The great reset from World Economic Forum, Davos, Switzerland and COVID-19 induced global economy shut down in 2020 extended into mid 2021 cost lives and livelihoods across the spectrum.  The federal and certain states stimulus checks to alleviate dire financial difficulties among vast majority of population in the United States might have provided some relief but did not end economic plight. 

The retail industry together with millions of small and medium size businesses paid enormous price in the pandemic year despite economic assistance to some in the form of paycheck protection program to retain employees on payroll and other small business loans to survive the lockdown period. 

The current inflation is reflected in essential consumer goods and services posing a major challenge for average citizens in the absence of necessary economic growth. The job market is yet to project reasonable employment status that guarantees steady and stable household income. Amid grim economic situation, the all time high inflation is a serious concern for citizens with minimal or no income. 

The Federal Reserve intervention adjusting the prime rate on interest and other borrowings to curb inflation might be standard response. Following the federal reserve course in this regard, the impact on the housing market would not be entirely favorable to first home buyers or homeowners planning to sell or refinance upon interest rates hikes to correct rising inflation.

The balancing act weighs heavily on the Federal Reserve monetary policy and government’s fiscal policy to control inflation. 

United States Congress multi trillion dollar spending on infrastructure and social welfare bills arguably to stimulate economy with job creation and consumer spending underestimate underlying repercussions in exceeding limits especially the customary debt ceiling raised under every administration to circumvent explosive budget deficit. 

The luxury of printing money for various purposes in the wish list is a privilege not necessarily a game changer in delivering the desirable outcome. The fact of the matter is at the end of the day the economic ramifications adversely affect average citizens saddled with generational debt beyond recourse. The national debts in return burden the economy attracting bidders in the global market to leverage positions in many aspects.

The Congressional spending strategy deviating from prudent economic stimuli signal precarious conditions beginning with inflation and diminishing consumer power. The employment figures remaining lower than the expected margin and economic activities not fully resumed in the declining pandemic, the inflation impetus corrective measures to avert major economic crises. 

United States Congress and Federal Reserve combined efforts to stymie inflation represents the priority prior to any other economic endeavors in the multi-trillion dollar spending proposals pending bipartisan approval. 

The tax relief to businesses facilitating hiring, expansion and development are key factors in stimulating economic progress rather than the contrary that invariably drives major corporations offshore viz. China or other destinations. Similarly, small businesses and retail industry in the aftermath of prolonged economic shut down have no means of revival. The tax incentives to this sector is appropriate and urgently required for renewal. 

The government spending downsizing federal agencies and other areas of sprawling activities yielding no benefits wasting tax dollars are to be focused in containing expenditure. 

The staggering national budget deficit with phenomenal government undertakings in the backdrop of printing money is not healthy for the dollar as international reserve currency confronted with alternatives in the global economy. 

In conclusion, inflation drains common citizens wallet and depletes economy leading to banana republic experienced in many parts of the world. The monetary and fiscal authorities immediate actions to stabilize economy and escalating inflation is the preliminary step towards economic recovery.

Constitution is a mere piece of parchment – stated by the former President Barack Obama. 

The statement was actually translated as such by the former President Barack Obama and then Vice President Joe Biden in the Obama care health law with mandatory health insurance subscription tied to serious penalty through IRS on every American citizen. 

The mandatory health insurance subscription without a shadow of doubt enriched the most powerful health care industry and insurance sector in particular famous for flouting any regulations protecting Americans on health care. 

The Obama care was meant to provide health coverage to all citizens especially the average Americans. However, the Obama care mandatory insurance resulted in hurting average citizens more than ever. They were the real victims in the overall game with both government and health insurance industry emerging the biggest beneficiaries at ordinary Americans plight. 

Whenever the public hands are tied and forced to submit to the government’s will who in return are in service to benefit campaign financiers and donors in the economic sector,

In this instance the health care industry benefiting from compulsory insurance without any stipulations on arbitrary premium hikes and limited coverage that are the norm in health insurance practice, such policy is usually proved counterproductive.

Accordingly, the mandatory health insurance law was repealed by Congress in 2017 as unconstitutional and ineffective for ordinary citizens burdened with legislated health insurance law predominantly favoring the health insurance industry. 

Fast forward to 2021, the current administration’s vaccine mandate declining simultaneous therapeutic treatments involving prophylactic and post COVID infection cure on COVID-19 despite evidence based data on the issue from worldwide is reminiscent of past action on health insurance mandate. 

Similar to the previous policy under former President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden on mandatory health insurance subscriptions, the present vaccine mandate on citizens in compliance with Big Pharma mega profits strategy is egregious decision as it was earlier on the health insurance matter. 

The democratic system would honor and respect individual rights with choices on health and personal life. 

The democrat party in the United States positioned as pro-choice on women’s reproductive health otherwise reversed on vaccine i.e. against choice for citizens to exercise constitutional right on discernment in decision making process is paradoxical paradigm. 

The democrat leaderships’ contradictory policy on vaccine mandate rejecting alternatives such as citizens options in dealing with COVID-19 is strange and undemocratic.

Something may never change in terms of policy and political advantage in appealing to Big Pharma and health care industry financiers in election campaigns. 

In the end, any ruling at the major compromise of citizens rights to choose concerning health and livelihood would invariably be unsustainable.

The limited vaccine efficacy lasting on an average 3 – 6 months with the requirement for booster to deal with variants from overload of vaccination involving the naturally infected patients besides the unvaccinated and alternatively lacking focus on therapeutic treatment on COVID 19 in the industrialized and developing nations as well is producing undesirable outcome.

The ZERO COVID drive in nations like Australia promoting the slogan no jab no job on the vaccine mandate is the height of political intervention in public health policy. 

To make matters worse, the so-called social media platform is controlled and operated by bigwigs with zero tolerance to alternative views, ideas and opinions in the supposedly public domain. The mind control on health and all matter is disturbing in the least and does not bode well for any democracy. 

Every individual possess the inalienable right to access information from sources and domains to compare and consider for best suitable decisions concerning their health and personal life. The censorship strategy banning information and content regarded inconvenient for mega profits industry and politics is the last straw on freedom of expression and FREE SPEECH. 

The forces responsible for preventable deaths and catastrophe absolved of any responsibility and accountability whether 9/11 terrorism or the SARS-COV2 aka COVID-19 pandemic smearing the truth seekers and evidence based factual information as domestic extremism is the biggest irony of all in a system proclaimed democracy.

The official claim in the United States per public reports is 169,592,873 Americans — or 51.1% of the total population — have received the full course of vaccinations necessary to protect against COVID-19, according to the CDC. Aug 21, 2021.

On the recovery data – according to public sources the clarifications convey the following.

What’s the recovery rate of COVID-19?

Experts don’t have information about the outcome of every infection. However, early estimates predict that the overall COVID-19 recovery rate is between 97% and 99.75%.

The current events bear relevance deserving attention with no substantial change in human behavior. It is evident in terms of exerting authority justifying unruly subjugation in return objecting retribution with repeat castigation.

In the modern era, the innovative techniques are deployed in mass killings via drones, nuclear laden short and long range missiles and/or sponsoring terrorism and cannibalism.

Perhaps You Tube CEO Susan Wojcicki could spare a moment to explain the latest trend in You Tube”s cancel culture.

Are Truth and facts so inconvenient that You Tube management is unable to handle?

Or

Is this confirmation of You Tube’s collusion with those responsible for human tragedies and malady in creating and spreading the pandemic SARS COV2 via Gain of Function research and others in politics abusing power and authority?

The agriculture economy is rapidly transitioning under corporate structure and ambit allowing the latter to shift from agrarian purpose and efficacy towards profit oriented mechanisms hurting the soil, water, irrigation and seed germination that are genetically modified inducing inorganic toxic ingredients for bumper crop effects that are proven counterproductive. The land seizures with the government assistance by monopolists in the economy are enormous deploying under handed tactics and strategy to deprive farmers, native land owners like Adivasis in MadhyaPradesh, Chattishgarh, Uttar Pradesh and other parts of India. The trend maintained by every ruling party in India have only proliferated under Prime Minister Narendra Modi government in the last six to seven years exacerbating farmers plight in India.

The human rights activists and legal representatives like Professor Sudha Bharadwaj are held in prison without due process and basic legal rights in the land confiscations disputes involving governments favoring monopolists in the economy against  farmers and Adivasiss in Chattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s extended and elaborate speech on India’s Independence Day 2021 comprehensively showcased BJP government in particular PM Narendra Modi’s achievements in the last six to seven years although the ground reality speaks volume on wide range of issues that are phenomenal failures causing legitimate concerns, anxiety and frustrations among the victims i.e. the 1.3 billion people in India enduring the government’s flawed policies, inactions and erroneous decisions affecting lives with generational impact.

The farmers peaceful rally has been violently dealt with under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership denying the ploughing hands and toiling crop producers the long overdue relief from financial debts incurred due to government mismanagement of harvest marketing and distribution largely protecting corporate interests against farmers survival let alone the long term productivity.

PM Narendra Modi asserted that farmers accounts were credited with large sums of money to spare them from economic and financial woes that contrast with farmers protests in the past two years seeking government intervention in the farmers’ deteriorating conditions to continue farming. The honorable ex-serviceman Tej Bahadur Yadav – the national pride having protected the nation and citizens of India in the treacherous Siachin border against China and Pakistan for over twenty years was ridiculed and denigrated for being the whistleblower on the status of foot soldiers camps especially the corruption in the meal menu and catering affecting the army personnel health and ability to serve effectively in the harsh weather at the higher altitude. The government reaction to such genuine reports was to dismiss the truth sayer and cover up the crimes within the relevant regiment administration. The family of the former defense personnel Tej Bahadur Yadav was tried and tormented by the government owned crony media and IT contingency leading to the serviceman’s only child and young adult – the twenty one year old son’s suicide.

When the ex-national guard Tej Bahadur Yadav emerged as a candidate against the incumbent Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh in 2019 national election, the army personnel Tej Bahadur Yadav’s candidacy was rejected under false premise. The abhorrent crime in this respect not only violated the Indian citizen and ex-defense personnel rights, it was also a direct assault on democracy and democratic election.

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  Those who embark on restoring freedom beginning with their domain would add some credibility.

  The definition of freedom is liberty to choose in life. Having a choice to accept or reject anything unfavorable is the real alternative.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  The necessary precautionary measures from home owner like tarp on the roof even protecting the leased solar panels to avert substantial property damage including solar panels and subsequent liability to solar panel lessor i.e. the company involved in the matter are not reimbursed and expense declined as not the company responsibility.

  These issues clarify the status as anything but freedom.

  भले ही दुष्कर्म और दुष्टता के बंधी और कार्यकर्ता उस पंछी को अपनी दुर्बल दृष्टि के कारण क्यों न देख पाते| यह उस पंछी के लिए कोई अंतर नहीं पड़ता |

  हुआ यूं की कुछ व्यक्ति अंधेर नगरी के सेवक बने। अंधेर नगरी काला धन और काली करतूतों के लिए ही प्रसिद्ध है। जब यह सच खुलकर सामने आया तो वे व्यक्ति जो अपने आप को प्रधान सेवक कहते फ़िरते हैं, हालांकि यह सेवक हैं पूँजी पतियों की और मुख्या का रूप धारण करते हैं केवल आम जनता पर रोभ जमाने के लिए। जैसे गरीब किसान, मज़दूर, आदिवासी, अन्य समुदाय के नागरिकों को पिछड़े वर्ग में दखेलकर और धर्म यहाँ तक भगवान का भी राजनीति और सौदा करते हैं। जब अंधेर नगरी की पोल खुली तो पूँजी पतियों के सेवक की कुर्सी हिलने लगी। यह तो होना ही था।

  आख़िर सच और मूच ज़्यादा देर छिपाया नहीं जा सकता। यह कड़वी बात सच के विरोधियों को तनिक भी अच्छा नहीं लगता। ख़ैर उनके पसंद नापसंद को लेकर न हीं सृष्टि बनाया हैं न ही उनकेलिए यह संसार जुकता है।

  फ़िर भी अंधेर नगरी के सदस्य और पूँजी पतियों के सेवक के ब्रह्म टूटने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है।

  वैसे अपने छवी को लेकर आम जनता के ख़ून पसीने से कमाया राष्ट्रीय धन लूटाने वाले व्यक्ति, दूसरी और उस पैसे को आइना दिखाने वालों पर जासूसी के लिए खर्च किया जाता है |

  यही व्यक्ति और इनके साथी की प्रतिक्रिया – किसी प्रकार के संकट के कारण दूसरे देश में शरण लेने वालों को गुसपेटि कहकर उन्हें वापस लौटाते हैं | उल्टा खुद दूसरों के घर बिन बुलाये पेगासस जासूसी के माध्यम गुसना ज़रा भी अपराध नहीं मानते हैं | इन गुसपेटियों के लिए कोई कायदा नहीं | औरों के लिए अलग खानून चलाने वाले किस प्रकार के लोग हैं, इसे बार बार अपने काले व्यवहार से दिखाते हैं |

  जिन हस्तियां में अपनी गलती और अपराध मानने की न हिम्मत या नीयत हो, और वो बलि की बकरी पे अपनी घटिया ज़िन्दगी और कारनामायें तोपते हैं तरह तरह के अभिनय से – कभी नमस्ते, कभी जीत का इशारा, कभी काला चश्मा पहनकर – जैसे की पूरे विश्व में केवल एक मैं ही काला चश्मा या आँख का चश्मा पहनती हो।

  और उससे भी बत्तर इनकी हरकतें बंदरों वाली नाच खेल करते हुए, अपनी हुलिया पर उंगुली उठाने वाली नौटंकी में व्यस्त हों, ऐसे बेईमान व्यक्ति अपने आप को मसीहा कहते फ़िरे, तो इनके मानसिक अवस्था को ही सामने लाता है।

  यह लोग जिन्हें अपनी जीवन निपटने की हुनर और धैर्य नहीं, यह भला औरों की पाप का भोज क्या ख़ाक उठाएंगे? जो यह मसीहा बन पड़े!
  

  अगर यह महोदय गण दूसरों को तंग और दुख न दे, तो यही इनके लिए और इनके जितने भी आस पास के सगे सम्बन्धी और पूरे समाज के लिए बहुत बड़ा उपकार होगा।

  मगर बात ये है की यह लोग अपने आप से भाग रहे हैं। किसी और के अस्तित्व को अपना बनाकर अपने ढोंग धोखलापन को और निछावर करते हैं।

  इसी में इनकी बेवकूफी और बेचैनी बेहाल सामने आता है।

  बेचारे किस्मत के मारे। अपने आप को महान मशहूर यानी प्रसिद्द कहने वाले, कितने अँधेरे मैं है, यह बात इन्हें नहीं पता।

  यह इनका दोष नहीं। इनकी अल्प बुद्धि का हाल है। ऐसे होते हुए, यह न घर के न घाट के हो जाते हैं। इन पर तरस के अलावा कुछ नहीं आता। जब इंसान को अगले क्षण का ख़बर नहीं, यह निकले अपनी ऐतिहास पलटने।

  यह प्रयास इन्हें सिवाय निराश और अपमान के अलावा कुछ नहीं बाँट रहा है इनको, तब भी यह अपनी हार मानने को तैयार नहीं।

  अब तक इनका कब्ज़ा धन, दौलत, शोहरत और सत्ता तक था। अभी यह लोग इज़्ज़त के ठेकेदार भी हो गए। इनको इतना तो पता होनी चाहिए की इज़्ज़त देने वालों को ही इज़्ज़त मिलती है। जो दूसरों की अस्तिव को अपना बनाकर, उनके व्यक्तिगत अधिकार छीनकर फ़िर उन्हीं को निशाना बनाने वाले, भला उन्हें ही इज़्ज़त की पाठ पढ़ाएंगे?

  यही हुई ना बात – चोरी और ऊपर से सीना ज़ोरि!

  कब यह अपनी गलती पर ध्यान देंगे? इनका तो यही मानना है की यह लोग कभी किसी को हानि पहुंचाते नहीं। किसी के साथ अन्याय कर ही नहीं सकते।
