Life provides opportunity. When that opportunity is misused and abused which happens with those misinterpreting opportunity as exclusive and exploit the opportunity as entitlement, they indulge in scapegoat rather than introspection.

When they are weak and guilty, they would blame anyone and anything except them. They would use old, outdated and obsolete strategy such as race card to absolve them from any responsibility and wrong doing. In this context, they conveniently ignore their legacy glaring at them in the absence of integrity and courage to accept their violations and intentional crimes they committed during that opportunity i.e. power in their possession.

However, none escape Karma. All actions are registered and well documented to be checked and accounted for upon imminent departure from the world. The judgment process in the other world do not allow tricks, evasive tactics and shenanigans deployed in the material world on earth where power and money corrupts human mind resulting in lifelong guilt and grief. That in itself cause self-inflicted punishment with nowhere to run and unable to hide from within.

Those stirring the pot using sycophants performing for pennies dropped in their hat making a spectacle of those they are serving and themselves in service, they are clarifying they have nothing positive and productive to live for except engage in self-deprecation and own humiliation.

Nonetheless, them using race card only backfire at them and repeatedly pose questions from victims belonging to the race they violated with their power at disposal.

The two term black Presidency extended right now has lot to account for on many issues.

In foreign policy:

The African nation’s former Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan request to then Black Presidency in the White House in 2012 and 2013 for U.S. aid was turned down. The issue related to Nigerian based Boko Haram terrorist groups having outgunned Nigerian government and at that time abduction of Nigerian young girls – school students held hostage in undisclosed location wreaked havoc in Nigeria.

The White House instead focused on Arab Spring in 2011 and thereafter aiding and abetting terror outfits leading to creation of IS, ISIS, Al-Nusra and various al-Qaeda factions fragmented and evolved into cannibals and worst terror elements committing crimes like maim, murder, rape and horrific violence against Syrian young girls, pregnant women, male youth, disabled and vulnerable population in the country.

Notwithstanding the Libyan saga of Benghazi gate is a major violent debacle in U.S. and NATO operation in Libya.

In the domestic front, the following victims and their survivors having suffered merciless death and persecution ask the perpetrators of crimes,

On what basis are they exploiting race to earn empathy and credit they have irretrievably lost in this life?

Their crimes exacerbating severe karmic debts and sins bearing on them in living and upon demise is incontrovertible reality. 

The black family in White House with Black Presidency and Black First Lady presiding the public execution of unarmed young black mother Miriam Carey ruthlessly gunned down with more than twenty five round of bullets in public square by the Black President and First Black Lady’s security personnel during their term in office in 2013.

The brutality did not end there. The infant witness to heinous murder of her mother Miriam Carey was denied reunion with her maternal relatives such as her aunt and grandmother. Then the two-year-old survivor was also declined participation at her mother’s funeral with then White House Black Presidency in 2013 rejecting plea from her maternal family.

To make maters worse for the infant, the family and the deceased Miriam Carey’s soul, the toddler was tossed to a stranger not a black individual rather a white male – ex-CIA operative with whom none of the victims in the Presidential office crime had relations with.

Similarly, the other black victim during black Presidency was Troy Davis executed by lethal injection in September 2011 in the crime he did not commit and proven as such by his white defense counsel. Yet the callous execution carried out in gala media event hosted by CNN in public view.

The media fanfare with CNN leading the show was mocking me as they are now for standing up against unjust impulsive state crime. 

Troy Davis life could have been saved with clemency via Presidential pardon from then sitting Black President Barack Obama who chose to prioritize own re-election prospects in 2012 over scrutiny of politically charged justice that took Troy Davis life.

NB: Presidential history in the United States provide evidence of Presidential pardons issued to any President’s many political aides and those having had close relations with the office bearer in the White House. The quid pro quo is exercised regardless of political representation and affiliation even with the accused or convicted individual guilty of crime. 

Whereas in Troy Davis case, a civilian was sentenced and sent to the gallows without appropriate due process.

The recanted testimonies is testimony in this case highlighting flawed false concoction of theories failing to avert jeopardy of justice. The defendant Troy Davis as United States citizen was entitled to constitutional right for fairness and equality to prove his innocence that was refused to him.

The ethnic cleansing of Tamils in Northern and predominantly eastern provinces of Sri Lanka not barring the Tamils in Colombo, the Hill Country Tamils and Tamil citizens in south and western areas of Sri Lanka is a dark history for the victims and survivors yearning an end to their misery, marginalization, disenfranchisement, exploitation endured in generational suffering. 

That time has arrived now for Tamils seeking Tamil Eelam which is essentially a free independent sovereign statehood as Tamil Desam.

The Tamils’ State along the Northern, Eastern and Hill Country Tamils in the central highlands identifying themselves as Tamil community emancipation is long overdue.

The severely oppressed Tamils have long been striving for basic rights, equal opportunity to education, employment, health care, safety and security and equality of justice barring prejudice – the treatment imposed as the fate on the subjugated tamils in the island nation. 

The Tamil Desam in the Tamil Eelam freedom movement would enshrine and encompass the fundamental human rights to life, dignity, progress and prosperity for all inhabitants in the newly established Tamil state. 

In the modern age, the oppression and violations of human rights denying the people due respect as human beings in realizing their hope and dreams in life similar to those enjoying the same and more in the same nation and other parts of the independent world is gross injustice and against any human values. 

The Tamils in Sri Lanka continue to experience the excruciating plight together with the current political and economic crisis in the island. 

Tamil Desam is the resolution to Tamil Eelam struggles having lost nearly 2 million lives in ethnic genocide since the onset of Tamil alienation and segregation in Sri Lanka.

The civil war and thereafter the state conducted summary execution of unarmed Tamil civilians not even sparing children as young as nine, ten and eleven year old Tamil boys who were all seated in a row with their hands tied on their back and blind folded while the Sri Lankan military personnel were ordered to shoot them point blank at close range by then and currently deposed Rajapaksa regime.

The shootings were carried out with authority and international immunity. 

The horrendous killings of Sri Lankan Tamils is not a mere history rather systemic extermination of a race despite nativity.

Notwithstanding the Tamil young girls and women not barring pregnant mothers were raped, maimed and mutilated with horrifying images staring at the world during the preventable native residents’ pogrom. 

The brutal heinous crime committed by Mahinda Rajapaksa and Gotabaya Rajapaksa on international watch is no lesser of atrocities against humanity. 

The manner in which such brutality and savagery was authorized and executed by Rajapaksa regime with political impunity raise legitimate questions on human civilizations’ silence and tolerance to barbarism exemplified in actions beneath human nature. 

The holocaust against Jewish descendants was countered and compensated with numerous military, political, legal and economic settlement that continues unabated until now. 

The Nuremberg trial prosecuting and convicting those involved in the holocaust became the natural process. 

Reinstating that holocaust since then and before has been the norm against many segments, ethnic groups, demography, tribes and communities world over. 

Nonetheless, the perpetrators of crimes in such abhorrent violence and violations are not necessarily subject to the same extent of international law and condemnation as expected in any civilized lawful society subscribing to fairness and impartiality. 

There is always a possibility to charter course setting new precedence in exempting none above law and trials for abuse of power in authorizing and engagement of mass murder and human rights breach depriving innocent victims survival and sustenance.

The Nuremberg trial equivalent on Rajapaksa regime viz. Mahinda Rajapaksa, Gotabaya Rajapaksa and those involved in Tamil genocide in Sri Lanka is incumbent on international community and justice system to act and deliver justice to the Tamil victims and families persecuted without any recourse in the so-called free world.

As though despots, dictatorial regimes and authoritarianism cloaked as democracy alongside overt oppressive systems in the world are not enough, the religion is concocted as a convenient resource for indoctrination.

The contemporary era premised on mind control for en masse subjugation is threatened by the concept of individual intellect. ingenuity and independent thought. Like everything else is patented, seemingly mind, knowledge and acumen are also claimed proprietary.

The controlling mindset while having no control over own will power on negativities such as to hurt, harm and scam others is typically a weak mind surrendered to overpowering dogma and conviction suppressing reasoning faculty and open mind to alternative perspectives.

Politics indulgence in everything from science to religion and ordinary daily life except for effective efficient governing alleviating electorate economic misery is the fact of life. In science, the politics involvement has always been deep more for the worst beginning with eugenics to the latest pandemic unleashed on humanity.

The lab engineered virus on political authority oversight from 2001 – 2016 – the SARS virus episodes in recent memory witnessed and experienced disastrous impact on human health, body and mind with the pandemic unrelenting rein on human life.

As for the religion – the politics behind religion is predominantly to polarize society creating vote banks during election. The religion is a pawn for nefarious strategy in politics. The separation of church and state is conveniently ignored and misused to derive maximum political mileage.

There is not an iota of religiousness or respect for religion in politics and especially among those running the gamut behind the scenes as the bully pulpit. In essence, the religions are overrun tires on the political vehicle to drive counterproductive agenda.

Even worse is the trending cult and occult custom.

What is the idea behind promoting cult and occult practices?

The unequivocal reason is public distraction from real issues.

The cult personalities are created oddly in politics, religion and least of all terror organizations. The al Qaida leader Osama Bin Laden was made a household name by being CIA’s high value asset. So much so the al Qaida leader’s asset value was cashed in for re-election in 2012 with the assassination of the long deceased terror chief in the dramatic setting.

When political figures are propped up as messiah arousing mass hysteria, the deflated blimp floating high above crash landing is a revelation.

Similarly, the so-called religious Guru as Sadh Guru is a comical and tragic parody. Both emojis appropriately applying to the subject engaged in the act, the subject’s sponsors and the fanfare.

The gala events organized with staged choreographed questionnaire and debates among the sponsored participants is an extravagant showbiz not surprisingly including celebrity glitz to mislead captive audience and gullible mind.

As questioned above, the occultism is not just the means for deception, the tradition is the lifeline for the shadow power as secret society and incognito force wielding authority on the destiny of nearly 8 billion global population.

The occultism prevalence as secret society with bizarre rituals involving political and prominent members in general society as elite members of secret society assembly in the controversial Bohemian Grove in the present modern time is anything but normal.

Perhaps the occultism voluntary delving in paranormal activities surface on these occasions.

The cult and occultism both are premised on voodooism. In view of the contemporary vogue mocking schisms with little or no tolerance to difference of opinion or belief, the creation  of proxies, puppets and pawns in semblance with voodooism is the desperate course right now.

What is not achievable against the enemy in maligning and incrimination sought using proxies, puppets and pawns from own inventory to woefully gain sadist pleasure.  Notwithstanding the embarrassment resulting from the defeat in such futile endeavor known ahead as fait accompli.

The voodoo application in cult and occultism is nothing new. However, the current mania deploying proxy for propaganda and malice is ultimate kamikaze in the height of delusional expectation.

The lame scheme – When you can’t win against your arch rival and nemesis, you claim to be them basically stealing their words, thoughts and even mannerisms such as greetings and waving etc. In other words the entire profile. Never mind the colossal inability to deliver any positive actions considering paradoxical identity.

The global shadow power represented platforms boosting conmen as Godmen with massive publicity and embellished pseudo biography, the anxiety and anguish of those represented and catalysts is conspicuous leading to unveiling and unraveling of hidden facts.

The Indian cult figure – Sadh Guru aka Jaggi Vasudev is a mega addition to proxy representation detailed above.

The ivy league educational institution Harvard hosting cultism via invitation to the controversial and contentious Indian cult leader Sadh Guru confronted with human rights and serious environment violations is confirmation of the former parochial paradigm.

Not to mention Harvard and other ivy league schools exposure on endowments received from communist power in Beijing, China.

The recent apprehension of the Harvard professor Dr. Charles Lieber, Chair of the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology on January 28, 2020 for direct ties with Beijing sharing intellectual property are some of the many shades of elite institutions’ large canvas portrayed as exceptionalism.

The so-called religious leader Sadh Guru continues to delude and misguide impressionable minds and those in awe with cult inculcation. The Isha foundation located in Coimbatore, the commercial center of Tamil Nadu, India is marred with formal complaints and grievances from children who were enrolled at the foundation run school.

The environment abuse related to Jaggi Vasudev’s Isha foundation situated on the elephant corridor causing distress and deaths among elephants restricted from using the only pathway to drink water or find food in the lush mountainous area is shrugged off by the founder Jaggi Vasudev as fabrication.

The Isha foundation and Jaggi Vasudev admittedly are dealing with public ire on several violations and litany of charges going back to Jaggi Vasudev’s early adult life until now.

Nonetheless, for someone who is a self-declared religious authority not without endorsements from certain domestic and international clique, the religion and critically God Shiva referred to as Adi Yogi commercialized by Isha foundation and traded for exclusive financial fortune is blasphemy.

The monetization of God and religion are condemnable and more so as a cult void of any personal consciousness to blatant transgressions.

Among several encroachments, the following three public statements from Jaggi Vasudev are brought to attention.

In the you tube video on the youth and truth (the absolute infringement here) – Jaggi Vasudev fires away in response to the environment breach question.

According to Jaggi Vasudev, there has been no unlawful construction or environment infraction whatsoever. Jaggi Vasudev maintained the local and state authorities have declined to issue no objection certificate, a mandatory state clearance requirement on all building structures, the ones encroaching on public land and forest pathways in particular to obtain the relevant authorities approval.

Jaggi Vasudev continues in that youth and truth event adding the construction was carried out without no objection certificate based on presumptuous self-determination of no violation.

Furthermore, Jaggi Vasudev cites the collector or IAS officer as the central government employee and several other authorities barring the above mentioned actual office bearer on building code and ordinance have found no evidence of any violation in construction of the Isha foundation.

As for the high ranking officials favorably cited by Jaggi Vasudev in the state and central authority cadre including the incumbent Indian Prime Minister – their acquiescence and obsequious bow to Jaggi Vasudev is visibly established fact. The visual image on social media and public domain exemplify the embarrassing close network to this effect.

Now interestingly, Jaggi Vasudev also throws in World Wildlife Fund having authenticated the construction of Isha Foundation clarifying no contravention in forest roadways for animal crossing and specifically the elephant corridor.

Jaggi Vasudev also challenged that upon fact presentation proving otherwise on the Isha Foundation claims made in this context, the ostentatious religious guide and preacher promised to leave India and never return to the land that is not only his birth place but also fertile ground for cult orientation.

The Sadh Guru’s sentiment expressed in the uber prominence amassed in the western hyped kabuki theater albeit for targeted motives. The west is the springboard for cult to flourish and pervade remain the convention.

The allegations are made in an explosive book previously barred from Britain.Oct 4, 2014.”

What a surprise that the book is banned in Britain -where democracy is presided over by monarchy.

Jaggi Vasudev in the same youth and truth event makes another false claim that the Adi Yogi sculpture at Isha Foundation is the tallest depiction of God Shiva in the world reaching the London based Guinness World records as such.

FYI : The tallest real and actual monument of God Shiva is the one in the image below unlike the Adi Yogi bust bearing no resemblance to God Shiva in characteristics or main features of the deity. Instead the head sculpture as Adi Yogi is commonly perceived as the sculpted image of the Isha Foundation founder – Jaggi Vasudev installed in self-adulation.

When asked about the origin and reason behind secret society – Jaggi Vasudev promptly blamed Christianity and heretics involving persecution as the cause for secret society emergence. The Sadh Guru explanation is contradictory to heresy and secret society timeline.

The post will feature relevant and critical questions seeking direct response and actions from the Russian President Vladimir Putin – the head of the Russian Federation and chief authority authorizing and conducting relentless bombing, shelling in Mariupol, Kharkiv, Kyiv and Sumy leading to decimation of sovereign Ukraine. 

Not to mention the grotesque violence and inhumane war crimes committed against innocent civilians in Bucha, Irpin and other towns and territories where Ukrainian population have been subject to serious human rights violations thus far with no end in sight. 

The Russian invasion of Ukraine began on February 24, 2022 and continued into the second month with massive destruction of lives and infrastructure. 

What is the end game for the Russian President Vladimir Putin?

When is the end if at all anything along that line considered as the option in the so-called special operations from Russia evolved into endless massacre, mass graves and atrocities by distraught, disillusioned and distressed Russian forces on the ground and air deployed in the most violent aggression? 

What happened to the peace talks between Ukraine and Russian teams that were in progress to mitigate the crisis?

Why is the Russian President Vladimir Putin committed to violence and prolonged bombardment of Ukraine rather than investment of resources and political will towards peaceful resolution with Ukraine?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s BJP government reserving Article 370 removal in Jammu & Kashmir as India’s internal constitutional matter might be received as such and acknowledged by international political class. 

However, How does Prime Minister Narendra Modi justify his decision to intervene in neighbor Nepal’s similar and rather positive development in constitutional amendment declaring Nepal a secular state renouncing the traditional Hindu majority national identity to which India imposed unilateral economic blockade for nearly seven months hurting the weak, poor, vulnerable and mainstream Nepalese population deprived of essential food supplies, medicines and critical trade costing lives and livelihoods in the small developing country, Nepal?

Unlike Jammu & Kashmir situation post Article 370 abrogation by incumbent PM Narendra Modi government, Nepal’s constitutional measure was a progressive step towards inclusion of minority groups and other demography transcending religion, ethnicity and nativity. While India exercising sovereignty on Article 370 action, PM Narendra Modi not recognizing Nepal’s sovereignty to implement constitutional revision and reprimanding the neighbor with severe economic sanction confirms double standard.

When bigger nations assert authority on smaller counterparts for political reasons and simultaneously rebut global citizenry legitimate concerns over the former’s engagement in Jammu & Kashmir albeit India’s union member, the response is anything but convincing or satisfactory.

PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah’s claims on Jammu & Kashmir that eliminating Article 370 would turn the lives around for the state’s citizens unfortunately and evidently negative from ground reality. When the Central government apparently had so much confidence on their audacious act of revoking Article 370 in Jammu & Kashmir to be celebrated by Kashmiris across the spectrum, 

What is the need for extended curfew denying all citizens basic access to survival and health requirements paralyzing existence?

What is the purpose behind detaining state political party prominent members with whom BJP and Congress party at the Center have forged alliance and run state governments in Jammu & Kashmir?

Why is PM Narendra Modi government moving ahead with local city at municipal level election on October 24th under lockdown position in Jammu & Kashmir?

Any democratic nation would provide explanations to all above mentioned circumstances and earnestly strive to relieve the affected citizens from the ongoing duress returning the state to normalcy for the people to continue their lives without any fear, obstacles and threats to their fundamental rights as well as freedom.

United States commemorates freedom on Fourth of July with fireworks and social gathering.

Freedom is priceless and meaningful when experienced by all. Those who strive to safeguard freedom i.e.the brave men and women in uniform, humanitarians and ordinary citizens from all walks of life engaged to maintain freedom and democracy despite overt and covert suppression of liberty in various format are to be recognized not just on the Independence Day but every day. 

Freedom is inalienable right that unfortunately considered a privilege rather than fundamental for survival in any civil society. Any nation declared free and independent respecting other nations’ sovereignty and territorial integrity would demonstrate respect and regard for self-determination and autonomy. 

The position of power and authority exerted over certain demography in a society under the guise of national security subjecting the victims in these situations to extreme suffering and isolation cast a shadow on the ethos of the nation. Not to mention human rights violation in denying natives legitimacy and legality to exist with their nucleus family. 

Similarly, those held indefinitely in prison such as the Guantanamo Bay inmates without any legal access or representation as well as many in rendition overseas do not reflect well for the nation proudly acclaimed the beacon of democracy and bastion of liberty. 

Interestingly, the term Free world is loosely used though the world is not entirely free with significant population in subjugation besides discrimination and gender bias are common. Furthermore, territories are occupied over decades without any hope for statehood and emancipation. 

Accordingly, under these circumstances no head of the state regardless of presumed status could possibly be the so-called leader of the free world due to misinterpretation of power and dominance over nations deemed weak and vulnerable. 

The truly free nation would not curb free speech against those in power. The free state would promote tolerance, fairness, equality and opportunity to all unlike the tradition of  prejudice and predisposition towards targeted segments, individuals and community. 

The election in a free country would be transparent prohibiting funding from sources viz. corporate and diverse special interests as strong bidders and stake holders of the political system representing them instead of the people in a democracy.

Consumer rights and data are exploited to benefit corporate entities with politics granting oligarchy carte blanche authority in dismantling regulations meant to protect consumer interests that are under assault in the present  economy. 

Major corporations merger and acquisitions having become the norm ultimately shifting the economic burden on the end consumer, the average citizen apparently not a concern to those elected to serve the people affected in the deal. 

The big corporations monopoly not just limited to gaining lion market share in respective economic goals, their active participation and cooperation with NSA in illegal dragnet surveillance on citizens of the country is a routine affair. 

The outlined activities clearly define the kind of freedom in the country and rest of the world. 

Freedom chained to political dictum and narcissism pose a challenge to the idea of free spirit and a free world.

United States move on Israel’s behalf creates the position for US as a vassal state to Israel.  Simultaneously, Israel riding on United States coat tail on all matter concerning Israel proves Israel’s protracted dependency including public relations undermining any legitimacy as a sovereign state. Under these circumstances, both entities are required to ascertain the role they play for proper representation in the international forum.

As for human rights violations, United States immigration issue reportedly leaves the fate of 2000 children hanging in balance as they remain in the detention center subsequent to the halt on separation of immigrant families and their offsprings. Notwithstanding the lack of interest and responsibility in U.S. Congress to pass the immigration bill on dreamers and amnesty for the significant number of immigrants facing deportation. Then there are detainees in the infamous Guantanamo Bay held for nearly two decades denying them habeas corpus i.e. legal representation in addition to inmates families having no access to these men who are sons, fathers, husband, brother to someone overseas. 

Similarly, Israel’s trajectory in Palestinian territory is well known worldwide. Israel’s occupation of Palestine and since then human rights abuse sparing none viz. children kept in Israeli Defense Force controlled Administrative detention center outside West Bank without contacts with parents, the Saharonim prison where African asylum seekers are held in the Israeli facility on Negev Desert and unilateral blockade against Gazans for more than a decade forcing the densely populated Gaza strip under siege summarize United States and Israel’s human rights record.

The US administrations tradition pardoning those convicted of crimes and serious charges predominantly based on political preferences and exchange of favors while detaining hard working immigrants with clean profile for mass deportation is a paradoxical policy with conflicting ethical standards.

  That being the fact of life, what’s all the fuss over melanin and skin pigmentation and other factors?

  The Soul’s unknown journey though markedly premised on individual deeds aka Karma in any life duration, the hangover on skin color and stereotype are sentiments inhibiting positive thought process and relevant progress in mind evolution.

  The efforts instead turned inward in clearing clutter within and deep inside to develop tolerance, acceptance, acknowledgment extending respect and understanding even with differences and disagreements on issues create better relations in human existence.

  Learning and striving to be human in nature and  behavior is the laudable milestone one could achieve in living and thenceforward.

  As for the mainstream network with insignia as the sly scavenger FOX represented by hosts and anchors salivating on the bait along with counterparts on curbside communication outlets trading journalistic ethics for demolition of democracy peddling Satans’ satanic nuanced scripts are components of the large fraud machine with engine running on recycled fabrication and distortion in epic proportion.

  The combined collaborative efforts expedite their cataclysmic destiny already in progress with precipitous decline together with the entire apparatus behind the gamut on the brink of collapse.

  Accordingly the futile nonsensical defamation via VP clown and other pawns sponsored by media cohorts’ directed at the target to convince imaginary audience in empty theater is the ultimate parody glaring at those in fools paradise.

  Sins and crimes committed with willful malevolence is demonic despotism.

  Importantly, misinformation, disinformation, falsehood, fakery, vicious propaganda, fraudulence and indignation to name a few…via collusion, complicity, complacency and participation in any capacity with the wicked and evil face enormous Karmic ramifications denying the Soul redemption and peace.

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The accused in this matter remain relevant for further legal investigation and proceedings now and in the future.

  आख़िर सच और मूच ज़्यादा देर छिपाया नहीं जा सकता। यह कड़वी बात सच के विरोधियों को तनिक भी अच्छा नहीं लगता। ख़ैर उनके पसंद नापसंद को लेकर न हीं सृष्टि बनाया हैं न ही उनकेलिए यह संसार जुकता है।

  जिन हस्तियां में अपनी गलती और अपराध मानने की न हिम्मत या नीयत हो, और वो बलि की बकरी पे अपनी घटिया ज़िन्दगी और कारनामायें तोपते हैं तरह तरह के अभिनय से – कभी नमस्ते, कभी जीत का इशारा, कभी काला चश्मा पहनकर – जैसे की पूरे विश्व में केवल एक मैं ही काला चश्मा या आँख का चश्मा पहनती हो।

  और उससे भी बत्तर इनकी हरकतें बंदरों वाली नाच खेल करते हुए, अपनी हुलिया पर उंगुली उठाने वाली नौटंकी में व्यस्त हों, ऐसे बेईमान व्यक्ति अपने आप को मसीहा कहते फ़िरे, तो इनके मानसिक अवस्था को ही सामने लाता है।

  यह लोग जिन्हें अपनी जीवन निपटने की हुनर और धैर्य नहीं, यह भला औरों की पाप का भोज क्या ख़ाक उठाएंगे? जो यह मसीहा बन पड़े!
  

  अगर यह महोदय गण दूसरों को तंग और दुख न दे, तो यही इनके लिए और इनके जितने भी आस पास के सगे सम्बन्धी और पूरे समाज के लिए बहुत बड़ा उपकार होगा।

  मगर बात ये है की यह लोग अपने आप से भाग रहे हैं। किसी और के अस्तित्व को अपना बनाकर अपने ढोंग धोखलापन को और निछावर करते हैं।

  इसी में इनकी बेवकूफी और बेचैनी बेहाल सामने आता है।

  बेचारे किस्मत के मारे। अपने आप को महान मशहूर यानी प्रसिद्द कहने वाले, कितने अँधेरे मैं है, यह बात इन्हें नहीं पता।

  यह इनका दोष नहीं। इनकी अल्प बुद्धि का हाल है। ऐसे होते हुए, यह न घर के न घाट के हो जाते हैं। इन पर तरस के अलावा कुछ नहीं आता। जब इंसान को अगले क्षण का ख़बर नहीं, यह निकले अपनी ऐतिहास पलटने।

  यह प्रयास इन्हें सिवाय निराश और अपमान के अलावा कुछ नहीं बाँट रहा है इनको, तब भी यह अपनी हार मानने को तैयार नहीं।
