India – the nation and prominent members in society ever obliging in maintaining colonial legacy premised on hierarchy, prejudice, gender and communal bias entrenched in archaic casteism persistently suffer from severe identity crisis.

With governments run by global colonial diktat, the puppet regimes installed in power are expected to display nothing but obedience and acquiescence to their masters who in return regard selves as eternal beings running a muck at own peril.

Europe as the colonial dais and remaining so until today with economy surviving then and now from colonized nations wealth and resources that continues until today in attracting illegal illicit funds linked to black money, tax evasions, embezzlement, human trafficking, sex trade, extortions and various nefarious unscrupulous dealings hoarded in Swiss banks vaults encrypted in secret codes not surprisingly willful offenders’ sought after destination.

India in particular boasts colonial pride and over two hundred years of brute imperialism cherished as tradition in modern age. Indian society subject to repressive rule demonstrated in evaluation of individual skills predominantly tied to english language.

The assessment on individual’s intellect and aptitude is largely related to proficiency in foreign language english. Accordingly, the prevalent colonial lexicon recognized as official language of India.

Indian Congress political party having originated from colonial entity Alan Octavian Hume founded Congress party on the one side and the other RSS representing Hindu fundamentalism alongside Muslim league fostered and buttressed by the same colonial rulers infusing divide and rule strategy adapted until now.

British Raj implemented several laws to prolong oppression and colonization with little or no respect for human lives and civil rights retained by Indian political parties alternating to power is yet another example of Indian governments subservience to imperialism.

Indian politics and upper echelons flirting with colonial past and contemporary globalists strictly for personal and vested interests is ongoing custom.

The false assertions and nuances on eliminating colonialism and Mughal invasions insignia while embracing embarrassing episodes and characteristics in Indian history aptly reflect political convenience.

The point in reference is the interim RSS controlled BJP government not without foreign power management touting the latest Supreme Court ruling on controversial Ayodhya matter in their favor as the path to declare India – the Hindu State serve nothing more than a desperate need to deflect depressed public attention from declining economic situation.

BJP members statements on the ruling party erasing British Imperialism symbols and remnants apparently not extended to political system and policies that would determine reality.

Furthermore, removal of Queen Elizabeth statues and changing the streets and roads names amid efforts to honor RSS political activist, Hindutva ideologue and chief architect Vinayak Damodar Savarkar with India’s highest civilian award – Bharat Ratna pronounce duplicity.

V.D.Savarkar having buckled to British Raj, engaged in strengthening British Raj atrocities in India by recruiting young vulnerable Indian citizens to serve the imperialist army besides implicated in Mahatma Gandhi’s assassination speak volume on Indian politics’ treason albeit intense in the present time.

In the height of overarching practice to imperialism and current globalists demands, Indian political class and affluent elements reaping undeserving benefits from external power appeasement is the continuing Indian saga resisting renunciation of homogenous trait.

India is anything but an independent nation evident in India’s pledge of allegiance to the fake crown proclaiming India as dominion republic in the official treaty.

India’s rich, famous and powerful stashing wealth offshore enriching foreign economies and occupying positions of power and authority in politics, economic, entertainment sector…deprive overwhelming majority the due economic progress and development.

Those who sell their SOUL would have no problem selling anything whether it be nation they lead rather mislead into economic ditch or destiny of the population electing them as the head of the state and representatives of every constituency.

Politics is nothing more than theatrics and accordingly the strong relation between entertainment world and politics instrumental in distracting public from reality evading transparency and accountability using scapegoat on their indefensible economic debacles.

Today’s regimes in control of affairs need to acknowledge own follies, shortcomings and acutely deficient skills to deal with challenges created by them.

There is one thing about hogging undeserving glory through event management at ordinary lives expense. There is yet entirely another dimension demanding glory hogging and publicity starved personalities to live up to the grandiose image marketing miserably falling short in credibility and integrity.

Election anywhere is meaningful and purposeful unless the electoral process meet the following criteria.

1. Eliminate electronic voting machine or EVM and substitute with manual voting accompanied by verifiable voter paper audit trail VVPAT providing every voter casting vote receipt with confirmation of candidate, political party and any legislation propositions they voted through ballots for individual and national tally on election result day.

EVM is irrefutably proved to be managed with preconfigured software designed to generate election results in major political parties favor.

2. Eradicate black money, slush funds, electoral bonds and campaign financing from personal money laundering and corporations buying candidates and political parties forming corporate run government.

Instead, every voter must demand public financing with a cap in election spending barring negative smear nonsensical campaign advertisements premised on divisive, polarization politics.

Every citizen granting approval through vote insist candidates regardless of political positions from local legislators to the highest as Prime Minister or President only address issues that matter to citizens such as economy, crime in society in national security and measures to improve infrastructure.

3. Boycott rally of any candidacy indulging in delusional politics sowing the seeds of hatred, prejudice, communal and religion…making their way into Parliament or Congress deploying divide and conquer strategy.

4. Abandon celebrity worship and reject political parties as well as candidates fielded on glamor and glitz while miserably lacking in substance and ingenuity.

5. Similarly every voter should remind political members of their constitutional duty and responsibility to fulfill their pledge to serve people of the entire nation not just the rich, famous and powerful in society.

Again  political figures on public funded payroll and benefits are citizens’ employees not rock stars or messiahs as the political trend transformed in the past decade against democratic norm.

6. Every candidate running for public office to submit complete profile and made public with cross verification. Anyone with criminal and corruption record or charges pending trial should be declined by voter seeking clean and honest representation of them in Parliament and Congress. Likewise, deter candidates and legislators proven on corporate and special interests bandwagon and those determined to deter development among underprivileged and disenfranchised demography. 

7. A candidate of any political party including independent candidacy should not be allowed to run in more than one constituency. In facilitating candidate to contest election in two or more constituencies denies others a fair chance enabling the wealthy and any organizations institutions backed candidate and members of political dynasties to retain political power despite their ineligibility evident in other regions of the country. 

8. All candidates and political parties formal and informal funding to be revealed to public prior to election and cross checked by public. The data missing in this context would be a strong indication of sources behind political parties and candidates sponsoring them entirely in their interests not for ordinary citizens or national progress.

9. Shun media and press false propaganda and hyperbolic publicity of candidates and political parties ignoring their legacy and track record to sway public opinion to their preferred candidate’s advantage.

10. Every citizen – the electorate in emerging economies and developing nations in particular should not welcome foreign entities and powerful external forces influence, direct and indirect involvement maintained as tradition thus far to install puppet regimes and proxies to exploit population and extract natural resources in those countries at will.

11. Don’t be misled and misguided by foreign powers pseudo recognition of political leaderships of your nation with coveted honors and awards nearing national election as a blatant intrusion nominating their proxies exclusively for economic and vested interests.

12. Last but not the least, don’t accept bribes in cash or kind from political parties, candidates and their affiliates in disguise luring you to vote for them and in return seize your basic fundamental rights to everything as citizens importantly the economic opportunity and freedom of speech to discuss and debate government failures, actions and inaction concerning people across the spectrum and nation at large.

Every voter need to compare and realize their economic, social and political situation and general environment around them to evaluate government and leaderships performance rather than any other distraction via foreign or domestic solicitation. 

Unless every voter is mindful of the power in their hands to approve or disapprove governance and leaderships beginning at City Council, Municipal, District, State and National level, the status quo would remain leaving the poor the poorest, the selective segments isolated and marginalized as well as average ordinary lives struggling for generations with no end in sight.

Act now and SAY NO to negative, corrupt and counterproductive politics.

The latest political stunt from incumbent BJP government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah to deflect national and international attention from India’s declining economy is National Register of Citizens (NRC).

Indian economy is facing enormous challenges with record unemployment, all time low productivity and consumer power combined with slump in all major sectors of the economy from real estate, manufacturing, auto industry to export business reflected in India’s real GDP and poor investor confidence apparent in recent Indian stock market performance.

Amid severe economic woes, the financial and banking crisis is causing more pain similar to   demonetization blow experienced by common citizens in the street with access to public deposits restricted creating panic and legitimate concerns among banking customers largely representing middle and lower economic class.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi government obviously in a bind with no solutions or effective remedy to precipitous economic status contributing to jobless youth frustration, the educated younger generation unable to find any job let alone suitable employment in their respective or desired occupation.

Small medium businesses are not the only ones affected, the bigger entrepreneurs are also feeling the bite and expressed grievance in the contemporary economy under much touted PM Narendra Modi 2.0 second term.

Instead of addressing the ailing economy, Narendra Modi and Amit Shah Sarkar or government tactfully engaged in diverting public focus from reality to a political camouflage staging the wanton communal crackdown on the weak, vulnerable and much targeted segments in society with the launching of National Register of Citizens or NRC.

The politically motivated move generating hype and hysteria against those branded as political and economic refugees in North Eastern India like Assam in particular though the policy is widespread and implemented nationwide to promote RSS’s Hindutva  ideology.

NRC is designed to isolate and disenfranchise BJP’s selective demography and religion viz. Islam and Christians besides so-called Hindu lower castes among other groups from certain regions within Indian sub-continent such as migrants from Myanmar or Sri Lankan Tamils regardless of their religious affiliation as Hindu, Muslim, Buddhists or any other faith.

BJP’s strong Hindutva doctrine corral upper castes Hindus within and outside India firmly affirming the anti-democratic path towards Hindu Rashtra or Hindu Nationalism imposing Hindu majority statehood with little or no consideration and thoughts on such acrimonious and impulsive communal paradigm.

The strange and bizarre fact being those behind Islamophobia fervor and suggesting anyone with alternative views to migrate to Pakistan or they are labeled a Pakistani while these Hindutva stalwarts are bed fellows with Pakistani establishment and business merchants.

The above enunciated accounts evidenced in PM Narendra Modi’s surprise visit to Pakistan to attend Pakistan’s former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s daughter’s wedding and not long ago exchanging secret pleasantries with the current Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Furthermore, importantly the trade relations between Indian political class and their clients with Pakistani counterparts even during the phony trade suspension following Pulwama terror attack in Kashmir reeks hypocrisy ad nauseam.

The business activities between Indian and Pakistan’s privileged club never disrupted despite maintaining superficial bitter rivalry to polarize peace seeking Indian and Pakistani mainstream population.

On NRC – the fragmentation is purported to hurt intended groups in society. BJP’s fundamentalism has already driven ignorant idle religious zealots to involve in mob lynching of innocent muslims and so-called Dalits in the country for reasons beyond justification.

The NRC is geared at instigating more chaos and communal unrest.

When the argument is based on proselytism or mass conversion of then Hindu religion  followers to Islam, Christianity, Buddhism and so on, the present overzealous social reformers fail to understand and recognize the main and actual members responsible for the status quo.

These members allowing invasion and occupation of India for centuries by Moghuls from ancient Persia and later the traders adept at producing traitors within India – the Colonial East India Company established as British Raj were invariably the upper castes in India.

Those taking pride as Rajvanshis or from the Indian Royal family – the princely states Raja and Maharaja categorized as Shatriyas (warriors) in the caste hierarchy and their Raj gurus or Ministers predominantly Brahmins had no qualms in accommodating the invaders and occupiers at that time. The trend continued to the moment. 

History is testimony to the fact and these events are prevalent until today that foreign invasion of India made possible by those in power as Kings, Ministers and power brokers as well as business community ( Vaisya in Indian caste system) those days until now.

The proselytization of Hindus to Islam and Christianity etc. squarely falls on upper caste as enumerated above.

Hence, the upper caste descendants retaining powerful positions as members in Parliament and government would be the outcasts for their ancestral treason facilitating and cooperating with then invaders determined by BJP as forces behind proselytization or conversion to Islam or Christianity of large swath of Hindus by force or coercion.

The entire exercise arguably leads to introspection and poignant factor that nothing happens without internal collusion and complicity.

NRC is a political maneuver exacerbating complex socio economic and political environment in Secular India.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah investing Indian public money in improving and alleviating India’s economic situation would be wise and worthwhile rather than wasting resources and wealth in unnecessary and detrimental policy viz. NRC.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s BJP government reserving Article 370 removal in Jammu & Kashmir as India’s internal constitutional matter might be received as such and acknowledged by international political class. 

However, How does Prime Minister Narendra Modi justify his decision to intervene in neighbor Nepal’s similar and rather positive development in constitutional amendment declaring Nepal a secular state renouncing the traditional Hindu majority national identity to which India imposed unilateral economic blockade for nearly seven months hurting the weak, poor, vulnerable and mainstream Nepalese population deprived of essential food supplies, medicines and critical trade costing lives and livelihoods in the small developing country, Nepal?

Unlike Jammu & Kashmir situation post Article 370 abrogation by incumbent PM Narendra Modi government, Nepal’s constitutional measure was a progressive step towards inclusion of minority groups and other demography transcending religion, ethnicity and nativity. While India exercising sovereignty on Article 370 action, PM Narendra Modi not recognizing Nepal’s sovereignty to implement constitutional revision and reprimanding the neighbor with severe economic sanction confirms double standard.

When bigger nations assert authority on smaller counterparts for political reasons and simultaneously rebut global citizenry legitimate concerns over the former’s engagement in Jammu & Kashmir albeit India’s union member, the response is anything but convincing or satisfactory.

PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah’s claims on Jammu & Kashmir that eliminating Article 370 would turn the lives around for the state’s citizens unfortunately and evidently negative from ground reality. When the Central government apparently had so much confidence on their audacious act of revoking Article 370 in Jammu & Kashmir to be celebrated by Kashmiris across the spectrum, 

What is the need for extended curfew denying all citizens basic access to survival and health requirements paralyzing existence?

What is the purpose behind detaining state political party prominent members with whom BJP and Congress party at the Center have forged alliance and run state governments in Jammu & Kashmir?

Why is PM Narendra Modi government moving ahead with local city at municipal level election on October 24th under lockdown position in Jammu & Kashmir?

Any democratic nation would provide explanations to all above mentioned circumstances and earnestly strive to relieve the affected citizens from the ongoing duress returning the state to normalcy for the people to continue their lives without any fear, obstacles and threats to their fundamental rights as well as freedom.

Victimizers’ preaching victims to respond with love, peace and conciliatory message while the victimizers maintaining their unruly mob conduct as their prerogative is humorous in one aspect and preposterous in reality.

Victimizers’ such demand is hypocrisy at best and idiocy at worst. The video further explains on this topic.

When victimizers advise victims to respond with nothing but peace and love in return for victimizers’ systemic abuse, insults and insolence as the norm.

It should definitely make any victim wonder on victimizers’ blatant duplicity.

Those who preach and expect nothing but respect, love and cordial relations from others whom they consistently target denying them their due respect and dignity,

The strange yet not surprising behavior from those whose lives are defined by violation of others rights, freedom and peace,

The message of love, peace and harmony from victimizers & surrogates’ mouth represents nothing more than a hollow pit.

Ironically, victimizers are good at prescribing their victims esteemed values that never ever practiced by victimizers who regard their offensive behavior towards victims simply their prerogative with no regrets or remorse whatsoever.

So much so victimizers’ are desensitized to their flagrant & even violent stance. While insisting that victims grin & bear their victimizers permanent offense.

Imagine if love & peace had its way in the world to win hearts and minds.

Then the following would not have happened in the history of mankind.

The Hindu epics Ramayana & the greatest war since Universe creation Mahabharata could have been averted with Lord Vishnu in Lord Ram & Lord Krishna’s Avatar prevailed in his persistence peace efforts emphasizing love and reconciliation.

The Christianity founder Jesus Christ with a message of love and peace . Jesus Christ would not have been mercilessly crucified.

Lord Buddha would not have been mocked and criticized for his peaceful & merciful Buddhist philosophy on life.

In Sikh religion, peaceful  Sikh saints would not have been brutally slained.

Similarly, in Islam the Prophet Mohammed and his family could have been spared from persecution and termination of lives.

In the twentieth century worldwide,the pioneer of non-violence (Ahimsa) – Mahatma Gandhi assassination.

Now seven decades later, Mahatma Gandhi’s assassin Nathuram Godse would not be glorified. Nathuram Godse’s glorifiers would not be garlanded & elected to be seated in the so-called World’s largest democracy – Indian Parliament!

In the United States, apparently the beacon of Democracy,

The non-violent peaceful civil rights leader Dr.Martin Luther King Jr. would not have been assassinated.

The peace corps initiator and Secret Society critic United States President John Fitzgerald Kennedy would not have been assassinated.

Peace seekers & populist leaders viz.Thomas Sankara, Patrice Lumumba from Africa,

Likewise people choice leaders pledged to peace & unity in Latin America,

These leaders governments would not have been killed. Latin America destabilized.

If love and peace had its way in the present time as I speak,

Peaceful political, human rights, environment activists would not be jailed, tortured and even murdered by governments unheeding their peaceful request.

If love and peace had its way in the present nuclear world.

The so-called Super Power would not flex their Mighty Nuclear Muscle threatening Non-nuclear nations with favorite slogan – ‘All Options are on the Table’.

If love and peace had its way at the moment,

The extremely peaceful and pious Tibetan population would be free. Not Oppressed.

If love, peace and consideration had its way in the present world,

Palestine would be independent and Palestinians would have statehood.

Sri Lankan Tamils would not have been massacred.

Kashmir would not be under indefinite curfew denying Kashmiris basic access.

If love, peace, compassion had its way then the gross reality – The poor would not be relegated to the poorest status.

Last but not the least If love, peace and harmony had its way,

The ugly caste system in India would have been abolished recognizing ‘All Equal’.

The uncomfortable fact:

The world is a jungle with predators setting their eyes on herbivores deer, zebra etc.as easy prey than taking on carnivores like them knowing well the consequence.

In conclusion Love, Peace, Conciliatory gestures would be reciprocated in the ideal virtuous domain.

The world is far from being normal i.e. reasonable ethics or grace let alone be Righteous Paradigm.

Lest the victimizers change and abandon counterproductive ways, prodding victims to bow is analogous to wishing a sand castle be accepted as rock solid citadel.

The trek popularly referred to as Parikrama in Hindu Religion and KORA in Buddhism. 

Mt.Kailash situated more than 5900 meters or nearly 20,000 feet above sea level.

Mt.Kailash and Lake Manasarovar pilgrimage is indeed the toughest spiritual pilgrimage in the world. 

I remain ever grateful to the one and only God Shiva for his grace and blessings showered during this magnificent pilgrimage with perfect weather critical for trekking the treacherous and tortuous terrains of the Himalayas, the majestic Mt.Everest on the way to Mt.Kailash is a feast to pilgrims and trek enthusiasts on expeditions.

Why are the political leaders and prominent party members with whom PM Narendra Modi government forged alliance until recently in Jammu Kashmir held in detention?

What exactly is the government plan considering naturalized Kashmiris as Indian subjects following recent abrogation of Article 370 and 35A are experiencing Modi Shah wrath of human rights violations barely known to the rest of the nation or the world for that matter due to communication black out since the rapid abolition of statehood?

How democratic is it for government to deny own citizens in Jammu Kashmir – the inalienable rights to contact family, relatives and members of community within and outside the territory in indefinite curfew?

When is RSS run BJP government and political class going to abrogate and eliminate archaic abhorrent caste system in India while denouncing Triple Talaq (Divorce) and gender discrimination alienating females in property inheritance deceptively cited as Article 370 component as antiquated practice?

No government is above law and no heads of the state have the authority to impose violent restrictions depriving people normal existence.

Any government engaged in such activities could not be democratic exposing the true characteristics of unconstitutional authoritarian governance that sooner than later meet undesirable conclusion.

Unfortunately, Jammu Kashmir citizens are victims of Modi Shah government malfeasance that is being allowed with political opposition complicity and others choosing to remain silent spectators in society barring few exceptions voicing their opinions and objection to the ongoing unruly unconventional politics in the name of ending status quo only prolonged to a greater devious political goals to benefit self and vested interests. 

Jammu Kashmir citizens deserve fair treatment and importantly normal environment that are prohibited under government order that are in serious violation of citizens civil, democratic and constitutional rights.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s latest address to the nation on Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh trifurcation is least convincing at best given ground reality in the valley and Kashmiris dire straits and alarming at worst reflecting PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah’s absolute disregard for basic human rights extending their political legacy from Gujarat tenure endangering democracy. 

India cannot afford a government exceeding limits in every respect from misrepresentation, misinformation to miscalculation of political, economic and social outcome as a result of egregious recalcitrant approach ignoring common plight. 

India rising to the occasion and urging Modi Shah government to respect life and human rights in Jammu Kashmir along with directing focus on the ailing economy is the need of the hour.

Article 370 and Clause 35A concerning the northern state Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh for many reasons prominently the special status and privileges to J&K was the bone of contention. Though there are other states in Indian Union Federation enjoying synonymous position.

Above all, more than any states and union territories the Corporate families specifically Adani and Ambanis from Gujarat have been bestowed with unlimited privileges and exclusive status allowing them massive land acquisitions by force from farmers, Adivasis or natives i.e. tribal lands, general population owned private acres across India of Adani and Ambanis choice.

As if these are not enough, PM Narendra Modi with your allegiance to your corporate financiers among others Adani and Ambanis being your close associates are granted unfettered access to national assets such as airports, railways, telecom industry, mining, defense contracts and public companies in petroleum and oil and natural gas industry.

The hostile take over of India’s prized endowments by your campaign donors Adani and Ambanis are the biggest problems more than J&K’s Article 370 and Clause 35A.

PM Narendra Modi – How about your government and political majority in Parliament banning Corporate favoritism and immediate legislation on anti-trust law prohibiting corporations monopoly in the economy and elections remaining the existential threat endangering India’s 1.3 billion population lives, livelihood and importantly the youths’ present and future?

The Corporate run government previously UPA and your tenure have transformed democratic system into oligarchy enterprise.

PM Narendra Modi – your contradictions on issues deserve national focus.

In particular, Nagaland where your government under your leadership has granted Nagaland separatists government more than desired for in their wish list –  besides complete autonomy, a unique identity not barring own currency, passport (not Indian but Nagaland passport) Nagaland flag and Nagaland representation as an autonomous independent state in the United Nations while enjoying Indian taxpayers from the rest of India including the much targeted J&K Ladakh taxpayers funded defense force and foreign affairs as well as communication service.

Essentially, PM Narendra Modi your actions against J&K Ladakh contrasting Nagaland amplifies your political agenda to isolate problems with controversial and counterproductive solutions countering one and favoring the other – the Step father (सौतेला व्यवहार) treatment in many respects are neither politically astute nor viable for India’s unity and sovereignty.

However, the gender inequality in property inheritance and women’s economic status in J&K in addition to basic education to kids could have been addressed in a separate context as these are necessary for state and societal progress.

Again here, PM Narendra Modi – your empathy to J&K women akin to that extended to India’s muslim women in Triple Talaq was not even remotely expressed in Unnao rape victim’s case who is also a young woman – Indian citizen, Hindu by religion given  your political party i.e Hindutva RSS backed faction claiming India as a Hindu State to protect Hindus rights and interests.

Your silence in Unnao rape involving your political party BJP member and several mob lynching incidents in comparison to your government’s expeditious legislations on Triple Talaq, J&K Article 370 and 35A confirm your selective care for citizens evidently categorized as vote banks and political opportunism.

Furthermore, your gross negligence of Indians plight en masse on women’s safety and security, youth joblessness, farmers distress, corporate violations (Adani, Ambanis…and others) draining Indian economy with your cooperation and dedicated service to them is the nuclear effect on contemporary India.

Your government denying Nagaland demands disproportionate to J&K’s Article 370 and Clause 35A would have exemplified your administration’s commitment to strengthen India’s union federation and territorial integrity similar to that implemented against Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh.

The paradoxical decisions and actions in just these two states J&K and Nagaland let alone other states sharing parallel status raise legitimate questions on tenor and credibility of legislations reflecting bipolar determinations typically designed to suit corporate and upper echelons aspirations in acquiring real estate in J&K and gerrymandering i.e. reconfiguration of political landscape and ironically obliging Nagaland separatism from India.

PM Narendra Modi – the abrogation of Article 370 and Clause 35A in J&K, the strategy  adapted against Corporatism and other states in India with entitlements would demonstrate your leadership and government’s genuine goals for India as One Nation exempting none above law and legislations on all matter preserving hard fought democracy and underlying principles enshrined in constitution.

  Learning and striving to be human in nature and  behavior is the laudable milestone one could achieve in living and thenceforward.

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  Those who embark on restoring freedom beginning with their domain would add some credibility.

  The definition of freedom is liberty to choose in life. Having a choice to accept or reject anything unfavorable is the real alternative.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  The necessary precautionary measures from home owner like tarp on the roof even protecting the leased solar panels to avert substantial property damage including solar panels and subsequent liability to solar panel lessor i.e. the company involved in the matter are not reimbursed and expense declined as not the company responsibility.

  These issues clarify the status as anything but freedom.

  No matter how many fakes and impostors you produce to stymie my authenticity and identity as a woman of ethnic background, mother, great leader, honest and honorable humanitarian besides other noble attributes which I mention with humility that has positively served many from different walks of life.

  Unfortunately, with the exception of those having exploited the same for their exclusive benefits driven by their negative traits and trend not without consequences in reaping what one sows in life.

  Anything and everything you do via falsehood, propaganda and manufacturing phonies, proxies, puppets and pawns tied to unscrupulous, nefarious and criminal activities continue to backfire at you and them with many having met their Karma for their involvement.

  The Sun rise in the East and your persistent efforts to sabotage natural cosmic event proved counterproductive many times over. Not to mention your folly and ignorance leading you to self-defeating cause.

  Get a life. Live your life to make it meaningful and purposeful for you and you alone are responsible for your deeds and sins that you must settle sooner than later for any redemption and salvation which at this point in time is dismal and even impossible. 

  Thousand lies and million clones never replace indomitable TRUTH merged with the ABSOLUTE.
