The latest trend to attack truth and factual presentations from me via threats and vitriolic characterizations by certain press and media outlets online and diverse format representing criminal syndicate is abominable.

The criminal entities responsible for corruption, communal violence, treason, embezzelment, tax evasions, oppression, prejudice, massacres and state terrorism not to mention the abhorrent sponsoring of cannibalism have no shame whatsoever in their servile position to malign my unequivocal stance on social justice, freedom, individual rights, fair opportunity and progress for all not just the selective few or the privileged in the society.

These hired critics and opportunists somehow only remember what I have not said yet on any communal event or issue while conveniently ignoring more than 1500 posts written and published by me on PadminiArhant.com and Prakrihi.PadminiArhant.com thus far that continues until now on various topics with specific focus on human rights violations and persecution of the underprivileged and those deemed outcasts in society.

In the process, I have endured serious injury like carpal tunnel from prolonged use of hands in writing these articles, loss of voice due to excessive verbal and visual presentations not to mention the impact on vision in constant use of computer and other electronic device. Does any of these challenges that I face matter to those casting stones at me? Apparently not.

Why not hold those in power and influential positions raking a fortune on taxpayers money accountable for dereliction of duty and adversarial decisions ruining lives and destiny of millions in the world?

I challenge the incognito abusing me as sociopath, an identity that is exclusive to them and their servile contingency to come out in the open rather than deploying sycophants from Vanity Fair and alike that is appropriately Insanity Fair depicting deplorable journalistic standard, a desperate strategy confirming the declining status.

Similarly, the goon politics recruited and funded news site viz. The Wire based in Delhi, India pretending as non-profit in the blatant profiteering racket upend journalism with provocative references inciting unnecessary perceptions for personal and political gains welcoming imminent downfall.

The rogue elements instigating unsubstantiated and fabricated tales in the hope of evading judgment on unforgivable sins committed by them since their origin and expected to be carried out until their last breath are determined to disqualify themselves from any redemption. The endless obituaries and eulogies given the hostility, acrimony and intense hatred towards me is nothing more than a suicide mission for anyone engaged and promoting such practice. The consequences proved time and time again lately with their proxies, puppets and nominated characters demise demonstrating individual folly and hubris.

The trend aptly reminding them those who dig grave for others invariably find them in it with the end justifying the means regardless of power, authority and celebrity status.

Accordingly, I demand an apology from those riding on my back and dishonestly claiming my contributions as their own when I have dedicated my life especially in the last decade up until now without being paid a dime or funded on anyone’s payroll. Instead I have depleted my life savings for those aspiring to achieve their dreams that would have been impossible for them otherwise together with numerous humanitarian causes only to be mocked and ridiculed in return as bankrupt by the ungrateful and insolent notwithstanding their serious memory lapse on own moral and ethical insolvency.

In the materialistic world with obsession for power, fame and fortune prompting ego centric aspirations at others expense, those criticizing me have no credibility or integrity. The sacrifice my family and I have made for the unknowns near and far cannot be sullied in the face of recognition, acknowledgment and blessings in the spiritual sphere.

The duplicity, lies, mass deception and propaganda through various means backfiring at the source and catalysts should not be slighted as these are ominous signs of decadence and reckoning resulting from deceitful actions.

The unscrupulous are experiencing karmic effects of their nefarious activities reflected in electoral defeats and financial losses with more on the horizon defining the clarion moment that none can escape their karma.

The divine purpose never succumbs to cowardly and wicked tactics neither bow to tyranny despite intimidation, subversion and manipulation much to the inevitable peril of those behind such tricks and traits.

In 2018 – The Supreme Court majority rule (7-2) which is not a narrow scope as misinformed in the news media favoring the Colorado Baker Jack Phillips who declined the request from customers – Gay couple to bake a cake to celebrate their wedding. The baker apparently refused on religious belief as a Christian. 

United States Supreme Court having ruled  in favor of Same Sex marriage in 2015 described as landmark decision in American justice now upholding the baker Jack Phillips position on religious basis though the matter pertaining to Gay wedding event is rather interesting.

Accordingly, The United States Supreme Court’s contrasting outcome related to Gay wedding presents a unique situation.

On the one hand Supreme Court legalized Gay marriage in the historic ruling in 2015 and fast forward three years later in the latest lawsuit the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) accorded with the baker Jack Phillips maintaining the individual interpretation of religion viz. Christianity in this case to deny the Gay customers cake order for a wedding celebration claimed as the baker’s personal religious belief not intended to be discriminatory against the patrons.

The recent result place religion and religious followers in a conundrum. As far as the society and religion are concerned, there are Christians among gay community as much as there are atheists and agnostics in heterosexual segments in any society.

Where does that leave the Gay Christians approaching the same source i.e. Jesus, Mary and Almighty God for solace and peace like the non-gay Christians?

Is SCOTUS opinion in correlation to the White House representation given the time 2015 and 2018?

The Federal Reserve vote on banking deregulation two days ago renamed as Volcker 2.0 from the earlier one Volcker rule named after the ex-Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker merits attention. 

The deregulation favoring major banks apparently with bipartisan support that includes a Democrat Lael Brainard among three sitting Fed Governors is claimed as simplification of the previous version. 

As such, Congress having blocked the rule that allowed consumers recourse against banks in addition to repealing fair lending practice in auto industry stated to have discriminated minority borrowers from white peers do not bode well in the economy comprising diverse consumer base.

The  Federal Reserve move towards new rule Volcker 2.0 cheered among  finance sector lobbyists in Wall Street and big banks having been responsible for financial crisis drowning significant number of homeowners and ordinary citizens in deep financial situations forcing bankruptcy and foreclosures on many beyond salvation requires public debate and approval rather than decision among core members representing vested interests.

The taxpayer insured banks and public deposits in financial institutions and importantly mortgage securities deserve scrutiny and regulatory compliance considering the banking industry earlier ventures and unrelenting activities that led to taxpayers bailout of the banks and finance institutions.

The ordinary taxpayers were abandoned in the mortgage fiasco while the big banks and hedge fund companies were rescued using the same taxpayers hard earned tax dollars in the do or die call following financial sector debacle. 

What has been recognized by common citizenry from past experience and established now is there will be no such thing as Bank or Insurance Industry Bailouts using taxpayer funds regardless of any dire scenarios sketched in the SOS – Too Big to Fail moment.

Though the new rule reported to retain the earlier version’s restrictions on speculative trading also known as proprietary trading, however providing classifications on trading activities for possible risk laden investments at banks discretion are to be weighed carefully given the finance industry’s notable impulsive characteristics for undesirable options. 

The article will resume highlighting other concerns related to Wall Street and Federal Reserve measures to ease regulations that are meant to protect ordinary citizens and common taxpayers being the overwhelming majority in the economy against the top 1% targeted goals to continue business as usual at the former expense.

The facts presented on this site and the subdomain exposing reality and misuse of power and public money in taxpayer funded institutions and federal goevernment such as the defense department and federal agencies handling enormous amount exceeding $500 billion which is one half of a Trillion dollars – $1,000,000,000,000 immediately refuted as conspiracy theory. The term conspiracy theory (CT) is loosely used to defend indefensible actions among those responsible for massive evasion on accountability. The entertainment industry and certain media networks are deployed to distract attention from important issues.

There should be no misconception on figures and data on this site and the subdomain including the recent article Memorial Day – Troop Withdrawal from Afghanistan as they are always verified for accuracy and any clarifications. United States defense budget has been allocated an average $500 billion or more especially since the beginning of this century.  The allocation has been used to fund the Project for New American Century (PNAC) among other designated ventures. 

The wars in Afghanistan, Iraq and Pakistan has cost around $4.8 Trillion per Congressional Budget Office. The operations in these three nations and neighboring states – Syria, Libya and Yemen still underway in the overall timeframe i.e. 17 years dating back to October 2001 – invasion of Afghanistan together with military bases worldwide involving transfer of military assets and troops relocation besides several known and disguised activities are not magically performed without using U.S. tax payer money.  For instance, the fighter jets flown out of Nebraska to Korean Peninsula in 2014 and earlier to intimidate North Korea in the military drills costs taxpayers millions of dollars that are not necessarily paid for by South Korea, the ally and host of the U.S. military base in Korean Peninsula.

In FY 2015, Pentagon and related spending totaled $598 billion, about 54% of the fiscal year 2015 U.S. discretionary budget. The accountability in federal department budget using taxpayer dollars is necessary due to DOD trajectory failing to meet legislated General Accountability Office standard thus far. United States ordinary citizens in particular, as the regular tax payers have every right to know the expenditure details of their tax dollars instead of being dismissed as conspiracy theory. Anyone having nothing to hide would submit to scrutiny on financial transactions amounting to Trillions of dollars raising budget deficit and national debt burdened on the present and future generations of this country. Notwithstanding the unaccounted money absent audit trail having set precedence to continue business as usual with those responsible in abstaining responsibility.

Furthermore, the trend impact consumer interest rates affecting average citizens affordability on essential requirements in life.

The ordinary citizens as taxpayers are reminded of serious penalty including jail terms upon any errors in the annual tax return with IRS while exempting the public employed officials and bureaucrats in public service from similar compliance and conditions. Obviously the system is defunct with corruption and misrepresentation. 

The site remains committed in endeavors holding the powerful, influential and the secretive for actions, decisions and failures on matter not limited to financial transactions in Trillions of dollars inflicting immense suffering on millions of lives in the United States and worldwide.

Memorial Day memorializing war veterans is the tradition.

The tribute to those sacrificing their lives for any just cause is always honorable and more so with the soldiers and defense personnel laying their lives to defend their country and fellow citizens from any potential danger.

However, the trend in the past and present century forging wars for reasons other than national defense costing young blood and nation’s treasure proved counterproductive and futile. Whatever explanations accompany prolonged occupation of foreign land with massive troops deployment and troop surge along with increase in defense budget predominantly expended in military bases maintenance worldwide, the outcome of such maneuvers evidently not favorable.

United States assuming the role to patrol and police global frontiers has escalated tensions, promoted nuclear options in self-defense and deterrence besides imposing mandatory defense spending on all nations at the expense of economic growth and development.

In other words, United States military presence worldwide has left nations with only one option and that is to beef up military capability boosting the military industrial complex represented defense sector to thrive rain or shine regardless of market conditions benefitting selective members in the hierarchy.

United States and NATO waged wars and subsequent occupation in different regions of the world on false premise has produced chaos and catastrophe creating permanent war zones and leaving those nations bereft of recovery otherwise possible in restive and peaceful environment.

The wars aimed at profitability with no concern for loss of innocent lives and defense force especially the misinformed young men and women led in harms way could no longer continue business as usual. The propaganda based wars, military interventions and terror sponsoring targeting nations and regions for hegemonic goals squandering ordinary citizens lives and their tax dollars are enormous liability in economic, political, social and humanitarian terms ruining nations and destiny of millions forced into refugee status.

The contemporary situation demands fair assessment to end illegal occupation of foreign land and territory allowing the population of those nations normal existence and self-determination rights barring foreign intrusion.

The case in point is Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Korea to name a few.

Considering the extended timeframe and purpose not serving the local and regional inhabitants interests and furthermore the military and aggressive involvement fomenting violence and security violations, the complete withdrawal of forces and ceasing violent engagement are necessary to establish peace and stability in these parts of the world.

Afghanistan is primarily used as United States and NATO military base to exert dominance in Central Asia denying Afghanistan the sovereign status and Afghans the fundamental right to political freedom and social progress critical for economic prosperity.

Above all, the economic costs since invasion of Afghanistan in October 2001 until today including protracted warfare in Iraq and Pakistan has cost U.S. taxpayers $4.8 trillion per Congressional Budget Office report and still counting with the warfare carried out on borrowed money inflating United States budget deficit and subsequent impact on national debt leading to sharp hikes in consumer interest rates reflecting macroeconomic effects.

The current allocation of $45 billion this year for Afghanistan alone is again repeating predecessors pattern without subjecting pentagon to accountability and independent audit given the trajectory on disproportionate spending and trillions of taxpayers dollars admittedly missing as confirmed by former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld on $2.3 Trillion and the same acknowledged in previous Congressional hearings with no actions from any administration or Congress thus far.

In other words, David Lindorff reported that “the Department of Defense has not been tracking or recording or auditing all of the taxpayer money allocated by Congress — what it was spent on, how well it was spent, or where the money actually ended up. There are enough opportunities here for corruption, bribery, secret funding of ‘black ops’ and illegal activities, and or course for simple waste to march a very large army, navy and air force through. And by the way, things aren’t any better at the Navy, Air Force and Marines.”

The referenced excerpt of the article and earlier incident on $2.3 Trillion vaporized is just the tip of the iceberg with successive administrations and Congress obliging pentagon demand for billions of taxpayer money exempting the tax payer funded military headquarter Pentagon and federal defense agencies from checks and balances that are applicable to ordinary citizens in society.

These events decisively and conclusively determine the need for immediate withdrawal and winding up of operations in Afghanistan and other destinations having no relevance to national interests except undermining United States credibility and wasting taxpayers money that deserves to be invested in domestic economy such as job creation, health care, public education, scientific research and innovations and infrastructure.

On U.S. taxpayers behalf, the Congressional authorization of independent oversight to probe corruption and financial irregularities in taxpayer funded defense department viz. pentagon and other federal agencies dealing with defense activities is paramount for transparency and economic viability.

Finally, national defense force is meant to safeguard nation’s security and not misused for some entities and certain groups’ hegemonic ambitions and exclusive gains.

The latest developments on Korean affairs with North Korea demolition of Punggye-ri nuclear test site reportedly in the presence of international journalists with subsequent graphics from various news outlets confirming North Korea’s destruction of the sites clarify DPRK’s pledge to maintain nuclear non-proliferation. Additionally, the meeting held today between DPRK leader Kim Jong Un and South Korea’s President Moon Jae-in following Panmunjom Declaration with both nations agreement to end wars and hostilities besides fostering momentum on peace efforts is a welcoming change.

Furthermore, North Korea willingness to hold direct talks with United States per scheduled meeting between North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and United States President Donald Trump on June 12^th, 2018 in Singapore is yet another positive sign despite United States wavering positions from on to off and on stance. The much anticipated North Korea and United States high level meeting could be the precursor in ending tensions in Korean Peninsula.

Meanwhile, North and South Korea involvement in reconciling differences by diplomatic means thus far is very encouraging and obviously expected by citizens from both sides as any fall out in relations and setbacks in peace talks have direct impact on the people in Korea. The continuous pursuits and engagement by leaderships and members at various levels in North and South Korea is critical to achieve the common goal on permanent peace that would guarantee progress, growth and prosperity.

North Korea and United States delegation and diplomatic sources preparation for forthcoming summit on June 12^th, 2018 in Singapore would lead to successful arrangement without any skepticism on eventuality of the meeting.

Congratulations! To the people and leaderships as well as officials in North and South Korea in demonstrating eagerness and positive overtures in peace making deal.

The reports on North Korea’s possible withdrawal from the upcoming peace summit tentatively scheduled on June 12^th, 2018 in Singapore citing the ongoing military exercise between United States and South Korea and the U.S. officials demand for complete denuclearization obviously deserves fair assessment.

As mentioned on many occasions to resolve any crisis, the cause must be identified and addressed effectively making way for any appropriate solutions. On North Korea issue, the United States military drills with South Korea in Korean Peninsula has been the bone of contention prompting North Korea to seek nuclear option in self-defense and deterrence in the first place.

After long skirmishes and threats from both sides i.e. United States and North Korea, the olive branch exchanged between North and South Korea in the wake of Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea in February this year set the pace for peace talks between the two neighbors with hopes and expectations on all sides to diffuse long standing tensions ushering in the era of peace and normal relations in Korean Peninsula.

The earlier interaction between the two leaders of Korea, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in was indicative of some progress in reaching the milestone bringing the two leaderships to reconcile many differences and among them the three key proposals were to transform the current armistice to permanent peace treaty, North Korea terminating nuclear testing and economic ties along with family reunion among Korean members were to be formalized on Wednesday, May 16^th, 2018.

North Korea released the three Americans held hostage on espionage charges and also made a public announcement via state media that North Korea is scheduled to shut down the nuclear testing site and facility followed by an official ceremony on May 23^rd – May 25^th this year.

Now the U.S. military training of South Korean forces claiming to be in preparation of defense strategy for ally South Korea in the middle of peace process impairs faith and credibility necessary on all sides to rescind activities that has been contributing to the escalation of conflict.

Anytime when one side makes demands on the other despite the former having been the source of the problem from the beginning with relentless military maneuvers and display of artillery power including nuclear submarines at the doorstep of another in a manner that is intimidating and provocative,

The element of trust that is essential in all negotiations is jeopardized due to lack of commitment to meet their end of the deal.

United States military presence in Korean Peninsula is similar to their engagement worldwide much to the angst and frustration of nations they deem adversary. These states are expected to accept the situation as permanent setting regardless of such disposition undermining sovereignty and security.

United States military has been training South Korean forces since the emergence of that state without any determination of making South Korea self-reliant and there appears to be no end to the military base in Korea like the operation in Afghanistan.

How long does it take for the military such as the United States projected as the formidable and superior defense force in several aspects with capabilities to provide training and guidance enabling the trainees to qualify in self-defense mechanism?

Certainly, the course could not run into decades which means there are inherent deficiencies in the method or the objectives are not necessarily confined to the stated position with protracted goals to establish indefinite stay evident not only in Korea but also in Afghanistan, Middle East, the Baltics and the rest of the world.

South Korea on their part need to clarify the status to own citizens and their extended family members across the border in North for a truly democratic nation would not eternally allow or submit to foreign troops deployment under the guise of strengthening military prowess.

Needless to say, concessions are required from all sides based on their involvement that led to constant clashes with clear and transparent participation in the summit.

Again, reiterating earlier statement on this matter, denuclearization is incumbent not only on North Korea but in fact all nuclear states with United States and other major nuclear powers viz. Britain, France, Russia, China leading Israel, India and Pakistan along with NATO de facto in possession of nuclear arsenal are to be disarmed without exceptions to establish a nuclear free zone that would guarantee global peace and security and not otherwise.

The concept of responsible vs. reckless in nuclear status has been visited several times and adequately ascertained that all nuclear states pose a threat to humanity.

Accordingly the originators in this game i.e. United States and other dominant nuclear forces mentioned above bear responsibility to begin nuclear disarmament given their imperial legacy and ongoing illegal invasion and occupation of foreign land as well as territorial annexations necessitating nuclear option for those states as viable even though the maintenance and monitoring of nuclear sites proved an enormous liability for taxpayers and nations struggling with the costs of nuclear affordability and investments in the economy.

South Korea has to demonstrate independence in decision making without being influenced by foreign military power i.e. United States in ending military routines once and for all. South Korea population are entitled to forge normal ties with their families in North and begin a new chapter renewing economic partnerships, cultural and relevantly converting the armistice into irreversible peace accord. All of these are achievable upon demilitarization of the Korean peninsula paving the path for peaceful coexistence that has been prevented with United States exerting authority on Korean affairs.

The leadership qualities are tested in these times demanding courage and sincerity to embark on a peace mission abandoning aggression visible in military undertakings attributed to current impediments depriving the people in Korea on either side to stabilize and normalize the environment.

There are always implicit and explicit hawkish overtones attempting to stymie successful peace agreements as they are regarded unfavorable to personal and vested interests not to mention other extraordinary plans ignoring the consequences of such motives exacerbating human suffering and interjecting undesirable conditions.

South Korea should prioritize peace, stability and economic prosperity for all in Korea and move forward as a free sovereign state in holding direct talks with North Korean leadership and officials that would confirm the initiatives trustworthy and reliable for that is key to any endeavors more so of this pact having the prospects to turn history towards positive and peaceful direction.

I urge the South Korean President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to come together and ratify the alteration of armistice into peace treaty in addition to facilitating free flow of economic goods and services in Kaesong industrial complex in North Korea and consolidating Korean cultural values that are significant to present and future generations in their respective country.

United States role exemplified in demilitarization and lifting economic sanctions against North Korean citizens is vital as these actions would authenticate United States integrity in changing history from acrimony to harmony.

North Korea ceasing nuclear testing and closing nuclear site is prudent and proceed to do so that would further affirm international support recognizing the seriousness of such pledge.

I convey my best wishes to the people in North and South Korea as well as the leaderships and officials on all sides including United States striving hard to accomplish ever lasting peace that is long overdue in Korean Peninsula and Asia Pacific region.

United States citizens were introduced to major false flag event on September 11, 2001 that is being covered up until today in a manner burying the sand castle inside the silt by the sea shore. Following 9/11 there were series of false fag incidents in the United States and the rest of the world to justify war on terror by terror sponsors in the position of authority falling in the category of State sponsored terrorism.

Subsequently the monumental lie about the terror group leader who served as the intelligence agency valuable asset, the deceased Osama Bin Laden despite being dead in 2001 was resurrected and claimed to have been killed in Abbottabad mission in Pakistan in 2012.  Interestingly, the administration under ex-President Barack Obama then responsible for this event somehow could not produce any evidence such as the target’s body that was stated to have been conveniently disposed in the Arabian sea without considering the need to show the 9/11 terror victims families, the American public and the world at large. Additionally, the NAVY SEAL TEAM SIX  deployed in the capture and kill the dead Osama Bin Laden were also eliminated all at once in Afghanistan soon after the Abbottabad anecdote. So much for transparency.

Now the Miami High School shooting reporting in semblance with Sandy Hook Elementary School style leads to the following question.

In the latest story on Florida High School shooting, the freshman confirming a meeting at the school prior to the shooting occurrence draws attention.

The school had recently held a meeting to discuss what to do in such an attack, Ryan Gott, a 15-year-old freshman told CNN.

Did the school authorities have premonition about the incident prompting such meeting ahead of the incident?

Was the meeting held knowing such attack is imminent and accordingly alerted the school in advance yet doing nothing to prevent the crime from happening?

Usually schools have fire drill which is reported to have taken place in this school earlier in the day before any shooting rampage.

The audience are getting tired of propaganda based news items and insidious insinuations by those run out of steam and substance in the relentless pursuit of violent means to maintain status quo. The terror manufacturers and purveyors obviously are responsible for perpetual violence demonstrated in prolonged conflicts in Syria, Iraq, Libya, Lebanon, Palestine, Afghanistan, Ukraine and Africa inspiring and orchestrating episodes in the domestic front.

Is it ever possible for politics to come clean and accept responsibility for their actions or inaction during the term in office?

The answer is well known and anyone who dares to challenge status quo are subject to extreme and extraordinary treatment not barring elimination from position and assassination witnessed in political history worldwide. 

When human mind is corrupted with hunger for power, fame and fortune using any means to achieve, anyone on the path are deemed an obstruction. The corruption leads to deceit, deception and lies not shying away from treason and violation of others rights.

Politics embedded in betrayal of trust, backstabbing and bullying are regarded strength in contrast to honest straightforward and frank demeanor rejected as threat to environment seeped in secrecy and subversion.

In politics, subservience and collusion is rewarded and the trend deploying innuendoes that began in 2008 and continued until now targeting truth and factual presentations clarifies the contempt for integrity, the acute deficiency in politics. 

Those who have nothing to hide and fear would always confront any obstacles and challenges with clear conscience without relying on other sources and contingency to defend them.

Politics being a double edged sword is always brandished against the one declining to submit to devious agenda cloaked in duplicity and hypocrisy.

In political race, the authentic and committed contender would welcome participation of any contestant provided there is no criminal record and tainted alliances with members and organizations exposed for violating law and order.

Interestingly, they are the ones mostly found eligible, favored and usurped to power while prohibiting those not fitting the profile in this context. They are discouraged from taking part in election by having them arrested on unsubstantiated charges or denying them a fair opportunity to compete in national election. 

Such practice only reveals the lack of confidence among those pre-selected or riding on others back to gain or remain in power. The preference slight ethical factors besides conflicting with the principles of democracy and free and fair elections.

Unfortunately, those reining control over political, economic and social systems would not have any other way despite the stagnation and superficial methods premised solely on self and vested interests presenting imminent decline due to unsustainable level of corruption and illegitimacy. 

In the tradition with cyclical events and constant spinning in the hope of converting fallacious details into convincing material, the right to discernment is lost and so are the forces behind the strategy. 

Politics influenced news sources induce media frenzy to sensationalize topics with characterizations missing in substance and submerged in accusations for political benefit.

Politics would earn respect upon renouncing scapegoat tactics and acknowledge the importance of applying the law exempting none in pursuit of truth and justice.

  The life history in terms of social identity – color, creed, education, economic, political background etc., ending and the memory of it erased with the termination of life in any particular lifetime except for the accumulation of karmic debts pending settlement, the condition  is irrefutable.

  That being the fact of life, what’s all the fuss over melanin and skin pigmentation and other factors?

  The Soul’s unknown journey though markedly premised on individual deeds aka Karma in any life duration, the hangover on skin color and stereotype are sentiments inhibiting positive thought process and relevant progress in mind evolution.

  Learning and striving to be human in nature and  behavior is the laudable milestone one could achieve in living and thenceforward.

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The accused in this matter remain relevant for further legal investigation and proceedings now and in the future.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  भले ही दुष्कर्म और दुष्टता के बंधी और कार्यकर्ता उस पंछी को अपनी दुर्बल दृष्टि के कारण क्यों न देख पाते| यह उस पंछी के लिए कोई अंतर नहीं पड़ता |

  हुआ यूं की कुछ व्यक्ति अंधेर नगरी के सेवक बने। अंधेर नगरी काला धन और काली करतूतों के लिए ही प्रसिद्ध है। जब यह सच खुलकर सामने आया तो वे व्यक्ति जो अपने आप को प्रधान सेवक कहते फ़िरते हैं, हालांकि यह सेवक हैं पूँजी पतियों की और मुख्या का रूप धारण करते हैं केवल आम जनता पर रोभ जमाने के लिए। जैसे गरीब किसान, मज़दूर, आदिवासी, अन्य समुदाय के नागरिकों को पिछड़े वर्ग में दखेलकर और धर्म यहाँ तक भगवान का भी राजनीति और सौदा करते हैं। जब अंधेर नगरी की पोल खुली तो पूँजी पतियों के सेवक की कुर्सी हिलने लगी। यह तो होना ही था।

  आख़िर सच और मूच ज़्यादा देर छिपाया नहीं जा सकता। यह कड़वी बात सच के विरोधियों को तनिक भी अच्छा नहीं लगता। ख़ैर उनके पसंद नापसंद को लेकर न हीं सृष्टि बनाया हैं न ही उनकेलिए यह संसार जुकता है।

  फ़िर भी अंधेर नगरी के सदस्य और पूँजी पतियों के सेवक के ब्रह्म टूटने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है।

  वैसे अपने छवी को लेकर आम जनता के ख़ून पसीने से कमाया राष्ट्रीय धन लूटाने वाले व्यक्ति, दूसरी और उस पैसे को आइना दिखाने वालों पर जासूसी के लिए खर्च किया जाता है |

  यही व्यक्ति और इनके साथी की प्रतिक्रिया – किसी प्रकार के संकट के कारण दूसरे देश में शरण लेने वालों को गुसपेटि कहकर उन्हें वापस लौटाते हैं | उल्टा खुद दूसरों के घर बिन बुलाये पेगासस जासूसी के माध्यम गुसना ज़रा भी अपराध नहीं मानते हैं | इन गुसपेटियों के लिए कोई कायदा नहीं | औरों के लिए अलग खानून चलाने वाले किस प्रकार के लोग हैं, इसे बार बार अपने काले व्यवहार से दिखाते हैं |

  जिन हस्तियां में अपनी गलती और अपराध मानने की न हिम्मत या नीयत हो, और वो बलि की बकरी पे अपनी घटिया ज़िन्दगी और कारनामायें तोपते हैं तरह तरह के अभिनय से – कभी नमस्ते, कभी जीत का इशारा, कभी काला चश्मा पहनकर – जैसे की पूरे विश्व में केवल एक मैं ही काला चश्मा या आँख का चश्मा पहनती हो।

  और उससे भी बत्तर इनकी हरकतें बंदरों वाली नाच खेल करते हुए, अपनी हुलिया पर उंगुली उठाने वाली नौटंकी में व्यस्त हों, ऐसे बेईमान व्यक्ति अपने आप को मसीहा कहते फ़िरे, तो इनके मानसिक अवस्था को ही सामने लाता है।

  यह लोग जिन्हें अपनी जीवन निपटने की हुनर और धैर्य नहीं, यह भला औरों की पाप का भोज क्या ख़ाक उठाएंगे? जो यह मसीहा बन पड़े!
  

  अगर यह महोदय गण दूसरों को तंग और दुख न दे, तो यही इनके लिए और इनके जितने भी आस पास के सगे सम्बन्धी और पूरे समाज के लिए बहुत बड़ा उपकार होगा।

  मगर बात ये है की यह लोग अपने आप से भाग रहे हैं। किसी और के अस्तित्व को अपना बनाकर अपने ढोंग धोखलापन को और निछावर करते हैं।

  इसी में इनकी बेवकूफी और बेचैनी बेहाल सामने आता है।

  बेचारे किस्मत के मारे। अपने आप को महान मशहूर यानी प्रसिद्द कहने वाले, कितने अँधेरे मैं है, यह बात इन्हें नहीं पता।

  यह इनका दोष नहीं। इनकी अल्प बुद्धि का हाल है। ऐसे होते हुए, यह न घर के न घाट के हो जाते हैं। इन पर तरस के अलावा कुछ नहीं आता। जब इंसान को अगले क्षण का ख़बर नहीं, यह निकले अपनी ऐतिहास पलटने।

  यह प्रयास इन्हें सिवाय निराश और अपमान के अलावा कुछ नहीं बाँट रहा है इनको, तब भी यह अपनी हार मानने को तैयार नहीं।

  अब तक इनका कब्ज़ा धन, दौलत, शोहरत और सत्ता तक था। अभी यह लोग इज़्ज़त के ठेकेदार भी हो गए। इनको इतना तो पता होनी चाहिए की इज़्ज़त देने वालों को ही इज़्ज़त मिलती है। जो दूसरों की अस्तिव को अपना बनाकर, उनके व्यक्तिगत अधिकार छीनकर फ़िर उन्हीं को निशाना बनाने वाले, भला उन्हें ही इज़्ज़त की पाठ पढ़ाएंगे?

  यही हुई ना बात – चोरी और ऊपर से सीना ज़ोरि!

  कब यह अपनी गलती पर ध्यान देंगे? इनका तो यही मानना है की यह लोग कभी किसी को हानि पहुंचाते नहीं। किसी के साथ अन्याय कर ही नहीं सकते।

  यह दूध और चन्दन से धुले हुए है। इनकी तरह कोई संसार में धन्य है ही नहीं।अगर यह नहीं होते तो यह संसार कब का समाप्त हो जाता। इनके पवित्रता से ही जीव जंतु प्राणी के जीवित रहना संभव रहा है। वर्णा इस कलयुग में मृत्यु, शोक और दरिद्रता के अलावा है ही क्या मनुष्य की जीवन में?

  चलिए आपको हम सिखाते हैं की किसी के छोटेपन को ना बढ़ाने में अपनी बड्डपन है। आप भी क्या याद करोगे।

  इनका भी जवाब नहीं। क्योंकि आज तक इन लोगों की ही मन मानी चलती आयी। तो इन्होने सोच लिया की इनका ही दौर सदियों चलेगा ।

  जब रुत बदलते हैं, सरकार बदलते हैं, यहाँ तक की यह रातों रात काला धन से माला माल हो जातें है तो युग और समय बदलने में इनको क्या संकट है?

  आख़िर इनका इस दर्ति पर उतना ही समय है जितना अन्य जीव प्राणी का है। कई तो अपने जीवन के सफ़र पूरा नहीं कर पाते। ऐसे होते हुए इनका रोब और हुखुम जिन पर जमाते हैं जैसे की दूसरों को कुचलना इनका जनम जन्मांतर का अधिकार हो।

  पृथ्वी हर 365 दिन में एक बार सूर्य की परिक्रमा करती है और हर 24 घंटे में एक बार अपनी धुरी पर घूमती है।इसके कारण २४ घंटे ४ समय – सुबह, दोपहर, शाम और रात में बटा हुआ है।

  यह प्रकृति के नियम है जिसे किसी के लिए भी बदला नहीं जाता। जिन्हें भी इस प्राकृतिक के परमपरा से समस्या हो, उन्हें इस दर्ति में अनेकों बार जनम लेकर इस वातावरण का आदी होना पड़ता है। ज़रूरी नहीं इन्हें मनुष्य रूप ही प्राप्त हो।

  वाह रे मसीहावों, आप लोगों ने हद पार कर ली आपके इस प्रदर्शन से।
