Who is Government? Whom do they Represent?

The topic is to dispel the myth surrounding government and republic status in the world.

Government is a privileged society on their own abusing power, resources and public to benefit political members in the hierarchy and those to whom they pledge allegiance viz. oligarchy and diverse influential forces in global society. 

Unfortunately, the beneficiaries are certainly not the ordinary people used as electorate to legitimize illegitimacy in false representation and delivery on economic, political and social interests. 

Government as proxies to global clique and internal organizations with specific agenda to subjugate population over generations and silence rational voices insist on maintaining status quo against natural science on expiration of all things tangible and otherwise. 

Government entrenched in corruption, nepotism through political dynasty in acknowledgment of Royalty, the self-proclaimed elites surviving on so-called commoners charity since time immemorial has run its course and exhausted means creating the canyon between haves and have nots with wealth lasting several generations and yet having no sense of contentment in the eternal quest for power, fame and fortune. 

Governments role in nation and their actions as well as decisions impact on average citizens thus far discussed in this update.

In general world over, oligarchy run governments collect taxes from average citizens with penalty upon late payments or default while exempting selves and those installed in government to serve oligarchy and special interests from taxes and rules and regulations in the state and nationwide.

The governments beginning with City council, county or municipal corporations, state and federal governments impose stern rules on local taxpayers constantly reminding citizenry of severe implications on non-compliance on tax payments and various responsibilities transferred over to citizens absolving them from host of duties whether maintenance of pavement repairs, sewage, street lights, roadways, bridges, infrastructure and many public service or important economic aspects such as job creation, crime containment and security, addressing farmers and workers plight. 

Increasing property tax regardless of market downturns, automobile registration fees, consumer goods and services taxes other than personal income tax to state and federal governments constitute revenue to governments that are not accounted for to citizens expected to pay and oblige with no questions on public matter. 

The City council, County, Municipal body, state and central or federal authorities, government agencies and affiliates numerous delinquencies and non-performance is never subject to scrutiny or independent oversight facilitating the governments’ right to impropriety and inefficiency as their prerogative. 

The Citizens Right to information that are referred to as Freedom of Information Act aka The Right to Information (RTI) is either streamlined as classified information alternatively watered down through legislation prohibiting public access to key facts and figures on government statistics and data. 

Where is my TAX money going and how is it being spent if I have to incur all expenses related to public service?

Why are citizens expected to fear authority and not allowed to raise questions and concerns on dysfunctional governments starting with the City, County or municipal level to federal government?

Who authorized political immunity on corruption, embezzlements, tax evasions, murder, terrorizing average citizens, minorities, women and other weak vulnerable demography in society?

Why can’t people employed government be held accountable for erroneous decisions and massive fraud on many occasions depriving average citizens their lifetime savings, retirement funds and /or livelihood paralyzing citizens present and future?

The governments’ misuse of tax payers i.e.ordinary public funded law enforcement agencies to curb peaceful dissent, assembly or submission of citizens petition to government continues unabated in many parts of the world denying citizens basic rights to know the reasons and motives behind government legislations affecting ordinary lives in society. 

Transparency and accountability enforced on law abiding ordinary citizens are not applicable on oligarchy controlled governments and their partners in the economic, entertainment and even religious domains with religion and communal profile used as political tools to win elections. 

The financial transactions on various government deals with economic sector besides trade relations between public and private sector involving ordinary tax payer funds are conducted in secrecy barring accountability.

The terms transparency and accountability are antithetical to those wielding authority and clout in politics and economic activities squandering mainstream population generated national income to exclusively benefit political campaign bidders and stakeholders in politics and economic sector.

The top brass in government posts beginning with Prime Minister or President and cabinet ministers together with selective members in administration make a fortune during the term in office.

What makes those entering public office penniless or maxed out credit cards exit as multimillionaires in the absence of public disclosure on such income?

Not content with wealth amassment at ordinary citizens peril, their family members i.e. spouse and children use every opportunity to lavishly avail extraordinary privileges like using national aircraft meant for only Presidential or Prime Minister official foreign visits for family vacations costing tax payers to a tune of over $100 million or fly to Paris and exotic locations for example on shopping spree with their children. 

The tax payers money splurged in such instances are hardly a concern for these political families assuming privileged status in the sudden transformation of their economic background. 

As if these are not enough, the children from political families are also guaranteed admissions in elite educational institutions under Presidential or influential members quota with majority of them not even qualifying enrollment in any academic or vocational schools let alone any major education center.

College admissions bribing elite schools through endowments is widely practiced among the rich, famous and powerful boasting their educational accolades evidently not on merit but monetary donations in the apparently democratic systems. 

Meanwhile, the illicit entry of ineligible into colleges displacing the eligible, meritorious and competent students make their way into politics, economic, and entertainment…to name a few in diverse occupation reflected in status quo i.e. lack luster growth fudged as fast development. 

Rapid development indeed in fast tracking through short cuts and shady tactics that begins earlier on in their life and continues until their last breath as many are incorrigible in nature. 

Tragically, the able and capable common citizens resign to fait accompli and choose to be burdened with these economic, political and social liabilities much to pervasive ramifications.

They endure generational suffering empowering the so-called elected government victimize those used in the process as electorate to personal gains and oligarchy profits. 

The worst for the electorate is governments term range from four to five years with some extending the tenure deploying devious course like vote rigging, manipulation or plain aggression. 

Governments are fiduciaries appointed and managed by corporate funders, economic merchants alongside fundamental, radical organizations and institutions poised as think tanks promoting own policies and ideologies to deter real progress and a realistic free society or free world forcing prevalent fake environment.

In a nutshell, the corrupt, incompetent, criminal, unscrupulous, promiscuous, nefarious and above all subservient to architects and agents of destruction and chaos are the preference for the ruling class,

Who needs such government engaged in subverting democracy, constitution and human values for selective dominance, prosperity and supremacy?

Who is humanity’s enemy?

Without a shadow of doubt, man is the enemy and existential threat to lives in general. Men in power along with women subordinates conduct activities endangering lives and environment with no regrets thus far.

The term mankind is a misnomer falsely defining human kindness. It was a reminder to man to be kind towards all.

In the real world, cruelty towards fellow humans, animals and plant species characterizing unkind behavior and heinous crimes witnessed from those in position of power, authority and influence alternatively the weak, cowardly and callous hurting and harming innocent and vulnerable members near and far.

Knowledge is useful and powerful. However, lack of proper understanding and application of knowledge could prove detrimental. Semi-baked i.e. half or inaccurate knowledge is more dangerous than unawareness.

Ignorance is bliss and could also be an abyss.

Knowing the unknown phenomenon God requires self-cleansing and soul searching developing an aura within to rise above normal existence delineating self from the concept of me, myself and I behind possession of all things material that are immaterial in the quest for truth and eternal peace.

Welcome to Self-Empowerment.

Self-Empowerment is the base for Republic empowerment.

The governments are run by oligarchy i.e. Corporatized system using public funds. Privatization is the trend in the globalized economy. The chief beneficiaries in privatization are corporations and shareholders. Corporatized governance deny ordinary citizens fair access and opportunity.

Corporate run government policies exclusively favor them. Corporatized governance bear no responsibility on losses to taxpayers and severe damages to economy as well as environment. There is minimal or no oversight on deals benefitting companies on government projects viz. defense contracts handled by private company.

Hence, no checks and balances which means none held accountable on corruption. Transparency is a misnomer with no internal and importantly external audit.

For example – The U.S. government deployed private army Blackwater later dubbed as Xe and now changed into Academi committed atrocities in Iraq, Afghanistan…and in Ukraine with license to kill besides gross human rights violations.

Oligarchy run governments use national defense force as private army for wars, destabilization of sovereign foreign nations and derail economy via sanctions. These actions are directed by organizations, think tanks and institutions representing oligarchy hegemonic goals and strategic dominance.

Government in reality is Corporation’s proxy delivering corporate interests. Government’s other wing is special interests group with own political ideology.

This leaves the government as representatives of private entities and organizations. Citizens are merely used as instrument to legitimize illegitimacy through election. Elections are run by oligarchy with massive funding in campaigns and candidacy.

Governments pledge allegiance to corporate financiers behind election campaign.

In fact, it is ordinary folks money circulated between governments and corporate funders. Ordinary people tax money generously handed to corporations by government. These handouts involve major tax breaks, government subsidies and many exemptions seldom distributed or trickle down to bottom in the workforce. The big corporations in return utilize a portion of common citizens money converted into slush funds and invested in election campaigns to secure government loyalty.

Major corporations enjoy the most favored company (MFC) status in quid pro quo.

Corporate owned media and political party run TV networks to control communication.

Free speech is a one way street with a dead end allowing only government to mislead muted audience. Ordinary citizens voices are muzzled and their advocates subject to government scrutiny. The system is fraudulently declared democracy while stifling republic status.

There is little or no tolerance to alternative perspectives and they are regarded a threat to authority.

As a result, freedom is under siege creating do or die situation. However, there is hope.

How can citizens free themselves from shackles?

Ordinary people in society are taxpayers, workers and consumers at large. Yet, average citizens are denied fair economic opportunity, income and social equality.

First, identify corporations behind government including companies and groups in disguise.

Then, remember you – the consumer possess the power towards Self-Empowerment.

Your decision to buy or avail products and services as end customer impact business.

Accordingly, boycott companies engaged in depriving your individual rights and economic progress.

Election reform is mandatorily required. Enforce ballot paper electoral process to prevent vote rigging and fraud witnessed time and time again in the so-called democratic elections.

Public mandate via referendum on public financing of election is the beginning. Setting election expenditure with strict limits and guidelines is critical. Similarly, demand political parties to disclose their donors and funders in public domain.

Set up cross verification process to confirm accuracy on political funding and voting. Political parties funding should be checked at all times and not just limited to election season. 

Reject political factions and candidates vying for public office as corporate agent.

Bar candidates with criminal records, serious civic violations and corruption charges.

These are preliminary steps towards freeing society from oligarchy and organizations run government.

Again, remind yourself and them that consumer is the ultimate authority determining success and failure of economy and politics.

Watch out for fake government critics launched on social media and main street to deceive public on factual events confirming democracy and constitution crises in society. The government organized pseudo semi-baked clowns are paid trolls to stymie genuine voice. Poor imitation is self-mockery and buffoonery of the paid performer. 

Audience exercising discernment in recognizing original from fakery dished out of bakery would be wise. 

Rise to the occasion and claim your liberty, the inalienable natural right of all beings in the world. 

Freedom is non-negotiable right of all citizens barring hierarchy and prejudice.

Who is government?

Government is selective cadre backed, funded and installed as fiduciaries for oligarchy and special interests imposing their will and agenda for mass subjugation.

Such governance is deceptively and deceitfully described as democracy much to human intelligence insult. The system essentially a kleptocracy camouflaged as democracy epitomize hypocrisy.

Oligarchy favorite choices are despots groomed into demagogues in their absolute surrender to cartel. They are managed and maneuvered to suit perilous aspirations. 

History is testimony to despotism’s ruinous cause and means to power ending in self-destruction and autocracy termination.

The so-called election in pseudo democracy is basically conducted with black money and slush funds disguised in electoral bonds and other nefarious methods flooded into campaigns buying votes using notes and candidacies with a price tag largely representing criminality and corruption. 

Accordingly they are expected to serve  election financiers goals during and after their term in office misusing political mandate and status until their last minute of survival.

What is the need for government?

The government is set up to amass collective wealth of ordinary citizens from their hard labor to benefit selective forces behind the gamut.

People are eternal human capital exploited to maximum for selective groups’ power, prosperity and security.

The labor force toiling over generations consistently struggle to achieve and maintain decent living standard while enriching oligarchy with wealth lasting several generations and yet the latter never content in their quest for fortune.

The citizens enlisted law enforcement such as police, judiciary and above all the national defense i.e. military is claimed and treated as the private army of political power and their behind the scenes operatives profiteering from defense contracts.

Besides, false assertions and embellishments  on attacks and air strikes to enhance political image during and after election is the norm.

The military is predominantly deployed in foreign lands for hegemonic ambitions to access economic resources offshore and establish strategic dominance in the regions  flaunting Superpower status.

How do governments come into force?

Using and abusing people. Turning people against people creating communal divide, caste, class and gender based prejudice highlighted in political appointments as the political class favor to marginalized segments reeking condescendence rather than merit determined acknowledgment.

The average and overwhelming population suffering in abject poverty are perfect targets for persistent violations leaving them at the rich and powerful’s mercy.

These famished parasites exerting authority as birth right are control freaks however lacking control over their distinct predator instincts delineating them from human race.

Ordinary citizens paid taxes and labor oriented revenues are shared among the few in the circle through tax evasions, embezzlement and plain daylight robbery from various government deals in oligarchy shadow.

The looted treasure from people is reinvested in election to bribe voters ironically using electorate money to submit to oligarchy designed electoral outcome.

The chief protagonists in this structure are not limited to political members but in fact comprise oligarchy owned and directed diverse communication media across the spectrum.

The media powerhouse are heavily delegated to propaganda and misinformation together with entertainment industry involvement unleashing big and small screens undeserving as well as worthless famous opportunists to deflect public focus and mislead captive audience.

The police force, para military and troopers as members of mainstream population with relations to common citizens as family, friends and neighbors are estranged for political purpose and authorized to exercise brute force and violence against unarmed civilians in peaceful protest on economic, social and environment abuse.

What is the government policy on individual rights, civil liberty, freedom of expression and peaceful dissent?

There is zero tolerance to positive, peaceful and constructive criticism casting and treating such voices as threat to political establishment and primarily to international clique calling the shots on operation to dissemination. 

Those daring to challenge status quo are isolated and made anonymous producing proxies and puppets to discredit and defame genuine truth. In many situations political dissenters are murdered and imprisoned or made to disappear by political power.

The violence from the state are justified as political license to kill and commit heinous crimes against citizens used to win elections.

How do oligarchy run governments respond to public call for transparency and accountability? 

Transparency and accountability are antithetical to government pledged to shadow power shady deals.

Those in power as members in politics and their benefactors in economic sector are provided immunity on crimes holding them above law that are ordinarily applicable to average citizens including members in national defense in the country.

The political class recruitment of controversial and criminal background candidacies are increasingly promoted as the strength of democracy ploughing sentiments to polarize society.

How do governments use religion?

Religion is the pawn for players in politics, social and religious domain.

The era declaring devil as deus in the evil worship is prominent in the dark age. Whether satanic rituals in bohemian grove or cult fundamentalism rise in politics, the trend currently experiencing psychedelic euphoria slighting reality around and within.

Naturally, anything contradictory to these traits are expected to agitate elements devoted in endangering earth’s sanctity and sanity.

Although insisting on church and state to be separate, religion cited to influence government actions ranging from women reproductive issues to their ability to perform duties in religious centers in the otherwise patriarchal sphere.

The world is forced into accepting contentious 1% dominance over 99% posing life and death decisions. The unrestricted general access to nature’s clean air, pure drinking water and food is not regarded a necessity instead left at oligarchy run governments discretion.

In these circumferences and extreme conditions, the government’s illegitimacy legitimized via calibrated and monetarily infused electoral process characterized as free and fair polls leaving the electorate in dismay.

The unsustainable rule imposing unreasonable demands beyond endurance is classic setting for imminent collapse.

Indian election was held and over now with the outcome arguably raising numerous questions on the means in the face of non-correlating ground reality. The voter frustration over election deception is a brewing storm post election given dissatisfaction en masse on Prime Minister Narendra Modi government’s first term performance.

There is no doubt election is transformed into a formality to legitimize illegitimacy. 

The elected members of Parliament along with political parties so-called victory draw attention in this regard.

The carefully managed and calibrated election to favor those to silence democracy beckon focus.

BJP’s apparent landslide victory exceeding personal and party expectations despite PM Narendra Modi’s dismal record on social issues and economy in particular not barring national security in the absence of evidence on much touted Balakot air strike is indeed too good to be true. 

PM Narendra Modi having unlawfully, unethically and undemocratically eliminated  real candidate the ex-BSF soldier Tej Bahadur Yadav out of the race on false reasons, the so-called invincible Prime Minister Narendra Modi is hailed victor in Varanasi amid massive rejection and disillusionment among Indian electorate including Varanasi voters at large.

BJP guaranteed victory to supposedly opposition heads of political parties like Congress head – Sonia Gandhi, President Rahul Gandhi from Kerala by showing loss in home turf Amethi.

The trend continues with SP leaders Mulayam Singh Yadav ( the one who yearned for PM Narendra Modi’s return during his speech at Parliament closing session), his son SP leader Akilesh Yadav in the SP & BSP coalition in U.P. also spared to muzzle any dissent upon contradictory position in his constituency. 

In J&K – the National Congress leader and former Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah is allowed to win in the embattled state as BJP’s vocal opponent. The inverse would have unraveled BJP’s spin and upset the applecart for the national party default to three seats in defiance of anti-BJP sentiment in J&K. 

In West Bengal – rather than crashing and crushing Trinamool Congress (TMC) and TMC Chief Mamata Banerjee, BJP slams the brake in the near head on collision to avoid major raucous and post election turmoil in the otherwise volatile eastern state. The move quietens TMC Chief Mamata Banerjee relegated to be satisfied in retaining Chief Minister post on bare margin. 

Down South – In Andhra Pradesh –  BJP axed TDP and Chief Chandrababu Naidu visibly active in interlocutor role pre-election in the hope of bidding farewell to Hindutva ideologue BJP at the centre only to be recipient in reverse format. 

BJP knowing well that YSRP blossomed in Andhra, BJP let that bloom as any interjection or disruption would have aroused suspicions on BJP’s selective election maneuver. It so turned out that BJP wish in Andhra Pradesh  to see rival Chandrababu Naidu led TDP out of the scene materialized without BJP doing anything in that respect. 

BJP flex muscles and makes inroads in the other half of the territory – Telangana by gaining four seats having faced colossal defeat in the assembly polls in October 2018 to propagate Narendra Modi wave conspicuously  missing back then and now.

Tamil Nadu – BJP generosity towards Congress ally DMK to receive more than they could handle pretty much sealed DMK from crying foul on EVM mismanagement that would have forced DMK to submit to similar counter argument on their extraordinary ballot bonanza. 

Kerala – BJP allowing status quo in the southern state is an insurance policy to deter popular demand on vote fraud unequivocally committed in this election following suit from earlier electoral events. 

Karnataka – BJP’s dominance admittedly from horse trading in the south western state was registered to convey Hindutva guided BJP determination to overrule election norm. 

Delhi – PM Narendra Modi denying recognition of people elected local government represented by AAP was established in the aggressive assault deploying devious tactics to morph EVM enabled clean sweep in the capital state.

Uttar Pradesh – the northern state was primarily the sitting duck with BJP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath handling home ministry or interior ministry misused power witnessed in unprotected transportation of EVM’s from polling stations regardless of those EVMs being empty or full. 

Likewise, EVM magic was more potent than Modi mantra in northern states – Bihar, Rajasthan and central state Madhya Pradesh. Though same scenario apply nationwide on EVM facilitated winnings in most parts of the country leaving the remaining intact to offset speculations and obfuscate non-existing Modi mania. 

Gujarat cannot be excluded either in EVM scandal. The western state in the backdrop of Modi disenchantment was impetus in BJP manufactured election gimmick.

In nutshell, BJP essentially won over opposition in permitting the relevant members of political factions to maintain their respective Parliamentary and State assembly status confining them to contentment on individual success via unopposed or weak challenges practically delivering electoral advantage to every one of them.

Conversely BJP stifling valid probe on EVM debacle and fraudulent usurpation to power by riding on unpopular Narendra Modi band wagon evident in the biggest political stunt ever declaring the end of democracy with fanfare. 

Meanwhile, the election commission and Supreme Court as silent spectators generate the impression on the constitutionally set up institutions metamorphosis to renegades much to democratic system decline. 

Anything obtained deceitfully is unsustainable and disintegrates due to delusional claims forging distrust and decadence.

A sad day for India on the demise of world’s largest democracy when fundamentalist ideology premised on communal, divisive and polarizing politics using fear and violence marginalize the foundation of Gandhian ideals and hard fought freedom.

When candidates of a national political party viz. BJP declare Mahatma Gandhi’s assassin a patriot and the party chief Amit Shah standby the provocative statement with pride further denigrating Mahatma Gandhi in using the reference Satyagraha, these candidacies prevailing in the national election is ominous for the nation and the philosophy of ahimsa meaning non-violence, peace and unity.

Notwithstanding the height of presumptuousness in the incumbent Narendra Modi in the earlier term and throughout political campaign proclaiming self as the Supreme pose grave challenges to people represented governance.

The shadow power i.e. corporate financiers, Indian stock market and external forces rallying behind their ally Narendra Modi is expected at the nation’s expense. Though the cause for celebration confined to vested interests having adverse repercussions cannot be ruled out in the near and long term. 

Unfortunately, the election has been anything but free and fair considering the violations and  specifically the flow of black money and electoral bonds widely used to buy votes in most parts of the country.

The reports from the campaign ground on minorities and other demography voter registration cancellation depriving them from casting ballots or using their democratic right to participate in the election besides the declining of ex-BSF soldier Tej Bahadur Yadav nomination to contest against candidate Narendra Modi cannot be ignored as well.

The results barring above mentioned electoral irregularities nationwide has settled towards default position due to lack of credible and formidable political choices as a viable alternative despite the central government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dismal record in office – soaring unemployment, poverty and inflation exacerbating economic woes across the country.

On the regional performance, the outcome reflect anti-incumbency and/or absence of appealing options for the electorate leaning towards the available political factions in the electoral exercise.

India is confronted with nationalism spreading Hindutva doctrine only to be spearheaded in the misuse of political mandate.

  Above all, the presence of both male and female hormones viz. testosterone, the male hormone and estrogen, the female hormone are prevalent at varying levels in all male and female species.

  Embryo upon fertilization of egg from the female ovum by the spermatozoa from the male, thereupon the development leads to fetus formation in the uterus. The function is possible only when the cells are healthy and alive from conception until live birth and then onwards expanded into the life span.

  The candidacy declined by own base with voters clear message not desirable and importantly declared ineligible evidenced in their failed Presidential contest, yet forcing down the choice on them and the rest of the country is indicative of selection pushed through foreign and domestic vested interests categorically undermining the republic and national interests.

  Furthermore, the identity and crony politics are best abandoned and instead replaced with legitimate meritocracy to serve the people and the nation at large with efficiency and ethical efficacy that are conspicuously missing and would exemplify the Presidential nominee respecting the republic will rather than political hatch influenced by incognito domestic and foreign intervention trending thus far.

  Similar stunt displayed in Britain with choice of the people dismissed and ignored to appoint feudalists globalist servile appointee.

  When politics defy people, that setting inevitably bear severe voter backlash in governance and subsequent local to Congressional election.

  The life history in terms of social identity – color, creed, education, economic, political background etc., ending and the memory of it erased with the termination of life in any particular lifetime except for the accumulation of karmic debts pending settlement, the condition  is irrefutable.

  That being the fact of life, what’s all the fuss over melanin and skin pigmentation and other factors?

  The Soul’s unknown journey though markedly premised on individual deeds aka Karma in any life duration, the hangover on skin color and stereotype are sentiments inhibiting positive thought process and relevant progress in mind evolution.

  The efforts instead turned inward in clearing clutter within and deep inside to develop tolerance, acceptance, acknowledgment extending respect and understanding even with differences and disagreements on issues create better relations in human existence.

  The humanness rising above prejudice, lingering bigotry, hatred, subjugation, subordination and discriminatory practice is the greatest challenge for those unable to release selves from the self-imposed constraints on social description.

  Learning and striving to be human in nature and  behavior is the laudable milestone one could achieve in living and thenceforward.

  As for the mainstream network with insignia as the sly scavenger FOX represented by hosts and anchors salivating on the bait along with counterparts on curbside communication outlets trading journalistic ethics for demolition of democracy peddling Satans’ satanic nuanced scripts are components of the large fraud machine with engine running on recycled fabrication and distortion in epic proportion.

  The combined collaborative efforts expedite their cataclysmic destiny already in progress with precipitous decline together with the entire apparatus behind the gamut on the brink of collapse.

  Accordingly the futile nonsensical defamation via VP clown and other pawns sponsored by media cohorts’ directed at the target to convince imaginary audience in empty theater is the ultimate parody glaring at those in fools paradise.

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The accused in this matter remain relevant for further legal investigation and proceedings now and in the future.

  The definition of freedom is liberty to choose in life. Having a choice to accept or reject anything unfavorable is the real alternative.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  The necessary precautionary measures from home owner like tarp on the roof even protecting the leased solar panels to avert substantial property damage including solar panels and subsequent liability to solar panel lessor i.e. the company involved in the matter are not reimbursed and expense declined as not the company responsibility.

  आख़िर सच और मूच ज़्यादा देर छिपाया नहीं जा सकता। यह कड़वी बात सच के विरोधियों को तनिक भी अच्छा नहीं लगता। ख़ैर उनके पसंद नापसंद को लेकर न हीं सृष्टि बनाया हैं न ही उनकेलिए यह संसार जुकता है।

  फ़िर भी अंधेर नगरी के सदस्य और पूँजी पतियों के सेवक के ब्रह्म टूटने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है।

  वैसे अपने छवी को लेकर आम जनता के ख़ून पसीने से कमाया राष्ट्रीय धन लूटाने वाले व्यक्ति, दूसरी और उस पैसे को आइना दिखाने वालों पर जासूसी के लिए खर्च किया जाता है |

  यही व्यक्ति और इनके साथी की प्रतिक्रिया – किसी प्रकार के संकट के कारण दूसरे देश में शरण लेने वालों को गुसपेटि कहकर उन्हें वापस लौटाते हैं | उल्टा खुद दूसरों के घर बिन बुलाये पेगासस जासूसी के माध्यम गुसना ज़रा भी अपराध नहीं मानते हैं | इन गुसपेटियों के लिए कोई कायदा नहीं | औरों के लिए अलग खानून चलाने वाले किस प्रकार के लोग हैं, इसे बार बार अपने काले व्यवहार से दिखाते हैं |

  जिन हस्तियां में अपनी गलती और अपराध मानने की न हिम्मत या नीयत हो, और वो बलि की बकरी पे अपनी घटिया ज़िन्दगी और कारनामायें तोपते हैं तरह तरह के अभिनय से – कभी नमस्ते, कभी जीत का इशारा, कभी काला चश्मा पहनकर – जैसे की पूरे विश्व में केवल एक मैं ही काला चश्मा या आँख का चश्मा पहनती हो।

  और उससे भी बत्तर इनकी हरकतें बंदरों वाली नाच खेल करते हुए, अपनी हुलिया पर उंगुली उठाने वाली नौटंकी में व्यस्त हों, ऐसे बेईमान व्यक्ति अपने आप को मसीहा कहते फ़िरे, तो इनके मानसिक अवस्था को ही सामने लाता है।

  यह लोग जिन्हें अपनी जीवन निपटने की हुनर और धैर्य नहीं, यह भला औरों की पाप का भोज क्या ख़ाक उठाएंगे? जो यह मसीहा बन पड़े!
  

  अगर यह महोदय गण दूसरों को तंग और दुख न दे, तो यही इनके लिए और इनके जितने भी आस पास के सगे सम्बन्धी और पूरे समाज के लिए बहुत बड़ा उपकार होगा।

  मगर बात ये है की यह लोग अपने आप से भाग रहे हैं। किसी और के अस्तित्व को अपना बनाकर अपने ढोंग धोखलापन को और निछावर करते हैं।

  इसी में इनकी बेवकूफी और बेचैनी बेहाल सामने आता है।

  बेचारे किस्मत के मारे। अपने आप को महान मशहूर यानी प्रसिद्द कहने वाले, कितने अँधेरे मैं है, यह बात इन्हें नहीं पता।

  यह इनका दोष नहीं। इनकी अल्प बुद्धि का हाल है। ऐसे होते हुए, यह न घर के न घाट के हो जाते हैं। इन पर तरस के अलावा कुछ नहीं आता। जब इंसान को अगले क्षण का ख़बर नहीं, यह निकले अपनी ऐतिहास पलटने।

  यह प्रयास इन्हें सिवाय निराश और अपमान के अलावा कुछ नहीं बाँट रहा है इनको, तब भी यह अपनी हार मानने को तैयार नहीं।

  अब तक इनका कब्ज़ा धन, दौलत, शोहरत और सत्ता तक था। अभी यह लोग इज़्ज़त के ठेकेदार भी हो गए। इनको इतना तो पता होनी चाहिए की इज़्ज़त देने वालों को ही इज़्ज़त मिलती है। जो दूसरों की अस्तिव को अपना बनाकर, उनके व्यक्तिगत अधिकार छीनकर फ़िर उन्हीं को निशाना बनाने वाले, भला उन्हें ही इज़्ज़त की पाठ पढ़ाएंगे?

  यही हुई ना बात – चोरी और ऊपर से सीना ज़ोरि!

  कब यह अपनी गलती पर ध्यान देंगे? इनका तो यही मानना है की यह लोग कभी किसी को हानि पहुंचाते नहीं। किसी के साथ अन्याय कर ही नहीं सकते।

  यह दूध और चन्दन से धुले हुए है। इनकी तरह कोई संसार में धन्य है ही नहीं।अगर यह नहीं होते तो यह संसार कब का समाप्त हो जाता। इनके पवित्रता से ही जीव जंतु प्राणी के जीवित रहना संभव रहा है। वर्णा इस कलयुग में मृत्यु, शोक और दरिद्रता के अलावा है ही क्या मनुष्य की जीवन में?

  चलिए आपको हम सिखाते हैं की किसी के छोटेपन को ना बढ़ाने में अपनी बड्डपन है। आप भी क्या याद करोगे।

  इनका भी जवाब नहीं। क्योंकि आज तक इन लोगों की ही मन मानी चलती आयी। तो इन्होने सोच लिया की इनका ही दौर सदियों चलेगा ।

  जब रुत बदलते हैं, सरकार बदलते हैं, यहाँ तक की यह रातों रात काला धन से माला माल हो जातें है तो युग और समय बदलने में इनको क्या संकट है?

  आख़िर इनका इस दर्ति पर उतना ही समय है जितना अन्य जीव प्राणी का है। कई तो अपने जीवन के सफ़र पूरा नहीं कर पाते। ऐसे होते हुए इनका रोब और हुखुम जिन पर जमाते हैं जैसे की दूसरों को कुचलना इनका जनम जन्मांतर का अधिकार हो।

  पृथ्वी हर 365 दिन में एक बार सूर्य की परिक्रमा करती है और हर 24 घंटे में एक बार अपनी धुरी पर घूमती है।इसके कारण २४ घंटे ४ समय – सुबह, दोपहर, शाम और रात में बटा हुआ है।

  यह प्रकृति के नियम है जिसे किसी के लिए भी बदला नहीं जाता। जिन्हें भी इस प्राकृतिक के परमपरा से समस्या हो, उन्हें इस दर्ति में अनेकों बार जनम लेकर इस वातावरण का आदी होना पड़ता है। ज़रूरी नहीं इन्हें मनुष्य रूप ही प्राप्त हो।

  वाह रे मसीहावों, आप लोगों ने हद पार कर ली आपके इस प्रदर्शन से।

  The propaganda alluding to 49% republicans who voted for Donald Trump are in agreement to delegitimize their legal votes while they are being further diminished in the fraudulent election and fabricated survey to mere 17% in the far fetched analysis.

  How about the survey pointing out 30% democrats of that 47% in disagreement to incumbent President Donald Trump conceding to Beijing Presidency?

  Does that mean in the projected win 51% to Joe Biden candidacy only 21% believe in dominion and media produced election result since 30% democrats do not concur with the outcome?
