The audio version is available in the above link. The interview is conducted in Mandarin (Chinese language) with simultaneous English translation. Please click on the audio feature above.

President of the People’s Republic of China, The General Secretary of the Communist Party of China and the Chairman of the Central Military Commission.

Hello! Mr. President.

Welcome to the public domain. Padminiarhant.com

Thank you for inviting me.

Let me begin with China’s Title.

1. Q. Is China the People’s Republic?

Ans. China is stated as the People’s Republic.  However, China is governed by Communist Political bureau.

2. Q. How is China positioned in the 21st Century?

Ans. China is the emerging economic power and a major creditor to the United States and EU. China is also a global exporter with trade relations in every region. As permanent member of UN Security Council, China is equal partner in the P5+1 exclusive club.

All things considered, China also represents hegemony in undermining peace and stability.

3. Q. Where does China stand on territorial disputes with neighbors, the issues remaining contentious and escalating tension in the region?

Ans. Although, China is not in direct confrontation with any specific nation, there are skirmishes on the borders and international waters – South China Sea in particular attracting world attention.

4, Q What is the reason behind disagreements in this matter?

Ans. China is an integral part of hegemony sharing similar goals in maintaining economic and strategic dominance.

5. Q. Isn’t China’s policy forcing developing nations in the region to increase defense budget and facilitating United States permanent military base?

Ans. China and United States positions are favorable to the military industrial complex. The incursions are intended to proliferate arms deals including nuclear capability.

6. Q. China’s invasion and occupation of Tibet, China declining recognition of Taiwan as independent nation, the political unrest in Hong Kong, China’s claim on Indian States of Arunachal Pradesh, Ladakh and Aksai Chin in Kashmir, Maoists infiltration in India and Nepal clarify China’s imperial traits to control region.

What makes any nation think they can rule other states when providing for their own people is a major challenge?

Ans. Invasion and occupation of land is signature act of imperialism. Japan and China are historically imperial powers in the region. China’s territorial expansion is the continuation of trend in modern age. China’s hegemonic ambitions conform to UNSC P5+1 legacy.

7. Q. China’s relation with the United States is based on economic inter-dependency with China’s investment in U.S. Treasury Securities and United States granting MFN status to China.

However, there are other issues like currency adjustments contributing to trade imbalance, intellectual property rights violations by China and United States engagement in cyber attacks and standoff in Korean Peninsula as well as East and South China sea are few among several feuds that cannot be ignored now or later.

What is China’s proposal to the existing undercurrent in the relationship with United States and should the world believe the rivalry as a matter of concern?

Ans. China’s economic and military strength is formidable. Nonetheless both China and United States are partners and represent hegemony. The lingering mistrust is a result of two dragons vying for prominence.

8. Q. North Korea ties with China evident in China’s assistance in enabling North Korea – the nuclear state. Yet, China voted for sanctions against North Korea recently despite economic sanctions adverse impact on the people.

Similarly China’s arms supply to various factions in Africa in exchange for oil foment civil wars paving way for former colonizers to recolonize the continent. Such activities suggestive of hegemony pact for free access to African resources at the population expense.

Is China a reliable ally?

Ans. China is no different from other imperialists as we are poised to benefit ourselves in legitimizing illegitimate policy worldwide.

Whether China is a reliable ally or not – history is testimony to the fact.

9. Q. China led bank Asian Investment Infrastructure Bank (AIIB) conspicuously a spin off from Asian Development Bank luring United States allies confirm the concept cloning World Bank, IMF, ECB etc.

Why are the nations in North Africa and Middle East pledging support to improve Asian infrastructure rather than Africa?

Ans. Hegemony has many manifestations and China is one of them. World Bank, IMF, ECB, ADB and alike ill reputation are the reason behind AIIB emergence to prolong business as usual.

10. Q. China ‘s human rights record witnessed in Tiananmen Square and arrests of political dissidents besides crackdown on Uighurs in Xinjiang province, persecution of Tibetan monks and desecration of Tibetan heritage are common events.

As head of the state and Communist party chief, do you contemplate on reversing decadence to providence?

Ans. China’s human rights matter is in political interest. The communist doctrine is in semblance with hegemony ideology – i.e. to preserve concentration of power within core structure.

Furthermore, communism is an invention then to promote prevalent feudal system under the guise of republic.

China’s President Xi Jinping – Thank you.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

United States – The Unbridled Power

May 4, 2015

By Padmini Arhant

The incidents involving the law enforcement agency i.e. the police force and civilians deserve attention and appropriate actions for citizens’ protection.

In any civil society, the police are expected to provide safety and prevent intentional harm to members in community.

Unfortunately, the latest events are marred with police aggression towards unarmed citizens – the African American youths in particular continue to die during arrests and while in police custody.

The policy targeting specific demography and individuals of different ethnic background constitutes prejudice and such isolation is a serious setback for any nation poised as democracy.

Mankind achievements in various fields are significant.

However, in human relations there is reverse trend with prevalent discriminatory practices based on race, religion, gender, social and economic status reflecting civilization decline.

The civil rights are inalienable for all human beings regardless of perceptions and precedence in the country.

Human character is defined by values demonstrated through respect, understanding and love promoting peaceful co-existence.

Social and economic disparity emanating from dysfunctional and unscrupulous political system leads to inequality and injustice.

Those in position of authority care less about the burgeoning issues concerning certain groups and ignore national ramifications from inaction.

The taxpayers funded public services including the police department misuse of power confirms political immunity to crimes against humanity.

Although unemployment resulting in poverty is a common woe, the African American families are confronted with higher joblessness and less opportunity.

The civil rights movement generated affirmative action may have benefited many and enabled realization of the American dream.

Nonetheless the African American plight is far from over.

There is no doubt that uplifting the marginalized segments is a collective task for the nation. National goals to extend fairness and equality to all without reservations would exemplify genuine progress.

Similarly those at the helm of successful empire in television, entertainment and sports industry besides the powerful entities in politics, judiciary and academia within African American race bear responsibility to redress African American struggles and could improve social and economic conditions for the African American people.

On the topic of unlawful detentions, frisking and racial profiling that are regular and aimed at category of people especially the African American younger generation could not be slighted in the face of deaths occurring in the encounter with police.

Notwithstanding tactics deployed to disperse non-violent protests like Occupy Wall Street or people assembly to express dissent at NATO summit is reprehensible. The hardline approach unleashing excess use of force against citizens not in possession of weapons or posing threat to the armed aggressor in uniform is authoritarianism in display.

The controversy surrounding the prison industrial complex could no longer be evaded with juvenile and adult prisoners paying the price and lives wasted away due to the strategy apprehending vulnerable individuals falling victims to predators complicit in the operation.

The concept presumed innocent until proven guilty is inversely applied on many instances in the contemporary judicial hearing contributing to incarceration of the innocent and facilitating perjury in the process.

There is an urgent requirement for review and remedy in the judicial procedures to restore credibility.

The police brutality on the street and prison guard abuse of inmates in captivity is lawlessness dominant in the law enforcement environment.

The irony is the lawmakers are the lawbreakers and remain undeterred in the absence of accountability.

Baltimore rallies in the wake of African American Freddie Gray death from police ill treatment and subsequent riots in the city and outskirts clarify violence begets violence and do not serve the purpose to end prerogative killing.

Likewise the unruly conduct destroying properties and business outlets of merchants at the mall and attacks on the police in the aftermath of Freddie Gray suffering and several before is regrettable and undermines the real cause.

The pursuit of justice premised on destructive means is counterproductive.

In contradiction, the privileged class granted impunity on criminality. They are never subject to investigation let alone prosecution prolonging the tradition.

The human rights violation distinctive in the refusal to shut down Guantanamo Bay prison and indictments of citizens denied the rights to prove innocence conclusively attributed to unbridled power corrupting the gamut.

United States could be the land of justice upon transcending identity and stature.

National strength and prosperity is in harmony adopting the constructive course.

Life matters – Black, brown or white despite the commonality of the blood color being red.

All are created equal and none are exempt from final judgment.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

Nepal – Earthquake

May 2, 2015

By Padmini Arhant

The recent earthquake in Kathmandu, Nepal with death toll exceeding 4,000 is a humanitarian crisis.

The disaster in the Himalayan region causing destruction of lives and infrastructure including cultural heritage sites exacerbate local population suffering and evidently a major challenge for victims’ families in search of survivors to rescue them from the ordeal.

The lack of preparedness to mitigate losses further contributes to carnage.

Earthquake impacts beyond human tragedy leaving structures in rubbles and monuments in ruins with no hope of recovery.

Relief operations might provide emergency care.

However, continuous global support is essential to rebuild the nation and restore normal conditions to resume life.

The extraordinary plight could not be easily alleviated considering various constraints notwithstanding reliability on international aid reaching the citizens in dire needs.

Nonetheless, the people cannot be deprived of necessary assistance ranging from medical treatment to food supplies in the critical moment following the devastating seismic activity.

The aftershocks are the worst often felt at the least expected times with severe damages to life and property.

Although tremors experienced prior to catastrophe serve as warning, the developing nations would largely benefit from technological assessment to prevent massive casualties with planning and implementing evacuations that could save lives in such eventuality.

Furthermore, adopting safety measures and educating masses on self protective means beginning with seeking secure shelter upon calamity striking the area and other useful advice on prohibiting actions related to fire hazards in addition to survival requirements would be informative and effective.

The government and humanitarian agencies run help centers could always be available to meet demands from food stocks to medicine and water distribution in the likelihood of incidents endangering life especially in the zones prone to natural adversity.

I convey my condolences to grieving citizens in Nepal and urge international community to come forward and extend generosity to people in the unfortunate situation.

Wishing courage and strength to all those enduring grave circumstances since the upheaval.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

The Secret Society Dilemma

April 20, 2015

By Padmini Arhant

The privileged society relentless efforts to discredit and deny facts presented on this site is a continuous struggle for them.

The members’ disdain for clarity and reality is transparent and the antagonism spills over in different format.

Despite imposters and wannabes futile indulgence in incorrigible performance, the so-called elite society engagement in the losing battle expedite the inevitable conclusion of destructive era represented by them.

Interestingly, the privileged society paraded characters as Avatars and the ultimate Divas parroting and lip-syncing scripted material only brings their duplicity to surface in the absence of credibility and talent to deliver original thoughts and selfless actions for greater good.

The attempts to sabotage preordained divine mission exemplify the beginning of the end of saboteurs’ existence prompting them to squander life in the quest for fame, fortune and power guaranteed to produce malefic results in accordance with deeds defining destiny.

The lack of respect for women and human rights in general signify civilization decline and attributed to those exerting authority and influence through illegitimacy and dominance.

These characteristics not being innate human qualities, such conduct raise questions on the source identity considering the negative traits represent corrupt culture and delusional supremacy status.

The choices are available either to renounce self-detrimental course or reap the consequences in the counterproductive approach.

None are exempt from final judgment upon departure and redemption is not an entitlement given the deliberate and voluntary involvement for personal satisfaction and benefit.

Life is an opportunity for self-purification and liberation from guilt with conscience witness to lifetime accounts necessitating debt settlement known as karma. The artful manipulation and evasion exacerbates experience without exception as a reminder to learn from mistakes rather than violations becoming legacy.

There is much to gain from acknowledgment of wrongdoings and seek forgiveness from victims with reparation costs and alternatively lose everything in defiance to fait accompli.

The secret society is at the crossroads and could no longer prolong the unsustainable dilemma.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

मृगतृष्णा – Mirage

April 2, 2015

Yemen – Houthi Movement and Hegemony backed Invasion

March 29, 2015

By Padmini Arhant

The North African nation rich in oil resources after terminating hegemony installed dictatorship under former President Ali Abdullah Saleh for more than three decades followed by exiled President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi – yet to be relieved from oppression with external control over political, economic and national issues.

Houthi movement inheriting the founder leader Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi name and political cause and subsequently with leader Ansarullah martyrdom to free Yemen from foreign intrusion is targeted by western backed regimes to maintain hegemony style repressive governance.

Houthi uprising invigorated with hegemony role in destruction of lives and decimation through terror attacks and authoritarian rule via puppet governments thus far.

Hegemony authorized Saudi invasion in coalition with Gulf Cooperation Council to deter Yemen from political freedom expedite aggressors demise.

The ongoing Saudi attacks against Yemen with hegemony approval is a desperate act to prevent similar revolution in Saudi Arabia and across Middle East even though the end of despotism and totalitarianism beginning at the helm i.e. hegemony is near.

The use of brute force against vulnerable population in Yemen or elsewhere is the trend ignoring irreversible impact on the source and catalysts in the greed-motivated violence worldwide.

The latest Saudi assault at hegemony behest reveals insecurity with the culmination of fear and rage dictating illegal intervention to gain access over Yemen’s economic endowments and political system.

Such indulgence is indicative of arsonists’ fate in self-immolation. Those seeking satisfaction from others suffering eventually succumb to detrimental course.

Yemen citizens across the spectrum coming together to defend sovereignty and territorial integrity critical in bringing belligerence and corrupt forces dominance to conclusion.

The recent developments in Yemen call for popular defiance to foreign occupation in the form of proxy representation for permanent subjugation.

Saudi Arabia and the rest involved in military and terror operation in Yemen lack credibility considering legacy in denying democracy besides human rights violations in the domestic and international domain.

Hegemony and contingency unequivocal fall accelerated with interference and instigation of unrest in every part of the world.

Those committed towards ruinous strategy to own peril are delusional in perceiving sinking as sailing on calm waters despite debilitating status to rough seas turbulence.

Independence is persisting struggle world over and complicity in the surrender of nation to hegemonic goals continues to contributors’ decline.

Yemen’s solidarity to liberate nation from regional and foreign adversarial engagement is paramount and people pledge to protect national interests important to thwart hegemony ambitions to exacerbate crisis.

In the absence of integrity and human values, hegemony and allies in Yemen warfare rely on deception to justify death and devastation endured by civilians in the country.

Anything counterproductive ultimately leads to the origin dissolution and vanquished in accordance with natural law.

Yemen could overcome challenges with determination to prevail in the conflict. Arab community unanimous rejection of their governments’ cooperation with Saudi Arabia and hegemony could avert tension escalation in the region.

Likewise western society dissent on warfare under false pretexts is imperative for global peace and security.

Wishing Yemen republic success in restoring peace and political stability.

Peace to all!

Thank you.

India – Land Acquisition Act 2015

March 25, 2015

By Padmini Arhant

The fast paced land bill passed in Lok Sabha deserves better clarifications considering serious ramifications not only on farmers but also the nation at large.

The agriculture land currently under farmers’ ownership whether individually or as cooperative is sought for industrialization and privatization.

In this context, the incentives such as the offer quadrupled in price and buy back option later not exceeding 20 per cent in addition to employment for one member of farmer’s family subject to government appointed administration approval are not necessarily beneficial to the seller.

Beginning with the purchase price based on underestimated land value even after the claim on quadrupled offer remaining below market determination would not be a surprise.

Then the capped buy back option at 20% post sale on the land used for industrial or private projects more often with incomplete or stalled construction works may not be suitable for agriculture.

The employment opportunity to one member of farmer family pegged with bureaucratic process might not be an instant solution to livelihood especially in the absence of guaranteed outcome and fair compensation.

Industrialization of villages with factory setting would be extension of urban problems including congestion, environment pollution and contamination with industrial waste and hazardous disposals endangering surroundings with pervasive impact.

Instead modernizing agriculture sector with equipment, proper facilities, logistics, irrigation techniques, water reservoir in arid land and preventive measures in flood prone areas for crop protection could generate jobs for rural youth without them having to migrate to metropolis.

Improving seed quality, soil condition for growth and fertility besides various basic to advanced methods could enhance productivity and enable farmers to sustain losses in predictable and other times of the year.

The developments ranging from electricity, clean water, sewage systems to roads, health centers, schools and essential conveniences in rural parts of the country could be a major boost to agriculture standards nationwide.

On the national scene, the contentious land bill might be pushed forward riding on currency factor ignoring volatility that could make food import expensive for ordinary retail customers in the pre-existing inflationary period.

The presumption on strong rupee mitigating import costs despite fluctuating fuel prices pose challenges for exports contributing to widespread trade imbalance.

Again leading the country from self-sufficiency in food provisions to severe dependency on external sources via imports notwithstanding challenges in the increasingly fragile international supply chain and hidden constraints could potentially be a major risk in terms of national obligation to feed 1.2 billion population.

Politics exploitation of this critical issue at hegemony behest with the ruling party defiance and the so-called opposition viz. Congress staging protest or movement pretending to favor farmers in the otherwise choreographed event along with political factions representing the states like Tamil Nadu complicity prioritize vested interests over farmers and public concern.

The statement in the airwaves during Prime Minister’s address on the matter appropriately applies to the source rather than the intended target.

“People who make laws in the air-conditioned rooms do not have a touch with the ground realities – Modi.”

Perhaps this explains the political status evident in the recent fire break out in Indian Parliament building due to electrical fault during AC maintenance at the premise.

The facts on government as well as industry slight to farmers plight contributing to tragic suicides among farming community is the reality regardless of political incumbency in the state and national domain.

Prudence would serve in national cause averting strategies with irreversible results.

Peace to all!

Thank you.
