The recap on ACA – The mandatory insurance tied to penalty proved extremely profitable to insurance industry with no obligation on insurance providers in skimming premiums or expanding coverage.  On the contrary, the insurance offered today under ACA has high deductibles on treatment for various health conditions not necessarily pre-existing and some procedures required to treat certain health issues are not covered regardless of the health plan available in the market place.

Not surprisingly, those against amending the health care law i.e. Obamacare are not in touch with reality and pledged to establishment rules and symbolic trends at vast majority expense.

The mandatory subscription enforced in the existing Obamacare is unethical and undemocratic especially in the absence of commitments from insurance industry to meet their end of the bargain.

The compulsory insurance subscription enforced via Obamacare is rejected by many citizens opting to pay the unconstitutional and illegal penalty rather than enriching the industry barely offering coverage to subscribers on variety of health problems experienced by them.

When industries in the economic sector and politics join forces for vested interests exploiting ordinary citizens, the market economy sustainability is challenged woefully affecting businesses aimed at mega profitability beyond affordability.

The consumer force determines business success or failure and industry survival. In resistance to any modifications and fair adjustments of Obamacare at congressional level due to political partisanship, the industry is ultimately taken up to tasks to comply with standards and maintain reliability barring policies set to protect major shareholders and top 1% windfall guaranteed in Obamacare.

Average citizens do not have the luxury as the privileged class to squander hard earned savings without any value in return.

Health is critical and taxpayers tax dollars expended wisely in universal health care with comprehensive plan could not be a tall order for an industrialized nation allocating disproportionate spending on military and nuclear weapons as well as foreign aid to affluent allies while leaving citizens entirely at health care merchants and insurers mercy with legislations overwhelmingly favoring campaign financiers from the industry.

The unique position among lawmakers to defend industries agenda neglect constituents plight allowing major companies in the health care industry to evade responsibility on rising costs and declining health package.

In terms of lawmakers in the U.S. Senate vote to rectify anomalies in Obamacare, the reasons from them do not reconcile with their trajectory. The Senator posing with terror factions responsible for terrorizing and killing thousands of innocent children, women and men in Syria having reservations on Obamacare amendment reflect personal issues with incumbent administration rather than genuine concern for the people affected under current health care law.

Unfortunately, prioritizing individual gains at public loss is the convention in politics fostering waywardness in the extraordinary conditions imposed on citizens in the hyped health care reform short on benefits and delivery making Affordable Care Act / Obamacare anything but affordable.

Anything in ACA defense only project the content of law missing in practicality that in itself invalidate the legislation not binding on all sides to be meaningful and effective.

Health care for all in the appropriate disbursement of tax funds in caring for the sick, elderly and healthy of any age is significant to qualify for advanced nation status.

The past weekend wildfire in Napa Valley, the wine country in Northern California affecting four counties devastated lives in that area. The fire engulfing structures, barns, cattle farm and everything it came in contact with in fleeting moments forcing people to flee for their life is tragic.

Although the cause is not known in detail, the destruction is catastrophic. When events like these happen in the form of hurricane, ravaging fire and earth shattering earthquake, life is reminded as fickle and unpredictable. As for nature’s act the wrath is tremendous and beyond human ability to gauge intensity.

During crises, human sentiments among concerned citizens and rescue team often rise to the occasion in reaching out to those in danger. The responsibility shared among people and firefighters as well as emergency crew is laudable. The state authority beginning with California Governor Jerry Brown mobilizing national guard assistance and all the way to the front line members response are valuable in saving lives and containing massive losses in the incident.

Hopefully, the insurance industry would do all required on their part providing necessary attention in restoring homes and lives to citizens some of whom understandably are in shock and dismay.

I convey my wishes to fellow Californians for strength and courage in dealing with extraordinary time of their life.  I have the victims and families mourning the loss of their loved ones in my thoughts and prayers for speedy recovery.

The downward spiraling of Indian Cinema with wannabes and opportunists expediting decay is ominous for an industry fundamentally premised on nepotism, corruption, criminality and promiscuity besides specializing in piracy and plagiarisms.

Lacking in substance and decency, Indian Cinema is the failing industry miserably and hopelessly dependent on unscrupulous tactics in self-defeating endeavors deploying trash substituting talent for cheap commercial success and instant fame rather infamy hoisted on the flag pole.

The industry hallmark in voyeurism is reflected in every possible format with enthusiastic performers compromising individual value and integrity. The tasteless and lack luster themes serving political and criminal enterprise needs with desperate media providing the platform summarize the beginning of the end of celluloid impact on captive audience in the Information Age.

The underserving glory and undue credit to actors and actresses buttressed by behind the scenes contributors barely known in making a movie is the trend promoting superficial imagery.

The transition from film industry to politics for many following diminishing prospects in cinema is yet another custom. The immunity on crimes to film stars ranging from tax evasion to embezzlement, black money, homicide and treason that would normally subject ordinary citizens to legal consequence is reality.

The wealthiest of the wealthy in Indian cinema expanding family through rent-a-womb mechanism i.e. surrogacy pregnancy in a country and region with millions of children in dire requirement for caring home offering love and attention is the irony in the glossy glass citadel.

Above all, such personalities being lauded by Vogue and similar category further explains idiocy prevalent in fantasy world.

The glamor world basking in glitz and ostentation tirelessly engage in self-adulation and compete with each other to be brand ambassadors for business products and services to supplement the meager million dollar plus income and opulent lifestyle.

The star power abuse emanating from media adoration, strong alliance with politics and influential forces not barring underworld contacts set no limits on celebrity transformation to notoriety.

On the contrary, the stardom is rarely utilized in worthy humanitarian cause and Samaritan duties perhaps due to such involvements tied to selflessness and humility – scarce virtues in the present time.

The idol worship in temples mocked in the era replace the practice with idle reverence of those from Indian cinema and sports arena. The precipitous decline in art and entertainment field preoccupied as propaganda resource is opportunity wasted in cultural development.

Indian cinema continuation on this path at best obsessive and at worst self-destructive.

United States immunity to violence emanates from U.S. domestic and foreign policy.

U.S. weakness and vulnerability to complicity pledging allegiance to the so-called allies Israel and Saudi Arabia political aspirations is well established since the horrific terror attack on September 11, 2001.  The calibrated and coordinated terror assault and thereafter the avalanche of military interventions evolving into sponsoring terrorism until today is the most violent legacy in the new millennium.

When State actors at the national level choose to ignore terror warnings allowing citizens to die on that fateful day, they are directly responsible for mass killings in daylight on their watch.

Similarly, eliminating the NAVY SEALS deployed in pseudo operation in Abbottabad, Pakistan claiming to have assassinated the deceased Osama Bin Laden in 2011 wiping out key witnesses further clarified monumental duplicity.

Above all, protecting those involved in treason against own citizens and country providing them impunity confirms democracy under siege.

The 9/11 attack became the premise granting heads of the administration – the Presidents of the United States transcending political parties the license to kill citizens at home including men and women in uniforms and innocent civilians abroad under the guise of national security they neglected in collusion with forces endangering peace and security in the United States and worldwide.

In order to maintain status quo laden with lies and deception, the White House since 2001 terror attack in succession have violated public trust and ethics in epic proportion.

Regardless of political representation as Republican and Democrat, the White House extra judicial executions against constitutional law authorizing predator drones chasing children, women and men from their humble dwellings in developing nations and war-torn countries in a manner considered a sport for executive office bearers, air strikes with nuclear components post 9/11 more so in the past decade speaks volume of the character of those at the helm.  Ironically, even the Nobel peace prize could not deter such actions during their term in office.

September 11, 2001 set precedence to abuse power misleading the nation at every opportunity using fear and false propaganda for policies serving specific agenda against United States interests.

Unites States republic status is a myth and aptly demonstrated in decisions concerning domestic and international affairs. When government fails people in the deliberate mishandling conforming to secrecy and loyalty to unscrupulous ambitions costing citizens lives and national integrity, the trend is up for adoption attracting fragments within society.

The incumbent President Donald Trump’s rhetoric against North Korea that United States would respond with fire and fury is anything but responsible and helpful. Such statements from the Presidency ignites sparks and lights unwanted elements in the country seeking motivation in the suicide mission.

The repeat episodes of shooting incidents and false flag tactics with patsies attributed to government and congress misplaced priority, media overtones promoting wars and unsubstantiated assertions leading to deceit, tensions and potential nuclear confrontation.

United States foreign incursions ratcheted using 9/11 and subsequently conferring statehood to terrorism in 2012 onwards facilitating ISIL, ISIS, IS emergence not barring the effort to permit Taliban in Afghanistan to launch exile government under Taliban flag declared The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, in Qatar’s capital Doha in 2013 under U.S. guidance exemplify combative positions in defiance of peace and diplomacy not to mention the lack of respect for foreign nation’s sovereignty.

Citizens unable to cope with challenges in life apparently take cue from sources they are in contact with such as television at home, government leaderships and representatives constantly visible in every medium available in their life.  The government and congress role is the touchstone for many citizens unable to exercise discernment concerning them and the world around them.

Although shooting rampage escalated in the past decade adapting to instance like public execution of unarmed civilian Miriam Carey at the White House door step in 2013 by then President Barack Obama’s security personnel performing as the firing squad, the selective condemnation of gun violence rejects the salient fact that all lives matter. The lives lost in senseless firing in isolated situation, a crowded place, college campus or imposed terrorism on 9/11 deserves equal recognition and acknowledgment of criminal activity subject to legal consequence.

The reckless policies, approvals and carte blanche executive decisions as well as reactions on sensitive issues influence minds and certain citizens’ behavior in society. The authorities’ peaceful pursuits and disposition in resolving domestic and international crises would be a paradigm shift in the country under external dominance and control.

What that means is rising to the occasion in welcoming rational thoughts and ideas from Senior Cabinet member, the present Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on North Korea and Venezuela for direct communication and removal of sanctions respectively.  Simultaneously, having allies viz. Israel to return billion dollars aid to United States and Saudi Arabia and UAE to contain regional disputes with neighbor Qatar.

Meanwhile, ending conflicts in Syria, withdrawal from Afghanistan, Palestinian statehood terminating Israel’s occupation of the embattled territory are necessary for global peace besides rebuilding United States as reliable partner in settling international disputes and disagreements.

Any opposition in this regard would determine United States policy favoring wanton aggressions and egregious resolve proved catastrophic in recent memory. United States policy aimed at peaceful negotiations and dialogue rather than violent strategies would be productive and critical.

As for gun laws, the banning of assault weapons in public domains with rigorous background checks and regular updates is the preliminary measure required to curb massacre and homicide in addition to media and press fair and balanced reporting refraining from unlawful insinuations is an obligation.

The affordable care act aka Obamacare is anything but affordable. The law overwhelmingly favoring health insurance industry with mandatory subscription tied to penalty upon failure to do so is undemocratic and unethical. 

Anyone in good conscience would not endorse a law that burdens average citizens to bear the costs on ever increasing health care expenses due to unregulated industry profit margins exceeding market affordability.  

The Affordable Care Act allows free ride to health care and insurance industry with no obligations to rein in surging premiums and diminishing coverage despite compulsory insurance subscription.  Obamacare is bonanza for insurance industry with 35 million subscribers forced into plans barely meeting minimum health care requirements like annual exam and consulting visits to doctor’s office not to mention higher deductibles and copayments.  Meanwhile, the propagated advantages of the law such as accepting patients with pre-existing conditions are not only charged exponentially by insurance providers but also the costs are transferred to healthy subscribers in the expense reallocation. 

In short, the affordable care act is a proof of successful lobby from the health care and insurance industry rewarding those complicit in the enactment of law that is inadequate in coverage and enforces subscription beyond reasonable means to enable insurance industry control over patient care and health management. 

Politics playing central role in upholding laws that are favorable to campaign financiers viz. health sector in this instance at electorate financial woes and losses impact economy and electoral outcome. 

The lawmakers focused on loyalty towards SuperPac for re-election often forget voters dissatisfaction expressed through ballots on issues not addressed responsibly and in worst case scenarios rejected for misplaced priority.

Congressional and administration actions would be meaningful and effective upon legislations passed to alleviate problems of ordinary citizens as regular taxpayers expecting their tax dollars to be invested in their health, education and job security besides infrastructure and clean environment.

The disproportionality enrich industries with policies entirely benefitting them.

Setting aside political alliance and affiliations, the Affordable Care Act or Obamacare replacement eliminating mandatory subscription is the preliminary step towards health care reform. The shared responsibility between state, federal and health industry in offering quality health care meeting basic to advanced health coverage is the standard any system could provide excluding none regardless of socio economic background. 

The cost factor in a market economy allowing choices via healthy competition would promote decent health care options currently unavailable due to major stakeholders monopoly in the industry. Universal health care is dismissed on the notion of extraordinary costs and liability originating from health industry practice and strategy to maintain status quo.

The contemporary law bearing on the industry is negligible shifting the responsibility on subscribers i.e. the insured to comply with various demands limiting affordability. The incentives to the industry are far greater to accommodate enrollment in health care plan that are not necessarily distributed down the line to end consumer. As a result the healthy and those experiencing health problems are faced with escalating price and insurance industry maneuvered eligibility criteria.

United States joining nations that pay attention to citizens health and well being made possible with investment in best medical care for all is prudent to improve failing health and tax structure.

When natural disasters strike any place, the impact is severe in some incidents and the loss of lives are always regrettable.

United States recently experienced hurricane in Texas, Florida and now the anticipated storm in the northeast is understandably a great concern having witnessed the damages in the affected areas in the Southeast.

The high category in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic with the gusty wind sweeping the vulnerable spots are menacing to the locals in the region.

Meanwhile, the earthquake in Mexico rocking sensitive territories especially the cities and villages near the epicenter bearing the brunt of seismic activity measuring 7.1 magnitude on the Richter scale is challenging for the victims and authorities involved in rescue operation.

In any predictable events such as these considering past occurrences, the preparedness among residents and public safety programs in early evacuation and timely emergency care as well as essential requirements delivery minimize casualties and diverse problems.

The natural calamities are exacerbated with human conducted subterranean, overland nuclear testing, mountain top removal in coal mining, fracking, shallow and deep water drilling for oil exploration besides poisoning soil, air and water with pollutants and contaminants for economic gains hurting inhabitants and habitat.

Life otherwise is always hanging in balance with man made catastrophe like wars, nuclear threats and terrorism. Those in the position of power and influential status claiming entitlement to kill and terrorize citizens with absolute immunity are far worse than environment hazards.

Ironically, the same entities media representatives ignore own indulgence in subjecting earth and atmosphere to cataclysmic actions, while describing the wind and earth movements releasing pressure as vicious Mother Nature clarifying propaganda and mindless politics availing any opportunity to be abusive.

The ferocity in natural elements would be less and perhaps temperate upon human authorized malevolence on earth in digging, detonating and demolishing for financial goals with no reflection on adverse effects desist.

The earth would survive but the question is – Will the reckless conduct in maintaining environment woes beginning with nuclear proliferation and reluctance to adopt universal nuclear disarmament in addition to relentless wars in some or other parts of the world inflicting death and destruction, depletion of natural resources proved unsustainable ever cease?

The responsibility lies on dwellers to safeguard the planet with respect for all other beings enduring enormous suffering and endangerment due to the selective groups’ greed driven policies and agenda.

Again, Paris climate treaty amendment to include nuclear arsenal disposal across the spectrum not just the targeted nuclear states along with ending conflicts and terrorism are critical to protect life and planet.

Reversal of Authority from people to stakeholders on economy, politics and everything related to survival.

Ordinary citizens are expected to obey the law and any violation is deemed punishable offense or crime.

The laws pertaining to wide range of matter from traffic citations to civil disobedience and criminal conduct are strictly enforced on any average citizens breaking the rule.

However, the same standard does not apply to members in politics i.e. government, the rich and famous in many societies and influential entities enjoying privileged status regardless of wrongdoing and willful engagement that normally attracts penalty and sometimes prison time depending on the severity of crimes.

When there is agreement that all are created equal by one almighty God, then accordingly the system should bar discrimination and decline preferential treatment or exemption often witnessed with high profile political figures and anyone closely or remotely associated to bigwigs in the application of law.

The concept of equality is accepted only to suit convenience and neglected other times in situations demanding fairness in the so-called democracy.

When lawmakers become lawbreakers and take refuge in immunity then such laws become questionable as they are not respected by those legislating them.

In the United States, the state and federal penitentiary are overflowing with inmates serving time for reasons not always valid. The issues concerning the prison industrial complex venture receiving maximum state and federal funding to keep inmates in the cell is costing taxpayers in billions at national level that could be divested in nation building and programs helping prisoners to become productive citizens in society.

Juxtaposed the State actors despite evidence based involvements during the term in office are rarely subject to proper investigation and legal consequences similar to ordinary citizens experience not excluding high ranking military officials like General Stanley McChrystal fired for alleged critical comments about then President Barack Obama and his staff to rolling stone magazine.

Likewise, General David Petraeus resigned following charges on sharing classified information with his biographer and companion whereas the former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s email saga on private email server compromising United States security was given a free pass as key member of political establishment.

Recently, the three star Army General Michael Flynn was forced to resign as National Security Adviser in the current administration. General Flynn had to leave on purported conversations with the Russian ambassador to the United States that was declared alarming and treasonous.

In comparison, the democrat congresswoman Jane Harman lobbying the Justice department to reduce espionage charges against two Israeli spies in 2009 neither bothered Congress nor the media on betrayal by congress member in the misplaced priority over national security.

In other instances of indifference to political class critical failures in safeguarding citizens and United States interests are;

The administration under former President George w. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney including the state department, defense, national security and intelligence allowing 9/11 terror attack on their watch ignoring several warnings on imminent terror event qualifying as complicity in the killing of more than three thousand Americans on that fateful day not considered a crime.

Subsequently the administration’s key members viz. Vice President Dick Cheney headed Haliburton and Parent company Kellogg Corporation profiteering from illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan with price gouging and poor quality on defense personnel food and maintenance requirements are serious transgressions not even drawing any attention for necessary action.

Similarly, the successor administration under ex-President Barack Obama and former secretary of state Hillary Clinton run state department Benghazi fiasco in 2012 with the assassination of United States ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens and three intelligence operatives among other civilian deaths were absolved due to their intimate relations with Congress and media as well as the press. They are protected until today confirming little or no concern for others’ lives in the close network providing them iron clad defense and security.

Juxtaposed, the credit bureau Equifax lately featured in headlines for allegedly disregarding signs of potential security breach known ahead of time reportedly resulting in data leak of clients’ credit reports.

The credit bureau is now faced with class action lawsuit for security lapse. The private sector and individuals besides Army Generals are pursued for any minor to major incidents with sensationalized media coverage and legal quagmire.

The State actors such as the previous two administrations in 9/11 and Benghazi scandals remain unscathed irrespective of massive casualties and tragedies in the absence of preemptive measures in both scenarios that could have otherwise thwarted terror and catastrophe.

Where is the class action lawsuit on them though their individual worth is substantial having capitalized on the prime and executive designations they held at that time in addition to extraordinary gains maximized in politics and post term in office?

The laws that exist only for regular folks with the nation transformed into police state through dragnet surveillance, racial profiling at the airports and propaganda invading homes and people minds via big and small screens could not be happening in the land of the free and home of the brave.

Not only civilians, men and women in uniforms are also not safe proved in the downing of helicopter with Navy SEAL TEAM SIX aboard who were deployed in the Abbottabad operation in 2011. The callousness denying justice to their families just like the 9/11 victims’ dependents and relatives were misled on the 9/11 commission decision in concurrence with the masterminds behind horrific mass murder alone merits legal proceeding against the ones at the helm evading accountability.

When the State defaults on citizens relief and rescue from definite terror, natural disasters and other hazards, people are left at the authorities’ mercy.

The checks and balances on the State is imperative to divert focus on citizens and national affairs.

Meanwhile, the media spin continues to maintain status quo and celebrating the State players role in harming vulnerable citizens in the United States and worldwide.

United States emancipation from greed driven policies and agenda is essential to move forward in the new age.

Anyone objecting to discrimination based on race or religion extending support to fascism which is totalitarianism and oppression need to explain the bizarre position. Oppression is the root cause of discriminatory practice denying equal rights and respect to those subjugated due to political, economic and social prejudice.

The congressional resolution 49 initiated and passed to quell anti-semitism and racism would be meaningful upon a system eliminating hierarchy, secrecy and carte blanche authority to kill and terrorize citizens in the domestic and foreign domain besides enforcing the law of the land on all and not provide immunity to those consistently abusing power and influential status.

Those claiming entitlement in seizing others individual rights and freedom, undermining foreign nations sovereignty for economic interests and strategic dominance apparently not tolerant to dissent on economic and social disparity.

The exclusivity maintained in Secret Society and discreet meetings prohibiting public access and knowledge, UNSC in possession of veto power exercising free will to invade, occupy and force population into starvation through illegal economic sanctions, the diverse means threatening human existence with nuclear options and rejecting life with dignity to anyone regarded a fair target fall in the authoritarian category.

Not surprisingly, the response to proposal to revoke prevalent fascist dogma is antagonistic not to mention subversions to evade accountability on crimes against humanity.

Last but not the least, the altering position in suggesting ventriloquism in my presentation and at the same time deriding me with unsavory compliments especially those pledging against racism and hate speech is reflective of the source, agents and representatives demented stance.

Those lacking in courage, intellect and integrity resort to underhanded tactics rather than facing challenger with facts and reason that prove them incorrigible.

Congress passing resolution 49 unanimously condemning racism and anti-semitism related to Charlottesville incident that was signed and sealed might demonstrate solidarity.

However, the belief that all are created equal by one almighty God exemplified in deeds would be solemn and credible.

How about pledging and acting on the following to verify sincerity?

1. Thou shall not authorize or remain oblivious to racial profiling of law abiding citizens with exemplary civil conduct at the United States airport under national security pretext and rough handling for reasons beyond justification.

2. Thou shall not remain complicit to killing of more than three thousand Americans at home on 9/11 and thereafter several thousands of innocent children, women and men in foreign land. Accordingly, bring all those responsible for dereliction of duty and deliberate involvement not barring the so-called allies to justice proving none are above the law. 

3. Thou shall not grant immunity to the powerful, famous and influential despite their criminal record on the loss of civilian lives and career diplomats as well as intelligence personnel like the Benghazi gate. 

4. Thou shall not sponsor terrorism. Hence indict those who authorized use of terror and predator drones beginning from the top to bottom against citizens of foreign nation who meant no harm to the United States and citizens.

5. Thou shall not indulge in provocative activities on foreign shores subjecting citizens of those nations to unnecessary tensions and potential nuclear confrontation.

6. Thou shall not force population into starvation via illegitimate economic sanctions while ignoring own human rights record and belligerence that has never been held accountable thus far.

7. Thou shall do away with UNSC and self-granted veto power to subjugate nations regarded weak and vulnerable.

8. Thou shall respect others liberty and rights to equal opportunity and refrain from illegal surveillance and invasion of privacy.

9. Thou shall renounce secrecy and condemn the Secret Society barring secret meetings in the United States or anywhere in the world. 

10. Thou shall deceive none and disavow targeted demonization, character defamation, vicious propaganda, misrepresentation, condescendence and contemptuous engagement.

The allegiance pledged to the flag with stars and stripes representing one nation under God – that God vehemently opposes all of the above characteristics and tradition that is the status quo.

God never approves preferential treatment of some and discrimination towards others to be the norm. Such convention is man made in defiance of human values, ethics and democratic principle misleading self and the rest of the world.

The adherence in transcending race, religion and socioeconomic background across the spectrum would demonstrate acceptance and acknowledgment of people as human beings, treating them with respect that is expected from others.

Unity, civility and equality make any society civilized and respectable.

  The candidacy declined by own base with voters clear message not desirable and importantly declared ineligible evidenced in their failed Presidential contest, yet forcing down the choice on them and the rest of the country is indicative of selection pushed through foreign and domestic vested interests categorically undermining the republic and national interests.

  Furthermore, the identity and crony politics are best abandoned and instead replaced with legitimate meritocracy to serve the people and the nation at large with efficiency and ethical efficacy that are conspicuously missing and would exemplify the Presidential nominee respecting the republic will rather than political hatch influenced by incognito domestic and foreign intervention trending thus far.

  Similar stunt displayed in Britain with choice of the people dismissed and ignored to appoint feudalists globalist servile appointee.

  When politics defy people, that setting inevitably bear severe voter backlash in governance and subsequent local to Congressional election.

  The life history in terms of social identity – color, creed, education, economic, political background etc., ending and the memory of it erased with the termination of life in any particular lifetime except for the accumulation of karmic debts pending settlement, the condition  is irrefutable.

  That being the fact of life, what’s all the fuss over melanin and skin pigmentation and other factors?

  The Soul’s unknown journey though markedly premised on individual deeds aka Karma in any life duration, the hangover on skin color and stereotype are sentiments inhibiting positive thought process and relevant progress in mind evolution.

  Learning and striving to be human in nature and  behavior is the laudable milestone one could achieve in living and thenceforward.

  The combined collaborative efforts expedite their cataclysmic destiny already in progress with precipitous decline together with the entire apparatus behind the gamut on the brink of collapse.

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The accused in this matter remain relevant for further legal investigation and proceedings now and in the future.

  The definition of freedom is liberty to choose in life. Having a choice to accept or reject anything unfavorable is the real alternative.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  The necessary precautionary measures from home owner like tarp on the roof even protecting the leased solar panels to avert substantial property damage including solar panels and subsequent liability to solar panel lessor i.e. the company involved in the matter are not reimbursed and expense declined as not the company responsibility.

  These issues clarify the status as anything but freedom.

  In light of such reality, it would be fair to say the customer in such unfair and unreasonable deals are the ones affording the company’s much touted philanthropy in a war zone besides contributing to extravagant hobby such as space travel.

  These activities made possible by none other than customer tied to company policy in direct violation of contract to resolve issues related to leased items such as solar panels.

  The corporate overture on restoring freedom would be appropriate upon being made available to customers in practicality in own ventures and enterprise.

  जिन हस्तियां में अपनी गलती और अपराध मानने की न हिम्मत या नीयत हो, और वो बलि की बकरी पे अपनी घटिया ज़िन्दगी और कारनामायें तोपते हैं तरह तरह के अभिनय से – कभी नमस्ते, कभी जीत का इशारा, कभी काला चश्मा पहनकर – जैसे की पूरे विश्व में केवल एक मैं ही काला चश्मा या आँख का चश्मा पहनती हो।

  और उससे भी बत्तर इनकी हरकतें बंदरों वाली नाच खेल करते हुए, अपनी हुलिया पर उंगुली उठाने वाली नौटंकी में व्यस्त हों, ऐसे बेईमान व्यक्ति अपने आप को मसीहा कहते फ़िरे, तो इनके मानसिक अवस्था को ही सामने लाता है।

  यह लोग जिन्हें अपनी जीवन निपटने की हुनर और धैर्य नहीं, यह भला औरों की पाप का भोज क्या ख़ाक उठाएंगे? जो यह मसीहा बन पड़े!
  

  अगर यह महोदय गण दूसरों को तंग और दुख न दे, तो यही इनके लिए और इनके जितने भी आस पास के सगे सम्बन्धी और पूरे समाज के लिए बहुत बड़ा उपकार होगा।

  मगर बात ये है की यह लोग अपने आप से भाग रहे हैं। किसी और के अस्तित्व को अपना बनाकर अपने ढोंग धोखलापन को और निछावर करते हैं।

  इसी में इनकी बेवकूफी और बेचैनी बेहाल सामने आता है।

  बेचारे किस्मत के मारे। अपने आप को महान मशहूर यानी प्रसिद्द कहने वाले, कितने अँधेरे मैं है, यह बात इन्हें नहीं पता।

  यह इनका दोष नहीं। इनकी अल्प बुद्धि का हाल है। ऐसे होते हुए, यह न घर के न घाट के हो जाते हैं। इन पर तरस के अलावा कुछ नहीं आता। जब इंसान को अगले क्षण का ख़बर नहीं, यह निकले अपनी ऐतिहास पलटने।

  यह प्रयास इन्हें सिवाय निराश और अपमान के अलावा कुछ नहीं बाँट रहा है इनको, तब भी यह अपनी हार मानने को तैयार नहीं।

  अब तक इनका कब्ज़ा धन, दौलत, शोहरत और सत्ता तक था। अभी यह लोग इज़्ज़त के ठेकेदार भी हो गए। इनको इतना तो पता होनी चाहिए की इज़्ज़त देने वालों को ही इज़्ज़त मिलती है। जो दूसरों की अस्तिव को अपना बनाकर, उनके व्यक्तिगत अधिकार छीनकर फ़िर उन्हीं को निशाना बनाने वाले, भला उन्हें ही इज़्ज़त की पाठ पढ़ाएंगे?

  यही हुई ना बात – चोरी और ऊपर से सीना ज़ोरि!

  कब यह अपनी गलती पर ध्यान देंगे? इनका तो यही मानना है की यह लोग कभी किसी को हानि पहुंचाते नहीं। किसी के साथ अन्याय कर ही नहीं सकते।

  यह दूध और चन्दन से धुले हुए है। इनकी तरह कोई संसार में धन्य है ही नहीं।अगर यह नहीं होते तो यह संसार कब का समाप्त हो जाता। इनके पवित्रता से ही जीव जंतु प्राणी के जीवित रहना संभव रहा है। वर्णा इस कलयुग में मृत्यु, शोक और दरिद्रता के अलावा है ही क्या मनुष्य की जीवन में?

  चलिए आपको हम सिखाते हैं की किसी के छोटेपन को ना बढ़ाने में अपनी बड्डपन है। आप भी क्या याद करोगे।

  इनका भी जवाब नहीं। क्योंकि आज तक इन लोगों की ही मन मानी चलती आयी। तो इन्होने सोच लिया की इनका ही दौर सदियों चलेगा ।

  जब रुत बदलते हैं, सरकार बदलते हैं, यहाँ तक की यह रातों रात काला धन से माला माल हो जातें है तो युग और समय बदलने में इनको क्या संकट है?

  आख़िर इनका इस दर्ति पर उतना ही समय है जितना अन्य जीव प्राणी का है। कई तो अपने जीवन के सफ़र पूरा नहीं कर पाते। ऐसे होते हुए इनका रोब और हुखुम जिन पर जमाते हैं जैसे की दूसरों को कुचलना इनका जनम जन्मांतर का अधिकार हो।

  पृथ्वी हर 365 दिन में एक बार सूर्य की परिक्रमा करती है और हर 24 घंटे में एक बार अपनी धुरी पर घूमती है।इसके कारण २४ घंटे ४ समय – सुबह, दोपहर, शाम और रात में बटा हुआ है।

  यह प्रकृति के नियम है जिसे किसी के लिए भी बदला नहीं जाता। जिन्हें भी इस प्राकृतिक के परमपरा से समस्या हो, उन्हें इस दर्ति में अनेकों बार जनम लेकर इस वातावरण का आदी होना पड़ता है। ज़रूरी नहीं इन्हें मनुष्य रूप ही प्राप्त हो।

  The propaganda alluding to 49% republicans who voted for Donald Trump are in agreement to delegitimize their legal votes while they are being further diminished in the fraudulent election and fabricated survey to mere 17% in the far fetched analysis.

  How about the survey pointing out 30% democrats of that 47% in disagreement to incumbent President Donald Trump conceding to Beijing Presidency?

  Does that mean in the projected win 51% to Joe Biden candidacy only 21% believe in dominion and media produced election result since 30% democrats do not concur with the outcome?
