite members in the panel is paramount to gain public confidence in the otherwise ethically fractured auspices.

United States Congress passed $2.2 Trillion corona virus economic stimulus package of which $350 billion allocated towards Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) intended to pay workers employed by small businesses and local industry with 500 or less employees appear to be losing to hospitality industry big corporate chains protecting their investments in big hotels and franchises not only in the United States but worldwide.

Is this what lobbying Congress deliver lobby firms representing big corporate chains at ordinary tax payer expense? 

While the $2.2 trillion tax payers funded stimulus checks has strict income based means to qualify for $1200 payment to households leaving others above the threshold to fend for themselves,

The affluent members such as big hotel chains and real estate owners in hospitality industry in the economic sector with more than adequate resources and fall back options at their disposal depriving small businesses and their workers from receiving due economic relief deserves review and attention. 

Corporate bailout during any crisis is the norm burdening ordinary tax payers with generational debt. The corporate socialism typically provides opportunity to enhance  personal wealth in buy back stock holdings and corporate ventures taking advantage of incentives meant for small businesses and workers hit hard in the economic and health crisis. The loopholes in the economic package gained through lobbying is disproportionately misused denying other victims a fair share of the large stimuli. 

The relevant work force and organizations representing the weaker economic sector i.e. small businesses and employees who are laid off in the current economic freeze with no lobbying power unlike major corporate entities cannot be neglected considering they ultimately contribute to larger consumer base necessary for big corporate survival in any industry. 

The loans to small businesses expected to retain workers and employees in the $350 billion PPP package reaching the appropriate recipients is critical for economic revival.

Similarly, the upcoming $250 billion stimulus that United States Congress is about to approve targeting the vulnerable and severely affected local businesses and workers are facing fierce competition from bigger enterprise utilizing their lobbying capacity to maximum benefit.

Congress members heeding ordinary citizens economic plight in the unprecedented health and economic situation would guarantee better results in economic recovery. 

Average citizens as workers and consumers together with small entrepreneurs are equally instrumental in micro and macro economic management.

Accordingly, their growth and development is an integral part of economic sustenance.

I begin with my thoughts and prayers for victims and health care team worldwide in prevailing over the worst health care and economic crises.

The world battling corona virus have reportedly lost 114,367 lives and 1,857,354 affected with   1,263,405 in mild condition and 50,847 patients in serious or critical condition. The positive trend in this pandemic is 428,735 (79%) stated as recovered from this virus at present. The downside is the gradual increase in death toll at 21% remains alarming.

Most nations remaining in lock down since mid to late March up until now observing public health guidelines on social distancing and limiting social contacts given the rapid transmission through these means have definitely proved effective. However, many in different locations in many parts of the world fail to adhere the important guidance despite citations and fines for ignoring the rule which is deeply regrettable. These individuals need to understand the consequences of their casual behavior and disobedience having ripple effects on those vulnerable to this virus such as elderly and citizens with underlying health conditions exposed to such silent carriers in return slipping into serious or critical category. Not to mention the burden on front line health care workers risking their lives as well as their families expected to treat corona virus patients without personal protective equipment considering the shortage on these items and medical supplies exacerbating care and containment at this critical juncture.

Accordingly, it is imperative for all citizens to respect lockdown and follow the instructions preventing further spread of this virus and new cases from emerging in their local territory and other parts of the globe. The nations experiencing the worst impact of the contagion virus arguably dealing with tremendous situation due to lack of preparedness and overall worldwide neglect to allocate adequate funding and reserves towards health care in their national budget.

The countries that are least affected from this deadly virus are fortunate considering many are barely in a position to mitigate the pandemic with scarce supplies and fewer resources at their disposal to assist a large population. However, the biggest challenge for them is the economic toll on vast majority struggling to make ends meet and many below poverty line dyeing from hunger and starvation is the reality. The economic relief to these large number of people is paramount in addition to reviving small businesses, retailers, restaurants and chain of commercial services crucial to any economy enduring losses from the current economic freeze. Above all feeding the hungry while in lock down and after until economic revival cannot be slighted by any government, civil society and non-governmental organizations in the excruciating economic times facing the world.

In terms of combating the virus – Scientific and medical community involved in research for cure and prevention are racing with time to contain the epidemic and their efforts are truly appreciated. In the meantime, the medical team laying their lives to save lives and in the course losing own lives in the battle are preventable. The safe medical gear and supplies to health care workers are compulsory to protect them from adverse vector factor. The community transmission is either not recognized or denied in some parts of the world despite huge population due to bare minimal testing that in itself is a fire starter not knowing the actual trigger point within creating massive contagion effect. The authorities ignoring repercussions from fewer testing are indeed placing domestic and international community at risk that could linger beyond the 12 – 18 months timeframe posing enormous exposure upon travel resumption.

Bearing this aftermath in mind, travel conditions should include corona virus clearance from recognized local legal medical centers in a similar manner meeting the requirement on communicable diseases prior to issuing boarding pass in order to prohibit traveler transmission proved fundamental reason behind the global pandemic.

As for reopening the economy – hospitals, emergency rescue operations fire fighters and utility services has been in operation being essential for routine functions and other economic sectors getting back to work would depend on virus elimination and county reports on the pandemic confirming public health safety prior to allowing shops and restaurants to return to any service maintaining strict code on crowd and close interaction.

The effective measure to control virus is for citizens from all walks of life to adopt self-discipline on quarantine, avoiding social proximity and physical contacts, hygiene by thoroughly washing hands with soap and clean water, wearing face masks to prevent aerosol infection are regular recommendations to be observed in overcoming the present health disaster. Furthermore, citizens concentrating on personal health boosting immunity through appropriate natural diet and lifestyle would contribute to built-in resistance to corona virus and any other potential health hazards in daily life. The emotional and psychological needs are equally at stake for some unable to cope with the unprecedented health crisis which would require different kinds of family and external support.

Any options to ease lock down is tied to pandemic decline averting new cases and fatalities with the focus on recovery escalating among the infected data. The other suggestion is to publish data on recovery process i.e. patients initially affected with corona virus regardless of testing with mild symptoms could share treatment and means towards recovery to help others affected by the pandemic. Those classified symptomatic, Asymptomatic and presymptomatic electing self-confinement for minimum 2-3 weeks extending longer upon persisting mild symptoms would de-escalate the pandemic.

In conclusion, governments outreach to the disadvantaged in society is a key responsibility together with public cooperation in following the rules and ordinance related to the pandemic would deliver the desirable outcome.

My prayers and best wishes to all those experiencing health and economic woes from the pandemic testing human ability and determination in dealing with unusual circumstances consuming lives and having brought livelihoods to a temporary halt.

Let us all work together and consolidate resources, time and energy in assisting victims and others tirelessly engaged in saving lives and offering economic aid to weaker sections in society.

We shall and will triumph over the worst health catastrophe and economic downturn.

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The accused in this matter remain relevant for further legal investigation and proceedings now and in the future.

  जिन हस्तियां में अपनी गलती और अपराध मानने की न हिम्मत या नीयत हो, और वो बलि की बकरी पे अपनी घटिया ज़िन्दगी और कारनामायें तोपते हैं तरह तरह के अभिनय से – कभी नमस्ते, कभी जीत का इशारा, कभी काला चश्मा पहनकर – जैसे की पूरे विश्व में केवल एक मैं ही काला चश्मा या आँख का चश्मा पहनती हो।

  और उससे भी बत्तर इनकी हरकतें बंदरों वाली नाच खेल करते हुए, अपनी हुलिया पर उंगुली उठाने वाली नौटंकी में व्यस्त हों, ऐसे बेईमान व्यक्ति अपने आप को मसीहा कहते फ़िरे, तो इनके मानसिक अवस्था को ही सामने लाता है।

  यह लोग जिन्हें अपनी जीवन निपटने की हुनर और धैर्य नहीं, यह भला औरों की पाप का भोज क्या ख़ाक उठाएंगे? जो यह मसीहा बन पड़े!
  

  अगर यह महोदय गण दूसरों को तंग और दुख न दे, तो यही इनके लिए और इनके जितने भी आस पास के सगे सम्बन्धी और पूरे समाज के लिए बहुत बड़ा उपकार होगा।

  मगर बात ये है की यह लोग अपने आप से भाग रहे हैं। किसी और के अस्तित्व को अपना बनाकर अपने ढोंग धोखलापन को और निछावर करते हैं।

  इसी में इनकी बेवकूफी और बेचैनी बेहाल सामने आता है।

  बेचारे किस्मत के मारे। अपने आप को महान मशहूर यानी प्रसिद्द कहने वाले, कितने अँधेरे मैं है, यह बात इन्हें नहीं पता।

  यह इनका दोष नहीं। इनकी अल्प बुद्धि का हाल है। ऐसे होते हुए, यह न घर के न घाट के हो जाते हैं। इन पर तरस के अलावा कुछ नहीं आता। जब इंसान को अगले क्षण का ख़बर नहीं, यह निकले अपनी ऐतिहास पलटने।

  यह प्रयास इन्हें सिवाय निराश और अपमान के अलावा कुछ नहीं बाँट रहा है इनको, तब भी यह अपनी हार मानने को तैयार नहीं।

  अब तक इनका कब्ज़ा धन, दौलत, शोहरत और सत्ता तक था। अभी यह लोग इज़्ज़त के ठेकेदार भी हो गए। इनको इतना तो पता होनी चाहिए की इज़्ज़त देने वालों को ही इज़्ज़त मिलती है। जो दूसरों की अस्तिव को अपना बनाकर, उनके व्यक्तिगत अधिकार छीनकर फ़िर उन्हीं को निशाना बनाने वाले, भला उन्हें ही इज़्ज़त की पाठ पढ़ाएंगे?

  यही हुई ना बात – चोरी और ऊपर से सीना ज़ोरि!

  कब यह अपनी गलती पर ध्यान देंगे? इनका तो यही मानना है की यह लोग कभी किसी को हानि पहुंचाते नहीं। किसी के साथ अन्याय कर ही नहीं सकते।

  यह दूध और चन्दन से धुले हुए है। इनकी तरह कोई संसार में धन्य है ही नहीं।अगर यह नहीं होते तो यह संसार कब का समाप्त हो जाता। इनके पवित्रता से ही जीव जंतु प्राणी के जीवित रहना संभव रहा है। वर्णा इस कलयुग में मृत्यु, शोक और दरिद्रता के अलावा है ही क्या मनुष्य की जीवन में?

  चलिए आपको हम सिखाते हैं की किसी के छोटेपन को ना बढ़ाने में अपनी बड्डपन है। आप भी क्या याद करोगे।

  इनका भी जवाब नहीं। क्योंकि आज तक इन लोगों की ही मन मानी चलती आयी। तो इन्होने सोच लिया की इनका ही दौर सदियों चलेगा ।

  जब रुत बदलते हैं, सरकार बदलते हैं, यहाँ तक की यह रातों रात काला धन से माला माल हो जातें है तो युग और समय बदलने में इनको क्या संकट है?

  आख़िर इनका इस दर्ति पर उतना ही समय है जितना अन्य जीव प्राणी का है। कई तो अपने जीवन के सफ़र पूरा नहीं कर पाते। ऐसे होते हुए इनका रोब और हुखुम जिन पर जमाते हैं जैसे की दूसरों को कुचलना इनका जनम जन्मांतर का अधिकार हो।

  पृथ्वी हर 365 दिन में एक बार सूर्य की परिक्रमा करती है और हर 24 घंटे में एक बार अपनी धुरी पर घूमती है।इसके कारण २४ घंटे ४ समय – सुबह, दोपहर, शाम और रात में बटा हुआ है।

  यह प्रकृति के नियम है जिसे किसी के लिए भी बदला नहीं जाता। जिन्हें भी इस प्राकृतिक के परमपरा से समस्या हो, उन्हें इस दर्ति में अनेकों बार जनम लेकर इस वातावरण का आदी होना पड़ता है। ज़रूरी नहीं इन्हें मनुष्य रूप ही प्राप्त हो।

  वाह रे मसीहावों, आप लोगों ने हद पार कर ली आपके इस प्रदर्शन से।

  आपको स्वयं पता नहीं आप है कौन?

  The differences between original and fake are;

  The original is meaningfully true, natural and authentic whereas the fake is false, manufactured and disingenuous.

  No matter how many fakes and impostors you produce to stymie my authenticity and identity as a woman of ethnic background, mother, great leader, honest and honorable humanitarian besides other noble attributes which I mention with humility that has positively served many from different walks of life.

  Unfortunately, with the exception of those having exploited the same for their exclusive benefits driven by their negative traits and trend not without consequences in reaping what one sows in life.

  Anything and everything you do via falsehood, propaganda and manufacturing phonies, proxies, puppets and pawns tied to unscrupulous, nefarious and criminal activities continue to backfire at you and them with many having met their Karma for their involvement.

  The Sun rise in the East and your persistent efforts to sabotage natural cosmic event proved counterproductive many times over. Not to mention your folly and ignorance leading you to self-defeating cause.

  Get a life. Live your life to make it meaningful and purposeful for you and you alone are responsible for your deeds and sins that you must settle sooner than later for any redemption and salvation which at this point in time is dismal and even impossible.
