This time in Southern State, Texas reportedly claimed at least 70 innocent lives and 100 or more hurt in the incident.

The blast follows earlier explosions less than a week ago in New England area – Boston, Massachusetts during Boston Marathon resulting in 3 casualties and many wounded including explosives rocking JFK Presidential library and museum.

The dawn of twenty first century was inaugurated with terrorism on American soil.

The pre-meditated and coordinated 9/11 attack determined in the Project for New American Century (PNAC) dossier calling for earth shattering event in semblance with “Pearl Harbor catastrophe’ to be used as premise to implement diabolical agenda listing many oil rich and strategically important Islamic nations in Middle East and elsewhere.

The terror act on September 11, 2001 is historic considering the heinous crime against humanity was carried out with political, military and intelligence apparatus massive collusion in the United States.

Not to mention their so-called allies self-proclaimed unparalleled sleuths viz. Mossad, MI5 and MI6 networking with post Soviet Union KGB…other than Pakistan’s ISI and military selective personnel on CIA payroll apparently could not avert disaster.

The irony is United States expansive military bases around the world approximately 1000 of them in major country to island nations are set up under the guise of providing top-notch security to the host country.

Meanwhile, citizens in the United States were subjected to horrific terrorism in the 9/11 assault on political power, military might not barring 5000 nuclear arsenals in possession, CIA and FBI watch allowing more than 3000 Americans and many foreign nationals tragic deaths on that single day.

The hegemony controlled media and press corps until today continues to insult human intelligence with the far-fetched and convoluted version of 9/11 asserting some cave dwelling militancy in remote terrain of Afghanistan headed by CIA created and paid former mujahidin Osama Bin Laden hired few Muslim operatives armed with box cutters and successfully hijacked United States commercial airliners razing the twin towers in the World Trade Capital, New York City.

Furthermore, the dramatized script subscribes to terrorists audacious move against United States military headquarters Pentagon simultaneously on September 11, 2011 rendering Superpower United States completely defenseless and vulnerable to fugitive Osama Bin Laden and al-Qaeda – U.S and Israel owned agency.

The distortion and subversion of 9/11 events in the face of substantiated facts and adequate evidences pointing in United States, Israel, Saudi Arabia and Britain’s direction as main protagonists although other members of cabal complicity displayed in being oblivious to pre-organized calculated massacre exacerbates humanity suffering world over.

Another interesting factor – United States invaded Afghanistan and not Saudi Arabia ignoring their claim that terrorists involved in 9/11 were of Saudi origin.

The allegation on Osama Bin Laden as 9/11 mastermind somehow did not necessitate the U.S. authority to apprehend the prime suspect during FBI visits post 9/11 to check on ailing al-Qaeda leader in Rawalpindi, Pakistan and soon after in Dubai, UAE.

On another occasion amid Afghanistan brutal war in 2001, U.S. armed forces request for executive order from ex-President George W. Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney and former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld to capture or kill Osama Bin Laden upon finding the alleged 9/11 terror chief in Tora Bora was declined generously sparing the value target freedom.

Subsequently capitalizing on 9/11 calamity in political and monetary terms the illegal invasions and occupation of Afghanistan is ongoing restricting progress in that nation.

The onslaught on Iraq in March 2003 using weapons of mass deception maximizing United States, Britain and coalition military potential unleashed actual weapons of mass destruction (WMD) in the form of depleted uranium on Iraqi population with generational impact.

United States, Israel, Britain and other western powers in alliance with Gulf States bankrolled macabre warfare prolonged in the second decade under supposedly democrat administration through al-Qaeda and affiliate al-nusra terror groups in proxy wars in Libya, Syria and Mali.

Notwithstanding drone strikes escalation in Pakistan, Somalia and Yemen in particular exhibit sense of entitlement to kill at will rejecting civilian death toll.

Not excluding in this context series of shooting as well as bombing incidents in United States and overseas covered up as classified information or invariably the crimes occur as suicide mission leaving no individual for interrogation or corroboration.

The spate of violence with assault weapons in high profile Sandy Hook elementary school to the latest trend – bombings in Boston Marathon and Texas fertilizer plant replicate 9/11 false flag operation.

The detainees in Guantanamo Bay held in indefinite detention are scapegoat to protect real perpetrators of September 11, crime.

Despite diverse perspectives on recurring shootings and bombings in the United States,

United States having been the first victim in the ‘war on terror’ agenda with 9/11 attacks on American soil carried out in massive collusion i.e. on political leaderships, military might and intelligence watch apparently continues to maintain the tradition to justify the unjustifiable strategy to terrorize American population.

Evidently, the trend established worldwide through drone strikes preying on young and vulnerable civilians alongside proxy wars hiring al-Qaeda and affiliates al-nusra terror networks in Syria, earlier in Libya and now in Mali conducted with impunity at American taxpayers expense.

Since the tragic shooting in Sandy Hook elementary school, Connecticut – the spate of violence that has claimed many American lives prompts independent investigation to end preventable criminal activities in succession.

Norway is mourning the loss of innocent lives in the twin terror that shocked the capital Oslo and Utoya island in the city proximity on July 22, 2011.

The bomb blast in the government headquarters in Oslo followed by the shooting spree at the Labor youth camp on the island has claimed 76 lives and left many injured.

Norwegians have shown extraordinary courage and reacted to the horrific event with calm and solidarity.

The peace loving Nordic nation’s dignified response to an individual act is a fine example of demonstrating humanitarian quality that truly represents the innate human nature.

Despite the fear and tragedy in the unexpected violence caused by the single entity’s misguided belief,

The government and people decision to reject acrimony in favor of harmony is remarkable upholding democratic values and principles,

But not compromising on security and proactive measures to deter recurring incidents in the future.

Honorable Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg message promoting peace and unity alongside distinguished Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Stoere and esteemed dignitaries of the monarchy, Crown Prince Haakon attending memorial service in the World Islamic Mission Mosque in Oslo on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 provides exemplary guidance to society in their commitment to non-violence and diversity – the essence of natural creation enriching the beauty of life.

Notions deflecting from reality often misleads human mind triggering deeply regrettable actions with irreversible outcome when it involves fatalities and painful consequences for those engaged in such crimes.

The financial capital Mumbai, India was once again targeted with bomb blasts on July 13, 2011 resulting in civilian casualties and injured victims notwithstanding public frustration over repeat attacks emanating from serious security lapse in the nation’s commercial center.

Whenever terrorism leaves footprints, the trail leads to easy access of materials used to detonate bombs and live ammunitions in the open market.

The intelligence failure including lack of coordination among the national and foreign intelligentsia also contributes to terror activities in the technological era.

As stated above, the stockpiles availability through defense industry channels facilitates terrorism that otherwise would be hard to emerge causing immense human suffering.

The terror networks presence in Pakistan and elsewhere further confirms the unsuccessful global war on terror despite trillions of U.S. taxpayer dollars spent in pursuing the terror groups over a decade.

Political will and military decision to replace combat forces with peace keeping personnel to promote economic development and political stability in the war torn regions would substantially impact terror recruitment enabling the local and disenfranchised population to be productive in the respective society.

Terrorism is a by-product of ill-informed and dejected citizens deprived of fair economic opportunities, political rights and social justice.

Terror operatives utilize the disadvantaged demography to convey their political objectives with no regard for life creating perpetual violence and social discord.

Authorities could infiltrate the operation with effective non-violent strategies rewarding terror plot informants to deter attacks and involve civilian vigilance in addition to law enforcement officers deployment.

Terror alerts as precursor in preparing for potential assault would be credible upon preventing frequent incidents in massive scale and the vulnerable cities like Mumbai as well as other metropolitan areas that are continually attacked could benefit from widespread monitoring in all fronts – air, land and sea,

Above all, nations bear responsibility in extraditing terror assailants for trials in the inflicted domains without granting them impunity for political reasons.

In the absence of comprehensive cohesion among nations fighting terror, the individual aspirations would remain a monumental task producing false sense of invincibility for the relatively inferior terror establishments.

Unified forces against terror sources would permanently dismantle terror camps and bring lasting relief to the world.

The state and central government pledge to curb such explosions in Mumbai and other parts of the country would be sound when public safety is not compromised at any level arising from broken chain link in communication and implementation process.

Adequate funding for national security also boosts precautionary measures against terrorism.

Compensation to victims’ families is helpful but defending nationals from falling prey to violence is nation’s priority.

The ruling and opposition power concerted actions in this respect would strengthen national defense.

With heartfelt condolences to victims’ families on the loss of precious lives, prayers offered on the mournful event July 13, 2011 for the departed souls to rest in peace along with rapid recovery of those hurt in the horrific crime against humanity.

Human Tragedy

Condolences to the families mourning the loss of life from different tragic events.

The recent train crash in West Bengal, India with reportedly 61 people dead in the accident is regrettable.

In other incidents, terrorism taking toll on human life is the norm in certain parts of the world.

The bomb blasts in July 2010 alone has claimed many innocent lives –

Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran…in July 2010 is worthy of condemnation as often the civilians are the victims in the terror related violence.

Freedom along with social and economic opportunities would substantially deter the terror recruitment among the desolate youth population hired for committing horrendous crime against their fellow humans.

Evidently, the citizens in these regions unanimously favor the divestments from prolonged wars towards social and economic development.

Peaceful resolutions focused on economic progress would enormously benefit everyone involved in the global terrorism era.

Terror networks successfully engage the impoverished segment of the population under the pretext of improving their life and the lack of education among the terror recruits is a huge advantage to them.

Accordingly, the militants and the terror organizations regularly attack schools and the educational institutions to deprive the youth from proper education.

Investments in drones, bombs and sophisticated artillery thus far might have eliminated the crucial targets. However, terrorism never dissipates despite the relentless military intervention due to the underlying hindrances in human existence.

Besides participation in the governance through democratic process, the overwhelming majority in these nations seek basic requirements such as clean drinking water, healthy environment to live in modest conditions enabled by agriculture and industrial growth .

Unless these issues are addressed effectively which is not possible by a dysfunctional government, the terror networks will continue to exist as a parallel governing authority holding the people hostage to their violent agenda.

Empowering people with necessary economic and human rights is the best alternative to the military options that are increasingly alienating the local population from the Western interests.

Perhaps, the nations combating terrorism could consolidate their resources and aim to alleviate the suffering through peaceful means.

U.S. and Russia Nuclear Arms Reduction Treaty

The world’s nuclear prolific nations, U.S and Russia agreed to sign a long overdue nuclear weapons treaty or the strategic arms reduction treaty (S.T.A.R.T) reportedly to reduce the warhead arsenals by one-third with the possibility to lead the international community towards a complete nuclear disarmament.

It’s a phenomenal step towards peace and a path to a nuclear free environment.

The U.S. President Barack Obama and the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev deserve praise for the courage reflected in their action against the potent threat to global security in the twenty first century.

Without a shadow of doubt, the leaderships’ initiative is a cornerstone for the NPT (Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty) conferences in the immediate future.

I hope that other nuclear nations would follow suit with their rivals and earnestly strive to depart from the nuclear era.

There is also an urgent need to address the conventional arms race alongside the nuclear proliferation.

If the industrialized and the developed nations prioritize the defense budget divestment to socio-economic development in the domestic and foreign policy,

It would not only expedite the economic recovery but also spearhead the necessity to alleviate hunger, poverty and disease among the poorest nations.

War spending and national security against terrorism consumes enormous proportion in the fiscal budget and the peace efforts in every possible dimension could promote the required economic, social and political progress in the vulnerable regions of the world.

Besides, the volatility experienced globally could be eliminated with the troops withdrawal from Iraq and Afghanistan as well as the U.S. military base overseas.

In addition, transforming the military aid to an economic assistance in Yemen and countries alike is guaranteed to detract the potential recruits targeted by the terror networks.

Further, the improvement in economic conditions is directly related to renunciation of violence.

The global terrorism is attributed to economic plight, social injustice and political instability.

Therefore, any incremental positive measures in the nuclear front and traditional warfare is immensely beneficial to humanity.

Bilateral approach between the nuclear powers, U.S and Russia and their perseverance in the denuclearization including the civilian nuclear program abandonment would deter the controversial Iranian nuclear crisis from worsening.

Moreover, it would set precedence for other nuclear states to adopt similar strategies – resulting in a multilateral decision for a peaceful future.

Another poignant element being, the foreseeable consensus in the nuclear matter removes the obstacles for the clean renewable energy resources desirable to resolve the climate change issue confronting the earth population.

In fact, the U.S. – Russian pact is a great new beginning for a better world.

Evidently, the affluent and luxury venues like five star hotels, railway station, movie theaters and restaurants have been the major targets.

What are unusual about this particular sinister activity are simultaneous, synchronized attacks against innocent civilians in prime public locations and their entry via major as well as the busiest port Mumbai, India.

The militants to reinforce the message of terror have taken hostage several hotel guests and staff members.

Hence, the military and law enforcement authorities are currently negotiating to free the hostages.

It is noteworthy; the terrorist attacks aim the financial center or the economic hub of the nations in different parts of the world.

Their agenda is to paralyze the economy of the nations they attack whether it is New York City, London, Tel Aviv or Mumbai.

These megalomaniacs are not only delusional in their belief about their mission and consequences…

They also drive the vulnerable, gullible and predominantly Muslim youth population in carrying out such horror.

Their continual global attacks have enabled them to hijack the otherwise peaceful religion of Islam.

The dominance over psyche of young minds and fundamentalism is not prescribed by religion.

Amazing feature of terrorism is the glorification of heinous crime against humanity as an act of marvel, almost self-promoting the status to that of Supreme force of the universe.

He is considered by Muslims to be the best human moral example, the best man to follow.

If you thought you were delivering a message with the current attack in Mumbai, India you have volunteered for your own destruction,

All expressions of servitude to Allah, including the pursuit of knowledge, living a pious life,
