India – Eulogizing Late President APJ Abdul Kalam

India mourns the nuclear scientist and former President APJ Abdul Kalam’s demise.
Presidential post in Indian Parliamentary system is ceremonial limiting the role to presiding over diverse events and cultural affairs besides being a functionary upon Presidential governance in states without government due to electoral disputes or situation leading to emergency rule allowing governor as caretaker reporting developments to the President.
President presumed commander-in-chief of defense forces essentially endorse ruling government policy and consistently follows the powerful executive branch headed by Prime Minister’s office.
The President is elected through Parliamentary process with lower and upper house members’ approval of the incumbent administration nominee.
The former President Abdul Kalam appointment extended the tradition of choosing Muslim candidate to the position joining predecessors in Indian politics. The trend maintained to demonstrate secular India.
Ex-President Abdul Kalam nuclear background was an asset to Indian governments in many respect promoting controversial nuclear energy programs in particular.
The former President Abdul Kalam was a strong advocate for nuclear projects representing the government.
The ex-President was prominently engaged to sway public opinion especially on the citizens contested KudanKulam nuclear plant in Indian southern state, Tamil Nadu facilitating political authorities decision override local residents legitimate concerns on the risks involved in nuclear reactors and site operation in the wake of Fukushima disaster that is far from over.
Thereafter the former President designated in retrofit activities conforming to prevalent custom creating para-phenomenon in the increasingly illusive environment.
Dr. Abdul Kalam service in nuclear field and commitment to government as political member acknowledged amongst diverse faction.
The former President APJ Abdul Kalam retains identity in accordance with respective DNA specific to individuals that cannot be modified to suit indoctrination.
Life is an opportunity to emerge, experience and evolve in original state that verifies authenticity.
Sincere condolences to bereaved family and nation on the former President APJ Abdul Kalam’s departure.

The pictures depict Hindu society in North, East and Western India adaptation of Islamic custom i.e. (women covering their head) imposed during the Mogul period. The tradition maintained until today by Hindus in Northern, Eastern and Western India although not part of original Hindu religion and culture.

Dear Citizens,
In the contemporary age, those in position of authority and power whether political, economic or any other domain while fearing own mortality evident in heightened security at tax payers expense or otherwise, have no inhibitions in imposing premature death and immense suffering on millions of lives worldwide.
Do they express remorse for their actions?
Apparently not.
When there is no recognition of any wrongdoing despite mayhem and misery inflicted through egregious decisions, erroneous policies and deliberate involvement, regrets or accepting responsibility remains a challenge for victims affected in the misuse of power, celebrity status and criminality ruling the world.
Accordingly I present the poem on Destiny.

Mystique or a Wannabe,
May delay but never deter death.
Must you waste time?
Misfortune befall thee sinking in crime;
Might proved not right
Mortality as certainty bring new opportunity.
2. Promiscuous is conspicuous
W ith bribery and flattery,
Proud and presumptuous
Trouncing thyself in trickery.
Peek at inner self
Trekking on slippery slope,
Perilous adventure stifling hope.
3. Dancing with delusions
Seeking ceremonial ecstasy,
Dreaming reflect emotions

உண்மை வெளிப்படுத்தல் மற்றும் தெளிவுரைகள்
வணக்கம்.
என் பெயர் பத்மினி அர்ஹந்த். நான் பத்மினி அர்ஹந்த்.காம் வெப்சைட்டின் உரிமையாளர், ஆசிரியை மற்றும் தொகுப்பாளர் என்ற ஸ்தானத்தில் என் கருத்தை உங்கள் அனைவருக்கும் கூற விரும்புகிறேன்.
முதலாக, தமிழ் நாடு உட்பட அகில பாரத தேச மக்கள் அறிய வேண்டிய விஷயங்கள் நிறைய இருக்கின்றன. நான் தொடங்க போவது என் அறிமுகம்.
ஏற்கனவே அதை செய்திருந்தாலும், மீண்டும் விளக்கமாக தெரிவிப்பது அவசியம்.
ஏனென்றால் சம்பந்தா சம்பந்தமில்லாத சூழ்நிலையை உருவாக்கி அனாவசியமாக குழப்பத்தை கிளறுவது அந்நியர்களுக்ககும் இந்தியாவில் உள்ள அவர்கள் ஏஜென்டுக்கும் (முகவர்) ,பெரும் வேலையாக இருக்கிறது.
முன்னால் தமிழ் நாட்டின் முதல் அமைச்சர் ஜெயலலிதாவோ, காங்கிரஸ் தலைவி சோனியா காந்தியோ, அவர் உதவியாளர் முன்னால் பிரதமர் மன் மோகன் சிங்க், தற்சமய பிரதமர் நரிந்தர் மோதியோ, அல்லது யாரும், எவரும் உலகத்தின் எந்த பகுதியில் வசித்தாலும் அவர்கள் பத்மினி அற்ஹந்த் அல்ல.
அவரவர்கள் சொந்த வரலாறு , தோற்றம், குணம், பண்பு என்று எத்தனையோ குறிப்பிட்ட சுயசரிதை இருக்கையில் மற்ற வேடம் போட்டு மாற்ற முடியாது.
எப்படி நான் அவர்கள் இல்லையோ அதே மாதிரி அவர்கள் நானில்லை. நான் அவர்களாக இருக்க இயல்பில்லை. அதன் படியே அவர்கள் நானாக ஆவதற்கு சாத்தியம் இல்லை.
இது அந்நியர்கள் பாரதத்தின் தலை நகரம் மற்றும் மாநில அரசியலுடன் சேர்ந்து நடத்துகிற சதி. குடி மக்களை ஏமாற்றும் கை வரிசை. இவர்கள் நடத்தும் சூழ்ச்சி நாடகம் இவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமில்லாமல் எந்த விதத்திலும் உடந்தையாக இருப்பவர்கள் அனைவருக்கும். இது கடுமையான வினையாகும். இது உறுதி.
தற்காலத்தின் அரசியல் அந்நியர்கள் அதிகாரத்திற்கு கட்டுப்பட்டு அவர்கள் எட்டடி தாண்ட உத்தரவிட்டால் பாரதத்தின் மாநிலங்களில் உள்ள அரசியல் கட்சிகளும் முக்கியமாக புது தில்லி ஆட்சியில் உள்ளவர்கள் பதினாறடி தாண்டுகிறார்கள்.
இப்பொழுது நடக்கிற சம்பவங்கள் அந்நியர்கள் தலைமையில் பாரத மத்திய அரசும் மாநில ஆட்சியின் ஒற்றுமையினால் உருவாகிறது.
மக்கள் பேச்சு உரிமையோ அல்லது ஈடுபாட்டிற்கு அரசின் பதில் போலீஸ் மூலமாக செமை அடியும், என்கொவுன்டரும்தான் கிடைக்கின்றன.
இதை தவிர அரசு தன் தனியான படையை – அதுவும் மிரட்டல், பெண்களை துன்புறுத்தும் கூட்டங்கள், கொலை ஆகியவற்றில் அஞ்சாதவர்களை ஏவி விடவும் கொஞ்சம் கூட தயங்குவதில்லை.
உதாராணம் – கூடங்குளம் நியூகிளியர் பிளான்ட் பிரச்சனை.
அதாவது நியூகிளியர் ரியாக்டரின் ஆபத்தை சிந்தித்து அங்கு வாழும் ஜனங்களுக்கு பயம் கவலைகள் இருப்பின்னும், மாநிலம் மத்திய அரசுடன் கூட்டு சேர்ந்து மக்களின் நிலமையை சிறிதும் கருதாமல், அந்நியர்களுக்கு கொடுத்த வாக்கை நிறைவேற்றுவதுதான் முக்கியமாகி விட்டது.
ஒரு ஐநூறு மக்கள் பங்கிட்ட பொதுகூட்டத்தில் முன்னால் முதலமைச்சர் ஜெயலலிதா ஐயையாயிரம் போலீஸ் படையை அனுப்பியதும் இல்லாமல் சட்டத்தை மீறி தாக்குதலும் செய்ய உத்தரவிட்டார்.
மற்றபடி வாக்காளர்கள் அரசையோ அல்லது அரசியலின் ஊழல்களை வெளிபடுத்தினால் – அதற்கு தக்க தண்டனை விளங்க படுகிறது. சில சமயம் உயிரையும் கூட இழக்கலாம்.
பாரதத்தின் அரசியல் – அரசியல் வம்சத்தை சேர்ந்தவர்களுக்கும், தொழில் துறையிலிருந்தும், திரை உலகிலிருந்தும், விளையாட்டு அரங்கில்
பிரபலமான நபர்களுக்குத்தான் இடம் தரப்படுகிறது. ஆக மொத்தம் செல்வந்தர்கள் அதிகராம்தான் நடக்கின்றது.
அரசியலில் ஆட்சி குறைவாகவும் ஊழல்கள் அளவிற்கு மீறி இருப்பதால் – அகில தேசமும் வறுமையிலும், நோய், கல்வி குறைபாடு என்று பல விதமான சூழ்நிலையில் இருக்கின்றது.
சில மாநிலங்கள் மற்றுமில்லை ஏன் நாடு முழுதும் பல கோடி மக்கள் குடி நீர், மின்சாரம், மருத்துவ மனை, பள்ளி, வசிக்க வீடு, சுகாதாரம் என்ற அடிப்படை தேவைகள் கூட இல்லாமல் தவிக்கிறார்கள்.
அரசியல்வாதிகளோ தேர்தலில் வெற்றியோ அல்லது தோல்வி அடைந்தால் ஊழல் மூலம் சொத்து சேர்ப்பதில்தான் மும்மரமாக இருக்கையில், அவர்களிடம் வாக்காளர்களை பற்றி யோசிப்பதற்கு நேரமோ அக்கறையோ இல்லை.
அரசியல் கருப்பு பணம் சேர்க்கவும், நீதி வழக்கை பேரம் பேசி வாங்குவதும், கள்ள நோட்டு பதித்து கள்ள வோட்டில் பதவிக்கு வருவதும், அந்நியர்களுடன் கூட்டணி சேர்ந்து மாநிலம், தேசம், மக்கள் யாவருக்கும் துரோகம் செய்வதற்கு ஒரு வாயிப்பாகியுள்ளது.
மேற்கொண்டு அரசியல் வாதிகள் தன்னுடைய குற்றங்களை மூடி மறைத்து உண்மை பேசுபவர்களை இழிவுபடுத்தவே குறைந்த பட்சம் இரண்டு அல்ல ஐந்து சொந்த தொலைக்காட்சி (டெலிவிஷன்) நெட்வொர்க் வதந்தி ஒளிபரப்பவே வைத்துள்ளார்கள்.
பற்றாக்குறைக்கு அரசியலுக்கு தொழீல்துறையில் அதிக சம்பந்தம். லஞ்சம் கை மாறுவது சர்வ சாதாரணம். தன் வியாபாரத்தை கவனிக்கவே நேரம் சரியாகி விடுகிறது. அதனால் ஆட்சி புரிவதற்கு சமயம் கிடைப் பதில்லை.
அதோடு ப்ரஸ் மற்றும் கம்யூனிகேஷன் மீடியா (தொடர்பாடல் ஊடகம்) அரசியல் கையில்தான் உள்ளது.
என்றைக்கு செய்தி, பத்திரிக்கை, சினிமா ஆகியவைகள் அதிகாரத்தின் பிரச்சார இயந்திரம் ஆனதோ, அன்றைய தினத்திலிருந்து நாடு ஜனநாயகம் அந்தஸ்தை இழந்து விட்டது.
பாரதம் சுதந்திர நாடு அல்ல. இப்பொழுது அந்நியர்கள் கட்டளையுள்ள அரசாட்சி குடியரசு (டொமினியன் ரிபுப்ளிக்).
இந்தியாவில் சட்டத்தில் இருப்பவர்கள் அந்நியர்களின் பிரதிநிதியாகவும் அந்நியர்களுக்கு பதிலாளாகவும் பனி புரிகிறார்கள்.
அவர்கள் பேச்சை தட்டாமல் அடிமையாகி நாட்டையும் அந்நியர்களிடம் ஒப்படைத்ததில் சிறிதும் சந்தேகமில்லை.
இந்த சங்கடத்தில் சுதந்திர மற்றும் குடியரசு தினம் கொண்டாடுவது கோலாகலம் ஆகினும் அர்த்தமில்லாத நிகழ்ச்சியொரு வேடிக்கை தான்.
உள்நாட்டின் ஒத்துழைப்பில்லாமல் அந்நியர்கள் எந்த தேசத்தையும் கைவசம் பண்ண இயலாது. இது இந்தியாவின் சரித்திரத்தில் உள்ளது.
அதுவும் நியூகிளியர் இந்தியா, அணு சக்தியுள்ள) நாடென்று சட்டத்தின் குழுவினர் பெருமை படும் மத்தியில், ஆட்சியை அந்நியர்கள் கண்காணிப்பது நாட்டின் தரத்தை மட்டமாக தெரிய படுத்துகிறது.
பார்க்க போனால் நாட்டிற்காக தியாகம் செய்தவர்களின் பலன்களை இன்றைய அரசியல் இனம் மோசடி, கொலை, கொள்ளை, அநியாயம், அட்டூழியம், இன்னும் தீர விசாரித்தால் தீவிரவாதிகளுடன் நெருங்கிய உறவு காண்பது ஆச்சரியமில்லை.
மேற்கொண்டு அண்டர் வெர்ல்ட் கிரிமினல் சின்டிகேட்டுடனும் அரசியல் தொடர்பு மிகவும் சாதகமாகியுள்ளது. முக்கியமாக தேர்தலின் செலவுகலை சமாளிப்பதில் சுலபமாகிறது.
இப்படிப்பட்ட நிலவரத்தில் நாடு முன்னேற்றமென்பது பெரிய கேள்விக்குறியாகும் (?).
தமிழ் நாட்டில்லும் சரி இந்தியா முழுதும் வாக்காளர்கள் மீண்டும் இதே கட்சிகளுக்கு வோட்டை கொடுத்து சாசனத்தில் அமர்த்துவதுமில்லாமல் இவர்களை பூஜிக்கிறது அறியாமையும் தீமையை ஆதரிப்பதையும் தெளிவாகிறது.
அரசியலொரு விளையாட்டு போட்டியாகவும் நாடகமாகவும் இருக்கையில், சினிமா நட்சத்திரங்கள் மற்றும் ஸ்போர்ட்ஸ் பிரமுகர்கள் (பெர்சநாலிட்டி) நியமிக்கப்படுவது சகஜமாகியுள்ளது.
தெய்வ. வழிபாடு குறைந்து பிரபல மனிதர்களை பூஜை செய்யும் வினோதமான வழக்கத்தை இந்த கலியுகத்தில் காண முடிகிறது.
தமிழ் நாடும் அதே மாதிரி பாரதம் பூராவும் வருமான வரியை பொய் கணக்கு வழியாக ஆட்சியில் இருப்பவர்கள் சூரையாடுவது சர்வ சாதாரணம். இந்த ஊழல்கள் மூலம் பணம் அபகரித்ததையொற்றி நாட்டிற்கு சேதமாகிறது. இதை வேரோடு நீக்குவதுதான் வழி.
ஆனால் ஆட்சியில் உள்ளவர்களுக்கு வேற உத்தேசம். அவர்கள் தன்னையும் தன்னைப்போல் இருப்பவர்களையும் பாதுகாப்பது பரம தர்மமாகக் கருதி செயல் படுகிறார்கள்.
பொது மக்களுக்கு இந்த விஷயங்களை தெரிவித்தால், குற்றவாளிகளை தண்டிக்காமல் யார் பாதிக்கப்பட்டார்களோ அவர்களையும், இதை அறிவிப்பவர்களையும் குற்றம் சாட்டுவது தான் ஆட்சியின் கடமையாகியுள்ளது.
முடிவினில் தமிழ் நாடும் பாரதமும் தற்போதுள்ள தந்திரமான அரசியல் அமைப்பு – ஆட்சி புரிபவர்களும் அடுத்து அந்நியர்களின் நலனிற்காகவே ஏற்ப்படுத்திய இந்த சீரழிவான ஸ்தாபனத்தை நிராகரித்து அதற்கு மாறாக நீதி, நியாயம், நேர்மை, பண்பாடு, மனிதாபிமானம், சம உரிமை போன்ற கொள்கைகளை கடைப்பிடிக்கும் புது ஆட்சியை மக்களின் சேவைக்காக தயாரிப்பதில்தான் எல்லாவற்றில்லும் சிறந்ததாகும்.
மக்கள் கவனம் தேவை – முக்கியமாக பதவி, பொருள், புகழ் மோகம் கொண்டவர்களின் சுயரூபம் எந்த வேடம் போட்டாலும் அது தானாகவே பிரதிபலிக்கும்.
குடி மக்களின் குடியை கெடுக்கும் ஆட்சி எந்த வகையிலும் குடியரசு ஆவதில்லை.
இந்த சொற்பொழிவுடன் தமிழ் நாடும், பாரதம் மற்ற உலக மக்களக்கு – என் நல் வாழ்த்துக்கள். நன்றி.

Misconception – 1% Aspirations

There will be a discussion on the presumptuous declaration about 1% aspiration for world dominance when the 1% survival and existence is dependent on 99% labor and charity.
The contributors in the counterproductive cause led by overwhelming greed bowing to illusive past and present are the most unfortunate due to their quest for self-destruction.
None other than history is testimony to the fact.
