The political members claiming humble modest background on campaign trail and at debut achieve multi-millionaire economic status in one term if not more.

The corporate run politics rewarding political members with positions, titles and monetary benefits for their exclusive commitment in mutual gains, the corporate tycoons together with their beneficiaries in politics reaping harvest in management appropriately mismanagement of public money is institutionalized culture.

With corruption ruling politics, the political class assumption on above law on own crimes and unlawful indulgence abusing self-granted political impunity aside, the political witch hunt on opponents and anyone regarded threat to status quo is the proud definition of authority.

Plutocracy is antithesis to democracy with 1% dominance over 99% exerting carte blanche jurisdiction.

In the United States, the Affordable Care Act aka Obamacare in Health Care Reform passed and made effective in March 2010 with compulsory health insurance subscription linked to severe penalty upon failure to do so is cash cow for health care and health insurance industry.

The Affordable Care Act today is the most unaffordable even prior to health care reform. The federal benefits to taxpayer is reaching the health insurance and health care industry trove rather than helping the insurer with deductible and out-of-pocket expense set at insane level.

The Affordable Care Act has enabled health care and health insurance industry to exploit insurers with no service at phenomenal contributions to health plan enriching the health care, insurance industry and politics facilitating the bonanza for the industry.

The disciplined healthy are targets to make up for insurance and health care industry harvesting via unreasonable pricing and stipulations in the lucrative Affordable Care Act.

The systemic abuse of power witnessed in politics is a sample of plutocracy effects on democracy.

The global population generated wealth together with natural endowments in multi-trillions transferred to concentrated segment in global society representing 1% is day light robbery.

The financial markets adjusted and maneuvered to meet and suit expectations of those in control at the apex is yet another plutocratic dimension.

The plutocrats grip on financial markets prohibit market dynamics to function in real terms creating superficial market performance either in volatility or hyperbolic gains designed to maintain superfluous flow to those in control of global treasure.

There is no doubt as stated previously in this website and sub-domain, the fair economic empowerment to middle-class and poor is denied in plutocracy governance.

In plutocracy, elevation, sustenance and viable living standards and conditions through stable growth and progress to middle-income and lower economic strata is persona non grata i.e. unwelcome.

As a result, the middle class and the poor pay enormous price burdened with generational debts serving plutocracy enrichment with the latter driven by gluttonous greed encompassing the principle;

The river stream changing course producing floods and tsunami wreaking havoc is reflected in current plutocracy. Anything premised in false and fraudulent foundation is the recipe for precipitous fall sooner than later.

The New Delhi executive branch arsenic strategy upon feet held on fire are bully, bribe and bankruptcy.

Bully – the nations in South Asia – Indian sub -continent viz. Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan and Pakistan. Maldives on Indian Ocean. These nations are in fact caught between China and India in economic trade war.

India investment in power and infrastructure projects in these countries are proved to exclusively benefit  New Delhi’s  close partner Adani groups as opposed to Indian economy in entirety or for that matter the population in any of these host nations in the territory. As a result, the latter is hamstrung to oblige New Delhi’s lopsided demand.

Unlike New Delhi policy with South Asian nations briefed above, the approach with the west is appeasement and appreciation.

Bribe – the west expending multi-billion dollars in purchase of hundreds of aircrafts by funding Indian oligarchy in aviation industry using Indian tax payers money and expatriate foreign remittance.

The funds generally derived from Indian middle class tax payers since the wealthy oligarchy and upper echelons in Indian society through direct and indirect links as well as representation in politics freely avail tax evasion privilege hoarding money offshore.

The foreign currency reserve is predominantly received from Indian expatriate foreign remittance to support their family back home in India.

The government divestments from public sector to private sector in the past nine years having exponentially increased creating unemployment, income inequality amid hyperinflation exacerbated with unaccounted black money in circulation in the economy, the Indian work force is exported rather than export of Indian manufactured goods and services abroad.

The administration in New Delhi lobbying the west viz. the United States, Britain, Australia…to expedite visa processing for Indian skilled work force to serve the above enunciated requirement is the ongoing trend.

Again in the absence of domestic job growth to employ workforce at home in various skills and occupation, the government generated brain drain with professionals, assorted tradesmen and service providers exodus overseas is essentially evacuation of natives i.e. Indians from the country.

Not to mention the eviction of native Indians with majority Hindus leaving the country, the government’s Hindu Rashtra agenda is null and void.

Meanwhile, the nation for sale with tangible movable assets, prime land and endowments are handed over to government partnered oligarchy barring transparency and accountability.

The state corporate press and media dissemination on government targeted individuals regarded threat to fascism prevalent at the moment engage 24/7  in indoctrination and false narrative.

In the trade angle, the flip side of boosting foreign economy via extravagant spending on aircrafts and other lofty items besides damage mitigation of the much focused self-image of the head of the nation are the following.

A. The depletion of foreign reserves considering the irrevocable firm order on the economic deal viz. the recent commercial aircrafts.

B. GDP decline with little or no manufacturing at home despite widely propagated Make-in-India slogan during political rallies not translated into experience.

C. The current momentum on imports having substantially increased with significantly minimal exports, the foreign investment in Indian economy is made non-essential. The situation also facilitate government favored oligarchy monopoly in Indian economy with ingredients and components mostly imported from China in the consistent trade deficit so far.

Indian central government head attempt to lure western approval on self-image is premised on major expenditure buying goods from western companies similar to wild shopping spree.

The other tactic is showcasing India as a huge consumer base without enabling consumer affordability and buying power contrarily reduced to struggling to make ends meet at the middle class level.  The lower income and poorer segment can hardly survive in the tough economic environment let alone participate in the consumer market.

Accordingly, the foreign investors’ diversion allow them to produce and manufacture on their soil promoting job market in respective foreign destinations.

The unemployment and underemployment of educated qualified youth representing majority population in India impetus immigration to foreign nations. The migration pose a challenge not only to new immigrants but also local work force unable to accept foreign workers competing for the limited opportunity.

The real winners in the economic deal are those at the helm in corporate empire and politics while common workforce at both ends are left with compromise as the only option.

That leads to bankruptcy of people in Indian economy.

Bankruptcy – The average Indian citizens’ pay dear price in this economic shamble. They are deprived of economic stability and progress. Simultaneously, their hard earned savings wiped out in national banks and  private financial institutions due to rampant financial fraud from government’s intimate associates turned fugitives like Vijay Mallya, Mehul Chinubhai Choksi, Lalit Modi, Nirav Modi and the likes….all of them absconded and fled the nation with government aided security and mutual agreement.

There was a time in Indian history when the Sultan of Delhi, Muhammad bin Tughluq was called a mad king for legitimate reasons. The ruler frequently shifted state capital along with people. The token currency he introduced unbeknown to population and the projects as well as experiments declared own ideas were unsuccessful.  Yet the ruler presumptuously considered self a genius. 

In India in 2023 for ordinary people is an uphill battle combating corruption, inflation and economic stagnation. Additionally the ones with potential and ambitions are facing nomadic life in search of locations with job prospects across the globe. The country is displaced with oligopoly of which duopoly enjoy unlimited gains as entitlement. 

With democracy dissipation, the fundamentalist ideology evolved into authoritarian is the reality.

Any government and political leadership at the helm in particular responding to foreign comment on the undemocratic status of the head of the state in the so-called democratic system would not allow and legislate the following undemocratic process.

The electoral bonds flooding the political campaigns with incumbent at the national level benefitting the most from known and unknown as well as anonymous sources from within the country and offshore including the nation’s adversary like China financing the candidacy while occupying national territory in Northeast and Himalayan range deploy the nation and citizens at foreign aggressor’s mercy.

Notwithstanding treason transpiring in such transactions.

The horse trading applicable to open bidding with cash and kind incentives buying out elected members – the MLA’s and MP’s in state and national level dismiss election purpose. The democratic system is subverted to benefit major political party in the nation.

The trend though previously existent under earlier administrations and national political party i.e. Congress and state political groups in swaying votes on key legislations is further established in political party representation shifting minority to majority and vice versa in contemporary governance at the center.

The political maneuvering albeit with unaccounted black money in plain corruption deals other than controversial electoral bonds facilitate toppling majority governments and political parties in states and union territories nationwide.

Importantly, the present Central government chronic political strategy targeting political factions at the state and national domain debilitate democracy and void electoral outcome regardless.

On national security, the external affairs ministry attributing sole credit to head of the executive branch on deployment of national defense force along the Himalayan range and LAC with China stationed since March 2020 until now fails to acknowledge the unresolved crisis with China costing Indian economy enormous resources and expenditure to sustain troop deployment in the extraordinary Himalayan terrain.

All the more reason for the head of the executive branch in national public administration to meet the nation’s press barring selective admission of government choice questions and address all matter related to national interests.

The protocol followed in most parts of the world as vital democratic duty from the head of the state clearing doubts and alleviating citizens’ concerns is somehow not respected and never adhered to by current Indian leadership since assuming office in 2014 and till date. 

The RSS trajectory on treason pre-independence and post-independence is irrefutable.

The RSS prominent member Vinayak Damodar Savarkar’s plea bargain with colonial ruler – then British Raj for personal release in exchange for RSS trained armed contingency aiding India’s foreign colonial ruler against Indian population en masse exacerbated freedom struggle.

Thereafter post-independence RSS member Nathuram Godse assassinated Mahatma Gandhi. The assassin Godse is hailed a hero by sitting BJP Parliament member and government in New Delhi.

Fast forward to recent events. The executive branch in New Delhi misusing armed forces for political and personal gains is evidenced in Pulwama attack in Kashmir i.e. Jammu-Srinagar national highway on February 14, 2019 with national election scheduled in May 2019.

A convoy of vehicles carrying Indian security personnel on the Jammu–Srinagar National Highway was targeted resulting in 40 Central Reserve Police Force personnel deaths leaving their young dependents and survivors bereft of parent and earning member.

The Pulwama attack was a colossal failure from central government to avert the incident. The inaction from government with intelligence information available beforehand confirm the lack of initiative and interest to protect armed forces lives prioritizing election prospects over defense force by central government.

Subsequently the incumbent Prime Minister candidate in 2019 abusing Pulwama attack in election rally with campaign speech delivered in the backdrop of bill boards featuring armed forces – the politics using national defense force prohibited by election commission for all political parties across the board was slighted and violated by BJP and incumbent PM candidate in 2019.

The series of violations from the head of the nation in 2019 election and political career misusing religion, defense force, communal divide…among myriad anti-democratic display is a severe setback for democracy.

Above all, the chief of executive branch in New Delhi direct engagement in systemic destruction of institutional autonomy and independent status to function with respect to judiciary, monetary authority such as the Reserve Bank of India, the election commission and not even sparing the Indian national defense force is the last straw. 

The national defense force with creation of chief of staff for the combined army, naval and air force command directly reporting to Prime Minister sidelining the traditional constitutional Presidential obligations to preside over the defense force as the commander-in-chief has more to it than meets the eye in terms of job description.

The newly set up joint chief of defense staff post under Prime Minister would be responsible for defense procurement and stockpiles for all three forces which is a phenomenal cash cow for corporate run politics with selective oligarchy such as Adani, Ambani groups enjoying unlimited unfettered access to economic windfall across economic sector. The defense contracts and projects are icing on the cake exclusively benefitting specific oligarchs and their representative as the head of the executive branch.

In successive blow to Indian national defense force organizational structure and sanctity known for the once admired institutional discipline in keeping communal sentiments and corruption at bay,

The incumbent BJP government introduction of the contentious Agnipath defense recruitment policy last year in 2022 transforming conventional long term defense recruitment to four-year-limit contractual hiring to serve government favored corporate agenda revealed true colors of the present leadership, the political party and government.

The revelations on government decisions related to defense force and objectionable abuse of executive power across the spectrum speak volume on the state of affairs.

The head of the government modus operandi exemplified in disrespect for uniformed forces, not preventing their murder in Pulwama attack along with abandoning their survivors were not all.

The government and leadership default in this incident alluded to State sponsored terrorism against defense personnel. The presumption aroused queries regarding Pulwama attack that were evaded and substituted with government’s unsubstantiated narrative.

The prejudice against potential defense force volunteers lately demonstrated in much protested Agnipath defense policy reducing defense force to mere contractual outsource recruitment.

The agonizing trail from the chief executive in New Delhi represent egregious and irreconcilable deeds committed against the nation, the defense force and citizens at large.

To sum it up the latest stunt not surprisingly from the head of the nation is involving retired servicemen in government propaganda on regional politics to settle political scores with people in southern state of Tamil Nadu. 

In a real functioning democracy, the state would not control and operate press and diverse media in overt and covert means by proxy.

There would be no duplicity in criticism of government policies, plans and performance.

Unlike the political leadership monetized criticism to showcase fake democracy, the genuine constructive criticism of government and political actions are struck down in social media like youtube and other format.

Furthermore, extreme measures such as authorizing the murder of female writer, journalist in cold blood in daylight at her residence in Bengaluru and the head of the nation cheering that heinous crime on twitter by swearing the deceased in public pale a defiant authoritarian regime in comparison to pseudo democracy.

The actions against critics such as authors, former members in the national or state government cadre as IPS officer viz. Sanjiv Bhatt for daring to speak the truth on Gujarat pogrom in 2002, human rights activists like Mrs. Sudha Bharadwaj pledging life in representing indigenous tribes Adivasis and farmers land rights against feudal corporate oppression, Mrs. Teesta Setalvad for providing social and humanitarian service to Gujarat Godhra victims of violence and environmentalists for saving scarce territories and habitats from oligarchy proprietorship…all and many of these activities involve imprisonment without due process on false charges.

Though the latter two female members Mrs. Sudha Bharadwaj and Mrs. Teesta Setalvad are released on bail after long hard legal battle, the former IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt is sentenced for life on political vendetta by government shaming democracy and judiciary ethics in non-compliance of national constitutional law granting equal rights to the accused barring government intervention and influence that is rampant and norm in the present time more than ever.

In other undemocratic unruly interference by incumbent national government –  unlawfully eliminating former defense force personnel Tej Bahadur Yadav from campaign trail for gaining popularity over incumbent Prime Minister candidate in Varanasi in 2019 general election are not merely few and far between governmental intrusions exceeding predecessors in silencing democracy through undeclared emergency. 

The head of the state open instigation in public speech during political rallies to target nation’s minority citizens i.e. muslims based on their clothes and outfits leading to violence in university campus and main street exploiting religion both Sanatan Dharm, Islam, Christianity…are common political practice again superseding former governments and political factions in power.

Against Hindus, the politics maintaining the abhorrent caste system entirely for vote banks besides marginalization and polarization of society is lauded by state media as the real power and model democracy.

Last but not the least, the system touted as world’s largest democracy parading the head of the national administration constitutionally confined to five-year-term limit position as the symbol and icon is contradictory to democracy and idea of republic presiding over sovereignty and constitution via electoral ballots.

The excessive self-adulation and flamboyance being the signature traits of the head of the public national administration buttressed with cronyism ad nauseam from key cabinet members, groveling media as state propagandists…leave candid totalitarian regimes far behind in amassment of power, glory and carte blanche authority.

There is a thin line between democracy deformed into hypocrisy and despotism aided by plutocracy declared paradigm of democracy.

The status quo defining the system and designation misconstrued to suit personal and political dogma incontrovertibly is anything but democratic.

Politics marred with apprehensions from within and outside evolving into great deal of insecurity regarding threats to the seat of power and position is no secret. 

From Julius Caesar days and even earlier in any religion inception and until now politics is eclipsed in betrayal, treason, malfeasance and abuse of power…among myriad common political abnormality.

What is the worst fear in contemporary politics?

Truth, facts and real democracy.

The prevalent fake political era premised on falsehood, fabrication and fraudulence is a convenient setting to camouflage fiduciary feudalist system i.e. proxy representing oligarchy, monarchy, domestic and foreign agenda, religious ideology and lofty personal aspirations beyond reality.

The politics founded and rooted in the process of elimination for rise to power and dominance resigned to impropriety and unaccountability proliferate in crimes and criminal legacy.

As for corruption, politics is the host and the ghost with the most corrupt dealings in quid pro quo and illegal practice held above law while the latter applicable to law abiding citizenry in society to the fullest extent and opponent subject to political witch hunt at taxpayers’ expense.

The corruption in lucrative government contracts with economic sector and foreign governments along with politics as appointees of campaign financiers and lobbyists enable and facilitate wealth amassment for political members and the apparatus during the term in office.

Not surprisingly, politics is cash cow for political members from rank and file to rookie and others presenting themselves on campaign trails as people from humble modest economic background with student loans and credit card debts to the hilt transformed into millionaire, multi-millionaire and billionaire status almost overnight.

Not to mention them securing own retirement and long term future for them and their next generations including reservations in elite educational institutions for their children based on political class family rather than merit is part and parcel of political career. 

These facilities are extended over a long period of time with lifetime perks and privileges as the norm with little or no concern over the financial burden on the ordinary serving the presumptuous extraordinary extravagance.

Juxtaposed the same members have no problems in passing laws stripping retirement savings and medical aid to defense force foot soldiers and front line men and women witnessed recently in the so-called world’s largest democracy or for that matter the western so-called democracy having health, finance and energy industry…to name a few in the economic sector – the primary political campaign donors exploit average consumers with company policy designed to benefit oligarchs’ mega profitability extracting maximum from mainstream work force and consumers at the bottom.

Politics essentially in service to safeguard elitism enhancing and empowering personal and vested interests at the vast majority misery and generational suffering.

The political power trepidation is mainly related to losing authority and control.

Accordingly, adopting various tactics mostly unlawful methods from bribes to intimidation or incentives are deployed to lure opposition, judiciary and the rest to kowtow politics.

The political preparedness to remain in power as life long authority otherwise authoritarian rule begins with wiping opposition having organized media chorus not excluding the disguised so-called investigative journalism – the worst kind hired by authority for mass deception on press freedom.

The authority represented so-called non-mainstream media pleading public monetary support is actually engaged by politics to discredit authentic investigative and independent publications revealing information, incidents and events seeking explanations and openness from politics and incognito power declared a forbidden act.

Politics having little or no opposition in the political front with press and assortment media combined silenced by buying them outright, similar strategy on judiciary and prominent political affiliates in government and private sector guaranteed mutual conciliatory offers – the stage is set for politics to execute devious agenda.

Any exposure in this context is conveniently referred to as conspiracy theory despite knowing well there is no smoke without fire.

The general public left on their own to fight against politics’ complicity on all issues hurting citizens economically, financially and socially are usually handled with brute force and laws in reserve to curb genuine peaceful dissent.

Again politics rejecting the factor on law enforcement and courts paid for and provided by tax payers as consumers and labor community in return turned against them.

Who is left to challenge corrupt power?

The military in many countries toppling governments and assuming power as military junta is not uncommon. These activities are also promoted by foreign powers to destabilize nations that are contrarily used by despotic governance to justify undemocratic rule as well. 

Nonetheless, the military indirect involvement via surrogate government is yet another form in the diverse pattern of governance.

In pseudo democracy, the political authority desirous of tenure position conforming to dictatorial regime address the potential military resistance to authoritarianism with tacit duplicity.

The manner in which politics address any possible scenario from military against the totalitarian political style especially in a waning democracy is by restructuring military institution.

For example, the tradition in a Parliamentarian democracy with Prime Minister on limited terms as the head of the executive branch in charge of government administration is accountable to people, the electorate represented Parliament and constitutional rule of law governing democracy.

On the other hand, the President in the same government dispensation though misconceived as mere ceremonial figure expected to preside over Parliamentary proceedings at the national level and state union affairs in the provincial political issues besides serving as the military commander-in-chief in the original concept.

However, this format and Presidential functionality superseded is noteworthy. 

How this is subverted by the government executive branch in the present so-called democratic environment merit attention?

The Presidential election is an electoral college exercise. The political parties and members at the national and regional forum are easily swayed with rewards in cash and kind to vote for the ruling party Presidential nominee. The ruling power sponsored candidate prevailing over the name-sake contender from the opposition parties for Presidential post in Parliamentary set up is the regular outcome.

The President rather than being the stabilizing power and the authority to maintain checks and balances is typically appointed to the office as the ruling political party envoy carrying out the executive branch orders.

Lately, in Indian system the Presidential function as the military commander-in-chief is disposed with the creation of the chief of defense staff (CDS) post manning entire defense force with army, naval and air force brought under the CDS ambit reporting to the Prime Minister and not the President.

The Prime Minister is now the head of the military through the installation of Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) in the overt transfer of power.

What does this mean in a democracy?

The notion of separation of power for legitimate reasons to avert concentration of power in government body is systematically rendered obsolete.

The political authority absorbing power in every aspect with democracy displaced in the systemic omission of constitutional rights paralyzing democratic values is a serious devolution of fragile pluralist society led into majoritarian fundamentalist mobocracy. 

When oligarchy and various sources (?) funded politics is hopelessly relying on massive propaganda and indoctrination for survival, that kind of politics is indicative of precipitous decline and dissipation. The anti-populists systematic dismantling of pro-ordinary class systems confirm inherent despise for republic rule.

Having declared people represented governments as Mob Rule and accordingly unseated popular governments in Latin America viz. Venezuela and alike in the region with similar trend in Africa, South East Asia and worldwide,

Election is a catharsis and pre-approved candidacies prevail in the poll.

On the issue of corruption, political scandals and egregious decisions resulting in deaths and devastations, the zero tolerance to exposures and dissent are prominent.

  When either major political party presumptive Presidential nominee or incumbent running for re-election select the second-in-line rejected by the respective electorate base in the primary resulting in failure of the latter Presidential bid due to electorate non-approval, that combination is doomed from the get go regardless of the front liner position as witnessed and experienced in the Democrat incumbency and VP choice.

  The candidacy declined by own base with voters clear message not desirable and importantly declared ineligible evidenced in their failed Presidential contest, yet forcing down the choice on them and the rest of the country is indicative of selection pushed through foreign and domestic vested interests categorically undermining the republic and national interests.

  Furthermore, the identity and crony politics are best abandoned and instead replaced with legitimate meritocracy to serve the people and the nation at large with efficiency and ethical efficacy that are conspicuously missing and would exemplify the Presidential nominee respecting the republic will rather than political hatch influenced by incognito domestic and foreign intervention trending thus far.

  Similar stunt displayed in Britain with choice of the people dismissed and ignored to appoint feudalists globalist servile appointee.

  That being the fact of life, what’s all the fuss over melanin and skin pigmentation and other factors?

  The Soul’s unknown journey though markedly premised on individual deeds aka Karma in any life duration, the hangover on skin color and stereotype are sentiments inhibiting positive thought process and relevant progress in mind evolution.

  As for the mainstream network with insignia as the sly scavenger FOX represented by hosts and anchors salivating on the bait along with counterparts on curbside communication outlets trading journalistic ethics for demolition of democracy peddling Satans’ satanic nuanced scripts are components of the large fraud machine with engine running on recycled fabrication and distortion in epic proportion.

  The combined collaborative efforts expedite their cataclysmic destiny already in progress with precipitous decline together with the entire apparatus behind the gamut on the brink of collapse.

  Accordingly the futile nonsensical defamation via VP clown and other pawns sponsored by media cohorts’ directed at the target to convince imaginary audience in empty theater is the ultimate parody glaring at those in fools paradise.

  Sins and crimes committed with willful malevolence is demonic despotism.

  Importantly, misinformation, disinformation, falsehood, fakery, vicious propaganda, fraudulence and indignation to name a few…via collusion, complicity, complacency and participation in any capacity with the wicked and evil face enormous Karmic ramifications denying the Soul redemption and peace. 

  The culmination of all of the above is self-destructive comparable to an object engulfed in sea of fire reduced to ash in the realm of nothingness poignantly reflect the degenerative act dissolution.

  The crucifixion of Jesus Christ presumptuously regarded victory proved to be in vain. Those who authorized and participated were pummeled and paid the price nevertheless much later.

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The accused in this matter remain relevant for further legal investigation and proceedings now and in the future.

  The definition of freedom is liberty to choose in life. Having a choice to accept or reject anything unfavorable is the real alternative.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  How to change status quo?

  1. Stop listening to and following devils and renounce being the devils’ advocate.

  2. Respect others rights as you expect to be done to you. Never claim anything in material or identity that is not yours and will ever be regardless of subversion and manipulation.

  3. Shed your ego, arrogance and prejudice of all kinds in an effort towards self- cleansing and soul-searching leading to clarity on the importance of life not just yours but also others near and far.

  4. Be yourself. Don’t engage in falsehood and fraudulent act.

  5. Have courage and integrity to admit failures and accept responsibility.

  Greed enslaves human mind directed at self-destructive course. Those consumed by greed experience misery in living and upon death. The actions prompted by greed invariably lead to tragic end. Greed is worse than any deadly disease inevitably terminating the source and all those influenced by the negative trait. Similarly infringement on others rights, illegal claims and usurping in any manner is carcinogenic and definitively cause unmitigated disaster for all those involved in the preventable malfeasance.

  Result – End up losing everything including anything held before.

  Remedy – Refraining from anything that never belonged to them and will never be theirs despite asserting sly woeful dominance.

  Treat others the way you want to be treated by them. 

  Respect others’ life, rights and space.

  Respect is a two way street. Not one way with a dead end. 

  Defeat your enemy within, you win love all around.

  When others define you, that is impression. When you define yourself through your inner abilities and deeds that is self-realization – Nirvana.

  Choice is fundamental to distinguish one from another.

  Merit translated into delivery quintessential in evaluating performance.

  Substance important and relevant than symbolic synthetic symbiosis sponging off others.

  Submission to compulsion is contradiction to selection and option.

  Choice is the ultimate choice in living a life without having to pay a price in self-sacrifice.

  No matter how many fakes and impostors you produce to stymie my authenticity and identity as a woman of ethnic background, mother, great leader, honest and honorable humanitarian besides other noble attributes which I mention with humility that has positively served many from different walks of life.

  Unfortunately, with the exception of those having exploited the same for their exclusive benefits driven by their negative traits and trend not without consequences in reaping what one sows in life.

  Anything and everything you do via falsehood, propaganda and manufacturing phonies, proxies, puppets and pawns tied to unscrupulous, nefarious and criminal activities continue to backfire at you and them with many having met their Karma for their involvement.

  The Sun rise in the East and your persistent efforts to sabotage natural cosmic event proved counterproductive many times over. Not to mention your folly and ignorance leading you to self-defeating cause.

  Get a life. Live your life to make it meaningful and purposeful for you and you alone are responsible for your deeds and sins that you must settle sooner than later for any redemption and salvation which at this point in time is dismal and even impossible. 

  Thousand lies and million clones never replace indomitable TRUTH merged with the ABSOLUTE.
