India – Indian Film Industry Off Screen Image

August 1, 2016

By Padmini Arhant

Indian Film Industry is the bed rock for corruption, extortion, money laundering, philander and promiscuity. The underworld investments foment nefarious dealings not to mention piracy and copyright violations.

The stardom and fame comes with impunity on political scandals, hit and run manslaughter causing poor people to die in vain with justice denied to victims’ families simply because the offenders are superstars.

The industry’s mega stars are also at liberty to indulge in poaching targeting innocent animals like deer as a favorite pass time. The super star status also permits them tax evasion, embezzlement in several million dollars while others notably deny payments and use violent threats against distributors, marketing agents and those involved in the film promotion.

In other instance, the Bollywood actress entry into American television industry is big news in the Indian press while the same actress along with her father harassment of occupants in Mumbai’s neighborhood in an attempt to unlawfully evict residents in the apartments in a bid to own the high rise complex barely reach the media or newspaper column.

The film craze in India is an epidemic. As a result, there are no limitations and restrictions on the actors and actress activities that would ordinarily be considered criminal in any society upholding the rule that none are above the law.

The society that has different standards for celebrities, industrialists and high profile political figures exempting them from offenses and crimes has the writings on the wall that are often ignored much to societal detriment.

Believe me soon some Indian women could be a WOMAN upon them abandoning their MAN’s hairstyle for anything to change is better when it begins at the top.

Never too late to make things right.

Thank you.

Womanhood – In the Twenty First Century

July 29, 2016

The lower income category.  The so-called menial jobs may after all be not that irrelevant. The audio presentation in Hindi with English subtitles to follow is a brief review on the social plight of members serving the privileged class in Indian society.

Thank you.

Womanhood – Understanding the creation of opposite gender could perhaps dispel ignorance and transform human prejudice and patronizing to respect and regard for a woman facilitating life, longevity and livelihood.

Life begins in mother’s womb with the fetus originating as female first during gestation and later developing into a male or female baby depending on the genetic composite and chromosomal factor as XY and XX respectively. The X chromosome being the common denominator.

The initial female genetic evolution into either gender in the reproductive stage in addition to the male and female hormones such as testosterone and estrogen as well as progesterone presence and the hormonal balance required for healthy living is a natural process conforming to transgenderism in all otherwise considered unique due to ill-conceived notion.

The male and female composition is intrinsic and designed to prolong life in generational order. The male and female synergy is quintessential for proper functionality. The masculine and feminine qualities are distinctive taking gender traits into consideration. Machoism and chauvinism in male characteristics while submissiveness and servility expected from female counterpart is regrettable undermining social equality.

Furthermore, the prevalent custom denigrating responsibilities such as motherhood and home maker is anything but intelligent.

In fact, good parenting and housekeeping that demands sacrifice enables better family environment nurturing values reflected in human character and individual performance.

The current system with children raised by hired services and care givers instead of parents in normal conditions grow up not knowing family concept and miss out on early bonding and adopt lifestyle to suit others priority.

Mother as a primary source to a child’s well-being from conception to early childhood that often extends beyond adolescence into adulthood plays an important role in life.

Woman’s duty is not limited to family upbringing but also involves financial contributions with the cost of living rising exponentially while income remaining stagnant against inflation and consumer price index in any economy.

The women progress especially amongst socially disadvantaged segments worldwide is far from satisfactory with some improvements in rural as well as urban areas since the introduction of micro financing allowing women to participate in self-supportive programs and small business.

Again the lack of literacy and social impediments faced by women in many regions deny them opportunity to seek employment making survival difficult for them and dependents in the household let alone realize dreams and passion.

The other problems include security as women are vulnerable to rape and physical violence with justice reversed accusing rape victims rather than punishing the offenders and providing maximum safety for women of all age group to move freely without apprehension.

Women are also subject to atrocities by both men and women compounding social and economic challenges in the contemporary period. The violation of rights during peace and more so in war zones are regular events in the absence of protection plan and crime prevention strategy.

The economic and social disparity for women in the lower income category are slighted exacerbating their plight as a single mother or a widow in the family struggling to make ends meet in the tough situation.

In comparison, the women in better economic status and affluent background in particular make use of the privileges and have easy access to prosperity. Not to mention the misuse of law favoring women by some in this context.

Even though women are in many fields demonstrating capability and talent, the treatment of women as subordinates persists as a reminder on the Man’s world.  Unfortunately, women are equally responsible for the gender bias promoting discriminatory practice with the focus on personal interests.

Society’s view and treatment of women striving hard is not without condescendence. Those serving the hospitality industry in different capacity are scorned by the same people dependent on the service.

Alternatively, women from impoverished background forced into choosing a line of work that compromise chastity are identified as prostitutes and vilified for their  occupation.

At the same time, women in the fashion, beauty pageants and entertainment industry willfully exposing on camera in public spotlight not barring nudity and voyeurism in pursuit of fame and fortune that could be achieved in any other job not requiring provocative exhibition are cheered and honored with awards and titles in society.

The former invites police raid and arrests upon such finding ordinarily noted as a liability whereas the latter safeguarded ensuring no harm and regarded a celebrity. What is done behind close door with the client attracts societal acrimony in contrast to the modern women career comprising intimate scenes or display with several and watched by millions with audience applause.

Clearly the glamor and glitz in activity with glaring similarity leads to glory.

Nonetheless money is the incentive in both scenarios with one doing for survival and the other mostly to satisfy own aspiration by any means describing the state of affairs.

The society’s contradictory position towards women for decisions based on existence purpose and popularity contest beckons revision.

Women in general are expected to bear the burden and bulk of obligations with variation in global standard affecting the remotely located and disenfranchised demography.

Regardless, life is made possible with female endurance in enabling birth and infusing energy forming the basis of world emergence and sustenance.

The versatile positive attributes aptly qualify for recognition and glowing tribute to womanhood.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

Immunity – War Crimes and Abuse of Power

July 9, 2016

By Padmini Arhant

Terror and terrorism emanating from profiteers of violence with agenda to prolong status quo is the twenty first century war against peace and unity.

Politics seeped in corruption and criminality justified as the means to remain in power through elections that legitimize illegitimacy is the norm that fuels chaos and turmoil in the tumultuous era.

The institutions, private organizations and secret society run governments poised as champions of democracy while unseating democratically elected choices for proxies representing the ideology and dogma prevalent much to self-detriment.

The success through ballots in the so-called democracies is largely based on campaign finance and unscrupulous strategy allowing the undesirable and establishment nominees to acquire power.

The electoral process is a platform misguiding the hungry and hopeless electorate in search for hope and change in life with the elected ultimately serving the campaign sponsors and economic stakeholders interest.

The incognito rule directing policies with representatives and agents in politics, economic sector, communication media and entertainment industry…not barring religious domain exemplify the state of affairs.

Any investigations and inquiry on wars clearly identifying the authorities misuse of power and cavalier approach would be effective and meaningful upon universal application of international law rather than selective incarceration and judgments witnessed time and again against Eastern Europe and African members targeted to convince the world on International Court of Justice role as UN body.

Furthermore, the nations proclaimed as democratic conducting probe on such matter utilizing tax payer funds could demonstrate serious commitment in advancing the inquest into indictments setting precedence to curb abuse of power and discretionary actions by the government claimed to represent the people.

Instead, the former and present chief executives are provided opportunity through media and surrogacy to self-exonerate on crimes against humanity rendering the independent or appointed committees’ arduous exercise futile to reinforce business as usual practice.

In any society that values democratic principles would hold every citizen accountable regardless of status for violation of laws and human rights reversing the paradoxical system.

The tradition granting immunity to political figures and celebrities on activities that would otherwise have legal repercussions for ordinary citizens is a vindication of crimes and criminal behavior adding insult to injury to victims and families in the apparent civil society.

The powerful forces aggression against powerless misinterpreting political mandate and operating without checks and balances in the increasingly cooperative and tolerant setting to blatant breach of electoral trust and sovereign integrity promotes carte blanche authority.

Unless the severity of damages in enabling counterproductive course and indulgence is addressed through mass consciousness predominantly affecting them, the path to destruction would continue under the pretext of pervasive benefit despite reality.

The mind invasions in the name of art and entertainment as well as every possible medium that attracts public attention are engaged for propaganda and illusive portrayal.

Although the nuances are intended to tarnish images with the efforts in vain, the disclaimers conveniently used in defense to absolve them of possible legal consequence on character defamation and mendacity.

Again the noble and righteous would introspect and refrain from being part and parcel of contemptuous dealing.

The world’s progress is sustainable with law and order made applicable from top to bottom without exception rejecting exclusive privilege based on political and economic position.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

EU – BREXIT

June 27, 2016

By Padmini Arhant

The referendum in the United Kingdom favoring BREXIT has sparked reaction and sentiments followed by political resignations in Britain.

Understanding the concept, ideology and strategy in addition to trajectory of any organization, union and institution with or without transformation facilitates fair evaluation.

Accordingly, EU role and functionality since inception and relevantly in recent memory is presented for clarity and focus on reality.

European Union with 27 states as members including Britain until now is essentially a parallel government headed by President, Foreign Secretary and key stakeholders appointed to run the alternate body not limited to regional affairs.

EU emergence with bureaucrats and political leaderships in various designations assume power that typically undermines sovereign status of member nation.

EU embarked on consolidating prospects with respect to trade and commerce within Europe not excluding human resources through immigration and multilateral treaty binding members to reciprocate on economic activities for European progress.

Such framework attracts interest and boost position besides diverse aspirations to optimize gains and mitigate losses from the venture.

The model in practice provided temporary results with nations vying for EU membership subject to approval upon satisfying EU requirement.

However, with benefits not commonly distributed the economic downturn produced high unemployment and trade imbalance not to mention exploitation of human capital.

EU as the central authority located in Brussels, Belgium exert control over economic and monetary policy.

Notwithstanding extensive involvement in political governance of weak economies like Greece and alike imposing austerity in the name of fiscal responsibility that continues to exacerbate economic woes creating generational indebtedness.

EU formation and subsequent introduction of euro as the preferred currency unit set the trend for struggling nations in the territory to peg the economy on fledgling euro in the hope of economic recovery.

The outcome thus far evidenced in selective dominance in the union enable financial and economic advantage to them at vast majority expense comprising ordinary citizens, labor force and educated youths in particular.

The transition cost vulnerable states like Cyprus, Greece and similar euro members to succumb to harsh financial terms and conditions not barring unethical means on compliance.

The prominent financial institutions viz. European Central Bank (ECB), the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and international banks influence on the matter with heads of the government as powerful EU representatives obliging bankers demands in debt management is not a populist doctrine.

Furthermore, EU membership is based on meeting criteria that are not necessarily confined to economy but extends beyond pledging allegiance to EU policy.

The global recession in late 2007 with sub-prime mortgage crisis originating from the United States and lack of transparency and accountability in the financial dealings had contagion effect.

Europe economic stagnancy under EU in the absence of necessary growth is yet to demonstrate measures to ease persisting uncertainty and volatility in the market performance. The significant impact on the desperate job situation cannot be ignored either.

EU stance on immigration clarified in member states like France, Germany, Italy and Spain…immigrants plight forced to contend with lower wages and social inequality.

EU ideology and strategy premised on geopolitical expansion in partnership with the United States as NATO ally confirmed in Ukraine leaving the once stable nation in chaos and turmoil.

In the middle east, EU decision to lift arms embargo rather than reinforcing weapons ban to terror networks now proliferated as ISIS and ISIL contributed to refugee problems in Syria, Iraq and Lebanon.

Syrian refugees seeking political asylum are denied entry by EU with greater efforts and plan mobilized to curb citizens’ influx from war torn Syria and Iraq.

As for Islamophobia, the cartoon depiction and denigration of Islam’s Prophet from EU member state was entertained as freedom of expression as it goes with other religion or spiritual representation.

On the contrary, there is zero tolerance to constructive critique on issues affecting people’s lives and the world at large.

The celebrity worship with proxies granted immunity on serious violations and crimes define the detrimental tradition.

In the context of BREXIT vote, the discussion on facts over hype spreading clamor and hysteria would exemplify propriety.  The subversion and spin are distractions at best and deception at worst when forming conclusions on public opinion.

Britain having retained the original currency – pound sterling and never subscribed to euro during membership perhaps explain the reservations on euro.

The decline of Britain’s pound against dollar on BREXIT projected as the strength of EU is a perspective without justification.

Change is an evolutionary process in the experimental and natural event.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

Terror and Terrorism – Origin and Purpose

March 25, 2016

By Padmini Arhant

Terror is the invention to spread fear and violence for greed and ideology driven goals substituting conventional warfare in the twenty first century.

The traditional wars engaged ground troops and air as well as sea operation i.e. the national and international force. Accordingly, the decision entailed congressional or parliamentary approval which means citizens consent.

Although the trend on wars in the past and present century ignored public opinion and continued with policy on invasion and occupation of foreign land,

The citizens’ protest to illegal wars on false pretexts became prominent in the wake of Iraq war in 2003 amid ongoing war in Afghanistan since 2001 at taxpayers’ expense with no end in sight until now.

Project for New American Century(PNAC) conceptualized and implemented in United States experiencing the initial blow on September 11, 2001.

The doctrine espouses launching terror comparable to nuclear attack on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan in the twentieth century to proceed with lofty aspirations in destabilizing nations that are regarded fair game in the quest for economic and strategic dominance.

Having pursued the path of terrorism against United States on fateful day September 11, 2001 with massive complicity within and outside the nation despite the country’s declared super power status on account of nuclear arsenal and military might,

The masterminds, architects, protagonists and catalysts behind PNAC continue on terror track terrorizing the world for failed strategy.

Relevantly, ISIS and ISIL…emergence is linked to al Qaeda in turn created by then National Security Advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski to counter cold war adversary the former Soviet Union.

Later, al Qaeda had become the useful resource demonstrated on September 11, 2001 and made PNAC mission admissible.

Not only the war was waged against United States on 9/11/2001 in order to accelerate PNAC specified agenda, the nations listed in the dossier were systematically attacked and destabilized for intended objective.

Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Sudan have been forced into eternal turmoil along with Syria besides Yemen in the North African region.

Syria was targeted in 2011 to topple the government headed by President Bashar al Assad deploying diverse means especially terrorism channeled via Libya and al Qaeda imported from Afghanistan and North Africa.

United States and Britain with western ally EU, Israel and Middle Eastern coalition such as Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Qatar, Jordan, Kuwait and UAE has sponsored, funded, armed and trained al Qaeda terror operatives developed under names like al Nusra Front, Takfiri, ISIL, ISIS and Daesh in Syria, Iraq and Libya.

The so called war on terror is essentially war against Syrian people for the sole reason of regime change. United States, Britain, France, Israel and EU with Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Qatar active promotion of terrorism is witnessed in blowback events in Paris, Brussels and cities in Turkey.

Western and Middle Eastern alliance sowing the seeds of terror and nurturing with continuous supply of ammunitions notwithstanding chemical weapons used against Syrian army personnel as well as civilians is the inherent problem that has grown into menace for Europe and Turkey in particular.

EU resolution in 2012 lifting arms embargo that was effective on terror networks in Syria rather than extending ban on weapons delivery to terror groups has led to emboldened terror unleashed in European capitals today.

Furthermore, the western egregious stance on Syria aiding and abetting terror through their partners in the Middle East proliferated terrorism.

Russia’s participation in the terror infested war in Syria aimed at Daesh, Takfiris, ISIL and ISIS ignited tensions between United States and Russia on the significance.

However, Russia having withdrawn air assaults with the exception of maintaining Naval base on Syrian turf in Tartus and protecting Russian interests following fragile ceasefire are recent developments in the war torn nation.

Syria has been dragged into quagmire as part of PNAC proposition. In western domain the term civil war for the international war using terrorism against Syria is rather misleading and disingenuous ignoring PNAC proponents ulterior motive.

The conventions to end Syrian conflict from onset until today are unsuccessful predominantly due to terror sponsors and benefactors’ reluctance to relent to peaceful outcome.

As a result, the innocent children, women and men in Syria are the victims of senseless and merciless bloodshed with nearly 500,000 dead and two million and more refugees in their homeland and offshore enduring abuse and serious human rights violations by those responsible for Syrian catastrophe.

Europe vehemently opposed to Syrian refugee influx regardless of EU and major western nations viz. Britain, France and Germany as chief EU representative contribution towards terror manifestation in Syria boosting terror grid in the five years old Syrian crisis.

Any terror backlash in Europe and Turkey is the consequence of western powers and allies deployment and recruitment of terror factions in Syria with contagion effect on Iraq and Lebanon.

The misinterpretation of the situation in Syria, Iraq and Libya to suit western and allies position is betrayal of trust threatening national and global security.

PNAC is flawed and a disaster for humanity beginning with United States citizens on 9/11 and the rest of the world.  The devious perseverance annihilated scores of lives and made existence for millions impossible transforming nations into war zones preventing the dawn of peace.

Abandoning the ill fated PNAC ambitions and global supremacy would not only be wise but also imperative to avert burgeoning upheaval on the horizon.

In a just world, PNAC exponents and agents would be held accountable for heinous crimes against humanity and those in position of authority committing treason not to mention the breach of constitutional oath to protect the country and people they were appointed to serve during the term in office.

Project for New American Century is the primary source for terror infiltrated actions and stratagem.

Once again PNAC entities are listed for identification and indictment that would exemplify United States as the land of justice.

I offer my condolence to families grieving over the loss of loved ones in PNAC generated terror.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

Political Setbacks on Social Issues

March 22, 2016

By Padmini Arhant

Political twists and maneuvers to prolong status quo is nothing more than a desperate strategy.

The pre-selected candidacies perform the scripted role to satisfy requirement aimed at rejecting pre-ordained purpose behind humanitarian tasks and planet survival.

United States Presidential race in 2008 ignored candidates’ gaffes, excess baggage and their respective affiliations with church, controversial figures and speeches as faux pas while condescending remarks notwithstanding devious insinuations viz. witchcraft, sorcery against divine mission dominated election.

In 2012, the focus was religious denomination – Mormonism in particular nuanced confirming the establishment and members’ identity.

Additionally, there was a mockery of this website for recommendations on legitimate governance with effective and meaningful economic plan and taxation laws leading to fair income distribution. The willful participants posing as progressives and populists engaged in denigrating ideas and solutions to problems created by supremacy oriented agenda.

Under the guise of entertainment, the satire promoted in this context highlight impropriety and distortion besides active plagiarism and copyright infringement on material, style and theme.

Not surprisingly, the 2016 election embarked on caricature and flagrant disposition on race, religion, gender and life orientation reflect the ruling cadre mindset and prejudice.

Obsession with power, fame and fortune corrupts individuals and political class deteriorating in civility and disregard for ethical standard that are not without repercussions as the wheels inevitably turn against those indulging in covetousness.

The discriminatory practice, segregation and isolation is the hallmark of colonialism judiciously adhered by loyalists today in the so-called democracy with little or no semblance to democratic principle.

Politics conforming to deception and false dissemination resist genuine concepts due to delusional aspirations and dismissal of repeat failures experienced thus far.  Social issues are exploited to the maximum for political gains and goals to benefit self and vested interests in the diminishing era of dominance.

Elsewhere, the policy retaining reservations and quotas patronize segments with caste connotations in the pledge of allegiance to feudalism denying society equality and disavow hierarchy system.

The common plight between marginalized demography and the rest among mainstream are poverty, unemployment and economic disparity.

The sensible and rational approach in elevating economic and social conditions would be to eliminate plutocracy premised on nepotism and cronyism with impunity on corruption and criminal involvement.

Unless the nation recognizes all citizens with equal rights and opportunity implementing measures that abandon obsolete archaic traditions posing impediments, progress will remain a political rhetoric.

Social and economic justice is made possible in sowing the seeds of prospects and productivity barring undue preference and privileges to compete in a level playing field and showcase skills and ingenuity.

The regression on social evolution is a major setback despite society taking pride in modern aspects as cultural revolution.

Political decisions are primarily responsible in preventing positive changes in societal behavior.  The affluent groups and influential sources like entertainment and communication media are also used in protecting duality and duplicity.

The concerted efforts in undermining peace and harmony justified as political expediency is best declined along with manufactured events providing fodder for forces capitalizing on polarization and acrimony.

Fabrication and fiction as unscrupulous means do not necessarily become the fact regardless of publicity delineating reality from make-believe enactment.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

Spiritual Event – மகாசிவராத்திரி, महाशिवरात्रि, MahaShivaratri – 2016

March 6, 2016

By Padmini Arhant

The Ruling Class Entitlement to Power

March 3, 2016

By Padmini Arhant

  1. Who is the ruling class?

The ruling class is incognito power comprising entities detached from sovereignty with defiance to republic status.

The incognito rulers rein control over politics, economy and all matter concerning human existence by PROXY.

While the system authority remains permanent, the representatives facing public are rotated upon exhausting maximum term in office.

  1. What are the ruling class goals?

Personal wealth accumulation lasting several generations at the average and middle class citizens expense.

Undermining common man and woman’s rights to equality and economic opportunity.

Waste ordinary citizens tax dollars in extravagant and lofty ambitions such as sponsoring terrorism to destabilize foreign nations for economic resources and strategic dominance.

Importantly, the ruling class entitlement to power is protected with political establishment allegiance to agenda and covenant detailing measures to suppress popular rising against socio economic disparity besides defending status quo.

  1. How does the ruling class maintain power?

The political members are incentivized with monetary gains and secure terms in return for prolonging the ruling class governance.

The economic sector and various special interests investments in elections further guarantee respective candidacy loyalty to campaign financiers tied to ruling class.

  1. What is the modus operandi to validate illegitimate ruling class?

Elections are the primary means enforcing decisions against electorate choice.  The electoral process is maneuvered and modified using diverse tactics for pre-determined outcome rejecting voters’ preference in the race.

The election is catharsis for the ruling class to continue with business as usual having satisfied formality on pseudo democracy.

  1. Why do the ruling class fear challenges and oppose different view?

The ruling class doctrine subscribes to elitism against populism asserting superiority on all things to subvert reality on the ruling class parasitic culture exploiting main street vulnerability.

Although the ruling class would collapse upon average populace unsustainable plight, the desperate strategy is aimed at deriving ultimate benefits in depriving the people and labor force from fair share of income distribution.

Yet another trend is create and stage impostors and performers hired in futile effort to discredit genuine identity as well as message presented on this website.

The opposition to different view is the ruling class insecurity and intolerance to facts and reason that distinguish actuality.

  1. What is the future for the people and nation under the ruling class?

In the present conditions the future is bleak under the ruling class with greed for power, fame and fortune overwhelming the members beyond control leading to misuse of mandate and position.

  1. What can the people do for survival and betterment of life?

Declining the ruling class entitlement to power along with organizations and institutions behind policy holding citizens hostage to detrimental course.

  1. Is it possible for voters to initiate change through ballots?

The electorate seeking transparency from candidates in verifiable disclosure of campaign money and personal assets proving the source of revenue would be the preliminary step followed by track record on accomplishments favoring people rather than enhancing individual prospects.

  1. Why is there huuuuuuuuge objection from the ruling class in limiting campaign expenditure that would constrict cash flow funding candidacy?

The ruling class set up election fosters distraction from real issues and problems confronting the nation for that would reveal political incumbents performance or the lack thereof and instead supports smear rally against opponents to evade accountability.

  1. What is the path against the brick wall?

The ruling class declaration to power as privilege is to be voided with people united against state of affairs calling for dismantling of the brick wall built with secrecy, corruption and treason.

Where there is a will there is a way with sincere commitment to self-emancipation from deception and deterioration.

Peace to all!

Thank you.
