The Scapegoat
March 31, 2009
Lately, there has been an unwarranted verbal assault on caring and concerned individuals for their thoughtful views, analysis and significant contribution towards the welfare of the nation and the society in general. There are comments igniting sparks in the backyard as well as the nation’s capital.
Therefore, it is necessary to set the records straight once and for all as silence is often misunderstood for confession and similarly kindness frequently mistaken for weakness.
In a democracy functioning as the convergence of diverse talent, it is not uncommon to be selective in the recognition and acknowledgement of some while others targeted for blame, vilification and partisan political debate. In the past decade, the whistle blowers in the Corporate world brought many camouflaged issues to public focus out of concern for the people. These honorable citizens may or may not have continued employment with the organization they were reporting about; however, the community and society at least heard them through media and other channels. They are also provided protection by law.
There is no such consideration for fresh voices participating in public discourse about the direction the government and corporations are heading in the most trying times in recent history. Contrarily they are continually attacked as miscreants disrupting the business and politics as usual motto in Washington and Wall Street.
It appears that certain members assert their entitlement to the “Bill of Rights” while depriving others of the same rights particularly with reference to the first amendment. Any suggestion for fairness whether it relates to Proposition 8 where the gay community is singled out against same-sex marriage or the overhauling of the corrupt prison system in California, the critics otherwise the hypocrites in the society distort the content and disseminate the message out of context to suit their ideology.
A word of caution. This blogpost might well be an epic as it is time to clarify and clear the static in the air due to contaminants and pollution.
It is important to reiterate the Bill of Rights for better understanding.

Bill of Rights
Amendment 1 – Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression. Ratified 12/15/1791. Note

When the government in the state of California failed to balance the budget on time and the state workers and other employees were subject to furloughs (forced to take time off without pay) along with several community services being shut down,
The following proposal was made on this website www.padminiarhant.com titled Balancing California Budget, February 12, 2009 that included a segment:
“Costs Reduction:
Criminal Justice System:
A thorough examination of the Criminal Justice system is necessary from the analysis and news reports.
The State must devise a mechanism to reduce prison population through major social reforms at all levels beginning with the juvenile detention center.
Further, the parole system, three strikes law and other misdemeanor charges reassessed and offenders deployed in monitored community services rather than crowding prisons is the ideal strategy to cutback spending.”
This was later confirmed by Public Policy Institute in California as one of the effective social reforms and cost saving strategy in dealing with the economic and budget crisis.
According to local news and cable networks, recently there has been a horrific incident in the Bay Area involving the slaying of four white police officers by an African American gunman with a long criminal history. The news agencies reported that the gunman was a convicted felon with several murder and rape charges against him and was let out on parole.
Any incident involving loss of innocent lives is a huge human tragedy regardless of the source of violence — war, terrorism or domestic homicide. As the past contributor towards San Jose Police Officers’ family fund and National Law Enforcement Officers Protection Fund, it was intriguing to note a local resident’s outburst unfairly aiming at “The liberal bleeding hearts in California” for not expressing remorse on this particular incident and accused of being responsible for the occurrence. The need for parole system review stated as the reason behind such senseless violence.
First of all, in this blogpost ‘Balancing California Budget,’ many ideas and practical solutions to the various issues confronting the State of California and the nation were earnestly made to help resolve the prolonged budget crisis and several matter relevant to the national economy. In fact, those who are fair minded should observe that many were adapted into the national and a state policy even though, the personal experience thus far…credit is never attributed where credit is due.
Nevertheless, the rapid finger pointing on an incident that is absolutely unrelated to the content is nothing but trash politics.
The parole system review was recommended only for minor traffic and other offenses that sometimes results in misdemeanor charges and not intended to lobby for convicted felons with criminal history involving rape, murder and serial killings.
It reinforces the message on the blogpost for a thorough investigation of the parole board obviously lacking in prudence, diligence and judgment in the handling of criminal and non-criminal activities. Furthermore, at no point in time there was any advice to let the inmates out on the loose with assault weapons in their possession preying on police officers and civilians, when it was clearly indicated that the eligible paroles (non-criminal offenders) be monitored and deployed in community projects as opposed to overcrowding the prison systems.
It is no secret that the congested penitentiaries across the state of California costing the taxpayers’ horrendously and has been a major cause of revenue divestment for the state economy.
Of course, the NRA and the requirement to ban assault weapons is off limit despite the fact that the local newspaper reported several homicides by new offenders to join the herd, (reference to the manner the inmates are held) i.e. the prison population in California and elsewhere.
Wonder why the critics have not demanded such reaction from prominent members with fancy titles in Washington!
Yet, another incident in the past week is attention worthy.
A celebrity and a confirmed democrat opponent visiting the White House to promote personal agenda appeared on a major cable news network during prime time and asserted the following:
“Defending the President against critics;
The President has a mandate but he does not have a mandate from the left wing of the Democratic Party.
The celebrity’s message was “layoff and mind your own business.”
The conflicting message from the celebrity is noteworthy. The complaint is, "The President does not have the mandate from the left wing party, i.e. the liberals," in the same breath delivering the contradictory statement – “layoff and mind your own business.”
Synonymously, the instruction is once you cast the ballot, the voters hurting the most from economic and other catastrophes become puppets and disenfranchised for obvious purpose. Each and every one of them will be appropriately remembered during electoral process.
It is gratifying to see that all the hard work and chronic sleep deprivation during the historic Presidential campaign paid off with the bipartisanship overflowing in Washington and visitors from elsewhere. Interestingly enough, these defenders were conspicuously missing in action (MIA) when the President, the then Senator was fighting the most tenacious and contentious battle in recent Presidential history.
It is worth traveling down the memory lane since the event was not that long ago. Having short or selective memory is the trend nowadays for it benefits the individuals to maintain the balance to fit in with the personality.
The Illinois Senator Barack Obama enters the Presidential race 2008. Comments and rhetoric flying across all available mass communication channels ranging from;
“He is not Black enough, hence not considered an African American”
“The Senator is a rookie democrat”,
“Senator John McCain and I are abundantly qualified to be the Commander in Chief, whereas Senator Barack Obama is not… due to his lack of experience”,
It was not short of a somber moment when the assassination of former Presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Sr. was revisited as a subtle reminder that life is full of surprises and anything could happen to anyone.
This one is from the immediate beneficiary – “With a name like Obama, it was conclusive that he had no chance of winning the nomination leave alone the Presidency,”
When the Presidential campaign progressed to general election, the rhetoric gotten worse with vitriolic attacks like –
“Terrorist, Socialist and Marxist”
Where were all the current saviors within and across the aisle during that time?
Perhaps, minding their business, whatever that was!
Alternatively, gathered with the crowd on the shores betting whether the then Senator caught in the whirlpool would drown or stay afloat. When the Senator made a heroic comeback, the courageous team parked on the shores was delighted and jubilant for their prosperous future.
A guest during his appearance on CNN’s Larry King Live remarked that “President Obama’s name is substituted for Lord Jesus” in certain African American churches.
The local newspaper reported in the business section that some business leaders in the Silicon Valley think of President Obama as a “Kindred Spirit” in the White House.
It is truly heartwarming to view all these selfless well wishers now united as one big happy family and cheer leaders for the President in whom they had no confidence then but now having secured their respective positions will not tolerate any genuine concerns viewed otherwise as opposition from anyone representing themselves or certain members of the community or society.
In their defense, such stance is presented as respect for the office of “Presidency.”
Again, when the same office of Presidency was subject to a mockery and ridicule in rich vocabulary by them during the Presidential battle.
Time is truly the essence for everything.
It is no surprise that the talking points safeguarding their interests in Washington, believe it is appropriate for them to chide those representing the forlorn segment in the society. Little they realize that White House doors flare open for people in Tux with a partner in flowing evening gowns predominantly for easy and privileged access to share their grievances and ideas alike.
Meanwhile, those whose lives are affected by policy decisions or the lack thereof by Washington and Wall Street do not have the luxury to mind their own business. If they could, they would as nothing more matter to an average citizen than living their life and letting others live in peace.
The only available avenue to vent their frustration is cyberspace or public protests in the streets of Washington D.C., New York and San Francisco where such emotional display is routinely tolerated regardless of reasons.
Moving forward with other events where citizens are told to hold on to their thoughts and views for family kitchen table conversations only and reminded that they are not helpful to the leaders in Washington and Wall Street because they are completely disruptive to their creative thinking process and careful planning to rescue the nation from the pit.
In the wake of disproportionate AIG bonuses, there were more rebukes against citizens for their legitimate views and comments from different quarters such as:
“It is not proper to demonize private entrepreneurs seeking profit as this nation is built upon wealth amassment.”
“If the vilifying of the government/public officials continues, it would hurt their morale because they are struggling hard to pull this economy out of crisis and further it will discourage others from enlisting in government jobs.”
Fair enough! Then, why are these reports on the surface and not discussed by all mainstream media and print press?
So, who is responsible for the painful, agonizing economic slump? Is it the entire fault of none other than the overstretching, spendthrift, day dreaming average citizens?

Will Obama, McCain, Dodd Return Contributions From AIG Employees?
AIG Gave More Than $630,000 During the 2008 Political Cycle
By JONATHAN KARL, March 18, 2009
AIG employees kept doling out donations to politicians, including presidential candidate Barack Obama, after getting bailed out with federal funds last year, raising the question of whether those politicians will now return the money.
Will politicians who received AIG cash during the 2008 political cycle give the money back?
(ABC News Photo Illustration)
AIG executives gave more than $630,000 during the 2008 political cycle even as the company was falling apart
According to the Center for Responsive Politics, which tracks campaign finance reports, more than $120,000 of that money was donated after AIG received its first $85 billion in federal bailout funds in September. The company has since received a total of $170 billion in taxpayer cash to prevent its collapse.
Their generosity included more than $23,000 to Obama’s campaign.
Both Obama and Republican presidential candidate John McCain raked in much larger sums from AIG earlier in the year. Obama collected a total of $130,000 from AIG in 2008, while McCain accepted a total of $59,499.
WATCH: AIG Too Big to Fail?
This raises two key questions: Was any bailout money used to make political contributions? And will the politicians who received AIG cash give the money back?
ABC News has asked the question of the big recipients of AIG cash on Capitol Hill, including Rep. Paul Kanjorski, D-Pa., the guy chairing today’s AIG hearing. Kanjorski received $12,000 in AIG contributions during the 2008 political cycle.
AIG’s CEO Edward Liddy said he imposed new rules when he took over the struggling insurance giant six months ago, banning further lobbying of politicians and ending political donations from AIG’s two political action committees.
Records indicate that AIG’s PACs stopped making donations, but contributions from AIG executives continued right up to the presidential election.
One suggestion: Perhaps the money could be paid back not to AIG but to the U.S. Treasury.
Here’s the list of top AIG recipients for the 2008 campaign:
1. Sen. Chris Dodd, D-Conn., $103,100
2. Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., $101,332
3. Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., $59,499
4. Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., $35,965
5. Sen. Max Baucus, D-Mont., $24,750
6. Former Gov. Mitt Romney, (R) Pres $20,850
7. Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del., $19,975
8. Rep. John Larson, D-Conn, $19,750
9. Sen. John Sununu, R-N.H., $18,500
10. Former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani (R) Pres $13,200
11. Rep. Paul Kanjorski, D-Pa., $12,000
12. Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., $11,000”
Latest Development: On March 30, 2009, the Fox news channel reported during their late night show that Sen. Chris Dodd has decided to donate any money received from TARP funds through AIG executives to charities.

Face the Truth:
As mentioned earlier in the blogpost titled Bailout Debacle the narcissistic culture is widespread and will not miraculously disappear anytime soon.
Ironically, anything offered free is not respected, honored, cherished and regularly taken for granted. The demand for freely available resources increases as a sense of entitlement rather than appreciation for its quality. It is analogous to clean air and water that were once abundantly available on planet earth. The importance and value of this gift from nature was never recognized up until such time when these natural elements became scarce forcing environmental awareness a priority for humans. The end result of such behavior is one has to pay for a bottle of spring water presently and clean air through carbon tax in the immediate future.
At the same time, those who offer advice, ideas and consultancy work with a premium price tag are treated with prestige, praise and due credit irrespective of the substance.
The famous line in “The Dark Knight” “If you are good at something, never offer for free.” aptly describes the subject matter.
Typically, there are two types of people in the world:
One who lives for others and the one who lives of others. Unfortunately, the majority belongs to the latter and those making true sacrifices for their own people and others in the society tagged ‘The Scapegoat.’ They are conveniently associated with doom and failures and alienated from boom and success.
Having said that, there are unsung geniuses in remote corners of the world making phenomenal differences to the people and environment. They are the true heroes and remain so in the eyes of the ultimate authority of the universe.
What really matters in life is,

What you give to others and not what you gain from them?

Human beings best legacy is their virtues and not material value.
Thank you.

The article that goes along with this picture talks about how the death toll in Afghanistan has risen by over forty percent in 2008. One specific example reported on a man named Syed Mohammed, who’s entire family was slaughtered by American and Afghan soldiers. He went next door to his son’s house, only to find that the only survivor in his entire son’s family was his four year-old grandson, Zarqawi. In another case, an American AC-130 gunship, which is a plane armed with several deadly explosive rounds as well as a gatling cannon, attacked a suspected Taliban building, killing more than 90 people. Mohammed Amin Kadimi, age 47, was pushing a wheelbarrow through a city street, looking for work.
Marai, age 7, was blinded in one eye from shrapnel during fighting between the Taliban and NATO troops.
Photo: Lynsey Addario for The New York Times

A young man approached him carrying a paper bag weighing about ten pounds. He asked him to carry the bag to Pul-e-Khesti, a nearby neighborhood. After some time walking, Mr. Kadimi noticed that the young man was no longer behind him. The bag then exploded, blasting Mr. Kadimi away, mangling his right leg and severing his left one. He now sits on a city street, selling phone cards. He wonders why he was chosen as a target.
When I assess these so-called carnage reports, I am absolutely disgusted. It is appalling that human kind would resort to such violence against one another, and for no valid cause at all. Exemplified in the cases of Marai and Youssif, the boy who’s face was grotesquely deformed by shrapnel from a fragmentation grenade; even children on the cusp of life are subject to such tortures as these. The brutality towards these innocent civilians is inexplicably revolting and inexcusable. No ‘political’ motive should be so great as to put the lives of innocent people at risk.

The Republic’s Verdict

Crime against Humanity – Judgment
Evidently from the presentation of Marine Sergeant Larry Hutchin’s case,
There are no winners in a war.
Everyone is a loser.
Not surprisingly, laws and justice are applicable only for those at the bottom of the hierarchy with a choice between disobedience to one’s own conscience and obedience to the chain of command beginning from the Commander-in-chief during such operation.
The root cause as witnessed by the world is the ideology and deceptive strategy behind the illegal invasion of Iraq that produced the massive casualties on both the American and Iraqi sides.
In particular:
The premise of war falsely suggesting and,
Misguiding United Nations with a claim, that Iraq was in possession of weapons of mass destruction (WMD).
Misleading American public by associating Iraq with September 11, attack.
Dismissal of dissent with slander such as unpatriotic, traitor and even a terrorist.
Further, demonstrating with a deliberate exposure of CIA overt operative Mrs.Valerie Plame in vengeful act against her spouse and former Ambassador Joseph Wilson, an opponent of the war.
In addition, non-compliance with the judiciary process in the matter of Mrs. Valerie Plame.
Conducting mandatory and undemocratic public survey to galvanize support for the occupation of Iraq.
Control of the mass media to propagate war message with no objectivity from the mainstream media and other airwaves.
Violation and rejection of Geneva Convention in the treatment of Prisoners of War and Suspects…
Contributing to national embarrassment i.e. Abu Ghraib.
Again, Iraq war operation carried out in violation of International Humanitarian Law or the Geneva Convention with activities not excluding —

The highlighted facts are merely a few of many notable activities worthy of condemnation and justifiably indictment.
It is no revelation that the executive branch and some exempting themselves by conveniently categorizing oneself as the legislative member of the branch i.e. Vice President Dick Cheney,
Have not accepted responsibility or expressed remorse…
Over sponsoring the catastrophic war conscientiously executed in a style similar to a recreational activity with an utter disregard for life in general at the dawn of twenty first century.
Notwithstanding corruption, cronyism and tax evasion of millions of U.S. Tax dollars tucked away at Ugland House, a camouflaged building on the Cayman Islands.
The reason being, the members of Congress as elected officials representing democracy have not pursued the crime against humanity as a significant moral or ethical crisis in the highest office on land.
It is noteworthy that many legislators in both the Senate and Congress cast their vote for the illegal invasion of a nation posing no verifiable threat to United States.
Unlike, Marine Sergeant Larry Hutchins who had to make a split second decision with dire consequence for failing to obey the order.
These legislators had the opportunity and privilege to review facts and access information prior to pledging their support.
Unfortunately, many did not choose that path and instead approved the death penalty of thousands of brave young men and women in our armed forces along with over a million innocent Iraqi civilians.
Hence, there is no accountability for the systematic abuse of power in the entire term of eight years.
Clearly, democracy undermined in an unprecedented manner thus far.
Such legacy provides basis for future unethical conduct and immoral behavior with no consequences.
It is a dangerous trajectory with a widespread impact on humanity.
Therefore, it is the duty of every concerned, caring, compassionate and patriotic American to come forward and demand that their legislators / representatives display courage in honoring the brave young men and women and innocent civilians in Iraq who lost their lives in an operation carried out under the guise of establishing democracy titled Operation Iraqi Freedom …
While, simultaneously hijacking the one at home and successfully bankrupting the economy.
It is imperative for the people with power in a democracy to seek,
Impeachment proceedings and indictments against the incumbent administration for misrepresentation and abuse of executive power.
Most importantly for ignoring the existence of Constitution in the land of Republic.
The legal minds across the nation must fulfill obligation towards democracy and fellow citizens lost in the Iraq war with rigorous prosecution of all those individuals in the incumbent administration responsible for the incredible dishonesty and horrendous crime against humanity.
Any immunity or partiality to the current administration by the judiciary will be an assault on the democratic system with law and order for every individual to follow regardless of ranks and power in the land of justice.
All those in opposition to delivering justice to the victims of Iraq war and the above listed crimes deemed complicit to the abuse of power and authority.

Needless to add that those entities will share similar fate of Mr. O. J. Simpson as witnessed lately.
The reaction and response are a direct result of cause and effect of action and decision-making process.
The Law of Cause and Effect is fair; no one enjoys any special privileges at all.
That wrong cannot win against reason,

Reason cannot win against law
Law cannot win against power and
Finally,
Power cannot win against Heaven.

Thank you.

OP-Ed: A Mother’s Plea for Justice
December 7, 2008
Every incident is due to cause and effect phenomenon.
It is apparent from the earlier blogpost, A Mother’s plea for justice, a heart-wrenching experience presented by Mrs. Kathi Hutchins –
In the case of Marine Sergeant, Larry Hutchins, the family maintains that their son had to deal with a split second decision leading to insurmountable sorrows and the young child’s future hanging in balance.
The victim’s family may think otherwise regardless of the characterization of the victim.
Obviously, the examination of all facts is necessary prior to arriving at any conclusion.
Nevertheless, in the People’s Republic one is innocent until proven guilty.
The issue is, whether Marine Sergeant Larry Hutchins deserves the kind of treatment he is currently subject to for the shooting incident.
Further, all those charged for any wrongdoing are entitled to due process and humane treatment by law enforcement authorities without any bias or prejudice.
Any attempt to compromise fair trial to serve the determined goal by legal representatives is an assault on legal system set up to deliver justice.
The judiciary is for monitoring the establishment of legal practices in any trial and protecting the civil and human rights of all involved.
If the advocates of law and order fail to honor the core value of justice, then it is appropriate to assume an ulterior motive as the cause for impropriety.
Meanwhile, the predisposition to convict Marine Sergeant Larry Hutchins –
This will destroy many lives in the Hutchins family.
It is not going to resurrect the victim of this incident.
If the victim was an unarmed civilian rather than an insurgent or a combatant, then victim’s family is entitled to respect, sympathy and necessary aid to recover from the terrible tragedy.
At the same time, the victim’s family could reach out to the Hutchins family in an act of forgiveness and oppose revenge as —
“An eye for an eye will only make the world go blind.”
Besides, the victim will live through the opportunity for the entire Hutchins family to survive in peace and unity, particularly the innocent child Kaylie whose life and future are at stake due to this unfortunate incident.
I hope that the judicial system will view all of these facts and in consideration for the future of many lives will pardon and acquit Marine Sergeant Larry Hutchins in the pending trial.
The truth is life matter.
Thank you.

The Oscillating Pendulum
November 16, 2008
The historic election is over and the new administration is in the process of recruiting members for key positions.
It is still important to reflect on the role of media and news organization in this electoral process.
Extreme media bias towards one candidate and overwhelmingly condescending against another caused a great deal of frustration, anger and disappointment among the electorate.
The anti-media sentiments reverberated all over the cyberspace.
Media hype was intense during the Democratic Primary election.
Since I was vigorously involved during that time, I have great memories that will remain part of me for a long time.
There were several incidents but some of them have a greater impact on individuals, more severely than others do.
Mainly due to the smear tactics and negative attacks hurled on people like me entering the political campaign for the first time as surrogates, representatives or grass root supporters.
One particular incident is worth the spotlight because it is about the media personalities conducting themselves as the world authority in all matter especially the political race such as the Presidential election.
Ironically, in this Presidential election they were repeatedly wrong with both Democratic and Republican nominees.
Why?
They followed the conventional wisdom and failed to see or accept new possibilities and developments.
Only to steer course once the tide turned in a different direction sweeping anything and everything on the way.
The spotlight is precisely on MSNBC.
The network that took lot of heat from the public and rightfully so, for being excessively in favor of Obama Campaign in an unprecedented appeasement of the candidate then, Senator Barack Obama.
It is noteworthy that MSNBC initially rejected the candidate Senator Barack Obama against their preferred candidate, Senator Hillary Clinton.
Likewise, the venerable New York Times endorsed Senator Hillary Clinton way back on January 25, 2008 as the “IDEAL COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF.” and
Emphasizing that President-elect Barack Obama was not qualified in that respect,
Quoted by the recent Nobel Laureate Paul Krugman through national and international telecast on CNN.
I was devastated to note the hasty decision by a leading and the most respectable news organization such as New York Times.
Immediately, I made my first and only contact with the cable media outlet, Free Speech and World Link Television expressing my emotion on the endorsement.
Here is extract of the email titled The Moment of Truth sent to Amy Goodman of Free Speech Television on January 25, 2008, 12.22P.M PST , in that context:
“This morning the endorsement by New York Times is another way of indicating that Senator Clinton will be the future President of the United States.
Senator Clinton made many overtures in her recent T.V talk show appearances that I should go away and abandon the Obama campaign to suppress the Iraq war issue finally.
The impression I have is,
If Senator Obama becomes the nominee, there is absolutely no turning back for him as he would win the general election.”
———————————————-
In reality, what exactly happened prior to our President-elect Barack Obama establishing himself as a formidable candidate in the election is attention worthy.
First, my personal experience with MSNBC goes back to the days when the incumbent administration laid out the strategy to sell the unpopular Iraq war to the public and the United Nations.
I happened to be one of the unfortunate victims of mandatory public opinion survey superficially conducted by the administration to gain public support for the illegal invasion of Iraq.
This matter verified and confirmed truthful by the Institute for Public Policy, a non-profit organization, following the claim in my blog post during the Democratic Primary election.
With the relentless pro-Iraq war rally from networks such as MSNBC and FOX, the administration successfully launched their mission.
Although, there were other major networks equally involved in drumming their support for the Iraq war…
MSNBC displayed no qualms in abruptly eliminating dissent like the popular and visibly democratic, none other than their own talk show host, Mr. Phil Donahue.
My first unpleasant experience with MSNBC is regarding the anti-Iraq war message conveyed to the administration in response to the mandatory survey.
In my statement, I clearly emphasized the blunder by the administration on their commitment to wage war against Iraq and,
The consequences ensuing in terms of loss of lives, economic costs, national reputation and everything else that followed the disastrous war.
The born again liberal MSNBC demonized and targeted me as anti-patriotic with spam mail flooding my Inbox.
Further, the obscene materials via virus corrupted my database, forcing me to abandon the hard disk for a new one.
It was nothing short of homegrown terrorism for my anti-war position.
It is important to cite the article by Victor Davis Hanson, A senior fellow at the Hoover Institution,
Ref. San Jose Mercury News, November 13, 2008.
The article quotes “Most polls reveal that American voters believed that their media was biased in favor of Obama.
The popular journalist Chris Matthews even bragged that it was his job responsibility to see that Obama succeeds.”
———————————————————————-
Chris Matthews brags about his support to Obama during the election.
It might be the case but the evidence is against such claim.
Chris Matthews threw his weight not until the candidate Barack Obama proven the Democratic nominee against all odds.
Mr. Chris Matthews clearly knows about what this is.
During the fiercely battled Democratic Primary election, Nevada Primary & Caucus held on Saturday, January 19, 2008.
I published the following blog post that morning 4.19 am EST, my time 1.19am PST causing fury and anger among the Clinton campaign and their surrogates in the media, especially Chris Matthews of MSNBC.
Post from Padmini Arhant’s Blog: – www.my.barackobama.com

Electability Factor

Electability Factor:
The voters should focus on the electability factor when casting the vote in the primaries for their respective candidates.
The candidate, who can eventually lead the Democratic Party to victory in the general election in November 2008, will be the ideal nominee.
There will be various issues discussed and debated between the two parties during the general election.
Given the track record of the Republican Party in the general election, the Democratic Party would be well positioned with a candidate voting against the Iraq war.
Senator Barack Obama had consistently opposed the Iraq war.
He voted for the funding of the Iraq war to protect the interest and security of our brave young men and women in harm’s way and enable Iraq stabilize as a sovereign nation ultimately leading to the withdrawal of our troops.
The illegitimate Iraq war has been a major catastrophe for our national economy, security, credibility to deal with International crisis, and our image as the leader of the new world.
The Republican Party nominee voting for the Iraq war could be challenged and held accountable by the Democratic Party nominee voting against the war.
The victory strategy for the Democratic Party in the general election should be on the premise of Iraq war to honor the sacrifice by brave young men and women who lost their lives and all those currently serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The victory for Democratic Party would then truly represent the ‘real change’ against the ‘status quo’ or the establishment.

OBAMA SUPPORTER
————————————————————
To emphasize again, the blog post created enormous outrage with the Clinton campaign bitterly complaining about my attempt to influence the election negatively on that date.
As usual, mainstream media lend support to the power and establishment expresses their reaction in a manner to warn a private citizen like myself to stay off the campaign trail.
Like the BET CEO, Mr. Robert Thompson a close Clinton surrogate, with his exclusive appearance on–
The Situation Room, hosted by Mr. Wolf Blitzer, on CNN specifically advised me by referring to me as,
The “woman of color” to cease my campaigning for the candidate then, Senator Barack Obama.
The Nevada Primary was won by Senator Hillary Clinton.
President-elect Barack Obama had the caucus victory.
The MSNBC coverage on Saturday, January 19, 2008, the day Nevada results was declared, is evidence to the outburst of a media commentator against a private citizen.
Chris Matthews, in particular admonished me directly by wagging his finger and in uttermost condemnation of my interference in the Presidential election.
He said, “This is not a horse race for betting. It is a serious Presidential race.
Individuals with no knowledge or experience should stay out of political campaigns.”
It was a clear indication that individuals like me have no place in politics or public forum.
The sentiment was shared by another MSNBC host Andrea Mitchell who initially tried to remain objective during the discussion with Clinton aid about that particular blog post that morning.
However, she later on made a bizarre remark about a possible substance abuse by me because of my daring attempts to envision a future with an African American Presidency.
Only, if Andrea Mitchell would have played a similar role in critiquing her spouse and the ex-Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan,
Equally responsible for neglecting the warnings of the economic turmoil that nearly brought the domestic and international financial markets on the brink of collapse,
The recent bailouts may not have been necessary.
Thankfully, we are living in a technology driven age, where such incidents cannot possibly be buried in a time capsule with a hope of never being found until it becomes irrelevant.
All these blatant attacks and innuendoes were to demoralize me and debilitate my effort in spreading the message of our movement.
I owe my passion, commitment and drive to get further involved in the campaign to my children especially my eleven-year-old child.
He encouraged me to stand up to partisan politics and send a strong message to commentators like Chris Matthews, Andrea Mitchell and the likes,
That, ordinary people can do extraordinary things in life.
In fact, he was targeted as well with a nickname sidekick by the President-elect Barack Obama’s opponents for his exceptional role in exploiting the web technology with the publication of my blog posts.
My son’s advice to me was, not to rest until Senator Barack Obama is elected "The President" Barack Obama.

I am glad and proud of my son’s advice to fight against the odds given the extreme stressful situation at that time.
Surely, children have a better sense of rationality enabling them to behold a different vision for the world.
They realize the burden on them with respect to the national debt, credibility and financial security as future taxpayers of the economy.
Prior to the election coverage, MSNBC’s show —
The Countdown by Keith Olbermann targeted the American idol contestant Sanjaya Malakar and
Sadistically mocked him almost on a daily basis to survive competition with condescending remarks through critic like Maria Melito.
Maria Melito in her brutal attack against Sanjaya Malakar claimed that the reason for Sanjaya to gain unprecedented votes was because…
“The people of his ethnicity i.e. India, voting for him never had anyone rise to the hall of fame in history.”
Sadly, such comment reflected ignorance as anyone born on Planet Earth, should know the ancient Indus valley civilization which is India is not new to fame and wisdom.
The land in South East Asia is the origin and birth place of celestial beings like the Holy Lord Krishna, Holy and Graceful Gautama Buddha and sentient beings of the twentieth century such as Mahatma Gandhi —
The noble soul, the light of the world, the mentor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Dr. Nelson Mandela, preached and practiced non-violence, peace and unity that are oxy-moron in the contemporary world.
Not excluding other notable scholars like Nobel laureates…
The Poet Rabindra Nath Tagore for literature in 1913 and DR. Har Gobind Khorana for Physiology or Medicine in 1968 to name a few.
Besides, Sanjaya Malakar fan base sprawled across the social spectrum as demonstrated by his young admirer, Ashley Ferl awestruck during his performance.
Young Ashley Ferl, was in return summoned to the Senate for rigorous interrogation by the elected officials…
Prioritizing investigation of genuine admiration for a young performer on the national stage over serious issues like Abu Ghraib, Katrina and deliberate exposure of CIA overt operative Mrs. Valerie Plaim.
To revert to the article by Victor Davis Hanson, ref. San Jose Mercury News, Nov 13, 2008, titled — “The kind of real ‘hope and change’ we can believe in for next year”
“The media, meanwhile should be careful not to abandon fairness and discretion for short-term political advantage.
When the wheel turns – and it too, always does – what you did or said will come back to haunt you.”
I could not agree more with the affirmation.
I hope Chris Matthews and others learned a lesson or two from this historic political event.
When Change occurs, it happens all around much to the dismay of those consumed with fallacy and egocentrism regardless of the empire they reign.
The mainstream, far left and right media as well as some news organization with an exception of cable network like —
“The Daily Show with Jon Stewart”, “The Colbert Report” and “The Late Night Shows”,

Failed to meet the journalistic standards of objectivity and professionalism required in the presentation of views and analysis of any events particularly a Presidential election or for that matter, serious missions like the war.
The role of MSNBC and FOX in their relentless bashing of the candidates from both political aisles successfully drove the viewers to the cyberspace in search of…
Truth and Transparency desperately sought by people of the human race.
Whether it is young Sanjaya Malakar reaching for the stars or young Senator from the State of Illinois, President-elect Barack Obama successfully taking a shot at the highest office on land,
Their audacity of hope was challenged with rhetoric filled with racial slur, negative attacks and divisive politics to deny them the spotlight.
It is admirable that both individuals displayed a decorum signifying unity and poise seen unlike before in dealing with excessive criticism from the entities exhibiting power in the corporate media and Public office.
United States is a nation of immigrants from all over the world.
Any social progress to the satisfaction of all those feeling disfranchised is attainable only if the media and the elected officials recognize their share of responsibility in the service to democracy.
Further, the author of the cited article, Mr. Victor Davis Hanson, concluded with the following passage:
“Obama and his giddy Democratic majority sound like they think they will now be novel exceptions to these iron laws of politics, as if they really believe their hype that they are the “change” we have been waiting for, with cosmic power to stop the planet from heating and the seas from rising.
But the only real difference from the past old politics is that the present avatars of “hope and change” apparently don’t believe that the age-old adage – “The more things change, the more they remain the same” – will really apply to them as well.”
————————————————————–
It does not require the cosmic power to stop the planet form heating and the seas from rising.
It is doable by the ordinary human power to respect life in general and act responsibly for their survival now and in the future.
Failing that,
Perhaps the cosmic power could influence the resisting human nature to preserve and protect the ecological balance necessary for the sustenance of the planet.
As for the age-old adage referenced above applying to the present avatars of ‘Hope and Change”,

It entirely depends on the agents of change and their target.
The age-old adage applies to those involved in cosmetic change rather than fundamental change, the ultimate goal and mission of the present avatars of “Hope and Change.”
Cosmetic change is delusional and beneficial for short-term gains affecting a selective few, hence it yields “more of the same” result.
Whereas, fundamental change target the philosophy of the institution as the sovereign power and,
Therefore, it is real, long lasting and universal.
As per the Hindu mythology, Almighty God Shiva is depicted the
“Lord of Destruction.”
Destruction is Deliverance for a New beginning with a divine commitment to depart from the age-old adage towards new-era prophecy, a divergence from
“The Oscillating Pendulum.” —
The significance and the sole purpose of the avatars of “Hope and Change.”
Thank you.

Presidential Scam – Who is Michelle Obama?
November 2, 2008
Fool me once shame on you! Fool me twice shame on me!
I address this message directly to you, Michelle Obama.
It is about time you came out clean and honest to the American electorate and me.
There is plenty to expose the truth about you and your Personal agenda –
“Empower yourself and enslave the rest.”
The election is not over yet.
You are acting and behaving as though the game is over.
I am not going to beat around the bush as I have not earned the title as a “Straight Shooter” for nothing.
The honorable and icon of peace Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. will be turning in his grave to note the despicable conduct by you.
Dr. King certainly had a dream and that was not to use and abuse others to achieve your whims and fantasies in your life.
Dr. King’s dream was to unite and not divide this nation, contrary to your real motives.
These statements are testaments and not allegations.
Every piece of evidence is available to prove your real intention and notion for the people and this country, which is unfortunately neither pretty nor pleasant.
The world does not know about the dark side of your personality.
However, they will know now.
Your connivance and manipulation by using and abusing virtuous individuals as your assault weapon against Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton to eliminate her out of your path during the Democratic Primary election, including the choice for Vice Presidential candidate of the Democratic Party… is reprehensible.
You also noted in your email, that you do not require the former “President Bill Clinton” on the campaign trail during the general election.
The reason being, you are carrying immense bitterness and remorse of history with a strong vendetta.
Even though, whatever you are today is because of the tremendous progress made by this great nation, which, you have failed to acknowledge up until recently.
The progress, though not perfect but still admirable was possible due to sacrifices by a great leader like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, and courageous former Presidents like Lyndon B. Johnson and John F. Kennedy.
You denied of any involvement in the campaign decisions to the media and public.
In fact, you are the decision maker and the candidate Barack Obama is merely a puppet figure.
The country had already witnessed your true sentiments – Thanks to technology like You-Tube.
“For the first time in my adult life time, I am really proud of this country.”
Why?
Because you realize that, you are within grasp of the mantle of power to use and abuse others.
Your ultimatum to the American public, also quoted by the HBO television host, Bill Maher during his appearance on Larry King Live in late January 2008:
“You better get off the fence and vote for Obama, for you will not be given a second chance.”
Asserting a “Sense of entitlement” – Also available on You-Tube.
In fact, you were seeking the vote for your authority rather than for the candidate.
Your thesis at Princeton – Please refer to post script.
Available all over the cyberspace, not vigorously discussed because you control the media.
How?
Your preconditions on treatment and choice of questions prior to the appearance in the ABC television show “The View”, widely televised across the nation deserves attention as it highlights the truth about your persona.
Nevertheless, when Elisabeth Hasselbeck, the only opponent in that team let the cat out of the bag during her personal appearances on the republican campaign trail, the media under your supervision shot it down.
In addition, forcing your spouse and the Presidential candidate Barack Obama, by scheduling an interview with the targeted network and making him warn the critics and others to layoff, so that you can continue your charade behind the scenes.
You may control the media.
Fortunately, you will never be able to control the “virtual world”, your nemesis, the Information Superhighway.
Normally, people attend “Churches, Temples and Synagogues” for soul searching, peace and solace.
In your case, there is evidence that your attendance was for pure entertainment of USA bashing at the Church by the controversial “Rev. Jeremiah Wright.”
Suppression of facts and evidence –
Last but not the least,
The Controversial “Whitey” video sure exists –It is not out in the open because it is in your possession.
I do not wish to exhaust my visitors with any more explosive facts about you.
My personal experience with you, thus far has been nothing but regrettable.
Your personal email to me titled “Can’t wait to see you there”, a ploy in the form of invitation to attend your boring and megalomaniacal rally in San Jose, CA,
Only to discover the ugly motive behind that invitation was to ridicule me in public especially on the day of mysterious withdrawal by Senator John Edwards from the Presidential race.
The reason behind Senator John Edwards’s withdrawal may be a well kept secret then,
However, it was not a coincidence that it happened the morning after I published my blog post “Default Nominee” on January 29, 2008, at 11.48 p.m EST, to save the Democratic Party from an awkward dilemma if Senator John Edwards would have been the nominee.
It did not end there.
You continually target me for your dark political aspirations.
Earlier on, reference “Ethical View” , wwww.padminiarhant.com,
When I was conned to donate to your campaign on the pretext of dinner invitation, which never materialized.
Now, the personal invitation by Senator Barack Obama to join him on the election night has once again fueled your insecurity and you could not resist playing the same old tricks of collecting my donation and replying with a “cacophony” message from personally controlled default server.
You may consider this as your victory.
What you fail to understand is, your deception will be the cause of your downfall.
It is no secret that you rejoice belittling your spouse and the father of your children in public.
Senator Barack Obama even confirmed the fact during the recent Presidential debate moderated by Mr. Tom Brokaw.
Interestingly, your deceitful action has elevated Senator John McCain, the opponent of your dreams , a much better individual than yourself, because even if it is for a political reason “Joe the Plumber” is a national hero for asking a simple question on income redistribution.
Whereas, you could not remember my contact details during your gala celebration in August 2008.
Somehow, miraculously you discovered my existence especially in the past few weeks with your constant harassment via email and mail demanding that I get involved in the campaign as a “volunteer” and not as a paid worker.
Even though, the Obama campaign treasury is enviable as compared to their opponent.
The interesting scenario is, you never declined the unprecedented “pay” raise offered by the University of Chicago not on meritocracy,
However, for the virtue of being the spouse of state and then U.S Senator Barack Obama and your remarkable achievement in driving away poor and predominantly African American patients to fend for themselves.
Despite such background including the absence of any verifiable humanitarian record, your audacity to insist that others “volunteer” for your political gains is truly amazing.
Notwithstanding, the innuendoes and intimidation through powerful contacts so that you can achieve your narcissistic goals.
Further, you also dictated that Senator Barack Obama should never publicly acknowledge my contributions to the success of his campaign.
While, lavishly using my thoughts and ideas to promote the campaign.
If this is not to empower some and enslave the other, what else could it be?
Is it not the kind of “change” in order under your supremacy?
Politics is a dangerous game. You are in no way a “novice.”
You are remarkable at throwing anybody in your path to your destination under the bus, including your mentor, “spiritual guru”,and once a close family friend, Rev. Jeremiah Wright.
The other important factor in this historic race is, the Presidential Candidate Barack Obama is not exclusively an African American candidate.
That’s why, if memory serves he had to struggle initially to gain the whole hearted endorsement from the African American population for he was considered not “Black” enough.
A rhetoric used by none other than Michelle Obama during her political rally in San Jose, CA.
The Senator is also biologically and scientifically half “Caucasian” or “Anglo Saxon.”
It is tragic to note that this element is not interpreted forcefully as the mother, Stanley Anne Durham, who carried him in her womb for nine long months and raised him during the pivotal period of his childhood is eliminated from the genetic code.
It is being debated whether or not middle America will conform to the rest of America in this election.
What is forgotten?
It was, the predominantly “White” electorate in Iowa that conveyed the strong message of unity and set the stage for real “transformation” in America.

Senator Barack Obama – Here is a fair question for you.
If you can’t stand up to your controlling and domineering wife Michelle Obama, how are you going to defend this nation against Al Qaida and others?

Michelle Obama, this is democracy and not “Aristocracy,”
With the divine intervention in force, (Is it not the reason for your harassment to seek my endorsement?)
You may be successful in the assassination of character but not “Truth”.
You are challenging destiny.
Try however you may, you will never succeed in your endeavors.
The end justifies the means. That is Karma.
Thank you.

Some more facts to enlighten you about yourself by the concerned voters: Please refer to the “Post Script.”
P.S. Extracts from various websites – Sodahead.com, Rock the Truth and many others.
“Michelle Obama is a living witness.
Her February 18 comment that she felt proud of her country for the first time caused a minor scandal, and was hastily qualified. But she meant it, and more.
The video footage of her remarks shows eyes hooded with rage as she declares:
“For the first time in my adult lifetime, I am really proud of my country.”
The desperation, frustration and disappointment visible on Michelle Obama’s face are not new to the candidate’s wife; as Steve Sailer, Rod Dreher and other commentators have noted, they were the theme of her undergraduate thesis, on the subject of “blackness” at Princeton University.
No matter what the good intentions of Princeton, which founded her fortunes as a well-paid corporate lawyer, she wrote,
“My experiences at Princeton have made me far more aware of my ‘Blackness’ than ever before.
I have found that at Princeton no matter how liberal and open-minded some of my White professors and classmates try to be toward me, I sometimes feel like a visitor on campus; as if I really don’t belong.”
Never underestimate the influence of a wife who bitch-slaps her husband in public.
Early in Obama’s campaign, Michelle Obama could not restrain herself from belittling the senator.
“I have some difficulty reconciling the two images I have of Barack Obama.
There’s Barack Obama the phenomenon. He’s an amazing orator, Harvard Law Review, or whatever it was, law professor, best-selling author, Grammy winner. Pretty amazing, right?
And then there’s the Barack Obama that lives with me in my house, and that guy’s a little less impressive,” she told a fundraiser in February 2007.
“For some reason this guy still can’t manage to put the butter up when he makes toast, secure the bread so that it doesn’t get stale, and his five-year-old is still better at making the bed than he is.” New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd reported at the time,
“She added that the TV version of Barack Obama sounded really interesting and that she’d like to meet him sometime.” Her handlers have convinced her to be more tactful since then.

Michelle Obama, Wildly Successful but not good enough
Princeton, Harvard …. the highest standard of living for African Americans anywhere in the world, and it’s not good enough.
Apparently she “found that at Princeton, no matter how liberal and open-minded some of my white professors and classmates try to be toward me,
I sometimes feel like a visitor on campus”.
Someone ought to tell her, everyone feels alienated, a “visitor”.
It’s part of the human condition.
The answer is not further alienation and separatism, but inclusion.
Fighting for rational self interest is the answer not “victimization”.
It certainly does not bode well for American leadership.
There is something terribly wrong with this thinking.
Love America baby, don’t blame America. Great Clarence Thomas, Michael Steele …. these are Black leadership role models.
——————————–
Michelle Obama thesis was on racial divide Politico hat tip Larwyn:
Michelle Obama’s senior year thesis at Princeton University, obtained from the campaign by Politico, shows a document written by a young woman grappling with a society in which a black Princeton alumnus might only be allowed to remain “on the periphery.”
Read the full thesis here: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4.
“My experiences at Princeton have made me far more aware of my ‘blackness’ than ever before,”
the future Mrs. Obama wrote in her thesis introduction.
“I have found that at Princeton, no matter how liberal and open-minded some of my white professors and classmates try to be toward me,
I sometimes feel like a visitor on campus; as if I really don’t belong.
Regardless of the circumstances underwhich I interact with whites at Princeton, it often seems as if, to them, I will always be black first and a student second.”
The thesis, titled “Princeton-Educated Blacks and the Black Community” and written under her maiden name, Michelle LaVaughn Robinson, in 1985, has been the subject of much conjecture on the blogosphere and elsewhere in recent weeks, as it has been “temporarily withdrawn” from Princeton’s library until after this year’s presidential election in November.
Some of the material has been written about previously, however, including a story last year in the Newark Star Ledger.
Obama writes that the path she chose by attending Princeton would likely lead to her “further integration and/or assimilation into a white cultural and social structure that will only allow me to remain on the periphery of society; never becoming a full participant.”

More grievances from the concerned voters:
Voters Comments: Sodahead.com and live chats in the cyberspace.
Latest from Socialist MO…
“Don’t go into corporate America.
You know, become teachers.
Work for the community.
Be social workers.
Be a nurse.
Those are the careers that we need, and we’re encouraging our young people to do that.
But if you make that choice, as we did, to move out of the money-making industry into the helping industry, then your salaries respond.”
Faced with that reality, she adds, “many of our bright stars are going into corporate law or hedge-fund management.”
What she doesn’t mention is that the helping industry has treated her pretty well.
In 2006, the Chicago Tribune reported that Mrs. Obama’s compensation at the University of Chicago Hospital, where she is a vice president for community affairs, jumped from $121,910 in 2004, just before her husband was elected to the Senate, to $316,962 in 2005, just after he took office.
And that does not count the money Mrs. Obama receives from serving on corporate boards.
She would have been O.K. even without Jack’s magic beans.
Mrs. Obama also bemoaned the amount of money she has to spend — nearly one-third of the median household income in Zanesville — on piano, dance, and other lessons for her two children.
It would be insane to exclude the personal trainer that maintains MO’s “vital statistics” with a wakeup call at 4.00a.m.
She can surely relate to middle class and lower income population in this country.
She is a hypocrite.
She worked for an at profit hospital which actually charged more for the poor than those with coverage , etc.
And she was, maybe still is, on the Board of Directors of Tree House Foods whose CEO made 26milllion while it employs Latinos at low wages and no benefits and that company makes less profit than WalMart which Barrack attacks for it’s labor policy and it’s CEO who made 10.5 million.
And you know about her other blunders about first time she is proud to be an American etc. 3/17 addendum
Michelle Obama’s statement becomes crystal clear in view of recent news about the anti-white,
anti-American sermons preached by Rev Wright, at TUCC, which she attended for some 20 years.
How could she attend this church and be close friends with RevWright and not know what his beliefs are.”

The Truth Doctrine
October 25, 2008
Why do people run for public office?
It all depends on individuals. Some are genuinely passionate about doing greater good for the people and humanity like the Democratic Presidential candidate, Senator Barack Obama.
While others, participate for personal gains.
Lately, it is evident from the disastrous economy, reckless wars, environmental degradation and erosion of morality in the White House and Capitol Hill that Politics is a convenient platform for these entities to achieve their personal agenda.
That is why this current election is a historic event.
It is not only unique because of the race and gender on both sides but for the national interests on range of issues that are at stake right now.
Both parties have presented their policies and positions that matter to people.
It is important for the electorate to be discerning in their choice of the policies represented by Senator Barack Obama and Senator John McCain and not the candidate’s personal background.
The policies of these candidates eventually matter as they greatly affect the present and future of every citizen in this nation and around the world.
Therefore, it is important to analyze the benefits of such policies from Senator Barack Obama and Senator Joe Biden to drawbacks of Senator John McCain and Governor Sarah Palin.
It is no doubt that this election has been a long grueling process for the candidates involved in the race.
This in itself confirms the drive, commitment and pledge by the candidate Senator Barack Obama to bring about the real Change desperately required now.
The reason Senator Barack Obama’s performance is important because of the tenacious battle he won during the Democratic Primary election.
The Senator’s demeanor, poise, passion and vision are commendable.
Senator Barack Obama’s policy has substance and real solutions to all the problems confronting our nation.
During the race, it is normal for candidates to make mistakes as characterized by the media as Gaffes and being infallible is not in the human nature.
It is important for all to acknowledge one’s own shortcomings prior to being judgmental and I am no exception to this call.
I am profoundly apologetic to Senator Barack Obama of such irrationality that may have caused grievances in any manner.
Sometimes, when treading on the path to do the best for the betterment of humanity it is easier to lose sight due to various distractions from forces acting against the noble task.
The motive behind such forces is to create an environment of massive doubts and confusions for their narcissistic goals by disregarding the harm to decent and virtuous individuals as the targets.
However, it is worth remembering for all those individuals responsible for such deception that the moment is near to unveil the masquerade.
Whether one is a believer in Karma or not, the world has witnessed the virtue ethics such as —
The end justifies the means,
What you sow is what you reap,
Last but not the least,
What goes around comes around.
By seeking perfection every step of the way the precious moments to do what is, right for the nation should not be lost.
The Obama/Biden leadership has experience, knowledge, understanding and most importantly the simplicity of middle class background that is essential to relate to the people with real problems and crises.
Our country needs a dynamic leadership to steer us from the current turmoil and great many challenges ahead.
That leadership with honesty, integrity and nobility lies in the candidacy of Senator Barack Obama.
This is no time for contemplation or procrastination.
It is the time for action.
Please go to the polls for voter registration if it is still possible and cast your ballots to the candidacy represented by Senator Barack Obama and Senator Joe Biden that is the only choice for peace, progress and prosperity for all.
Your vote for Obama/Biden candidacy will count and free this nation from all of the present disasters.
The Truth Doctrine confirms that the Obama/Biden is the ideal choice.
Signing off with some interesting musical notes, regarded one of the best antidotes for ailments in human psyche.

Fairness Doctrine
October 21, 2008
Most recently, a frustrated reader, evidently a Republican wrote the following letter to the editor, the San Jose Mercury News, October 20, 2008.
“Shame on the media for favoring Dems —
The media and Hollywood have lost all self-respect. The movie “W” comes out 19 days before the election.
The re-release of “Hanoi Hilton,” which portrays an actual true version of what happened to John McCain, is halted and will not be released until a week after the election.
I’m sure this is just coincidence. Joe the Plumber questions Obama; he gets investigated by the media.
Palin gets more scrutiny in a few weeks than Obama has for two years.
From Tony Rezko to William Ayers, to Rev. Jeremiah Wright, to ACORN, no investigations!
Thank God for alternative media. Without it, where would we get the news?
Oh wait, the Fairness Doctrine will fix this.”
Jon Hoefling
			————————————————
The Fairness Doctrine has remained focused on issues concerning people in the United States and around the world.
It is a true commitment and solemnly pledged for the welfare of humanity.
If the re-release of “Hanoi Hilton” is halted for political reason, then it undermines the democratic values and such practices have no place in politics or elsewhere.
Both Presidential campaigns are advocating “change” in Washington.
The Change must begin in the Campaign trail to have any impact and credibility upon their election to office.
It is appropriate for the electorate to have both sides of “Presidential Profiles” to help them make an informed decision on November 4, 2008.

								Tuesday Morning
Dear Friend,
I am 100% committed to leading our Party to victory in this November’s elections all across the country, and I need RNC Members like you, men and women who have done so much to help our Party in the past, working alongside me.
That’s why I made it my first priority, after securing the Republican Presidential nomination, to reach out to you today to ask you to stand with me in a criticially important undertaking.
The fate of all of our Republican candidates and the fate of our Party in the 2008 election is in the hands of Americans like you. We cannot succeed without your immediate and generous support.
That’s why I am asking you to join in the effort that I will be spearheading in the coming months to build and strengthen our Party’s national organization from the grassroots up. This RNC project will be known as VICTORY 2008.
My friend, it is absolutely critical that we kick-off Victory 2008 immediately – and with as much strength as we can muster.
Our challenge this year is greater than it ever has been – because our Democrat opponents are more determined to win total control of the government than ever before. They are raising unprecedented sums of money. And they have seen record-breaking voter turnout in primaries and caucuses nationwide.
That is why we must begin right now – to answer this challenge.
And that’s why it is so important to me to have Republicans like you join with me in making a 100% commitment to RNC VICTORY 2008 today.
So please take a moment to sign and return the enclosed RNC VICTORY 2008 Pledge of Support, along with your contribution of $1,000, $500, $100, $50 or even $25 to help us kick-off this campaign.
We’ve set an aggressive goal of raising $10 million in seed money in the next 30 days to jump-start our Victory effort. That’s why it is essential that you return your Victory 2008 contribution immediately.
Your gift will be used for promoting our Republican agenda, identifying Republican and Republican-leaning voters, conducting voter education and Absentee Ballot programs as well as implementing the RNC 72-Hour national Get-Out-The-Vote effort to get our voters to the polls on Election Day.
Perhaps most important of all, your gift to Victory 2008 will help fund the RNC’s voter registration program which has a goal of registering 2 million new Republican voters before Election Day.
Let me be perfectly clear about what is at stake for our nation if we fail to elect conservative Republican leadership in Washington, D.C.
If liberals like Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi control the White House, Congress and statehouses across this country …
…they will raise your taxes. Already, leading Democrats have laid out plans to pass record-setting tax increases.
But if Republicans win, we will make the present tax cuts permanent, work to cut additional taxes and simplify the tax code. Republicans know that raising taxes in tough economic times is a recipe for disaster, but tax cuts are proven medicine for getting the economy growing again.
If liberal organizations like MoveOn.org have their way, our troops will be recklessly pulled out of Iraq and our enemies will be handed a victory they have neither won nor deserve.
But Republicans will not give up. We will see the war through to victory and make sure the radical Islamic extremists have no sanctuary and no victory.
If liberals have their way, government spending will skyrocket as they implement government-run health care and resurrect their entire portfolio of the failed welfare state programs of the 60s and 70s.
But not if we Republicans unite and work together. Our free-market solutions and conservative principles are better for America – and that has proven true time and again.
As the Democrats tear each other apart arguing over “Who will raise taxes the most?” and “Who is more committed to cut and run in Iraq?”, you and I need to be getting organized and reaching out to our fellow Americans to let them know there is a BETTER WAY, our way, the Republican way of solving problems that does not rely on big government and high taxes.
History has shown that no nation has ever taxed its way to economic prosperity…
…And no nation has ever become more secure retreating from a conflict that they are winning or by standing down their troops in the face of a sworn enemy such as the radical Islamic terrorists who have made our destruction their sole purpose in life.
I know this because as a proud foot soldier in the Reagan Revolution some years ago, I witnessed first hand the strength and power of our conservative ideals and principles.
I was inspired to get into politics by Ronald Reagan. I respect and cherish the leadership President Reagan brought to our Party and our nation. And the principles that guided him provided the lessons needed to improve the policies of today.
I want to restore the trust of the American people in their government.
I want our Party to make the tax cuts permanent.
I want our Party’s candidates and leaders to strengthen ethical standards in government to eliminate the influence of big monied interests.
I want Republicans to stop Congressional earmarks that allow lawmakers to inject millions of dollars in pork-barrel spending into legislation with no accountability. And, as President, I will veto any bill that comes to my desk with earmarks.
I want Republicans to lead the way to expanding affordability and accessibility to quality health care with market-based – not big government – solutions.
I want to help elect Republicans who will fight to strengthen border security.
I want the Republican Party to ensure that our nation builds on the success we have achieved in Iraq under the leadership of General David Petreaus and the troop surge he orchestrated and implemented.
And I want to keep America safe, prosperous and proud so that our children and grandchildren will have even greater opportunities than the ones we were blessed with.
Our Republican agenda stands in stark contrast to our liberal Democrat opponents who are rallying behind a tired, failed agenda of creeping socialism, ever-rising taxes and a defense policy of retreat-and-defeat.
My friend, that is not the kind of change our nation needs.
But I cannot succeed, nor can our Party prevail over the challenges we will fact from the Obama/Clinton Democrats, without the support of dedicated Republicans like you.
That is why your immediate response is crucial and your generous financial support is urgently needed.
We’ve all seen the Democrats’ massive rallies, record-setting voter turnout and colossal fundraising reports. It is obvious they are pulling out all the stops to win.
Will you sit on the sidelines and let them take control of Washington? Or, will you join with me by signing and returning the enclosed Pledge of Support along with a contribution today?
The past few elections have shown that every vote counts.
You and I need to make sure the Republican Party has the resources it needs to fight for every vote, all across the country.
Clearly we must act immediately to be ready for the challenges ahead. The ambitious goal of raising $10 million in the enxt 30 days for Victory 2008 is just the beginning. And the fact is – we can’t afford to fall short.
So please take a moment right now to sign and return the enclosed RNC VICTORY 2008 Pledge of Support. Please also enclose your most generous contribution of $1,000, $500, $100, $50 or even $25 to help us fully fund our Party’s outreach efforts, voter registration and get-out-the-vote programs.
The future of our nation, our Republican agenda and our entire Republican campaign effort depends on the success of RNC VICTORY 2008 and on your support today.
Please let me know that I can count on you. Thank you.
Sincerely,
John McCain
United States Senator
P.S. The liberal Democrat agenda is wrong for America and we need to unite now to stop it. That’s why I’m personally asking you to support RNC VICTORY 2008. This effort is critical in giving Republican candidates the edge they need to win.
Please sign the enclosed Pledge of Support and return it with your contribution of $1,000, $500, $100, $50 or even $25 today. Your support is urgently needed to help us reach our goal of raising $10 million to kick-off Victory 2008 this month. Thank you in advance for joining me in this very important cause.

My response to the above letter:
May 27th, 2008.
Private and Confidential
Intended for Addressee Only
From: Padmini Arhant
To: Hon. Senator John McCain
Presidential Candidate, Republican Party
Washington DC 20077-7252
Dear Senator McCain,
I am honored to receive information about your candidacy. I salute you for your service to this great nation as a war hero and a Senator representing the State of Arizona.
Your commitment to bring about changes on national and international issues is praiseworthy.
I am sure you will continue to work tirelessly for the welfare of all Americans and people around the world, if, you were to be elected the next “President of the United States” in November 2008.
As an “Independent,” I pledge my support to the people of this nation and millions around the globe.
My position is to voice my concerns for humanity in all aspects.
With all due respect, to you and several other honorable Statesmen and women, I realized lately that politics is not for people like me seeking truth and justice.
My request to your candidacy for the office of “The President of the United States” is, to address the great many challenges confronting our nation with effective policies that would benefit the people and not the “Special Interests” or the “Lobbyists”.
It is essential for the next administration to address every issue with diligence in providing immediate relief to the people from the economic, energy, education, health, and environmental crises.
It is evident from the recent polls that the nation is desperate for “Change” comprising “Fiscal responsibility, Accountability and Transparency” in Washington Politics.
I am confident that any candidate sincere in delivering the specified change can win the general election in November 2008.
I would like to add that candidates must have a legitimate time line for troop withdrawal from Iraq and divert investments to accelerate economic growth at home.
The national security and foreign policy is another major concern for the electorate.
I cannot possibly emphasize enough to pursue the path of “Peace and Diplomacy” at every opportunity over “War and Aggression”.
The nuclear proliferation is another culminating factor to the existing volatile world environment. These are bipartisan issues and matter to the entire humanity.
I hope the future “President of the United States” would earnestly seek multilateral resolutions for international crises as we have learned a harsh lesson from the current “Iraq war”.
I wish you the very best in all your endeavors including the “Presidency of the United States” in November 2008.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Padmini Arhant
P.S: There might be many deserving choices in the Republican Party and outside.
If, I may take the liberty of expressing the choice for your Vice Presidential candidate;
I think given the two most compelling issues – economy and Iraq war in the minds of the electorate, the New York City, Mayor, Michael Bloomberg or the Nebraska Senator Chuck Hagel not only alienate your candidacy from the current unpopular administration but also bolster the Republican ticket as “centrist” among “independent” and crossover electorate.
I am almost certain that either one of these two choices will be a “win-win” situation for you in November 2008.

Finally, The Fairness Doctrine is to promote peace, progress and prosperity for all and bring forces against the maxim to justice.
Thank you.

Unethical Practice
October 15, 2008
Unethical Practice
Politics is never fair and has several “ugly” heads that arise precipitously, especially during election time.
There are “entities” with ulterior motive to serve their interest over the country’s future that deserve attention by the electorate.
As stated earlier, communication with political figures is not out of ordinary for private citizens, particularly during elections.
However, there are occasions when citizens get involved in the political campaign; the political candidates expect monetary contributions and other assistance to prevail in the elections.
There have been requests from both “Presidential Campaigns” in this regard.
With a firm commitment to help people and their interests, my position has been clear from the beginning. That is, to support… the policies, the strategies and solutions for all the crises confronting our nation rather than a political “rhetoric” or a “personality.”
I share the recent communication with the “Presidential Campaign” of Senator Barack Obama.
The original transcript from the Vice Presidential Candidate, the Hon. Senator Joe Biden:
To: Padmini Arhant
From: Joe Biden, Obama for America, Chicago, IL 60680.
Dear Ms. Arhant,
Barack Obama and I come from very different places, but we share a common story – an American story.
He was the son of a single mom who sometimes struggled to support her kids. But she raised him to believe in America; to believe that in this country, there is no obstacle that can keep you from your dreams, if you are willing to work hard and fight for them.
I was an Irish-Catholic kid from Scranton with a father who – like too many people today – fell on hard times in a tough economy. Buy my parents raised me to believe that it is not how many times you get knocked down, it’s how quickly you get up.
That’s the American promise that Barack Obama and I believe in. And it’s a promise that’s been knocked around under eight years of George Bush and John McCain.
The McCain campaign wants us to think he believes in change – that he’s a maverick who’s independent of George W. Bush. I know better.
I’ve served with John McCain in the Senate for 22 years. I know him as a courageous patriot and an honorable man. But what he is not — not by any stretch – a maverick.
You’re not a maverick when you vote with George W. Bush 90 percent of the time, as John McCAin has.
You’re not a maverick when you boast – and these are John’s words, not mine – that “no one has supported President Bush on Iraq more than I have.”
You’re not a maverick when you endorse the tax cuts for the wealthy that have been George W. Bush’s only excuse for an economic policy.
And I don’t know what you are – or where you’re living, unless it’s is in one of seven houses you need your staff to count – when you say, as John McCain has, that “there’s been great progress economically” under the Bush Administration.
Still, there was one sense in which I thought John was different from George W. Bush – and I have to tell you I’ve been disappointed to learn how wrong I was.
Whatever our other disagreements, I always thought John and I agreed that the slash-and-burn, divide-and-attack, Swift Boat brand of politics that the Bush machine popularized were debasing our democracy and tearing our country apart.
But today, as he seeks the presidency, John McCain has changed. He has become a practitioner of the very politics he once deplored.
He hired a protégé of Karl Rove to help run his campaign. After condemning the Swift Boat attacks of 2004, John took tens of thousands of dollars from their architects – and, with no sense of irony, even put one of them on his “Truth Squad” for 2008.
Meanwhile, John McCain has blanketed the airwaves with misleading attacks on Barack Obama. They’ve attacked Barack’s character and distorted his ideas.
When it comes down to, I regret to say, is that “John McCain campaigning on the high road” has become as much of a myth as “John McCain the maverick” always was.
And America can’t afford another campaign like this – a third George Bush campaign focused on small attacks rather than big ideas – any more than we can afford the four more years of George W. Bush’s policies that John McCain wants to give us.
Barack and I are committed to running a different kind of campaign — one that addresses our greatest challenges and appeals to our highest ideals.
But to do that, we need your continued help and support.
We are going to have to respond to every attack – every one, every time – while simultaneously keeping our campaign focused on positive ideas. And the cost of running that kind of campaign will be enormous.
Padmini, I know you share both our vision for fundamental change in America and our disgust with the Swift Boat style of politics that John McCAin once decried but now practices. And I hope you’ll continue to help us fight back by rushing a generous contribution of $250 or even $500 to Obama for America.
And please don’t wait a single day. The American promise that gave Barack and me so much has been knocked around for eight tough years. Let’s get up – and restore it – together.
Sincerely,
Joe Biden
P.S. Padmini, the McCain campaign’s attacks on Barack Obama may be the product of desperation, and they’re certainly a poor substitute for vision and ideas – but that doesn’t mean they won’t work. If Barack and I lack the resources to respond, John McCain will be able to distort our ideas and distract America from eight years of Republican failures. We can’t let that happen – and if you’ll stand with us by supporting Obama for America, we won’t.

The Recent Incidents Indicate That Neither Of The Candidates Is In Receipt Of My Letters Sent By Priority And Certified Mail With Delivery Confirmation.
SUGGESTING – Déjà vu!
REF: Ethical View – www.padminiarhant.com
With great humility, I would like to let America and the rest of the world know about the flurry of communication from all corners on different subjects. It is an honor and at the same time a huge responsibility to express one’s opinion and ideas in public with the national and humanity interests at stake.
I have always tried my best in all circumstances to remain honest, sincere and genuine in the presentation of my thoughts. Further, considering the nature of the situation like the general election, I have prioritized my response to the “Presidential Candidates” requests over other issues.
Unfortunately, within Senator Barack Obama’s campaign, an individual with authority is being highly successful with the interception and even confiscation of my communication with both the Presidential and the Vice Presidential candidates.
It is very disturbing and a matter of concern since, such “unethical practice” in tampering with “private mail” is, in essence a “federal crime” and does not appear to bother this individual because the entity considers “oneself” above the law.
With the Presidential campaigns pledging to eradicate corruption and cronyism in Washington, it raises a serious credibility issue when “individuals” within the campaign pose threats to such commitments of tall order.
Secrecy, dominance and authoritarianism is the cause for the “status quo”… the nation brought to a freezing point and any resemblance of this kind in the future administration will not serve in the best interests of the people of the United States or the global community.
Democracy is active only, when there is absolute transparency and access to information at all levels.
The lack thereof, signifies imminent danger with “sense of entitlement” and abuse of “power” in the horizon.
Finally, it is worth remembering that “Man Proposes and God Disposes.”
Thank you.
