UNSC – Declared Illegitimate Body

United Nations Security Council is declared an illegitimate body effective immediately no longer in a position to enforce illegal and biased sanctions or authorize unlawful military interventions at will against nations regarded a fair target.
United Nations Security Council – a unipolar body representing imperialism and Supremacy in the twenty first century violating sovereign status of nations around the globe is not recognized a valid international authority.
SYNOPSIS
United Nations Security Council is eliminated for the following reasons.
1. The council formed in the twentieth century subsequent to World War II primarily funded by the same forces that are behind perpetual wars in the twenty first century inventing and sponsoring terrorism as pretext to warfare decided on concentration of power through UNSC.
2. UNSC comprising five permanent members with veto power – United States, Britain, France, China and Russia with the new addition Germany proclaimed as P5+1 asserts superior authority over the rest of the world.
3. The P5+1 imperial legacy and quest is no secret in the illegal invasion, occupation and territorial annexations that continues unabated until today.
4. Not long ago, the second tier was introduced within UNSC. The fifteen members have temporary status lasting two years rotated among other UN members again subject to approval with P5+1 exerting influence in the selection and rejection process. The maneuver was to deny other nations permanent membership in the exclusive club.
5. The same principle is adopted using coercion not barring threats and underhand techniques to win votes on UNSC resolutions undermining legitimacy and integrity on international law.
6. UNSC promotes imperialistic goals that will be highlighted in this article.
7. UNSC is a platform for some permanent members to settle political scores on issues that are binding on them to comply with in the increasing threat from them exacerbating global peace and security.
8. UNSC permanent members trajectory and ongoing trend violating territorial rights of other nations besides gross human rights violations within and outside the country disqualify them to preside over global disputes that they are responsible for and never held accountable.
9. UNSC is instrumental in imposing starvation and mass poverty via economic sanctions they have never been subject to despite their egregious involvements in international affairs.
10. Last but not the least, UNSC is defunct, not trustworthy and proved incapable of resolving global crisis due to their footprints and full fledged engagement in causing immeasurable pain and misery among world population.
The ex-UNSC permanent members sprawling imperialistic goals not surprisingly overlap with each other’s lofty ambitions in different regions exposing one another in the undying territorial quest with little or no concern for myriad problems in the domestic front.
Since rationality never given a chance at UNSC from formation to functioning with decades of failed policies, the UN Security Council paradoxically transformed into a committee championing chaos and political instability world over.
In the former UNSC, United States military bases across the globe along with NATO allies Britain and France confront Russia in the Baltic and China in the Yellow, South and East China sea as well as Africa.
Notwithstanding the U.S. presence in Afghanistan extending over to Central Asia and military operations in Latin America maintained in the aftermath of colossal failures and regional population demanding foreign troops exit from their soil.
Having exhausted means to justify militarization anywhere including the Korean Peninsula, UNSC was a convenient fallback to constrict nations defending sovereignty against wanton aggression.
Consequently, the sanctions imposed by United States and UNSC against nations – North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Iran and Venezuela are null and void. Similarly Israel’s unilateral economic blockade against GAZA is ineffectual and invalid. The resolutions to these nations issues will be presented in due course.
The former UNSC permanent memberships with veto power could be best described as the foxes guarding the chickens house unable to shed the trait revealed in vigorous hegemony.
Moving forward subsequent to UNSC dissolution is review and reorganization of UN General Assembly inviting all members for fair participation and equal opportunity around the globe regardless of statehood – applies to independent nations such as Palestine, Tibet and Taiwan not any promulgated groups, terror factions and networks or states founded to divide sovereign nations.
Any obstruction to UN role as reliable global forum to preside over international issues would lead to forming a new international body barring obstructionist measures and anti-humanity strategy while inviting members in agreement to creation of an international consortium substituting preferential status with egalitarian position allowing all nations to contribute in global crisis management through one vote per nation removing prevalent proxy in the voting process.
The issues to be addressed by UN in the post UNSC annulment will be enumerated in the immediate future.

Congratulations! To the people of Venezuela on the decisive participation in the National Constituent Assembly election delivering victory to construct meaningful democracy represented by ordinary citizens across the spectrum.
Venezuela’s Attorney General Luisa Ortega’s comment in opposition to the national task – “A small group attached to the Executive [branch] will get to decide everything.” is probably mistaken for Washington and allies’ executive position in the so-called democracy.
Venezuela’s National Constituent Assembly election on July 30th, this past weekend has resulted in favor of the United Socialist Party headed by President Nicolas Maduro government.
United Socialist Party founded by the late President Hugo Chavez in the wake of Bolivarian Revolution is the ruling party at present.
Venezuela, the embattled oil rich nation ever remains the target for political transformation via coup d’état during late President Hugo Chavez term in office and more so following the election of successor President Nicolas Maduro in 2013.
The anti-socialist forces within and outside the country promoting socialism for elites while denouncing populist access to national revenue and resources that Venezuela has strived under President Hugo Chavez and incumbent President Nicolas Maduro are having hard time to convince the Bolivarian Revolution loyalists known as Chavistas comprising significant working class, social and political members familiar with Washington unlawful intervention in Venezuelan affairs.
Venezuela has been through tumultuous times with political, security and economic crisis largely due to external influence – Washington in particular, since the late President Hugo Chavez demise. The domestic and foreign threats to Venezuelan sovereignty and constitutional order causing relentless social, economic and political turmoil from 2013 until now has contributed to status quo.
Nonetheless, Venezuelans have once again demonstrated resolve and defiance to elitists carp and devious strategies to topple the present government imposing chaos and unrest like in Ukraine.
President Nicolas Maduro call for Constituent Assembly election without referendum is a major objection for Washington backed opposition besides them ruling the latest electoral process illegal and invalid.
In fact, the Constituent Assembly election is Constitutional as stated in Article 349 and the electoral process accordingly is legal. The referendum prior to polls perhaps could have subdued noise though not a constitutional requirement. However, post election President Nicolas Maduro has vowed to hold referendum on Constitutional reform.
The Constitutional Assembly representation is truly modified in the election to reflect democratic platform encompassing demography of diverse social and economic background.
The Constituent Assembly with 540 constituent parliamentarians are elected by people conforming to comprehensive representation that are direct, universal, territorial and sectoral.
Among 540 constituent representatives, 346 are elected territorially, eight constituents by indigenous people offering them traditional methods of their choice and the remaining sectoral representation by direct and universal vote.
In the territorial vote, every municipality in the country regardless of size elects their constituent or representative to national assembly based on majority vote in the respective domain.
Sectoral vote – Member of Parliament are elected to a new constitution (ANC). They represent specific sectors and segments – labor force, farming and fishing community, students, people with disability, pensioners, indigenous groups as well as men and women entrepreneurs.
The Commune and Communal Councils constituent representatives are elected regionally with communal leadership in individual state premised on standard majority win in state election.
The voter could cast only one vote to any of the sectoral candidates or political parties of their preference. The one vote per person is preserved to rule out voter fraud or vote rigging in election.
The National Election Council (CNE) in open vetting process is authorized to obtain candidates record from educational ministry, official institutions and organizations, club memberships and associations to be included in the ballot for voter verification.
Unlike the opposition majority represented assembly preceding Constituent Assembly polls, the sweeping electoral reform introduced by President Nicolas Maduro provides fair and equal opportunity to citizens from all walks of life with options to choose constituent representative in the national assembly.
At the same time, the municipality and regions have greater power through voter representation in national assembly.
President Nicolas Maduro Presidential decree in this context aims for stabilizing and strengthening Venezuelan democracy that has been subject to foreign and local disruption making governance next to impossible.
The justice system purged from corruption and evasion with landmark step towards eliminating parliamentarian or political impunity that allowed those in the position of authority to commit crimes and yet not held accountable.
The charges varying from corruption and criminal dealings not barring violence resulting in loss of lives that are otherwise enforced on ordinary citizens in the country.
Addressing racial and social prejudice for tolerance and acceptance in society.
The importance of cooperation among public powers to enable smooth operation at the basic to national level.
The social sectors and communes brought into governance with constitutional status.
Recognition of youth rights. Here I would emphasize the requirement for women’s rights in Venezuelan new constitution to gain equal attention.
Environment protection promoting biodiversity and ecological culture.
On the economic front – the post oil economy is a serious consideration.
The critics have declared Venezuela a failed state claiming triple digit inflation, rampant crime and food shortages in the backdrop of collapsing oil prices as the cause for the situation.
What needs to be understood in the current climate of mud raking using false propaganda and cavalier approach slamming sanctions against anyone or nations not in compliance with flawed policies engineered by those invested in vested interests than the people or country they deride is capitalizing on problems rather than providing solutions.
Venezuela’s oil reserves have always been the primary objective for foreign intrusion in the political and economic dimension.
United States threatening to cancel Venezuelan oil exports fueling the U.S. economy is anything but prudent as it would hurt United States economic and energy sector with other nations worldwide especially the emerging economies in search of reliable energy source like Venezuela.
Though Venezuela’s inflation and food shortage amid declining oil prices is a national issue, they are not unsolvable.
Remedy for Venezuela Economic and Social Issues.
Venezuela’s economic development geared towards agriculture to contain food shortage is a priority. Venezuela inviting foreign investments in other industries such as manufacturing, service and logistic support to multifaceted trades would boost economic growth. Trade agreements in the region and global markets easing cash crunch and increasing mutual economic benefits guarantee steady income.
Venezuela’s monetary policy review on money supply, interest rates adjustment together with fiscal and trade policy evaluation would lead to appropriate outcome.
Furthermore, the management of market demands with supply on consumer goods and services through effective competition, taxation laws are all necessary in stifling out of control inflation. The market regulations where applicable might also curb monopoly that triggers price hikes in the areas excluded from government or institution oversight.
Corruption invariably contributes to shortage in economies confined to dependency on imports or lower productivity on items escalating prices in the artificial inflation other than creating parallel underground market.
Venezuela’s crime scenes could be contained with employment, vocational skills training and community development engaging youth and members to become responsible citizens and rewarding them upon positive role would be impetus for younger generation and those lost in the changing social dynamics.
Venezuela has consistently risen to the occasion adopting bold measures to defend constitutionality, sovereignty and liberty of citizens in the Bolivarian Revolution setting a unique example in the modern age that is adamantly set in protecting feudalism and elitism depriving overwhelming population progress and prosperity.
President Nicolas Maduro and the rest of the nation has a challenging and promising future ahead despite mounting sanctions and warnings from the usual quarters serving to illegitimate forces committed towards counterproductive goals.
The government having prevailed in the Constituent Assembly election albeit securing 41.5% still a fair margin with foreign usurped opposition refusing to allow the country from moving forward in the continuous violent protests and casualties witnessed until the election.
President Nicolas Maduro and the new assembly honoring human rights along with constructive political dissent in accordance with Venezuelan and international law would further exemplify Venezuela’s democratic values.
I convey my best wishes to citizens in Venezuela for a successful and peaceful beginning in the making of new constitution that is inclusive leaving none behind in the social and economic evolution.

¡Felicitaciones! Para el pueblo de Venezuela sobre la participación decisiva en la elección victoria entregar Asamblea Nacional Constituyente para construir una democracia significativa representada por los ciudadanos comunes de todo el espectro.
El comentario de de Venezuela fiscal general, Luisa Ortega, en oposición a la tarea nacional – “Un pequeño grupo unido al Ejecutivo [rama] se llega a decidir todo.” Es probablemente confundido con Washington y aliados posición ejecutiva en la llamada democracia.
Elección de la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente de Venezuela el día 30 Julio XX , este fin de semana pasado se ha traducido en favor del Partido Socialista Unido encabezado por el gobierno del presidente Nicolas Maduro.
Partido Unido Socialista fundado por el fallecido presidente Hugo Chavez a raíz de la Revolución Bolivariana es el partido en el poder en la actualidad.
Venezuela, el aceite rico país asediado siempre sigue siendo el objetivo para la transformación política a través de golpe de Estado durante la última etapa del presidente Hugo Chavez en el cargo y más aún después de la elección del sucesor del presidente Nicolas Maduro en 2013.
Las fuerzas antisocialistas dentro y fuera del país que promueven el socialismo para las élites, mientras que denuncian el acceso populista a los ingresos y los recursos nacionales que Venezuela se ha esforzado durante el gobierno de Hugo Chavez y el actual presidente Nicolas Maduro están teniendo dificultades para convencer a los partidarios de la revolución bolivariana conocidas como chavistas que comprenden clase significativa de trabajo, sociales y políticos miembros familiarizados con la intervención ilegal de Washington en los asuntos venezolanos.
Venezuela ha pasado por tiempos tumultuosos con política, seguridad y crisis económica en gran parte debido a la influencia externa – Washington, en particular, desde finales del fallecimiento del presidente Hugo Chavez . Las amenazas nacionales y extranjeros a la soberanía venezolana y el orden constitucional que causan agitación social, económica y política implacable desde el 2013 hasta ahora ha contribuido al status quo.
Sin embargo, los venezolanos han demostrado una vez más la determinación y desafío a los elitistas carpa y estrategias tortuosos para derribar al gobierno actual imponer el caos y los disturbios como en Ucrania.
El presidente Nicolas Maduro convocatoria de elecciones a la Asamblea Constituyente y sin referéndum es una objeción importante para Washington oposición apoyada además de ellos gobernando el último proceso electoral ilegal y no válido.
De hecho, la elección de la Asamblea Constituyente es constitucional como se indica en el artículo 349 y en consecuencia el proceso electoral es legal. El referéndum antes de las encuestas tal vez podría tener un ruido tenue aunque no es un requisito constitucional. Sin embargo, la elección del poste presidente Nicolas Maduro se ha comprometido a realizar el referéndum sobre la reforma constitucional.
La representación en la Asamblea Constituyente es realmente modificada en la elección para reflejar plataforma democrática que abarca demografía de diversa procedencia social y económico.
La Asamblea Constituyente con 540 parlamentarios constituyentes son elegidos por las personas que se ajusten a la representación integral que son directo, universal, territorial y sectorial.
Entre 540 representantes constituyentes, 346 son elegidos territorialmente, ocho constituyentes por los indígenas ofreciéndoles métodos tradicionales de su elección y la representación sectorial que queda por voto directo y universal.
En el voto territorial , todos los municipios del país, independientemente de su tamaño elige a su constituyente o representante a la Asamblea Nacional en base a voto de la mayoría en el dominio respectivo.

Representan sectores específicos y segmentos – mano de obra, la agricultura y la pesca de la comunidad, estudiantes, personas con discapacidad, jubilados, grupos indígenas, así como los hombres y las mujeres empresarias.
Los representantes de los consejos rurales y comunales constituyentes son elegidos regionalmente con el liderazgo comunal en estado individual como premisa victoria mayoría estándar en la elección estatal.
El votante puede emitir un solo voto a cualquiera de los candidatos o partidos políticos sectoriales de su preferencia. El derecho a un voto por persona se conserva para descartar el fraude electoral o manipulación del voto en las elecciones.
El Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) en el proceso de selección abierto está autorizado a obtener registro de candidatos del ministerio de educación, instituciones oficiales y organizaciones, membresías y asociaciones del club para ser incluido en la papeleta para la verificación de los votantes.
A diferencia de la mayoría de la oposición representada montaje anterior encuestas de la Asamblea Constituyente, la reforma electoral de barrido introducido por el presidente Nicolas Maduro ofrece oportunidad justa y equitativa a los ciudadanos de todos los ámbitos de la vida con opciones para elegir representativo bien en la Asamblea Nacional.

El sistema de justicia purgado de la corrupción y la evasión con el paso histórico hacia la eliminación de parlamentario o impunidad política que permitió a los de la posición de autoridad para cometer crímenes y aún no se hace responsable.
Los cargos que van desde corrupción y penales que prohíben los tratos no violencia que resulta en la pérdida de vidas que se aplican de otra forma en los ciudadanos comunes en el país.
Dirigiéndose a los prejuicios raciales y sociales para la tolerancia y aceptación en la sociedad.
La importancia de la cooperación entre los poderes públicos para permitir el buen funcionamiento a la básica a nivel nacional.
Los sectores sociales y comunas puestos en el gobierno con rango constitucional.
Reconocimiento de derechos de los jóvenes. Aquí me gustaría destacar la exigencia de los derechos de las mujeres en la nueva constitución de Venezuela para ganar la misma atención.
Protección del medio ambiente promoción de la biodiversidad y la cultura ecológica.
En el frente económico – la economía post petrolera es una consideración seria.
Los críticos han declarado Venezuela en un estado fallido reclamando la inflación de tres dígitos, el crimen rampante y la escasez de alimentos en el contexto de la caída de los precios del petróleo como la causa de la situación.
Lo que necesita ser entendido en el contexto actual de rastrillar el barro utilizando propaganda falsa y el enfoque Cavalier cerrando sanciones contra cualquier persona o naciones que no cumplen con las políticas fallidas de ingeniería por aquellos invertido en los intereses creados de las personas o país en el que se burlan está capitalizando problemas en lugar de el suministro de soluciones.

Remedio para Asuntos Económicos y Sociales de Venezuela.
El desarrollo económico de Venezuela orientada a la agricultura para contener la escasez de alimentos es una prioridad. Venezuela invitando a las inversiones extranjeras en otras industrias como la manufactura, servicio y apoyo logístico a las operaciones multifacéticos impulsaría el crecimiento económico. Los acuerdos comerciales en la región y los mercados globales de flexibilización crisis de liquidez y el aumento de los beneficios económicos mutuos garantizan ingresos estables.

The Himalayan Kingdom Bhutan confronted with China, the neighbor up north on boundary demarcation drawing another neighbor India on the East due to trijunction – the meeting of three countries – Bhutan, India and China border near Bhutan’s Doklam plateau that is claimed as Donglang by China.
Bhutan, a small nation having no diplomatic or military ties with China while maintaining strategic, military, consular and cultural exchange with India forced into the triangular situation.
China’s decision to deepen border down South into Bhutan in Doklam, authorizing road construction and mobilizing building equipment and materials stretching into Bhutan’s geographical territory raised alarm for Bhutan prompting the Buddhist nation to seek assistance from India.
India already faced with China’s incursion in Northeastern state of Arunachal Pradesh now required to intervene at Bhutan’s behest on defense obligation towards Bhutan. Furthermore, from India’s security standpoint China’s road project could potentially isolate Indian Northeastern states from New Delhi, a possibility not affordable at any cost.
As a result, Indian troops are stationed at the trijunction with a standoff against China’s troops amid media rhetoric on both sides weighing in more than serious talks at ministerial level.
India’s National Security Adviser Ajit Doval’s visit to Beijing to attend BRICS NSA meeting over the weekend and direct talks with counterpart on this sensitive matter apparently was unsuccessful.
China’s officials in the political bureau and military stance insisting on Doklam as Chinese soil is reminiscent to occupation in neighboring Buddhist nation Tibet.
As cited in China’s military and civilian statements, the rise in economic power stimulates quest for expansion aptly applicable to China’s contemporary status with neighbors sharing borders with China. Though China’s territorial extension goes prior to economic growth invading Tibet and denying Taiwan sovereign identity that remains unsettled until today.
Subsequently, clamp down on Hong Kong’s democratic protest, the rise of Maoist groups in Nepal in the Himalayan foothills and similar activities in India’s Eastern states are visibly noted as China’s influence.
China’s ongoing problems with landlocked Bhutan and maritime skirmishes on islets against Japan, Vietnam and Philippines in South and East China Sea, Sri Lanka defining non-military engagement on recently acquired Hambantota deep seaport by China alongside border tensions in Central Asia are enormous in the multifaceted dispute.
Above all, the biggest and significant issue for China is United States successful testing of THAAD MISSILE in the latest response to North Korean IRBM launch in the Korean Peninsula. United States frustration over China’s passivity in simmering friction is no secret with the message from President Donald Trump on twitter expressing disappointment.
Obviously, there are substantial challenges surrounding China more than India given China’s sprawling territorial discord with far too many in Asia not to mention investments in economies demanding attention over unnecessary undertaking in Doklam straining relations among neighbors.
Accordingly, the priority on Doklam impasse is for withdrawal of troops from both China and India in conjunction with China terminating road construction encroaching Doklam to defuse crisis.
As for Doklam territory, the proximity and geographical landscape indicative of the disputed area clearly located in Bhutan legitimizing Bhutan’s claim on the plateau.
China’s economic power expended in building prosperity with all nations within and outside the region would be unique role setting precedence in the modern era rather than territorial annexations that are no longer viable in the nuclear age.

The case related to former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and family inheritance has drawn lot of attention. The political family’s disproportionate assets held offshore via foreign companies brought to light in the International Investigative Journalism report on elites’ holdings worldwide.
The nationwide speculations and convictions on this matter finally brought to end by Pakistan’s Supreme Court with the expected outcome. The Panamagate overshadowing spate of terror attacks within and outside Pakistan verifiable in national media attention divested not only in Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s fate but also the fragile democracy in Pakistan.
The removal of the head of State during term in office is not new in Pakistan politics as similar event happened with predecessor ex-Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani. Pakistan’s Supreme Court disqualified then leadership on corruption scandal reminiscent to latest decision against outgoing Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
Pakistan politics traditionally governed by military has been through government successions following assassinations under army’s top brass command seizing power that continued until the Presidency of General Pervez Musharraf, a close western ally self-exiled in London in the wake of political storm from abuse of power returning home not long ago.
General Musharraf’s series of actions beginning with declaring emergency, imprisonment of political opposition, barring press and media factual reporting, clamp down on Supreme Court justices leading to closure of the highest court to cite a few violations are regarded a past relic understandably due to support from army and western foreign powers and allies in the Islamic coalition.
The rivalry between Pakistan and India reached the ultimate during General Pervez Musharaff rule bringing the two nuclear nations in the Kargil conflict in 1999 on the brink of nuclear confrontation.
General Pervez Musharraf was implicated in corruption and implicit connection for ignoring requests to security threats leading to assassination of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.
Late Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto also a western backed choice in Pakistan politics as member of political dynasty sharing spotlight on corruption legacy until the slain Prime Minister belated quest for democratic Pakistan perceived by the internal and external forces to upset the applecart.

Pakistan’s desire for political stability amid terrorism rocking the state from within and periphery hurting potential meaningful bilateral relations with neighbors all around is a major challenge for the young nation represented by youthful euphemism on functioning democracy.
Furthermore, Pakistan’s internal troubles in Baluchistan and Sindh provinces seeking secession from the union exacerbates normal conditions hindering progress in the consistently challenged political environment.
Yet Pakistan’s political factions and other elements interest remains contentious on Kashmir at foreign behest rather than addressing issues in the domestic front.
The intriguing situation in Pakistan emulating political culture in the region and worldwide is electing candidates and political parties with established record on corruption, criminal dealings and activities marring credibility besides affiliations to international powers vested interests.
In this instance, the corruption exposure against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is not a revelation given the political trajectory.
Pakistan’s close alliance with Saudi Kingdom though diminishing in the recent years and ex-Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s special ties with Saudi Arabia throughout political career is an acknowledged fact. Then the contemporary link to other Gulf state, Qatar apparently useful on financial rather than political gains in the turbulent atmosphere.
Nonetheless, the precedence on zero tolerance to corruption resulting in the removal of governments in Pakistan applied across the spectrum would demonstrate commitment to purge the nation from graft and importantly terrorism.
Pakistan is still a safe haven for terror networks and underworld crime syndicates that deserves intervention and expulsions from the domain freeing the beleaguered population in the country and Indian sub-continent from the menace of violence and persistent terror.
Corruption is global epidemic stifling growth and opportunity for citizens world over. The political body anywhere entrenched in corruption is the flagship imposing generational poverty and income inequality in society.
As such politics is a gold mine for many to make fortune and attain celebrity status in short period of time and upon term in office at the expense of those electing them to power leaving the electorate at the authorities’ mercy.
Politics is no longer the public service in the competitive power contest. The motto shifted from resolving nation and citizen’s problems to acquiring personal benefits and prominence worsened with international clique dominance undermining sovereignty and republic rights.
Pakistan’s course to root corruption extended on terrorism binding on all would guarantee a new beginning for the people paying price with life, livelihoods and future denied in the bargain for self-promotion and extraordinary prosperity.
The citizens of Pakistan hope for stable democracy devoid of failures in smooth governance maintaining transparency and accountability exempting none regardless of stature and influential profile would reset the nation towards optimism and success.

The bipartisan agreement on sanctions against Russia, Iran and North Korea at United States allies’ behest is politically motivated ignoring serious repercussions of such action.
When will there be acknowledgment of destabilizing legacy from U.S. foreign policy architects and game players who continue to inflict immeasurable misery, unrest and political chaos world over?
United States constant meddling and illegal interventions in the Middle East, Latin America, Africa and Asia including the creation of al-Qaeda and the latest ISIS has obstructed global peace and progress with turmoil and tumultuous events having become the norm.
The legislation following cues from forces embarked on vested interests convey message to the world that United States governance is directed by foreign diktat that cares less about negative impact of such initiatives given the unnecessary adversarial environment in the nuclear age.
The current deal is a bad move for reasons cited below.
RUSSIA – Regardless of the endless saga over alleged Russian interference in 2016 U.S. Presidential race causing propaganda fatigue that has run its course and lost novelty, the reruns are nothing more than deflecting public attention from issues concerning the nation and the rest of the world.
The economic, financial and travel sanctions against non-western nations eventually hurt United States and allies position on the economy with domestic businesses having any representation in the nations that are sanctioned unable to carry on operations due to embargo on that country.
In the global economy with interdependency, widespread supply chain, technological connectivity and importantly fuel imports viz. natural gas from Russia to Europe and oil from Iran to other parts of the world could generate fuel crisis. The trade restrictions would ultimately cost the average consumer and businesses in the United States and elsewhere as experienced in the past slowing economic activities all around. Not to mention the inflation counteracting any positive growth and development.
Besides, the antagonistic approach towards these nations via sanctions proved counterproductive until now. The path of diplomacy and dialogue has long been abandoned replaced with cavalier decisions and aggression exacerbating global relations in the twenty first century.
The impatience and irresponsible reactions are not the solutions to global problems. The initial step in addressing issue is to review and recognize one’s own flaws and deficiencies prior to fault finding and consider pragmatic measures to ease tensions than enforce inappropriate recommendations.
United States pursuing constructive choices and maintaining stable partnership with Russia is paramount. The resolution on several international issues beginning with Ukraine, ending war in Syria, nuclear non-proliferation leading towards disarmament that is critical for life and planet survival are all dependent on peaceful overture.
Again, Paris climate treaty is ineffective in the absence of eliminating nuclear threat and terror sponsorship arming terror networks with chemical and biological weapons alongside conventional weapons cache.
IRAN – The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) reached between P5+1, EU and Iran in Geneva in 2015 was premised on lifting sanctions against Iran in exchange for Iran’s non-nuclear program.
The accord categorically called for adherence on both sides with default from either prompting pre-JCPOA status.
United States Congress heading towards sanctions against Iran at closest ally will would not only jeopardize JCPOA but also compel Iran to the original option on nuclear defense that could no longer be challenged with U.S. reversal on Geneva pact.
NORTH KOREA – Sanctions proved counterproductive as they are with any nation. The notion that depriving North Korean citizens from normal existence would deliver revolt against North Korean government is a gross miscalculation. The starvation imposed via sanctions punish the population producing resentment against those behind the failed strategy adding to nationalism amongst the victims of economic warfare. Furthermore, the prohibition of exports and imports is also barring trade prospects for United States business with the isolated country.
United States presence in the Korean peninsula with provocative military drills on Yellow Sea has promoted North Korea nuclear ambitions in recent memory. The demilitarization and commencement of communication involving fair expectations would be the initial requirement to deescalate conflict.
United States foreign policy moving away from saber rattling and unsuccessful sanctions substituted with amicable and rational proposals would be a paradigm shift in the changing geopolitical dynamics.

I, Padmini Arhant formally submit my application to the government of India for compensation on concession, quotas and financial aid not availed by me that are provided to Dalits – the segment regarded outcast in Indian society.
Since I wasn’t Dalit then when I was growing up in India making me ineligible for any minority benefits, the political decision designating me as Dalit by Indian political establishment at their international masters’ behest is acrimony similar to attributing the Delhi rape victim tragedy to me as Nirbhaya (meaning fearless) by declining to disclose the victim’s real name despite the victim’s parents request to refer to their daughter by her given name The episode sequence presented by Britain’s BBC funded and produced documentary titled India’s daughter depict the rape victim at fault in the apparently female directed film.
I regard the insensitive treatment of me appropriately fitting the demand for fairness and equality in reference and acknowledgment of my inalienable individual right.
The modification in conduct or otherwise would confirm India’s democracy. In a real democracy, all are equal unlike the archaic caste segregation exploited by political class in the fierce power grab contest defining India’s political system to be anything but democratic altering the sovereign status into vassal statehood.
On the educational front, degrees and scholastic achievements perhaps enhance career prospects and boost membership opportunity in elite clubs. However, the invaluable asset in life is unyielding virtue and selflessness developed and sustained with or without major qualifications.
Is it possible for behavioral change in society with rise to fame, fortune and power dependent on opportunism?
As long as limits and reservations exist denying anyone classified as inferior and alternatively favoring those for reasons not serving the actual purpose the essence of meritocracy is null and void.
India abandoning caste structure that remains a stigma on diverse culture beginning with elimination in political discourse, communication media and social interaction would reflect any overall progress.

RSS ORIGIN – Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh was initiated and set up in 1925 with British Raj authorization during colonization of India. RSS has nothing in common with Hindu religion. RSS is a political organization exerting influence over current ruling power BJP. Any talks on proselytism (forced conversion of followers of different faith) is against Hindu religion and religious doctrine that respects all human beings rights to choose one’s faith besides preferences such as atheism or agnosticism.
RSS ideology is contradictory to Hindu philosophy that appreciates secularism considering the birth of other religions such as Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism to name a few from Hinduism.
Any fundamentalist concept has political roots and exploits religion for personal and fraternal aspirations known to backfire at source and catalysts behind the cause.

EU since inception in 1993 headed by representatives identified more with concept of alienation rather than unification evident in the policy implemented to benefit the selective few and privileged reining control over the system.
EU emergence followed by introduction of euro as a common currency largely benefiting the developed and dominant industrialized member than others in the union has been ineffective in addressing the serious economic crisis until today within euro zone and EU respectively.
The hardline approach to contain economic meltdown with austerity as antidote for fiscal responsibility in the absence of stimulus arguably weakened economy and escalated unemployment as well as poverty among vulnerable segments in society.
The measure is analogous to ailing patient administered with strong dosage of medication and treatment without any supplements for revival.
The euro claiming to serve members within euro zone created superficial buffer to exploit trade opportunities for industrialized, fragile and fledgling economies pegging local currency fluctuations to common trading unit.
The results have not been favorable for modest and struggling economies within EU competing with major partners forced into accepting terms and conditions suitable to keep euro afloat in contradiction to reality.
Whenever artificial mechanisms are in place in deviation from practical course, the bubble burst effects are far greater in economic activities witnessed in recent memory. The euro zone members like Cyprus and Greece succumbed to extreme demands to prevent expulsion and in return surrendered sovereign assets in the deal with financial institutions viz. ECB, IMF and EC run EU.
EU economic platform poised as Europeanism essentially facilitates bankers control on monetary policy directly impeding trade prospects. The debt bondage lasting generations in the repayment of debts and borrowings not subject to fair and transparent scrutiny with aggressive methods to secure collateral on euro zone and EU members state owned resources is yet another factor stifling economic recovery.
The model in disguise protects the interests of those profiteering from subjugated economies within EU.
Although protectionism is distorted in definition and application synonymous with democracy in politics, the global elites’ goals in preserving their exclusive rights to extraordinary gains regardless of economic pattern and shifting market dynamics not recognized as such in the secluded economic prosperity.
Accordingly, their choices in political representations in Europe and worldwide are those conforming to establishment and elitists personal enrichment over population progress.
In terms of EU status enabling free flow of goods and services including EU citizens’ ability to travel and work in EU region apparently not a big advantage for feeble economies trading on single currency euro with exceeding trade deficits.
The rising inflation and lower productivity in addition to local problems varying from employment conditions to public and private sector regulations requiring adjustments to EU protocol exacerbate economic woes that could be mitigated in normal statehood.
Similarly, the workforce is susceptible to layoffs with business preference to operate in EU territory hiring labor at reduced costs to increase competitiveness in the otherwise expensive European environment.
EU position on immigration and security is paradoxical considering EU coordination with United States in destabilizing sovereign nations whether Ukraine in Eastern Europe or Syria in the Middle East creating ISIS, ISIL and so on with EU decision to lift ban on weapons supply to terror networks in 2011, 2012 and later generated the refugee crisis at EU doorstep not to mention the terror attacks experienced in France and other parts of Western Europe.
EU governance overrides autonomy in the implementation of economic, political and humanitarian policies aimed at enhancing vested interests with little or no concern for adverse impact on citizens in Europe and EU intervention elsewhere.
The notion that EU provides economic and political stability is propagation to corral members in maintaining status quo with economies constricted to limited performance and EU strategy expanding the role and dominance as parallel government displacing EU member states sovereignty remains the fact.
EU overseers are the beneficiaries capitalizing on Eurocentric sentiments leaving the population more divided in the stagnant economy with simultaneous exodus and influx changing geopolitical landscape.

Unwillingness to wind up dysfunctional operations is imminent dissolution against misconception on success in flawed ambitions.

The hegemonic goals draining United States treasury in the quest for foreign endowments is self-inflicting damage showing no intention to abandon course.
PALESTINE – The illegal settlement activities and settlers’ callousness hosting BBQ to taunt pro freedom peaceful hunger strikers explains the creed bent on deed eventually hurting them in the land grab losing everything due to greed exceeding the need.
FRANCE – The French Presidential election results is a repeat political duplicity experienced in the United States with Hope and Change Presidency delivering to globalists and oligarchy in the introduction of ISIS, IS, ISIL and deceptive legislations protecting campaign financiers’ interests.
The performance laden in secrecy with Benghazi scandal, false claim in the killing of deceased Osama Bin Laden and eliminating NAVY SEAL operatives to close the chapter on that issue and deals brokered amid breach of trust favoring syndicate agenda accordingly led to backlash in consecutive congressional and 2016 Presidential election. The misrepresentation promoted opportunity for successor adopting extreme and egregious approach to sensitive situations in the eagerness to exacerbate global crisis.
Not surprisingly, the French election is directed towards pre-selected contender pledged allegiance to status quo having been a member of the incumbent administration with key portfolio as economics minister doing more harm than good to improve struggling French economy.
The elections in general are a formality with more of the same unveiled as fresh and new similar to recycled item in fancy gift wrap arousing enthusiasm.
At the same time, the opponent aiming religion, race and ethnocentric sentiments for political gains might draw attention as controversy often ignites reaction although not without consequence and stigma. The ideology driven messages polarizing society impair positive achievements that are realized in collective contributions and fair income distribution benefitting all not just the preferred demography.
The shadow powers rule by proxy and invest in candidacy to maintain absolute control over citizens’ destiny. The political establishment and extraneous apparatus EU enforced austerity on European population under the guise of fiscal responsibility crippled ordinary people lives denying them any prospects while creating generational debt bondage to fund lofty aspirations of those behind the game.
Finally, the saber rattling and confrontational positions against nations permanently regarded adversaries are irrational and invariably produce undesirable outcome for the source.
The world has witnessed the mighty and the unscrupulous using brute force and wickedness succumb to fate.
Better to make peace than proliferate enmity in vain superiority.
