United States – Presidential Race

United States Presidential race is nothing more than a charade.  The political event is now an entertainment to resurrect lack luster main stream media rating besides deflecting public attention from core national and international issues concerning humanity at large.

Since the forces such as Wall Street, AIPAC, NRA, religious zealots and institutions representing imperial agenda – operating behind the scenes govern the political system,

United States electorate could be spared from huge liability with elections costing taxpayers enormous amount to legitimize illegitimate authority.

Office of Presidency is a mere formality for campaign bidders holding exclusive rights on candidacies depriving the nation of republic status.

Accordingly, the Presidential election organizers could save money and instead purchase rubber stamp bearing the designation – President of the United States considering name and political affiliations are irrelevant in the contemporary trend.

The seriousness of political governance would matter upon terminating incognito.power.

World Affairs: Hegemony Backed Regimes Fate

On public request – snapshot on hegemony backed regimes fate.

The question posed to me was to briefly state the outcome on hegemony created, supported and promoted regimes worldwide thus far.

Answer.  Unfortunately for the regimes and sponsors the marriage resulted in dissolution and regimes suffered imprisonment not barring fatal consequences upon public disillusionment.

Few examples clarify the fact.

Iran – King Mohammad Reza Pahlavi deposed by Islamic Revolution in 1979.  A year later died in exile in Egypt in 1980. 

Iraq – Ex- President Saddam Hussein.  Hegemony ally hanged in public view via world telecast.

Libya – Colonel Muammar Gaddafi.  Assassinated in public.

Egypt – Former President Hosni Mubarak. Ousted by Egypt revolution currently evading legal repercussions with impending final judgment upon departure from earth.

Tunisia – Western and Saudi Arabia favored former head of the government Zine al-Abidine Ben Ali removed from power through popular uprising.

Yemen – Former President Ali Abdhullah Saleh expelled by the people following four decades of oppression.

Africa – deserves exclusive mention considering high statistics across the continent. Accordingly scheduled for later discussion.

South East Asia:

Indonesia – Ex-President Suharto dictatorial governance brought to an end with the Premier’s resignation. The government gained notoriety for corruption and iron fist rule.

Philippines – Former ruler Ferdinand Marcos forced to flee the nation with people revolt against corruption, collusion in foreign subjugation and rising poverty.

Thailand – Ex-Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva term (2008-2011) was rocked by violence, corruption and misuse of authority leading to government dismissal.

Pakistan – General Zia Ul Haq executed western ally Former President Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.  General Muhammad Zia Ul Haq experienced the same and was assassinated in 1988. 

Later, western approved former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto was assassinated in 2007.

Western endorsed General Pervez Musharraf – the ex- President of Pakistan imposed emergency rule, imprisoned supreme court justices and declined election. 

The General resigned from office to avert impeachment proceedings and remained in exile in London.  General Musharraf retuned to Pakistan with the hope to seize power amid strong opposition and various charges on abuse of authority and complicity including investigations in ex-Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto’s assassination.

Latin America:

Panama – United States intelligence agency CIA asset Panamanian General turned President Manuel Noriega was ousted by United States former President George H.W.Bush administration and sentenced to 25 years in the U.S. federal prison. The 77 year old former Panamanian leader recently returned home to face legal proceedings on money laundering and murder.

Chile – The military General turned head of the state Augusto Pinochet dictatorship and repressive rule remembered until now. 

The Chilean leader dodged extraditions to face trial on human rights violations with assistance from certain influential figures in western political sphere. 

However, the authoritarian leader having unleashed death on thousands of innocent citizens feared own death knowing well about his destination following final decree.

Argentina – Army commander and former President Jorge Rafael Videla known as dictator for running death squads died in prison.

Regardless of military, political, economic and social status – the violations, misuse of power, deception and defiance of humanitarian and natural law held accountable by karma – the inescapable destiny.

Jewish Holiday – Happy Rosh Hashanah & Yom Kippur 2015

Rosh Hashanah – The Jewish New Year emphasis on celebration and serious introspection is a clarion call for positive development.

The Jewish tradition – Rosh Hashanah followed by Yom Kippur recognized as High Holidays with 10 days in between two events known as Ten Days of Repentance is an interesting and relevant theme.

Yom Kippur significance providing opportunity for Repentance from the beginning to end of the holiday to reflect and reform besides peace with others could be utilized to bring unnecessary conflicts and prolonged crises to conclusion.

The importance of festivals is adherence to message exemplified throughout life accepting humility with genuine commitment for greater good rather than self interest.

Israel’s cooperation on Palestinian statehood with acknowledgment for every citizen’s birth right to be free and exercise political rights in their homeland would confirm the orthodox sect and Israeli authorities respect for Judaism and religious philosophy.

The best way to honor faith is to demonstrate principles in action.

Never too late to renounce negative trend and mend ways for peaceful resolution.

Global Status Quo – Crimes Against Humanity

Marking 9/11 anniversary, I published the article on terrorism – the global issue haunting humanity.

The militarily superior and nuclear armed America was attacked on political, intelligence and military establishment watch.

The world was led to believe that dilapidated terror network al Qaeda suddenly incapacitated the nation poised as Superpower.

The terror attack on American soil became the premise for protagonists, catalysts and colluders to invade nations and implement pre-conceptualized Project for New American Century.

They proceeded towards their mission and even declared accomplished in the face of counterproductive adventure.

They launched military intervention in Afghanistan in October 2001. The fourteen years old Afghanistan war continues until now and become the permanent military base to dominate Central Asia.  Pakistan remains terror haven with military aid at U.S. taxpayers expense.

Meanwhile the extravagant imperial goals in Afghanistan and across the globe costing United States taxpayers trillions of dollars leaving over 50 million families on food stamps, war veterans homeless and significant number unemployed in the country.

The architects and administration were barely involved bombing Afghanistan, yet another nation on the target – Iraq was invaded under false pretext claiming that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction only to be proved otherwise. 

The WMD in reality was weapons of mass deception.

In 2009 and 2010 – the U.S. troops were increased in Afghanistan.  Although the troop withdrawal from Iraq was stated as conclusion of occupation, the ground situation confirmed troops presence with military activity.

Furthermore, the troops withdrawn from Iraq were redeployed in Afghanistan and beefed up in the Middle East rather than returning home.

In 2011 – the Arab Spring that began in Tunisia spread to Egypt resulting in the overthrow of western and Saudi Arabia backed dictatorial regimes generating hope for the oppressed population in the Middle East.

These events were capitalized to expedite PNAC objectives and spearheaded in Libya and Syria.

The world was once again misled with deceptive authorization of no fly zone in Libya for western air raids and subsequently Libya was destabilized to serve as weapons warehouse channeling delivery to western sponsored terror networks in Syria.

Syrian war with terror infiltration – funded, trained and provided logistic and military hardware until now.

United States, EU and middle east allies rejected successive peace accord on Syria to end four years old conflict.

Currently, Yemen is under relentless shelling by Saudi Arabia on United States and Israel’s purview not barring U.S. supplied cluster munitions to Saudi Arabia in onslaught on Yemen.

In Eastern Europe, EU and United States organized anti-government right wing political unrest produced massive chaos with hardline government installed leaving the nation in turmoil in eastern region and Crimea union with Russian Federation.

South East Asia – The democratically elected government in Thailand was forcibly removed from power on baseless allegations and substituted with military junta reviving political repression.

Latin America –  Democratically elected governments were toppled in Honduras, Paraguay with ongoing efforts against Argentina, Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia to name a few in the region. 

The Caribbean nation Haiti denied request to reinstate exiled popular leader Jean Bertrand Aristide to power.

Africa – The continent militarized with West and Central Africa recolonized under the guise of security against western and ally’s armed rebel factions in Mali, Central Africa and South Sudan.  The strategy promotes perpetual disasters.

Asia Pacific – United States and South Korea military drills escalate tensions alongside building coalition in the staged confrontation with China driving exponential increase in defense budget among ASEAN nations essentially boosting defense industry interests in the military industrial complex.

The outcome from these events is millions of lives killed and several millions displaced with generational impact notwithstanding refugees upsurge creating humanitarian catastrophe for Europe. 

The deliberate destruction and damages inflicted on scores of inhabitants not to mention the economic setbacks from political crises brought upon in sabotage of democracy declining hegemony control witnessed in above mentioned territories worldwide.

Accordingly, in the article published on this site titled – United States – 9/11 Anniversary 2015, those actually responsible for 9/11 and wars waged against selected nations in PNAC including protracted aggression in the above cited regions deemed guilty for crimes against humanity.

Considering subversion of justice and institutionalized criminality with political impunity, the entities behind heinous crimes evade accountability.

However, I reiterate that final judgment with consequences are indisputable and cannot be challenged delivering justice to victims to restore dharma (principles in adherence of fairness and righteousness).  The segment will be elaborated in the upcoming topic.

Imperialism – Anti Humanity Doctrine

Colonialism survival predominantly dependent on hierarchy and polarization in society with duplicity in policy not to mention adopting any means to sustain unsustainable parasitic tradition.

Colonial strategy is subversion of religion sanctity and civilization heritage.

British Raj during overt reign in India created Rashtriya Sevak Sangh (RSS) in 1930 promoted as Hindu fundamentalists when in reality the organization and political parties pledged allegiance to colonial power until today.

RSS creation is imperialists affront to Hindu religion and Hindu philosophy committed to secularism. At the other end of the spectrum are factions in British partitioned Pakistan opposed to constructive process with India.

Similarly, British colonial power produced Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt projected as Islamic fundamentalists while aiding and abetting the rise of Muslim Brotherhood behind the scenes to serve colonial agenda.

Not surprisingly Muslim Brotherhood refrained from participation in Egypt uprising against Western ally – the dictatorial regime of ex-President Hosni Mubabarak in Tehrir Square, Cairo in 2011.

Furthermore, the so-called first democratic election in Egypt following the western partner Mubarak government ouster in 2011 fielded western candidate Mohammad Morsi representing none other than Muslim Brotherhood.

The dichotomy in imperialists pretense to generate impression of western aversion for fundamentalism with legacy fostering extremism using religion and communal divide expose true identity.

The contrived position extended through RSS in India essentially subscribes to subordination and marginalization prevalent in Indian caste system.

The imperialist response via RSS to the article published on this site titled India – Good Governance Upon Clean Governance calling for abolition of antiquated caste structure in Indian society beckons attention.

RSS chief – interestingly named Bhagwat in the backdrop of goddess Durga banner referring to Indian caste classification as Indian family system proclaimed the degenerative practice – Akshunn interpreted as unbroken and Takat (power) of Hindu Samaj (society).

In fact, the society crafted caste pyramid is proved Apshakun i.e. bad omen and  b weakness not power derailing social progress notwithstanding contradiction in India’s status as thriving secular democracy.

A real functioning democracy would exemplify equality and respect human values determined by deed not creed. 

The archaic caste custodians cherish discriminatory practice voiding eligibility to be part of human race for the term human is derived from HUMANE – the  salient characteristic for Homo sapiens in Mammalia.

Again India’s caste orientation always ranks first among other problems in western criticism about India revealing imperialists hypocritical overture.

The caste denomination is farcical conflicting with the current trend in every other individual’s claim as almighty God. 

Above all the superiority asserted on caste based criteria bowing to cannibal sponsors is the irony.

 

RSS and Muslim League / Brotherhood are two sides of the coin to serve imperial cause – disparage religions relevantly Hinduism and Islam respectively besides establishment of proxy governance.

Imperialism favored dynasty and despotism alternated in politics denying sovereignty and republic rule.

Imperialism contemporary involvement sponsoring terrorism recruit vulnerable and credulous youth branded as jihadists to destabilize nations in the Middle East and North Africa.

Likewise, Central and South Asia notably Afghanistan and Pakistan declared failed states with terror manifestation strengthened through arms supply and military aid.

ISIL evolution into ISIS having emerged from imperial power designed al Qaeda is a classic symptom of ailing supremacy to prolong decadence.

The imperialist destructive goals verifiable in Afghanistan’s Helmand province depriving Afghan farmers from food agriculture such as wheat, maize, mung beans, nuts and produce…forced into poppy cultivation from western capital and profits shared by Taliban – supposedly the enemy combatant fighting against United States and NATO for the last fourteen years in the U.S. taxpayers funded warfare.

Imperialists anti humanity doctrine targets religion, social, political, economic and environment development in the self-effacing stratagem.

The counterproductive course best abandoned since actions have repercussions without exception.

Indian political establishment ensconced in fair share of corruption scandals at national and regional level amongst ruling and opposition alike can no longer circumvent transparency and accountability.

What is relevant in transparency and accountability?

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee release of files related to Sharada scam for public scrutiny is critical rather than executing vilayathi (firangi) masters’ orders on Netaji life.

Netaji – the honorable patriot and gem amongst freedom fighters refusal to bow to tyranny epitomize courage and integrity – a rare quality in contemporary politics.  Accordingly, India’s admirable son immortalized in Indian history.

Unfortunately, the great souls sacrifice pledging their life for the country now squandered with reversal of action amongst political class nationwide.

The nation is under siege with foreign exerted authority in proxy governance fostering corruption culture.

The public wealth from various scandals beginning with Bofor, 2G spectrum, CWG, Coalgate to Vyapam Scam, Lalit Modi Saga and shielding entities involving money laundering in INEX Media connected with much publicized homicide case is national overview implicating members in the ruling and oppositions combined until now.

Not to mention the regional states political factions and governments in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Madya Pradesh, Bihar, Uttarakhand, Chattisgarh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu to name a few implicated in series of scams, disproportionate assets and black money stashed away in foreign accounts enabling offshore criminal syndicate profiteering while millions in India are left naked, homeless and forced into abject poverty.

Transparency and accountability is required in the political class surrender of assets setting precedence for the rest to follow in the country.

The funds recovery from political circle and allied sources due to Indian treasury would adequately provide for economic growth improving several million lives in every part of the country.

The procrastination in this context tantamount defiance in compliance of the law applicable on ordinary citizens in the nation.

Criminality in governance imposing law and order in society not only a credibility factor but also delegitimizes such functionary to serve the state and the nation.

As for the shadow power remote orchestration – when the foundation is flawed, the apparent structural fragility contributes to imminent collapse.

The enactments on international issues with collusion amongst performers in quid pro quo is illusive and self defeating in the pursuit to prolong unsustainable status.

India – Good Governance Possible Upon Clean Governance

The tradition preventing progress in investigations on money laundering involving firms and political members in high profile homicide case leading to exposure of individuals in politics and companies impedes transparency and accountability.

The political trend stifling process at critical juncture when closing in on key sources behind criminal activities confirms status quo.

Governments intervention with typical actions in transfer or removal of head of the team conducting probe maintaining integrity and diligence expected in civil service proliferates corruption – the major impediment in country’s development.

The civil service – Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and Criminal Bureau of Investigation (CBI) cadre routine experience is dispatch to remote locations or forced to accept lack luster positions upon demonstrating honesty and application of law regardless of stature especially politics, economic sector and entertainment industry – entities treated above law in society premised on prominence exerting influence.

Corruption rampant in political establishment due to self granted impunity and judiciary conforming to politics diktat rather than adherence to judicial law and constitutional framework is yet another challenge for the nation in purging graft laden system.

The acquittal and exonerations of those in politics, economic and entertainment segments despite evidence and corruption legacy is a travesty of justice promoting subversion of law.

The laws only meant for mainstream population – the vulnerable and economically disadvantaged in particular emanating from unaffordability to comply with bribery demand.

Indian treasury at the central and state level depleted hurting ordinary citizens across the spectrum with complicity in prohibiting black money recovery and tax evasions held in Swiss bank accounts, Singapore hawala and offshore tax havens primarily amongst political members in the ruling and opposition alike.

The plethora of corruption scandals during Congress led UPA term I and II with continuity in the incumbent BJP, RSS and NDA government not to mention regional political factions viz. AIADMK, DMK and fragments in Tamil Nadu, the alliance in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh entrenched in Vyapam scam and Sharada Scam tied to TMC in West Bengal …is tip of the iceberg in corruption tsunami.

The political class alliance and extraordinary favors dubbed as humanitarian call to founder and IPL chief associated with country’s most wanted underworld cartel in nefarious financial dealings subscribe to paradoxical stances while both remain fugitives defying moral arc of justice.

Criminal background and series of violations among political office bearers is hardly a concern including deliberate misrepresentation and contradictory disclosure on credentials in sworn affidavit during elections misleading electorate – the conduct ordinarily deemed perjury punishable by law instead rewarded with cabinet post mocking democracy.

The political assertion in crackdown on black money exempt self and core members deflecting civic attention from them in artful maneuver.

The political tactic linking religion and divine connotations besides contemporary practice imputing failures and negativities to targeted opponent whilst being gratuitous – hogging undue credits from the respective entity hard work and good deeds clarifies opportunism ad nauseam.

Imitation of positive attributes interpreted as flattery.  However, the gesture without acknowledgment of origin is forgery.

The innuendoes depicting discriminatory indulgence is a futile exercise and explanations in this context are farcical.

The unabated custom using caste and communalism for political mileage delineates those following antiquated hierarchy from human race.

Human being innate quality is to be humane transcending man made barriers with refrainment from societal prejudice. The resistance to acceptance and equality is civilization decline.

Condescendence and marginalization of others is reflective of internal decay. The overture on backward class is nothing more than mindset backwardness prompting insolence.  

Polarization through indoctrination is political strategy inherited from dominant forces much to sponsors and catalysts detriment.

As for anyone restricting access to worshippers in temples on caste or religion bias is essentially isolating themselves from divine grace.

The pure spirit with sincere devotion and relevantly selfless actions to humanity attains God’s blessings with or without affiliation to faith.

Temples are common premise and not personal property.  Such orientation is ignorance at best and pejorative at worst in religious concept.

In fact, God is realized within upon freedom from ego, envy, greed and hatred…the vices undermining reasoning faculty.

Furthermore, Lord Murugan aka Shanmugam or Karthik’s consort Valli is from gypsy tribe secluded in society as untouchables and backward sect.

Lord Murugan – the son of God Shiva and Shakti revered as Tamil and Hindu deity marriage to daughter from gypsy clan establish relations with not only Shiv Parivar (God Shiva’s Family) but also Lord Vishnu – Ranganathan as Murugan’s uncle.

The religious rituals and prayers for Lord Murugan i.e. Velavan with Valli is performed as eliminating Valli would be rejecting Lord Murugan and everyone related to Shiva and Shakti’s son.

This is indeed a dilemma for those upholding caste and creed as determining factor for superiority.

The society reluctance to abolish caste and segregation of God’s children being reality, the ostentatious religious rites and ceremony allude to commercial activity notwithstanding disingenuous pious disposition.

Human value evaluated on character and sacrifice to uplift lives for pervasive benefit facilitating proximity to God.

The veneration of God lacking in fairness, egalitarianism, love and respect towards all is redundant and fulfilled for self-satisfaction.

On the issue of Swach Bharat – relieving the nation from corruption and political manipulation of justice would clear pathway for holistic approach.

The initiative beginning with Parliament members implicated on corruption charges and their overt as well as covert connections to unscrupulous elements brought to public scrutiny in national domain would provide credibility.

Clean environment made possible with corruption free governance and political representation.

After all household trash disposed on to main street contributing to unhealthy and life threatening conditions cannot be contained in the absence of effective measures to efface unnatural cause.

Swach Bharat would be meaningful with swach sarkaar (clean governance) comprising political power in the ruling and opposition defining political identity.

Tamil Nadu AIADMK government irresponsible course in massive  intoxication of citizens with statewide liquor shops and state authorized violence against peaceful dissent to alcohol booths resulting in deaths and ruining families is culpable inflicting deliberate harm and suicides among citizenry. The government intentional damage is a criminal act with misuse of authority and disqualify the functionary as reliable administration to safeguard people interest.

The classic signs of proxy governance throughout India pledged allegiance to dissipating supremacy are political jargons – hindutva, backward caste, dalit, DR. Ambedkar, ‘rebel’ Subash Chandra Bose not barring the accused in criminal matter.

These are desperate times seeking disasters expediting inevitable conclusion of Dark Age.

India’s liberation from the corrupt and destructive external control with internal operatives committing treason significant to curtail indefinite suppression.

Environment – Challenges and Solutions

There are far too many challenges with few steps against climate change.

The procrastination on climate treaty with effective policy from major contributors of pollution is a serious threat to humanity.

Any positive development requires collective actions for air and water are the two main elements enabling life on planet.

The blue sky and ocean are no longer clear with smoke clouds from carbon emission and repeat incidents of oil spills, subterranean nuclear testing, missile programs to strengthen nuclear capability inflicting massive damages to life and livelihoods in coastal areas and all around beyond recovery.

The global warming leading to ozone depletion in atmosphere affecting seasons and melting glaciers causing sea level to rise endangering marine lives with species becoming rare and extinct not to mention the ultimate impact on ecological balance.

Natural disasters cannot be assessed as natural and triggered by environment neglect and abuse ranging from off shore and shallow water drilling including hydro fracking for oil to mountain top removal in coal mining and other fossil fuel related excavations and explorations proved destructive.

The pursuits attributed to growing energy demand also tied to profitability like in coal mining industry with political members’ direct involvements as stakeholders raking huge financial gains ignore environment woes and options for renewal energy in particular.

Although there are many environment groups and organizations tirelessly engaged in containing industrial and political combined anti-environment undertakings, the greed motivated strategy continues unabated with little or no concern for apparent environment degradation.

The powerful energy sector – fossil fuel and nuclear industry despite catastrophic events viz. Fukushima prioritize political and economic opportunity at environment and population expense.

There is no doubt that energy is essential to fuel economy and maintain machine age.  However, the investments in natural sources like sun, wind and water that are in abundance somehow not appealing stifling alternative energy supply emergence.

In contrary procurement of fossil fuel especially oil desirable expending taxpayer funds in invasion and occupation of nations rich in oil and mineral resources leaving further economic, environment, political and social problems in the destinations.

The military interventions whether conventional or sponsoring terrorism to destabilize nations and regions with constant use of arsenals and explosives laden cluster munitions dropped in Yemen right now substituting land mines are devastating to victims – mostly children and other civilians in the war zone.

Wars around the world with overt and disguised use of nuclear components augment environment deterioration.

The trend funding political campaigns for vested interests form governments to suit donors’ agenda via legislations and disregard consequences exacerbating economy and environment.

Solutions to energy needs are divestments in alternative energy – clean energy like solar, wind and hydropower projects suitable to vast majority of developed and developing nations in terms of affordability and minimum to zero maintenance in operation for end user.

The current dilemma to meet emerging economies energy demand could be addressed in promoting reduction in energy consumption with more awareness on the issue.

Small approach often eases the situation resulting in economic prudence.

The replacement of existing incandescent light bulbs with energy efficient light emitting diodes (LED) lights is incremental pace towards conservation.  

The household appliances such as refrigerators, washer and dryer…and electronic devices conforming to low power absorption and high in performance would allow energy saving.  The consumer responsibility in adjusting usage and smart exercise equally important to decrease energy wastage.

Another critical measure is to broaden and modernize public transportation like buses, metros and subways for convenient access.

The campaign urging commuters to avail these facilities providing low fares as incentives would attract large numbers boosting revenue.

Traffic congestion and weak environment standards like absence of mandatory smog control in emerging economies is a health hazard with ripple effects on economy deterring tourism and business venture.

Recycling is an age old practice in developing nations serving as survival means for demography in impoverished and lower economic strata. The mechanism to operate recycling plant and waste management is yet to be fully developed and deployed for maximum benefit.

Water scarcity and distribution is ongoing global crisis. The harvesting and irrigation techniques in agriculture reaching farmers in near and remote areas is key to self-sufficiency and satisfying hunger.

In urban and rural areas –  water storage during monsoon and reutilization of water with investments in purification would minimize water shortage.

The wealthy states in the Middle East diversion from aiding terrorism to constructive projects like desalination would transform arid desert lands for cultivation.

Preserving rain forests and reefs in ocean beds from commercial activities is paramount for life linked with natural food pyramid.

Ordinarily planting trees and expanding greenery oxygenate surroundings in the nature designed conversion of carbon dioxide.

Summarizing on environment matter – setting targets on carbon emission and compliance on environment regulations in addition to departure from fossil fuel with commitment to natural energy – solar, wind and water sourced power is the gateway to free the world from oil dependency.

The nuclear energy evidently not always meant for civilian programs and deviation from the objective towards nuclear weapons status is the reason behind contemporary nuclear proliferation.

Again unless there is complete and comprehensive nuclear disarmament beginning with P5+1 and other nuclear states – the environment and biodiversitys face imminent risks with preference for confrontation over peaceful resolutions escalating global tensions and volatility.

Arriving at consensus on climate accord is incumbent on industrialized and emerging economies to release the burden on developing and island nations experiencing enormous losses due to extreme weather conditions and lack of technology as well as logistic support.

The environment awardees names for 2015 Vishwa Kalyaan (VK) Award i.e. Universal Benefit Award will be published subsequent to official declaration on recipients of Health category award.

Felicitations to Lord Krishna’s followers and devotees worldwide on the joyous occasion of 

Sri Krishna Janma Ashtami – birth anniversary.

Lord Krishna’s avatar exemplifies duty, principles and good deeds besides relieving earth from sins and crimes against humanity.

Sri Krishna’s doctrine on life purpose provides opportunity for self-realization – i.e. eternal bliss. 

The Kalyug i.e. the Dark Age represented by iniquity, injustice, violence and disasters preordained to end through Kalki avatar – the reason behind creation of information technology era.

  For the pompous ignoramus information – The white collar crimes albeit suited and booted in expensive getups engaged in grand larceny of nation’s treasury to scamming, conning and cheating, committing treason against the ones funding their existence unto their demise are by far the most dangerous and perennial threat to society and humanity at large.

  These crimes continue to cause economic tumult and devastations, destructive political perversions and systemic corruption criminal culture in the core abuse of power.

  All these crimes are committed in polished boots and immaculate suits blinding the abused taxpayers and hard working citizens across the spectrum in society.

  The worst, they remain at large maintaining further criminal lifestyle and loot carried out with authority, while drowning in disrespectful deluge upon their behavior stripping them of the false savior hood in

  Who is who? –  public display.

  Notwithstanding, the ones who were denigrated and described “unfit” to engage with the suited and booted diatribe posed as the dialogue in ambush eventually prevailed in history.

  Telling a joke, being competitive and drinking beer – all exclusive to male? Since when? 

  Aren’t there women comedians and standup-comics?

  At least in other cultures, they are thriving in entertainment. Some are quite famous. The same goes in families, there are women with great sense of humor.

  In competitiveness – Don’t western sports profiteer from women aggressively competing with rival teams?

  Like the prominent WNBA that is not yet titled ANBA (Androgynous) or HNBA (Hermaphroditic) or,

  For that matter, the bash and smash sports Tennis – U.S. Open, Australian Open  Wimbledon, French Open  ending in Grand Slam as the name suggests slam the series with mega bucks made by all those sharing the fortune.

  Last but not the least – Beer chugging by white women is a common sight during Oktober fest in Germany and alike in Australia,  Britain, Ireland and Nordic countries by white girls and women, who have beer with their male and / or female companions in western hangouts at the pubs and bar that are fairly normal in western culture.

  What about western women, some high profile female political members in the United States political party, their widely known passion for Russian Vodka, ironically promoting the economy of  a nation, reserved by them, an adversary.

  The idea of exclusivity from behavior  to lifestyle, intelligence to bravado delineated gender specific in western politics, not necessarily in western general society is a momentary relief.

  The former distinction considering politics dwell in political universe that revolves around own political ideology and perception of life as linear and Asymmetric.

  Above all, the presence of both male and female hormones viz. testosterone, the male hormone and estrogen, the female hormone are prevalent at varying levels in all male and female species.

  The humans in particular, revealed in anatomy and physiological characteristics such as the chest in a male similar to that of a female with the latter only enlarged due to mammary glands.

  Likewise, some women tend to have dense body hair, thick growth on their arms and legs from the higher level of male hormone triggering these physical features that are otherwise common in men.

  In a way, the male and female composition complement one another, designed by nature in the nucleus sharing the DNA of both male and female chromosomes.

  Politics might have entirely a different perspective and interpretation especially in contemporary age to fit the political criteria on anything and everything that are uniquely natural and normal.

  All the more reason, for individuals from all walks of life to exercise own intelligence and discernment in making informed decision rather than falling for political narratives driven to mislead and cause confusion.

  The homeowners are drawn into a Solar lease arrangement on long-term basis based on the product longevity guesstimated by the company as twenty years, even though the real experience is far below well before half-way down the contract.

  Nonetheless, the contract is established as zero downpayment with fixed monthly charge to bank account throughout twenty-year-contract, with additional fees upon using any other payment options.

  The homeowners decision to terminate the contract at any point in time prior to contract expiry for assortment valid reasons is persona non grata – simply unacceptable predominantly clear in such outcome.

  The product and service not meeting minimal requirements in Home Energy Efficiency and,

  Above all, generally politics and economic sector default on their respective pledge to public.

  Such lopsided agreement entirely benefitting the company is a trap with the exit strategy for homeowners to free themselves from the expensive inconvenient setting stipulated to paying ransom to the company.

  Apparently, marriage divorce on irreconcilable differences are lot easier and not so compelling than the divorce from exploitative opportunist politics and influential economic greed.

  Regardless, Is this the pathway to Super rich MBT – multi- millionaire, billionaire, trillionaire status?

  Exploitation and extortion as the means to self-enrichment and political empowerment.

  Ukraine’s President with the last name Zelensky identifying the faith, whether religious, agnostic or atheist, perhaps would not be subject to recent nomenclature, had the President been representing Israel.

  Ukraine’s President would most likely and almost certainly  enjoy similar status that of counterpart in Israel in the parallel warfare in Ukraine and Gaza.

  Ukraine appears to be the problem more than Ukraine President, for anyone targeting Ukraine.

  The western members rallying behind Ukraine contrarily joined forces with Israel in Gaza Genocide. The western determination of invasion is the one that fits own definition.

  I understand, those engaged in this lunacy have no life. Otherwise, neither would be suffering from the Obsessive Compulsive Disorder with incessant obsession with me and my family regardless of them skidding in the process to the bottomless pit. 

  The allusion with anything ending in monosyllable phonetics – ni, mi, me, ne, ney mey…and for that matter the letter P – interestingly unbeknown to the OCD, also represents the Planet, People etc., on Earth.

  The phonetics fanatics are the biggest joke🤣 in the outrageous sickness proving themselves non-salvageable toxic waste in the environment.

  Those who use other’s positive karma for own promotion and narcissistic self-interest are the same as sinking boat with dead weight.

  Enactments of fake situations to console the Satans is exacerbating satanic evisceration.

  The villains, demons and Satans imminent end is ominous, when they indulge in rage and devilish activity.

  The destruction motive against the target is hallucination yielding self-extinction. 

  These aptly apply to devils and EVIL syndicate perpetually fixated on their target. The obsession, inevitably expunge the devil and Evil in accordance with natural law of Karma is the done deal.

  The prying, preying, spying, snooping and ever intrusive, invading people’s lives gutter politics entrenched in *sexual connotation* of anything, prompted by own dysfunctional personality in oedipus complex is beyond remedy.

  The degenerative mind and sadistic impulse expedite individual and collective succumbing to obsessive compulsive disorder.

  Life is a gift. It is meant to be positively purposeful not negatively wasteful.

  The world creation is heterogenous not homogenous. Accordingly, not all things are derived similarly in source and practicality.

  None have the right to define, determine and validate anyone’s  identity and intelligence or the lack thereof.

  Human status is a blessing not to be squandered in idle fixation on things and persons not even remotely connected in any format.

  Instead, internalization is the place to begin with to recognize the cause of such mental and emotional turbulence. Failing that professional help might be a way to sort oneself now and moving forward.

  Can’t do any good. Never mind. The least is to refrain from doing any harm to self and others.

  Is embryo to be treated like people? asks Arwa Mahdawi of the London based “The Guardian.”

  People – A person’s  body has countless cells that are required to be alive and well in order for life to exist in general.

  For example – The  aging of cells contributes to weakening of tissues, nerves, veins and arteries that in return impact the vital organs, the nervous system and the overall well being.

  Embryo upon fertilization of egg from the female ovum by the spermatozoa from the male, thereupon the development leads to fetus formation in the uterus. The function is possible only when the cells are healthy and alive from conception until live birth and then onwards expanded into the life span.

  As for the sex determination of the fetus – Yes it is female XX at origination until twelve weeks, with the Y chromosome from the male sperm were to be dominant altering the XX to XY for necessary reproductive organs such as male genitalia.

  Getting over color code – in blackness, whiteness, brownness, yellowness, pinkness, orangeness and any other shades and racial tones…merely an exterior skin layer with color of the blood (RED) remaining the same and uniform in all living species i.e. humans and animals alike, the realization in this context is the preliminary step towards civility.

  The life history in terms of social identity – color, creed, education, economic, political background etc., ending and the memory of it erased with the termination of life in any particular lifetime except for the accumulation of karmic debts pending settlement, the condition  is irrefutable.

  That being the fact of life, what’s all the fuss over melanin and skin pigmentation and other factors?

  The humanness rising above prejudice, lingering bigotry, hatred, subjugation, subordination and discriminatory practice is the greatest challenge for those unable to release selves from the self-imposed constraints on social description.

  Learning and striving to be human in nature and  behavior is the laudable milestone one could achieve in living and thenceforward.

  Having said that, it might be possible to straighten the dog’s tail but not those set and sworn to be unruly and recalcitrant at own peril only to realize the outcome echoing what was ignored and too late for recovery.

  On the question of feeling insignificant, it would matter only when such assertions from distinctively insignificant have any significance whatsoever.

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  Unfortunately, with the exception of those having exploited the same for their exclusive benefits driven by their negative traits and trend not without consequences in reaping what one sows in life.

  Anything and everything you do via falsehood, propaganda and manufacturing phonies, proxies, puppets and pawns tied to unscrupulous, nefarious and criminal activities continue to backfire at you and them with many having met their Karma for their involvement.

  Get a life. Live your life to make it meaningful and purposeful for you and you alone are responsible for your deeds and sins that you must settle sooner than later for any redemption and salvation which at this point in time is dismal and even impossible.
