The executive order on any issue not conforming to constitution, human rights and environment with collective impact on people and nation at large would be misinterpretation of power and electoral mandate challenging democracy that could ultimately prove to be judgment error evident in recent memory.
The new administration executive order on immigration banning travelers and visitors from seven Muslim countries along with prohibiting refugees isolating Syria is a misguided action and the matter deserves reality check and fair assessment.
Although the present administration rapid movement via executive authorization has produced nationwide and global reaction, the system barring immigrants and visitors from certain Muslim countries together with selective invasive profiling at the United States airports has been vigorously promoted and practiced under earlier administrations.
Nothing happens without a cause and for anything to evolve into something beyond control such as the refugee issue and restricting immigrants of specific Muslim nations is the result of previous administrations strategy post 9/11 setting the stage for Islamophobia.
The 9/11 terror attack conclusively an inside job with masterminds, protagonists and agents behind massive collusion under the administration of the former President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney introduced Islamophobia.
The irony is those involved in the horrendous crime on 9/11 and complicit in the successful terror operation having committed treason felt the requirement for Patriot Act subjecting law abiding citizens to scrutiny.
Subsequently the unpatriotic Patriot Act was maintained by successor President Barack Obama in conjunction with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).
Additionally, the former President Barack Obama administration enacted the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) allowing federal authority to target not only foreign nationals but also United States citizens on U.S. soil and the case in evidence being the Muslim U.S. citizen of Yemeni origin shot dead without any opportunity for legal representation. There were other similar incidents barely reported unlike the outcry now.
The previous administration of ex-President Barack Obama deported more than 2 million immigrants as illegals in the second term having sought majority Latino votes enabling narrow win in 2012. The topic again missing media attention.
On the refugee crisis – the situation would not arise had United States under former President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton along with allies in the west and the middle east not fomented Syrian war sponsoring terrorism by funding, training and arming al Qaeda and splinter groups al-Nusra front in several adaptations with different names leading to what is now known as ISIL and ISIS.
The departed administration of former President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton along with EU and allies in the middle east – Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey playing a major role led to the birth of ISIL and ISIS.
Notwithstanding Benghazi debacle under former President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton raising the bar for travelers from these countries even though the citizens of these states are forced to endure chaos and suffering with western powers and middle east allies unlawful intervention to appoint proxy governments for resources and strategic dominance chartered in Project for New American Century (PNAC).
United States and allies weapons supply to terror groups in an effort to topple Syrian government headed by President Bashar al Assad was instrumental in prolonging Syrian conflict until today.
The former President Barack Obama administration favoring the so-called moderate terrorists was pivotal in protracting Syrian war spilling into Iraq and Lebanon with Libya in mayhem from Benghazi fiasco.
The former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton opposed to any peaceful outcome for the war torn Syria wasted no time in scuttling peace accord denying the people in Syria to exist in their homeland and resolve any political issues within the country through dialogue and peaceful negotiations as self-determination right.
The former President Barack Obama administration activities and indulgence combined with EU lifting ban rather than extension on arms provision to terror networks in Syria, Iraq, Lebanon and Libya contributed to massive civilian bloodshed and left millions as refugees denied access by EU and United States then administration despite being responsible for the humanitarian disaster.
The current administration need not follow suit and accelerate the process. In fact President Donald Trump exercising due diligence and deliberation would delineate the administration function from predecessor and strengthen instead of sever ties with nations around the globe.
Mistakes from the past being the present and future is not in United States interest and hurt image as the nation of immigrants – the cornerstone for stronger, productive and vibrant multicultural society.
President Donald Trump reversal of the order to prevent unnecessary confusion and disruption would exemplify administration priority to U.S. economy as well besides security alone.
The stay on the executive order is obviously costing U.S. economy due to delays at the airports and educational institutions loss of revenue from foreign students and businesses experiencing problems in different aspects and,
Last but not the least families separated from the loved ones and dependents is against American value.
Thoughtfulness and pragmatism are best suited than hasty decision on this immigration order.

The unnecessary tension between White House and media representing political establishment is a distraction and not in country’s interest. The exchange creates bad impression and skepticism on America’s democracy.
The election is over and the candidate of the other party (democrat) conceded in world view. Subsequently the Presidential inauguration confirmed the Presidency of Donald J Trump on January 20th, 2017.
The frivolous talk over crowd attendance on inauguration day to fill in 24/7 media slot clarifies media priority ignoring issues that are far more important and relevant than crowd statistics at a ceremonial event.
In 2009, there might have been large audience on inauguration day and at the same time there were also many who did not attend the event on that day.
Again, in 2013 the public presence was relatively smaller compared to 2009 regardless of re-election. The media and press divestment on accolades on Presidency that departed without delivering the hope and change promised disappointing electorate that was reflected consecutively in congressional election results since assuming term in office with failure to have democrats in majority in the House and Senate after 2008. In other words, the democratic party was unable to sustain majority losing in 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016.
Anything achieved in the first term between 2008 – 2016 was not without others intense labor and selfless commitment working without pay and monetary incentives to help the administration and the country at large in return for constant mockery and indignation.
Whenever press and media fail on objectivity and embark on myopic projection, democracy is subject to scrutiny.
The press reaction to my article referencing BBC unprofessional and unethical engagement although not the first time for the prominent British media and in this instance on the Delhi (Indian) gang rape victim to be at fault was slighted as something old and obsolete regurgitated many times over.
Juxtaposed cheering on the women’s march this past weekend on January 21st, 2017 highlighting the so-called movement tied to 2005 video release on then Presidential candidate Donald Trump remark replayed multiple times and spread worldwide despite apology from the candidate Donald Trump on the campaign trail.
Unlike the unapologetic BBC and several profiteers in entertainment industry whether in the Unites States or India and anywhere unscrupulous marketing of theme and content in films and print disparaging womanhood under the guise of fiction speaks volume on hypocrisy.
As for political affairs, the leading news organizations have responsibility towards responsible and accurate reporting given the resources, clout and dominance in the field.
The current headline on Trump administration abandoning Trans Pacific Partnership slated as the outgoing administration’s signature trade deal was already discarded by then administration due to lack of support in Congress which was confirmed months ago in the news reports by the same news organization that are now spinning the same topic.
With respect to any lawsuit on constitutional violation against the new President albeit on personal wealth, the issue attracts attention.
According to news report the counsels on this litigation are the advisers to former Presidents Barack H.Obama and George W.Bush – the predecessors legacy is testimony to the respect or the lack thereof towards constitution and constitutional rights in the introduction and continuation of act denying American citizens the right to legal representation prior to being killed on American soil like the young American Muslim targeted and shot on the alleged Yemeni conflict at ally Saudi Arabia’s behest during Barack Obama’s Presidency.
Likewise, constitution headed to the back burner under Bush and Cheney administration.
As for lying under oath or at any time that is something innate in politics, the ethics committee (CREW) rising to the occasion on all times and seeking accountability on every one of them would verify credibility.
The isolated action against the new administration while having overlooked the previous administrations numerous crimes amounting to treason and breach of public trust further demonstrates political motive.
The serious crimes like waging war under false pretext claiming the former President of Iraq Saddam Hussain had WMD only to be proved as mass deception with Halliburton headed by then Vice President Dick Cheney and cohorts profiteering on Iraq war.
The protagonists and agents behind 9/11 attack in the United States remain free and are regular guests on media.
The recent outgoing President Barack Obama administration Benghazi debacle, sponsoring terrorism protracting Syrian war spilling into Iraq and Lebanon, the falsehood on deceased Osama Bin Laden capture and eliminating Navy SEALS involved in that operation to withhold truth from the public and much more that are somehow not regarded misuse of power in office.
The commentators on television network are paid for their commentary and the same applies to political leaders’ role in the media.
The former speaker Newt Gingrich representing the Republican Party drawing comparisons between the present and past leadership overseas on political characteristics while not remembering own tenure as the anti-left and main opponent throughout former President Bill Clinton terms in office leading to impeachment of the President on Lewinski scandal is not surprising for politics with selective memory or amnesia.
When facts challenge fabrication, the exposure leads to disillusionment.
The law made applicable to all on transparency and constitutional compliance unlike pursuing one and exempting rest as happening now summarize political partisanship neglecting electorate will and America’s future.

The ceremonial event welcoming a new representative while the forces behind the scenes remaining permanent means more of the same.
The campaign slogans are left behind on campaign trail. Upon assuming office, the transition invariably leads to pledging allegiance to power brokers goals.
Democracy is meaningful and effective upon system and members held responsible for decisions or inactions on critical issues leading to loss of lives, economic mayhem and social injustice. As long as the tradition with one rule for common citizens and another for privileged society continues granting immunity on blatant violations and misuse of power with media, press and all possible communication outlets under control, the exit and entry to oval office is nothing more than symbolic.
The rhetoric raising hopes for a positive change and abandoning course to serve self and vested interests is repeat experience regardless of political faction.
Any transformation thus far is the game played with different players deploying same strategy for usual gains.
The dawn of democracy is made possible with actual power rested in the republic and not conglomerate reining authority over resources and life at large. The declaration of transfer of power to people is best demonstrated in delivery – yet to happen in the history of politics and economy due to dominance of selective few over vast majority.

The Green Party founder who participated in the establishment and secret society organized debate in 2012 mocking common citizens’ aspirations for green environment, constitution, libertarianism and anything ordinarily desired for a better future in a nation.
2. How did Jill Stein perform in 2016 election?
Having been unsuccessful with 0.5 percent votes, the green party was barely noticed due to lack of proper representation diminishing the prospects for a genuine green party. Now leading the recount run on the election clarifies proxy setting and the pact amongst those trying to benefit from the replay.
3. Was Jill Stein able to raise money to compete effectively in the elections in 2012 and 2016?
The green party representative Jill Stein could not reach the threshold to gain support as a serious candidate in the previous and recent election.

How come there are problems and complaints citing irregularities in the voting for a candidate upon losing while the same not applicable in her victory during the democrat primary in 2016?
Perhaps, the fraudulent vote rigging that is claimed right now could have occurred then as well wrongfully delivering votes to the candidate who failed in previous election in 2008 depriving the actual winner during the democrat primary in 2016.
Is it because losing means – malfunction and disarray for the candidate having candidly conceded to the victor on November 4, 2016 election night witnessed by several millions worldwide?
When the electoral outcome is challenged subsequent to concession speech to the nation, the situation portends serious threat to the concept of election, electoral tradition maintained until now.
The hunger for power prompts such indulgence in utter disregard for the country and the people having spoken ending the contentious and sensationalized election.
Why is power so important to establishment and secret society member whose track record contributed to defeat in 2008 and 2016?

The recent setback in the United States general election and hegemony representatives granted immunity on crimes and treasonous acts that would otherwise attract charges and prosecution against any other citizens is least surprising and confirms business as usual with strings pulled from behind by same forces reining control over the system.
The latest report on hegemony backed establishment member, the democrat Presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton exempted from any charges related to numerous violations and misuse of tax payer funded public office is the syndicate rebuttal to electorate rejection in the 2016 election.
Such position is the political establishment reaction to electorate will declining hegemony favored candidacy. Any changes to Washington D.C. broken, dysfunctional and above all corrupt system is possible upon newly elected administration not defaulting on anti-establishment platform maintained to win electorate trust on the campaign trail.
In fact, these are the kind of issues that clarifies the real power in Washington D.C. widespread nation and worldwide.
The office of Presidency under extraneous entities and political apparatus influence cannot be expected to fulfill their pledge to those who voted for the candidacy and the President-elect assurance to represent all in the country unless they severe ties and dismantle the edifice.
The contrived and contoured operation has no desire to allow governance of the people, by the people and for the people. There is no doubt that democracy is symbolic not functional as the system is held hostage by anti-republic and anti-humanity clique unwilling to relent to electoral mandate for government without subjugation.
The continuation of politics indifferent to electorate hope and expectations for fundamental transformation beginning with holding none above law on crimes committed during the term in office is the initial sign of public betrayal.
As such, the incoming administration cabinet and key posts choices are anything but anti-establishment. On the contrary many of them are the embodiment of the political establishment responsible for derailing American progress in the domestic front besides tarnishing United States reputation and image on international affairs.
The newly elected administration plan to ban muslims entry in the United States barring screening to check on eligibility applicable to any potential immigrant from anywhere in the world is cart blanche authority that compromises America’s values as a nation of immigrants and more so with the President-elect next of kin being a naturalized citizen.
When the argument on visa restrictions to muslims is premised on terrorism, then the debate cannot preclude those cheering and expressing their delight on the fateful 9/11 event with the comment – best for Israel not to mention the ongoing warfare sponsoring terrorism in Syria, Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Bahrain and Palestine expending United States tax dollars depriving U.S. economy due investments expediting employment prospects.
On the subject of tolerance to race, religion, socio-economic and ethnic background, the selective empathy towards white nationalism and anti-semitism (even though semitism is inappropriately referenced in the absence of anthropological lineage) clarifies resistance to broader and open society with a determination to retain status quo.
In the environment matter, measures to dislodge any meaningful and effective regulations to accommodate energy giants campaign donations prerequisites ignoring serious problems pertaining to contamination of rivers and wells, harming natural conditions and safe habitat disturbing ecological balance ultimately affecting human survival would be reversal of economic benefit.
Although job creations and growth are necessary for economic recovery, pursuing options that are proved counterproductive replaced with environmentally viable solutions such as clean natural energy – solar, wind and hydro projects also provide employment opportunity while preventing pollution and carbon emission contributing to exiting climate pattern.
In terms of national security, the prevalent method targeting and profiling people of color and certain ethnicity or family hardly been a concern and regrettably authorized regardless of such treatment and isolation conforming to harassment, bullying, sexism and racial discrimination. These practices are best abandoned to shape America as the country of vibrant diversity and progressive society.
Last but not the least, the incoming administration adopting transparency and accountability – the policy considered an obstacle to secret society and hegemonic goals with collusion and complicity from political members across the aisle, within and outside the country is the only way to reform and construct the formidable structure.

Women’s rise to power ordinarily an extraordinary feat. However, in politics the status made possible through privileged and political connectivity.

United States preparing to elect a woman candidate with a track record on corruption scandals such as Whitewater and participation in foreign coups overthrowing democratically elected governments in developing nations exacerbating women, youth and children plight from political turbulence. The political career marred with activities and underhanded tactics including fostering terrorism causing loss of American and scores of innocent civilian lives is not a negligible involvement.
The democratic candidate Hillary Clinton violations of human rights, breach of trust and misuse of public office not surprisingly was welcome to those keen on maintaining business as usual. The democrat candidate Hillary Clinton election to serve bidders and investors in her political campaign besides secret society and not the electorate and the country at large led to unsuccessful electoral outcome.
As Senator and Secretary of State – both posts resulting from political negotiations and wrangling, the democrat candidate Hillary Clinton spared no moments to exercise excessive authority and aggressive means for destructive purpose.
The foreign policy under Secretary of State Hillary Clinton became the death sentence for millions of civilians in Libya, Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Ukraine and population in Africa and Latin America.
Accordingly, the trepidation among victims on the possibility of democrat candidate Hillary Clinton re-entering the White House for fifth term in office was a major humanitarian concern.
The concept of election having been reversed to selection with pre-determined choice, the electorate upended subsequent to casting their ballots to establishment and secret society candidacy.
Any setbacks suffered in secret society calculation evident in United States election 2016 is countered with threats to sabotage electoral mandate and protests that would have been denounced against preferred candidacy or in the aftermath of 2008 and 2012 election characterizing as racism towards black Presidency.
