United States is subject to serious problems in every front with the current administration’s least or lack of attention. The unprecedented border crisis is overwhelming brought upon by President Joe Biden during presidential campaign in 2020 with open invitation to citizens in Central, North and South America to achieve the American dream.

Meanwhile, under Biden-Harris administration – the native-born and legally naturalized young Americans are deprived from their American dream, the legitimate rights which they have earned as law abiding citizens in the country. The case in point is the recent firing of young staffers from the white house for their past marijuana use when the Vice President Kamala Emhoff aka Harris and President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden have admittedly inhaled and used substance they have bragged about in the course of their failed Presidential campaign and career.

The mainstream, alternative and social media, the stalwarts behind installing Beijing in the White House in 2020 are pre-occupied in advancing their cancel culture. There were tremendous hue and cry over anything and everything related to predecessor Donald Trump and the previous administration’s policies and actions, regardless of positive outcome on many issues.

However, with the Biden-Harris administration the gross negligence and unwillingness to address border situation leaving the southern border free walk-in asylum is nothing more than political opportunity. The political demography and dynamics are tied into receiving illegal immigrants replacing legal and native Americans at home. At the same time, the legal Americans are expected to bear the brunt of demographic configuration hurting them economically, financially and health wise in the pandemic environment.

The Biden-Harris administration economic policy is in shambles with the proposal to hike taxes affecting the middle class and lower income category driving corporations back to China and other emerging economies only too eager to have them on board. The millions of dollars donated to South East Asian nations in the Congress passed COVID relief bill in late December 2020 again burdened on the hard working Americans in the domestic economy.

Charity begins at home. Keeping own house in order prior to engagement elsewhere would be wise and demonstrate credibility. 

The local businesses and operations shut down due to COVID19 originating from Wuhan, China, which the Biden-Harris administration refusing to call out Beijing and WHO, the duo involvement in preventing transparency in the Wuhan lab generated virus becoming the global pandemic.

Texas border crisis is a serious national security and major health threat to entire nation. Texas SOS in this regard deserves urgent attention and resolution.

The Biden administration’s open border policy is egregious and dangerous evidenced in the ongoing avalanche of problems in every respect surfacing thus far. The border patrol vaccination as mentioned by Texas governor Greg Abbott is critical to protect national servicemen and women risking lives in the pandemic situation. The burgeoning tsunami across the border in Texas is national emergency directly resting on the federal government to address effectively. Any casual treatment of border influx would lead to enormous security, health and humanitarian disaster.

The Biden administration closing the border with necessary lawful arrangements seeking border security and other organization involvements that were previously engaged in monitoring and checking arrival of members is immediate priority.

Any negligence in controlling border activities would only exacerbate heath, economic and security matter nationwide.

Loss of lives under any circumstances and situation is regrettable. Furthermore, deaths caused by violence, criminal indulgence, willful negligence, collusion, complicity, creating and spreading pandemic consuming innocent lives are all condemnable. The diverse ways and means inflicting fatalities are reprehensible.

However, the bill H.R. 5717 introduced by democrat held Congress aimed at second amendment Bill of Rights is a political agenda rather than implied cause in the bill. Not to mention the proposed legislation escalating tensions in the deeply divided nation and disenfranchised electorate.

The democrats explanation on H.R. 5717 to protect lives is paradoxical to the political party legislation decriminalizing substance abuse such as marijuana and other social policies not necessarily in citizens well being or interest.

Any legislation and policy is meaningful and well intended upon the political parties in power maintaining fair and balanced approach barring preference and partisanship.

How does the government reconcile with fairness and social justice on state committed crimes misusing authority against citizens viz. the republic within nation and in foreign land?

How could the government elected to serve and defend citizens across the spectrum justify prejudice and political alienation?

The democrat administration under former President Barack Obama and then attorney general Eric Holder implemented Fast and Furious program supplying high grade weapons and arsenal to drug cartels in Mexico via CIA in 2009 – 2010. The administration’s controversial engagement barely caught attention from democrat held Congress and Senate in 2009 – 2010.

The deadly policy contributed abhorrent violence from dangerous drug cartels armed with ammunitions directly made available to them from then federal government authorized Fast and Furious arms deal. The horrific violence evolved into nightmare for Mexican population. The continuous bloodshed triggered exodus of locals in rural and urban Mexico fleeing homes in village and towns for safety and security. The drug cartels outgunned the Mexican state authorities at the regional and national level due to seamless delivery of lethal weapons and military grade artillery from then United States government to bad elements across the border.

Needless to say, the bloodbath forced Mexican families to run for their lives with thousands thronged to United States territories in desperation. The crisis exacerbated illegal entry and undocumented arrivals exceeding the already overflowing influx into the country. Having ignited the flames, the democrat administration of Barack Obama and Eric Holder expressed no interest or initiative to address the issue. Instead the reckless policy continued despite dire humanitarian and security problem for United States and Mexico.

Similarly, the United States facilitated arms deal in Afghanistan fostering poppy crops i.e. opium traded between tribal groups and Taliban forces remain the primary source of ammunition procurement for the fundamentalist militancy in the war torn nation. The CIA operation in this regard is an open secret with warlords in Afghanistan trading opium for cash and weapons cache. As usual, corruption and criminality overwhelm environment with government in Afghanistan serving local and foreign feudalists leaving the Afghans entirely at the mercy of corrupt dysfunctional governance.

The Biden administration’s foreign policy return to former administrations of Barack Obama – Joe Biden and George W. Bush – Dick Cheney militarization of planet in troop deployment, prolonging warfare in Afghanistan, Syria and the middle east and worldwide contradict with the democrat party disarmament plan under H.R. 5717. The contrasting and conflicting strategies further highlight the democrats’ confused ideology.

In the national front, United States experienced violent riots and unrest from Black Lives matter (BLM) and Antifa – both organizations funded and supported by democrat party hierarchy and certain foreign donors. The nation was gripped with violence and mayhem throughout summer in 2020. The businesses together with public and private properties were set ablaze amid looting and mob frenzy on the streets in major cities of the United States much to citizens’ horror. The incidents upending law and order conformed to domestic terrorism.

On October 3rd, 2013, at the White House perimeter, there was White House approved summary execution of unarmed civilian, an African American young mother Miriam Carey with her then toddler daughter in the back seat. Miriam Carey was gunned down by President Barack Obama’s secret service personnel in Washington D.C. The victim of heinous crime was reportedly shot at least five times sustaining fatal injury from thirty five bullets fired at the unarmed citizen.

There is no doubt that brutality in any form from anyone and anywhere unarguably represent horrific crime.

Nonetheless, George Floyd’s incident was sensationalized and overshadowed by Black Lives matter pushing the nation on the edge. Simultaneously, the orchestrated events in regular destinations like London and neighboring Canada was set in motion.

Juxtaposed Miriam Carey’s death sponsored by White House with then occupants Barack Obama and Michele Obama presence at that time was neither an issue nor matter of any violation for Black Lives Matter, ACLU and other so-called human rights group that are otherwise in the front line on any politically charged affair. The media absence and abstinence is least surprising. Contrarily, the media would have upped the ante with Donald Trump in the White House at that time.

Similarly, then Vice President Joe Biden’s muted response to Miriam Carey’s murder by White House security service while reminding American electorate and media on personal voice to Charlottesville episode and rebuking President Donald Trump for alleged silence to the demonstration is self-explanatory on political hypocrisy.

The democrat party worker, the 24 years old Seth Rich gunned down in broad daylight in Washington D.C.  The murder until today not even considered worth any investigation covering up democrat party’s internal politics and violent practice.

Finally, the democrats display on political clout and strength in executing the former President Barack Obama’s listed aspirations such as eliminating second amendment, curbing free and unfettered access to internet that were attempted earlier by Barack Obama and Joe Biden administration unleashing SOPA, PIPA and ACTA…via democrat held Congress and Senate in the first and second term in office is a cliché. These measures were deceptively designed to infringe on First Amendment and obstruct online information. The cyber force as users erupted in world wide protest and promptly rejected the governments’ overarching rules in the United States and world wide.

The democrats and others claim to save lives in H.R. 5717 would be convincing upon political members denouncing Beijing communist leadership, World Health Organization together with private investors role in subjecting humanity across the globe to excruciating health and economic misery from the manufactured virus in Wuhan lab, China.

Unfortunately, the democrat administration i.e. the President and Vice President’s close ties with Beijing authorities linked to personal financial obligations and indebtedness subjugate United States to Beijing’s free will granting latter huge advantage overall. As for WHO, the ally of Beijing, the Biden administration overturning predecessor President Donald Trump’s valid reason to leave World Health Organization is an affirmation to Beijing – Biden relation.

Those whose political status quo on violence, deaths, destruction and pandemic caused irreversible calamity is glaring at them, any haste legislations would only precipitate undesirable outcome.

The Fox News suggesting Russian espionage activities since March 2020 interestingly at the height of first lockdown in the wake of COVID19 pandemic from Wuhan China is double downing on nations forced to combat the deadly virus unleashed on humanity by those funding the bizarre experiment to test the corona virus virulence upon transmission among human species. The Wuhan lab in Hubei province, China set up with funding from Europe and United States billionaires viz. Microsoft’s Bill Gates and Melinda Gates foundation investments in corona virus experiments on Beijing’s oversight said little or nothing on COVID-19 global pandemic despite the ravaging effects world over.

Similarly, on the other side of the globe, India was under military attack by China in the Himalayan region deploying troops and military installations along north and north eastern border of India. The military aggression from Beijing launched and escalated in March 2020 while Indian population was dealing with the pandemic and lockdown crippling health and economy like in the rest of the world.

The Fox news also lists Microsoft and at least 40 customers of the tech giant accounts along with Fortune 500 companies and Wall Street as victims of the alleged cyber operation in Fox News – Lou Dobbs Tonight on date.

The Fox News described the alleged cyber aggression as biggest ever in geopolitical history. The report emphasis on Russian infiltration and downplaying China’s dominance on Biden family and democratic party is characteristic of mainstream media raising an alarm on one adversary and accepting the other as lesser of the two evils in their narrative beckon attention.

The report detailing alleged cyber warfare presented as gargantuan in magnitude and calling out the current administration under President Donald J. Trump for response to media and deep state representatives reverts the situation on MSM to explain the contradictory stance to their viewers as captive audience in the indefinite lockdown to stymie COVID-19 from Wuhan, China.

Have Fox News and rest of communication networks experienced coup d’etat considering their position being anything but fair, objective and neutral throughout election year and post election?

The present situation is extraordinary with the Presidential election unfortunately delivering more problems than actual result. I’m sure you all understand what I’m referring to in terms of voting irregularities, vote counts via Dominion voting machine and software as well as manual tabulations involving replication, 500,000 or so counterfeit ballots allocated to democrat candidate Joseph Biden while the incumbent President Donald J. Trump voters’ legal votes were either dumped, deleted and destroyed according to many key witnesses having volunteered as observers and some of them hired as canvassers and election officials recounting their experience in the swing states public hearing watched nationwide and world over.

The issue with the Presidential election starting on election day November 3^rd, the vote counting was abruptly paused for quite some time and resumed with disproportionate votes for the candidate Joe Biden who was trailing far behind the incumbent contender Donald Trump which raised a red flag on the reversal of votes between candidates that did not appear to be normal.

Upon investigations and examination by the legal team representing incumbent President Donald Trump, the facts on the Dominion voting machine and software confirmed the details on server in Frankfurt, Germany and real time vote tallying in Barcelona, Spain with opportunities in software for vote maneuvering and calibration to desired candidacy, Joe Biden was adequate in the built-in technical configurations to favor one candidacy over another.

Furthermore, Dominion machine used Smartmatic software company chairman of the board Peter Neffenger and candidate Joe Biden’s close relations before election and the latter being part of Biden transition team made public the day after election caused credible concerns on conflict of interest.

Smartmatic’s holding company chaired by an associate of democrat supporter and financier Hungarian billionaire George Soros could not be mere coincidence. Another report surfaced on the software Smartmatic’s chairman of the board Peter Neffenger involved think tank having recently received funding from the Ukranian firm that employed Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden.

All of these activities and reality undermines electoral credibility in the highly connected and close network rewarding one another in the Presidential bid of Joe Biden. The quid pro quo with foreign governments viz. China in terms of massive campaign investments via CCP controlled companies and Hungarian billionaire George Soros associated members directing election results and the member Peter Neffenger representing Presidential contender Joe Biden’s transition panel compromise electoral win in the voter transgression in the critical Presidential election.

Subsequently, the lawsuits dismissal in the key battleground states lower and higher courts including the latest in the United States Supreme court is indicative of political influence hindering judicial obligation to electorate seeking clarifications on voter fraud and many legitimate questions surrounding the state legislature and constitutionality determining election process in the swing states.

Interestingly, the Biden family and candidate Joe Biden’s various financial dealings with China, Ukraine, Moscow mayor’s spouse financial contribution and much more hidden from public until after election contrary to election tradition in vetting candidates upon their public confirmation to run for office place biased media, press and relevant authorities including DOJ and FBI in spotlight for inhibiting vital information from electorate during election year.

More than anything, the election integrity in jeopardy is a clarion call to members in state legislature, Congress and electoral college regardless of political parties to engage in protecting the constitutional based democratic rule of law and election procedures that have been violated in the Presidential election 2020. The election controlled and managed from overseas with internal coordination to upend electoral outcome and judiciary choosing to neglect constitutional responsibility in the overall activities directly impact democratic electoral system now and in the future. Not to mention the diminishing voter trust losing confidence in free and fair election in the absence of transparency and constitutional compliance in the equal protection law mandatory for all states in the Union without exception is a severe setback for democracy and election process.

On foreign intervention – United States citizens are quite familiar with this term considering democrats relentless pursuit citing Russian collusion in 2016 election found non-existent having exhausted all means including impeachment proceedings against the sitting President Donald Trump along with other honorable members and decorated veteran like General Michael Flynn unnecessarily and unethically subject to incrimination and humiliation in the highly politicized investigation and arbitrary indictment.

Fast forward to 2020 – the democrats open courtship with United States adversaries prominently China communist regime especially after China CCP deliberate negligence to contain the deadly corona virus originating in Wuhan, China and Beijing unleashing the pathogen on humanity across the globe through unrestricted international travel is malicious and reckless that warranted international condemnation and action against such decision.

President Donald Trump’s decisive response against Beijing through sanctions of communist members and delisting China’s military companies from United States stock market and other measures like closing China’s consulate in the wake of espionage activities in Houston, Texas account for China CCP overt engagement not without internal political and tech giants collusion to sabotage Presidential race 2020.

China identified as the greatest national security threat to the United States disclosed by the director of national intelligence John Ratcliffe in public appearance is the reality. The same would apply to India’s national election in May 2019 with Beijing direct and indirect financing of political parties, candidacies and campaigns leaving Indian electorate in disarray notwithstanding the controversy on electronic voting machine unreasonably swaying the electoral result stymied with distractions on religious event inaugurations and other non-essential issues again triggering voter distress and dissatisfaction resigning to election debacles as irreversible problem.

Soon after Indian election in 2019 and the early stages of COVID-19 ravaging effects in February and March 2020 world over,

China CCP authorized military invasion on the Himalayas targeting India’s north and north eastern territory beginning with Ladakh and extending operations through military installations and troops all along India’s Himalayan region to southern frontiers in the Indian ocean. China’s territorial skirmishes and intrusions in Taiwan straits and South China sea facing United States and landlocked nations in South and South East Asia are forced to contend with China’s hegemonic aspirations evolving into direct interference in sovereign nation’s political affairs compromising intelligence and national security. None of these egregious moves from China could be slighted or taken for granted only to be escalated upon Beijing sponsored Presidency to power in the white house.

Not to mention China’s flagrant human rights violations at home, in Hong Kong against pro-democracy movement, contemptuous aggressions against neighbor Taiwan’s sovereignty and elected government, Tibet permanently deprived of autonomy let alone independence and all other nations are assumed a fair game for exploitation and subjugation under China’s CCP Xi Jinping’s leadership struggling to maintain stability and solidarity within communist politburo and among 1.5 billion population in China confronted with authoritarianism.

China’s Silk road projects on the other hand with 70 or more countries around the world is essentially a debt trap mimicking world bank and IMF policy with the difference being China’s large-scale infrastructure undertakings in these nations serve as incentives to submit to China’s disguised economic package.

The western nations viz. Australia, Canada, Britain, EU and Israel have all been lured with China’s irresistible financial ventures directed at seaports and other projects laden in ulterior strategic dominance to weaken United States is an inherent threat in terms of global security.

China communist leadership nuanced assertion in the latest descendance on moon launched via unmanned spacecraft in the mission Chang’e-5 in November coinciding post Presidential election in the United States with unilateral projection of democrat candidate Joe Biden as the winner in a way resonate with China hoisting the national flag on the moon reminding United States of Beijing’s intervened election to install Biden administration in the white house conducive to Beijing’s policy in every possible dimension.

In conclusion, United States electoral college, the state legislature and judiciary in key states reviewing petitions on matter related to Presidential election 2020 prioritizing election integrity, credibility and constitutional sanctity is paramount to save democracy restoring republic trust in free and fair election barring adulteration and falsification of votes in addition to foreign intrusion.

The pandemic toll on lives and people’s health is a tremendous challenge world over. The situation since widespread transmission of the virus has been fluctuating delaying anticipated bell curve with spikes disrupting efforts to reach the minimal or nil casualties in the United States. The initiatives in combating the virus with prolonged lockdowns allowing intermittent relaxations to test immunity among different communities besides federal and state authorities strict guidelines followed by most citizens is the common prescription thus far. The vaccine approval with citizens abroad administered at present would soon provide evidence on the effectiveness in the preventive care until the drug to cure life threatening symptoms become available for public use.

However, the health crisis necessitating lockdowns has enormous impact on the economy and livelihoods of ordinary citizens representing overwhelming majority nationwide. California among other states has been subject to rigorous conditions directly inflicting economic losses and damages for small business owners in any industry especially restaurants and food chains, personal care services such as hair salons and much more.

While certain areas of retail service industry might be considered high risk, the job loss from small businesses forced into shut down is crippling local, state and national economy reflected in the unemployment data. The handling or rather mishandling of COVID-19 varying from state to state even different cities and counties within a state is largely contributing to unnecessary breakdown in meeting health and economic expectations i.e. minimizing infections and improving economic activities that should be inversely proportional.

Californian local and state authorities implementation to mitigate COVID-19 has been irregular and to a large extent felt discriminatory among small business community like restaurants and diners diligently observing state and federal safety instructions on COVID-19 yet the vast majority are mandatorily shut down exacerbating economic plight for working class and lower income individuals as well as families struggling to make ends meet in the excruciating times requiring appropriate economic measures to alleviate disproportionate suffering across the spectrum.

Although, state and local authorities may emphasize the urgent need to contain escalating COVID-19 patients hospitalization citing limited capacity in various county and city hospitals, the chief authorities flouting their rules while censuring small business owners and ordinary citizens on daily activities is a reminder to authorities to be the example for people to follow suit in the otherwise contradictory position.

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti ban on walking and driving during lockdown exceeds the norm without giving residents the benefit of doubt to make such decisions on health risks to them and others in the height of government determination of citizens’ lifestyle.

Governor Gavin Newsom in spotlight for dining with a large gathering of 15 people in Napa Valley restaurant amid imposing statewide closing of restaurants and other retail services barring exceptions to politically favored or aligned business chain undermine the rule of law prompting legitimate questions from citizens statewide.

Instead the governor prioritizing small and medium businesses SOS with effective plans and policy such as allowing restaurants and diners with take out options and outdoor seating maintaining social distancing of 6 feet and other requirements would help businesses and their employees from losing jobs, health care and home considering large number of working class and middle as well lower income groups are in rental accommodation and employer afforded health insurance.

Obviously there appears to be lack of cognizance among authorities on residents misery in the absence of any kind of financial assistance with long overdue second stimulus package and PPP aimed at economic relief to people drastically affected in COVID-19 stalled and delayed for partisan political reasons in the Capitol Hill.

Small and medium businesses are the back bone of the local and national economy. The state and national legislators immediate focus in reviving the sector with practical solutions expediting financial provisions setting aside political differences and reservations is critical to save lives and livelihoods in the extraordinary environment.

The authorities less interference in people’s personal lives and more attention towards restoring jobs and businesses with streamlined restrictions to address COVID-19 would strike a balance winning residents cooperation in the collective responsibility to defeat the pandemic and gain economic momentum.

Twitter, Facebook and the likes, media magnates Fox News as well as others endorsement and projection of the democrat candidate Joe Biden as the winner essentially Beijing victory noting China CCP funding Biden Presidency, these bidders and investors credibility or the lack thereof unravel hidden facts on their vested interests in Biden selection to power.

Whenever monetary dealings in election campaigns come to light such as Facebook reportedly investing $400m in Biden Presidency in addition to insisting Facebook staff donations to Joe Biden candidacy, there is always a lot more to it than meets the eye. 

Fox News Murdoch family stake in Biden campaign – Kathryn Murdoch and James Murdoch, son of FOX News Corporation executive chairman Rupert Murdoch, together contributed $1.1 million to Joe Biden’s 2020 Presidential campaign.

The controversial Dominion voting machine 96% employees cash contributions besides illegal votes in calibrated vote flipping to  democrat candidate Joe Biden along with many billionaires viz. George Soros in the front line seizing election from the 74 million American electorate who cast legal votes to incumbent President Donald Trump barring fake ballots to democrat candidate Joe Biden verify electoral fraud and unlawful engagement.

The election fixed by local and offshore billionaires, tech giants together with foreign authoritarian regimes like China CCP, the electoral process is corrupted through local meddling and foreign intervention. The outcome and projections in these situations favoring their choice of candidacy accordingly revoke flawed output.

It does not require extraordinary understanding and intelligence to figure these oligarchs and media desperation to deny the American electorate legitimacy to power in the decisive re-election of incumbent President Donald J. Trump to serve second term in office.

Importantly, the tech giants flagrant violations of public trust with Facebook brought to spotlight on data mining, harvesting to third party, the otherwise unlawful monetization of Facebook users personal data and the exposure of Centra, the tool used by Facebook to track users not only on Facebook but dragnet surveillance on their activities to which the CEO Mark Zuckerberg responded during recent Senate hearing as unknown activity despite heading the publicly listed social media company and vigorous political activism confirm the profile. 

Twitter – yet another questionable social media interface predominantly serving agenda targeting population anywhere depriving them of livelihood, freedom and voting rights to benefit political and corporate interests should be the last one to dispute the U.S. Presidential election inherent irrefutable voter fraud and irregularities with mounting evidences from witnesses presenting their testimonials under oath with penalty or imprisonment for perjury in key battleground states public hearing thus far.

Furthermore, Twitter’s blatant bias against those not in agreement with entities funneling the survival of propaganda machinery Twitter is ominous considering Twitter deceptively positioned the public platform for users subject to Twitter and political alliance approval. So much for the tolerance of Free Speech and free society.

FOX News – Once a die hard conservative republican harbinger of anything and everything from drum roll on war fare to election coverage exclusively favoring conservative republican members in the past up until George W. Bush and Dick Cheney’s administration in power shielding shenanigans and treasonous activities that duly called for investigations and inquiry notwithstanding impeachment for abuse of power somehow not deemed necessary by the successor Barack Obama and Joe Biden administration, who in return spared no opportunity to pursue spy and even unsuccessfully impeach the republican President Donald Trump before and after commencement of first term in office.

The Fox News known for fabrication and falsehood prompted then so-called first Black President Barack Obama to wrongfully fire the black public official – Shirley Sherrod, former Georgia State Director of Rural Development for the United States Department of Agriculture. Though Wiki (Wicked) pedia misleading the public in propagating the incident being tied to deep state invented Breitbart News is cesspool of dissemination and mass deception. 

The coordination between the once conservative news media FOX News and supposedly democrat Obama – Biden administration is prominent and more so in the latest FOX declaration of Biden victory discarding the 74 million republican conservatives re-electing the incumbent President Donald Trump in the 2020 election lay bare facts on Presidential race and mainstream politics. 

Last but not the least, the democrat candidate Joe Biden expressing empathy for corona virus victims and COVID19 casualties sadly serving as the political advantage in 2020 election would instead concede in light of revelations on China CCP direct involvement in promoting and financing the former VP’s Presidential endeavor to entirely benefit Beijing.

In conclusion, the Presidential race investors and bidders anxious to reap more than their investment in the democrat Joe Biden candidacy in utter disregard for democratic and electoral integrity by default invalidate their projection and election outcome favoring Joe Biden Presidency.

The 74 million American electorate casting their votes for incumbent President Donald J. Trump are the real winners not the tech oligarchs, foreign billionaires and China CCP behind Joe Biden Presidency.

In the current pandemic climate, the local, state and national authorities imposed strict rules accompanied by penalty and imprisonment upon violation with incidents of arrests of small business owners reported in New York State while the democrat Presidency funded by China CCP pushed forward by any means i.e. hook or crook despite the established fact on COVID19 originating and spread from Wuhan, China clarify the anti-republic and anti-humanity regime installation to power.

The democrats and republican members at various levels of governance backing Beijing victory falsely dubbed Biden victory in the 2020 Presidential election through state certifications of results ignoring evidence based voter fraud and judiciary reversing or tossing the ruling on voting irregularities aimed at enabling Beijing victory in the White House need to come forward and explain to their constituents, American electorate and taxpayers funding the government and judiciary payroll on the exact agenda behind the obvious rejection of constitutional law and democratic norm.

The media and press preoccupation in fabrication and falsehood to seat the corrupt and incorrigible to power in quid pro quo is an enormous price for the electorate to pay and endure repeat of past systemic abuse of power in office. The government is not limited to management of goods and services besides altering taxation laws to suit private and vested interests, the increasing intrusion and invasion of citizens privacy and now more under the guise of COVID19 is the last straw in politics minding public’s personal affairs. 

China CCP and foreign investments in political class, academia, tech giants, oligarchs and media instrumental in massive corruption, mass deception and compulsive violations of constitution, democracy and election integrity. American electorate experiencing frustration and betrayal of trust in the Presidential election 2020 in light of rigged election petitioning the relevant state legislators, federal representatives in Congress and United States Senate, FBI, DOJ and judiciary to perform their legislative duty and constitutional responsibility rather than cowering to domestic political pressure in allegiance to China CCP i.e. foreign powers and governments is monumental in voiding status quo on election outcome.

Citizens efforts and commitment to protect individual liberty and freedom of choices is an immediate priority. The democracy that America proudly represented and cheered presently threatened and expected to worsen in the aftermath of Beijing and George Soros proxy administration in the White House heralding doom and decline.

  The candidacy declined by own base with voters clear message not desirable and importantly declared ineligible evidenced in their failed Presidential contest, yet forcing down the choice on them and the rest of the country is indicative of selection pushed through foreign and domestic vested interests categorically undermining the republic and national interests.

  Furthermore, the identity and crony politics are best abandoned and instead replaced with legitimate meritocracy to serve the people and the nation at large with efficiency and ethical efficacy that are conspicuously missing and would exemplify the Presidential nominee respecting the republic will rather than political hatch influenced by incognito domestic and foreign intervention trending thus far.

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The accused in this matter remain relevant for further legal investigation and proceedings now and in the future.

  The definition of freedom is liberty to choose in life. Having a choice to accept or reject anything unfavorable is the real alternative.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  The necessary precautionary measures from home owner like tarp on the roof even protecting the leased solar panels to avert substantial property damage including solar panels and subsequent liability to solar panel lessor i.e. the company involved in the matter are not reimbursed and expense declined as not the company responsibility.

  These issues clarify the status as anything but freedom.

  The man made hierarchy in the social structure falsely attributing the abhorrent untouchability custom in Indian society as God’s will is primitive and pejorative.

  The tradition initially conceptualized and imposed  by brahmins – the foreign invaders’ descendants displacing the native population in Tamil Nadu, India – the origin of life and cultural bastion having established civilization long before the emergence of other continents on earth.

  It has nothing to do with the ancient sacred spirituality presided by God Shiva – the Supreme Soul epitomizing the light, energy and sound encompassed as audible, visual and sensed energy within.

  The sacred symbol and syllable OM originating at the dawn and creation of the universe epitomize the interconnectivity of light, sound and energy experienced in five sensory organs of sight, hearing, breathing, taste and touch.

  The mantra OM is related in other religions as AUM and Amen in acknowledgment of the Soul within in connection with the Supreme Natural Phenomenon.

  Similarly, the greeting salaam or As-salamu alaykum in Islam ending in OM sound and in Judaism the greeting Shalom has OM meaning Peace.

  The hideous casteism in Indian society was sowed by foreigners as Aryans and Kazhar Ashkanazi Jews claimed as such by the brahmins in Indian society.

  और उससे भी बत्तर इनकी हरकतें बंदरों वाली नाच खेल करते हुए, अपनी हुलिया पर उंगुली उठाने वाली नौटंकी में व्यस्त हों, ऐसे बेईमान व्यक्ति अपने आप को मसीहा कहते फ़िरे, तो इनके मानसिक अवस्था को ही सामने लाता है।

  यह लोग जिन्हें अपनी जीवन निपटने की हुनर और धैर्य नहीं, यह भला औरों की पाप का भोज क्या ख़ाक उठाएंगे? जो यह मसीहा बन पड़े!
  

  अगर यह महोदय गण दूसरों को तंग और दुख न दे, तो यही इनके लिए और इनके जितने भी आस पास के सगे सम्बन्धी और पूरे समाज के लिए बहुत बड़ा उपकार होगा।

  मगर बात ये है की यह लोग अपने आप से भाग रहे हैं। किसी और के अस्तित्व को अपना बनाकर अपने ढोंग धोखलापन को और निछावर करते हैं।

  इसी में इनकी बेवकूफी और बेचैनी बेहाल सामने आता है।

  बेचारे किस्मत के मारे। अपने आप को महान मशहूर यानी प्रसिद्द कहने वाले, कितने अँधेरे मैं है, यह बात इन्हें नहीं पता।

  यह इनका दोष नहीं। इनकी अल्प बुद्धि का हाल है। ऐसे होते हुए, यह न घर के न घाट के हो जाते हैं। इन पर तरस के अलावा कुछ नहीं आता। जब इंसान को अगले क्षण का ख़बर नहीं, यह निकले अपनी ऐतिहास पलटने।

  यह प्रयास इन्हें सिवाय निराश और अपमान के अलावा कुछ नहीं बाँट रहा है इनको, तब भी यह अपनी हार मानने को तैयार नहीं।

  अब तक इनका कब्ज़ा धन, दौलत, शोहरत और सत्ता तक था। अभी यह लोग इज़्ज़त के ठेकेदार भी हो गए। इनको इतना तो पता होनी चाहिए की इज़्ज़त देने वालों को ही इज़्ज़त मिलती है। जो दूसरों की अस्तिव को अपना बनाकर, उनके व्यक्तिगत अधिकार छीनकर फ़िर उन्हीं को निशाना बनाने वाले, भला उन्हें ही इज़्ज़त की पाठ पढ़ाएंगे?

  यही हुई ना बात – चोरी और ऊपर से सीना ज़ोरि!

  कब यह अपनी गलती पर ध्यान देंगे? इनका तो यही मानना है की यह लोग कभी किसी को हानि पहुंचाते नहीं। किसी के साथ अन्याय कर ही नहीं सकते।

  यह दूध और चन्दन से धुले हुए है। इनकी तरह कोई संसार में धन्य है ही नहीं।अगर यह नहीं होते तो यह संसार कब का समाप्त हो जाता। इनके पवित्रता से ही जीव जंतु प्राणी के जीवित रहना संभव रहा है। वर्णा इस कलयुग में मृत्यु, शोक और दरिद्रता के अलावा है ही क्या मनुष्य की जीवन में?

  चलिए आपको हम सिखाते हैं की किसी के छोटेपन को ना बढ़ाने में अपनी बड्डपन है। आप भी क्या याद करोगे।

  इनका भी जवाब नहीं। क्योंकि आज तक इन लोगों की ही मन मानी चलती आयी। तो इन्होने सोच लिया की इनका ही दौर सदियों चलेगा ।

  जब रुत बदलते हैं, सरकार बदलते हैं, यहाँ तक की यह रातों रात काला धन से माला माल हो जातें है तो युग और समय बदलने में इनको क्या संकट है?

  आख़िर इनका इस दर्ति पर उतना ही समय है जितना अन्य जीव प्राणी का है। कई तो अपने जीवन के सफ़र पूरा नहीं कर पाते। ऐसे होते हुए इनका रोब और हुखुम जिन पर जमाते हैं जैसे की दूसरों को कुचलना इनका जनम जन्मांतर का अधिकार हो।

  पृथ्वी हर 365 दिन में एक बार सूर्य की परिक्रमा करती है और हर 24 घंटे में एक बार अपनी धुरी पर घूमती है।इसके कारण २४ घंटे ४ समय – सुबह, दोपहर, शाम और रात में बटा हुआ है।

  यह प्रकृति के नियम है जिसे किसी के लिए भी बदला नहीं जाता। जिन्हें भी इस प्राकृतिक के परमपरा से समस्या हो, उन्हें इस दर्ति में अनेकों बार जनम लेकर इस वातावरण का आदी होना पड़ता है। ज़रूरी नहीं इन्हें मनुष्य रूप ही प्राप्त हो।

  वाह रे मसीहावों, आप लोगों ने हद पार कर ली आपके इस प्रदर्शन से।

  Original is and will always be original. Imitation is an  enamel that slips and fades after minimal use.

  The example is real gold i.e. original and the imitation that is plated with artificial alloy painted in gold color. Needless to say there is no match in quality and value.

  Life is a gift. Living own life is an art. Those who live others life i.e. wasting their time in snooping, spying and snitching on others typically declare themselves corpses for they never live own life or mind their business.

  Get over envy before this dreadful disease called jealousy consumes you.  Envy is also a sign of inadequacy and insecurity.

  At the same time quoting the same survey that 47% disagree of which 30% are democrats leaving only 17% republicans to disagree being eliminated in the Presidential race?

  The election outcome on November 3rd, 2020 boasted approximately 150,000,000 (150 million) having voted of which 74 million is allocated to incumbent President Donald Trump which is 49% barring voter fraud in the contested election.

  The propaganda alluding to 49% republicans who voted for Donald Trump are in agreement to delegitimize their legal votes while they are being further diminished in the fraudulent election and fabricated survey to mere 17% in the far fetched analysis.

  How about the survey pointing out 30% democrats of that 47% in disagreement to incumbent President Donald Trump conceding to Beijing Presidency?

  Does that mean in the projected win 51% to Joe Biden candidacy only 21% believe in dominion and media produced election result since 30% democrats do not concur with the outcome?

  One need not be a math genius. The comedy of errors only reflect the conspicuous rigged election pushed forward as the historic win for Beijing financed and promoted Biden Presidency.
