Palestine – Unity Government Formation

Congratulations! To citizens in Palestine and Fatah as well as Hamas leaderships on the unity government headed by Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah along with ministers from both political factions constituting national representation.

The bipartisanship is the preliminary step towards addressing basic to most challenging issues such as the long overdue Palestinian statehood independent from foreign occupation viz. Israeli, United States or UN forces notwithstanding any unilateral sanctions that has crippled Gaza economy and made survival nearly impossible. 

The new government face tough problems considering Israeli authorities stance on the latest development regrettably perceived as a threat to status quo.

Israel holding tax revenues from West Bank and declining to free detainees in opposition to unified Palestine is erroneous decision and could inevitably result in further isolation in the region and rest of the world.

Again Israel or anyone else rejecting Palestinian political groups peaceful merger would mean they are not in favor of harmony and amicable resolution.

Nonetheless when people in occupied territories i.e. West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem al-Quds are denied normal existence due to – 

Accelerated settlement activity,

Troops deployment with check posts,

Apartheid wall,

Demolition of locals’ homes,

Farmers olive trees burned down,

Fishermen in Gaza not allowed access and,

Last but not the least the military raid in al-Aqsa mosque including attack on worshippers and many apprehended without any formal charges…continues unabated in the absence of consequences for aggression against innocent victims in the political struggle.

Accordingly the political leaderships in Ramallah and Gaza cannot afford prolonged suffering in the besieged land.

The international recognition of the Palestinian government set up on popular will would clarify the world commitment to peace since regional stability is dependent on Palestinian freedom.

Palestinian authorities efficient governance would rely on administration function preventing corruption and remaining steadfast in providing necessities despite restraints producing shortages in food and medical supplies with Israeli blockade and military incursion.

The global support to the recently formed government in trade and commerce through economic growth oriented investments,, multilateral ties in building infrastructure and job creation would ease the burden on the suppressed economy.

Meanwhile, ending Israel’s presence and complete troop withdrawal from Palestinian domain together with freezing controversial settlement program would demonstrate global pledge towards fairness and equality. 

The consistent failure in Mideast peace process attributed to Israel and sponsor’s disingenuous involvement setting criteria while not being in compliance with same demands on Palestinian people.. 

Israel’s credibility could be restored upon honoring territorial integrity of Palestinian area and neighboring states borders constantly violated ignoring international law arguably lacking in universal enforcement.

Additionally, the unconditional release of all Palestinian detainees on hunger strike and others deprived of legal course would perhaps foster better relations with nations besides Israel’s familiar allies in the world.

Furthermore United States solemn oath to protect Israel disregarding the latter human rights record especially against Palestinian population not excluding minors as young as eleven years or under highlight the former departure from democratic principles and human values blindly surrendering to Israel’s dominance on the United States political system.

Palestinian government and political members from different platform sharing common vision with primary goal to liberate Palestine strengthening capability in every respect would enhance economic, political, humanitarian and social prospects for citizens in subjugation.

Wishing Palestinian citizens, refugees, leaderships and incumbent government success in endeavors contributing to patriotic interest.

Palestine – Rebirth of Arab Nation Restoring 1948 Sovereignty

The illegal establishment of Israel on Palestinian land in 1948 is the fundamental reason behind Palestinian misery and humanity suffering worldwide.

Since creation of Israel through deception implementing Balfour declaration, terrorism was introduced then and continued by the same entities denying innocent citizens peaceful existence in their country or anywhere for that matter.

Middle East peace talks for over six decades subverted facilitating Israel complete occupation of meager land left for native Palestinians following Israeli aggression in 1967 that legitimize neo-colonialism in the absence of standard practices against Israel such as indictments for war crimes and continuous oppression, persecution of Palestinians and Syrians in the occupied Golan Heights by Israel.

Palestinian plight for generations with mere condemnations on Israeli crimes and atrocities is lip service allowing Israel to perpetuate tyranny due to lack of accountability.

The formation of UN as an international organization but essentially serving the key powers vested interests leaving the rest of the world at their mercy interestingly coincides with invasion of Palestinian land almost in a manner pre-arranged to set up Israel among Arab nations in the Middle East.

In the twenty first century similar plan under Project for New American Century (PNAC) launched with terror attack on American soil to sway public opinion on pre-meditated warfare against Islamic nations aimed at strategic and economic gains while using NATO members like Turkey to invade neighbor Syria.

The primary goal promoting Israel’s aspirations for regional usurpation and spreading beyond pursued at all costs using American treasure and victim nations blood in a cold and calculated predisposition with consequences never being part of the equation in the delusion.

Palestinians enduring horrendous crimes under Israeli authoritarianism with western powers complicity thus far expected to accept status quo as their destiny.

Israel’s dehumanization of Palestinians and Syrians in Golan Heights is the norm forbidding rationality to intervene in the systemic abuse of power.

The gross human rights violations on international watch stigmatize human race for tolerance to flagrant injustice in the modern age.

On the occasion of Global March to al-Quds, the rebirth of Palestine restoring 1948 sovereignty is a viable solution to more than sixty years old distortion that claimed Arab land with no justification.

In response to predictable reaction – the objection to the invocation has no merit considering unlawful settlements in West Bank and al-Quds,

Gaza blockade, demolition of homes and livelihoods restricting Gaza fishing community from fishing in tiny portion of international waters.

Crushing olive and almond trees prohibiting Palestinian farmers from growing crops and produce to build settlers colony.

Contamination of wells and limiting water supply to Palestinian residents in West Bank, al-Quds and Gaza causing health hazards amid economic sanctions cutting off medical provisions and life saving drugs from arrival into Palestinian territory.

Poisonous gas delivery to Gaza hospitals resulting in death of at least four Palestinian patients in the Israeli controlled coastal enclave.

The indefinite detention of Palestinian youth as young as eleven years old children in Israeli gulag extending the concept to United States run GITMO, Britain and Australian concentration camps in Afghanistan…and.

Last but not the least daily killings including terrorizing of children, women and elderly by raiding and ransacking their homes is regarded as prerogative flaunting supremacy on the weak and vulnerable population.

As for the settlers and occupiers on Palestinian land, repatriation to Europe would be conducive – England and Germany in particular bear responsibility given the former role as an imperialist adopting divide and conquer strategy until today for fragmentation of sovereign states and destruction of societies relevant to Palestinian calamity.

Israel emulating the latter viz. Germany in neo-Nazi rule from inception to this moment with no inclination to change course evident in the intensified brutality against Palestinians and neighbors in the region.

Furthermore, Britain and allies expressing deep concern for nuclear-armed Israel’s security could perhaps afford better care by receiving colonizers from Palestinian land to retlocate to Europe – their original domain.

The transmigration would not only be constructive in terms of Israeli resettlement in Britain, Germany and other parts of Europe but also eliminate hostility and volatility in the Middle East.

Palestinians as natives are entitled to reclaim sovereignty and restore life with dignity seized from them in the western intrusion and systematic polarization of civilizations around the world.

Most importantly, upon revival of independent Palestinian state denuclearization and demilitarization of Middle East would bring instantaneous peace and serenity to the zone stifled in Israel’s overwhelming military and discreet nuclear policy.

The issues related to Palestinians refugees right of return to their homeland and diverse arguments raised by Israel would be Palestinian internal affairs and resolved accordingly to benefit unified Palestinian cause.

Likewise, Syrian Golan Heights liberation from Israeli and UN peacekeeping beleaguerment with repossession of territory by Syria conforms to natural process.

All are born to be free and none are exempt from judgment based on deeds that defines the real direction during and after life.

Palestine rebirth adapting to 1948 territory is the effective recognition and acknowledgment of Palestinian republic pledged to peace, freedom and equality.

Wishing Palestinian and Syrian citizens enormous success with renewed hope turning into reality for a new beginning devoid of subjugation, violence and dominance.

Global Event – International Peace Conference on World Without Hegemony

There are recommendations for International Peace Conference titled Geneva 2 to discuss Syrian conflict in June.

The initiative is to resolve the nearly three years old western illegal invasion of a sovereign nation that has resulted in more than 80,000 deaths and several million refugees in homeland and across the border.

Meanwhile, EU as major contributor to violence in Syria has lifted arms embargo not that western ammunitions were not flowing into the war torn state before through their gulf allies Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Jordan and UAE to slaughter civilians in thousands alongside United States authorized Israeli airstrikes and Britain as well as France dispatched WMD against innocent children, women and men in that country.

Ironically, western sponsors and their terrorists in Syria being solely responsible for genocide from the beginning of turmoil in March 2011 are dictating terms and conditions to Syrian people and popular government in Damascus on type of political governance they prefer in the aftermath of ongoing decimation of Syria.

Otherwise, the perpetrators of worst crimes against humanity are preparing to plunge region and world into further chaos and catastrophe.

Western powers are unable to conceal their ulterior motives to continue destruction of nations as they did with Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Mali and Syria in the past and present decade.

The hegemony demonstrating that members propagating wars are not only AWOL but also Vietnam war personnel having participated in twentieth century brutal warfare now too eager to repeat offense this time against Syrian people.

U.S. Senator John McCain – the enthusiastic war advocate visiting Syria without observing foreign official protocol to assure abductors and cannibals on the ground that the Senator’s unsuccessful Presidential bid in 2008 committing United States to relentless warfare for one hundred or more years is being implemented in bipartisanship with supposedly democrat administration.

The republican Presidential candidate John McCain in 2008 was mocked for the statement by the democrat Presidential opponent Barack Obama who has become the chief proponent of militarism making the predecessor and relatives former President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney amateurs in the wild adventures of war games experimented with terrorists in proxy wars and drone operations across the globe.

United States led NATO operations are responsible for the status quo consuming millions of lives and billions robbed of their destiny with death sentence imposed on them either by economic sanctions or military intervention.

Furthermore, United States, European Union and western nations complicity to Israeli atrocities against Palestinians is conspicuous in non-approval of Palestinian state.

The inaction and non-cooperation especially by United States and western neighbor Canada exacerbates Palestinian plight with Israel more emboldened in flagrant violation of airspace in Lebanon, airstrikes in Syria and practically harming anyone anywhere around the world.

Israeli blockade against Gaza from 2007 until now with implications on poisonous gas being supplied to hospitals resulting in cardiac arrest of four patients in Gaza and drinking water contamination by Israeli settlers in the occupied land slighted with western preoccupation on annihilation of Syria.

Western intelligence agencies CIA, Mossad, MI5 and MI6 evolved into predators wreaking havoc on the planet.

Since inception they are behind coup d’état, massacres, assassination of world leaders for patriotism preserving national resources, destabilization of sovereign countries and prominently 9/11 attack on American soil at hegemony behest unleashing terror without exception.

In fact, CIA is al-Qaeda having created the organization in Afghanistan by hegemony leading member Zbigniew Brzezinski also foreign policy advisor to President Barack Obama defiantly terrorizing world by funding and arming al-Qaeda terrorists and affiliates al-Nusra and the likes earlier in Libya, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Algeria, Morocco and Mali.

Whereas FBI notably the domestic terror agency use intimidation, harassment and murder under the guise of investigation with cover ups as standard practice in the routine false flag operations nationwide.

Unfortunately, certain hegemony loyalists in United States Congress endorse FBI’s unconstitutional, undemocratic and unlawful tactics against American citizens.

In other humanitarian matter – President Barack Obama and Justice Department Attorney General Eric Holder defend drone operations in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia including other parts of Africa, South America and Middle East despite United States academic institutions conducted independent study revealing massive civilian casualties from these killer drones and protests to stop drone attacks against U.S. and foreign nationals having become fair targets in the nonchalant exercise.

However in response to shutting down the infamous Guantanamo Bay prison, President Barack Obama’s ambivalence bringing Congress into equation adds to evasion instead of long overdue clarification.

Guantanamo Bay (GITMO) camp is in Cuban Island and not United States territory. Hence Cuba holds sovereign right to close the controversial gulag that stigmatize human race in modern history.

Nonetheless the reason GITMO detainees are held indefinitely is to facilitate the fictitious war on terror that began in Afghanistan and prolonged after a decade with U.S and NATO recent declaration to set up permanent military bases beyond originally agreed withdrawal date in 2014 from that beleaguered nation ignoring Afghan dissent in this regard.

Moreover CIA operated GITMO releases prisoners on the condition that released detainees start al-Qaeda cells in the country of origin upon their return to enable U.S. attack like in Yemen and relevantly in Libya starting unrest that spread to Syria.

The reality is CIA, Mossad, MI5 and MI6 are the existential terror and cater terrorism for the military industrial complex.

Western main powers compete with one another to appease hegemony in perpetuating violence disregarding overwhelming public opposition to intrusion in foreign nation internal affairs let alone military intervention in Syria or anywhere.

United States, Britain, France and Germany… systemic abuse of power meddling in foreign nations for destructive purpose should not be tolerated to prevent cataclysmic events and actions self-detrimental to their nations and humanity at large.

The western leaderships have neglected the economy and myriad national issues demanding their attention and they have no intentions to solve any problems in their domain but seemingly can afford to waste respective taxpayer dollars to fund terrorism in Syria, Mali and world over.

Evidently the dismal performance in the domestic front does not even qualify them to lead their nations and they are in the forefront telling Syrian citizens to accept their choice aimed at civilization collapse in Syria and across the region.

In the international arena, the UN, UNSC, UNHCR, ICC, IMF, World Bank, EU, ECB, NATO, CFR and the privately owned U.S. Federal Reserve…to name a few among many sources are hegemony tools contributing to tremendous human suffering with no end in sight on distortion, extortion and discrimination to benefit criminal syndicate at the global population expense.

Interestingly British foreign secretary William Hague recent remark on Syrian President Bashar al-Assad that the President is not a legitimate leader to represent Syria is a reflection on Britain, western leaderships and their allies status given their allegiance to hegemony and the arms industry in particular confirming the fact in western democracy and subsidiaries elsewhere the vote is cast for the shadow power comprising imperialists and globalists espousing greed and violence to retain world dominance.

Contrary to the belief that European Royals are ceremonial heads is apparent in their involvement dictating foreign policy as members of Trilateral Commission other than behind the scenes control over national issues favoring them and their clan.

British monarchy dalliance with Middle East Sheikhdoms viz. Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Jordan…attributed to decadent rule in those nations with oppression and persecution of people not necessarily western powers concern.

Likewise in other parts of the world, constitutional monarchy and dynasty prevents governance from being truly democratic and representative of the people.

In the new millennium mankind having reached extraordinary milestones in many fields accepting Royalty as special members in society is subservience and signify regression.

Abolition of monarchy and nationalizing palaces as tourist attraction generating revenue for domestic investment with foreign aid to developing nations would be progressive considering exhibits and ornate objects in castles are from overseas illegally brought during colonization.

Notwithstanding castles were built with deprivation of global materials to 99% witnessed in the tradition prevalent until today.

Other aspect of hegemony is financial centers such as UBS, Credit Suisse Agency in Switzerland and replications in Singapore as well as many other locations in addition to island nations being the sought after destination for fraudulent transactions.

These tax havens promote money laundering, embezzlement, terrorism, narcotics trade and nefarious dealings posing impediments in economic development.

Global cognizance in recognition of common goals transcending selective and exclusive gains for collective prosperity is the way forward to universal independence, peace and progress.

International Peace Conference dedicated to protecting national sovereignty, individual freedom, self-determination rights and territorial integrity is absolute requirement to thwart hegemonic delusions endangering lives and habitat.

World summit on this premise would encompass Syrian crises saving valuable time, money and effort.

Syria – UN Independent Inquiry Reveals Western Sponsored Terrorists Used WMD

Syrian government requested UN for an inquiry on the incident in Khan al-Khassa in northwestern Aleppo that claimed around 30 or more innocent lives mostly children and women along with many sustaining serious injuries and respiratory ailments…in March 2013 and since then there has been recurrence reportedly near Damascus this year.

After unnecessary procrastination on this critical humanitarian issue, UN recently conducted an independent investigation and the findings not surprisingly confirm the use of chemical weapons by western and gulf alliance sponsored terrorists against Syrian national defense personnel and civilian population.

The UN Independent Inquiry Commission member Carla Del Ponte reportedly addressed the press conference on Sunday, May 5, 2013 subsequent to verifications of victims accounts, medical professionals and field hospitals across the borders treating Syrian patients exposed to deadly carcinogens and,

Issued a statement that nerve agent sarin classified as weapons of mass destruction in UN Resolution 687 has been used by terrorists opposition in Syria.

UN Investigative team member Carla Del Ponte apparently a former Swiss attorney general and International Criminal Tribunal prosecutor for former Yugoslavia further rejected western accusations against Syrian leaderships and government reiterating the evidences clearly find terror groups are responsible for this crime and not the government forces or representatives as claimed by western powers up until now.

The UN report is not a revelation considering western trajectory in WMD during colonialism and warfare in twentieth and into twenty first century in Iraq, Gaza, Libya and currently in Syria.

Ironically, the perpetrators of mass killings are crying foul with a drumbeat for war and the prominent violator Israel launched two cowardly air strikes against Syria targeting Scientific Research Center in Jamraya near Damascus on January 30 and,

The latest on Sunday, May 5, 2013 producing civilian casualties on both occasions with United States President Barack Obama defending the assault as Israel’s right to self-defense.

Furthermore, Israeli airstrike this time reportedly had depleted uranium with Syrian officials expressing genuine concerns over widespread ramifications witnessed in Iraq when United States and Britain generously used nuclear arsenal against millions of Iraqi citizens in 2003 illegal invasion of that Arab nation resulting in horrific health problems among men, women and children ranging from congenital deformities to various diseases that were previously non-existent in the country.

Given these extreme circumstances and continuous violence perpetuated by Israel, United States, Britain, France, Turkey, Qatar, Jordan and Saudi Arabia against a sovereign nation and citizens in Syria that has never posed any threat to these forces,

The decisive solution to western manufactured crises is to enforce binding peace treaty on all sides with immediate end to conflict terminating unlawful foreign belligerence and intervention in Syria.

Non-compliance in this regard and determination to prolong atrocities demonstrated thus far by foreign and regional aggressors must be held accountable with indictments regardless of political status from agents to apex shadow power orchestrating terror in the region and around the world.

The urgency to bring Syrian turmoil to conclusion is an international responsibility due to hegemony obsession to destabilize Middle East and soon after the rest of the world leaving all nations at provocateurs mercy.

Hence the global body of nations committed to peace, non-violence, ethics and humanitarian law reaching unanimous decision on unconditional withdrawal of western deployed death squads with weapons embargo and seizure of ammunition cargo to Syria on independent committee oversight is the preliminary step in averting potential nuclear showdown in the protracted confrontation worldwide upon failure to cease warfare in Syria.

The response to peace accord breach is to identify the party or entity and impose financial and travel restrictions including legal action for obstruction of peace and justice.

Israel, United States, Britain and EU direct indulgence in supplying terror operatives with weapons of mass destruction that led to loss of lives in Syria is a criminal act and deserves appropriate global measures to prohibit repeat events in the future.

United States, Israel and NATO having routinely used chemical weapons slighting UN disclosure on WMD implicating them and vindicating Syria is hypocritical stance relying on tradition to continue with business as usual regardless of decadent practices aimed at defenseless civilians overseas with no accountability.

The victims in Iran, Iraq, Gaza, Libya and Syria together initiating litigation against western powers for WMD would set precedence against massacre carried out with impunity in the present system.

As long as there is tolerance to tyranny with double standards on criminal activity rewarding blatant abusers of military might and WMD while accusing nations enduring these attacks to wage wars against them,

The world would remain subjugated under supremacists systemic violations of international law.

In the absence of global judiciary applying universal rule of law against reprehensible war crimes like in Afghanistan, Iraq, Gaza, Libya, Mali and Syria or for that matter drone operations in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Yemen and Somalia legitimizing kill at will policy,

Humanitarian disasters would persists with carte blanche executive power justifying the unjustifiable crimes in destinations of their choice.

Israel, United States, Britain, EU and allies must be subjected to the same international rule without exception for unleashing terror, death and devastation in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Asia.

In fact, the development in Syria implicating western powers and gulf allies for WMD is a litmus test for UNGA and NAM to prove respective purpose as an international organization not only in terms of implementing effective strategies with legal consequences but also closing the chapter on foreign incursions in Syria without any delay to save lives in the embattled state.

Palestine – Ending Israeli Occupation and Gaza Blockade Immediate Priority

Life offers choices and opportunity to mankind. Human development is entirely dependent on utilizing potential constructively benefitting all that in return generates inner power for pervasive distribution promoting self-sufficiency.

Contrarily using endownments and capability towards destruction inevitably precipitate decline and ultimately to extinction.

Whenever human conduct is dictated by greed adopting violence to achieve aspirations beyond reason ignoring dire consequences, the impact is severe and irreversible on the source.

The art of living is in learning from past mistakes and disavow negativity changing course towards self-emancipation and betterment.

Again repeating the same errors and continuation on detrimental pursuits is defying rationality endangering own survival.

Applying the conditionality on Israel, the regime governed by Zionist doctrine relentlessly targets the base upon which the state exists intensifying brutality against victims i.e. Palestinians with hostility having reached a crescendo dehumanized Israeli authorities and coalition.

Israel upholding the trend in self-righteous egregious actions since inception in 1948 as justification for geopolitical dominance has delegitimized presence in the Middle East through 1967 invasion of Arab land starting with Palestine, Syria, Jordan and Egypt.

Not to mention the deceit and betrayal of benefactor until today – the United States under Israeli attack on USS liberty forced to sacrifice marines denying them due honorable service and subsequently the direct involvement in heinous 9/11 onslaught on American soil.

The massive cover up to protect the war ravenous so-called ally that persistently remains the major liability to American tax payers extracting multi billion dollars – $123 billions a year with only $3 billion in public disclosure while leaving vast majority U.S. citizens in poverty and critical economic condition is a relation flagrantly abusive.

Additionally, the burden on American generation exponentially increased with Israel’s belligerence expended at United States military aid and warfare for regime change shifting the costs in trillions to none other than average American families depriving them of decent life.

Israel’s wanton provocation and ambitions never to come into fruition has peaked with Washington collusion committing treason against United States – the nation they are elected to serve instead depleting national treasury to fight Israel’s wars in the Middle East.

United States sovereignty long undermined and American population conveniently reserved for shedding blood and sweat in the combat zone and failing economy respectively to satisfy hegemony perpetual desire to invade and occupy foreign shores seizing natural resources and exploiting human capital in the domain.

Israeli atrocities against Palestinians from illegal occupation, annihilation and decimation of lives and livelihoods to aggression resulting in several deaths of detainees held under unlawful administrative detention with colonization viz. settlement expansion tops notoriety in human rights violation.

Meanwhile in the beleaguered enclave Gaza, Israeli shelling is ongoing practice invariably aimed at children, women and vulnerable natives in the occupied territory.

Although gruesome oppression involves assaults on Gaza frequently testing United States funded iron dome efficiency despite Palestinian casualty,

History is testimony to the fact that tyranny reaching the height of tolerance expedite perpetrators disastrous fatal ending in the crimes against humanity.

None are invincible and Israel along with United States are no exception in this regard considering brutality committed by them including attacks against their own citizens in American soil on September 11, 2001.

Furthermore, Israel abusing ally position also responsible for United States and EU sinking economy and alarming suicides among United States military personnel fighting Israel’s delusional geopolitical aspirations never to come into fruition.

Israel and any nation regardless of economic and military not barring nuclear status collusion in misadventures would lead to isolation and continuous defiance resulting in losing sovereignty to the point of no return.

Henceforth, Israeli regime and allies war mongering policies and terrorism is best abandoned exercising restraint over catastrophic actions with inevitable ramifications for the state of Israel and other death squad sponsors against Syria.

Most importantly, Israel coming in terms with reality on Palestinian statehood recognition is no longer an option but necessity for own future..

United Nations General Assembly is currently reviewing the Palestinian authority, President Mahmoud Abbas request for upgrade from non-member observer entity status to observer state status that would promote the world understanding of all members in global society worthy of respect and a life with dignity.

In this regard, Palestinian population has been deprived for over six decades with Israel invasion and military aggression up until now.

The inhumane conditions and ongoing hostility towards the people of Palestine has been brought to world attention on numerous occasions with a plea to end Israel’s unilateral excruciating blockade against Gaza alongside periodic aggravated assault resulting in infants, teenagers and women deaths prioritized to win the hearts and minds of Israeli electorate in the election war.

The pervasive combative environment in the entire occupied Palestinian territory robbing the children of Palestine the dreams for life with their family without fear of losing the members in either daily shooting or United States and western powers supplied and sponsored bombing prior to Israel’s electoral season could cease subsequent to Palestinian statehood recognition.

UNGA responsible action in accepting Palestine as a sovereign participant with the citizens’ rights to self-determination similar to the privileges enjoyed by Israeli citizens and western society considering their opposition to the Palestinian bid would legitimize UN as an international body transcending politics and influential powers superiority complex surfacing during Palestinian legal submission for statehood approval.

United States and Israel along with some western allies vehement protest to Palestinian natural right for freedom and sovereignty clarify the intention to prolong colonization in modern civilization exploiting the victims’ patience and endurance of more than sixty years of injustice.

The threats and intimidation tactics applied to subvert the process is yet another example of undemocratic principles exhibited by those representing the imperialistic agenda due to lack of accountability for their crimes against humanity.

Despite the political maneuvering to derail UNGA acknowledgment, the significant majority across the globe overwhelmingly calls for the United Nations members to grant Palestine the long overdue liberty – the inalienable right of every being on this planet.

The two state solution would also enable Israeli citizens peaceful co-existence disrupted from Israel’s ideology driven occupation goals embedded with permanent oppression in the meager land directly in violation of all laws that exist in a civilized world.

Israeli security is linked with treatment of neighbors especially the Palestinian citizens as equal for violence and terror would only yield synonymous response in self-defense given Israel’s disproportionate military and economic resources provided by United States and western power to maintain detrimental status quo.

Objectively, Israeli authority rejection of peace exemplified in refusal to follow general rule and UN resolutions together with Jewish unlawful settlement expansion posing impediments to Israel’s progress besides the ever increasing isolation from the rest of the world.

However, this situation could be reversed by changing course in pursuit of harmony beginning with adaptation to inevitable positive developments like Palestinian independence and honoring territorial integrity all around.

UNGA effectiveness is dependent upon resistance to United States, Israel and selective western powers counterproductive intrusions on international affairs with specific motive to undermine the legality and ethical efficacy of humanitarian law and UN Charter.

Above all UN members’ sovereign pledge for fairness and equality barring discriminatory practices in the decision-making aimed at particular segment viz. Palestinians in this instance would restore credibility to the organization role as a reliable entity.

UNGA could write a new chapter in history in moving forward rather than backward with unequivocal endorsement of peace enshrined in Palestine as an independent nation facilitating the success of two state solutions – the only pragmatic approach to ensure safety and long-term security for both Israel and Palestine.

Common knowledge regarding U.S. statement is the circumvention that reserves endorsement for Israel’s defiance and contrarily economic sanctions on rivals characterized as ‘axis of evil.’

The U.S. position defending ally Israel’s refusal to participate in the meeting confirms the long withheld information on Israel’s nuclear status comprising anywhere between 200 to 400 nuclear warheads,

Notwithstanding the nuclear states – Israel and United States engagement in illegal invasion, occupation and military aggression in Middle East and around the world is a major concern for the rest of the world.

Simultaneously, UN supposedly an international body has consistently defaulted in demonstrating fairness beginning with recognition of Palestinian statehood in semblance with UNGA vote in 1948 for establishment of the state of Israel.

UN abandoning humanitarian principles and guidelines rather than being a dependable neutral convener of international events with individual jurisdiction barring external negative influence for vested interests is a great hindrance to global security.

Likewise, UNSC a mere political tool for western powers to authorize economic and military warfare against nations declared dispensable regardless of dire consequences to vulnerable citizens in the respective domain enduring inhumane commercial, financial, technological and travel embargo.

The precedence set by Israel and United States is a continuous trend selectively protecting western nations and preferred members from isolationism that otherwise imposed on non-western states in the past and present.

Accordingly, the hypocritical decisions foment mistrust and frustration among genuine participants experiencing dilemma in the existing hierarchy.

The dysfunctional structure could be attributed to lack of accountability due to hegemony control over UN, UNSC, IAEA and ICC reflected in prejudiced indictments instead of fairness and equal treatment in international affairs.

Moreover, in the absence of pervasive application of international rule and adherence by all nations without exceptions the abuse of privileged statehood increasingly delegitimize UN, UNSC, IAEA and ICC role in dispute settlement.

UN organization and affiliates performance would be meaningful provided they are able to meet the marginalized and disenfranchised vast majority expectations challenging the unnecessary shadow powers interference exacerbating human plight.

UNGA function exceeding beyond membership formality linked with implementation of unanimous or overwhelming consensus like the vote on Cuba in lifting more than sixty years old economic restriction and,

Ending Israeli Palestinian conflict in acknowledgment of Palestine sovereignty and independence among several global issues would restore authenticity in international mediation.

Setting political partisanship aside, the nuclear and non-nuclear states consolidated efforts and sincere involvement would guarantee safety from nuclear and diverse weapons widely exchanged in the state sponsored terrorism and manufactured unrest on domestic and foreign soil.

Soon after ceasefire, Israeli forces proceeded with violent arrests of 55 Palestinian peaceful protesters in the occupied West Bank for non-violent participation to support their extended families in Gaza when Israeli shelling continued more than a week.

Israel’s latest attack resulting in Gaza casualty – a twenty one year old farmer killed while at least seven others injured is unnecessary provocation to Israel, United States and western allies detriment already reflected in declining economy and overwhelming condemnation for western status quo.

Evidently Israel and United States determination to pursue violence as the means to exert authoritarianism and superiority have no concern for their respective citizens safety or business sector prospects seriously affected due to regional and international community perception holding Israel and United States leaderships for state sponsored terrorism in direct violation of humanitarian law and civil standard.

The global response to rein in hegemony ideology posing imminent danger to all irrespective of identity is required more than ever.

Citizens from all walks of life could come forward and demonstrate solidarity in several ways such as – enforcing BDS movement against Israel.

Boycott Divestment Sanctions and extend stance towards western powers including Gulf allies fomenting killing of vulnerable citizens in Palestine, Israel, Syria, Bahrain, Libya, Egypt, Yemen, Sudan, Somalia, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Ivory Coast, Mali, Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya…around the world.

Mexico – The drug war financed and fueled by United States through controversial ‘Fast and Furious’ program implicating U.S.Justice department has enormously suffered on economic and political front with nearly 50,000 lives lost and more reported on daily accounts devoid of world’s attention thus far.

Congratulations! To people in Gaza and Israel along with leaderships in Egypt, Hamas and Israel for the ceasefire agreement reached in respect for life all around.

The ceasefire between Palestinian authority Hamas and Israel representatives brokered by Egypt President Mohammad Morsi is a preliminary step towards reconciliation on Palestinian and Israeli peaceful co-existence.

Although consolation and sympathy would not reverse the consequences from use of force suffered by the victims families,

The loss of lives in the last few days on both sides again disproportionately in Gaza involving infants and teenagers is a great human tragedy serving as a reminder to leaderships to renounce violence and utilize power for constructive purpose.

Political gains earned in improving lives through recognition of freedom, providing economic opportunity and social equality are honorable setting national precedence for a bright future shared amongst all.

Israel and Hamas treaty to end military aggression and retaliation respectively is an important milestone.

However, the real test remains in sustaining calmness resisting any temptation towards ceasefire violation that would also determine public trust expecting leadership to prioritize citizens life and safety on all sides over political agenda.

Israel leadership acceptance to open Gaza strip crossings facilitating people movement is a humane response and lifting naval blockade that has deprived Gaza residents normal living conditions would exemplify Israel’s commitment to recent accord.

Furthermore, provocation in terms of targeted assassinations of Hamas leaders or experimenting defense capability at civilian expense in Gaza could be substituted with acknowledgment of territorial integrity and legitimate political power with Hamas being the democratically elected government in Gaza.

Likewise Hamas persistence with peaceful negotiations replacing rocket firing would promote diplomacy required for the healing process in Gaza and Southern Israel.

The regional cooperation is equally essential demonstrating collective responsibility in ending Palestinian suffering with statehood and sovereignty that would guarantee long lasting security not only for Israel but entire Middle East.

Subsequently Israel and Palestine could focus on domestic issues and local development creating possibility for better bilateral relations and mutual economic prospects benefitting both states in the long term.

International community participation especially global citizens outpouring empathy was effective in halting the escalation of violence against Gaza.

Similarly peace activism in occupied Palestinian domain and Israel led to united front in drawing leaderships’ attention to the crisis.

The global solidarity could play a prominent role in two state solutions coming into fruition in November 2012 at the United Nations General Assembly transcending external intrusions for vested interests proved detrimental to citizens in Israel and Palestine thus far.

  The life history in terms of social identity – color, creed, education, economic, political background etc., ending and the memory of it erased with the termination of life in any particular lifetime except for the accumulation of karmic debts pending settlement, the condition  is irrefutable.

  The combined collaborative efforts expedite their cataclysmic destiny already in progress with precipitous decline together with the entire apparatus behind the gamut on the brink of collapse.

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The accused in this matter remain relevant for further legal investigation and proceedings now and in the future.

  Those who embark on restoring freedom beginning with their domain would add some credibility.

  The definition of freedom is liberty to choose in life. Having a choice to accept or reject anything unfavorable is the real alternative.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  The necessary precautionary measures from home owner like tarp on the roof even protecting the leased solar panels to avert substantial property damage including solar panels and subsequent liability to solar panel lessor i.e. the company involved in the matter are not reimbursed and expense declined as not the company responsibility.

  These issues clarify the status as anything but freedom.

  In light of such reality, it would be fair to say the customer in such unfair and unreasonable deals are the ones affording the company’s much touted philanthropy in a war zone besides contributing to extravagant hobby such as space travel.

  जिन हस्तियां में अपनी गलती और अपराध मानने की न हिम्मत या नीयत हो, और वो बलि की बकरी पे अपनी घटिया ज़िन्दगी और कारनामायें तोपते हैं तरह तरह के अभिनय से – कभी नमस्ते, कभी जीत का इशारा, कभी काला चश्मा पहनकर – जैसे की पूरे विश्व में केवल एक मैं ही काला चश्मा या आँख का चश्मा पहनती हो।

  और उससे भी बत्तर इनकी हरकतें बंदरों वाली नाच खेल करते हुए, अपनी हुलिया पर उंगुली उठाने वाली नौटंकी में व्यस्त हों, ऐसे बेईमान व्यक्ति अपने आप को मसीहा कहते फ़िरे, तो इनके मानसिक अवस्था को ही सामने लाता है।

  यह लोग जिन्हें अपनी जीवन निपटने की हुनर और धैर्य नहीं, यह भला औरों की पाप का भोज क्या ख़ाक उठाएंगे? जो यह मसीहा बन पड़े!
  

  अगर यह महोदय गण दूसरों को तंग और दुख न दे, तो यही इनके लिए और इनके जितने भी आस पास के सगे सम्बन्धी और पूरे समाज के लिए बहुत बड़ा उपकार होगा।

  मगर बात ये है की यह लोग अपने आप से भाग रहे हैं। किसी और के अस्तित्व को अपना बनाकर अपने ढोंग धोखलापन को और निछावर करते हैं।

  इसी में इनकी बेवकूफी और बेचैनी बेहाल सामने आता है।

  बेचारे किस्मत के मारे। अपने आप को महान मशहूर यानी प्रसिद्द कहने वाले, कितने अँधेरे मैं है, यह बात इन्हें नहीं पता।

  यह इनका दोष नहीं। इनकी अल्प बुद्धि का हाल है। ऐसे होते हुए, यह न घर के न घाट के हो जाते हैं। इन पर तरस के अलावा कुछ नहीं आता। जब इंसान को अगले क्षण का ख़बर नहीं, यह निकले अपनी ऐतिहास पलटने।

  यह प्रयास इन्हें सिवाय निराश और अपमान के अलावा कुछ नहीं बाँट रहा है इनको, तब भी यह अपनी हार मानने को तैयार नहीं।

  अब तक इनका कब्ज़ा धन, दौलत, शोहरत और सत्ता तक था। अभी यह लोग इज़्ज़त के ठेकेदार भी हो गए। इनको इतना तो पता होनी चाहिए की इज़्ज़त देने वालों को ही इज़्ज़त मिलती है। जो दूसरों की अस्तिव को अपना बनाकर, उनके व्यक्तिगत अधिकार छीनकर फ़िर उन्हीं को निशाना बनाने वाले, भला उन्हें ही इज़्ज़त की पाठ पढ़ाएंगे?

  यही हुई ना बात – चोरी और ऊपर से सीना ज़ोरि!

  कब यह अपनी गलती पर ध्यान देंगे? इनका तो यही मानना है की यह लोग कभी किसी को हानि पहुंचाते नहीं। किसी के साथ अन्याय कर ही नहीं सकते।

  यह दूध और चन्दन से धुले हुए है। इनकी तरह कोई संसार में धन्य है ही नहीं।अगर यह नहीं होते तो यह संसार कब का समाप्त हो जाता। इनके पवित्रता से ही जीव जंतु प्राणी के जीवित रहना संभव रहा है। वर्णा इस कलयुग में मृत्यु, शोक और दरिद्रता के अलावा है ही क्या मनुष्य की जीवन में?

  चलिए आपको हम सिखाते हैं की किसी के छोटेपन को ना बढ़ाने में अपनी बड्डपन है। आप भी क्या याद करोगे।

  इनका भी जवाब नहीं। क्योंकि आज तक इन लोगों की ही मन मानी चलती आयी। तो इन्होने सोच लिया की इनका ही दौर सदियों चलेगा ।

  जब रुत बदलते हैं, सरकार बदलते हैं, यहाँ तक की यह रातों रात काला धन से माला माल हो जातें है तो युग और समय बदलने में इनको क्या संकट है?

  आख़िर इनका इस दर्ति पर उतना ही समय है जितना अन्य जीव प्राणी का है। कई तो अपने जीवन के सफ़र पूरा नहीं कर पाते। ऐसे होते हुए इनका रोब और हुखुम जिन पर जमाते हैं जैसे की दूसरों को कुचलना इनका जनम जन्मांतर का अधिकार हो।

  पृथ्वी हर 365 दिन में एक बार सूर्य की परिक्रमा करती है और हर 24 घंटे में एक बार अपनी धुरी पर घूमती है।इसके कारण २४ घंटे ४ समय – सुबह, दोपहर, शाम और रात में बटा हुआ है।

  यह प्रकृति के नियम है जिसे किसी के लिए भी बदला नहीं जाता। जिन्हें भी इस प्राकृतिक के परमपरा से समस्या हो, उन्हें इस दर्ति में अनेकों बार जनम लेकर इस वातावरण का आदी होना पड़ता है। ज़रूरी नहीं इन्हें मनुष्य रूप ही प्राप्त हो।

  वाह रे मसीहावों, आप लोगों ने हद पार कर ली आपके इस प्रदर्शन से।

  The differences between original and fake are;

  The original is meaningfully true, natural and authentic whereas the fake is false, manufactured and disingenuous.

  Those using the fake to justify their fraudulence convince the gullible on anything not the alert and wise.

  Original is and will always be original. Imitation is an  enamel that slips and fades after minimal use.

  The example is real gold i.e. original and the imitation that is plated with artificial alloy painted in gold color. Needless to say there is no match in quality and value.

  Similarly, the imitation could be embarrassing for those wearing wig blown away in public with gusty wind exposing reality.

  Furthermore, the original need not prove anything to anyone and apologize to none for being as such – truthful and genuine.

  The election outcome on November 3rd, 2020 boasted approximately 150,000,000 (150 million) having voted of which 74 million is allocated to incumbent President Donald Trump which is 49% barring voter fraud in the contested election.

  The propaganda alluding to 49% republicans who voted for Donald Trump are in agreement to delegitimize their legal votes while they are being further diminished in the fraudulent election and fabricated survey to mere 17% in the far fetched analysis.

  How about the survey pointing out 30% democrats of that 47% in disagreement to incumbent President Donald Trump conceding to Beijing Presidency?

  Does that mean in the projected win 51% to Joe Biden candidacy only 21% believe in dominion and media produced election result since 30% democrats do not concur with the outcome?
