Happy New Year to individuals who respect others rights, life, space and privacy.

I share my sincere thoughts, concerns and facts originating from my very own organic and not artificial intelligence as propagated by those evidently epitomize artificial or no intelligence considering their public and private life as impostors paradoxically claiming to be my alter ego. Needless to say there is a serious intelligence deficit disorder amongst them, the self-certified intelligence patent owners despite conflicting positions. With misogyny and condescendence as their signature traits, they continue to lose face in the relentless self-defacing act.

The New Year 2022 has set in with unresolved crises and unmitigated problems carried over from the last two years – 2020 and 2021. 

The pandemic continues to remain the major issue predominantly due to lack of transparency, inconsistency in guidelines and protocol, intolerance to facts and truth among several factors contributing to persistent health disaster in the twenty first century.  While the hope is to surmount and succeed in the life and death battle with expectations to restore and return to normal life, the factual information censorship and objective science displaced with profit strategy continues unabated with no limit or end in sight. 

Science is held hostage in the ongoing dilemma with public denied options to exercise individual discretion on personal health and well being. 

The pandemic cause beginning with controversial and contentious gain of function research funded and developed in a location viz. Wuhan Institute of Virology, Wuhan, Hubei Province, China, barely accessible to international or any independent investigation to reach the bottom of the covered up health debacle in human history. 

The powerful members abusing their influence and political clout behind the entire tragic tumultuous health and economic catastrophe remain seated at the helm doing more harm inflicting pain and preventable deaths world over.

There is more to discuss and deliberate in the fourth year 2022 considering the virus SARS COV2 was earlier detected and known to have affected citizens in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China as far back in September 2019. Yet the matter was not regarded urgent and officially disclosed only in January 2020. 

Again the procrastination on serious health issue was not without withholding vital details such as travel, transmissibility and testing results to international community. 

The deliberate mishandling right from the virus onset in 2019 and thereafter demonstrated little or no value for human life. Notwithstanding science exploited in the political and economic gains facilitating the epidemic evolve into a global pandemic.  

Let us not forget the SARS COV2 – WHO as international health body in Geneva, Switzerland i.e. Europe and United States as well as western counterparts public health authorities have categorically maintained the SARS corona virus genetic strain linked to bats, the mammal in existence on earth verifiably over 50 million years ago.

The bats having been around over 50 million years or more, the human contact and exposure to the mammal has been since human creation and evolution as well. If not earlier in timeline, human encounter and familiarity with the mammal account for adequate period exceeding thousands of years enabling human immunity development to the species’ pathogenicity.

The ominous distinction in COVID-19 is the virulence and transmissibility of the pathogen being abnormal with deviation from earlier epidemics like SARS and MERS epidemic in 2002-2003 and 2012-2013 respectively, both identified as corona virus family due to acute respiratory syndromes and were limited to few geographic locations in South East Asia and the Middle East. Likewise, the ebola virus in 2014 though not related to corona virus emerged in the particular zone in Africa restricting the virus from spreading across the continent. All three viruses in the twenty first century i.e. after the year 2000 were contained at the regional or specific domains without conflating into a global pandemic and economic crises like the 2019 SARS COV2 extended into fourth year 2022 keeping into account its detection in 2019.

Since the topic is centralized on personal rights, I want to elaborate on the global power direct infringement on individual health, lifestyle and basic survival.

The human biometrics along with complete and comprehensive personal details on life, health and habits as consumer, worker and taxpayers are stored in the global power run governments’ system worldwide.

The human population are no longer treated and respected as living breathing free souls on earth. Instead, the selective few as the most powerful entity running the gamut spare no opportunity to censor, cancel and criminalize anyone challenging status quo.

The global power colluding in secret locations as the SECRET SOCIETY barring the real press, citizens’ media and public attendance from obtaining information on the meeting discussion is the cardinal rule. The flip side is their encroachment on others’ life, health and lifestyle choices continue as their prerogative.

Human health is now a matter of profit and loss in monetary terms with science experimented to fit the mindset of those with agenda like depopulation and cavalier approach in testing human immunity to bio-engineered pathogens of their choice. The reason those engaged in violation of natural science are intact in their powerful positions irrespective of deaths and devastations inflicted by them from unconscionable indulgence is because of the majority human population silence letting the authoritative minority run a muck on the basis of disproportionate power, wealth and influence.

The current situation of the selective few dominance directly controlling nearly 8 billion population lives is subjugation turning earth into a prison planet.

The governments regardless of political systems are committed to oligarchy and globalists policy ranging from economy, politics to social engineering and religion.

The ordinary citizens  role anywhere are merely limited to being voters, workers in the work force and taxpayers in the economy. The average citizens political  rights, economic and social status are usual  casualties in any major reforms in finance, health, education and economy.

The super-wealthy owning governments and nations by default possess unbridled power abused to the core with no checks and balances to rein the undemocratic uncivilized principles and policies implemented to retain status quo.

The health disaster experienced by humanity due to intentional sabotage of global economy on one side and mega profiteering unleashing lab manufactured virus on the other side with none held accountable for heinous crimes against mankind is the contemporary reality.

The richest in the world betting on life endangering contentious gain of function research in science and as though that is not enough, venturing into agriculture industry and meddling in food production spiking crops with genetic modification and hormone interjection in live stocks in return directly affecting human lives are the norm. The irony is these individuals as influential elites are sought by governments for expert advise and consultations ignoring catastrophic results in their home soil leaving farmers in deep distress and even suicidal with dual complicity against ordinary lives world over.

Upon careful thought process based on individual and collective life experience as well as observations on deteriorating standards, it is crystal clear that anti-humanity forces agenda anchored on all for me or selective us and none for you or the rest of you successfully executed with trillionaires in the dark and multi-billionaires and global corporations run governments functioning as fiduciary in proxy is hardly a coincidence.

To make matters worse, the superpower glamor in global regions are yet another aspiration in the geopolitical and economic dynamics.

This topic merit exclusive focus and will be presented accordingly in the suitable time.

On the final note regarding the pandemic – There is lot to be answered and addressed by those in positions of authority as public health official Dr. Anthony Fauci, NIH institutes, the academia Professor Ralph Steven Baric from Chapel Hill,  University of North Carolina, in the United States, World Health Organization in Europe and last but not the least the Wuhan Virology Institute and the government and leadership Premier Xi Jinping in Beijing, China.

The pandemic victims and families deserve to be heard for the irreversible losses and agonizing health economic tragedies prolonged as unfortunate collateral damages in the misguided science adventure. Above all, the independent global investigation on the origin and lapses contributing to unresolved health calamity is critical to spare humanity from future science trials and tribulations.

On this day, July 4, 2012 United States commemorates independence from foreign control reminiscing freedom – the inalienable human right for expression and peaceful assembly among diverse choices available to individuals in any free and fair political system.

Regrettably, the contemporary era marred with U.S. and allies invasion, occupation and violation of other nations sovereignty for global dominance with expendable U.S. forces and taxpayers funds reversing the trend to imperialism.

United States current laws such as Patriot Act, NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) denying due process in civil court rather than military tribunal and government unlimited access to citizens’ personal communication via unwarranted wire tapping including 24/7 surveillance,

Additionally, the invasive security measures at the airports not even sparing infants – some of them physically challenged although clearly visible are subjected to extreme procedures clarifying the military operation in the so-called war on terror either a failure or attributed to flawed foreign policy and military strategy facilitating terror networks to benefit defense industry and hegemony.

On the domestic front, occupy movement and other protests are contained with excess force and undemocratic means contradictory to constitutional rights that guarantees citizens liberty to dissent in a tolerant society.

United States permanent military bases around the world and simultaneous wars in different nations not barring latest actions undermining international agreements pose grave threats to peace and political stability in the volatile region like Middle East.

Americans by and large favor peace and diplomatic solutions to international disputes unlike prevalent political decisions not in synchrony with public opinion.

The military intervention against sovereign nations hinders prospects for constructive dialogue and meaningful negotiations in republic and national interest.

On this important day, troops in active duty including their families and veterans deserve due recognition for the pledge to protect citizens and sovereignty.

Wars are fought for reasons excepting national defense evident in the conflicts aimed at usurping power on false pretext to seize economic resources or strategic advantage overseas contributing to immense suffering all around.

Besides political leaderships committing treason against nation and people they are obligatory to serve with honesty and integrity.

Certainly, the present time is tumultuous seeking military options at ease ignoring devastating consequences affecting humanity and habitat that could otherwise be averted with prudence and patience.

War has become the mechanism to deal with disagreements for militarily powerful nation and allies refusing to heed consistent recommendations on non-violent approach to resolve crisis.

Life is precious not to be wasted in confrontation that could end in reconciliation beginning with talks and rational exchange.

Political freedom is imperative for a nation to sustain progress in every dimension.

Power exercised to empower society across the spectrum with equal respect and consideration for all in providing dignified life would enrich national status.

United States focus on national issues with divestments from warfare to economy, infrastructure and myriad programs in requirement for funds would expedite growth and alleviate vast majority plight.

Above all, restoring democratic values and social justice in shutting down the infamous Guantanamo Bay and abandoning practices that are condemned by United States in the international domain would deliver credibility and national image truly living up to the concept –

Land of the Free and Home of the Brave.

All are born to be free and freedom is worth celebrating upon universal experience.

Libyan Revolution Advance to Overthrow Muammar Gaddafi

The brave patriots in Libya have made tremendous progress since February 17, 2011 – the day Libyan revolution began in Tripoli, Benghazi and other cities of the North African nation.

With the eastern part of the country in the revolution control, the pro-democracy movement has gradually made inroads near the capital Tripoli to remove the region’s most repressive regime under the ruthless tyrant Muammar Gaddafi and entire clan.

Many innocent lives have been lost due to brutal attacks via aerial bombing, shooting from helicopter and ground assaults against unarmed civilians as well as soldiers who refused to obey the belligerent authority.

The cowardly display by the dictator Muammar Gaddafi is a desperate act to stay in power amid the crumbling empire.

Saif al-Islam Gaddafi – the presumptuous heir apparent has proudly interpreted the name as ‘Sword of Islam’ brandishing the sword pledged to cause the blood river in Tripoli to rein control over the lost kingdom.

The death and destruction inflicted upon the oppressed Libyan population in the last few days is horrific and the people have shown incredible courage even in the face of terror unleashed by the mercenaries and security personnel.

Meanwhile the following actions by the U.S., UNSC and other nations against Libya is welcome and trial in the international criminal court of Justice against Muammar Gaddafi for crimes against humanity is paramount to deliver justice on the civilian massacre.

U.S. U.K. and other nations claim to have shut down the embassies in Tripoli with staff members evacuated from the city.

UNSC has reportedly imposed arms embargo, travel restrictions and freezing all assets including bank accounts held by Gaddafi and family.

These developments are greatly appreciated.

Nonetheless based on the current news report on the Libyan crisis – The UNSC implementation of ‘NO FLY ZONE’ could no longer be procrastinated for there are too many lives at stake and with the continuous aerial bombing by the power obsessed leader Gaddafi – the delay would be catastrophic.

Furthermore the meeting between President Barack Obama and the UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon is reported to be taking place behind close doors as per CNN news report on date i.e. February 28, 2011 around 1.30P.M. EST.

The news media expressed grievance over the secrecy on the humanitarian issue depriving the press corps from gaining more information through relevant questions in public.

It is a legitimate call by the news media and the U.S. President as well as UN Secretary General honoring the democratic norm on this grave humanitarian matter would be regarded as their commitment to transparency in worldview.

On the sanctions against Libya – economic sanctions commonly hurt the citizens and seldom affect the defiant rulers for they are always well prepared to cope with such situations.

Therefore with the exception of food, medicines and essential items to provide for the people, trade sanctions with direct impact on the leadership would be more effective than the blanket option.

Despite these steps the authoritarian rulers remain determined to challenge the non-violent dissenters proceeding towards Tripoli for ultimate conquest.

Libyan protesters must not lose courage for you are on the verge of making history in the liberation from over four decades of tyranny witnessed in the last four days with immense sacrifices that will not be in vain.

Moreover like Egypt you will set yet another precedence for others in similar situation yearning to unshackle them from generational imprisonment in Middle East and elsewhere.

Muammar Gaddafi has vowed to fight until the imminent end of the autocratic rule.

However the demonstrators must not capitulate to the dwindling flame soon to be extinguished by the peaceful breeze sweeping across the nation.

Please don’t think you are alone for you have the world behind you in the humanitarian cause.

Besides your admirable wits and steel resolve is a formidable threat to the declining despots in Libya and nations alike.

Hence March forward gallantly and seize what always belonged to you – freedom, individual rights and dignified existence long denied by the egomaniacal dictatorial powers.

Message to Gaddafi and henchmen hired by the authoritarian is to refrain from any harm to the approaching peaceful and non-violent rally.

Every single blow to men, women and children whether national or foreign would lead to devastating consequences for the perpetrators.

Muammar Gaddafi and the supporters have an opportunity to surrender for there is no hope to win the losing battle.

As stated earlier the inevitable political transformation is non-negotiable.

The dawn of new beginning cannot be stalled or crushed by use of violence and unscrupulous tactics.

Republic empowerment exemplifying real democracy is to represent the final outcome in the revolution led political uprising.

With respect to Egypt – The caretaker government recent constitutional amendments limiting Presidential term to eight years is praiseworthy and look forward to the transfer of power to civilian rule in the immediate future.

Democrat U.S. Senator Russ Feingold – the Ideal Representative for the State of Wisconsin and USA

The United States Senator Russ Feingold began his political career in 1982 representing the 27th District in the great State of Wisconsin. The Senator was then re-elected to the Wisconsin State Senate in 1986 and 1990.

Subsequently, Senator Russ Feingold expanded the horizon to the United States Senate and served three terms in office since 1992. The Senator is now seeking fourth term to serve the Wisconsin electorate preparing to elect their representative in November 2010.

Prior to moving forward with Senator Russ Feingold’s exemplary record throughout his public service, it’s important to shed light on the Wisconsin electorate.

The people of the great State of Wisconsin have led the nation in many social and political fronts earning the progressive status from the early twentieth century.

In 1921, the Wisconsin State Legislature passed the first equal rights bill in the nation, granting women full equality with men under civil law.

Then created the nation’s first comprehensive statewide primary election apparatus,

Implemented the first effective workplace injury compensation law,

Structuring the first state income tax comprising taxation proportionate to actual earnings,

In every respect, the Senator has prioritized the people and national interest over personal benefits and consistently exemplified his verbal commitments through verifiable actions to the electorate.

Otherwise, Senator Feingold had delivered his campaign promise to his constituents, the democratic base and the nation in all matter from political, economic and social to environment issues.

Senator Russ Feingold has diligently and effectively addressed the electorates’ needs across the political spectrum as a true ‘Maverick,’ in many legislative affairs.

The prominent legislative actions are – campaign finance reform, fair trade policies, conservation and environmental protection, a multilateral foreign policy, Social Security, civil liberties, and wasteful spending.

Senator Russ Feingold emerged the ‘Veteran,’ in legislative measures concerning the veterans serving in Iraq, Afghanistan and the U.S. base around the world.

Having voted against Iraq war, Senator Feingold was the first U.S. Senator to call for troop withdrawal back in August 2005 and proposed complete withdrawal timeline by December 31, 2006.

Finance Reform Act 2010 – Senator Feingold was the only Democrat to oppose the bill based on the loopholes and Wall Street concessions benefiting the bailout recipients in particular with a potential for history repeating itself in the future.

Oddly, the Senate majority sought the Republican Senator Scott Brown’s vote after $19 billion tax exemption to Wall Street instead of meeting the Democrat Senator Feingold’s legitimate request to protect the financial sector from reckless speculations and tax evasions on executive bonus.

Fair Trade Practices – Senator Feingold again demonstrated prudence by extending support to –

“Fair Trade Act,” and not “Free Trade Agreement,” such as NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement).

These practices proved to hurt the American and overseas workers.

A good example being China and the controversial currency adjustment whereby the Yuan or Renminbi is maintained lower than the market determination undermining the trade balance between U.S. and China besides affecting the global economy.

Senator Feingold has been deeply involved in protecting American jobs and continually strived for the poor, the middle class and the disadvantaged workers by introducing and/or participating in legislations to improve American life.

Government Spending – Senator Feingold is also a well-known advocate for reductions in pork barrel spending or earmarks and corporate welfare. Citizens Against Government Waste, the Concord Coalition, and Taxpayers for Common Sense, three nonpartisan organizations dedicated to those causes, have repeatedly commended him.

National deficit has been a major consideration for the Senator and made wise recommendations to contract the alarmingly disproportionate defense budget and other discretionary spending.

Moral and Ethics: Senator Feingold was elected to Congress on a promise not to accept pay increase while in office.

The Senator has so far returned over $50,000 in such raises to the U.S. Treasury.

Further, the Senator is famously frugal in his office spending, and sends back the money that he does not use.

In one six-month period in 1999, for example, his office received $1.787 million in appropriations and returned $145,000, a higher percentage than any other senator.

The Senator made a contract with Wisconsin constituents and kept his word by accepting predominantly grassroots contributions.

Senator Feingold campaign style is parallel to yet another highly respected Democrat Senator the (deceased) Paul Wellstone from Minnesota.

With respect to human rights and civil liberties – Senator Russ Feingold has been a champion in securing the individual liberty and American justice for all.

Senator Feingold voted against the Patriot Act prevalent and vigorously misused until now – The Senator raised strong objection to the provisions in the bill that enabled State infringement upon innocent citizens’ civil liberties.

Similarly, the Senator had profound misgivings on FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) used as a pretext again until now by the federal authorities for illegal wiretapping and spying on American civilians.

Same-Sex Marriage: The Senator has gone to great lengths for the gay community in defending the constitutional right that guarantees equal rights for all. Senator Feingold is on the right side of justice and vehemently favored the position with a public statement –

“Gay and lesbian couples should be able to marry and have access to the same rights, privileges and benefits that straight couples currently enjoy…”

On May 18, 2006, Senator Feingold again made news with his stance on marriage when he walked out of the Senate Judiciary Committee meeting under Chairman Arlen Specter (R-PA at the time) shortly before a vote on a constitutional amendment to ban same-sex marriage.

Evidently, the above facts confirm the remarkable journey by the extraordinary and distinguished statesman with three successful terms in office from the foresighted State of Wisconsin,

With merely four weeks for the midterm election, the electorates in the State of Wisconsin have an awesome responsibility to choose their Senator to represent them in Washington D.C.

Given the Wisconsin progressiveness in all issues, the Republican candidate Ron Johnson is an irony due to the candidate’s bizarre and the diametrically opposite stance on –

The economy, health, environment and social issues.

Republican candidate Ron Johnson is a corporate executive, multi-millionaire with no economic or health care plan except for joining the Republican Congress members to strengthen the ‘Nay’ votes on all issues regardless and pronouncing the Washington political gridlock elevating the American electorates’ frustration and disappointment.

The Corporate CEO has thus far invested a staggering $4.3million from personal wealth and received $1.6 million in other contributions – essentially purchasing the Senate Seat with money power realizing that it could be easily recovered by voting for the ‘special interests’ and violating the Wisconsin constituents trust upon being elected to the Senate.

The Corporate CEO Ron Johnson sided with Catholic Church leaders in opposing a proposed Child Victims Act in testimony before a state Senate committee.

Republican candidate Ron Johnson stands by his January 2010 testimony on the Child Victims Act, which would eliminate the statute of limitations for child abuse victims.

Candidate Johnson said he opposed the Child Victims Act because it could have financially hurt groups like the Scouts.

This testimony is an affirmation to the Republican candidate Ron Johnson’ misplaced priority.

Is the Corporate CEO Ron Johnson ignoring the child victims’ welfare for financial reasons?

When asked about allowing offshore drilling for oil in the Great Lakes,

The Corporate CEO Ron Johnson responded, “We have to get the oil where it is.”

Republican candidate and the Corporate CEO Ron Johnson defended BP in the economic and environmentally catastrophic oil spill.

The Republican candidate Ron Johnson criticized those holding BP responsible for cleaning up the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.

Republican candidate Ron Johnson disclosed that he owns more than $100,000 worth of stock in BP.

Republican candidate Ron Johnson has described scientists who attribute global warming (the current climate change) to man-made causes as “crazy” and the theory as “lunacy.”

As to his opinion on the source of climate change,

Midterm Election 2010 is an opportunity to rebuild the great nation – the United States of America.

From the latest developments it’s clear that Washington is broken and desperately requires citizens’ involvement in governance to restore the renowned American values that remains the basis in attracting many across the globe.

United States is resilient, resourceful and admirably courageous in dealing with any crisis.

It is evident in this great nation’s history for it has weathered the fierce storms and survived even the “Great Depression.”

The people representing the stars and stripes have come forward as one nation and contributed their unique skills in building the United States as the economic engine and a model democracy.

United States is the beacon of light for the entire world and the leadership will continue to provide the necessary guidance to those seeking political, economic and social progress in their domain.

The fall election is crucial to implement the changes that Washington has been deprived due to partisanship and special interests dominance in the legislation.

The political majority and the minority that prioritizes public interest and delivers the campaign promise are worth re-electing.

It predominantly rests with the American electorate in their choice of candidates as their representatives in Washington.

The combined forces such as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce influencing the Supreme Court decision allowing unlimited cash flow in the election campaign together with the political architects determined to distract the electorate through distortion and negative attacks render the democratic elections irrelevant.

Whenever a candidate with no established record or substantive policies to move the nation forward is dependent upon the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and smear campaign, that candidate is unequivocally pledged to the sources behind them and not their constituents.

Their name might be on the ballot but only in theory for the real candidates are the big industries devising the policy and the strategists with the political ideology.

Voter discernment in electing the candidates with proven record and service against those without solutions to any problems could make the desirable change possible.

Congressional Democrats in the House and the Senate have worked extremely hard and are committed to improve the American lives. The selective few Republican members share the credit for their bipartisanship that enabled the recent reforms.

The policies related to ongoing wars contributing to the brave armed forces’ death toll and, the national deficit from the disproportionate defense expenditure with no accountability and transparency have been largely accepted without subjecting the claims to due process.

Public concern and views are disregarded and democracy undermined through propaganda subverting facts to promote the specific agenda.

The abuse of power with little or no respect for the constitutional law and democracy, reckless decisions that led to a bankrupt economy, chaos, death and destruction are minor details as compared to the serious ramifications on the office of Presidency – setting a dangerous precedence for history to repeat itself citing the predecessor’s exemption from law in the land of justice.

Ignoring the warnings on 9/11 attacks and conspicuously neglecting the constitutional duty to protect American lives is a colossal Presidential failure.

Above all, granting immunity to the status is rejecting the constitution set up to safeguard the national interest and the democratic principles that guarantees equal justice.

Accordingly, the nation particularly the United States Congress is obligatory to the 9/11 victims and their families in initiating a thorough investigation in public view with appropriate findings against all those implicated regardless of stature.

Democracy is threatened when the lawmakers become the lawbreakers and decline action against unethical conduct exemplifying discriminatory practice with law being applicable only to the law abiding ordinary citizens but not the powerful absconding the law.

These are truly the trying times for democracy and their representatives in presenting unwavering justice to preserve national security and the rule of law reflecting the fact that no one is above the law.

Massive voter turnout exceeding the 2008 statistics is paramount to overhaul Washington.

Please vote for the democrats so that they can cast their vote in return on legislation addressing the average citizens’ plight.

At the same time, the Republican members have invariably cast ‘Nay’ votes on ‘regular citizens’ issues while some of their colleagues choose abstinence to facilitate special interests victory.

Voting is the basic right denied to a significant population in some parts of the world and the citizens in a democratic society have tremendous chance to reshape the political landscape.

Hence ‘rally America’ to the midterm elections is an important call for all citizens.

Reconfiguration of the U.N.Security Council

Only if the authorities in power – the corporations and the governments alike, in the contemporary world honor the commitment to their people and prioritize the promise to the general population over personal quest for profit, privilege, prestige and politics,

Perhaps, it might be possible to wipe out the global problems such as poverty, disease and war polluting the planet and restore the deep, dark and lovely woods that once used to be the nature’s paradise.

The past week event involving the release of two American journalists – Laura Ling and Euna Lee through high profile diplomacy aided with the former President Bill Clinton’s visit is a confirmation that communication and dialogue can be effective in resolving international crisis.

Congratulations! to President Bill Clinton on the job well done and the American citizens Laura Ling and Euna Lee on the reunion with their respective families. The former Presidents’ expertise and popularity always remains a valuable asset to the nation and the international community.

The world is not a safe place than it was before. In fact, in the nuclear era and arms proliferation – the trading of conventional and modern weaponry particularly the nuclear arsenal is a major threat to global security. It’s not the question of who’s entitled to the possession of new age weapons of mass destruction gauged by the threats materializing into action and the responsible vs. irresponsible nuclear ownership etc.

Whenever there is a hierarchy in terms of quantity and superiority, it foments a possibility for back channel arms race or illicit exchange of the nuclear technology as it is prevalent now. It’s relevant to the recently intercepted cargo shipment allegedly containing nuclear materials from North Korea to yet another brutal regime Burma.

Even though, the recent agreement between the United States and Russia in the arms reduction including the non-proliferation of nuclear warheads is significant due to President Obama’s strategy, the desire among other nations like North Korea and Iran to be a nuclear power is symbolic not to mention the defiance towards the Superpower and the United Nations.

The present volatility in international security stems from the lack of trust and cooperation among the major players in control of the world security and economic prosperity and their undue dominance for five decades yielding the status quo counter-productive. The focus is directly on the United Nations Security Council permanent membership.

U.N.Security Council originally set up with the five nations permanent membership following the major world wars I and II in identification of the role and economic status then, does not synchronize with the present reality.

Besides the poor achievements or the lack thereof on global fronts i.e. economic, political and environmental issues by the exclusive body, the obvious polarization within the P5 or the permanent membership club has been detrimental for the world security and prosperity.

The P5 has demonstrated politics more than delivering solutions on many international crises rendering the United Nations most important component redundant and controversial. The council’s inability in arriving at a consensus on crucial international matters due to predictable action by members exhibiting economic and political clout is strongly indicative of its impotence in the decision making process.

Much to the frustration and disappointment of other big and small nations, the P5 management of genuine global catastrophes ranging from nuclear containment or disarmament to alleviating poverty, hunger and disease has been a miserable failure. Any positive results in the latter attributable to the relentless work by the non-governmental and non-profit organizations funded through private endowments and caring international groups.

Again, not all P5 members meet the criteria primarily based on economic status given the conspicuous shift in the current world economic dynamics. Notwithstanding, the precipitous decline of P5 performance in hosts of issues particularly with respect to North Korea, Iran, Burma and other despot leaderships around the world, unequivocally requiring the urgent expansion of the Security Council from P5 to P11.

Further, the ‘so-called’ P5 and Plus in reference to the western ally Germany as a defacto member of the U.N.Security Council regarded hypocritical by the deserving and true economic powers seeking permanent membership for years only to be declined noting obvious reasons reminiscent of the twentieth century imperialism not in concurrence with the new millennium geo-economic and political setting.

P5’s likely opposition and reluctance to the proposal possibly viewed as a monopoly of the power, thereby unnecessarily creating opportunities for aptly qualified potential members to seek alternatives undermining the P5 course of action in the regional and worldwide issues.

Apart from the Security Council permanent membership enlargement, the U.N. Preamble is due for review and modification in the permanent members’ tenure depending on the member track record to world peace, progress and prosperity. Otherwise, the U.N. Security Council permanent membership no longer set in stones as a guaranteed life-long privilege for the perceived presumptuous players despite them abdicating responsibilities, and voting rights abuse on global matter witnessed until date.

To reiterate, under the new structure, the permanent membership will be strictly merit based and humanitarian objectives attained collectively from the individual member contribution. Non-cooperative members on universal cause viz. defense programs and warfare, environment…disqualified and replaced with other aspirants subject to eligibility conditions.

In light of the true perspective, the new members to the imminent expanded P11 Security council, in addition to the existing ones – United States, United Kingdom, France, Russia and China are:

Brazil, Japan, India, South Africa, Germany and UAE (United Arab Emirates) assuming functions of the permanent council members in the leadership role for the respective regions reflecting diligence and fair representation anchored on promoting regional trade, security, economic prosperity, cultural exchange and eventually nuclear disarmament.

The inevitable expansion in addition to the prevailing U.N. temporary membership on roster allowing other U.N. members to participate in the international resolution to global issues is the only and concrete remedy for the burgeoning arms deal, human rights violation, illegal occupation of lands, economic disparities, natural disasters and last but not the least global warming.

As stated above, the five members council neither adequately represents nor addresses the growing demands by the rest of the world in terms of political, economic, energy, social, cultural, and environmental challenges.

Therefore, it is incumbent on the United Nations to pursue the proposal set forth for immediate reorganization of the Security Council irrespective of the five members dissent or approval in accordance with the new world order.

Reconfiguration of the Security Council would provide positive outcome with majority voting
in favor of curbing international threats and terrorism, nuclear non-proliferation leading to disarmament by all nations, economic prospects, and political stability by liberating occupied lands as well as containing if not eliminating miseries in the impoverished regions of the world.

The recommended action targeted towards power and responsibility sharing among other economic and democratic/progressive nations rather than the continuation of twentieth century dominance proven ineffective in advancing the humanitarian rights and goals.

Finally, Congratulations are in order for the new member nations to the Security Council –

Brazil, Japan, India, South Africa, Germany and UAE (United Arab Emirates)

Appropriately representing the continents/regions considering their contributions to the world economic, political and international security.

July 4th is a memorable day for all Americans to cherish the freedom of choice in every respect as citizens of this great nation.

The American society not only celebrates freedom like most free nations across the world but also strives to liberate those deserving equality no matter where they belong.

The President’s inspiring call to serve humanity on this day resonates with the patriots’ decision to pledge their valuable resources that enabled the Independence Day commemorated with joy through spectacular fireworks decorating the night.

The courageous troops in harm’s way protecting the freedom rejoiced by many on this day of Independence remain in most citizens’ thoughts and prayers all year around.

American freedom is the envy of the world, however regretfully the citizens’ privacy as well as civil liberties compromised in the past and present time with the wiretapping and monitoring private citizens’ communication by NSA warrantless surveillance in the wake of national security – a scapegoat in the divisive matter.

Freedom is a precious gift not possessed by all. There are millions on earth desperately seeking choices in life and often deprived of fundamental rights. While, in the land of the free and the home of the brave – freedom sometimes taken for granted with respect to the second amendment or the fourth amendment exhibiting excessive firepower figuratively and otherwise.

In view of the status quo related to citizens’ safety and privacy, freedom exercised with care and humanitarian concern is an ideal guide to those aspiring to be free.

The happiness from the Fourth of July legacy will continue to flow beyond expectations and shared by those dependent upon the leader of the free world for life honored with independent will.

Presidential Race 2008 – Grand Finale

The Presidential race is finally nearing end with the nation in the process of electing their 44th President of this great country, The United States of America.

The representation of all party candidates is on the ballot and they have all presented their election manifestos to the electorate.

The decision lies in the hands of the voters to make the right choice.

While the entire world’s eyes set on this election due to its significance and the historic nature, the weight of the world indeed, rests on the American electorate.

Therefore, my plea to every citizen fortunate enough to exercise the fundamental right in a democracy is to cast his or her ballot on this Election Day and be part of history.

As stated earlier in my previous blog postings, like all elections, there are relevant differences between the candidacies for the senate, congressional and Presidential race.

It is equally important to pay attention to various “Propositions” presented in lieu of “Referendum” in democratic elections.

Our nation has suffered enormously in the past eight years.

The wound is fresh and requires time for the healing process.

The only way to expedite recovery is by making the right choices in all of the above races.

As much as I would like to remain bipartisan on this day in terms of encouraging all citizens to vote for their respective candidates and issues, I am also obligated to guide the nation in the right direction of peace, progress and prosperity for all.

It is my honorable duty and specific purpose of this life to fulfill the responsibilities towards not only the citizens of the United States but the entire world.

With all due respect, to the Republican Party candidates Senator John McCain and Gov. Sarah Palin and all other third party candidates listed in the http://www.politics1.com/p2008.htm, I appreciate their interests and patriotism to serve this great nation.

However, when compared to the specifics of the policies,

And the real possibility of achieving the goals to uplift our nation from all of the crises,

The Democratic candidacy represented by Senator Barack Obama and Senator Joe Biden seems far more realistic and attainable.

Therefore, I urge the electorate to cast their ballot for Obama/Biden candidacy that is not only hopeful but also seriously committed to this country and the entire world in great many respects.

I take this opportunity and wish all the candidates in the Republican and the third party my very best wishes on this Election Day.

It is important for the voters to realize that our nation has to climb a steep hill with enormous burden of debt and many crises on our back.

There is no time to rest and pause but only to reflect on the failures of the current administration and restrain from re-election of the choice resembling and representing the present government.

The electoral process should not be wasted or gambled away for trial and error as in the past i.e. 2000 and 2004.

Unfortunately, the stakes are too high and there is no time or space to maneuver once decided on this date, with another opportunity becoming available only in four years time.

The Obama/Biden candidacy focused on resolving issues with clear solutions and sincere commitment is the right choice for the country experiencing the most difficult economic times, social, political, environmental problems in the national and international fronts.

Both Senator Barack Obama and Senator Joe Biden offer dynamic leadership brimming with confidence, determination, zeal, enthusiasm, honesty, integrity and above all sound strategies for the present national and international situations.

The term “change” has been the theme of the Presidential race.

In all fairness and propriety, the actual agent who initiated and overwhelmingly enforced this message of “Change” is none other than, the Senator from the State of Illinois, Senator Barack Obama.

In fact, Senator Barack Obama truly believed in his heart that the country desperately needed to change its course and felt the urgency to implement the method in this election.

Undoubtedly, all candidates worked hard tirelessly in this campaign and dealt with compliments and criticisms alike from all sides.

Senator Barack Obama introduced new mechanism and demeanor in this political campaign.

For most part, Senator Obama had to fight tenacious battles to reach the finish line during the Democratic Primary election and then in the general election as well.

Senator Barack Obama displayed a decorum seen unlike before.

Throughout the decision making process in this election, Senator Barack Obama has come across as a leader with an ability to sail through rough seas with a calm composure and reliable in reaching the shore safely.

Despite several negative attacks, innuendoes, divisive politics, Senator Barack Obama maintained an impressive personality to accept not only his own mistakes but also others as part of human nature.

As stated earlier, being infallible is not in human condition.

Senator Obama and Senator Biden, despite the unfortunate Gaffes proved their ability to rise to the occasion and demonstrate leadership qualities essential to lead the nation in the right direction.

The reason behind our current national status is due to the lack of strong leadership in dealing with any challenges and crisis.

Placing emphasis on these characteristics is all-important when choosing a leader of a powerful nation that has the responsibility to lead the entire world.

The United States of America is on its knees with insurmountable debt, tarnished image and severe credibility crisis.

The current administration’s reckless policies and lack of chivalry in the governance of the democratic nation is responsible for the present status.

None of us can afford to let the nation sink in the treacherous sea of debt and destruction through on-going wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

It takes a nation to elect a leader, the President of the United States, the “Superpower” now and in the future.

I urge every citizen from all the great states of The United States:
