India – Bihar Elementary School Tragedy
July 23, 2013
By Padmini Arhant
Heartfelt Condolences to young victims families in Masrakhi Village, Saran district in the northeastern state of Bihar.
The sad incident involving the deaths of 20 school children between the age of five and twelve from food poisoning in the free school lunch served as part of social welfare is deeply regrettable.
Obviously, the tragedy prompts quality control along with regular visits from food and health inspection team to deter repeat event.
Those behind the loss of innocent lives are burdened with guilt and suffering they have brought upon themselves with such injustice.
Conscience is the moral guide and bearer to human actions and inactions with consequences according to individual deeds.
One could possibly evade justice system through political clout, economic affluence and social status, however the wrongdoer can neither run nor hide in an effort to escape judgment delivered from within as witness to willful and deliberate indulgence.
Even though expression of sorrow and extending sympathy do not reverse the unfortunate situation for the bereaved members, the caring aspect of human nature could perhaps bring solace to the affected community.
May God Bless the departed souls to rest in peace and grant the parents and survivors strength as well as hope in dealing with the difficult moment in life.
Peace and happiness to the people in Masraki village, Saran district in Bihar.
Peace to all!
Thank you.

India – Humanitarian Crisis from Severe Floods in Northern India
June 29, 2013
By Padmini Arhant
Heartfelt condolences to the victims families and survivors in the recent floods in northern India and State of Uttarakhand in particular having suffered the most with more than 10,000 lives lost and several displaced in the disaster zone.
The alarming deaths and displacement is a great tragedy and deserves maximum relief and assistance at the earliest possible to save lives from torrential rain causing floods and landslides in the region.
Whenever calamity of this magnitude occurs, the poorer population experiences disproprtionate difficulties leaving many vulnerable to disease and economic strife.
Environmental abuse reflected in activities such as mining, drilling and various projects replacing natural settings often contribute to soil erosions weakening the surrounding areas of the riverbanks that lead to overflow during heavy rainfall.
State and Central authorities investments towards prevention of substantial losses in lives and livestock including damages ordinarily sustained in extreme weather conditions besides adequate evacuation programs and services always ease the burden on inhabitants in those areas that otherwise evolve into burgeoning humanitarian crises.
Considering the level of destruction with roads and bridges reportedly washed away by the floods hampering direct access to people stranded in and around the valley near holy pilgrim centers viz. Badrinath and Kedarnath temples, the delay in rescue operations as a result of these obstacles might further exacerbate citizens plight.
Hopefully coordination among local and national teams in addressing the catastrophe would perhaps mitigate human toll and restore normalcy in villages and towns affected in the monsoon period.
Wishing citizens enduring extraordinary ordeal quick recovery from grief and success in rebuilding their lives with renewed strength and optimism.
Peace to all!
Thank you.

India – Crimes Against Women
December 30, 2012
By Padmini Arhant
The deceased twenty three year old gang rape victim with then Congress government naming her Nirbhaya meaning fearless was denied due respect in terms of her personal wish and real identity.
The ruling class deliberately withheld her name under the guise of privacy especially when she is no more.
Since world creation, all creatures including inanimate objects are known by their name and origin regardless of purpose behind such existence.
In this particular instance, the victim was a member of civil society and belonged to a caring family.
The rise in sexual assault against women in India is reflective of contemporary moral decay in society attributed to corruption and unscrupulousness in politics besides entertainment industry portrayal of women.
Nonetheless, the victim was not anonymous and possessed common characteristics beginning with her real name.
According to news reports, the victim was pursuing career in health care field and engaged to the male companion.
According to victim’s parents – their daughter’s wedding was scheduled in February 2013 with respective families preparing for the event at that time.
The government pretext to conceal victim’s name and transporting the patient overseas during critical condition contributed to victim’s untimely death constituting homicide.
Even after victimization in every aspect, the cremation was reportedly carried out hastily to cover up UPA (2) government with then major opposition BJP and other political factions complicity in state intrusion.
The girl’s parents as legal guardians and sole decision makers were denied legal right by the UPA(2) government led by Sonia Gandhi.
The state interference was not limited to disrupting medical care and treatment until last minute but also extended to rites and rituals in private citizen’s personal affair.
Congress and BJP response to non disclosure of victim’s name was falsely stated as parents’ will despite the parents refuting political authorities claim.
The father’s message to Indian society was the government mistreatment of his daughter was deeply regrettable and beyond disgrace. He further added that political class projected her as perpetrator even though she faced the crises with dignity until her last moment.
The political maneuver and aggression against law abiding ordinary citizens likened to victim’s family widely deployed ignoring impropriety.
In a similar incident that involved high profile political members like Congress party Vice President Rahul Gandhi, the gang rape victim Sukanya and family from Amethi constituency in Uttar Pradesh were threatened as per victim’s relatives accounts that led to Sukanya’s father committing suicide while the victim Sukanya along with her mother forced to flee town becoming a fugitive for life.
The government indulgence in defiance of logic and civility appears to have no boundary in seizing citizens’ inalienable human rights from birth to death representing prejudice and abuse of power.
Again Congress government, BJP and political counterparts showed no concern for humanitarian law in this matter.
Memorializing the innocent’s life without acknowledgment of her legitimate name more for political reasons conforming to discriminatory practices is unprecedented and invalidate victims plight for malevolent pursuits.
Failure to adhere established standards further confirms degenerative qualities to societal detriment.
Social equality and justice is best demonstrated in fairness and genuine appreciation of individuality transcending superficial impositions as general acceptance.
Remembrance of victim’s ordeal would be appropriate upon society and world at large humanizing traumatic suffering rather than politicizing the crime.
Many fall prey to politically motivated civil and human rights violation.
Wishing solace to bereaved family and abandoned members yearning for their voices to be heard in the exclusive system granting impunity to authoritarianism fomenting crimes against defenseless citizenry.
Peace to all!
Thank you.

India – New Delhi Government Intervention Leads to Rape Victim Fatality
December 28, 2012
By Padmini Arhant
Indian Capital, New Delhi erupted in mass protest in the past two weeks when twenty three old young paramedic student was attacked by nefarious group in public transport and the government gross mishandling fomented youth euphemism vis-a-vis identical crime reportedly comprising names of individuals in incumbent political party.
Ref: http://www.presstv.com/detail/2012/12/28/280631/indian-gangrape-victim-dies-in-singapore/ – Thank you.
Ref: Regarding Government intrusion on civilian care.
http://www.thehindu.com/news/national/rape-survivor-airlift-was-govt-not-medical-decision/article4246109.ece
The rape victim apparently died overseas upon New Delhi Government direction to shift the patient in critical condition to Singapore despite Medical experts and attending physicians’ strong reservations against such action.
Perhaps it is time for Indian youth to rise to the occasion and demand justice not only in this tragic situation but also call for public investigation on the previous rape victim Sukanya evidently shared similar experience with a difference being the perpetrators in this particular case were allegedly members of the ruling political party not barring the prominent entity expected to be the contender for the highest office on land – Prime Minister post in 2014 national election.
Any nation’s future is dependent on younger generation spirit to protect national integrity and credibility.
Although the burden of responsibility is on entire society, the youth as potential leaders in various fields especially politics that obviously in desperate need of decontamination and sanitization are expected to come forward in defending nation from degeneration.
Ref: http://www.presstv.com/detail/2012/12/28/280505/gangraped-indian-girl-commits-suicide/ – Thank you.
Prior to Delhi incident there was another alarming report referenced above in the link – involving a 17 year old young woman in Patiala, Punjab – again a target of brutal sexual assault by a group of criminal elements and the victim denied access to file First Information Report (FIR) – a prerequisite to pursue legal course against offenders per relevant judicial law.
However, according to the reports the law enforcement personnel deprived victim and family from the legal right exemplifying their complicity in the crime.
As though that was not enough, the corrupt police officers reportedly humiliated the teenager with the suggestion to drop the idea of filing formal complaint and,
Further advised her to either accept financial settlement or marry one of the rapists in compensation of her lost dignity and honor.
Subsequently, the teenager committed suicide much to her family’s devastation.
Obviously, there are more gruesome incidents waiting to be exposed and threatened from being brought to public domain likened to Sukanya matter due to high profile political entity being implicated in the criminal act.
National sovereignty and democratic system is tested in the demonstration of fairness and equality on all issues specifically social justice conspicuously on the decline in the world’s largest democracy under foreign rule.
Jago Bharat! Wake up India! Save the nation from subjugation.
With prayers for the departed souls to rest in peace,
Sincere condolences offered to all rape victims’ families and survivors in the nation enshrined with female deities and goddesses epitomizing valor in the resurrection of righteousness and dharma.
Peace to all!
Thank you.

http://youtu.be/a-DVtMOY8Fw http://youtu.be/1M_eB2plof0India – Neo Liberalization Economic Policy is Anti-Republic Ideology
December 4, 2012
By Padmini Arhant
The Congress party led UPA (United Progressive Alliance) coalition government welcomed neo liberalization economic policy considering hegemony influence over the administration key members and party chief in advancing globalization evidently suitable to establish feudalism under the pretext of modern capitalism.
Notwithstanding the fact, the head of the state and main cabinet ministers held positions at World Bank prior to being nominated by hegemony to promote the debilitating neo liberal concept in India.
Hegemony agenda on world economy is redefining capitalism exclusively benefitting the multinational corporations at small medium enterprise as well as average citizens detriment.
Not only the term neo liberal is deceptive but also the hegemony distortion of liberal and progressiveness in economics and politics confirms steadfastness to legalize authoritarianism consistent with the trend to the White House latest action legitimizing arbitrary drone strikes generating massive innocent civilian casualty.
The genuine liberal and progressive characteristics pose impediments to hegemony extremism and ultra conservatism essentially the protectionism that guarantees financial security to corporate conglomerate on their terms and conditions worldwide.
Hegemony is strongly opposed to protectionism that ensures public and national interest like preserving natural resources and human capital from foreign exploitation.
However, the obstacle is maneuvered through hegemony nominees in political system among the ruling power along side weakening opposition to rein control on government legislation that governs the economic sector implementing policies conforming to conglomerate agenda – i.e. broader access to market share and profits divestment offshore preferably in tax havens evading scrutiny.
The neo liberal ideology targets nations exacerbating society endurance on pervasive corruption advising subservient political power to remain committed in declining anti-graft legislation despite national demand.
Indian government is currently engaged in passing Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) allowing Walmart and other mega corporations’ retail monopoly regardless of the measure proved counterproductive.
Similar trade policies introduced under Free Trade Agreement – FTAA, NAFTA and CAFTA in Latin America and Asia was responded with factory workers and manufacturing sector protests in Columbia, Panama, South Korea…and elsewhere.
FDI devastating impact on vast majority surviving as retailers and local street vendors is apparently not a major concern for the political leaderships sworn allegiance to external global power.
India is unfortunately subjugated through elusive economic proposals favoring hegemony goal to derail growth widening the existing gap between the rich and poor.
FDI implementation would cost small businesses and shop keepers livelihood even driving them to situation experienced by farmers forced to commit suicide due to corporations like Monsanto stranglehold on farming community at the national political power invitation.
Besides FDI facilitates foreign exchange inverse flight contrary to political misconception on Forex reserves advantage currently debated in Indian Parliament aiming to circumvent the matter by seeking vote on Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).
The traders nationwide should demonstrate against the erroneous decision and scuttle the misguided economic strategy threatening India’s domestic prospects linked with appropriate income distribution.
Another contentious factor with FDI is subsidized labor with cheap overheads, a common attraction for foreign absorption of market holdings resulting in huge employment displacement largely affecting women and marginalized demography.
In this instance it is noteworthy that Muslim and diverse groups are potentially at risk given their involvement in commercial activity as the chosen and sometimes circumstantial profession.
Instead the government utilization of capital and foreign exchange reserves in export oriented technology and mechanisms from within and abroad to enhance infra structure modernization contributing to work force expansion rather than contraction could be beneficial to India and global economy reviving multilateral trade.
FDI in this context deprives fair competition with the premise disproportionately lucrative for big corporations predator instincts significantly affecting job market and economic viability.
Obviously, the political opposition is subjected to task in exemplifying prudence and diligence that would determine their commitment or the lack of in safeguarding economic future heavily compromised upon Parliament approval of the FDI bill.
Simultaneously, Indian democracy is challenged in foreign disguised control via proxy rule necessitating civil society activism and intervention to avert catastrophe.
The business associations across the country are required to come forward and assume responsibility in preventing history from repeating itself semblance with East India Company venture that led to imperialism two centuries ago.
Hopefully rationality would prevail in abandoning FDI used as political tool to undermine the legitimacy of largest democracy in the world.
Wishing small entrepreneurs and mainstream success against political collusion in disenfranchisement on economic opportunity.
Peace to all!
Thank you.

August 14, 2012
By Padmini Arhant
The neighbors in Indian sub-continent commemorate independence from colonialism.
Pakistan on August 14 followed by India on August 15 sought freedom from British Raj with the sub-continent divided and scores of innocent lives lost on all sides prior to and during partition.
Since then, both nations have endured trials and tribulations with bilateral relations subjected to litmus tests delivering success and failures predominantly due to covert foreign intervention benefitting hegemonic subjugation militarily in Pakistan under the guise of war on terror and politically in India through proxy governance.
Nonetheless, the two nations are faced with alleviating poverty, economic and social disparity prevalent in vast majority, fighting corruption, tax evasion and local political impediments exploiting situations for personal advancement hindering national development.
India comparatively made economic progress post independence. However, the gap between haves and have-nots widened in the ever increasing income inequality with the rich, famous and upper echelons in the society representing political system depriving main stream fair opportunity to achieve desperately required change.
The recent reconciliation transcending barriers are mutually productive easing tensions essential in moving forward to normalize trade, travel and cultural exchange.
National security concerns through cooperation, intelligence sharing and commitment to deter terror networks operations could further enhance future prospects for Pakistan and India.
The significant youth population in two states could potentially shape the country on progressive trend in every aspect synthesizing dynamism and optimism reflecting a paradigm shift in the present and beyond.
Republic rule abstinent nepotism and feudalism is the path to strive for emancipation from burgeoning economic, political and social struggle.
Wishing people in India and Pakistan long lasting peace and formidability to challenge threats against national sovereignty.
Peace to all!
Thank you.

India – Political Sea Change on the Horizon
April 6, 2012
By Padmini Arhant
Subsequent to dismal results for Congress in five State assembly elections in March 2012,
The most recent by-elections in southern and western states of India has proven disastrous for the ruling power United Progressive Alliance (UPA II), the Congress Party under Mrs. Sonia Gandhi leadership with other members –
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Home Minister P.Chidambaram, Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal, Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee, Law Minister Salman Khurshid, and MP Veerappa Molly…holding key cabinet positions at the center.
Congress party being incumbent in the state and central government had a stronghold in the southern state – Andhra Pradesh sworn loyalty to Gandhi – Nehru family with guaranteed victory considering the political party representation from AP reportedly was 33 seats exceeding the electorally key state Uttar Pradesh (UP) in northern India.
However, the by-elections outcome reversed the status quo with regional report confirming that Congress party targeted all seven Assembly seats in Andhra Pradesh and lost all of them by significant margins ranging from 30,000 – 45,000 votes and coastal region performance apparently a colossal failure with some Congress candidates fearing security deposit forfeiture.
Congress led UPA – India’s major political party electoral debacle could be attributed to two major issues confronting the state – secessionism within state territory – Telangana seeking autonomy and rights to self-determination from Andhra Pradesh with decadent feudalism facilitating minority abuse of power over majority.
Congress Party as the State and national authority refusal to address the victims’ plight comprising farmers and marginalized mainstream led to massive protests and state shut down with huge revenue loss that could have been avoided through peaceful settlement by the government.
The second factor being corruption among State Congress members having become nationwide epidemic precipitated political defeat for both national parties – UPA II the current administration and major opposition BJP succumbed to electoral backlash.
Further the central government rejection of strong Jan Lokpal bill i.e. anti-corruption law protecting political class with impunity is the impetus driving electorate to demonstrate ballot power.
Similarly in Maharashtra with Mumbai as the capital and commercial center, Congress setback from municipal to state legislative seats is poignant resonating popular demand for corruption free society governed by real democracy barring nepotism and dynasty allegiance to globalist power.
State elections thus far with Uttar Pradesh up north and Andhra Pradesh down south is a huge disappointment to Congress party especially for present Gandhi family at the center,
The regional parties trouncing them across the nation is indicative of the beginning of the end of dominion republic rule reining control under the guise of democracy.
Transfer of Power rather than surrender of power in 1947 and subsequently in 1949 general rights briefing via constitution erroneously assumed as transformation to republic rule with national sovereignty still remaining under British Crown instead of Indian republic.
India under British Commonwealth of Nations shares the status with counterparts Australia and Canada in this regard.
Congress Party founded by Alan Octavian Hume during colonial era maintains undemocratic laws passed in 1878 until today alongside mute opposition committing sacrilege in temple of democracy – the Parliament.
Specifically the prevalent laws subjugating citizens to sustain authoritarianism somehow escapes Parliament members attention despite unprecedented fasting over ten years and other peaceful protests by civilians in the beleaguered regions of the country.
The Arms Act now known as AFSPA – Armed Forces Special Powers Act – the ramifications witnessed in North East and Kashmir Valley under national security pretext judiciously in compliance with globalist policy – governance by guns eliminating peace prospects and constructive dialogue.
Vernacular Press Act passed in the same year 1878 enacting press censorship and crackdown on civilian dissent critical of the government continues with same velocity in the twenty first century evidenced in the civilian death Rajbala at the anti-corruption rally in New Delhi.
Ironically the power granted by the people to the elected officials used against them with excess force, income tax raids, intelligence agencies 24/7 surveillance and denying due process on false allegations… are common political measures to exert authority.
Government and corporate collusion undermining democracy with corruption seeping into army barracks in lucrative deals and contracts is the expansion of globalist agenda aimed at world dominance by discrediting nations through puppet regimes deliberate sabotage of economic progress not to mention the threat to sovereignty emanating from persistent external influence.
The two large political party system in India with the rest disoriented, there is an urgent need to fill the void in the absence of formidable political representation for the people restoring law and order in the political lawlessness extended into other branches of public and private enterprise.
Anti-corruption legislation viz. Jan Lokpal bill, Right to Reject and Right to Recall – the overwhelming requests from electorate will not be promoted by government and other political factions due to conflict of interest and lack of political will.
The alternative to the dilemma is India against corruption i.e. IAC coalescence with substantial membership across the nation forming a political party and contesting elections to give electorate a fair option in the local, state and national elections.
Then IAC could achieve political reform as legislators instead of activists given the political establishment defiance in passing robust Jan Lokpal bill even though corruption is a monumental problem decimating the moral and ethical pillars in society.
The civil society genuine concerns regarding corruption dismissed as intrusion in Parliamentary affairs by political machinery evading investigation and prosecution for treason, embezzlement and violation of constitutional law as well as Parliament sanctity proved in cash for votes in Parliament and during elections to public office.
IAC upon being elected delivering promises post elections in Parliament, State assembly, city and municipality would strengthen democracy with a new chapter defining Indian political future.
Again IAC in solidarity could shape the political landscape starting from local to national heights and lead India in turbulent times in history ending foreign demagoguery and sophistry declining proposals beneficial to nation at large.
Indian electoral mandate in the latest elections clarify republic power in changing political dynamics slighted by elected representatives against the convention not to hurt the source or reverse could happen given voters are the decision makers in a democratic environment.
Proceeding with the trend in forthcoming elections would yield republic empowerment.
India awakening to reality on political accountability legitimized in voters’ discernment is the tip of the iceberg with imminent sea change on the horizon.
Congratulations! To winners in Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra on the political victory in by-polls.
Good Luck to India against corruption (IAC) with the new millennium political party pledged to greater good of the people and the nation.
Jai Bharat! Vande Mataram!
Peace to all!
Thank you.

New Delhi – BRICS Summit 2012
March 30, 2012
By Padmini Arhant
The five emerging economies Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa represented BRICS summit 2012 in New Delhi, India.
BRICS consolidated GDP growth and steady progress contributed to the positive trend despite turbulence in the global economy predominantly from European and United States debt crises combined with recent western imposed sanctions against Iran having ripple effects on consumers and businesses around the world.
BRICS latest plan to introduce development bank and local credit facility would be extremely productive providing opportunities for struggling economies and developing nations to borrow funds without surrendering natural resources and human capital as collateral for depletion and exploitation compromising sovereignty in the end.
The financial institutions by BRICS could address the burgeoning economic crises assisting nations with basic requirements to advanced technology promoting structural capabilities for survival and sustenance in the competitive globalized economy.
Contemporary problems confronting nations is corruption and systemic abuse of power posing major impediments in uplifting economic standards pervasively to reflect international systems effectiveness in any capacity.
Although graft might be a domestic challenge,
The detrimental impact on global business cannot be ignored with unaccounted money belonging to national treasury stashed away in overseas bank accounts exacerbating budget deficits and cash flow depriving public sector investments in improving infrastructure, health, education and broad range economic activities that could otherwise reduce dependency on internal or external funding.
Besides corruption culture in politics and economics representing operational facets in society leads to dysfunctional mode deterring foreign investors from long-term commitments affecting industrial output and employment.
BRICS development bank in this respect could ease the burden on citizens engaged in contentious battle with political authorities embedded in lucrative ventures through government contracts or private firms seeking license for various entrepreneurial projects by incorporating transparency and accountability as pre-requisite for borrowing to cultivate discipline and ethics in fiscal management.
Considering EU, IMF and World Bank severe austerity measures and unreasonable demands tied to economic rescue package is yet to bring relief except producing political instability and social unrest,
BRICS targeted programs along with repair and restoration strategy could prove highly beneficial to ailing economies emulating BRICS achievement rising from gloom to bloom status in the past decade.
The alternative reserve currency could counteract U.S. dollar and euro volatility in substitution during international trade especially for nations unable to compete due to national currency devaluation from political turmoil or unfair trade policies such as Free Trade Agreement rather than Fair Trade Deal.
Furthermore, currency float backed with gold bullions would guarantee equilibrium in variable market conditions maintaining value to volume ratio.
In other matter, UNSC resolutions against Iran and Syria – Russia and China apparently sharing similar concerns regarding western military intervention and crippling economic sanctions while respecting other BRICS partners flexibility often swayed in favor of the west.
Reiterating earlier statement – trade embargo and military strikes against Syria and Iran is counterproductive with ramifications currently experienced in many parts of Europe and world over.
India and South Africa having voted for UNSC proposal against Syria is indicative of western dominance with the two nations compliance overriding pragmatism and undermining national sovereignty.
Containing tensions in the region and terminating armed conflicts via disarmament is in common interest of all to protect citizens in Syria suffering casualties from violence thus far.
Syrian oppositions refusal to ceasefire with fragmentation within attributed to political stalemate blocking main street civilian leaders to commence dialogue for fruitful negotiations eliminating apprehensions on potential civil war.
Global security is intact with unanimous approval of peace process abstaining from bias and focused on objectivity to deliver desirable outcome – preventing loss of lives and peaceful democratic solutions to political upheaval.
Likewise lifting sanctions against Iran in the absence of any evidence of nuclear weapons program is essential for international organizations like UNSC and EU credibility and integrity at present on the decline with reasons revealed in the record – viz. Iraq and Libya.
BRICS cooperation in ratifying climate treaty to achieve 1.5°C or 350ppm would pronounce solidarity on humanitarian issues and planet sustenance.
Good Luck and Success to BRICS aspirations in all frontiers to serve humanity with viable financial center stimulating global productivity for prosperity amongst all.
Peace to all!
Thank you.

Seoul – Nuclear Security Summit 2012
March 28, 2012
By Padmini Arhant
Warm Greetings! To world leaders at the Nuclear Security Summit 2012 in Seoul, South Korea.
This is an important event providing an opportunity to share and discuss global security concerns from nuclear arsenal.
The lingering tensions between Israel and Iran on the Islamic Republic’s nuclear program is the bone of contention with United States as Israel’s strong ally having imposed crippling sanctions and disabled SWIFT freezing financial payments services on trade to exacerbate Iran’s economic conditions are pre-emptive measures in the long desired global confrontation.
Similarly closer to summit venue in the Korean peninsula – North Korea announcement to launch satellite into orbit and rocket positioning creating anxiety among neighbors and U.S. strategic partners South Korea and Japan.
Iran and North Korea participation rather than isolation in the summit would have been prudent in fostering constructive dialogue and meaningful solutions to impending nuclear issues.
Inclusion not exclusion transcending politics and ideology is crucial for global peace and harmony.
Within Asia, U.S promoted India’ s nuclear power project with enriched uranium supply from United States has prompted nuclear state Pakistan across the Indian border to pursue equivalent deal for formidability in Fissile Material Cut-Off Treaty (FMCT) vis-à-vis India as predicted escalating nuclear arms race in the region.
Not to mention the nuclear developments via nuclear energy in the Indian sub-continent extending further into China – another nuclear state adjusting potential to meet with changing nuclear weapons status emanating from U.S. initiative.
The situation also facilitates U.S. and NATO military operation premised on deterrence against Pakistan’s militant groups from gaining access to nuclear arsenal forming a never ending cycle in the indefinite mission for global dominance.
In the western front – United States presence through NATO expansion in Eastern Europe with missile defense system perceived as provocative stance by Russia considering the proximity and installation directed at Russia.
Accordingly Russia’s proactive defense shield strategy related to ICBM (Intercontinental Ballistic Missile) besides U.S. tactical weapons and short-range missiles continues to arouse skepticism on both sides sparking a comment from Russian President Dmitry Medvedev during recent Euro-Atlantic security conference in Moscow calling for Euro-Atlantic security community to evolve from myth into reality.
Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) comprising Russia and Central Asian countries membership to counteract NATO and U.S. aspirations in oil and natural gas rich territories along with U.S. declared plan at the Seoul summit to expand missile shield strategy in Asia and Middle East is yet another dimension to twenty first century global security challenge.
United States – the nuclear state with significant nuclear weapons in possession is non-signatory to NPT (Non-Proliferation Treaty),
Notwithstanding history depicting U.S. – the only nation to have used nuclear arsenal – Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan.
Lately, in Iraq war U.S. and coalition partner United Kingdom dropped bombs containing depleted uranium with devastating generational impact on health and environment.
United States, United Kingdom and France have repeatedly asserted all options against Iran.
Regardless, they claim themselves responsible nuclear nations while condemning those deemed adversaries nuclear technology for medical isotopes in cancer treatment or,
Subscribing to western catered nuclear energy program – the precedence set by existing nuclear powers in the world utilizing nuclear energy as the pretext for nuclear weapons advancement.
Middle East – Israel’s nuclear status widely known but not acknowledged by the state and western allies in the absence of IAEA or UN inspection and verification.
Israel took enormous pride in the acquisition of Iron Dome – supposedly the marvel in intercepting missiles and experimented the effectiveness with extra-judicial execution of Palestinian leader Zuhair al-Qaisi, the Secretary General of the Popular Resistance Committees in the Gaza Strip late March 2012 expecting victims’ retaliation subsequent to casualties including civilians in total 24 killed from this mock attack.
In return the rockets hitting southern Israel from Gaza were reportedly intercepted in a timely manner by Iron Dome resulting in no loss of lives on Israeli side.
Israel exercise with Iron Dome at the expense of some innocent Palestinian lives apparently in preparation for unilateral strike against Iran and after ascertaining Iron Dome capability,
The jingoism for catastrophic action against Iran disregarding global ramifications is subversive and counterproductive.
Furthermore, Israeli intelligence agency Mossad and CIA have confirmed that Iran has no nuclear weapons and without any progress in enhancement.
The U.S. military high command and intelligence are stated to be in agreement with the status quo.
In light of these facts from Israel and United States intelligence sources, the fervor on warfare in the volatile Middle East amid U.S. troops lives at stake in all directions is an invitation to disaster.
International community deserves valid explanation for the unnecessary turmoil via sanctions against Iran with no evidence of nuclear upgrade and frivolous moratorium on Iranian oil exports hurting average citizens and businesses around the world.
The potent tools – trade embargo and military intervention against targets for global dominance is the existential terror endangering life and habitat.
Israel also condemned for using white phosphorous in densely populated areas during December 2008 bombing of Gaza. The findings in UN report by Justice Richard Goldstone were never honored by United States and Israel till date.
Contrarily United States warned nations importing Iranian crude oil with economic sanctions suggesting any violation would have serious repercussions and obtained ten European nations and Japan’s compliance to U.S. demand while others like India proportionately cut back oil imports from Iran and mulling over alternative sources and costs to meet with substantial domestic energy consumption.
The hierarchy among nuclear and non-nuclear states with distinction such as responsible vs. reckless raises credibility factor highlighting hypocrisy on those nations part responsible for arbitrary engagement in widespread nuclear material distribution to forge strategic alliance aimed at global showdown.
Nuclear security summit is a golden opportunity for unanimous consensus on unconditional nuclear disarmament by all nuclear states without exception and pledging in solidarity for immediate implementation of nuclear arsenal disposal not excluding fissile material in individual stockpiles stored under nuclear energy production.
Non-nuclear states reaffirmation as NPT signatories would be impetus for others to follow suit.
Independent international committee with nuclear experts, ethicists and legal professionals alongside IAEA could begin the process to establish central monitoring of nuclear sites for systematic and simultaneous surrender incorporating checks and balances to evaluate delivery efficiency.
Above all accountability to address obligatory failure irrespective of stature would serve common interest.
Nuclear power program camouflaged to accelerate nuclear ambition is the tradition best abandoned especially with viable alternatives like solar, wind, and hydroelectric energy available in abundance.
The schism in government mishandling of Fukushima nuclear melt down is exposure on non-disclosure – latest reports reveal deliberate act in withholding public safety information by deleting emails and other sources with a red flag on imminent humanitarian crisis.
In conclusion nuclear free zone is the only guaranteed security to humanity.
Wishing success to all nations activists in denuclearization of the world.
Perhaps Seoul Nuclear Security Summit 2012 could be the torchbearer of permanent peace eliminating nuclear weapons from the planet.
Peace to all!
Thank you.
