Update : 04/24/2023 – Politics presently evolved into unbridled lawlessness over a period of time with self-granted political impunity.
Ordinary citizens paid taxes and tax payer funded agencies like income tax, intelligence agency and judiciary are increasingly misused by regimes and overt or covert authorities in power for political reasons such as political witch hunt and selective targeted partisan judicial trials and proceedings.
Taxpayers have the right to decline tax payments inappropriately squandered by politics for subversion of democracy, constitutional law and violation of individual rights via arbitrary income tax raids, harassment through intelligence agency and illegal perverse actions like surveillance and judicial politicization.
All of this maintained in the absence of political transparency and accountability which is otherwise imposed on ordinary citizens in society as the rule of law.

Update 04/21/2023 : The politics’ rule of law for society in the contemporary setting is only meant for ordinary citizens, majority of whom are law-abiding in most parts of the world and the other being those whom politics selectively target for political reasons.
Otherwise politics is renowned for flouting own laws and rules exempting lawmakers as lawbreakers with political immunity.
In a real democracy, the rule of law would be applicable to all without exception. The system would have none above law barring concessions on position, status and relationship with office bearer.
Furthermore, the rule of law would commence with politics considering the lack of transparency and accountability amidst massive corruption and collusion with political bias maintained as standard practice.
In politics like the so-called world’s largest democracy, overwhelming majority have criminal records and political factions have close ties with local and underworld criminals and Don who then join them as member of the state legislative assembly and Parliament.
Such was the reality with the latest state sponsored killing of the Muslim brothers Atiq and Ashraf Ahmed in public on camera. The two were accused as the don of the local mob whose relations with Indian regional and national politics was no hidden secret and found to be mutually beneficial.
Then there are members in Indian cabinet in New Delhi like BJP’s Smriti Irani committing perjury about educational qualifications in legal Affidavit of the filing on political candidacy. Yet granted several cabinet posts with no ramifications whatsoever.
Juxtaposed, the former National defense force border security personnel Tej Bahadur Yadav was falsely disqualified on the grounds of candidacy application not in order unlike Smriti Irani’s flagrant known falsification of personal credentials.
One rule for cronies and surrogates in political class and rigorous imposition on ordinary citizen in this instance ex-servicemen from national defense.
It is about time, criminal representation i.e. those with criminal records are denied candidacy in politics in line with democracy and equal justice. The economic sector adopts the policy in this regard by refusing job offers to those with criminal background.
Why should the public as voters and taxpayers be punished with criminal representation?
The members in politics should also be subject to same scrutiny on scandals and endeavors found unlawful with abuse of power and public office misused for personal and political advantage burdening taxpayers and average citizens enormous debt and economic liability. This is a common experience amongst citizens in most regions of the world.
Politics with ruling, coalition and opposition along with others in the economy in similar status are obligatory to surrender their illegal wealth held in offshore accounts and investments in tax havens prior to making lofty promises on curbing corruption or forming legitimate government during campaign rally.
Importantly, it is also incumbent on politics across party lines and political factions to submit to independent investigation on disproportionate assets which would perhaps eliminate none in the republic battle on corruption.
To summarize, the politics under constitutional oath and statutory law require all of them from top to rank and file to be the example in upholding and observing the rules and regulations, the laws they legislate and enact on general society.
With lawmakers slighting and dismissing laws they pass, the status quo make the political body redundant and legislations meaningless for crimes begin with politics and become pervasive.

Why was there no condemnation directly from the Indian government in New Delhi regarding the Indian and foreign media extrapolation of the incident especially with Dalai Lama being the permanent resident of India in exile and the other relevant member – the Indian boy in yellow T-Shirt with camera focus on letter P during the episode?
Why is Hollywood wannabe playing the scripted role with commentary such as inappropriate touching in the video?
Those who are behind this vile despicable propaganda ought to explain who was playing whom in politics organized theatrics with media and Hollywood charlatan Gaga participation in yet another contrived engagement intended to spark controversy.
The Buddhist leader Dala Lama had presided over this event in February 2023 and the video goes viral in April 2023 nearly three moths later. Around the time when New Delhi regime feet is on fire on many contentious issues such as Adani fiasco and Pulwama gate.

All of that and more enforced ruthlessly by evil forces with entire contingency comprising vicious malicious exploiters taking credit for my contributions thus far and dumping their corrupt criminal ignominious profile on me?
Where is the apology and regret for willful violations and gross offenses cowardly and deceitfully unleashed on me and my family through nuances and insinuations by politics, media, entertainment and whatever possible means till now?
I reiterate those who have had a free ride and taken undue advantage of me and my family remain indebted to us with time and karma appropriately settling debts in accordance with natural and cosmic law.
None escape karmic debts in living and upon death.
The Buddhist leader Dalai Lama apologizes to everyone whereas others culpable in the defamation owe nothing to none not even the Buddhists around the world whose sentiments and feelings deeply hurt in the shame game. Their belief is pawned in the whole calculated false portrayal which is shameful and reprehensible.

Where is the apology on all these accounts leading nation, society and the world to their choice of destination – a bottomless dark tunnel?
The politics today is defiantly corrupt with mob rule under the guise of democracy misleading and harming social, moral and ethical consciousness.
Politics is nothing more than showmanship and leadership and associates paraded as celebrity rather than recognizing their duty in public service paid for by taxpayers in the economy.
The politics designed to destroy conduciveness and harmony more geared towards hunger for eternal power at the expense of constitutional governed democracy.
Politics is the existential threat endangering life with lawlessness among lawmakers normalized misusing law, power and public wealth for self -enrichment and empowerment.
Notwithstanding nepotism, dynasty and identity politics and alike displacing meritocracy with plutocracy, kleptocracy, mobocracy and inheritance of power lasting several generations.

What is more convenient and suitable in exerting global diktat and reining mass control?

The global syndicate having to do deal with 8 billion or more human population in varying dynamics and complexities to no end.

Is it surprising or anyway odd to find politics increasingly the field of affluent with members as millionaire and billionaire amassed wealth whilst in public service supposedly on meager income?
If not the self-proclaimed penniless or pauper with maxed out credit card and delinquent student loans from 30 years ago presenting the humble background on campaign trail and upon entry in public office walk-out as super wealthy with politics having Midas touch – anyone in politics guaranteed super rich status at the taxpayers and ordinary citizens’ economic decline.
The younger generation unfortunately pay dear price in brutal egotistical politics.

Israeli population en masse protests against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s controversial unconstitutional undemocratic intervention citing transfer of power from judiciary to legislative and executive branch in Israeli political system was perhaps unexpected in terms of citizens’ solidarity to defend democracy.

The Ex-President Barack Obama during public interview with Charlie Rose stated ;

Politics is known for – What is said in public not necessarily practiced nor delivered in action.
The following incident remain a memorable horrendous crime in United States politics related to the highest office holder – the former President Barack Obama and spouse Michele Obama.
The crime authorized and committed by the Obamas during the terms in the highest office abusing power against taxpayer and voter besides an unarmed civilian mother Miriam Carey is quite chilling.
In October 2013 – An unarmed young African American mother Miriam Carey with two-year-old toddler in her back seat was violently chased by then President Barack Obama’s secret service personnel at a farther distance from the White House compound and periphery. The secret service mercilessly rained bullets on the unarmed civilian in the car chase.
All in the backdrop of the former President Barack Obama public interview claiming White House as the people’s house which is factual. It is funded by taxpayers and accordingly the people’s house.
Nonetheless, somehow the people’s house became the private citadel in Miriam Carey’s case who was not even anywhere near or critically inside the White House compound.
Miriam Carey’s tremendous courage and grit to protect her toddler daughter’s life is remarkable. The car chase amidst firing from secret service firing squad per authorization from the Oval Office and then White House occupants – Michele and Barack Obama despite knowing well about the toddler’s presence in the car exceed apathy.
In contrast, Miriam Carey’s child was tossed into the arms of a complete stranger, a white male and ex-CIA operative unrelated to the child and Miriam Carey.
The decision by Miriam child’s blood relatives – the Obamas turning the child to an unknown member and declining Miriam Carey’s family request to let then two year old toddler attend her mother’s funeral service overshadow any image promotion with picture from certain crony media on the former President sharing the umbrella with passerby on the White House lawn as compassionate and caring is media narrative.
The Miriam Carey and her daughter’s incident clearly highlights a young woman i.e. Miriam Carey willing to lay her life to defend her child’s life while facing the barrage of bullets accounting to at least 25 or more round of bullets piercing her body.
The misogynists need to realize – the contradiction between the female as a mother Miriam Carey sacrificing her life to safeguard her child’s safety and security. On the other hand, the child’s blood relative and immediate family – the Obamas disowning the child in a manner as the deadbeat dad in society.
The real life situation of Miriam Carey Obama is eye opening for any misogynist to realize that women in most and majority times do whatever and everything possible for their children especially in a relationship with the male abandoning responsibility.
In fact, the former President Barack Obama’s widely publicized biography details about childhood with mother and grandmother having raised the junior Obama since birth until adulthood with father Obama Senior missing in the entire life of Barack Obama Jr.
The personal life and action of the former President Barack Obama is sequential to his daughter from Miriam Carey Obama.
The irony is the former President Barack Obama’s candid talk with his African American community in public event emphasizing “the deadbeats dad being responsible for inner city crimes involving African American youth in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles… calling their actions reprehensible.”
There is no doubt the reckless and callous role among some male members in communities and segments destroying family concept with dysfunctional tag haunting the children from such relations for the rest of their lives and sometimes affecting society.
There is no argument there either in what was mentioned about father sharing and owing responsibility for children in a relationship.
However, the same not applied to and ignored by the adviser in own personal situation raise credibility factor on the honesty and trustworthiness of such presentation.
Not to mention evading accountability in blatant crime of the cold-blooded murder of Miriam Carey with her toddler witness to the heinous crime and barely escaping the onslaughtin public square.

The Democratic Party had repeat episodes in 2012, 2014 and 2016 with then democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton losing to the Republican contender Donald Trump and thereafter the Presidency of Donald Trump subject to contentious legal and political bias with no end in sight.

Internationally, among many unsuccessful endeavors involving the Presidency of Barack Obama, the prominent one is BREXIT. The former President Barack Obama could not prevail in persuading Britains to oppose BREXIT in the national referendum despite the former’s personal trip to London to campaign on the matter.

The quest for power overrides national interests triggering nationwide protests to save democracy.
What is about to ensue in the aftermath of judicial reform rested on its track?
Is the Prime Minister’s withdrawal an abandonment of the controversial executive action?

Is the retreat a temporary pause to calm the rising tidal wave across the spectrum in Israel only to surreptitiously surface sooner than later?

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu priority prior to suspension of the bill to overhaul judicial power misconceived false safety zone to circumvent legal proceedings on corruption charges while remaining the cause for cavalier approach arousing national opposition against the embattled decision.

Political reality today is politics has transformed into theatrics with incognito pulling strings from behind as puppeteers and political actors chosen to perform the puppet act. Not to mention commercialization of politics with price tag not for the worthy and meritorious rather the notorious prostrating in obsequious to puppet masters reining control.
The media and various communication outlets along with entertainment industry represent the ensemble in the political orchestra.
The modus operandi is follow the script meant for all in the concert.
Not surprisingly, the yesteryear democracies upended to satisfy ravenous appetite for prolonged power despite terrible track record during term in office.
Accordingly the strategy deploying anything goes to remain in power and absolve from corruption and criminality by those in the highest office is the norm.
The democracies in the United States, India and Israel…regularly touted the world’s modern, largest and the only one in the region etc. in the serial order are contemporarily displaced for personal political interests.
Those pitched and paraded as the messiahs in these democracies are proven emperor without clothes with those behind the imaginary facade backing falsehood unwilling and incompetent to recognize actual situation.
Nonetheless, the trajectory is not without inviolable outcome.
The people’s rights seized in a republic by the head of the states with amassment of power to self / selves lasting several terms i.e. decades have invariably resulted in tumult and turmoil.

The major United States and international banks on the target during Barack Obama Presidency then and now.
BNP Paribas – The French International Bank headquartered in Paris with presence in 65 countries settled on June 30, 2014 nearly $9 billion with then U.S. Department of Justice headed by former Attorney General Eric Holder on charges as criminal plea for facilitating bank transactions for nations under U.S. economic sanctions. The nations quoted are Sudan, Iran, Cuba.
NB: The Barack Obama Presidency a year later in July 2015, released US $100 billion to Iran citing contingent to nuclear deal much to neighbor and arch nemesis Israel’s fury and frustration.
Wells Fargo – United States’ one of the largest banks headquartered in San Francisco, California was another target in 2013, 2016 under Barack Obama Presidency extended into 2021 until now.

In 2023 – Upon Barack Obama return to power, the Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) in Silicon Valley, California again one of the largest banks serving the Silicon Valley tech industry collapse in the manufactured crisis.
The SVB event propagated as a major fiasco and wildly spread in recent dissemination reverberating in the Presidency surrogate podcast and Indian social domain by design with New Delhi counterpart as alter ego coordination.

It is clear to me the political bullying and harassment associating my personal and professional career background with institutions notwithstanding extortions under the pretext revived reminiscent of unethical indulgence in 2009 – 2016.
The practice conveniently evading transparency on funds receipt by government in power and deposit or the lack thereof to relevant department between 2009 – 2016 and 2021 – 2023 till now.
What is next for Barack Obama expired Presidency 2009 -2016?
In my professional career – I also worked for international banks – Bank of Singapore and National Australia Bank in late 198o’s in Australia.
Are they going to be pursued now by defacto Barack Obama Presidency having resumed action against Wells Fargo Bank in 2022 in continuation of the past action against the institution in 2016. The latest being Silicon Valley Bank in 2023.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee projected as rival and so-called opposition to national political party BJP and incumbent in New Delhi, the former role in the state’s bypoll in 2021 is noteworthy for two reasons.
1. For voter awareness and awakening in the Chief Minister’s own state – West Bengal.
2. Another scene play with script and performance at national level is ready to roll in general election in 2024.
The 2021 bypoll in West Bengal – the ruling party Trinamool Congress (TMC) wins comfortably against national political party BJP with a large majority in the State Assembly headed by the Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
Now individually, the TMC candidate Mamata Banerjee contested from two constituencies rather than just one – breaking the tradition held from 2011 – 2021.
In that bypoll – the West Bengal State assembly candidate Mamata Banerjee contested from her original home turf Bhavanipur against BJP’s female candidate interestingly bearing the name Priyanka Tibrewal.
Mamata Banerjee is reported to have won a major victory against BJP’s Priyanka Tibrewal with a margin of 58,832 votes in Bhavanipur constituency.

Though not a substantial margin, the defeat of Mamata Banerjee by BJP’s male candidate is registered important.
The difference in margin of votes in victory and defeat of Mamata Banerjee in two different constituencies deserve attention from voters in West Bengal and Indian electorate en masse for present and future reference.
The Bhavanipur constituency delivering victory to Mamata Banerjee is a wide margin 58,832 votes giving Mamata fancy wings to fly with BJP in national contest as defacto. In a way flattery and adulation in politics is never enough.
