The world is battling corona virus and Indian government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Hindutva BJP engaged in misplaced priorities leaving the 1.3 billion population oppressed and suppressed in political, economic and social problems.

Now in the worst global pandemic New Delhi Central authority deprive the overwhelming majority the desperately needed economic and health emergency relief to survive and overcome the crises.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s extravagant indulgence splurging ordinary Indian taxpayers hard earned money to construct a new Parliament House seizing funds from Defense budget and abandoning corona virus containment that has alarmingly exploded in Narendra Modi’s home state Gujarat and the northern region appropriately merit public scrutiny.

India’s middle class, the lower income together with the poorest of the poor in particular are confronted with economic and health apocalypse under the present administration of PM Narendra Modi.

Amid extreme health challenges and excruciating economic conditions hurting the entire nation at large, PM Narendra Modi’s government emulating China in unwanted and unnecessary territorial disputes especially with a friendly conciliatory neighbor, the Himalayan state, Nepal on Lipu Lekh – the road that leads to Sacred Mount Kailash and Holy Lake Manasarovar attracting pilgrims and followers of God Shiva from India, Nepal and worldwide is Indian government’s political maneuver to deflect public attention from burgeoning issues in the domestic front. 

The landlocked Himalayan State, Nepal for better or worse located between two neighbors India and China continues to face assertive and even aggressive territorial annexations from either side in recent memory.

Any nation deemed powerful on military, geographical, political and economic basis targeting anyone presumed little, weak and vulnerable in size and strength is a sign of contraction for the former underestimating serious repercussions in exerting dominance. History is testament to the fact. 

The world has come a long way and in the present time experiencing seismic shift in turn of events as a result of repeat mistakes and egregious involvement by those having presumptuously assumed dominance over others as their given right and entitlement.

Notwithstanding Karmic effects in correcting the wheel of justice to represent truth and fairness in all matter. 

Nepal is a nation committed towards secular, peaceful and diplomatic means to resolve issues of any kind with neighbors big and small in any dimension. However, the same are yet to be demonstrated by either India or China increasingly competing with one another in undermining neighboring states sovereignty and territorial integrity creating multifaceted potential quagmire.

Nepal is a country proudly situated in the foothills of Himalayas, the heavenly abode of God Shiva and the pilgrimage to Mt.Kailash is a major revenue source for the Himalayan State whose population heavily depend on seasonal tours and treks providing employment and business opportunity to the otherwise economically struggling developing nation.

Big countries facilitating growth and development in other nations without hegemonic interests and territorial aspirations would deliver mutual prospects rather than overpowering them with unacceptable occupation and invasion of their sovereign territory.

India under Prime Minister Narendra Modi driven by hardline political and fundamentalist ideology steering the nation towards undesirable trail proved not beneficial in improving bilateral and multilateral relations in the region near and far. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government focus on mitigating the rapid spread of corona virus saving and protecting lives leaving none behind in the immediate calamity along with executing meaningful effective economic plans and urgently required financial package, monetary assistance to all states and union territories in India is the hour of need.

Finally, no nation regardless of status could arbitrarily claim territorial rights with voluntary investment in other nation’s infrastructure premised on political and hegemonic goals denying the original state sovereignty to disputed territory.

The irreversible sovereign rights of victim nations apply to all situations dealing with active and passive territorial possessions by countries through force and coercion taking undue advantage of the respective positions in the geopolitical landscape.

Accordingly the contested territory Lipu Lekh and any other sovereign boundary and border of the Himalayan State Nepal in South Asia in dispute with India and China to be solemnly recognized as Nepal’s geographical domain in compliance to respecting territorial integrity of sovereign nations in the world.

The UN body set up for public health management as the name suggests i.e. World Health Organization (WHO) miserably failed on corona virus containment. The director general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus earlier statements at corona virus outbreak in Wuhan, China in adherence to China Communist Party’s instructions underestimating the virus rapid contagion impact describing the epidemic in Wuhan at that time as not alarming contributed to status quo.

Furthermore, the WHO  position at that time was the corona virus had no human to human transmission and advised against travel ban that essentially transformed the local epidemic in Wuhan, China into global pandemic.

World Health Organization funded to exercise independent authority without submitting to any pressure or accepting incentives from anywhere for personal and vested interests adopting reverse approach allowing corona virus explosion is not a minor error that could be ignored on political correctness and other meaningless explanations provided in defense.

The international body erring right at the beginning, the critical juncture demanding precautionary measures and swift actions to save lives and prevent pervasive infection slighted with no after thought on such grave stance.  Needless to say, WHO cooperation echoing China’s leadership (CCP) version and interpretation of the highly infectious virus as not a threat to humanity considering previous epidemics like H1N1, SARS and MERS…with preceding ones in communicable disease having originated in China and MERS from Saudi Arabia was a colossal mistake that erupted into ravaging pandemic consuming lives necessitating global economic shutdown costing more lives and livelihoods as a result of the deadly virus.

The loss of precious lives and agony experienced by victims and families in the health disaster from corona virus is not an ordinary plight. The economic toll leaving billions around the world in poverty, hunger and starvation not to mention the global economic collapse creating insurmountable uncertainties and immeasurable financial difficulties is a monumental challenge confronting citizens worldwide.

In normal and abnormal situations anywhere, an employee in any sector and industry conscientiously at fault would not continue with the job and neither be encouraged to carry on with the affairs where responsibility flouted in the first place causing tremendous health and economic tragedies only expected to prolong until unknown period.

That being the case, anyone appointed with salary, perks and privileges at the helm entrusted with a serious task of health management and global citizens well being assuming the duty for granted with decisions based on China Communist Party leadership (CCP) recommendations covering up facts and figures amid avalanche of incidents in the then epicenter Wuhan, China bare evidence.  The diligence, prudence and vigilance abstinence at the crucial moment proved catastrophic for the entire world is not something to be taken on stride and left behind as a bad dream especially when the dream has evolved into a living nightmare for many all around.

Although, those in position of power and authority maintaining close ties with entities flexing influence are exempt from accountability, the tradition exacerbate human frustration and patience on fundamental change holding none above law in all matter.

In this respect, World Health Organization Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus investing complete faith and trust in China Communist Party (CCP) narratives releasing official reports contradictory to pandemic events in the original domain rather than the autonomous World Health Organization (WHO) conducting own investigation examining ground reality in Wuhan, China amount to misleading, misguidance and gross negligence in handling the pandemic.

The global pandemic inflicting deaths and destruction of lives in the magnitude beyond sustainability and economic injustice affecting billions in epic proportion appropriately seek the resignation of Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus from heading the World Health Organuzation effective immediately.

World Health Organization sharing the woes of alleged corruption and lack of transparency in many aspects overhauling the structure and prevailing in the scrutiny on international oversight representing common citizens not elite members in the panel is paramount to gain public confidence in the otherwise ethically fractured auspices.

As for China, the Communist Party leaderships in Beijing are obligatory to humanity at large in presenting actual data and accounts on corona virus since emergence up until now in addition to deploying strict quality control on functionality and effectiveness of medical supplies and equipment shipped to various destinations around the globe.

Last but not the least, the Central authority in Beijing arguably hit with libel suits for withholding vital information on corona virus triggering ripple effects on global health and economy heeding citizens urgent needs and emergency care within China abandoning secrecy and intolerance to whistle blowers  in medical community would enormously help in mitigating the unprecedented health and economic crises.

Is that true? Do you need to be a dictatorship to handle a killer virus?

The answer is explicit NO.

It is not the dictatorship containing the virus.

It was the dictatorship in Beijing, China that contributed the virus evolving into global pandemic.

The appeasers promoting authoritarianism, totalitarian regimes, despots and dictatorships worldwide for narcissistic interests and mega profiteering are responsible for billions of population to remain prisoners in their homeland denied basic freedom, individual, political, civil and voting rights.

Oligarchy governance and special interests reining control over political and economic decisions in a democracy or any other form of government care less about human rights record of any nation involved in abusing citizens with torture, confinement in concentration camps, wiping civilization and culture to list a few among diverse inhumane practices while others espousing fundamentalist radical ideology using religion as pawn to oppress and occupy nations or impose undemocratic doctrine on segments within society on world watch is the norm with humanity conditioned to accept the status quo as irreversible condition. 

The corporate character prioritizing phenomenal profits over people to suit their specific economic goals and lofty financial gains is desensitized to the demise of moral consciousness within and around the sphere. Not to mention the Soul deprived of any peace in living and death for every one of them. 

The multinational corporations with manufacturing base, products assembly and distribution from China and other investment firms in the United States, Europe and elsewhere enhancing China’s economic and political clout have little or no concern on the dynamics of their capital investments in China strengthening authoritarianism diminishing any hope of freedom for people in China, the Uighur Muslims in Xinjiang province experiencing brutal exile, the pro-democracy movement in Hong Kong bleeding over the last eighteen months and longer or for that matter the long oppressed Tibet silenced with military boots in every nook and corner of the plateau and last but not the least Taiwan undermined on domestic and international policy for not in compliance with Beijing’s One nation two systems exerting authority over an independent sovereign state.

As for China’s neighbors beginning with the land locked Himalayan nation Nepal, India in the north eastern borders with China, Japan, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines combined dealing with constant incursions and territorial disputes in South China Sea is the biggest dilemma in South and South East Asia.

Now the question for United States Capitalists Socialism (bailing out large corporations and finance sector with taxpayers funds) maintaining close ties with China’s Communist Capitalism is;

What would it take for these multinational Conglomerate to recognize their direct involvement in the above cited human rights violations, iron fist rule in China with zero tolerance to any form of democratic activism, exploitation of work force and now the world brought under economic recession through global pandemic originating in Wuhan, Hubei province in China deploying aggressive tactics in suppressing the outbreak of the deadly contagion virus?

Starting with Tesla co-founder Elon Musk latest project undertaking attracting USD $1.3 billion from four China owned banks in China with the construction of factory in Shanghai, China to produce Tesla electric cars for sales in China, United States and world over is just one example among many in China’s magnetic influence over United States and European private as well as public sector.

Similarly, the world’s biggest online marketplace Amazon delivering merchandise with Made in China label directly or indirectly produced from China choosing to remain oblivious in the entire health crisis is deeply disappointing especially when at least eight or so Amazon employees in fulfillment centers across the United States join the SARS COV2 viz. the corona virus victim profile. Amazon was quick to rebuke a Delaware college student in the United States slamming the student with $3,800 fine on a $60 text book she had loaned and returned just four days late. Amazon reportedly refunded the student  after the incident made public quoting the same as ‘an isolated error.’

The absence of any remarks from major retailers like Amazon, Walmart and those in different economic sectors having stronghold in China’s economy facilitated by consumers and tax payers in the United States and other parts of the world in the globalized economy clarify the state of affairs leaving the global population vulnerable to Globalists prerogatives and discretion on mismanagement of health, economic and environment disasters.

On the political front, the different standards adopted such as severe economic sanctions against certain nations like Iran declined relief from trade embargo in the height of corona virus battle consuming lives at an alarming rate with western sanctions exacerbating Iranian victims and families plight in the emergency situation is against humanitarian value deserving condemnation.

In contrast, western powers partnering with China in every possible way from China being a member of G20, World Trade Organization (WTO), China granted most favored nation status (MFN) renewed by every administration republican and democrat alike in the White House and China also a permanent member of United Nations Security Council with veto power.

China on roster heading UNSC in the current month refusing to discuss the global pandemic is least surprising and other P5+1 members complacency in this regard confirms the importance or the lack there of on human lives amongst those wielding power in the global domain.

Regardless, indifference towards Iranian citizens and others sharing the western economic sanctions woes amid combating the deadly contagion virus and likewise slighting China’s 1.4 billion population and the rest enduring the Communist regime’s oppression in and around China categorically highlight the policy designed to punish people in the world over in western powers conflicting positions against nations to suit their exclusive aspirations in the geopolitical and global economic landscape.

Beginning with United States, given the surge on affected cases nationwide including U.S. territories, President Donald Trump administration and Congress bipartisanship latest actions are welcome and hopefully alleviate the economic woes confronting millions of Americans in workforce and others facing dire financial situation in the wake of COVID-19 preventable pandemic.

The White House along with defense department coming forward with diverse strategies to ease the overwhelming burden on the health care system in combating the virus is a positive step that could save lives and contain the virus.

President Donald Trump having invoked the Defense production act with congressional approval reminiscent of the Korean war, the crucial medical supplies protecting health care workers in the front line of this pandemic is paramount enabling private companies in the United States to manufacture and supply them for immediate use that could significantly boost medical care and treatment while reducing casualties from the virus.

United States Congress members in the House and Senate coordination in passing the emergency care package for COVID-19 victims and families as well as Americans at individual to Small Business ownership already feeling the pain from necessary confinement at home to overcome the health crisis is a meaningful response in the hour of great economic distress.

Needless to say, health care workers in the United States and worldwide working round the clock together with volunteers deserve immense appreciation and acknowledgment for their dedication to help COVID-19 patients’ recovery.

Similarly, the medical research on vaccine and effective drugs to address the rapidly spreading virus is a tremendous engagement that could break the cycle and provide much required medical intervention now and in the future.

In other parts of the world, the governments initiatives in protecting the population through travel restrictions, closing schools, colleges and cancellation of public events is the appropriate measure to prevent the virus contagion effect.

However there are some reports like in India, the most densely populated northern state Uttar Pradesh BJP government plans to organize major religious festive activity in the coming weeks i.e. early April amid COVID-19 outbreak that has affected India as well regardless of the figure being higher or lower is irresponsible and disappointing as any form of close public contacts and gathering proved to exacerbate the current challenge.

Accordingly, the political leaderships and heads of the states from local to national level understanding the consequences of such mass participation adversely affecting large segments leading to community infection is important and prohibit activities expected to aggravate and protract the pandemic.

As for citizens worldwide dealing with this global pandemic, strict adherence to health safety features on limiting social meetings, personal hygiene such as washing hands with soap and sanitizers to safeguard personal health and well-being that would in return deescalate the viral transmission is critical in the battle against the pandemic.

Individual efforts by following health experts advise and recommendations in minimizing the spread of the disease is the clarion call on stymieing the virus.

The grim reality is the economic downturn in the face of shut down for middle and lower income groups in any country not barring the developed nation like United States despite the government stimulus package again only organized in fewer countries and that too not guaranteed to adequately cope with the economic constraints confronting the world.

Poorest of the poor and others up to the middle class do not have the luxury like the rich and super wealthy in any society to live on their accumulated wealth and extraordinary assets until the crisis is laid to rest.

The employers and businesses arguably cannot afford to retain employees indefinitely in the absence of productivity, sales and consumption normally fueling the economy. Obviously collective responsibility in all frontiers especially enhancing medical supplies and respiratory equipment like ventilators and virus testing kits etc. is the priority in health aspects besides prudent economic planning and financial restructure facilitating liquidity and solvency of different industries with a major focus on workers in the service industry like restaurants, retailers, transportation and an array of economic complexity instrumental in running the economic engine is absolutely vital to overcome the current catastrophe.

Whenever calamity hits the shores, the nation’s ability and capacity is tested reflecting on the utilization of resources at disposal or the lack thereof revealing the path to pursue in mitigating disaster such as the prevalent deadly virus.

The poignant lesson form COVID-19 proliferation is the world unprepared to tackle cataclysmic events in epic proportion due to tunnel vision exclusively on nuclear armament, cyber attacks and terrorism attracting disproportionate allocation of national budget discarding the essential investment in health hazards management and relevantly preparedness to rise to the occasion upon being subject to a viral tsunami such as the potent COVID-19.

Universal solidarity emanating from individual perseverance in every citizen in every part of the globe in preventable course practicing stringent methods in compliance with public health safety instructions and governments prompt decisive actions towards health and economic assistance to all citizens transcending statehood and nationality is fundamental to expedite patients recovery and reining on the life consuming virus.

Once again, since this crisis is pervasive with the virus not being selective in choosing hosts, the health and economic toll definitely impact all. As a result, it is the duty of every adult citizen to be responsible and guide the younger as well as aid the elderly in the family and community to do everything possible in defeating the global pandemic without losing more lives and further economic decline.

Above all, government transparency in data on virus victims, deaths and possible suspects not excluding Asymptomatic carriers are imperative to evaluate the actual threat in a particular territory, region and the world at large.

Corona virus COVID-19 has brought the world under lock down claiming lives, affecting thousands in different parts of the world and paralyzing the global economy. Politics and political authorities colossal failure to take timely decisive actions in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China has led to the contagion effect. The travel ban in the wake of initial outbreak in Wuhan should have been the preliminary step that could have limited the spread of the virus now causing significant stress, anxiety and economic meltdown.

Citizens across the globe exercising due diligence in adherence of medical warnings and advisory on hygiene, restricting social contacts until the virus containment is critical for self-protection and those in the family and community.

The health crisis affecting most parts of the world is a serious matter with the world having become smaller and closer from transportation and technological advancement in the twenty first century. The novel corona virus nCoV or COVID-19 originating from Wuhan City in Hubei province China claiming many lives over there with global impact is unfortunate and squarely falls on the local and central authorities in China for the inadequate containment of this deadly virus. 

China having experienced earlier outbreaks of corona virus family and other virus strains in the past two decades could have adopted stringent methods and imposed rules along the line prioritizing public health and safety in the prevention measure. The subsequent steps in Wuhan’s lock down was rather aggressive in terms of welding apartment buildings gates and doors prohibiting exit of residents slighting grave danger of such actions in the event of incidents like fire and other possible emergencies arising in the apartment complex. 

There was obvious failure in response mechanism and handling of the repeat outbreak in Wuhan, China with a contagion effect worldwide. The Chinese authorities in Beijing muzzling the whistleblower, the young physician Li Wenliang alerting the community and authorities having to pay a price with his life and several other citizens in China who fell victims to COVID-19 followed by those in many parts of the world speaks volume on the state of affairs i.e. politics endangering lives with authorities exerting power to silence legitimate concerns like the one from Dr. Li Wenliang and series of lapses in addressing the problem from the very beginning considering the history of epidemics from China or anywhere rapidly shared with the rest of the world through constant stream of travelers criss crossing various destinations world over. 

The nCoV or COVID-19 being attributed to transmission from animal to human and mutation thereafter causing the pandemic clearly indicative of the lack of appropriate system monitoring and curbing incidents in wet markets and animal husbandry identified as the catalysts not for the first time but also previously noted in the wake of H1N1, SARS, MERS and now COVID-19 clarify the absence of critical inspections and importance to clean healthy environments in handling meat products sold to the public in open markets. 

Yet another issue is wild animals and variety of species landing on the food table as delicacies for human consumption beckon attention and discernment to spare them as they cause disruption in nature designed food chain with dire consequences on natural habitat and ecological balance depriving members in the wilderness from their original prey for survival contributing to endangered category. Nature has provided more than enough food produces and choices for humans to feed on without having to indulge in far reaching wild life menu not necessarily meant for satisfying normal appetite instead exploring extravagant desires like the items serving as aphrodisiacs for some and others experimenting medicinal value to deal with illnesses in a raw condition often proved to be recipes of disaster.

The government intervention through education and orientation on the health hazards of such practices in the rural, remote and urban areas of the country is essential to save lives in all frontiers i.e. humans and natural conservation. 

Since the preparedness to combat pandemic is always challenging regardless of economic and health care affordability for nations worldwide, the preventative course would significantly mitigate the spread of the disease upon individual discipline and commitment in adherence of public health care advisory on hygiene and limiting social contacts given the nature of the virus to contaminate anyone or anything resulting in massive suffering notwithstanding the toll on global economy. 

Citizens across the globe respecting health care experts warnings and heeding recommendations on the ways and means to cope with the virus and cooperation in deescalation of the current pandemic would effectively restrict the proliferation of the victims and reduce casualties from the alarming COVID-19. 

I extend my sincere condolences to families in Wuhan and rest of China as well as all in other parts of the world who have lost their loved ones to the preventable pandemic and hold the ones affected by the virus in my thoughts and prayers for speedy recovery.

Accordingly, citizens in India, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka dealing with China’s consistent territorial land and river grab need to adopt this potent strategy as they cannot expect their governments to do anything since governments are run by foreign diktat and installed as puppet regimes to execute their lofty economic and political aspirations of foreign superiority reviving colonial era.

Citizens anywhere frustrated and concerned about China’s policy in Tibet, Hong Kong, regional and global matter could be instrumental in rejecting MADE IN CHINA goods and services as well as products manufactured in China by major Corporations ignoring China’s human rights abuse and blatant territorial disputes whether in Indian Sub-continent or South China Sea with Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines…to name a few reminding not only China anyone with imperialists ambitions to renounce subjugation, oppression and Superpower syndrome.

China’s economic status predominantly made possible by global consumption of MADE IN CHINA goods flooding international markets depriving ordinary citizens in developed and developing nations employment and business opportunity experienced in the past three decades facilitating China’s acceleration as dominant emerging economic power which in return exercised by China for illegal access claiming entitlement on foreign land and territories at will besides denying political freedom to citizens in China and the so-called autonomous states Hong Kong, Tibet and long contested Taiwan.

United States ongoing trade war with China is nothing more than a farce. United States having granted China Most Favored Nation (MFN) Status up until now by democrat and republican administrations as well as US Congress alike primarily in adherence to corporate lobbying to set up manufacturing base in China has led to China’s affluence in financing United States economy as one of USA’s major creditor holding upper hand in negotiations and the hyped TRADE WAR between the two equally spoilt economic defaulters at global expense.

China as a World Trade Organization (WTO) member along with enjoying veto power in defunct UN Security Council amid several privileges in various international body and institutions override China’s communist political platform that otherwise remains the bone of contention for globalists against Caribbean nation Cuba enduring economic sanctions lasting more than half a century for being a Communist remnant and similar impositions against socialists governments like Venezuela, Bolivia and many others in Latin America.

In other words, the global oligarchy presided politics worldwide tolerate Communism in politics as maintained by China which is not per definition of Communism as one might think such as distribution of wealth and power amongst all in the nation. China’s recent and past performance linked to arbitrary currency management for disproportionate self advantage as the least expensive import destination for western and many developing economies is a fundamental flaw aiding China’s insurgence in other critical economic concerns ranging from copyrights and patent infringement to technological innovations piracy escalating cyber warfare are merely the tip of the iceberg.

Interestingly, the outlook on US and China relationship as fierce economic competitors with demands on both sides to ease tensions in a way is paradoxical considering the dependency on each other with United States long been serving as China’s most favorable consumer market due to consumer buying power even in the toughest economic times unlike for example India’s huge population perceived as potential market for consumer goods that are hard to achieve given India’s present economic situation and Indian government failure on economic recovery.

China on the other hand is the multinational corporations desirable manufacturing base that compromise on labor wages, environment regulations and many relevant industrial compliance having direct impact on human survival and ecological sustenance.

The quid pro quo between oligarchy and China’s central authority flagrantly disregard domestic and foreign labor force plight causing hindrance to developing and industrialized nations’ economic growth representing the consolidated consumer market in the globalized economy.

Western perception of China as threat to their imperialist domain is a result of western policy benefiting China in many aspects with key factors enunciated above beginning with exempting China in every respect from political, economic, environment to technological circumventions that are otherwise dealt with western powers’ favorite decision viz. economic sanctions and diverse incursions against other nations generally presumed fair target.

Again this is western powers – both EU and United States common ideology typically falling in obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) symptom in producing and fostering archetype at humanity’s cost then later justifying their indulgence through military interventions or terror sponsorship prevalent in the Middle East and throughout world to topple governments and regimes initiated and promoted by them.

As far as China’s ongoing irritant trade, sovereign territory infiltration and trespassing in neighboring Nepal, occupied Tibet, Indian North East and elsewhere must be contained and every citizen possess this inalienable right to deter existential danger to them and their national sovereignty.

The most effective of all would be to ban CHINA products and services sending a strong message to corporations that the ultimate right to determine the corporate and political empire rise and fall remains with the end consumer.

Chinese authorities are urged to respect neighboring nations sovereignty and international laws demonstrating China’s maturity and ancient civilization values to win trust of those treated as weak and vulnerable not necessarily without protection as the prosperity of anyone rely on progress of all around not the selective few.

Furthermore, China’s economic goals especially targeting neighboring India and other partners in trade relations, investments and export market could be facilitated at ease upon China’s cooperation and unequivocal stance against terror and terrorists like Masood Azhar, Hafez Saeed and more harboring terror from Pakistan against nations sharing border with the Islamic state.

Above all, nuclear Pakistan enabling terror sanctuary with armed shelter for terrorists is self-inflicting catastrophe that demands rationale and wisdom to reverse course and engage in dismantling terror infrastructure wreaking havoc in the interior and exterior of economically struggling Pakistan.

China as a major creditor to Pakistan besides Saudi Arabia playing pivotal role in terminating terrorism from Pakistan soil would guarantee positive returns in economic, financial and political exchange.

Meanwhile, the global community enlisting all terror networks without exception and imposing sanctions against them by denying arms, funding and logistic support beginning with terror factions, their founders and operatives in Pakistan and worldwide is fundamental in wiping terror that remains the contentious challenge in the world.

Sri Lanka former President Mahinda Rajapakse usurped to power as Prime Minister lost no-confidence motion in Sri Lankan Parliament.  The 225 members assembly voted in favor of no-confidence on Mahinda Rajapakse led minority government.  President Maitripala Sirisena unconstitutionally dissolved legislature with Presidential decree shutting down Parliament.  President Sirisena’s undemocratic actions prompted Supreme Court intervention to restore legislature.  The Parliament then convened no-confidence vote delivering Mahinda Rajapakse’s ouster from Prime Minister post.

President Maitripala Sirisena violated constitution amendment prohibiting President to remove incumbent Prime Minister and furthermore closing Parliament at self-discretion without prior disclosure to Parliament Speaker Karu Jayasuriya was a serious breach of Parliamentary procedure.  President Sirisena’s impulsive undemocratic decisions caused unnecessary political turmoil in Sri Lanka.  President Sirisena’s appointment of Mahinda Rajapakse and subsequent steps from the Sri Lankan President were not without external forces blessings from neighbors viz. China and India as well as global syndicate offshore. 

President Maitripala Sirisena’s abuse of power since onset until now creates the requirement for the President to step down from office enabling the island nation much anticipated peace and stability.

The latest development in the island nation on the Indian Ocean, Sri Lanka is unnecessary and could further exacerbate political and economic problems for the country.

The current President Maithripala Sirisena abrupt removal of democratically elected Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe over disagreements on economic reforms between the two entities is impulsive besides the action being unconstitutional and undemocratic that could have serious ramifications setting undesirable precedence through such reaction.

Furthermore, President Sirisena reinstating the former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, the most controversial political figure in the Indian Sub-Continent for his role in the civil war and gross human rights violations committed in the course of military assault on unarmed civilians i.e. Tamil citizens in Tamil Eelam and Jaffna leading to ethnic cleansing is reprehensible.

The former President Rajapaksa having lost the Presidency and parliamentary elections in 2015, the ex-President legacy marred with atrocities, war crimes, corruption not barring murder of political opponents were to be brought on trial by the present President Sirisena.

In fact, President Sirisena pledged to hold the former President Rajapaksa accountable in 2015. The hard line and iron fist ruler Rajapaksa who was also the military commander was directly involved in genocide of Tamil population during the 2009 operation. The recent turnaround of events with foes becoming friends viz. President Sirisena inviting his not long ago political opponent Rajapaksa subverts democratic system to suit individual political aspirations in Colombo.

Importantly, the constitutional amendment passed in 2015 removed the president’s power to fire or sack the prime minister. The decision to oust the incumbent Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe by the current President Maithripala Sirisena despite the elimination of Presidential power in this regard is clearly a constitutional breach that calls for resignation of the President Maithripala Sirisena.

The ousted Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe headed United National Party and allies being the majority remain the ruling party.  Accordingly, the expulsion of the sitting Prime Minister Wickremesinghe by President Sirisena is illegal not to mention the replacement of the post with the political member Mahinda Rajapaksa facing several criminal charges both in the domestic and international front details the state of affairs and mass abuse of power in the Presidential level.

Sri Lanka having experienced civil war lasting over decades resulting in tremendous loss of lives on all sides and subsequently deep economic struggles combined with financial woes creating sale of Hambantota national port to China are substantial and deserves immediate resolutions. Amid these severe economic challenges, the bitter confrontations within political system endanger democracy in Sri Lanka.

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe headed political party and allies elected to govern the nation are the legitimate power and the Presidential coup against the government is condemnable. As such the partisanship favoring the failed ex-President Mahinda Rajapaksa is unsustainable.

The former President Mahinda Rajapaksa should be brought to justice for destruction of Sri Lanka in every respect and not empowered with the prime minister post.

Sri Lankan en masse together with legislative body and Judiciary rising to the occasion to restore democracy and upholding constitution is paramount to rescue the nation from wanton political crisis.

Anytime a nation’s minority group experience isolation, persecution and human rights violations, that nation’s leaderships and government are in spotlight. Myanmar has been systematically involved in expelling Burmese born citizens of ethnic origin despite them being the second and third generation since the country was taken over by military junta through coup d’état, in the early sixties in the past century.

The military reining control over key resources like natural gas, precious metals and minerals with deals struck between them and western energy behemoths as well as emerging economic power viz. China care less about humanitarian problems and remain focused on respective economic goals.

On the other hand, Myanmar’s military rule having accommodated western backed candidate and Nobel Peace laureate Aung San Suu Kyi’s leadership and political party representation in a quasi democratic setting designed to convince the world on Myanmar’s desire towards political evolution and possible democratic environment has interestingly found a partner with similar sentiments in the wake of brutalities against Myanmar’s ethnic demography, the Rohingya Muslims.

Above all, the western leaderships and Britain in particular with the incumbent Prime Minister Theresa May recently calling out India on the treatment of minorities while ignoring the blatant violations and genocide of Rohingyas in Myanmar explains the political nature of selective empathy in humanitarian issues rather than applying one standard i.e. the golden rule on human rights abuse anywhere.

Notwithstanding the imperialists responsible for wiping civilizations and pioneering prejudice in the divide and conquer strategy until today owe an apology to victims families and the descendants besides reparation costs for depleting resources and exploiting human capital in various colonies around the world.

The western backed Myanmar leader Aung San Suu Kyi’s stance on this issue not only as a government representative and authority but also as a Nobel peace prize recipient confirms political expediency over humanitarian affairs demanding fairness, justice and equality in any society regardless of political system in place.

The Rohingyas conditions in Myanmar is parallel to Sri Lankan Tamils in Sri Lanka and subsequent summary execution of civilians especially the youth targeted by then Sri Lankan government. The systemic killings carried out not without regional and international i.e. India and United States support in 2009. Additionally, to facilitate the massacre, the UN peace keeping corps was withdrawn at critical juncture abandoning the pleading Sri Lankan Tamils entirely at the mercy of the former Commander in Chief and President Mahinda Rajapaksha authorized merciless killing of unarmed Tamil civilians in the island nation.

With no condemnation on Sri Lankan air raids and shelling, the Sri Lankan government’s actions barely noticed by the UN Security Council that otherwise never miss an opportunity to impose economic sanctions against the favorite adversaries like North Korea, Venezuela and alike citing human rights issues together with nations earmarked for alienation and trade embargo.

The ethnic cleansing in Myanmar by radicals that should have been prevented at onset is reprehensible. As such nations regardless of political structure are obligatory to guarantee safety and security of all citizens nationwide prohibiting discrimination and disenfranchisement.

In fact, when every nation is expected to provide the same safety measures to tourists, visitors and business travelers from overseas and safeguard them from any harm during their visit to any country,

It is incomprehensible to witness the unruly conduct and hostility against Rohingyas – one of the many ethnic groups in Myanmar.

Myanmar’s government slighting responsibility in defending the particular ethnic minority from genocide leaving them with no choice but to flee the nation offshore only to be turned down by neighboring states across the border or alternatively preyed upon by predators like human traffickers and criminal agents to abuse them for their illicit commercial trade is unacceptable. The activities could only be described as callousness on those responsible for the tragic yet avoidable humanitarian disaster.

Myanmar is not alien to ethnic diversity. In fact, there are at least one hundred and thirty five ethnic groups and Rohingyas are one of them. Among these members, the major ethnic races representing Burmese society viz. Karen, Kayin, Kayah, Bamar, Karenni, Shan, Mon, Wa, Rakhine, Palaung, Chin, Kachin and Kokang to name a few are well known in the spectrum. The segregation of a single ethnic segment, the Rohingyas denying them statehood and citizenship is a national default.

Again, the incumbent leadership Aung San Suu Kyi as the State Counsellor equivalent to Prime Minister post choosing to remain oblivious and worst failing to recognize the assault and expulsion of Rohingyas as violent and undemocratic event is extremely disappointing and deeply regrettable.

Whatever the reasons might be behind such complicity, the lack of humanitarian concern from Myanmar’s authorities and especially a Nobel Peace Prize awardee reflects poorly on individual basis and those favoring them in the international domain.

Likewise, the out of control situation in this instance towards Rohingya Muslims also raise questions about Islamic nations complacency and silence to the exclusion and expatriation of population belonging to their faith with no initiatives and pressure on western counterparts involved in economic and strategic partnerships explains the trend in humanitarian matter.

Rohingyas belong to Myanmar and ousting them using aggression and inhumane standards does not bode well for a country aspiring to be democratic and tolerant in the efforts towards political and economic development.

No nation’s progress could be real and legitimate until the people of different sect, class, gender and social paradigms possess equal rights and opportunity without being threatened in maintaining their relevant cultural heritage. Inappropriately, the definition of progress is entirely tied to economic growth, modern infrastructure and foreign investments alongside neglecting social inequality or participating in elimination of certain ethnic denomination with generational legacy.

The other tradition during racial, sectarian and communal unrest in any society is using religion as the pawn for political and fundamental cause. The practice to tarnish religions is aimed at further discord and chaos within community and the world at large. Any followers of sacred religions would refrain from unholy indulgence and strive hard to exemplify peaceful and positive traits through genuine commitment and disposition not performing for camera and audience to win superficial credit.

Nonetheless, there should be no misconception on the established truth the elements using religion to advance personal and vested interests invariably meet their fateful outcome in the end justifying the means serving as precedence to deter future engagement.

In conclusion, Rohingyas and people from anywhere confronted with synonymous plight deserve to be respected and accepted barring social indignation and injustice. Rohingyas are part of mainstream population in Myanmar and forceful deportation from their domicile is against the norm in political, social, humanitarian, ethical and practical sense.

Moving forward the restoration and rehabilitation of Rohingyas and others sharing the dilemma in Myanmar is absolutely necessary and important for the authorities in Myanmar and abroad to sustain fragile peace and stability in the South Asian and Southeast Asian region.

  When either major political party presumptive Presidential nominee or incumbent running for re-election select the second-in-line rejected by the respective electorate base in the primary resulting in failure of the latter Presidential bid due to electorate non-approval, that combination is doomed from the get go regardless of the front liner position as witnessed and experienced in the Democrat incumbency and VP choice.

  The candidacy declined by own base with voters clear message not desirable and importantly declared ineligible evidenced in their failed Presidential contest, yet forcing down the choice on them and the rest of the country is indicative of selection pushed through foreign and domestic vested interests categorically undermining the republic and national interests.

  Furthermore, the identity and crony politics are best abandoned and instead replaced with legitimate meritocracy to serve the people and the nation at large with efficiency and ethical efficacy that are conspicuously missing and would exemplify the Presidential nominee respecting the republic will rather than political hatch influenced by incognito domestic and foreign intervention trending thus far.

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The accused in this matter remain relevant for further legal investigation and proceedings now and in the future.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  The necessary precautionary measures from home owner like tarp on the roof even protecting the leased solar panels to avert substantial property damage including solar panels and subsequent liability to solar panel lessor i.e. the company involved in the matter are not reimbursed and expense declined as not the company responsibility.

  The man made hierarchy in the social structure falsely attributing the abhorrent untouchability custom in Indian society as God’s will is primitive and pejorative.

  The tradition initially conceptualized and imposed  by brahmins – the foreign invaders’ descendants displacing the native population in Tamil Nadu, India – the origin of life and cultural bastion having established civilization long before the emergence of other continents on earth.

  The brahmins declaring themselves the chosen ones to serve God adopted the title priesthood and placed their identity on the top tier in the hierarchy fraudulently citing the caste orientation as Vedic inscription. They conveniently placed the rest in the lower tiers of the hierarchy and exerted control over the religion they adopted upon arrival in India following the conclusion of Indus Valley Civilization.  The word Hindu and accordingly Hinduism is a foreign named identity.

  It has nothing to do with the ancient sacred spirituality presided by God Shiva – the Supreme Soul epitomizing the light, energy and sound encompassed as audible, visual and sensed energy within.

  The sacred symbol and syllable OM originating at the dawn and creation of the universe epitomize the interconnectivity of light, sound and energy experienced in five sensory organs of sight, hearing, breathing, taste and touch.

  The mantra OM is related in other religions as AUM and Amen in acknowledgment of the Soul within in connection with the Supreme Natural Phenomenon.

  Similarly, the greeting salaam or As-salamu alaykum in Islam ending in OM sound and in Judaism the greeting Shalom has OM meaning Peace.

  The hideous casteism in Indian society was sowed by foreigners as Aryans and Kazhar Ashkanazi Jews claimed as such by the brahmins in Indian society.

  जिन हस्तियां में अपनी गलती और अपराध मानने की न हिम्मत या नीयत हो, और वो बलि की बकरी पे अपनी घटिया ज़िन्दगी और कारनामायें तोपते हैं तरह तरह के अभिनय से – कभी नमस्ते, कभी जीत का इशारा, कभी काला चश्मा पहनकर – जैसे की पूरे विश्व में केवल एक मैं ही काला चश्मा या आँख का चश्मा पहनती हो।

  और उससे भी बत्तर इनकी हरकतें बंदरों वाली नाच खेल करते हुए, अपनी हुलिया पर उंगुली उठाने वाली नौटंकी में व्यस्त हों, ऐसे बेईमान व्यक्ति अपने आप को मसीहा कहते फ़िरे, तो इनके मानसिक अवस्था को ही सामने लाता है।

  यह लोग जिन्हें अपनी जीवन निपटने की हुनर और धैर्य नहीं, यह भला औरों की पाप का भोज क्या ख़ाक उठाएंगे? जो यह मसीहा बन पड़े!
  

  अगर यह महोदय गण दूसरों को तंग और दुख न दे, तो यही इनके लिए और इनके जितने भी आस पास के सगे सम्बन्धी और पूरे समाज के लिए बहुत बड़ा उपकार होगा।

  मगर बात ये है की यह लोग अपने आप से भाग रहे हैं। किसी और के अस्तित्व को अपना बनाकर अपने ढोंग धोखलापन को और निछावर करते हैं।

  इसी में इनकी बेवकूफी और बेचैनी बेहाल सामने आता है।

  बेचारे किस्मत के मारे। अपने आप को महान मशहूर यानी प्रसिद्द कहने वाले, कितने अँधेरे मैं है, यह बात इन्हें नहीं पता।

  यह इनका दोष नहीं। इनकी अल्प बुद्धि का हाल है। ऐसे होते हुए, यह न घर के न घाट के हो जाते हैं। इन पर तरस के अलावा कुछ नहीं आता। जब इंसान को अगले क्षण का ख़बर नहीं, यह निकले अपनी ऐतिहास पलटने।

  यह प्रयास इन्हें सिवाय निराश और अपमान के अलावा कुछ नहीं बाँट रहा है इनको, तब भी यह अपनी हार मानने को तैयार नहीं।

  अब तक इनका कब्ज़ा धन, दौलत, शोहरत और सत्ता तक था। अभी यह लोग इज़्ज़त के ठेकेदार भी हो गए। इनको इतना तो पता होनी चाहिए की इज़्ज़त देने वालों को ही इज़्ज़त मिलती है। जो दूसरों की अस्तिव को अपना बनाकर, उनके व्यक्तिगत अधिकार छीनकर फ़िर उन्हीं को निशाना बनाने वाले, भला उन्हें ही इज़्ज़त की पाठ पढ़ाएंगे?

  यही हुई ना बात – चोरी और ऊपर से सीना ज़ोरि!

  कब यह अपनी गलती पर ध्यान देंगे? इनका तो यही मानना है की यह लोग कभी किसी को हानि पहुंचाते नहीं। किसी के साथ अन्याय कर ही नहीं सकते।

  यह दूध और चन्दन से धुले हुए है। इनकी तरह कोई संसार में धन्य है ही नहीं।अगर यह नहीं होते तो यह संसार कब का समाप्त हो जाता। इनके पवित्रता से ही जीव जंतु प्राणी के जीवित रहना संभव रहा है। वर्णा इस कलयुग में मृत्यु, शोक और दरिद्रता के अलावा है ही क्या मनुष्य की जीवन में?

  चलिए आपको हम सिखाते हैं की किसी के छोटेपन को ना बढ़ाने में अपनी बड्डपन है। आप भी क्या याद करोगे।

  इनका भी जवाब नहीं। क्योंकि आज तक इन लोगों की ही मन मानी चलती आयी। तो इन्होने सोच लिया की इनका ही दौर सदियों चलेगा ।

  जब रुत बदलते हैं, सरकार बदलते हैं, यहाँ तक की यह रातों रात काला धन से माला माल हो जातें है तो युग और समय बदलने में इनको क्या संकट है?

  आख़िर इनका इस दर्ति पर उतना ही समय है जितना अन्य जीव प्राणी का है। कई तो अपने जीवन के सफ़र पूरा नहीं कर पाते। ऐसे होते हुए इनका रोब और हुखुम जिन पर जमाते हैं जैसे की दूसरों को कुचलना इनका जनम जन्मांतर का अधिकार हो।

  पृथ्वी हर 365 दिन में एक बार सूर्य की परिक्रमा करती है और हर 24 घंटे में एक बार अपनी धुरी पर घूमती है।इसके कारण २४ घंटे ४ समय – सुबह, दोपहर, शाम और रात में बटा हुआ है।

  यह प्रकृति के नियम है जिसे किसी के लिए भी बदला नहीं जाता। जिन्हें भी इस प्राकृतिक के परमपरा से समस्या हो, उन्हें इस दर्ति में अनेकों बार जनम लेकर इस वातावरण का आदी होना पड़ता है। ज़रूरी नहीं इन्हें मनुष्य रूप ही प्राप्त हो।

  वाह रे मसीहावों, आप लोगों ने हद पार कर ली आपके इस प्रदर्शन से।

  The differences between original and fake are;

  The original is meaningfully true, natural and authentic whereas the fake is false, manufactured and disingenuous.

  Those using the fake to justify their fraudulence convince the gullible on anything not the alert and wise.

  Original is and will always be original. Imitation is an  enamel that slips and fades after minimal use.

  The example is real gold i.e. original and the imitation that is plated with artificial alloy painted in gold color. Needless to say there is no match in quality and value.

  Similarly, the imitation could be embarrassing for those wearing wig blown away in public with gusty wind exposing reality.

  Life is a gift. Living own life is an art. Those who live others life i.e. wasting their time in snooping, spying and snitching on others typically declare themselves corpses for they never live own life or mind their business.

  Get over envy before this dreadful disease called jealousy consumes you.  Envy is also a sign of inadequacy and insecurity.

  Malice is a malignant cancer that affects the source rather than the target exemplifying what goes around comes around.

  At the same time quoting the same survey that 47% disagree of which 30% are democrats leaving only 17% republicans to disagree being eliminated in the Presidential race?

  The election outcome on November 3rd, 2020 boasted approximately 150,000,000 (150 million) having voted of which 74 million is allocated to incumbent President Donald Trump which is 49% barring voter fraud in the contested election.

  The propaganda alluding to 49% republicans who voted for Donald Trump are in agreement to delegitimize their legal votes while they are being further diminished in the fraudulent election and fabricated survey to mere 17% in the far fetched analysis.

  How about the survey pointing out 30% democrats of that 47% in disagreement to incumbent President Donald Trump conceding to Beijing Presidency?

  Does that mean in the projected win 51% to Joe Biden candidacy only 21% believe in dominion and media produced election result since 30% democrats do not concur with the outcome?

  One need not be a math genius. The comedy of errors only reflect the conspicuous rigged election pushed forward as the historic win for Beijing financed and promoted Biden Presidency.
