India – Ordinary People vs Corrupt Political Regimes – Part 2
Padmini Arhant
The outgoing PM Narendra Modi self-reference as chaiwala (tea server) and chowkidar (watchman) for political mileage unfairly target the labor force classified under informal economic sector.
PM Narendra Modi constant use and abuse of anyone and anything from Indian defense force to chaiwala and chowkidars – incidentally the worst affected members in PM Narendra Modi’s disastrous economic policies like demonetization, GST and turning a blind eye to service men requests for one rank one pension meaning fairness across the spectrum deserves electorate attention towards PM Narendra Modi’s repeat violation of election rules barring such election pitch.
The real chaiwalas, chowkidars and defense personnel message through electoral mandate defeating relevant rhetoric and candidacy – in this instance incumbent Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Varanasi, Gujarat or wherever is critical to end politics exploitation of people and their occupation to personal advantage and electoral gains.
PM Narendra Modi never shying away from claiming credit in anything and everything is the norm depriving actual contributors and anyone tirelessly and selflessly involved in challenging tasks of dealing with international affairs and crises that has promoted India’s image and status in global domain.
PM Narendra Modi’s narrative asserting such boost to India arising from PM’s umpteen foreign visits at ex-chequer’s i.e. ordinary taxpayers expense combined with the PM’s signature bear hugs is a lofty self-adulation.
PM Narendra Modi’s overseas trips failure to yield economic dividends in terms of foreign investments stimulating dormant job growth in India except favoring the former’s friend ally and campaign donor Anil Ambani and the latter’s sinking ship revealed in controversial Rafale scandal is a self-embarrassment than personal pride.
The writing on the wall states otherwise. The foreign investments and economic trade relations normally expected to enhance domestic employment and business opportunity through exports and manufacturing have declined in the past five years under PM Narendra Modi’s economic mismanagement.
PM Narendra Modi’s assessment of his foreign travel elevating India’s contemporary stature is misinterpretation.
When taking travel and tourism into account since PM’s overseas trips fit into that profile, the NRI’s and Indian nationals’ travel to various destinations of their choice representing their country of origin cannot be excluded in this category of making India’s presence in international domain.
In fact Indian tourists would make up for greater impact than PM Narendra Modi’s aggregate trips abroad.
PM Narendra Modi is required to sense and recognize the world that exists beside and beyond himself elected to serve limited term in office in the designated post.
PM Narendra Modi’s performance unfortunately falling well below voters expectations and default on promises made in 2014 resonate more among disillusioned electorate than the prime minister’s frequent offshore vacations.
The gunghroo and payal (anklet) barb reflects on the source angst and lack of substance viz. the life jacket to stay afloat in the midstream electoral process.
Politics reliance on deflection from core issues is fait accompli.
Thank you.

India – Ordinary People v Corrupt Political Regimes
Padmini Arhant
The average Indian electorate with their present and future at stake exercising discernment and wisdom by rejecting all those candidates out on bail contesting election via national and regional political parties is extremely important to protect their economic interests and individual invaluable rights long endangered by political regimes alternating to power.
The prominent members out on bail seeking election in 2019 are;
Congress President Rahul Gandhi.
Congress Party Chairwoman Sonia Gandhi.
BJP candidate Pragya Singh Thakur
Her opponent Congress candidate the veteran in corruption scandals Digvijaya Singh deserving rejection in Madhya Pradesh. Digvijaya Singh is not on bail. However, never held accountable for many corruption dealings.
Similarly, also decline victory to Rahul Gandhi’s opponent in Amethi, the television industry soap opera actress and all time unsuccessful BJP candidate Smriti Irani. Ms.Irani as close associate to PM Narendra Modi is a Rajya Sabha MP not through election but by selection since the Rajya Sabha seat in Gujarat (PM Narendra Modi’s home state) was unopposed with no candidate vying for that seat allowed Ms.Irani to represent BJP in Rajya Sabha. Ms.Irani was also appointed PM Narendra Modi’s cabinet minister based on cronyism rather than merit.
These names are merely the tip of the iceberg.
Outgoing PM Narendra Modi political rhetoric – PM job not for auction is self-realization perhaps better late than never. What PM Narendra Modi in transition need to know as well is
PM job definitely not for terror attack facilitators against Indian defense force and Hindutva terror operatives recruiters as their party candidates and worse the PM contender using defense force, religion and caste to seek votes in the face of personal dismal record and devious demonetization debacle.
I challenge the exiting PM Narendra Modi to deal with his own disastrous economic policies suggesting educated youth to fry pakoras ( Indian savory) aimed at creating world record on Indian street vendors and food stalls hiring highly educated youth in this line of culinary art due to lack of jobs in their desired profession or any other economic sector.
Not to mention PM Narendra Modi’s surgical strike on India’s youth and the millions unemployed relevantly the ones actually frying pakoras as street vendors and in food stalls forcing them out of work as well in inducing competition from highly educated youth per the genius proposal from clueless PM Narendra Modi.
Attention Indian Electorate:
The current election is between you the ordinary folks from different walks of life especially the frustrated unemployed youth, the women and marginalized minorities used as vote banks and the corrupt political regimes using black money and unscrupulous tactics to assume or resume power only to exploit you, the disenchanted republic upon election to public office.
The political establishment wayward tactics and abuse of power to end democracy is a serious matter of concern. Accordingly, the electorate discernment in rejecting politics and political leaderships concerted efforts to subvert democracy is critical to protect hard fought freedom and individual rights that are non-negotiable.
As promised earlier, the topic on
Why re-election of Narendra Modi. Amit Shah and crew will be a disaster for India?
Simultaneously, the other topic
Similarities in regimes reining control will resume and presented shortly.

India – Outgoing Narendra Modi Government Reliance on Terror & Terrorism

India – Outgoing Narendra Modi Government Reliance on Terror & Terrorism
Padmini Arhant
The outgoing government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi reliance on terror and terrorism as last resort is a losing battle for any contender having exhausted political tactics to evade real issues affecting electorate lives in the struggle for survival.
RSS backed BJP government under outgoing PM Narendra Modi assault on religions, deities and divinity is least surprising since the cadre’s fanatical ideology delineated in Hindutva doctrine.
The political faction i.e. BJP and representatives having never had any reverence to Hindu religion or Hinduism let alone respect for other faiths bear no relevance in contemporary charade only revealing BJP and RSS desperate strategy premised on trio terror maxims and they are;
Saffron terror recruiting terror operatives clad in robes
Political terror epitomized by then Chief Minister turned Prime Minister Narendra Modi along with companion, confidante and chief Amit Shah through demonetization, citizenship act threatening to throw targeted demography in the Bay of Bengal besides characterizing Hindus, Muslims, Christians and anyone found undesirable that is almost overwhelming population as termites explains incumbency’s debilitating condition evolving into terminal illness.
The third category is authority facilitating terror attacks against defense force and civilians for political gains in the contentious election.
In terms of civility towards women and womanhood the matter rests in the caretaker PM Narendra Modi abandonment of his spouse since marriage. The one who deserts the next of kin could hardly be dependable for empathy to strangers despite them being citizens of the country and importantly the electorate with a mandate to serve barring prejudice and communal hatred rife in current political establishment.
The diatribe and tirade between political contestants might have attracted mild reprimand from election commission. Nonetheless, the media bias towards chosen political factions or against those nuanced continues unabated fomenting polarization aimed at rating i.e. TRP.
The film industry actresses representing major political parties at national and regional level performing to the script is expected without any shadow of doubt. However, in this context BJP contestants interjecting religion and Bollywood dialogue is impulsive as witnessed in Jaya Prada’s reference to her rival Azam Khan as Dhanav or demon and vowing to annihilate the candidate with authority from goddess is as reprehensible as the latter’s repeat misogyny towards the former equally qualifying for suspension of her campaign and further actions by election commission.
Similarly, the election commission’s latest default extending favoritism to the candidate Narendra Modi seeking re-election by punishing those involved in their duty – IAS officer on election duty suspended for checking PM Narendra Modi’s chopper is election commission’s direct violation of free and fair election.
The electoral process is to exempt none above law unlike several instances granting outgoing PM Narendra Modi and colleague Amit Shah free pass under special protective group (SPG) that should be no longer effective considering the voting underway.
Accordingly, misuse of power appears to be the norm for caretaker PM Narendra Modi and Amit Shah hiding behind VIP status in defiance of election rules and procedure.
Lok Sabha elections 2019: Odisha election observer suspended by EC for checking vehicle in PM Modi’s convoy
A Karnataka-cadre Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer has been suspended for checking a vehicle in the convoy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Mohammed Mohsin, a 1996-batch IAS officer, was suspended on Tuesday after he checked the vehicle in Sambalpur, where the PM addressed an election rally.
As if these are not enough to cast shadow on the exiting government and leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, more controversy surface posing legitimate questions with muted response from election commission against the caretaker Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his colleague Amit Shah’s suspicious activities accelerated as the chips start falling in their flawed attempts to sway voters by adopting Machiavellian politics of end justifying the means.

India – Transparency Battle
April 14, 2019
Nationalism promoted through Hindutva idelogy misleading the nation to the point of no return endanger democracy.
Young impressionable minds are indoctrinated sowing the seeds of hatred, violence and discord within and across the country.
The alarming jingoism premised in fundamentalism is a serious threat to national unity and sovereignty. Indian electorate coming together in restoring democracy, individual rights of all citizens barring prejudice, gender and social inequality with focus on economic opportunity and progress for all citizens especially those denied prospects, peace and bright future is the need of the hour.
India – Transparency Battle
Padmini Arhant
What the vulnerable, impressionable and gullible electorate need to recognize is the hyenas (given the intense predator instincts compared to wolves) in sheep’s clothing. These voters as main targets in election for political parties especially the major ones premised on ends justifying the means are exploited to maximum.
The political parties riding on media might not only the mainstream but also those poised as the so-called independent and investigative channels are partisan partners in this sham to advance devious agenda denying the desperate population their due rights and opportunity to development.
Under the guise of reporting, these scammers are shamefully deceiving them and captive audience through nuances and insinuations delivering the message from those whom they actually represent i.e. the political machinery in different configuration much to their own peril.
As for the political establishment representing the national groups such as RSS led BJP and Dynasty Congress severely lacking in substance and integrity to debate on their failures and provide rescue strategy to alleviate misery and agony among overwhelming majority are hopelessly dependent on deception and communal divide.
The national political parties through paid media channels and social media employees conspicuously invested in falsehood and propaganda sparing none from Lord Ram to Bharat Mata ki Jai cliche and Indian defense force actions following Pulwama attack to name a few typically engaged in scoring political points without realizing the dubious stunts unveiling their real image in spotlight.
In terms of actual issues – the political parties repetitive stance evading challenges on practicality is evident in concerted efforts to deflect public attention.
Notwithstanding the immediate refute on irrefutable facts brazenly handled through public relations contingency appearing on various media networks to combat any credible arguments on dysfunctional governance and leadership responsible for dire consequences ranging from demonetization, erratically implemented GST, to intelligence lapse and gross negligence that tantamount to dereliction of duty facilitating fatal attack on 44 national defense force personnel are merely the tip of the iceberg in the complete meltdown affecting significant population nationwide.
The leaderships ignoring the basic courtesy and humility speaks volume on their nature towards people and the nation they are elected to serve returning to campaign trail seeking election and re-election regardless of defunct trajectory.
In this context, the possibility on incumbent Prime Minister Narendra Modi apologizing to Indian electorate in many respects is analogous to moonwalking on earth. The demonetization debacle and false promise on crediting 15 lakhs rupees i.e. 1.5 million rupees in every citizens bank account and creating 2 crores or 20 million jobs in the economic sector, none of that delivered remains the bone of contention among disillusioned voters expected to be swept off their feet with PM’s costume and makeover doubled down with war rhetoric and pseudo bravado against PM Narendra Modi’s ally, host and well wisher Pakistan authority.
It is never too late for those involved or implicated on matter with adverse ramifications on victims in politically motivated decisions to apologize and be remorseful.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s apology to India on demonetization and further back in his political career – the communal violence, murders and obstruction of justice related to Godhra riots in Gujarat would define the individual character or the lack thereof in building trust on the leadership.
Similarly, on the other side the Congress Party under Sonia Gandhi leadership having assumed power subsequent to her spouse and former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi who was then the head of the government during ethnic cleansing of Sikhs and later Sonia Gandhi joining forces with Sri Lanka’s former President and Commander-in-Chief Mahinda Rajapaksa in genocide of Tamils in Tamil Eelam in Sri Lanka merit apology directly from the decision makers resigned to unapologetic status as their prerogative in politics.
In Tamilnadu, the celebrity Kamal Haasan’s fringe political party designed and funded to split vote base favoring the national player RSS’s BJP considering both entities’ commonality on anti-muslim and upper caste syndrome with the actor performing to the script sporting Indian Air Force Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman’s mustache is classic cinematic infusion in politics in sheer violation of election rules to refrain from using, posing and suggesting defense force endorsement to sway votes in the otherwise anti-BJP state.
Perhaps the script missing on the important Hindi idiom – mustache and truth cannot be hidden forever.
Last but not the least, the uphill battle on transparency with no immediate effective measures or willingness from the relevant authorities i.e. Supreme Court of India and the Election Commission allowing political parties in particular not barring communication outlets masqueraded as independent journalism continue business as usual without any information on donors and stake holders behind the scene.
As a result, the so-called free and fair election with enormous black money, counterfeit notes and anonymous electoral bonds protecting donors identity raise questions on the validity of process in the world’s largest polls.
The remedy to contagious problem differed until post election in itself is a jeopardy in a democratic system.
Thank you.

India – Bad Omen or Coincidence?
Padmini Arhant
The day Narendra Modi was sworn in on May 26th, 2014, that particular day there was a train accident with many casualties indicating not a great start for a newly elected Prime Minister representing BJP party and above all an organization RSS whose members like Sakshi Maharaj and Yogi Adityanath, the saffron sadhus contesting in the present election are scaring voters by saying those who don’t vote for them will experience bad luck and misfortune even to the extent of casting them sinners with no redemption.
RSS premised on Hindutva ideology delineated from Hinduism and Hindu philosophy fielding candidates like Narendra Modi and Amit Shah, the duopoly heavily rely on identity politics such as caste, creed, color, religion and gender…for political survival.
Wonder what RSS rooted in orthodox archaic and superstitious beliefs as well as practice thought about the tragic yet symbolic incident costing lives on May 26, 2014 when their candidate Narendra Modi took oath of office as Prime Minister. Upon emulating their fundamental thought in this instance, that moment was suggestive of electing Narendra Modi to lead the country a train wreck, interestingly proved as such five years later.
The article related to the train accident on May 26, 2014 reminding Narendra Modi and party on the fateful day and for the nation to remember now in 2019 and reflect on the last five years under Narendra Modi.
Deadly train crash in north India
26 May 2014
At least 20 people are feared dead after a passenger train derailed and hit a stationary goods train in India’s Uttar Pradesh state, officials say.
Six coaches of the Gorakhdham Express went off the rails and ploughed into the freight train at Chureb railway station in Sant Kabir Nagar district.
Railway spokesman Anil Saxena told the BBC nine bodies had been recovered.
Officials said rescuers were searching through the mangled coaches and a number of people were trapped.
Eighty-three people had been injured, including the train’s driver and assistant driver who were in a critical condition, they added.
The train was travelling from Gorakhpur town to Hisar in Haryana state.
“A medical train with doctors and paramedics has reached the site of the crash,” Mr Saxena said. “We’ve also sent machines to cut the coaches to reach the passengers who are still trapped.”
“My condolences to families of those who lost their lives in the Gorakhdham express tragedy. Prayers with the injured,” Narendra Modi, who takes over as India’s prime minister tweeted.

India – Pakistan PM Imran Khan’s Pre-Nostalgia for Counterpart Narendra Modi
Padmini Arhant
Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan has expressed desire for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s re-election in the ongoing polls in 2019.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi during pre-election stated Pakistan would cheer Indian opposition parties success in 2019 election and added there will be celebration upon such event hinting at Pakistan’s expectation for a weak government across their border.
The latest twist from Prime Minister Imran Khan’s statement for his counterpart Narendra Modi brings the hidden secret relation out in the open contradictory to PM Narendra Modi’s juggler act.
Politics leaning on strange bedfellows when reality turned against them is nothing unusual.
When the going gets tough, the tough ain’t get going apparently in this instance.

Politics – Constitution Governs Nation in a Democracy

Constitution Governs Nation in a Democracy
Padmini Arhant
In a democracy, governments come and go with political parties elected to power for a limited term.
The institutions set up for specific purpose such as judiciary and election commission bear the burden in delivering defined goals without compromising the relevant body reputation, credibility and importantly democratic value.
The democratic system guided and governed by constitution protecting the rights of all citizens and sovereignty exemplify the effectiveness of republic nation.
Supreme Court as the highest judicial authority and the last bastion of justice upholding constitutional law through proper interpretation and application strengthens democratic rule.
Yet another important constitutional body is the election commission. The election being the fundamental democratic process to appoint government directly by the people as electorate at the state and national level, the election commission autonomy to exercise power in maintaining model code of conduct binding on all contestants transcending political status and privileges of political parties across the spectrum is incontrovertible.
Since contemporary politics exert overt authority to undermine constitution and prime institutions functionality, democracy is often threatened in the absence of oversight.
Accordingly, preserving the sanctity and ethical efficacy of institutions with responsibility to monitor and implement rules solidify democratic foundation.
The latest developments from the Supreme Court of India on Rafale matter and the election commission actions against political parties publicity campaign on candidates profile through television network and feature film in violation of election rules are welcome and commendable.
Furthermore, the election commission rising to the occasion in heeding citizens and opposition parties concerns over key members politicizing defense force, religion and communal references that are prohibited in the model code of conduct would confirm free and fair electoral event besides reassuring nation on timely response and efficiency.
Thank you.

India – Justice Delayed is Justice Denied

India – Justice Delayed is Justice Denied
Padmini Arhant
Attention : Indian electorate nationwide.
The voters in Hindi heartland, northern, northeast, eastern, western and central India in particular positioned to vote for your choice of political party and leadership, you need to arrive at an informed decision when you are trusting your destiny and future in the hands of those who may not be the most reliable and even qualified to serve you and resolve the burgeoning issues concerning you and the nation at large.
Every Indian must do all that is required to acquaint oneself about political candidates promising moon and stars while their focus remains on one and only one thing and that is personal ambition to gain or retain power.
How did Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP party Supremo Amit Shah maneuver their way to helm in politics?
Definitely not by trekking the slippery slope instead the one leaving no money trail or witnesses to their crimes abusing power against people granting them authority.
This video is about Prime Minister Narendra Modi flunking polygraph test on self and issues discussed during the rare and selective channel interview as Prime Minister responsible for soaring unemployment, demonetization, GST, farmers distress, women’s status though should have touched base on PM Narendra Modi’s spouse abandoned since marriage, national security and more.
The following video is on Godhra Violence in Gujarat in 2002 when Narendra Modi was newly elected Chief Minister of the western state in India in 2001. Subsequent to assuming office, the terrible and tragic communal violence resulting in hundreds of innocent Muslims and Hindus loss of lives expose then Chief Minister Narendra Modi and Amit Shah, both representing BJP behind obstruction of justice, destruction of evidence and murder of key witnesses, Senior police officer investigating the crime including the judge presiding the trial at that time.
The latest testimony and revelations on this dark episode of India’s political history and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s tainted political career clearly involving then Chief Minister Narendra Modi, the incumbent seeking re-election to second term in office lasting five years along with his colleague, confidante and BJP party chief Amit Shah (no stranger to corruption and criminality) deserves unbiased fair hearing and thorough investigation delivering justice to the deceased and many victims in politics instigated bloodshed.
The election commission’s attention and intervention in this matter would confirm constitutionally established institution’s autonomy and ethical efficacy to function independently protecting electoral integrity and accountability in the world’s largest democracy.
In the current election, the electorate preparing to cast their ballot beginning April 11 until May 22nd 2019, to elect government representing them and the nation of 130 crores or 1.3 billion population, the political members’ individual profile and activities of those in power during their term in office highlighting character and performance or the lack thereof should have bearing on voters decision prior to electing them as not only their representative but also to lead the nation as honorable, credible, respectable and trustworthy leader in the national and international domain.
Unfortunately, the regimes in power routinely subvert constitution, democracy and electoral mandate to benefit them and those funding their election campaign. When candidates vying for office of Prime Minster and other crucial ministerial posts are implicated of various corruption and criminal charges not barring complicity in communal violence and murder of innocent citizens as well as derailing judicial process, then the nation has responsibility to pause and engage in bringing these entities to justice rather than elevating them with coveted title such as Prime Minister or cabinet minister, political party chieftain and so on.
When critical information surface directly involving those running for re-election as Prime Minister or debutant for that matter, then institutions such as judiciary and election commission are subject to litmus test by the nation in conducting hearing, inquiry and application of laws exempting none above law regardless of their political background.
The election flooded with black money and cash used to buy vulnerable voters by political parties especially the ones floating on slush funds to afford extravagant political campaign,
Is the Election Commission of India independent to investigate and intercept illegal transactions in the absence of transparency on campaign financing and funding source?
Thus far, the election commission of India and other institutions’ inactions suggest they are hamstrung by political power misusing authority despite contemporary designation as caretaker government.
Indian electorate awareness and participation raising questions in all these fronts is absolutely important to save democracy.
Thank you.

Israel – Golan Heights Proclamation is Illegal and Illegitimate
Padmini Arhant
United States administration led by President Donald Trump’s yet another gaffe on Israel’s behalf in declaring Syria’s Golan Heights as Israel’s territory is illegal and illegitimate.
Israel having forcefully seized and occupied the Syrian plateau – Golan Heights during the Six-day warfare in 1967 in the Middle East ever remains violation of Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
Israel’s provocative incursion in 1967 aimed at unlawful invasion and occupation of foreign land that included the long disputed Palestine depriving Palestinians the right to statehood over seven decades until now isolate Israel’s aggressive policy.
Israel exerting authority on foreign nations’ territories along the borders with the state of Israel has attracted international condemnations thus far.
Israel’s misuse of close relations with United States, delegated as proxy at the defunct UNSC to veto any resolutions on Israel’s never ending territorial annexations whether they are related to globally denounced settlements expansion in Palestine’s West Bank or blockade on Gaza trade and survival means depriving the population the right to exist in their meager land has severely damaged Israel’s credibility as a reliable peace partner in the region.
Israel’s involvement in Syrian warfare as key coalition force along with United States and allies in aiding and abetting terror networks infiltration in Syria is predominantly responsible for immense casualties and humanitarian crisis posing a major challenge for western world in dealing with refugee problems at their shores with no relief for the victims affected in the eight years old United States and allies sponsored terror onslaught against Syria.
United States military aim to withdraw from Syria is similar to that of Afghanistan floated in the past decade with no sign of such event coming into fruition. Though President Donald Trump stated back in December 2018 the administration’s position to withdraw troops from both Syria and Afghanistan by April 2019, the internal and external forces reservations appears to obstruct White House plans in this regard leaving President Donald Trump’s commitment to United States tax payers funding the prolonged military presence in Syria, Afghanistan and elsewhere a mere rhetoric missing in fulfillment.
The military ventures in Syria and Afghanistan not barring Iraq since 2001 and continuing until today has drained United States economy at taxpayers expense that could have been utilized in addressing domestic requirements ranging from infrastructure to healthcare, education, scientific research and innovations besides invigorating job growth that are still well under electorate expectations.
United States tax payers dollars wasted in justifying the unjustifiable armed conflict through terror factions in Syria or for that matter against Pakistan’s ISI backed Taliban and fringe terror outfits in Afghanistan is a profound miscalculation and erroneous decision in the so-called war on terror resulting in deaths and destruction of lives denying these states the sovereign right to political stability and peaceful existence to focus on desperately needed economic development.
As for President Donald Trump’s unilateral agreement with Israel on the recent declaration of Syria’s Golan Heights and earlier the controversial gesture relocating United States embassy from Israel’s State capital Tel Aviv to Jerusalem in concurrence to Israel’s territorial extensions again much to international disapproval is unfortunate for such partisanship on partitions of foreign land is unacceptable and revokes any renewed entitlement in that respect.
Golan Heights is indisputably the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic regardless of constant maneuvering and reconfiguration of geopolitical landscape in that region i.e. Western Asia or the Middle East.
Likewise, reiterating previous stance on the issue of Jerusalem, the Holy City is symbolically and substantively the native domain shared among the entire population of diverse faiths and secular demography comprising not only Jews but also Arabs and muslims of different denominations within Islam as well as Christians and other indigenous, migrants and several groups domiciled in the ancient city.
Jerusalem belongs to all citizens and residents representing Israel, Palestine and other ethnic descent in that society unlike the unique disposition of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu heading the incumbent government facing tough election in the immediate future.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confronted with multiple corruption charges and massive dissatisfaction amongst Israeli electorate on domestic front adopting strategy to deflect public attention from local economic woes to foreign affairs reveals the leadership’s concern over the nearing electoral outcome.
As for United States, President Donald Trump’s peace doctrine witnessed with North Korea is welcoming and an appropriate measure easing tensions in Korean Peninsula. However, the policy maintained across the spectrum in other parts of the world without wavering and altering to suit allies unreasonable aspirations would provide credence to White House pledge to global peace and security.
The citizens in war torn Syria, Afghanistan and other regions deserve permanent peace and opportunity to rebuild their nations without having to deal with consistent threat and irrational claims on their territory by neighbors near and far.
Thank you.
