The 2016 Presidential election was considered a done deal with a foregone conclusion of the democrat Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton as the winner even before the election was held in the nation. The democrat Presidential contender Hillary Clinton is by far the most vetted candidate considering a sprawling yet highly controversial political career beginning in Little Rock, Arkansas to the nation’s Capital Washington, D.C. 

The democrat Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s reluctance and defiance in accepting the previous 2008 election outcome in democrat primary against her democrat rival then Senator Barack Obama was viewed world wide. 

In 2016 the democrats primary election was fraught with internal conflicts within the party. It also involved the murder of then young 24-year-old Seth Rich, a democrat party worker shot dead in broad daylight in Washington D.C. The democrat party worker Seth Rich’s death barely caught media attention. Needless to say it did not bear relevance in the democrat party either. Seth Rich a democrat was the defacto democrat candidate Bernie Sanders supporter. The unlawful activities within democrat party in 2016 primaries prompted the democrat party worker Seth Rich to alert other fellow democrat workers due to serious ethical violations that eventually led to the resignation of then democrat party chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz, a democrat Congresswoman from Florida. The former DNC Chair Debbie Schultz was the democrat candidate Hillary Clinton’s strong supporter at that time. 

It was clear the democrat party primary election and nomination in 2016 was an internal battle with candidate Hillary Clinton reserved as the Presidential nominee and even going further, the President-elect in the domestic and foreign collaborative efforts to implement agenda in different aspects upon their preferred candidate Hillary Clinton assuming office in January 2017. 

Unfortunately for them, the 2016 turned out to be a major disappointment when the 2016 election delivered results against the democrats and foreign alliance anticipated outcome. The most aggravating issue for them was then Republican Presidential contender Donald Trump emerging the winner in 2016.

It would not be an exaggeration to describe the reaction and actions thereafter as all hell breaks loose from the democrat political party and those expecting the pre-ordained victory for their Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. 

The election night on November 4th, 2016 onwards up until January 2021, the dismissal of 2016 election result claiming the alleged Russian collusion dominated United States politics and congressional matter. The democrat party die hard supporters from different fields ranging from Hollywood to organizations affiliated to Clinton foundation and factions having invested $$$ in Hillary Clinton campaign were up the ante and launched personal attacks against then Presidential winner Donal Trump and campaign. 

There were some from Hollywood threatening  to blow up the White House while other so-called comedian actress exhibited her poor taste by holding a severed dummy head of the former President Donald Trump. She did not shy away from her public statement that in the real event there would be no ketchup alluding to violent regurgitation. 

Then there followed Robert Muller Committee wasting United States tax payer dollars to investigate the so-called Russian collusion in 2016 election. Even though the alleged Russian collusion well known as a political hatch by the accusers organized within Hillary Clinton campaign, the theatrics continued in Congress disrupting governance at all costs and any means to prove the myth about 2016 election. 

It did not end there. The series of investigations against the former President Donald Trump campaign and cabinet members not barring the former national security advisor General Michael Flynn and several others were subject to surveillance and FBI investigations in the extended Russian collusion allegation. 

The impeachment proceedings were also conducted against then serving President Donald Trump not once but twice setting precedence in American politics to indict the democratically and duly elected President between 2016 until January 2021.

The saga beginning in November 2016 until January 2021 is not yet over as it continues targeting members and individuals evident in the ongoing developments that are clearly politically motivated than moral or legal grounds behind these pursuits. 

Fast forward in 2020 election, the incumbent President Donald Trump securing the media confirmed 74 million votes though the actual figure falling anywhere between 80 – 84 million votes declared unsuccessful.

The real time voting and vote tabulations paused and intercepted in world view on election night in November 2020 arguably created dissatisfaction and mistrust in electoral process among the 84 million voters who voted for their incumbent candidate  President Donald Trump in 2020 election.

Furthermore, numerous voting irregularities and violations were noted and publicly substantiated during specific county election hearings viz, the Maricopa county in the state of Arizona that were not easily granted either.

The biggest travesty in the 2020 Presidential election debacle is the United States Supreme Court denying hearing on the matter. The 84 million voters represented as the electorate, United States citizens and taxpayers were declined a hearing at the highest court in land speaks volume on the democratic status or the lack thereof. 

Unlike the 2016 Presidential election, the 2020 Presidential election was adequately proved in public on foreign collusions, participation and deep involvement such as the real time vote tabulation in Berlin, Germany server rather than the United States technology resource.

The dissolved company in Spain hired in the voting machine calibrations and the fact dominion voting machine used in the election is reportedly Canadian based and not in the United States as would be required in any free and fair democratic election are incontrovertible.

The episodes in 2020 Presidential election breach is a setback for democracy and constitutional subversion. The foreign intervention starting with Beijing, the U.K. based billionaire George Soros and other foreign entities listed in the National Intelligence report suffice electoral interception. 

Internally, the domestic media, press, judiciary as well as state legislative assembly in the seven disputed states were a major let down for the American electorate expressing regrets and frustration over their votes not being counted and rejected in the 2020 Presidential election. 

Regardless, the 2016 Presidential election results were challenged throughout the four years term in office of the former President Donald Trump.

The two Presidential elections conclusively differ in civil democratic applications and compliance revealing the intoxication of power. The vulnerabilities with internal and external saboteurs exacerbate individual rights undermining constitution in the overt subjugation of the republic to legitimize illegitimacy.

There are two different types of crimes – one where those involved openly admit having done that regardless of repercussions. This type usually might justify their actions even though they may not be justifiable when there are loss of lives and the crime inflicting pain and suffering in many aspects to the victims.

Nevertheless, they remain firm in their convictions of the crime they are involved with and accept full responsibility.  In this way, this particular type exhibit resolve and courage in the admission of their participation. Whether the action i.e. the crime is right or wrong in legal, ethical and moral sense is a consequence they engage via appropriate channels such as judiciary and media platforms. At least they do not shy away from the admission of having committed the crime. 

Now there is the other type choosing the path of denial and defiance regardless of incontrovertible evidences leading to open shut case. This type circumvent the situation despite their direct or indirect involvement staring straight at them. They try hard to evade and mostly scapegoat anyone not even remotely related to their agenda.

Such characteristics are classic guilt syndromes prompting them to ignore the inner conscience and deviate from acknowledgment of the crime. This behavior subject them to enormous strife just to hide their crime and unnecessarily weave a web of lies, insinuations and far fetched explanations to evade responsibility.

As a result they continue to struggle in maintaining their versions considering the lack of courage and integrity to come forward and face the reality. In avoiding confirmation of their crime, they hope to avert the ramifications especially when they are protected with political immunity and other privileges. 

However, this second category end up experiencing excruciating guilt within besides their transparent trepidation revealing all that is clear to the eyes of the beholder. They are also saddled with excess baggage of maintaining muted response or alternatively obfuscate in their position. 

Either way they find themselves sailing in turbulent seas with no courage to confront the challenge. 

Courage is indeed a big deal in life amid or to deter any crisis.

The secret society with members and participants sworn to secrecy refraining from sharing details of the meeting includes serving members in governments, globalists running the economy, financial sector, diverse media and the military industrial complex to name a few among key global systems. The secret society’s clandestine meetings engineering major activities against global economy, military strategy, nuclear goals, warfare ranging from terrorism, nuclear options to bio warfare…albeit all experienced by global population up until now.

The questions raised from Europe on the developing and emerging economies inability to provide for their citizens ranging from education, health to other basic facilities compared to the developed nations citing the western world merit attention.

Notwithstanding the outcome strengthening China’s currency warfare against United States and Beijing’s dominance  in economic, political, military and foreign policy against the U.S. smooth and steady in the aftermath of 2020 Presidential election.

In the global front, China’s meteoric rise from globalization facilitated the belt road initiative (BRI) spread far and wide expanding into more than 75 nations with serious economic and geopolitical repercussions for the world at large. The trend unfortunately pose humongous challenge for partners entrapped in sovereign debts and key infrastructure forfeiture such as shipping ports and territories like in Sri Lanka, Maldives and many nations in Africa, Latin America, Central, South, South East Asia and the Middle East. The western nations Australia, Canada, EU and the United States face unique economic, strategic and political issues with China despite the pandemic origin tracing back to Wuhan, Hubei province in China.

The current inflation is reflected in essential consumer goods and services posing a major challenge for average citizens in the absence of necessary economic growth. The job market is yet to project reasonable employment status that guarantees steady and stable household income. Amid grim economic situation, the all time high inflation is a serious concern for citizens with minimal or no income. 

The Federal Reserve intervention adjusting the prime rate on interest and other borrowings to curb inflation might be standard response. Following the federal reserve course in this regard, the impact on the housing market would not be entirely favorable to first home buyers or homeowners planning to sell or refinance upon interest rates hikes to correct rising inflation.

The balancing act weighs heavily on the Federal Reserve monetary policy and government’s fiscal policy to control inflation.

The current events bear relevance deserving attention with no substantial change in human behavior. It is evident in terms of exerting authority justifying unruly subjugation in return objecting retribution with repeat castigation.

In the modern era, the innovative techniques are deployed in mass killings via drones, nuclear laden short and long range missiles and/or sponsoring terrorism and cannibalism.

The old fashioned divide and conquer strategy polarizing communities and society in deep rooted hierarchy and presumptuousness expended in political and vested interests slighting self and en masse peril.

The citizens exercising the democratic rights to question the Indian government’s precise action in this regard is fundamental and relevant.

On the other hand, the Indian government failure to disclose the facts and decisions on containing cash economy in adherence to World Economic Forum’s controversial Great Reset would serve as the litmus test on India’s political system as a democracy let alone the world’s largest democracy.

Freedom is inalienable birth right. The world was created with natural freedom to exist in the vast beautiful environment. The concept – all things are created equal and meant to live with freedom, peace and happiness is unfortunately not experienced amongst all.  In fact, the overwhelming majority in the world are subject to some form of oppression, persecution, prejudice and exploitation. Human evolution since creation might have exponentially risen in every dynamics except for behavior in terms of fairness and equality substituted with prevalent and persistent discrimination and hierarchy.

One might argue that tremendous progress is made in that respect as well despite glaring distinctions in social economic status. The minority dominance i.e. the super wealthy control of all affairs beginning with government, economy, religion and social edifice is the problem. The politics involving bidding on candidacy in political campaign with illegal money flowing in from all directions invalidate the democratic system of one vote per one person. The solicitations incentivized with bribes in cash and positions luring members of opposition to the ruling political party claimed as majority undermine democracy.

The economic sector declared capitalism shun market economy fundamentals such as healthy competition neutralizing anti-trust activities. The prominent players in the economy are now established as monopolists enabling them lion share of consumerism and market value. The few members in the economy exert disproportionate control over most sectors inhibiting market economy salient features like small medium enterprise (SME) providing opportunity to a variety of skills, ideas and innovations, the bedrock of pervasive economic progress. Furthermore, the monopoly of two or more in the economy deprive consumers the basic benefits of market economy i.e. choices based on individual preferences and affordability that are now entirely at the single gigantic ownership’s discretion. These developments exclusively benefiting monopolists are nowhere representative of the market economy viz. capitalism in the new age. The economic sector driven towards monopolistic capitalization and profiteering among core entities are inner concentric reflected in the lack of wealth distribution already affecting consumer power. The vicious cycle of wealth concentration leading to contraction in retail industry and local manufacturing, the survival means and income source for the overwhelming population in India merit government focus with legislations protecting these sectors from overarching absorption by major stakeholders in the economy.

The agriculture economy is rapidly transitioning under corporate structure and ambit allowing the latter to shift from agrarian purpose and efficacy towards profit oriented mechanisms hurting the soil, water, irrigation and seed germination that are genetically modified inducing inorganic toxic ingredients for bumper crop effects that are proven counterproductive. The land seizures with the government assistance by monopolists in the economy are enormous deploying under handed tactics and strategy to deprive farmers, native land owners like Adivasis in MadhyaPradesh, Chattishgarh, Uttar Pradesh and other parts of India. The trend maintained by every ruling party in India have only proliferated under Prime Minister Narendra Modi government in the last six to seven years exacerbating farmers plight in India.

The human rights activists and legal representatives like Professor Sudha Bharadwaj are held in prison without due process and basic legal rights in the land confiscations disputes involving governments favoring monopolists in the economy against  farmers and Adivasiss in Chattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s extended and elaborate speech on India’s Independence Day 2021 comprehensively showcased BJP government in particular PM Narendra Modi’s achievements in the last six to seven years although the ground reality speaks volume on wide range of issues that are phenomenal failures causing legitimate concerns, anxiety and frustrations among the victims i.e. the 1.3 billion people in India enduring the government’s flawed policies, inactions and erroneous decisions affecting lives with generational impact.

The farmers peaceful rally has been violently dealt with under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership denying the ploughing hands and toiling crop producers the long overdue relief from financial debts incurred due to government mismanagement of harvest marketing and distribution largely protecting corporate interests against farmers survival let alone the long term productivity.

PM Narendra Modi asserted that farmers accounts were credited with large sums of money to spare them from economic and financial woes that contrast with farmers protests in the past two years seeking government intervention in the farmers’ deteriorating conditions to continue farming. The government’s violent treatment of farmers in the non-violent gathering in New Delhi in world view was reprehensible.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah’s legislative move targeting Muslims and diverse Indian communities in the controversial Citizenship Amendment Act inflicting unnecessary pain and suffering was carried out with authority. When the anguished residents and citizens presented their views in this regard again in peaceful assembly, the women and university students predominantly in muslim educational institutions were brutally beaten, incarcerated and isolated in government’s response.

Then there were the BJP radical elements ignited communal violence in North East Delhi in February 2020 coinciding with then United States President Donald Trump’s visit to India. The humble dwellings of Muslims and so-called Dalits were aimed not even sparing school buildings and hospitals that were gutted in the grand arson in February 2020. The BJP leaderships’ worst crime in this instance was granting impunity to arsonists and instigators within BJP and punishing the Delhi High court judge for observing the rule of law with midnight transfer order from Delhi to Haryana. 

The crimes against minorities, college students, writers, authors, human rights activists, environmentalists in the past seven years reek hard line crackdown and government intolerance to peaceful political dissent.

The honorable ex-serviceman Tej Bahadur Yadav – the national pride having protected the nation and citizens of India in the treacherous Siachin border against China and Pakistan for over twenty years was ridiculed and denigrated for being the whistleblower on the status of foot soldiers camps especially the corruption in the meal menu and catering affecting the army personnel health and ability to serve effectively in the harsh weather at the higher altitude. The government reaction to such genuine reports was to dismiss the truth sayer and cover up the crimes within the relevant regiment administration. The family of the former defense personnel Tej Bahadur Yadav was tried and tormented by the government owned crony media and IT contingency leading to the serviceman’s only child and young adult – the twenty one year old son’s suicide.

When the ex-national guard Tej Bahadur Yadav emerged as a candidate against the incumbent Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh in 2019 national election, the army personnel Tej Bahadur Yadav’s candidacy was rejected under false premise. The abhorrent crime in this respect not only violated the Indian citizen and ex-defense personnel rights, it was also a direct assault on democracy and democratic election.

These events under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s governance and Home minister Amit Shah’s purview as interior minister leave impression and imprint in either political members’ legacy similar to the infamous Godhra violence in 2002 and their governance in the state of Gujarat that was anything but democratic and peaceful and least of all worthy of emulation.

The topic will resume shedding light on the hidden and forbidden facts behind India’s ordinary lives’ extraordinary struggles and sacrifice.
