Syria – United States Western and Gulf Allies War Crimes Against Syrian Civilians

January 22, 2013

By Padmini Arhant

On January 15, 2013, United States, Western and Gulf allies sponsored terrorists fired rockets at Aleppo University in Aleppo, the second largest city and commercial hub of Syria reportedly killing 82 students and wounding scores in the yet another massacre by them thus far.

Subsequently bombings in Daraa reportedly claimed several civilians with no regrets or acknowledgment from the western or Gulf terror masterminds misusing UNSC and UNHCR agencies for propaganda based on misdirected accusation.

Earlier in late November 2012, the criminal elements had stormed into elementary school murdering many innocent young children and teachers during school hours with no condemnation from the United States and alliance perhaps being the sponsor of worst crimes against humanity.

Again having destroyed 2362 schools, educational institutions, hospitals and passenger airliner are common targets for the United States, western and gulf partners operatives in war torn Syria.

These assaults against civilians are reprehensible and reflective of authorizing sources abhorrent conduct and criminality constituting war crimes considering the magnitude of casualties around 65,000 per UN report since foreign intervention nearing two years completion.

Syrian population continue to endure tremendous violence in the United States and coalition funded, armed and trained death squads deployment for annihilation and decimation of a sovereign state that never posed any threat to the aggressors or neighbors in the region.

Unless the leaderships unleashing terror with massive bloodshed are held accountable for their unconscionable act in Syria, the trend already spreading in Africa could soon visit the rest of the world.

The architects including authority in United States and remaining partners in crime are directly responsible for primitive practices especially against children, women and vulnerable population in Syria ignoring ramifications all around.

Not to mention the embarrassment to the nation they represent as the so-called heads of state with self-granted grand impunity in the foreign citizens slaughter.

Syrian conflict unnecessarily perpetuated at the expense of U.S. and western nations scarce tax dollars in the austerity era and,

Most importantly Syrian precious lives lost every hour in the senseless violence evidently backfiring for belligerent forces in the precipitous decline of economy heading towards banana republic status due to political leaderships misplaced priority neglecting respective domestic problems for engagement in wanton terrorism against sovereign state.

United States and EU seeking respite in burgeoning economic crises directly related to adopting peaceful strategy beginning with ceasefire in Syria and abandoning counterproductive course threatening survivability that should be the immediate concern to rational mind.

Contrarily, Syrian leadership and society in general demonstrate admirable courage, civility and integrity despite devastation inflicted upon them in the foreign invasion of their nation.

The martyrdom of every Syrian national would not be in vain and arc of justice indeed bend towards truth and innocence exemplified by Syria.

With sincere and heartfelt condolences to victims families and survivors in the horrific attacks not only in recent times but farther back the onset of western and Gulf regimes organized and implemented genocide against harmless Syria,

Wishing Syrian people, government and peace coordinators expeditious end to the conflict facilitating sovereign right to rebuild nation with glorious future.

Peace to all

Thank you.

Central Africa – Democratic Republic of The Congo (DRC) Crisis Resolution

January 12, 2013

By Padmini Arhant

African continent endowments with rich minerals, oil and precious metals – gold and diamonds is a blessing provided native inhabitants were the beneficiaries unlike the status quo.

The enviably wealthy region with enormous resources enslaved and exploited for exact reasons through colonization evidently noted for annihilation and excoriation until now.

Many nations in Africa victimized from European imperialism – Britain and France in particular among other European imperialists such as Belgium with respect to Congo along with U.S. collaboration largely responsible for African plight and endless misery.

Imperialists and Globalists regrettably including authorities from religious domain basking in luxury and substantial wealth that could instantaneously alleviate mass poverty, hunger and disease deny humanity life with dignity.

The cabal comprising elite memberships with enthusiastic minions and stooges – the crime facilitators sharing shady past, fading present and blank future thrust policies hurting citizens with generational impact.

Although every African nation deserves world empathy and prompt action to mitigate population suffering synonymous to rest of the world,

Democratic Republic of the Congo has been subjected to horrendous experience ranging from ravaging civil wars leading to political instability, abject poverty, preventable health hazards and complete neglect of the society leaving children the worst victims in such conflicts anywhere in the world.

The crux of the problem in DR Congo this time around is the clashes between the so-called rebels otherwise referred to as M23 movement based on resistance commencement date i.e. March 23 when group of service men previously part of the Congolese Army per peace agreement in 2009 then defected due to Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (FARDC) alleged mistreatment evolving into ongoing standoff yet to reach a viable peace agreement.

Further, the situation complicated with UN peacekeeping units withdrawal from the battle zone in North Kivu province enabled M23 capture of the capital Goma later retreated in compliance with peace accord.

UN peacekeepers dismal track record in protecting citizens during wars cannot be ignored.

For instance – the UN abandonment of Sri Lankan Tamils despite their plea to save them from Sri Lankan authorities brutal assault aided by New Delhi, Indian leaderships military and logistic support in 2009 other than hegemon loyalists ammunition dispatch resulting in thousands of innocent civilians especially children, women and senior citizens among casualties in the war crimes is not the only stigma against UN coalition force.

UN peacekeeping troops alleged rape of women in Rwanda and atrocities cause legitimate concern among nations imposed with military involvement regardless of organization whether UN, NATO or regional regiment.

United States, Britain, Israel, France and western powers ambition to invade foreign land for unlimited access to those countries treasure and bizarre expectation on economic stimulus through wars are implemented in three different ways –

Direct attack under false pretext in the so-called war on terror or humanitarian mission – viz. Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya.

Boost defense stocks with experimentation and exhaustion of inventory on people in Pakistan, Yemen and Somalia alongside replenish Israel’s artillery for shelling on Palestine and Sudan.

Notwithstanding arming factions to continue bloodshed in Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Asia.

Alternatively exporting terrorists and militants to target nations with biological weapons then justify military intervention in addition to crippling economic sanctions and arms embargo against that state.

Meanwhile, the western powers and Gulf allies as terror sponsors accelerate weapons delivery to militia laying groundwork for deaths and destruction witnessed in Syria, Mali and impending operation in remaining Africa and world over.

Western interference in Congo is no different having been a French colony until recently, internal turmoil is always favorable to hegemony for military incursion disguised as African Union or neighbor Rwandan army infiltration fomenting chaos in society sensitive to foreign influence on government action.

First and foremost, in any dispute settlement recognition of source contributing to the crises is imperative and then addressing them with invitation to all sides for participation importantly the abused and marginalized segments such as M23 in Congo and Tuaregs in Mali respectively often characterized as so-called rebels for their resistance against the abuser – usually the western backed governments facilitating military strikes on their soil like in Mali and DRC approval of UN proposal for drones in eastern Congo.

Unfortunately, the leaderships do not focus on dire consequences of foreign presence attributed to Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria decimation.

DRC has been adversely affected with western intrusions in arming groups depriving the nation from economic development even though the strategy applies throughout Africa, Latina America, Middle East and Asia.

The quagmire in eastern region of DRC as farther back in 1998 until today has claimed a staggering 5.5 million lives with children bearing the brunt of violence in the war torn nation.

According to UNICEF report over 600 schools destroyed in both North Kivu and South Kivu provinces and as a result around 240,000 students apparently missed weeks of schooling in the combat zone.

Whenever wars perpetuated rather than pursuing diplomacy and peaceful negotiations, the state is confronted with burgeoning political, economic, social, humanitarian and environmental issues exacerbating conditions in the immediate and long run.

The remedial measures to Congolese discord is for the government in Kinshasa to acknowledge M23 movement as part of the society and initiate dialogue with a serious commitment to redress allegations on FARDC abusive behavior and other grievances expressed by them.

Beginning with transparent investigations and accountability on the purported offense or crimes would build trust and eliminate hostility commonly emanating from isolation and slight of genuine trauma or tragedy.

Similarly extending peace initiatives to other disenfranchised demography would create inclusiveness epitomizing national integration crucial for political, economic and social progress.

Barring foreign assertions specifically military operations essential to safeguard national sovereignty otherwise compromised in the request for regional or international engagement with the exception of commerce trade and humanitarian necessities to resolve sovereign affair.

Congolese government consent to UN proposal on spy drones in the eastern terrain in the backdrop of UNSC biased approach encompassing typical censure of victims with diverse restrictions on representatives i.e. M23 leaderships in this context while colluding with perpetrators of crime against society is guaranteed to be a failure for incognito operatives instigating pervasive unrest.

Nations strength is largely dependent on collective responsibility and leaderships’ ability to deal with challenges from within and outside containing in the least and averting at best any potential threats to territorial integrity as well as rights to self-determination – the inalienable characteristics of independent identity.

All nations could utilize required knowledge and problem solving mechanisms in possession upon transcending barriers and working together in solidarity for national cause naturally yielding individual benefit.

Democratic Republic of Congo, Mali, Central African Republic (CAR), Sudan and states across the globe could adopt national resolutions to review and reform policies adequately meeting standards gaining broader consensus with conscientious departure from confrontational means and exclusivity towards holistic investments aimed at sustainable outcome.

On that pragmatic recommendation,

Wishing Democratic Republic of Congo in its entirety long lasting peace and prosperity.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

West Africa – Mali French Military Intervention is Illegal Invasion of Sovereign Nation

January 11, 2013

By Padmini Arhant

France declaration on military intervention in Mali is illegal invasion and occupation in defiance of Malian population unanimous rejection to any foreign or regional troops deployment.

Mali citizens across the nation staged a peaceful protest with a banner that read loud and clear – “NO TO CONFISCATION OF MALI SOVEREIGNTY.”

The hegemony sponsored militancy with weapons delivery from Libya pre-arranged for this opportunity is yet another western manufactured crises to reestablish colonialism.

UNSC having no credibility whatsoever specifically used for authorizing military aggression and economic sanctions against target nations deserves world condemnation.

UNSC hierarchy not necessarily reflective of international perspectives and consent increasingly used as political avenue evading respective congressional or parliamentary approval more appropriately public dissent on military involvement anywhere in the world.

Furthermore, abandonment of UNSC and endorsement of Non Aligned Movement provided NAM current approach demonstrating fairness and objectivity maintained with recommendation to pursue peace and diplomacy to resolve issues while military option disavowed is the only hope for global security and defending national sovereignty.

UNSC resolution passed in December 2012 under false pretext to resolve Mali sovereign matter is replicating Syria, Libya, Iraq and Afghanistan resulting in loss of innocent lives and massive destruction.

Proceeding with imperialistic agenda is precipitating imminent collapse of globalist empire beginning with participants’ economy declining to banana republic status.

More details on this development will follow in due course.

Thank you for your patience.

Egypt – New Constitution Reinforce Hegemony Authority

December 27, 2012

By Padmini Arhant

Egypt remains subjugated under hegemony rule despite U.S. and Israel’s ally former dictatorship Hosni Mubarak ouster in 2011.

The U.S. military annual aid of $1.2 billion to promote Israeli authoritarianism along with Saudi Wahhabism and Salafism…i.e. anti-democratic sources in the region and,

Muslim nations favoring fundamentalism through Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and rest of North Africa, Middle East extending over to other Islamic countries like Pakistan and throughout Central Asia attributed to population annihilation and attack on the religion of Islam.

United States and Israel exploitation of Tahrir Square revolution with transfer of power to SCAF (Supreme Council of Armed Forces) as the interim government prolonging predecessor brutality with severe crackdown amid United States State department infiltration using NGO (Non Governmental Organization) creating a wedge between majority Muslims and Coptic Christians as well as other minority resulting in casualties from violent clashes was ground work to reinforce hegemony authority over oppressed citizens of Pharaoh land.

Initially SCAF procrastination at U.S. behest on smooth transition to civilian governance followed by sudden gesture to hold elections in the most hostile environment depriving secular factions democratic aspirations was again a ploy to appoint western and Saudi-Zion approved Muslim Brotherhood candidacy represented by President Mohamed Morsi.

Hegemony criteria being western educated and easily maneuverable otherwise puppet leadership as the head of the state around the world,

The current Presidency satisfied the requirements to lead Egypt for Israeli regime’s geopolitical goals – the occupation of Palestine and regional usurpation to form ‘Greater Israel’ with ultimate objective of global dominance.

Again United States and Israel determination to rein control over Egypt government and especially military affairs with IMF and Saudi financing under monetary assistance pretext suppress the North African country.

Egypt experiencing constraints to implement necessary political and economic reform with IMF disastrous conditions intended to stunt growth likened to declining European economies from euro zone and EU detrimental policies plus Saudi agenda exacerbate citizens plight.

United States and Israel’s stranglehold on Egypt influencing the leadership in adopting Presidential decree reflects the sponsors’ flagrant disregard for republic governance and democratic principles considering the U.S. executive branch extraordinary power demonstrated in extrajudicial executions and drone strikes authorization with no checks and balances is defiance of constitution.

In fact, constitution validity systematically stifled with political system subversion.

Similarly Israeli aggression against innocent children, women and elderly in Gaza to promulgate premature electoral victory under the guise of national security led to loss of lives on both sides although disproportionately in Gaza by Israel.

Unlike the Palestinian resistance movement intention to avert casualty all around and delivered precision retaliatory response to curtail Israeli provocation.

Freedom and Justice Party (FJP), the official political front of Muslim Brotherhood headed by President Mohamed Morsi is western planned replication of Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan Chaired Justice and Development Party (AKP) embracing Muslim Brotherhood Islamic law per Saudi and Zion prescribed non-secular hardline disposition that is hostile to own people and hospitable to hegemony.

Egypt Presidential decree on November 22, 2012 granting the president unlimited powers with impunity through exemption from judicial oversight was denounced in massive revolt followed by Egyptian Vice President Mahmoud Mekki resignation in concurrence with national view.

Additionally, the ex-Vice President reportedly a career judge could no longer continue to serve the administration echoing political opposition stance on the outrageous decree barring judicial action against Constituent assembly dissolution during constitutional draft preparation without opposition or civil society contribution to the national charter.

The selective constituent assembly approved the new Constitution text on November 30, 2012 in compliance with President Morsi’s order.

Upon reviewing the content the devil is indeed in the detail.

President Mohamed Morsi decree withdrawal was only partial and irrelevant considering the disingenuous overture to protect ‘revolution’ essentially inserted to convince legitimate skepticism within society.

However, carte blanche Presidential privilege remains and extended on decisions pertaining to constitution and laws passed by President Morsi as final and denied appeal.

The political opposition along with significant majority challenged the unlawful measures declaring the entire process fraudulent and criticized constitution failure to meet national requirements apart from not being inclusive.

Constitution appears to preclude Egypt military assigning the institution autonomy in the absence of explicit reference despite western selection of earlier dictatorial power launched from the military cadre.

Notwithstanding United States military wielding power over Egypt national defense force based on ownership with $1.2 billion annual aid primarily for complicity in undermining Egypt sovereignty.

Besides, the constitution stated to have alienated workers, union members and marginalized demography nationwide in consistent with previous regime legacy.

Moreover, President Morsi statement calling for dictator leadership Hosni Mubarak retrial proved to be mere rhetoric and such posturing perhaps to attract votes on the referendum.

Hegemony forbids retrial of ex-President Hosni Mubarak and members from that era and instead they are being released on bail with one of them – the former head of the military judiciary Adel El-Morsi even appointed to the Shura Council by President Mohamed Morsi and,

The other appointee being the deputy head of Muslim Brotherhood’s Freedom and Justice Party Essam El-Erian among 90 Presidential nominees to the Upper House.

President Mohamed Morsi is obliged to hold Parliamentary elections to the lower house in two months and hegemony has devised strategy to scuttle genuine democratic representation with instruction to the incumbent leadership to delegate the Upper House consisting western and Saudi-Zion chosen party regulate the forthcoming election.

The referendum on the new constitution was for the nation to be governed by Islamic law principles conforming to Muslim Brotherhood and Saudi Zionist espoused fundamentalism.

Also, reportedly among 25 million eligible voters from 17 provinces only over 8 million cast their ballots on the new constitution.

That means only one third voted possibly incognizant of the substance and subsequent ramifications while the remaining two third abstained from the process in dissent.
\
The western MSM and news agency conspicuous spin not surprising in semblance with U.S. Presidential 2012 election results sharing parallel trend in the overwhelming majority i.e. over two third eligible and registered electorates abstinence claiming protest vote on non-viable choices in the hegemony backed political duopoly.

Egypt Presidential and Upper House or Shura Council Parliamentary election were held in 2011 and 2012 respectively with SCAF imposition of curfew and clampdown on frustrated mainstream facilitating SCAF supported Muslim Brotherhood victory on western recommendation.

With two thirds among 270 members in the Upper House representing MB and residual 90 members otherwise one third names provided by President Morsi apparently includes other political factions and religious institutions to satisfy token representation with ineffective minority status.

Hence, in light of hegemon misdirection and deliberate intrusion in Egypt’s internal affairs exerting dominance for vested advantage hurting Egypt citizens’ future,

Egypt electorate across the spectrum – the disenfranchised in particular forging alliance with political opposition need to rise to the occasion once again and reclaim sovereignty.

Republic governance with dismissal of western and Saudi-Zion funded political leaderships and party is paramount for meaningful democracy restoring rights to self-determination and territorial integrity.

The sacrifices in Tahrir Square in 2011 are yet to be acknowledged with independence from foreign powers bidding farewell to political collusion and treason.

Best Wishes to fellow citizens in Egypt for spirited campaign to liberate country from perpetual oppression behind social and economic inequality.

Wishing phenomenal success to youth and patriots in the freedom struggle terminating remotely operated political rule in Egypt and across the globe,

Peace to all!

Thank you.

West Africa – Mali Crisis Resolution

December 19, 2012

By Padminii Arhant

The West African nation Mali reverted back to military rule following ex-Prime Minister Cheikh Modibo Diarra arrest resulting in PM and his government’s resignation in the recent coup this month.

Mali once a thriving democracy is rich in minerals especially gold reserves and like every other nation with economic resources subjected to western imperialistic quest, the West African country is not spared in this regard.

Even though Mali has long been colonized by France, the French authority is desperately making efforts to recolonize the state through strong recommendation for military intervention at none other than UNSC session that unanimously approved on October 13, 2012 advising U.S. formed African Union to devise a military plan within 45 days much to the entire population protest.

France reportedly has military incursion surrounding Mali waiting for the ripe moment to intervene under the usual NATO pretext of rescue operation that invariably involves exhaustion of western defense stockpiles on unarmed civilians ending in massive deaths and destruction.

Mali troubles began when the marginalized tribal group Tuareg in the northern desert region demanded independence amid frustration over the central government neglect of their plight leading to two month long struggle that evolved into chaos with routine procedure i.e. western armed militant infiltration.

Western sponsored terrorists reportedly al Qaeda from Libya along with extremist groups have been relocated to Northern Mali escalating violence with U.S. redirecting arms flow from Gulf allies Qatar and U.A.E into Mali.

Tuareg tribe already in possession of considerable stockpiles seized in the confrontation with government forces is fighting terror networks in the northern area.

The situation threatening lives in Sahel region with world’s poorest countries on southern Sahara in imminent danger due to western ploy for military invasion.

Mali’s military overthrow of government in March 2012 expressing disappointment in prolonging secessionist issue with Tuaregs created an opportunity for western candidate Prime Minister Cheikh Modibo Diarra previously NASA Director and Microsoft Chief Africa, also removed from power based on the same reason.

Subsequent to military coup Tuaregs occupied two thirds of the northern territory.

However, the western deployed militants exploited political instability in the capital Bamako and claimed the northern part of the state from the Turareg leaving the nation in continuous turmoil.

Meanwhile, UNSC had authorized French draft suggesting negotiations between Malian authorities, representatives of Tuareg tribe and extremist factions with a further plan for detailed military operation in Mali from the West African regional body, ECOWAS (The Economic Community for West African States), the U.S. controlled African Union and the United Nations allowing UNSC for second resolution on military intrusion in Mali.

The diplomats presumably rejected ECOWAS and incumbent leader Dioncounda Traore mediated tri-lateral operation in Mali quoting inadequate preparedness for the impending large scale U.S. led NATO military raid.

Additionally, the current influx of arms and ammunitions into Mali from U.S. and allies signify depopulation agenda rather than maintaining law and order and accordingly the citizens in Mali vehemently oppose any foreign interference, the United States and western involvement in particular to avert Congo, Rwanda and Burundi…genocide.

Alongside, United States is pressuring Algeria to launch military attacks against Mali in semblance with Turkey participation in the U.S. and NATO instigated provocation against Syria ignoring the cataclysmic outcome not only for Middle East but also the entire world.

Evidently, United States and western forces ambition for global dominance endanger life on the planet.

Mali at present is under military junta and the western powers timing the strike when the country returns to civilian government preferably with their puppet leadership complicit in the grand occupation of Mali as the strategic location to usurp over African continent.

In terms of viable crisis resolution, Mali military junta need to restore calm in the capital Bamako protecting life and seek the people choice leaderships with no affiliation to western interests and instead committed to defending Malian territorial integrity, treasure and citizens rights to self determination barring foreign meddling in Mali’s internal affair.

Organizing peace conference in Mali for solidarity among various representations from politics, spiritual, social, economic and humanitarian fields inviting urban, rural and tribal leaders most importantly Tuareg members and any other disenchanted segments across the nation inclusively would demonstrate fairness and equality within society.

Such initiative as the preliminary step towards national harmony is imperative to arrive at decisions benefitting all and the nation at large.

Seeking contributions from wise, experienced, altruistic not individualistic and patriotic stalwarts would lead to identifying true leadership for the nation with ability to govern regardless of challenges at any level.

Separatism is experienced by most nations irrespective of size and political system in the country.

Understanding the cause of the problem is essential for effective solution addressing the short and long term woes with provision for revision enabling better adaptability.

Whenever a specific sect or tribe isolated from mainstream depriving them fair political access in local and national domain combined with denial of economic prospects producing social inequality, the unrest is inevitable after having exhausted available avenues to draw government attention.

Secessionism would not even exist upon transcending prejudice in meeting national obligations aimed at pervasive rather than selective progress.

Further, investments strengthening weak and failing communities with necessary requirements towards self-sufficiency would promote national output.

Decentralized structures in tribal setting with autonomy similar to state run assembly utilizing federal or central support in safeguarding security besides lending relevant assistance to improve living standards and emergency relief foster mutual respect and efficiency.

Not to mention the added advantage in easing the burden on local and national authority on unfamiliar issues lacking expertise.

Mali immediate priority is to establish communication with Tuareg tribal chief and join forces in the expulsion of western empowered terrorists in the northern part as well as the rest of the nation to avoid Libya scenario terminating colonial resurgence in West Africa and elsewhere.

Acknowledgment of natives and Malians from all over the country as integral entity would mitigate tension and revive cooperation sharing products and services in provincial and national development.

Listening to disenfranchised demography viz. Tuareg in this instance through peaceful dialogue and adopting pragmatic course for the expected outcome without compromising lives and national unity would build trust in the central administration.

Holding talks with western launched extremists is legitimizing terrorism in a sovereign state.

Military junta responsibility lies with driving nefarious operatives away from Malian soil.

Mali moving forward with republic rule headed by leaderships epitomizing honesty reflected in allegiance to the people and nation would guarantee security and promising future.

The military command then shifting role from governance to guarding national borders would be appropriate thwarting conflicts by external or internal elements commissioned at foreign powers behest.

Observing democratic means through free and fair elections notwithstanding national goals encompassing needs of all would heal the nation dealing with foreign manufactured quagmire.

Collective response from the nation would be formidable to foreign aggression.

Wishing Tuareg tribe and all citizens of Mali peaceful co-existence and prosperity in abundance spreading across Saharan landscape.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

Syria – Chemical Weapons is False Pretext for Western and Gulf Coalition Manufactured Crises

December 8, 2012

By Padmini Arhant

The latest western tactics citing chemical weapons in Syria is yet another maneuvers similar to claim on Iraq WMD prior to invasion and occupation of the oil rich nation.

Iraq war resulted in phenomenal loss of lives and generational suffering from the unlawful use of depleted uranium by United States and United Kingdom against defenseless citizens constituting horrendous crimes against humanity with none of the perpetrators brought to justice or held accountable thus far.

Having evaded international community condemnation and outrage on the atrocities in Iraq and ongoing slaughter in Afghanistan for over a decade now,

Notwithstanding Libyan massacre under humanitarian pretext along side penchant for drone strikes killing many innocent citizens in Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia, Sudan and West Africa – the U.S and NATO military adventure evidently targets children, women, youth and elderly in Islamic countries for sadistic experimentation of weapons inventory.

United States and allies preparation in all fronts i.e. air, ground and sea attack against sovereign state Syria and Syrian people rejecting diplomatic course is a monumental blunder for them.

Not to mention the kamikaze mission proving disastrous to the region of which the enthusiastic co-conspirators and participants viz. Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, March 14 Lebanon faction, Jordan and Turkey exist endangering own survival and exacerbating declining western economies to the point of no return.

United States and western powers peace gesture amid sponsoring terrorism with ammunitions supply to militias and mercenaries combing the streets in Syria committing heinous act of violence synonymous to unleashing wild herd in a crowded market place for indiscriminate assault is disingenuous further jeopardizing seriously damaged status as reliable peace partner.

Again factual review of Syria situation with United States naval warship Dwight Eisenhower comprising marines and warplanes on Syrian shore in addition to NATO deployment of patriot missile in Turkey and U.S. standing army in Syrian Jordanian border among the ratcheted psychological warfare is a cowardly disposition for super power exerting superiority in the misguided malfeasance.

United States and western protagonists along with Gulf alliance in the so-called coalition of the willing in defiance of international law and foreign national sovereignty authorizing military aggression tantamount to declaration of authoritarianism reminiscent of twentieth century despotism eventually succumbed to fatal conclusion in the aspiration for global dominance.

Hence, United States and external forces exit strategy from Syria commencing with immediate ceasefire and complete withdrawal of proxy war agents is required demonstrating sincere commitment to peace talks for urgently needed humanitarian relief and healing of the embattled state.

The rising deaths and destruction caused by United States and western backed terror networks essentially implicate United States authorities under the current administration and congress approved NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) calling for indictments of those colluding with terrorist groups against or on United States behalf in national or overseas domain.

United States Congress is obligatory to prevent military intrusions not only in Syria but also worldwide considering U.S. pervasive military modus operandi – a major economic liability due to disproportionate military wasteful spending in the austerity era.

Most importantly the human tragedy in terms of massive casualties on the victim nations cannot be ignored for it is United States taxpayer funds squandered in explosions producing terror and fundamentalism to prolong the extravagant military expedition.

Besides the ever increasing suicides and misconduct including rape, murder and desecration of religious scriptures by U.S. armed forces in combat and non-combat zones is the proof of war fatigued personnel and high ranked cadre gone wry.

The congressional law prohibiting illegal invasion of foreign land by United States subsequent to Iraq turmoil led to introduction of bipartisan bill HCR 107 reiterating the following constitutional rule.

“Expressing the sense of Congress that the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the United States Constitution.

It is Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring),

That it is the sense of Congress that, except in response to an actual or imminent attack against the territory of the United States,

The use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress violates Congress’s exclusive power to declare war under article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution and,

Therefore constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution.”

Unfortunately the administration and United States State Department in conjunction with defense department unilateral decisions pursuing counterproductive measures risking national interest slight democratically elected congress rendering the entire system irrelevant.

United States, western and Gulf regimes obsession with Syria disregarding dire consequences for them in the attempt to launch full scale decimation under the guise of chemical weapons reveals them as real adversaries to Middle East cooperation and stability.

Meanwhile, the crusaders of democracy epitomizing hypocrisy forget the human right violation in indefinite detention of the alleged terror suspects in Guantanamo Bay, the war crimes around the world and,

Their allies Israel, Saud Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, Jordan and Turkey oppression of majority and minority in the respective states necessitate regime change to national and regional benefit.

Saudi Arabia monarch mysterious health condition reportedly long been clinically dead withheld to deter uprising contained with lethal force.

Bahraini Kingdom brutality heightened with revoking citizenship of mainstream society and demographic maladjustment by importing foreigners as replacement continues at present.

Qatar, UAE, Kuwait and Jordan suppression of basic rights within individual nation with leaderships subscribing to western ideology depict the irony in their involvement against Syria.

Turkey persecution of Kurds and interestingly United States instigation of Kurdish elements from Iraq to fight in Syria together with Turkish dispatched terrorists is typical manipulation to spread carnage ascribing blame on Syrian government for western perpetuated unrest.

Last but not the least, Israel consistent refusal to oblige UNGA resolutions and humanitarian laws colonizing Palestinian territory in the controversial and internationally denounced settlement activity moves forward in the absence of western response comparable to actions against those identified as ‘axis of evil’ in the geopolitical dynamics.

Somehow these inherent problems and glaring deficiencies with each and every nation escape the attention of confrontational forces against Syria.

Instead of prioritizing national issues over interference in foreign internal affairs, the United States and western ambition for global destabilization is acrimonious posing existential threat to world peace and security.

Adherence to Geneva peace agreement on Syria with United States and cohorts ceasing military and logistic support to nefarious operatives is the only alternative to the establishment of law and order restoring tranquility in the beleaguered state.

United States and western powers role in this regard exemplifying solidarity with the rest of the world on Syria in ending the conflict is crucial to revive harmony and sustainable peace.

Europe and North American economic recovery is directly linked with western governments departure from unnecessary and unaffordable overt or covert military exploration on foreign soil.

With condolences to Syrian families on the loss of their loved ones and admiration for courage displayed in endurance of foreign sources manufactured crises,

Wishing Syria resilience to rise like the sun with renewed spirit to rebuild the nation realizing the promising future.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

Syria – Ceasefire Ending Violence To Save Lives and Protect National Security

December 2, 2012

By Padmini Arhant

Syrian capital Damascus riddled with United States, western powers and Gulf allies sponsored violence has led to tens and thousands of casualties involving children, women and men across the nation.

The United States and coalition armed and funded latest spate of terror attacks is deplorable and world tolerance to western massacres means complicity considering the forces determination to wipe out population under the pretext of selling democracy while the involvement exemplify decimation of sovereign nation.

Even worse is UNSC (P5 + 1) muted response to civilian deaths caused by terrorism contrary to council’s swift reaction against the victim nation with crippling economic sanctions targeting vulnerable citizens in urban and rural parts of the country.

Such double standards are regrettable raising serious questions on functionality of the so-called international body although the configuration not necessarily representative of contemporary geopolitical dynamics and economic status.

UNSC bias is detrimental to the organization positioned as the international mediator and partisanship on humanitarian issues affects the integrity necessary in presiding over global affairs.

The departure from objectivity and neutrality could perhaps be due to the fact that the prominent UNSC members are essentially behind the atrocity in Syria and military interventions across the globe.

United Nations existence in the near future and beyond is dependent on acknowledgment of UNGA as the only decision making central authority abandoning UNSC given the abuse of veto power among members exerting influence on the assembly to subvert the process.

The majority consensus should logically prevail over minority dissent regardless of self-proclaimed superiority transcending trend on international matter when brought to UNGA attention.

Failure to modify requirements could lead to alternative entity viz. Non Aligned Movement also comprising sovereign nations as members without being subjected to political maneuvering or threats and most importantly facilitating independent informed response on regional or global crises.

UNGA and NAM condemnation along with ceasefire resolution is paramount to end foreign invasion and occupation of Syria.

The western and Gulf allies orchestrated proxy war in Syria is nearing two years and has claimed many innocent lives including security personnel as well as government officials in the state on international watch.

The so-called western democracies authorized killings of Syrian residents with grand impunity institutionalize arbitrary slaughter through modern warfare.

With no accountability for heinous crimes against humanity thus far the western nations deployment of death squads roaming around the streets of sovereign state Syria is reproachable.

Furthermore, the disdain for peace and diplomacy demonstrates the sponsors’ callousness towards life especially the murder of infants, women, men and elderly almost sparing none in the misguided mission by the leaders of the western presumable civilized society.

Contrarily their own existence is safeguarded with military might notably in Emir of Qatar Khalifa Al Thani arrangement to establish U.S. permanent base in the national domain while other members ensuring personal safety at respective tax payers’ expense.

International community, the western society in particular are urged to demand their leaderships renounce violence and refrain from the ‘license to kill’ operation in the citizens’ name witnessed in Syria, Palestine and world over.

The western catered terror in Syria and Libya clarify the political leaderships allegiance to hegemony on the decline notwithstanding the mounting debt and economic precipice ignored in the preoccupation with destabilization agenda.

UNGA, NAM and global society solidarity denouncing the illegal intrusion via militia and mercenaries in Syria calling for immediate ceasefire and withdrawal of foreign operatives is crucial to restore sanity, rationality and peace.

In the absence of western and Arab compliance to cease interference in Syria holds serious ramifications for the players with possible irreversible outcome.

Once Again, extending sincere condolences to victims families on the bombings in Damascus and most recently in Homs,

Wishing people and leaderships in Syria resilience and success in national defense.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

Palestine – UNGA Approval of Observer State Status

November 29, 2012

By Padmini Arhant

Congratulations! To people in Palestine and Palestinian Authorities in West Bank and Gaza on the road to success expediting the achievement of ultimate goal – Palestine independence.

The major step would lead to liberty and recognition of Palestine as sovereign state with rights to self-determination and privileges enjoyed by nations denying oppressed population emancipation.

UNGA solidarity in promoting peace and justice is much appreciated.

The UN members’ approval set precedence in legitimizing collective rational decision on humanitarian issues overriding political interference proved to exacerbate human suffering all around.

UNGA acknowledgment of Palestinian humble request is victory for peace and non-violence approach – the honorable means without sacrificing precious lives in the world of turmoil.

Similarly UNGA adopting measures in granting Palestine the sovereign republic status in semblance with establishment of the state of Israel would epitomize UN commitment to freedom and equality.

On that optimistic note,

Wishing Palestine and Israel a new beginning with peaceful co-existence and bi-lateral relations in the respective citizens and national interest.

Peace to all!

Palestine – UNGA Vote for Observer State Status

November 29, 2012

By Padmini Arhant

United Nations General Assembly is currently reviewing the Palestinian authority, President Mahmoud Abbas request for upgrade from non-member observer entity status to observer state status that would promote the world understanding of all members in global society worthy of respect and a life with dignity.

In this regard, Palestinian population has been deprived for over six decades with Israel invasion and military aggression up until now.

The inhumane conditions and ongoing hostility towards the people of Palestine has been brought to world attention on numerous occasions with a plea to end Israel’s unilateral excruciating blockade against Gaza alongside periodic aggravated assault resulting in infants, teenagers and women deaths prioritized to win the hearts and minds of Israeli electorate in the election war.

The pervasive combative environment in the entire occupied Palestinian territory robbing the children of Palestine the dreams for life with their family without fear of losing the members in either daily shooting or United States and western powers supplied and sponsored bombing prior to Israel’s electoral season could cease subsequent to Palestinian statehood recognition.

UNGA responsible action in accepting Palestine as a sovereign participant with the citizens’ rights to self-determination similar to the privileges enjoyed by Israeli citizens and western society considering their opposition to the Palestinian bid would legitimize UN as an international body transcending politics and influential powers superiority complex surfacing during Palestinian legal submission for statehood approval.

United States and Israel along with some western allies vehement protest to Palestinian natural right for freedom and sovereignty clarify the intention to prolong colonization in modern civilization exploiting the victims’ patience and endurance of more than sixty years of injustice.

The threats and intimidation tactics applied to subvert the process is yet another example of undemocratic principles exhibited by those representing the imperialistic agenda due to lack of accountability for their crimes against humanity.

Despite the political maneuvering to derail UNGA acknowledgment, the significant majority across the globe overwhelmingly calls for the United Nations members to grant Palestine the long overdue liberty – the inalienable right of every being on this planet.

The two state solution would also enable Israeli citizens peaceful co-existence disrupted from Israel’s ideology driven occupation goals embedded with permanent oppression in the meager land directly in violation of all laws that exist in a civilized world.

Israeli security is linked with treatment of neighbors especially the Palestinian citizens as equal for violence and terror would only yield synonymous response in self-defense given Israel’s disproportionate military and economic resources provided by United States and western power to maintain detrimental status quo.

Objectively, Israeli authority rejection of peace exemplified in refusal to follow general rule and UN resolutions together with Jewish unlawful settlement expansion posing impediments to Israel’s progress besides the ever increasing isolation from the rest of the world.

However, this situation could be reversed by changing course in pursuit of harmony beginning with adaptation to inevitable positive developments like Palestinian independence and honoring territorial integrity all around.

UNGA effectiveness is dependent upon resistance to United States, Israel and selective western powers counterproductive intrusions on international affairs with specific motive to undermine the legality and ethical efficacy of humanitarian law and UN Charter.

Above all UN members’ sovereign pledge for fairness and equality barring discriminatory practices in the decision-making aimed at particular segment viz. Palestinians in this instance would restore credibility to the organization role as a reliable entity.

UNGA could write a new chapter in history in moving forward rather than backward with unequivocal endorsement of peace enshrined in Palestine as an independent nation facilitating the success of two state solutions – the only pragmatic approach to ensure safety and long-term security for both Israel and Palestine.

Wishing UNGA members courage and solidarity in upholding human values and integrity with a resounding ‘Yes’ vote on the humanitarian issue affecting mankind.

Best Wishes to people in Palestine and Israel for good relations leading to mutual prosperity.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

Israel – Gaza Ceasefire Violation An Unnecessary Provocation

November 23, 2012

By Padmini Arhant

Despite ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas following Israeli aggression against infants, teenagers and elderly citizens in Gaza that claimed 160 innocent lives and left many wounded per official figures with unofficial report yet to ascertain death toll underneath the rubble,

Israel military option is also responsible for five Israeli citizens demise and few residents hurt in Southern Israel during eight days air and sea assault on besieged Gaza.

Soon after ceasefire, Israeli forces proceeded with violent arrests of 55 Palestinian peaceful protesters in the occupied West Bank for non-violent participation to support their extended families in Gaza when Israeli shelling continued more than a week.

Israel’s latest attack resulting in Gaza casualty – a twenty one year old farmer killed while at least seven others injured is unnecessary provocation to Israel, United States and western allies detriment already reflected in declining economy and overwhelming condemnation for western status quo.

Evidently Israel and United States determination to pursue violence as the means to exert authoritarianism and superiority have no concern for their respective citizens safety or business sector prospects seriously affected due to regional and international community perception holding Israel and United States leaderships for state sponsored terrorism in direct violation of humanitarian law and civil standard.

The global response to rein in hegemony ideology posing imminent danger to all irrespective of identity is required more than ever.

Citizens from all walks of life could come forward and demonstrate solidarity in several ways such as – enforcing BDS movement against Israel.

Boycott Divestment Sanctions and extend stance towards western powers including Gulf allies fomenting killing of vulnerable citizens in Palestine, Israel, Syria, Bahrain, Libya, Egypt, Yemen, Sudan, Somalia, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Ivory Coast, Mali, Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya…around the world.

Mexico – The drug war financed and fueled by United States through controversial ‘Fast and Furious’ program implicating U.S.Justice department has enormously suffered on economic and political front with nearly 50,000 lives lost and more reported on daily accounts devoid of world’s attention thus far.

Similarly, avoiding travel and on-line purchases related to consumer trade could have a dramatic effect on nations behind revoking peace accord.

Since existing international body viz. UNSC, ICC and other organizations are under hegemony control and influence granting impunity to perpetrators presumptuously proclaiming as the world authority to commit crimes against humanity,

The global society are burdened to restore peace and justice with personal involvement in declining goods and services essentially imposing trade embargo and effective measures regularly vetoed by offenders at the UN conforming to double standards on international matter.

Additionally, applying pressure on their governments to exercise sovereignty and denounce atrocity in Palestine, Bahrain, Syria, Libya, Saudi Arabia and in the above mentioned nations by Israel, U.S., U.K. Canada, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey, Jordan – the facilitators and financiers of warfare is paramount to end the escalation of terror world over.

The instigation promoting current unrest throughout Middle East, Pakistan, Latin America and Africa is to accomplish unattainable goals by hegemony in the face of deep economic recession.

Western power departure from dialogue and diplomacy with fascination for warfare and continuous bloodshed is counterproductive and exemplify misguided mission.

Notwithstanding reality in the alarming suicide rates among U.S. armed forces having exponentially risen in correlation to prolonged occupation in Afghanistan and military incursions in Persian Gulf and South China sea.

Irrationality overriding prudence and diligence precipitate inevitable multi-dimensional national crises given western powers misplaced priority on interference in foreign internal affairs exploited for destabilization.

Israel and United States in particular are urged to exercise restraint and refrainment from stoking unfavorable sentiments towards western strategy visible among significant majority with strong consumer power.

Ceasefire brokered in Egypt is an international treaty binding on all sides in respect for life and attempts to sabotage peace plan would reiterate western preference for turmoil and an invitation to self-disaster.

Global resistance beginning immediately with boycott and peaceful dissent to hegemony policy depriving humanity peaceful existence is imperative to reverse the outcome.

Gaza ceasefire monitored to maintain calmness crucial for survivors recovery from carnage and destruction in Israel’s bombing last week.

The recommendations at grassroots level intended to curb further hostility from Israel based on present breach of ceasefire.

Supernatural intervention is best averted in upholding ceasefire that could perhaps mitigate consistent loss of credibility.

With sincere condolences to Gaza victims and empathy to Israeli citizens held hostage in the election war,

Wishing long lasting peace to Palestine and Israel.

Peace to all!

Thank you.
