Ukraine – Russia Peace Treaty 2022

March 6, 2022

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s War :  The current war waged by President Vladimir Putin is not only against Ukraine, it is also against the people of Russia.

Russian forces have been killed in the so-called special operation initiated and deployed by President Vladimir Putin strictly for personal goals – the revival of Soviet empire confirmed in the latest demands by the Russian President regarding the Donbas region – Donetsk and Luhansk states of Ukraine.

The massive Russian casualties suffered in the last 12 days conflict has prompted the Russian President Vladimir Putin to offer compensation in Russian rubles to Russian families on the loss of lives in the unnecessary battle. Similarly, Russian forces returning home with serious body injury and disabilities that are inevitable in any warfare are being offered government monetary aid.

These efforts need not be expended upon President Vladimir Putin ending the occupation immediately in sincere consideration of Russian lives and Russian economy that are at stake experiencing immense pain and suffering due to the Russian leadership’s irrational ambitions.

These developments are related to earlier venture.

The Russian President Vladimir Putin has treaded on the trail going back in 2008 with South Ossetia and Abkhazia – separated from the sovereign Georgian state in caucasus region.

Likewise previously in Chechnya in the Northern Caucasus declared the defacto republic under Russian Federation.

The Russian President Vladimir Putin’s hardline approach against Chechnya to stifle then secession of Chechnya from Russian control leading to two Chechen wars in 1994-1996 and later in 1999 is now paradoxically promoted in Donbas region by the Russian leadership against Ukraine.

The secessionism from Russia is not tolerated. However, the secessionist activities in Ukraine are facilitated and advanced through direct Russian military invasion  of Ukraine.

The Russian leadership’s controversial and contentious policy is by any definition a serious violation of sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

The imperialistic quest of major powers persisting in the twenty first century adamantly failing to recognize the new reality on independence of nations and its citizens is ominous for the leadership and those behind interventionism as the way to annex territories  via violence and aggression.

The imperialistic dream on revival of empires citing earlier centuries of dominance and insisting on reinstating the era are reminded that such egregious accounts would only lead to eventual dawn of creation of the planet leaving none as the imperial power.

The planet creation and evolution of life remaining at the Supernatural helm with human inhabitation being transitory and transitionary.

The infallible and incontrovertible truth in this context invalidate any imperialistic dominance and invariably succumb to precipitous decline due to unrealistic expansionism in the past, present and expected in the future.

Ukraine Update – The Russian President Vladimir Putin’s explanation on the ongoing military operation in Ukraine suggesting the military aggression is carried out to protect Donbas in eastern Ukraine and eliminate nationalists and neo-nazis allegedly using civilians as human shields is beyond reason, sensibility and humanitarian concept.

How is it justifiable to force the Russians and Ukrainian population combined to lay their lives and leave their homeland for the sake of a territory that is part of the sovereign nation Ukraine and those few individuals the Russian President wants to settle scores with, when they are not in the war zone having fled the scene since Russian invasion ?

Besides, history is testament to the fact, no aggressor till date has won the battle against nations regarded a fair game based on miscalculation of those nations’ vulnerability or military capability by the so-called mighty nations with or without nuclear status.

Russia as the former Soviet Republic is already experienced in this respect – invasion and occupation  of Afghanistan contributing to the collapse of Soviet Union.

How many more lessons a nation needs to lay the old guards and accept a new reality?

Ukraine is an independent sovereign nation. The illegal invasion and occupation of any sovereign nation by commonly and predominantly major powers have proved a colossal mistake and a failure.

It is not going to be any different this time.

Russian forces are deployed in the unnecessary warfare and Russia is being dragged into long term economic crisis that are far worse than the Russian leadership conducted special operation for personal goals.

President Vladimir Putin ending the military invasion is the only option to mitigate severe economic damages to Russia and importantly saving lives on both sides of the conflict.

No position, power or authority is greater than the will of the people determined to defend their homeland, sovereignty, territorial integrity and above all their individual liberty as citizens of the nation under attack.

Ukraine is currently drawn into defending their country from foreign infiltration.

The Ukrainians are demonstrating their ability to rescue their land from violent destruction by foreign authority. Every nation subject to this dilemma has invariably prevailed due to right not might wins even in the dark age.

Ukraine – Russia Peace Treaty 2022

Padmini Arhant

The primary focus is to establish peace in Ukraine including east Ukraine – the Donbas region, Donetsk and Luhansk republics having experienced unrest since the political turmoil in 2014 that began in Kiev’s Maidan square.

It is already established that foreign interference from the west in installing pro-western governments not barring neo-nazi ones in Kiev in 2014 went terribly wrong and then onwards Ukraine’s sovereignty has been subject to extreme trials and tribulations along different territories especially in eastern Ukraine.

Whenever there are foreign intrusions in a country either politically and/or militarily, tensions flare causing chaos and confusion in society.

The western appointed governments in Kiev were engaged in promoting counterproductive strategies then and thereafter that hurt Ukraine than helping the country. The aftermath of Maidan square protests in Kiev in 2014 had spread across eastern region Crimea and Donbas creating insecurity and fear among ethnic Russians and majority Russian speaking population at that time.

There is no doubt the atmosphere in Maidan square in 2014 split the nation into pro-western Ukrainians on one side and pro-Russian Ukrainians on the other side. Such situation typically divide the country. Unfortunately, that was the outcome of Maidan rally in 2014 generating isolation of eastern Ukraine. The citizens in Crimea and Donbas obviously feared for their life and felt threatened considering the violence erupting in Kiev transformed into ethnic clashes giving rise to pro-Russian separatist groups seeking independence.

The death toll from the confrontation between Ukrainian armed forces and pro-Russian separatists reported to be initially 2,600 and now increased to 15,000 or more according to Ukrainian authorities in Kiev. Regardless of low or high figure, the loss of life on any side is regrettable and turbulence in the region contributes to volatility hindering normal existence.

Meanwhile Russian Federation is accused of direct involvement earlier in Crimea leading to Crimean union with Russia. The neighbor Russia foothold in Donbas region allegedly supplying arms to pro-Russian rebels as they are referred to and training them in the last eight years or so alongside Russian military presence in that part of Ukraine fueled further tensions until now.

Although Russia has repeatedly denied these charges, the Russian support in some form or another to separatists in Donetsk, Luhansk and previously Crimea are confirmed via Russian officials statements at UNSC meeting and Russian state media.

The latest being the Russian President Vladimir Putin’d decree recognizing and declaring Donetsk and Luhansk in Donbas as independent republics on February 21, 2022.

The move from Russia as an external nation in Ukraine’s internal affair ignited the spark with subsequent Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022 attracting condemnation and western sanctions that are expected to severely impact the Russian leadership and many others in Russian ministry as well as Duma. Notwithstanding setbacks to Russian financial system with Russian central bank and financial institutions blocked from SWIFT international messaging network.

These effects could have been averted by President Vladimir Putin having been made aware of serious economic and financial repercussions upon Russian military invasion of Ukraine.

The Russian President was reminded via this domain about the former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein treading on the same path in 1990 against Kuwait. The west then launched avalanche of sanctions and military aggression against Iraq citing then Iraqi President’s fatal error.

Following the violence in Donbas region in 2014, the Minsk I and Minsk II agreements were reached in September 2014 and February 2015 respectively between Ukraine, the separatists leaders of Donetsk and Luhansk as well as Russia.

The agreement was witnessed and held in the presence of Germany and France then leaderships in Belarus capital Minsk. The Organization for Security and Co-Operation in Europe (OSCE) was the monitoring authority to observe and verify the ceasefire in the region. The OSCE reported ceasefire violations on all sides adding the Minsk accord was not adhered to by the signatories making it difficult to implement the agreement.

The Minsk I and Minsk II is welcome by Moscow, a signatory on the accord. However, Moscow has absolved itself from responsibility in abiding by the agreement code claiming itself a non-participant in the conflict. The Minsk Ii agreement calls for withdrawal of forces from eastern region, the foreign military in particular reference to Russia being the occupier in the troubled territories of Ukraine.

—————————————————————————————————————————————————

The Minsk agreement details in public domain is as follows:

Courtesy: Reuters February 21, 2022. Thank you.

“An immediate and comprehensive ceasefire

Withdrawal of all heavy weapons by both sides

Monitoring and verification by the OSCE

To start a dialogue on interim self-government for the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, in accordance with Ukrainian law, and acknowledge their special status by parliamentary resolution.

A pardon and amnesty for people involved in the fighting

An exchange of hostages and prisoners.

Provision of humanitarian assistance.

Resumption of socio-economic ties, including pensions.

Restoration of full control of the state border by the government of Ukraine.

Withdrawal of all foreign armed formations, military equipment and mercenaries.

Constitutional reform in Ukraine including decentralisation, with specific mention of Donetsk and Luhansk.

Elections in Donetsk and Luhansk on terms to be agreed with their representatives.

Intensifying the work of a Trilateral Contact Group comprising representatives of Russia, Ukraine and the OSCE.”

———————————————————————————————————————————————

As mentioned above, Moscow insists Kiev to implement Minsk accord. Kiev on their part disapprove some enforcements of the Minsk deal. Kiev also revealed on the Minsk agreement being forced upon them by Moscow via threats and coercion.

Ukraine has a fair point and reason for reservations. For any agreement to be effective, the terms and conditions have to be multilaterally amicable rather than unilateral imposition against one side creating undue advantage for others in the matter.

At the same time, Ukraine must also accept responsibility for the events since 2014 that began in Kiev’s maidan square allowing the west i.e. the European Union (EU) and United States to sabotage Ukraine’s territorial integrity via the western imperialist divide and conquer strategy that segregated Ukraine into pro-west in western and pro-Russian in eastern Ukraine. Arguably, both have specific demands and expectations from Kiev, the central authority then notably in foreign control and domestically comprising arbitrary decision makers in power.

Whatever has happened so far is extremely unfortunate for Ukraine. The immediate actions required for Ukraine to restore peace and stability are as follows:

Ukraine – Russia Permanent Peace Treaty 2022 – 20 point

1.  Ukraine – Russia Permanent Peace Treaty 2022Ukraine government and politics in general must abandon fascist ideology and neo-nazi elements within to start afresh on viable functional vibrant democracy. The present and future democratic governments in Kiev crackdown on corruption in the system would spare the country from foreign and domestic economic abuse as well as exploitation that are fundamental cause in Ukraine’s status quo

2. Ukraine government and political factions should disavow violence and aggressive approach towards Ukrainians in eastern Ukraine i.e. Donbas region. The citizens in Donetsk and Luhansk are to be treated and acknowledged as Ukrainians first barring any form of discrimination and isolation based on ethnicity, language such as Russian speaking and any cultural distinction.

3. Ukraine to adopt stringent security measures to protect citizens in eastern Ukraine – Donetsk and Luhansk Donbas region. The Ukraine peace keeping forces to be deployed to prevent any violence and unrest in these territories with citizens in Donetsk and Luhansk guaranteed absolute peace, safety and security in their domain. The dissent should be resolved peacefully without any use of violence such as shooting and other form of life threatening tactics and mechanism.

4. Ukrainian national guards and border security forces to be positioned in eastern Ukraine synonymous to other border frontiers to maintain Ukraine’s territorial rights from foreign infiltration without exception viz. Russia or the west and anyone from anywhere.

5. Donetsk and Luhansk – the self-declared republics are not really independent due to Moscow’s military protection in the form of occupation sought from Moscow against Ukrainian violence experienced in the last eight years of conflict. The status is being resolved with Ukraine government under this 2022 treaty by delivering the necessary safety and security not only in Donetsk and Luhansk but entire eastern Ukraine. The issue should no longer be the concern moving forward towards permanent peace barring willful violations from any front.

6. The citizens in Donetsk and Luhansk as Ukrainians have no reason to breakaway with their territories situated in eastern part of Ukraine. The security issue being addressed under this treaty, the two separatists states are better off in a new democratic Ukraine with better economic prospects and importantly political freedom.

7.  Donetsk and Luhansk citizens would elect their representatives in the respective states and be represented in Ukrainian Parliament with people choice elected members in a free and fair election conforming to Ukrainian constitution and election rule.

8. Ukraine government to extend economic opportunity, education, health choices beside social, cultural freedom and other essential requirements for safe normal existence to citizens in Donetsk and Luhansk similar to the rest of Ukraine

9. Donetsk and Luhansk to remain an integral part of Ukraine in the eastern region. The citizens in these two states would have equal political rights and freedom as Ukraine citizens in the rest of the country. Both states would receive federal funding from Kiev towards public projects and facilities such as railway, national highways, airports, national parks, waters and other reserves in the eastern region. The states would be run and governed with autonomy by citizens elected state government. The two states Donetsk and Luhansk would constitute union of Ukraine People’s Republic under Ukraine constitution.

10. The citizens in these two states and from this region would have explicit rights to serve in Ukrainian army to defend their territory and that of the country they are part of now and in the future.

11. Instant and irrevocable ceasefire from all sides in Donetsk, Luhansk – the Donbas region and entire eastern Ukraine is paramount on permanent basis.

12. The situation will be monitored by representatives from Kiev, Donetsk and Luhansk peace keeping force representing civilians not any separatists or political factions on either side.

13.  The prisoners, hostages and other captives held in each other’s custody in the course of eight years conflict in ethnic violence to be pardoned and released on the condition to serve the community as productive citizens and never engage in violence or communal riots and disturbance.

14.  Russian Federation to end militarization and occupation of Ukraine effective immediately. The Russian forces withdrawal ceasing military operations on air, ground and naval base in eastern and the rest of Ukraine is critical to initiate and implement peace process.

15. The Russian influence on Donetsk, Luhansk and Donbas region in any format like military assistance, training and equipment would be violation of Ukrainian sovereignty and represent foreign intervention. Hence, Russian political leadership and those behind interventionist policy in Kremlin renouncing such interference is imperative for  peaceful co-existence among population in Donbas region, Ukraine as a whole nation and Russia, the indefinite neighbor and peace partner.

16. Ukraine to remain a neutral nation and not become a NATO ally under any pressure, incentives or disguised representation. The status is not only important for Ukraine’s independence but also the latest development exemplify the true spirit lacking among NATO against Ukraine especially in the reality of EU and United States generated catastrophe in 2014 prolonged till date.

The 1994 Budapest memorandum signed by the United States, Britain and Russia to honor sovereignty, independence and protect non-nuclear states like Ukraine and other former Soviet republics subsequent to nuclear disarmament has been completely ignored and violated despite reminder from the current Kiev government of President Volodymyr Zelensky prior to Russian invasion last week.

17. Ukraine citizens including Donetsk and Luhansk population to receive economic assistance from United States and European Union as reparation and restoration costs suffered by Ukraine collectively until now.The economic compensation to be transacted in transparent public trust set up with international independent committee monitoring fund appropriation to revive Ukrainian economy together with Donbas region as Ukraine territory.

The financial contributions is a result of United States and European Union being directly responsible for Ukraine’s status quo originating from western insurrection against Kiev’s democratically elected government in Maidan square in 2014 and successive meddling contributing to loss of Crimea to Russia and separatisms in eastern Donbas region.

Additionally, the members involved in western insurrection in 2014 should pay Ukraine citizens for the loss incurred by them. The payment to be expended on public projects like schools, health care centers and Ukrainian public welfare. The individuals from the west behind Ukraine insurrection in Maidan square should be subject to similar laws applied against United States citizens on January 6, 2021 Capital riots in Washington, D.C. Since the incident occurred in foreign soil viz. Ukraine, the foreign perpetrators of Ukrainian insurrection to be subject to international law.

18. Russia to compensate Ukraine on the military invasion on February 24, 2022 until now to rebuild infrastructure brought down with Russian military strikes and air assault.

19. Ukraine to receive humanitarian aid from UN and western organizations to rehabilitate Ukrainians forced to flee their homeland as refugees across the border for safe return home.

20. Ukraine’s sovereignty and boundary with Russia, Belarus and NATO allies Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and Black sea to be free from nuclear arsenal and all form of military artillery near and far.

The clause binds Russia and NATO as two nuclear and military powers remaining existential threat to all nations in the region. Therefore, Russia and NATO are obligatory to remove military and nuclear weapons from the region.

Ukraine to provide absolute and comprehensive economic support and security to all citizens in Donbas region – Donetsk and Luhansk to continue as Union of Ukraine sovereignty.

That covers the Ukraine -Russia permanent peace deal.

Briefly in relation to the ongoing crisis, NATO amassed troops in Poland and other NATO ally nations to defend them in the region while leaving Ukraine to fend for itself besides supply of weapons to Ukraine at the eleventh hour. The flurry of western sanctions against Russian banks and political members are preemptive measure to protect own interests in Europe.

The western response to this effect might be they were heeding Russian President Vladimir Putin’s warning to outside forces with particular reference to western intrusion in the conflict that would otherwise trigger nuclear option.

Russia obliging western predictions on Russian invasion of Ukraine. The west retreating on Russia’s overt nuclear threat make both of them partners in a well coordinated armed conflict with Ukraine paying the price as battleground.

Important lesson in this crisis is never to expect or believe the ones harming and inflicting extensive damages to come around and heal or restore conditions to normal.

On nuclear fronts, the time has arrived and in fact was long overdue for global denuclearization without exception. The major nuclear powers like the United States and Russia along with others maintaining false notion of them being responsible nuclear powers and assuming other nuclear aspirants the reckless in the nuclear club is debunked by none other than them and their public rhetoric.

In the United States, the republican and democrat Presidents as well Presidential candidates have unabashedly used the typical Presidential line – all options are on the table meaning would not shy away from using nuclear weapons.

The extreme statements in recent times have been delivered from the left and right.

The democrat Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton in 2008 Presidential election – Upon being elected President of the United States would not hesitate to Obliterate Iran with nuclear might. The statement was made by then Presidrntial candidate Hillary Clinton predominantly to appease AIPAC – the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.

The democrat President Barack H. Obama toeing the line with republican predecessor President George W.Bush repeatedly used – all options are on the table against Iran, Syria and North Korea among others in the adversarial listing.

The republican President Donald J. Trump took the extreme posturing and clarified verbatim to North Korean Head of State and Leader Kim Jong Un on the American nuclear potency.

Then President Donald Trump issued a statement to North Korea on nuclear threats – “they will be met with fire and fury the world has never eeen before in history.”

The former President Donald Trump tweeted – “I too have a  Nuclear Button, but it is a much bigger & more powerful one than his, and my Button works!”

Now, Russian President Vladimir Putin evidently didn’t want to be left behind in the nuclear threat race and placed the world on notice with the Ukraine crisis escalating to nuclear confrontation with the west.

North Korean leader and head of the state Kim Jong-Un conveys nuclear message via ballistic missile.

Indian Prime Minister – the incumbent PM Narendra Modi boasted to rural voters in the election campaign rally that India’s nuclear arsenal are not cosmetic like Diwali fire crackers citing the nuclear weapons could be deployed on moments notice. The message was directed at the neighbor and rival Pakistan, another nuclear state in the Indian sub-continent.

These reasons abundantly justify for the world to be rid of nuclear menace once and for all. Small or big actors on stage, the nuclear arsenal at their disposal endanger the world and humanity at large.

All efforts and resources must be invested in global nuclear disarmament, freeing the world from living on the edge and rescuing humanity from forbidden nuclear holocaust.

The topic will focus on steps and systematic elimination of nuclear weapons in the planet.

Thank you.

Russia – Hegemony Mirror Reflection Confirm Self-Deception

March 20, 2014

By Padmini Arhant

Mirror, Mirror on the Wall – Please tell the world – Who is the fairest of all?

The mirror responded with a smile – The self-proclaimed monarchy with Kings, Queens and Zars representing Kingdoms and Fiefdoms thriving on opulence at taxpayers’ expense,

The monetary institutions viz. the Federal Reserve in the United States, Bank of England, ECB, EC, EU, the Deutsche Bank, IMF, the World Bank and alike stranglehold on individual and global economy depleting national treasuries attributed to economic bankruptcy, poverty, hunger and disease,

The Trilateral Commission and Council on Foreign Relations comprising oligarchy, plutocrats, political dynasties and imperial remnants dictating foreign policy or,

The self-created hierarchy such as P5 + 1 – permanent members of the United Nations Security Council holding veto power for territorial annexations and unfettered access to natural resources  – The combined forces leaving behind misery, melancholy and mayhem since time immemorial could not be the fairest in the world when they rank the worst of all parallel to none.

Following the article on Ukraine – One Nation, Independent and Indivisible with Liberty And Justice for all  – published on the website i.e. www.padminiarhant.com,

The hegemony contemporary leading actor Russia was prompted to expedite Crimean seizure from Ukraine.

Accordingly, the Russian authorities influenced Crimean officials to appoint new pro-Russian Premier Sergei Aksyonov exerting authority over security, political and economic structure in the region in utter disregard for Ukraine constitution while proudly claiming the action in concurrence with Russian Federation Constitution.

The swift transition of Crimea from original semi-autonomous region nonetheless governed by Ukraine constitutional law to independent state to justify hastened referendum and thereafter declared sovereign state of Russian Federation with a treaty signed by Russian authority incorporating Ukraine’s southeastern territory as part of Russia.

Ukraine crisis began with legitimate leadership and government headed by President Viktor Yanukovych declining to sign the Association Agreement with EU in lieu of economic ties with Russia.

The Ukrainian President patriotic stance not only cost the leader’s job but also the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity with hegemony representatives’ pretentious standoff dramatized to convince impressionable minds and captive audience when in reality the complicity amongst them overshadow the scripted performance.

Russia’s initial reaction to Ukraine unrest was the post Soviet Russia not interested in meddling in Ukraine’s internal affairs and nevertheless got involved explaining the move as protecting Russian assets and interests in Crimea.

Prior to Russian troop deployment around 16,000 in Crimea, the Crimean members in Parliament openly extended support to Ukrainian President Yanukovych urging the deposed government as lawful governing body.

Furthermore, the pro-Russian President Yanukovych was never favored by Russia despite the Ukrainian leader’s commitment to forge trade relations with the neighbor.

Again, the Ukrainian President and family lives being threatened by hegemony organized elements in Kiev, they sought refuge in Russian port city Rostov on don across Crimea.

The Ukrainian leader during the first press conference since violent removal from power expressed that Crimea was governed by Ukraine constitution with Crimean political representation in Ukraine Parliament.

Upon recommendation to reinstate Ukrainian government led by President Viktor Yanukovych to defuse political turmoil in the embattled state, Russian foreign ministry rejected the proposal as not suitable.

The showdown between major powers constituting hegemony is farcical considering preconceived destabilization goals shared among them to split Ukraine to respective participants advantage.

United States and EU installed groups in Kiev to advance economic strategy and Russia in southeastern border taking possession of Crimea reveals coordinated efforts in disintegration process.

Besides Russia’s consistent cooperation with western partners on international issues enumerated in the preceding article on this website titled – Russia is Hegemony Trump Card to Rescue Imminent Imperialism Decline on March 17, 2014,

Russian economic and EU energy interdependency could not be underestimated and there is recognition on both sides in this context.   Accordingly any tensions between them are suggestive of misguidance spreading confusion.

Russia having cited Kosovo independence from Serbia in 2009 as justification for development in Crimea raise poignant question about Russia’s future plans in the Mediterranean given Russian naval base in Syria’s second largest coastal city Tartous.

Would Russia arguably as hegemony’s prominent nuclear power then quote Crimea in territorial expansion in Tartous, Syria?

Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered televised speech to the nation subsequent to signing treaty in incorporating Crimea.

The excerpts of the speech are presented for relevance and clarification.

“Our Western partners headed by the United States prefer not to be guided by international law in their practical policies, but by the rule of the gun.”

They have come to believe in their exceptionalism and their sense of being the chosen ones.  That they can decide the destinies of the world, that it is only them who can be right,” the Russian President said.

The subliminal message not directed at the United States but targets the challenger to Hegemony and Imperialism.

Appropriately they are addressed for clarity to dispel myths on the divine humanitarian mission.

The reference ‘international law’ is euphemism for Hegemony long aspired – New World Order i.e. surrender of republic and sovereignty to One World Government regardless of the premise and policy proved counterproductive not to mention the indoctrination resulting in fait accompli.

Likewise the connotation ‘the rule of the gun’   is aptly applicable to hegemony using violence as means evident in UNSC resolutions with Russia voting for military aggression against weak and vulnerable nations in Africa viz. Mali and Central African Republic in recent memory.

Russia’s eminent contribution Kalashnikov – widely known as AK 47 and atomic bomb invention by Hungarian physicist Leo Szilard in London along with counterparts in 1933 has claimed innocent lives worldwide and continues to endanger lives on earth.

Contrarily the accused otherwise the resistance force dedication to peace and non-violence as the only alternative to warfare and terrorism throughout engagement in humanitarian service would remain the defiant truth now and beyond.

As for insinuations on ‘exceptionalism and sense of being the chosen ones to decide the destinies of the world and that it is only them who can be right’ is perhaps the mirror reflection of the source in denial of self-image and legacy.

Moreover the privilege could not be conferred on anyone except those verifiably as Imperialists and UNSC permanent members i.e. P5 + 1 barring others from membership to exclusive club repeatedly exercise veto and nuclear option in addition to economic sanctions to subjugate nations seeking freedom from oppression or foreign invasion.

Russia’s failure to avert three bombings aimed at public transportation every occasion in October and December 2013 in Volgograd is tragic for the victims and survivors in the safety compromise affecting Russian Bear reputation.

In conclusion, the leopard changing spots would not make the wild specie any different especially with predominant predator instincts surfacing whenever possible to satisfy insatiable appetite.

Hegemony desperate measures expedite feudal system decline conforming to virtues triumph over vices in the establishment of peace and progress.

Wishing the world liberation from destructive rule and empires espousing dominance.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

Ukraine – Crimea Secession And Western De facto Representation in Kiev Is Opportunism

March 15, 2014

By Padmini Arhant

The current developments in Ukraine emanating from EU response to President Viktor Yanukovych decision to decline the Association Agreement with EU and subsequently,

United States as well as EU backed coup against democratically elected government has unraveled events much to sponsors dismay and Ukrainians despair.

EU and United States organized anti-government protests since November 2013 up until removal of President Yanukovych in late February 2014 not only led to deaths and destruction of a sovereign nation but also facilitated extremism.

The unsavory emergence forging alliance with apparently pro-Nazi and fascists elements confirmed to be behind sniper and grenade attacks against police and protesters during demonstration.

The interim representatives in Kiev having driven elected members in Ukraine Parliament and President Yanukovych administration using threats and violence do not have any recognition among Ukrainians and global society.

Aside from not respecting sovereignty, the national constitution governing democratic principles seriously violated in this instance.

Such representation tantamount to proxy rule benefitting forces with vested interests leaving Ukraine citizens beguiled of political and economic freedom.

The members in position of authority at present as opposition groups earlier defaulted in the EU brokered agreement with President Viktor Yanukovych and escalated tensions in public square to deflect attention from real motives to derail democracy in Ukraine.

Despite certain political leaderships in the United States and EU support to the illegitimate and extraneous government in Kiev,

The lack of credibility being the defining character amongst prevalent EU and United States de facto arguably disqualifies them from the self-proclaimed title as governing body in Kiev.

Hence the hired political faction in Kiev to implement EU and United States agenda do not possess electoral mandate or consent to sign any deal with EU or United States and attempts in this regard would further clarify allegiance to foreign sources at Ukraine’s detriment constituting treasonous act.

Not to mention the subjugation of population as a result from EC, ECB and IMF viz. the Troika financial offers designed for generational indebtedness replicating EU states experience with no sign of recovery.

The viable solution to burgeoning crises in Ukraine is to reinstate President Viktor Yanukovych government to restore law and order along with stability eliminating security concerns across the country that has prompted Crimea secession process.

Crimea in the southeastern region of Ukraine initially set up as semi-autonomous territory nonetheless binding with Ukraine constitution recently declared independence through haste political overhaul electing pro Russian premier Sergei Aksyonov and Parliament motion to hold referendum on joining the Russian Federation.

Crimea also hosting Russian naval fleet in Black Sea with treaty allowing the guest troops presence not exceeding 25,000 utilized with Russian deployment in the range of 16,000 presumably to defend Russian assets and crew including residents in the Crimean peninsula claiming Russian lineage.

The situation in Crimea unequivocally attributed to unrest in Kiev and undemocratic dismissal of President Yanukovych government sparking widespread clashes in the sensitive areas of Crimea and eastern city Donetsk.

Russia’s overture welcoming Crimean Parliamentary approval on plebiscite for union with former alluding to the latter right to exercise discretion as independent state could provide opportunity for the eastern region in Ukraine to follow suit setting precedence in deserting Ukraine amid chaos and confusion inevitably affecting neighbors peaceful existence.

Instead of subscribing to frantic efforts on Crimea, Russian and Crimean leadership skills could perhaps serve positively upon pursuing constructive course to revive Ukraine’s democracy under siege and perseverance in restoring political legitimacy via President Viktor Yanukovych headed government.

Besides slighting Ukraine’s constitutionality in Crimea’s transition, the expedited vote on amalgamation with Russia lay overcast on Russian President Vladimir Putin assurance to the world at the press conference in honoring Ukraine’s territorial integrity.

The latest measures in Crimea generate unnecessary perception of Russian influence to modify geopolitical landscape although the trendsetters in Kiev share responsibility for the quagmire.

In the ongoing political upheaval, Ukrainians are expected to pay unaffordable price with major powers evidently anchored on respective goals in defiance of Ukraine as the republic.

Crimea moving forward with politically motivated action to secede from Ukraine is counterproductive enabling pretexts for more turbulence in the otherwise preventable turmoil.

The safe passage for Ukraine is solidarity in rejecting status quo in Kiev and invite President Viktor Yanukovych to resume power fulfilling complete term in office required to address issues confronting the embattled nation.

Accordingly Crimea abandoning separatist plan to merge with Russia and contributing to Ukraine’s liberty from external intervention would thwart uncertainties surrounding Ukraine and entire region.

Again prioritizing Crimean aspirations over pervasive progress and tranquility may not guarantee desirable outcome.

Crimea and Kiev are integral part of Ukraine.

The foreign interference with unelected authorities in Kiev and simultaneously Crimean swift relocation within Russian confines exacerbate Ukraine’s vulnerability to opportunism.

Hopefully Ukrainian discernment and resolve to free Ukraine from foreign intrusion would prevail in Kiev, Crimea and the rest of the nation.

Best Wishes to people in Ukraine in protecting their homeland from partition and vassal statehood.

Peace to Ukraine!

Peace to all!

Thank you.

Ukraine – One Nation, Independent and Indivisible With Liberty And Justice For All

February 28, 2014

By Padmini Arhant

The political mayhem in Ukraine due to EU and United States intrusion for ulterior motives viz. debt slavery and strategic dominance in the region deserves Ukrainians attention and solidarity in defending sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Imperialism modus operandi is polarization, subjugation and depravation leaving the nation at oligarchy and plutocracy mercy as experienced amongst EU and United States citizens under the guise of democracy legitimized through election – the process exercised as catharsis.

EU and United States appointed illegitimate government premised on violence causing death and destruction is now engaged in marginalization and disenfranchisement of ethnic groups in the country.

The empty promises from EU representatives portraying EU as savior when the member states (PIGS) – Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Greece and Spain among many others in the Union are in severe economic recession.

EU, ECB, EC and IMF  prescription to ailing European economy driving citizens in Greece, Italy and Spain…to commit suicide in public square is testimony to Troika  policy failure.

Besides extreme economic conditions across Europe, EU, ECB and IMF signature austerity measure evidently stranglehold on nations like Greece, Spain, Italy and France with record unemployment and nearly zero economic growth under EU mismanagement.

EU having contributed to existing members burgeoning financial and economic woes engaged in luring new memberships in Eastern Europe deploying unscrupulous tactics such as in Ukraine.

Additionally EU’s actions thus far involves fomenting violence in Libya when France and Britain under NATO along with United States using humanitarian assistance as pretext carried out relentless air raid then pursued Syria with proxy war followed by illegal invasion of minerals rich nations in Africa viz. Mali and Central African Republic and now causing political turmoil in Ukraine.

The western intelligence agencies especially CIA, MI5, MI6 and Mossad in alliance with allies and adversaries counterparts maintain the tradition of organized crime with immunity.

Furthermore the ominously disorganized, erratic and out of control intelligence apparatus responsible for human suffering  predisposed to exclusive service to corrupt and criminal enterprise and misused by those in position of authority.

Accordingly the broken system facing extinction analogous to dying machinery becoming symptomatically dysfunctional endangering operator and users alike.

The situation in Ukraine aimed at fragmentation with ethnic clashes erupting in the western, eastern and semi-autonomous southern region i.e. Crimea hosting Russian naval fleet on the Black Sea and latest developments in this location suggestive of autonomy in jeopardy.

The ongoing tensions could be eventually costly and counterproductive for purveyors and participants of unrest.

Ukrainians rejecting EU and United States launched unconstitutional and undemocratic proxy rule in Kiev and restoring democratically elected government headed by President Viktor Yanukovych would exemplify population pledge to democracy similar to popular intervention against foreign coup in Venezuela and Ecuador in the unsuccesful attempt to remove late President Hugo Chavez and incumbent President Rafael Correa respectively.

The foreign intrusions in Ukraine for vested interests bear ill consequences already unfolding in national detriment and largely attributed to external forces recruited provocateurs and saboteurs of truce declared between President Yanukovych and the opposition.

Violent usurpation to power allowing foreign control in internal affairs is surrender of sovereignty to belligerence.

Ukraine gained freedom from foreign occupation after many martyrs sacrifice and losing the hard earned status today on the basis of false economic assurances from EU- the Union barely surviving given diminishing prospects owed to deception and exploitation.

Ukraine belongs to all Ukrainians regardless of cultural diversity and languages spoken in different parts of the country.

The nation that resolves political, economic, social and environment concerns in a civilized and constructive manner in adherence to democratic principles and constitutionality barring foreign interference would demonstrate maturity and commitment to overcome challenges without compromising stability and national security.

Ukraine coming together as one nation – independent and indivisible could perhaps guarantee liberty and justice for all.

Best Wishes to Ukraine citizens for peaceful recovery from foreign opportunists manufactured crises.

Peace to Ukraine!

Peace to all!

Thank you.

Padmini Arhant

Ukraine –President Viktor Yanukovych led Government Return to Power Paramount For Ukraine Democracy

February 24, 2014

By Padmini Arhant

EU and United States incited violence in Kiev with hired operatives and western intelligence agencies infiltration caused recent deaths among violent protesters and security personnel transforming the once peaceful nation into political mayhem.

United States and EU sponsored demonstrators occupied government buildings and used grenades as well as ammunitions turning the capital into war zone.

The elected government requests to occupiers to vacate the premise were ignored with extremism surfacing when police officers taken hostage at foreign instigators behest.

In contrast, United States and EU suppressed Occupy Wall Street and citizens peaceful assembly in the respective domains with brutal force and arrests enlisting many on FBI and synonymous watch list exhibiting zero tolerance to public dissent on ailing economy and life threatening austerity.

Meanwhile, the so-called opposition representing EU and United States usurped power chasing away elected members of Parliament analogous to wild herd ransacking the village sparing none upon contact.

The world witnessed EU and United States demolition of democracy deploying terror and deceitful tactics to overthrow democratically elected government for declining to sign the Association Agreement with European Union.

EU illegitimacy with imminent dissolution exemplified lately considering the organization preoccupation in destabilization of sovereign nations through economic coup d’état, authorizing weapons flow to terror networks in Syria and military aggression in Mali and Central African Republic.

EU and United States interference in Ukraine internal affairs aimed at removal of incumbent government from office to install proxies for ulterior motives flagrantly in violation of Ukrainian interests notwithstanding the involvement reflective of the sources political system under the guise of democracy.

Ukraine President Viktor Yanukovych represented government is to be reinstated to avert cataclysmic events on the horizon due to EU and United States organized unnecessary and unwarranted turmoil in the independent Eastern European state.

President Viktor Yanukovych is the elected leader and ousting government for hegemonic reasons disregarding constitution, democratic values, ethics and international law legitimize criminality and unruly conduct in public square.

Ukrainians pledged to defend sovereignty and individual freedom need to come forward and reject the external forces appointed government that has no recognition from law abiding and civilized soceity within and outside Ukraine.

Ukraine has been fraudulently seized by current political members sworn allegiance to entities and crime syndicate determined to split the nation for economic and strategic goals that has nothing to offer except potential civil war and prolonged economic recession driving population into abject poverty.

For example – South Sudan separated from Sudan under unscrupulous policy of United States, Israel and partners seeking geopolitical dominance has led to internal confrontations resulting in hundreds of casualties and thousands displaced leaving the newly emerged nation in bloodbath and political quagmire.

The regime change legacy for imperial aspirations evidently devastating to victims and aggressors alike with citizens on all sides forced to bear the brunt of economic woes arising from divestments in promoting violence, terrorism and unilateralism threatening global security and territorial integrity.

Ukrainians failure to expel belligerence and those behind besiegement disrupting government functions could mean surrender of sovereignty to misguided elements lacking wisdom, discernment and capability to resolve serious issues confronting the nation.

Ukraine at present essentially political pawn for geopolitical maneuver in EU and United States stratagem unwilling to acknowledge or practice democratic principles in the illusive pursuit of ambitions not guaranteed to come into fruition.

The miscalculation in the aftermath of collapse of economy and political structure is unfortunately crusaders hallmark despite disastrous experience.

Ukraine government headed by President Viktor Yanukovych return to power presiding national reconciliation amongst genuine opposition and ruling authority with republic participation respecting national protocol imperative for political and economic stability.

Any other factions enforced by EU, United States and alike on Ukraine would not prevail in the targeted mission.

Wishing Ukraine swift recovery from political turbulence reverting to earlier governance under President Viktor Yanukovych and ministers assigned in adherence to democratic process.

Peace to Ukraine in successful elimination of foreign catalysts responsible for status quo.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

Ukraine – Agreement Using Protests And Sanctions Legitimize Undemocratic Process

February 22, 2014

By Padmini Arhant

The latest agreement reached between Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and opposition leaders Oleh Tyahnybok, Vitali Klitschko and Arseniy Yatsenyuk along with European Union ministers from Germany, France and Poland sets dangerous precedence in undermining sovereignty.

Ukraine authorities obliging EU and United States demands on amnesty to violent protesters, releasing those responsible for death and destruction in the past three months, resignation of Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, reverting to 2004 constitution and early Parliamentary as well as Presidential election apparently not adequate to western sponsored demonstrators in Kiev’s Maidan Square.

The reverse events on EU and United States from Ukraine would have prompted typical response i.e. economic sanctions together with all options on the table.

Regardless EU imposed travel ban, assets freeze and several other restrictions on Ukrainian officials not barring impeachment possibility on incumbent President despite compliance to foreign entities unreasonable ultimatum.

The developments in Ukraine deploying EU assertions on non-EU member state unravel EU illegitimacy and the apparatus preoccupation in self-defeating mission.

EU and United States instigated unrest in Ukraine spare no opportunity in spreading violence, vandalism and vehement disrespect for democracy.

Again EU and United States colossal failure to revive economy, contain soaring unemployment and unprecedented rise in poverty for industrialized nations among many contentious issues has led to unconstitutional and undemocratic means like dragnet surveillance to suppress any uprising in their domains.

Yet EU and United States intervention in sovereign nations’ internal affairs to destabilize and balkanize territories aimed at restoring feudalism to maintain parasitic tradition.

The main strategy is proxy rule installation for remote control over political system and economy.

The trend utilizing local and imported factions to stir tensions in the target nations promotes democracy premised on allegiance to sources representing the shadow power that epitomize corruption and criminality.

Ukraine citizens and leaders from different cross sections of society rejecting foreign interference with ongoing transition legalizing unethical practices is imperative to safeguard freedom and sovereignty.

Allowing foreign usurpation dictating terms and conditions on Ukraine is an invitation for disaster.

The meddling forces viz. EU and United States would not entertain similar intrusion although the mismanagement and gross neglect of economy, environment and consistent violations of international laws in the respective destinations adversely impact global security and progress.

Ukrainians renouncing foreign incited aggression for democratic values sharing common goals especially improving economic conditions could facilitate effective measures from the democratically elected government.

Contrarily the foreign reinstated authorities currently appointed to serve anti-republic interests leaving the population in misery and perpetual discord favoring external operators agenda.

The political stability of any nation is largely dependent on citizens’ awareness and preparedness to resist foreign elements unsavory policies directed at destruction for subjugation.

National problems resolved among people elected government and opposition rather than outside influenced intimidation tactics reflect strong and mature democracy withstanding pressure from within and offshore groups harboring turmoil for specific ambition and dominance.

Ukrainian future lies in elimination of foreign organized disorder and terror moving forward towards solidarity movement in cooperation with democratically elected leaderships prioritizing economic growth, alleviating suffering due to various disparities and importantly unrelenting to compromise sovereign status.

Best Wishes to Ukraine in preserving independence and democratic institutions sanctity devoid of foreign indulgence capitalizing on political turbulence.

Peace to Ukraine!

Peace to all!

Thank you.
