Thailand Election Results 2011
July 4, 2011
By Padmini Arhant
Congratulations! To Thailand citizens and the first female Prime Minister elect Yingluck Shinawatra of Pheu Thai Party.
Thailand faced many challenges in 2010 with the outgoing government under the leadership of Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva representing the Democrat Party.
The government’s violent crackdown against pro-Democracy supporters (United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship) of the exiled former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra resulted in civilian casualties prompting public demand for the then Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjijiva’s resignation.
The people’s request for political reform was slighted and the national election stalled until July 3, 2011.
Election outcome on July 4, 2011 reveals Thai electorate rejection of the military backed government run as constitutional monarchy believed to benefit the elitists at the vast majority’s plight.
The newly elected Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra has the electoral mandate having secured a landslide victory to strengthen democracy preventing any form of intervention either through military coup as often seen in Thai politics or re-emergence of the monarchy.
People power evidently delivered the desirable political change.
The national unity message from the incoming Prime Minister serves as the beginning to end political turmoil encouraging foreign investor confidence and accelerate economic growth.
The political dissidents’ sacrifice in 2010 proved to be not in vain and Thailand could be a model for nations seeking meaningful democratic system.
Thailand peaceful protesters call for transformation initiated through ballots confirms the people holding key to power.
Nonetheless there are many tasks ahead for the elected government in addressing economic disparity and social issues.
The new government’s initial pledge to raise minimum wages to US $10 is a positive step considering the economic viability and regional potential to boost upward trend on exports such as rice currently proposed for price adjustment.
These economic and social measures would be hopefully implemented upon the administration assuming office.
Thailand is bracing for a bright future with the major political development and the leaders have unique opportunity to safeguard republic interests in adopting transparency and accountability in governance.
Good Luck! To the citizens of Thailand and Prime Minister elect Yingluck Shinawatra for a successful term with political stability and economic prosperity.
Peace to all.
Thank you.

June 27, 2011
By Padmini Arhant
In 2008 prior to leaving office, President George W. Bush had authorized 9,000 troops Brigade Combat team for Afghanistan and they were scheduled to join in January 2009.
After the new administration was sworn into office, in February and March 2009 President Barack Obama approved additional 21,000 troops deployment to Afghanistan for arrival in spring and summer of 2009.
The Presidential address on June 22, 2011 to the nation and the world on Afghanistan troop commitment was laid out claiming the 30,000 troops surge in 2010 will be gradually withdrawn beginning July 2011 with an estimated 10,000 to be pulled by the year end and the remaining of the 30,000 to return by 2012 summer.
Subsequent to possible 30,000 troop surge withdrawal the contingency comprises at least U.S. 100,000 and NATO as well as coalition combined approximately 50,000 troops.
In addition to Afghanistan national police, the Afghan security forces are over 100,000 per the Presidential statement and Department of Defense (DOD) account.
Notwithstanding the troops engaged in Afghan operation under OEF (Operation Enduring Freedom) apart from Afghanistan are Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan…in the region and the periphery.
Further U.S intelligence and mercenary are involved on the ground in Pakistan as paramilitary forces to counteract the less than one hundred Al Qaeda members supposedly driven from Afghanistan to Pakistan following the decade old combat mission in the war torn country.
As for the Afghan Taliban – again the negligible number in comparison with the U.S. and NATO consolidated engagement are opposed to U.S. and NATO appointed government in Kabul and never found posing a threat to U.S and allies’ national security at any time.
Afghan President Hamid Karzai under U.S and NATO authority is in agreement to massive foreign troops presence extending beyond 2014 – a situation similar to Iraq with U.S. selected government led by Prime Minister Nouri Al Maliki creating local insurgency against foreign military occupation and the respective heads of the state perceived as the puppet figures for foreign power.
The latest killing of 5 U.S. soldiers in June 2011 and previously April 2011 declared the deadliest month in Iraq is suggestive of the sentiments prevalent among the factions against U.S. occupation in any format either combat or security personnel training.
These incidents serve as the pretext to extend occupation beyond the bilateral agreement to leave the country.
The identical policies in the two nations – Afghanistan and Iraq for both strategic and economic dominance has lost credibility with unconvincing withdrawals from combat position to preparing the Afghani and Iraqi security forces for national defense only contributes to draining U.S and allies’ treasury precipitating economic decline worldwide.
Meanwhile the quagmires are leading Afghanistan and Iraq to the point of no return on economic and political viability facilitating prolonged foreign military retention to curb cyclical violence.
The outgoing Defense Secretary Robert Gates and the former military command General David Petraeus emphasized on U.S. permanent base in Iraq with the possibility to continue having troops in the beleaguered nation.
Likewise Afghanistan is being maneuvered in that direction with the over reaching timetable lacking in definitive milestones.
With respect to the mounting economic burden on U.S and allies taxpayers funding the protracted warfare surrounding the ambiguous timeline for complete pull out –
The cost factor has not been mentioned in the Presidential speech considering the relevance at any time particularly when the debate on raising the national debt ceiling is contentious resulting in the existing gridlock between the White House and the Republican members in the House and Senate.
Raw data on the expenditure incurred in the two wars thus far is reported to be a staggering $1.6 trillion and despite the projected drawdowns in the near and distant future the economic costs is expected to exceed over $2.6 trillion given the stated occupation until 2014 and thereafter
Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen quoted during congressional hearing on June 23, 2011 that Afghanistan war alone is costing U.S. taxpayers $10 billion per month.
Department of Defense (DOD) has increased baseline funding requirement by $8 billion in order to avoid the war fatigue stimulated fund reduction earlier secured through supplemental appropriation bill in Congress.
The operational costs pertaining to military personnel, training Afghan and Iraqi security forces, counter-terrorism using various methods from boots in ground to unmanned aerial attacks,
Not to mention the 15,000 troops in undisclosed location as classified operatives, constant replenishing of stockpiles, defense supplies and equipments…all falling under operation and maintenance category has direct impact on the fiscal year budget.
It is equally important to shed light on Afghanistan and Iraq economies stalled by systemic breakdowns in national governance emanating from weak administrations and disruptions attributed to foreign invasion related violence.
Hence the costs to restore military capability in Afghanistan and Iraq are currently met by the taxpayers of the participating nations.
Also not factored in the equation is the military aid to neighboring Pakistan bearing economic liabilities for U.S and incessant internal turmoil in Pakistan.
The Presidential statement affirmed the following principles that are unfortunately not adhered to on many issues.
“We’re a nation that brings our enemies to justice while adhering to the rule of law and respecting the rights of all our citizens.”
The alleged killing of Osama Bin Laden in Abbottabad, Pakistan had no prior approval from the United States Congress or the sovereign Pakistan Parliament and the U.S. as well as global citizens request for credible evidence confirming the action ignored with the case closed asserting that Presidential discretionary powers exercised in this matter.
Additionally in terms of respecting the rights of citizens – the Patriot Act allowing government unlimited access to the public’s private life is anything but honoring the citizen’s rights.
“We protect our own freedom and prosperity by extending it to others. We stand not for empire, but for self-determination. That is why we have a stake in the democratic aspirations that are now washing across the Arab world.
We will support those revolutions with fidelity to our ideals, with the power of our example, and with an unwavering belief that all human beings deserve to live with freedom and dignity.”
The war torn nations – Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen and Bahrain with U.S and allies’ strong influence prove otherwise.
“When innocents are being slaughtered and global security endangered, we don’t have to choose between standing idly by or acting on our own. Instead, we must rally international action, which we’re doing in Libya, where we do not have a single soldier on the ground, but are supporting allies in protecting the Libyan people and giving them the chance to determine their own destiny.”
Libyan current reality is testimony to economic aspirations overriding humanitarian cause.
The illegitimate government under Muammar Gaddafi leadership is indeed slaughtering and ordering mass murder of innocent civilians.
On United States watch the Libyan leader continues to remain in power with oppression accepted as the fact of life in the Arab world.
There is no urgency or necessity felt among U.S. and coalition to indict leader Muammar Gaddafi and family for war crimes in the International Court of Justice to enable people victory in Libya.
However, the U.S initiative in using International Court of Justice in 2010 against Lebanon brought down the democratically elected government demonstrating the U.S and allies selective pursuits for political, strategic and economic benefits.
Notably Egypt, Yemen and Bahrain are favored against Syria though the citizens in all of these nations share common goals – freedom and democracy, economic, social and political prospects not to mention their experience with identical government crackdowns to quell dissent.
American dream in the twenty first century is compromised with rising deficit, deep economic recession, poor job market and growing inflation stemming from burgeoning costs in military expansion across the globe.
United States and coalition can no longer sustain the public wealth depletion since wars are now conducted on borrowed money saddling the present and future generations with enormous debt denying the average citizens the ability to attain their individual life ambitions.
Therefore procrastination in bringing troops home is imprudent and not learning from history i.e. Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos would be analogous to anticipating different results from failed methods.
Besides monetary obligations the ultimate price paid on warfare is sacrificing precious lives from all sides whether the victims are 18 and 19 year old combat soldiers or five to ninety year old civilian, the bloodshed until now and later to assist the defense industry profits renders life easily dispensable.
Human resources is an integral part of a nation’s capital and utilizing the core services constructively would increase productivity in a peaceful environment rather than pursuing persistent universal military installations to safeguard defense sector’s profitability.
With economies on the brink of collapse, it would be wise to focus on nation building in creating jobs, strengthening local manufacturing, improving domestic status on all fronts to provide for fair income distribution that could inevitably alleviate human suffering.
The war strategies from military command and Defense department to win public and congressional trust do not indicate clear exit motives from any location restricting peace emergence in the occupied territories.
When the simple maxim – live and let others live in peace is wholeheartedly practiced then peace, progress and prosperity will naturally pervade world over.
Human desires surpassing human wants endangering life and habitat is the fundamental problem in the contemporary era.
Protectionism in wealth accumulation at the global population despair and disadvantage in the globalized economy is yet another grim characteristic of personal gains primordial for some to thrive leaving the rest struggling to survive.
Power come into play with calculated tactics applied in targeted areas to absorb functionality accentuating vulnerability among people for self-promotion and specific agenda.
Global connectivity having become the convenient link – the opportunity for positive and negative aspects is explored and in some instances exploited exacerbating human plight and national welfare.
Peaceful protests seeking paradigm shift in political system throughout Middle East is a classic example where persecuted dissidents’ voices are being heard but global leaderships’ passiveness is restraining transformation from taking place.
Corporate and military dominance centered on territorial and assets acquisition at the vast majority’s detriment is predominantly responsible for the status quo.
As a result political upheavals are common for nations deprived of sovereignty with foreign rule dictating terms and conditions under the guise of spreading democracy and nation building.
Military aggression replaced with economic development, educational facilities, life saving projects such as clean drinking water, irrigational sources in the drought prone areas to improve farming, hospitals and last but not the least infrastructure investment would guarantee precipitous ending to unmitigated violence in the perpetual war zones.
Accordingly national efforts and achievements in this regard utilizing the disproportionate defense divestments and eliminating wasteful spending would not only revive economic growth but also contain fiscal woes in the escalating financial crisis.
Political will is quintessential to steer the nation forward in all frontiers.
Leaders and public officials as elected representatives exemplifying unequivocal pledge to serve the people and the country they govern by resisting influences from within and outside that is regressive would enhance national endowments setting the path towards bipartisanship crucial in recognizing the mutual ideas and concerns as necessary checks and balances to pass legislation affecting millions of lives at home and around the world.
Reverting to Afghanistan – the Afghan nationals deserve a new beginning free of foreign determination to elect, govern and chart the course for them with international assistance flowing to empower people in expediting the desirable outcome.
Afghanistan is at the crossroads to resurrect and rebuild the nation in rubbles to a peaceful vibrant economic center in Central Asia, fostering diplomatic and trade relationships with Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka…in the Indian sub-continent.
Military interventions and wars have diminished hopes and deteriorated economic conditions with overwhelming segments in the society living in abject poverty, poor literacy rates known to have hampered young girls and women’s rights forcing them to dependency often enduring social injustice in modern times.
Afghanistan has great potential to evolve and integrate with the millennium concept rich in diversity, innovations and inspirational accomplishments without having to disinherit the salient cultural heritage unique to every society.
Political emancipation and peaceful atmosphere is paramount in overcoming obstacles on the path to recovery.
Afghanistan is also faced with crippling corruption scandals at every step of the way and reversing the trend in this context would call for national awakening with grassroots support enforcing the code of conduct into effective law.
Optimism, steel resolve and national unity are the keys to success in the evolutionary process.
Peace to all!
Thank you.

Greece Austerity Package
June 22, 2011
By Padmini Arhant
Greece faced with fiscal challenges is considering further austerity measures targeting the mainstream population.
The decision has triggered public anger and frustration in disagreement with the government’s economic policy.
In an effort to comply with ECB, IMF and EU terms for the previous bailout euros 110 billion of which, financiers have conditionally withheld remaining euros 12 billion demanding the government to streamline spending cuts alongside tax hikes to avert potential default predicted to cause ripple effects among the euro zone nations.
Greece is also hoping to secure additional loan euros 100 billion to meet financial obligations with creditors while attempting to pass the austerity package worth euros 28 billion in Parliament
The Socialist government under familiar leadership of Prime Minister George Papandreou has been struggling to survive the worst financial crisis emanating from –
The hedge fund debacle combined with weak fiscal policy lacking in checks and balances,
Asset mismanagement, monetary and economic policies deficient in goals and preparedness with respect to the then looming global recession leading to prior administration failure exacerbated by the common corruption problem that has brought the Mediterranean country on the brink of economic collapse.
As a result the vulnerable demography in the society are forced to bear the brunt with workers in both public and private sector not paid for their service or labor over six to fifteen months.
Notwithstanding a vast majority bereft of job opportunities and economic growth… left at the government’s mercy for existence.
The dire situation is the culmination of complacency to deteriorating economic conditions, financial prudence and ethical efficacy debilitating national creditworthiness.
From the creditors perspective, caution exercised in lending to a nation perceived as fiscally irresponsible and therefore stipulations beyond economic viability is maintained despite the drastic constraints proved detrimental to the borrower and lender more likely precipitating the anticipated delinquency on loan repayment.
Although fiscal management is vital to emerge from the burgeoning economic meltdown, it is equally important to be diligent in protecting the mass being the workers, employees, consumers, taxpayers and the electorate determining the political fate in a democratic society.
Austerity aimed at the essential services and programs for citizens would be counterproductive.
Instead reviewing the national budget and eliminating wasteful expenditures like disproportionate defense appropriation with Greece being a NATO ally and trimming bureaucracy in the government portfolios could improve efficiency in the public sector.
Private sector could be invigorated with tax incentives to retain and create desperately required jobs.
Simultaneously closing tax loopholes with tax reform is yet another revenue source possibly reversing the rising national debt.
Investments to promote small-medium businesses are typically the desirable economic pursuits to expedite recovery.
Identifying redundant holdings and undertakings contributing to national deficit could ease the burden with divestments in job sector to increase productivity.
Agriculture, Industrial expansion utilizing innovative technology and focus on green jobs would immensely boost GDP enhancing exports in the global economy.
Hence every step towards alleviating public plight by restoring health, education, housing jobs and environment would guarantee exponential returns for any economy especially the nations dealing with fiscal woes need economic stimulus to revive the job market and consequently consumerism.
Human capital is a valuable resource instrumental in economic, social and political development.
The government efforts on austerity slashing critical programs that could deprive people from basic living standards are not in national interest.
Greece is urged to implement robust economic policy built on political transparency and accountability effectively addressing corruption to reflect integrity and credibility in national affairs.
Parliament vote in Greece could perhaps follow a road map prioritizing citizens’ economic and social empowerment with precise immediate and long-term objectives consisting emergency plan through financial reserve held in future savings for foreseeable or unexpected events.
Hopefully the lenders IMF, EU and ECB would kindly approve the necessary funds to Greece on the premise to become solvent besides fiscally strong in the tough economic climate setting a precedence for others seeking financial rescue.
Wishing the people of Greece and Prime Minister George Papandreou success in nation building.
Best Wishes to European Union members in providing meaningful financial assistance to enable nations like Greece and others in similar strife to strive for rapid growth resumption.
Thank you.

Arab Spring – Permeating Middle East Peace and Political Stability
June 12, 2011
By Padmini Arhant
The political uprising in Tunisia last December inspired pro-democracy movement across the Middle East.
Arab Spring denotes the long overdue political transformation granting freedom of expression – a fundamental right in every civil society, free and fair elections that guarantees participation of all political groups and social equality transcending gender notwithstanding socio-economic as well as educational status.
Political oppression over decades mired by human rights abuse has been prevalent up until now prompting fierce battle between government forces and civilians for democracy in Libya, Syria, Egypt, Bahrain and Yemen.
People in the Middle East and North Africa have valiantly protested against authoritarianism with many innocent lives sacrificed in the violent crackdown by political leaderships unwilling to relent to public call for their resignation.
The Contact Group meeting on Libya held in Abu Dhabi, UAE on June 9, 2011 is a phenomenal step towards expediting the dawn of democracy in the region.
More than 30 countries and many international organizations pledging support to rebuild Libya and offering humanitarian aid to the nations in political turmoil is welcome and signifies the general consensus on Middle East stability being vital for global security.
Thousands of lives saved through international intervention are praiseworthy.
However, the leaderships responsible for massacre are still in power and the ammunitions used in the brutal attacks against peaceful demonstrators were supplied by the powerful nations’ defense industry.
The outreach to political dissidents in the oppressed nations is undermined by arms supply to dictatorial governments thereby strengthening their defense against national movement.
Behind the scenes negotiations with autocratic powers and the heir apparent in Egypt, Yemen, Bahrain and more prominently Libya has prolonged the crisis and emboldened the embattled leaderships to remain in power against republic will.
The simultaneous approach has created confusion and delayed imminent political transition contributing to further loss of life and economic damages that could be reversed through categorical denouncement and explicit action leading to the illegitimate governments’ termination in office.
Individual assessment of political situation in the Middle East could shed light on the problems and offer viable solutions to end misery paving the path for a new beginning with people governing national resources that would allow sovereignty to prevail over dynasty or totalitarian rule.
Tunisia – The origin of political awakening led by citizens quest to drive the nation towards political independence and sowing the seeds for democracy to blossom in the near future.
Political struggles are not without obstacles and the post conflict poses more challenges often becoming the litmus test for the revolution viability.
Tunisian election scheduled on July 24, 2011 is now postponed to October this year to facilitate better preparation considering the nation’s first experience at the polls.
The Contact group along with International Stabilization Response Team and UN assistance in this regard is poignant in terms of setting up system to produce the election media conduct code or technical aid prior to historic elections in Egypt and Tunisia…to promote smooth electoral process.
It is essential for the citizens in Tunisia and elsewhere to form a united front in rebuilding their nation and work together towards common goals i.e. economic progress and social equality reflected in political representation.
Egypt – The Supreme Council of Egypt Army subsequent to Mubarak regime dismissal is yet to lift emergency rule, probe human rights violation, Tahrir Square political activists persecution such as virginity tests for women and men subjected to electrocution…
Replicating the predecessor undemocratic civil rights suppression confirms emulation rather than elimination of tyranny.
Although Egypt’s national election is due in September 2011, the current developments under the military government are a direct assault on democratic reform and calls for the swift transfer of power to civil society.
Failure to adhere to democratic principles is extending Mubarak rule by proxy.
Egypt Army assumed power on U.S and allies watch to curb the rise of western feared fundamentalism against local sentiments on external influence predominantly responsible for long lasting dictatorships in the region.
The Contact Group efforts translated into results in keeping the army at bay exclusively for national defense not governance in Egypt and alike would prove the real commitment to establish democracy in the Middle East and North Africa.
Libya – The recognition of Transitional National Council as the Libyan population’s legitimate representative is a progressive measure and the Contact Group members’ assurance to maintain relief emphasize the Council’s legitimacy in implementing the desirable change that is inclusive, transparent and in coherence with the twenty first century concept.
None of these aspirations are feasible unless the Gaddafi government is removed from power and the perpetrators of war crimes brought to justice to prevent recurring atrocity against humanity.
The recent killing of 28 freedom fighters during Gaddafi loyalists’ incursion near Misrata, North Western Libya reinforces the requirement to disarm the regime in possession of disproportionate artillery stockpiles.
Again reiterating the earlier statement on arms supply to undemocratic elements, the economic and political pressure by the Contact Group can be effective only when the chain link on weapons delivery to the government forces are broken and confiscated in order to contain violence used thus far to combat national resistance.
The leading international powers’ military strategy to arm the revolutionaries instead of disarming the belligerent government security personnel has converted the initial non-violent dissent into armed retaliation in Libya and Yemen…
Again the real beneficiaries are the defense industry or the military industrial complex profiteering from arms distribution to all sides at the enormous expense of precious lives.
Therefore it is incumbent upon the governments to cease weapons dispatch and substitute them with economic development.
The decision at G8 meeting in Deauville France in May 2011 with every G8 country prepared to open its market to nations committed to meaningful reform underpinned by clear conditions is noteworthy.
Nonetheless the G8 nations reciprocal investment in the countries heading towards democratic structure is equally imperative to develop the domestic economy.
Trade relationships, social and cultural exchange between nations are mutually rewarding and nurture economic growth alongside improving strategic partnerships.
The western governments hold the key to liberation in the Middle East and North Africa since the heads of the state in Libya, Yemen, Bahrain, Egypt, Tunisia…were all considered allies and approved for various political and economic reasons regardless of their governance track record.
It is a unique moment for the western powers to disavow relation with unsavory leaderships and unequivocally engage in the power transfer to the people without further bloodshed and destruction.
Syria – President Bashar Al Assad obsession with power came to light in the escalated violence forcing his own people to flee their homeland across the borders as refugees.
The leaderships’ cumulative response throughout Middle East towards public demand for republic rule has been similar i.e. excessive force and killing of their population they have enslaved over several years.
Power is honorable when lives are saved, protected and uplifted not the contrary per the status quo.
Syrian state collapse is a possibility in the treacherous trail by the Assad government eager to stay in power but unwilling to surrender in national interest.
Syrian population resolve and resilience will enable their political dreams to come into fruition.
The dictatorial governments downfall is a matter of time for they can no longer continue with the genocide carried out to expand their term in office indefinitely.
Yemen – Sharing the traits with counterparts in Syria and Libya – The politically and physically wounded President Ali Abdullah Saleh is another example of autocracy losing grip on power.
Yemeni President was never acknowledged as the leader and rejected by the people given the President’s self-appointment to power exacerbated with brutality in the latest political upheaval.
President Ali Abdullah Saleh survived the political storm with the U.S and allies backing in the so-called war on terror.
The President has no credibility and would be better poised to step down from office with dignity in the wake of national demonstration urging Saleh administration to leave avoiding the unarmed civilian sacrifice.
Bahrain – The reaction to political evolution is no different from the regional events.
The powerful economic and military ally in Saudi Arabia and United States respectively has been instrumental in sustaining violence against the citizens.
Needlessly the kingdom’s dominant maneuvering is a temporary escapade imitating the neighboring rulers’ tactics eventually resulting in inevitable expulsion from power.
Refusal to accept the new millennium generation determination to replace autocracy, theocracy and plutocracy with functional democracy is delusional at the least and individually detrimental as exemplified in the present and past testimony.
The current trend pursuing confrontation under the guise of patriotism is politically misleading and economically devastating serving only the foreign authorities’ selective agenda.
As for the western powers declaration to democratize Middle East and North Africa – the mission is noble and perhaps urgent attention drawn to independent Palestine State with West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem officially designated as Palestinian territories not barring illegal settlements and occupation would reaffirm the genuine motive behind solemn solidarity.
People in the Middle East and North Africa have endured immense suffering and denied normal existence.
The extraordinary courage exhibited in taking their grievances to the streets non-violently is bound for remarkable victory concluding the repressive era.
Freedom is in the air and the permeating Arab Spring promises pleasant fragrance in the environment – political rights and economic prosperity in the society.
Peace to all!
Thank you.

IDEA – Individuals with Disabilities Education Act
June 1, 2011
Dear Ms. Arhant,
I received your letter expressing your support for fully funding the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). I appreciate the time you took to write and welcome the opportunity to respond.
As you know, when Congress enacted IDEA in 1975, it authorized the Federal Government to contribute up to 40 percent of the cost associated with educating students with disabilities.
This commitment was to ensure that the nearly six million students with special needs receive the same quality of education as their peers without overburdening local school districts.
To date, this commitment has never been fully funded. During fiscal year 2010, $11.5 billion was provided to states for special education, roughly 17 percent of the total cost.
In fiscal year 2009, the Federal Government provided 34 percent of the cost of special education with additional funding provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
This was the closest the government has ever come to matching the 40 percent commitment. As states cut back on education budgets, local school districts have been forced to cut some of their services or raise taxes to pay for the special education services they are mandated to provide.
I share your concern that school districts may be overburdened by the costs of special education.
During the 111th Congress, Senator Tom Harkin (D-IA) introduced the “IDEA Full Funding Act,” which would have fulfilled the commitment to fully fund IDEA over an eight-year period.
That bill did not get passed before Congress adjourned, so it will need to be reintroduced to be considered in the 112th Congress. Ensuring that all students receive a quality education is a priority of mine, and it is helpful for me to hear your views on this issue.
As Congress considers the reauthorization of IDEA, please be assured that I will work with my colleagues to find responsible and cost-effective ways to provide school districts with adequate special education funding.
Once again, thank you for writing. If you have any further questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact my Washington, D.C. office.
Best regards.
Sincerely yours,
Dianne Feinstein
United States Senator

To: U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein
Honorable. Senator Dianne Feinstein
Dear Senator Feinstein,
Your update in response to my petition on IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) funding is much appreciated.
There is no doubt that fiscal budgets’ priorities are misplaced with education, health and essential services marginalized over wasteful spending.
As stated in your letter, I concur with you in entirety on this issue that –
IDEA Full Funding Act introduced by Senator Tom Harkin requires reintroduction in the 112th Congress.
Again I would go further on this matter to request Congressional members on both sides of the aisle to not only reconsider but also stamp their approval without any procrastination to prove their commitment to American families.
Federal funding towards vital programs such as IDEA providing equal opportunity to significant population with special needs is prudent investment that guarantees quality education resulting in brighter future for all.
It is reassuring to learn about congressional initiative to reauthorize IDEA and your dedication along with other esteemed members cooperation would expedite the passage of this important Act.
School districts are faced with a dilemma in the mandatory compliance not backed with adequate federal or state funding forcing them to streamline overheads, which means credentialed and skilled educators are no longer affordable.
Other undesirable alternatives are eliminating core services that could potentially transform life for talented students qualifying under IDEA including others seeking basic to advanced assistance.
Investments in education and health for citizens across the social, economic and political spectrum are monumental for national progress.
It can no longer be categorized as discretionary spending especially with definitive returns on these crucial programs directly benefiting the economy and the general society.
I extend my support to issues related to enhancing American lives and humanity at large.
Thank you for your solidarity and look forward to successful IDEA enactment.
With Best Wishes,
Padmini Arhant
Patriot Act Repeal
May 27, 2011
By Padmini Arhant
Following the 9/11 homeland terrorism, the Patriot Act was introduced under the guise of curbing terror and,
Simultaneously Guantanamo bay, renditions, denial of habeas corpus, diverse torture techniques prominently waterboarding…accepted without any moral concerns exemplified in disregarding Geneva Convention and international law on human rights.
Not to mention fear mongering using color codes as security alert advising residents to duct tape their homes dominated mainstream media.
Since then terror adopted under national security pretext violating civil liberty that constricts freedom as a strategy for mass mind control.
The status quo remains with Patriot Act extended today fomenting targeted prejudice against specific segments in the society ranging from warrantless search, NSA wiretapping, access to citizens’ communication, profiling and biometrics with not only finger printing but also retina scan for exclusive identification.
Patriot Act unleashes aggressive infiltration in the nationals’ private life.
The policy makers legislating as well as executing the unlawful and unethical government intrusion in citizenry personal matter are sworn to secret society pledged to world dominance signifying the hypocritical stance and diabolical double standards.
Meanwhile the architects and authorities abusing the executive power with Congressional complacency and complicity on a large scale granted impunity in a manner replicating the fascist era.
Patriot Act is anything but patriotic. It is undemocratic, illegal and defies constitutionality of a sovereign nation that has been long governed by unscrupulous hegemonic power escalating totalitarianism through blatant suppression of republic rule.
Ironically, the real terror pervasive in the contemporary world with truth subversion, false propaganda and distortion is upheld by the so-called democratic society and,
The legislators overwhelming approval of authoritarianism reflected in the Patriot Act confirms the democracy demise.
The executive branch is exempt from transparency and accountability with privilege availed for extra-judicial execution in foreign land and declining public request for any evidence in the self-proclaimed mock human sacrifice.
A dangerous trend with the looming apocalypse slighted by the presumptuous powers refuting inevitable downfall despite history serving as testimony.
The Pseudo Empire operating behind the scenes claiming to be illumined minds and proudly admitting treason against own country,
Notwithstanding egregious collusion with forces responsible for genocide in the pre-world war II subsequently defending the victims’ descendants is disingenuous in semblance with consistent betrayal of humanity.
The dubious empirical monopoly has been successfully established in the global resources exploitation made possible through territorial invasion and annexation –
In turn achieved at the obedient troops’ deaths and innocent civilian massacre across the globe.
Treachery, deceit and brutality being the tyrannical conglomerate’s philosophy, the crumbling citadel epitomizes the return on the investments chronically lacking in human characteristics.
The mighty and powerful have succumbed to the sinister activities thereby the end justifying the means.
Cabal exposure revealing explicit universal dictate with corruptive tactics is a wake up call for global revolution to peacefully and non-violently reject the surreptitious coup d’état in motion.
Patriot Act is politically convenient to deny citizens the individual rights in every aspect with the federal agency and telecommunication industry unprecedented access to private affairs of the general public.
The open violation carried out to masquerade the tailored or manufactured events by the real perpetrators – those holding the mantle of power.
Preserving extraordinary powers to deprive the rest peaceful existence is state sponsored terrorism designed to promote polarization in achieving the ultimate goal – political empowerment to enslave the vulnerable world population.
The quest to rein in free and open society is a sign of weakness exhibiting loss of control over personal will power to contain excess greed and contempt for moralistic guidelines.
United States is a nation founded on leaderships sacrificing their life for emancipation proclamation, civil rights with liberty and pursuit of happiness guaranteed to all regardless of social, religious, economic or political background.
Sadly down the line as the society progressed in many frontiers, the political leaderships under the economic powers’ influence have systematically steered the nation in reverse course on human rights, democratic values and core principles tarnishing national image and integrity they falsely represent codifying status according to the apex power will.
Mankind failure and civilization collapse has been triggered by a few wielding enormous power revolving around the ‘Me, Myself and I’ concept to the self-righteousness peril.
Hence refusal to reconcile terms with reality is entry towards cataclysmic destination chosen at personal discretion.
Repealing not re-enactment of laws such as Patriot Act is the honorable action for any society eliminating fear rather than engendering phobia in the rapidly deteriorating ruling class governed by instinctive desire to propitiate the axis in disguise.
There is an urgent need to resurrect people power and mobilize civil participation to restore democracy truly representing utilitarianism against prevalent system based on global productivity for selective income distribution.
Otherwise embracing globalization to generate profits, however enforcing protectionism in wealth amassment.
“One voice can make a difference and one million or more could change the world – a better place for all.”
Peace to all!

Afghanistan – Troop Withdrawal for Redeployment
May 22, 2011
By Padmini Arhant
The legislation on troop withdrawal from Afghanistan for redeployment per the White House proposal requires clarification with specific details.
Bill sponsored by the Honorable Democrat Senators Barbara Boxer, Kirsten Gillibrand, Richard Durbin and Sherrod Brown seeks the following actions:
The legislation is defined as:
The Safe and Responsible Redeployment of
United States Combat Forces from
Afghanistan Act of 2011
1. States that is U.S. policy to begin the phased redeployment of U.S. combat forces from Afghanistan by July 1, 2011.
2. Requires the President’s administration submit a plan to Congress by July 31, 2011, for the phased redeployment of U.S. combat forces from Afghanistan
3. Requires the plan include a date certain for completion of redeployment.
Reiterating the response provided to Senators Barbara Boxer and Kirsten Gillibrand,
Adopting peace over protracted war is productive in many aspects. Peace is powerful and constructive from the economic, political and humanitarian standpoint.
It is time to bring our troops home from Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Yemen and around the world.
The legislation layout for redeployment rather than return back home is a grave concern particularly with the immediate and long term military plan to redeploy the exhausted armed forces elsewhere.
Again as mentioned in earlier submission to the request for support – Troop withdrawal is pragmatic and paramount.
However, not for redeployment in other targeted locations.
Troop withdrawal for redeployment is expecting different outcome from same experiments proved detrimental to life and national economy.
Further the strategy has adversely affected the political future for the occupied nations like Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq… escalating violence through suicide attacks or sectarian conflicts thereby facilitating prolonged troops presence, may not necessarily in combat position,
Nonetheless remaining in reserve on foreign land leaning towards establishing permanent base as revealed for Iraq with synonymous policy.
Additionally, the unpopular governments appointed in Afghanistan and Iraq against electoral mandate by U.S and NATO has exacerbated national security, non-viable governance emanating from rampant corruption and leaderships perceived as puppet representation of foreign power.
Afghanistan like Iraq is saddled with more than a decade war, government without a clear roadmap for economic growth or political stability in a fragmented society.
U.S. and NATO troop withdrawal in entirety would unequivocally reinstate sovereignty in all occupied territories enabling civilian rule under leaderships pledged to solidarity and secular society.
Unlike the U.S. departure subsequent to former Soviet retraction from Afghanistan abandoning the domestic needs of the population,
It is important this time around to reverse the trend and maximize assistance in nation building beginning with infrastructure, education, health and economic opportunity through trade relationships with the people choice of government committed to promoting agriculture, industrial and robust environment for rapid progress.
United States faced with fiscal crisis and sluggish economy, staggering unemployment and rising inflation simply cannot afford extravagant military missions under the pretext of the so-called war on terror.
Evidently such engagement over a decade in different parts of the world has resulted in bankrupt economy with upcoming debate on raising the debt ceiling alongside spending cuts primarily aimed at the consumer based segments -restraining business sector development.
Transparency on all matter exemplified though action is quintessential to move the nation forward.
Hence the legislation on troop withdrawal from Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan and the U.S. base across the globe for domestic return and not redeployment to another region is highly recommended mindful of the fact that,
The long overdue defense expenditure divestment would save and protect life at home and abroad.
With profound gratitude to the armed forces for their invaluable service and sacrifice to this great nation,
The esteemed Congress is requested to stand united and overwhelmingly approve the monumental legislation to end wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Yemen…and around the world expediting the troop arrival in the United States.
Hopefully the lesson is learned from erroneous decisions leading to harsh reality.
Mistake made once is an error and repeated twice or more – an inevitable failure.
There is an urgent requirement for domestic investments in the United States and the war zones ultimately delivering the desired regional and global peace.
Peace to all!
Thank you.

United States – Congressional and State Elections 2011
May 21, 2011
By Padmini Arhant
Special election scheduled on May 24, 2011 in New York 26th Congressional district is on spotlight with the race between the Republican candidate Jane Corwin and the Democrat Kathy Hochul reportedly in dead heat predominantly due to GOP plan to overhaul Medicare and Rep. Paul Ryan’s controversial budget.
Democrat contender Kathy Hochul is presumably neither self nor special interests-funded and projected to be a fierce fighter for working class given her impressive track record as the Erie County Clerk and having previously worked for Congressional members John LaFalce and the late US Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan distinctively confirming Washington experience compared with her opponents in the election.
In semblance with the dilemma experienced by mainstream representatives against lobbyists’ funded political opponents in any election,
The disproportionate money factor is a major challenge for the determined and dedicated political aspirant, Kathy Hochul.
Unless the tradition is broken with massive voter interjection rejecting such candidacies, it would be extremely difficult for any genuine leadership to emerge at the local and national level.
As stated earlier on numerous occasions, politics run by corporate power and multinational influence is formidable with the political mandate easily swayed through smear campaigns distracting public from electorate-concerned issues.
Reiterating the previous statement in this regard, people have the power to enforce the change necessary beginning with invalidating the money power right from the campaign trail to the Congressional halls and chambers that has successfully undermined democracy rendering the electoral process a mere formality.
Democrat nominee Kathy Hochul is favored to counteract the multi-faceted representation in Congress on various issues and apparently committed to her constituents in NY-26 district including the people across the state and the nation.
The voters in New York 26 Congressional district are requested and urged to pay attention to the prevalent trend with campaign promises made to the people remaining a political rhetoric,
While the pledge to campaign contributors fulfilled in legislation prepared and drafted by none other than the relevant industry and foreign interests.
Please come forward and contribute to Democrat Kathy Hochul campaign for meaningful democratic voice in Congress conspicuously missing among the majority responsible for the status quo.
The democrat Kathy Hochul’s triumph in the red district could make history given the election in the constituency won by republican candidates with the exception of three democrats’ success in the past century.
Democrats, Republicans and Independents alike have a unique opportunity to elect the democrat Kathy Hochul in promoting the average American cause.
Please extend your generous support with affordable donations to democrat Kathy Hochul’s campaign for a landslide victory on May 24, 2011.
Similarly the state of Wisconsin is set for recall elections in July 2011 with six Republican members failure to address the state problems and,
Instead launched attacks on workers and middle class families – the contemporary political scapegoat for lawmakers sworn allegiance to campaign financiers.
Wisconsin Republican candidates against ordinary citizens are endowed with political cash machine operated by veteran election maneuverers like former political adviser to Bush-Cheney administration, Karl Rove and Koch Brothers in addition to corporate money supply.
Their agenda has been to eliminate middle class and push the lower income families to the lowest economic strata.
Sadly, they have achieved their goals widening the gap between the haves and have-nots.
Republic rule has been systematically replaced with corporate and finance sector dominance buying elections through investment in political campaigns ensuring phenomenal returns on specific industry oriented matter much to the population detriment.
The question is directed to the victims – the people in the state of Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey…and across the nation.
The top 1 percent deriving economic prospects at the remaining population expense having become the norm,
What would it require to energize the voters with real power in restoring the government of the people, for the people and by the people?
Indeed there is greater urgency to reverse the process – only possible through active voter participation to reclaim fair income distribution and equality in many aspects.
Electorates can no longer be complacent to the systemic abuse of democratic system increasingly exploited by various business and political factions focused on self-interest than citizens’ or national interest.
Therefore, the electorates in New York 26th Congressional district could potentially alter the course in a positive direction by casting their vote for democrat Kathy Hochul and,
Likewise electing Progressives against Republican lawmakers recognized for their crusade to protect the wealthiest and disenfranchise the rest is paramount to revive economic and political viability.
Please exercise diligence in the democratic right by electing leadership loyal to voters and not sponsors of the individual political career with vested interests.
Best Wishes and Good Luck to Democrat Kathy Hochul of New York 26th Congressional district, Progressives in Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, New Hampshire and other parts of the nation for a glorious electoral outcome.
Thank you.

New World Order Defiance
May 16, 2011
By Padmini Arhant
The shadow government in control of world affairs remains defiant in defending the actions thus far despite causing immense suffering to humanity.
While upholding self-righteousness and assertions to privacy on public matter, the members defending the U.S. raid in the alleged killing of Osama Bin Laden and the Bush-Cheney administrations’ policies confirm their loyalty to secret society.
The insinuations and attacks enacted in the recent U.S. operation in Abbottabad, Pakistan aimed at the truth seeker is beneath human character exhibiting belligerence thereby expediting the pseudo empire’s inevitable downfall – witnessed in history since time immemorial.
Further denigrating ancient religion on the U.S. Senate floor is an affirmation of the member’s allegiance to New World Order germinating intolerance to other religions, race or ethnicity.
Simultaneously expecting collusion to the catastrophic agenda is anything but democratic.
New World Order derived from imperialistic feudalism has successfully reined control over the global resources and territories through illegal invasion and colonization with the continuous trend in polarization and truth subversion to benefit the privileged few at the rest of the global population plight.
The current demand for cooperation towards status quo to advance human and planet annihilation is declined beckoning civility rather than hostility on airwaves and other medium at disposal.
Moreover the bizarre caricaturing and typecasting is mirroring the sponsors’ personal image as well as characteristics depicting desperate times seeking desperate measures.
Besides bankrupting the U.S. economy with adverse impact on the world economy,
New World Order roadmap has only led to Death Valley with relentless wars without justification and at worst false premise resulting in horrendous loss of lives, carnage and destruction.
The latest circumvention on the mock CIA interrogation in the alleged U.S. elimination of Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan is a formality refuting reality especially with CIA investigating CIA involvement.
Similarly the officials from Bush-Cheney administration currently deluding 9/11 facts in the corroboration are yet another attempts to deflect from the masqueraded truth behind the horrific homeland terrorism.
Across the Atlantic, the International Court of Justice issuing arrest warrant to Gaddafi is welcome and a refreshing course in dealing with the Libyan regime atrocity towards civilian population leading to mass graves.
However, concurrently declaring the Libyan dictatorship dismissal of ICC Warrant raises credibility factor in the development debilitating ICC power as the international judiciary against leadership demonstrably irresolute nonetheless portrayed otherwise.
Indeed a litmus test for the International Court of Justice used at NWO will – whether toppling Lebanon’s democratically elected government or rejecting the UN appointed Goldstone report on Israeli and Hamas war crimes following 2008 Israeli attack on Gaza.
Likewise in Egypt, the army rule under Supreme Council operating with substantial U.S. military aid is NWO direct implementation arguably reinstating authoritarian rule in the post Mubarak crackdown on peaceful civilian protesters.
The tradition to diminish republic empowerment is visibly vigorous threatening the functioning and emergence of democracy worldwide.
Reiterating the earlier call for universal dissent against New World Order – responsible for systemic abuse of power, wealth amassment, military aggression evolving into nuclear threats and above all,
Impunity to political establishment in the License to kill discretionary power without any moral or legal implications.
Notwithstanding gross human rights violation via torture, renditions, waterboarding, detainees without due process and,
Targeting certain ethnic minority in the civilian society with wiretapping, surveillance, harassment at the airport…under the guise of national security and Patriot Act.
Ironically the reverse surveillance and acute monitoring of these entities and their activities is pertinent for it would unequivocally save lives and protect humanity from potential disasters given the trajectory and refusal to submit evidences for public scrutiny.
The revelations could perhaps unveil real identity behind the unpatriotic decisions.
Whenever there are double standards exempting the explicit crimes from any investigation or accountability and,
Contrarily subjugating the transparent and honest demeanor,
It exemplifies the contemporary society’s regress to medieval period.
Persistence in this regard would be futile for all things must end in order to adapt to the evolutionary process.
Life and freedom suppressed in the so-called democracy governed by forces sworn to secrecy and discreet policies is hegemonic with serious ramifications in semblance to pre-World War II.
It’s time to renounce the parallel government – an overcast hindering bright sunshine effectively endangering life on the planet.
Hence it is incumbent upon the voices for democracy world over to galvanize in restoring liberty, opportunity and social equality for all.
People possess the power to promote progress in every aspect. The dormant society is an easy access for dominance.
Please act now to end the pervasive violence, economic disparity, political upheavals and social injustice once and for all attributed to ‘classified’ and clandestine activities under New World Order.
Peace to all!
Thank you.

May 14, 2011
By Padmini Arhant
When the political establishment in the so-called democracy is protected with impunity and exempted from any accountability, the political system could no longer be identified as the republic rule.
The mainstream press and media as well as certain networks in cohort with political power decision to defy public demand in bringing the culprits behind 9/11 to justice,
Illegal invasion of Iraq under false pretext that has claimed thousands of U.S and coalition troops’ lives not to mention the millions of innocent civilian deaths and displacement.
Similarly Osama Bin Laden died a decade ago and the recent alleged elimination through extrajudicial execution in a unilateral decision without any evidences,
Hence severely lacking in credibility is slighted making a mockery of democracy.
New World Order sworn to secrecy convene meetings in secret locations barring journalists and press corps from the public domain with the NWO media personnel to cover the event and,
The members representing the powerful wings of political, economic, mass media, military, intelligence, royalty…formulate policies on global matter without the world population knowledge or consent.
The premium membership provides exclusive privileges like high profile and key positions in the international organizations such as IMF, World Bank and United Nations.
Notwithstanding government leaderships regardless of the political system represented in the United States, EU, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Most importantly the value added benefit from NWO membership is derived from –
Authorization to illegal invasion and occupation of foreign land,
Reserve the right to kill in a underworld style,
Toppling democratically elected governments for political and strategic advantage with IMMUNITY as these actions are never even recognized a crime.
NWO is a conglomerate comprising powerful forces thus far responsible for the status quo.
Obviously the objectives being dominate the world as a shadow government undermining and depriving citizens meaningful democracy across the globe.
NWO aim evidenced in the surreptitious and blatant attacks to amass world resources for distribution among the few amid causing death, chaos and carnage is tolerated by those complacent and apathetic to the vast majority plight.
It is poignant to highlight the United States and allies’ role in the systematic military aggression and use of force in various parts of the world under NWO chartered course to establish one world controlled by the nexus group having successfully derailed economic prospects, political stability and suppressing social equality through unpopular governments appointed against electoral mandate and virtue of royalty viz.
Afghanistan, Iraq, Egypt, Yemen, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Jordan …to name a few.
New World Order economic pursuit is diversified and reflected in energy, finance, agriculture, health, education etc.
Health insurance and health care industry reining control over the health care legislation in the IUnited States unfolded during the health care deal between the industry and the White House that guarantees 30 million mandatory subscribers to the health insurers facilitating exploitative incentives with no premium caps on the subscription.
Social Security privatization as seen in France Pension plan with extended retirement age much against public revolt is already making its way through in the U.S. Congress.
Energy policy designed and developed by the energy behemoths in the oil, mining and nuclear industry much to the environment disaster are granted unlimited access to conduct offshore deep and shallow water drilling including hydrofracking, mountaintop removal for mining, nuclear power plants without safe disposal of nuclear waste – despite catastrophic impact on life and the habitat.
In the United States, the energy industry especially the oil companies, coal and nuclear sectors are currently in the process of receiving tax subsidies per the latest Congressional hearing.
Elsewhere the energy minister is erroneously the environment minister strongly defending the coal, oil and nuclear industry.
Challenging the energy industry against planet destruction has been a daunting task for the environmental groups.
In fact the environment organizations coming together as a single indomitable force is necessary to save the planet from ruin.
The fragmented environment organizations unified measures would be formidable in achieving the desired goals than otherwise.
With respect to foreign policy – The U.S. State department has conspicuously moved away from the real purpose of restoring peace, diplomacy and democracy.
On the contrary the track record exemplified in espionage, coup d’état, illegal wiretapping and advice to conceal evidences in national and international issue viz. Osama Bin Laden alleged killing in Abbottabad, Pakistan.
The Defense department and Intelligence agencies maintaining synonymous trajectory worldwide in the supposed war on terror and violation of civil liberties with utter disregard for life and international law exhibited in the prolonged detentions without due process in Guantanamo bay, torture, renditions, mercenary operatives in occupied territories overseas resulting in the local population calamity and embarrassment for the nation.
Congressional lawmakers and judiciary alike until now have not taken any initiative to inquire, investigate and indict anyone with the justice department under White House concerted declaration to extend ‘classified’ information indefinitely claiming redemption and not retribution in the matter to absolve them on prevalent wrongdoings.
The pattern continues with the political class particularly the executive branch systemic abuse of power on national and global issues refuting ground reality and rejecting the request for transparency.
Former President George W. Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, White House political adviser and Confidante Karl Rove, Former CIA Director George Tenet, Former U.S. Secretaries of State Gen. Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice, Attorney Generals John Ashcroft and Alberto Gonsalez…
Not excluding the Military Commanders and Intelligence officials serving at that time are –
Required to stand trial for 9/11 truth behind horrific attacks.
Prolonging Afghanistan war under the pretext “Hunt for Osama Bin Laden” after knowing and admitting that CIA aided leader Osama Bin Laden was dead in Dec 2001.
Illegal invasion of Iraq under false premise.
Vice President Dick Cheney for Halliburton related various corporate and war crimes.
Bankrupting the U.S. economy generating global economic depression.
Ex-Prime Minister Tony Blair – a staunch advocate for Iraq war promoting the agenda that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction proved not to be true.
Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo bay, torture, renditions – the torture authors Professor John Yoo, Judge Jay Bybee for their contribution in the treatment of combat and non-combat prisoners held in different detention cells in the United States and foreign soil.
NSA wiretapping, surveillance and private citizens personal data infiltration through Patriot Act.
Ironically, the crimes have been consistently committed by authorities at the helm posing a major security threat to citizens world over.
International Court of Justice is selectively utilized at NWO will. If not, justice would have been served to the millions victimized in the absolute authoritarianism disguised in myriad format.
In the present administration – Beginning with the Office of Presidency,
President Barack Obama for Health Care Scandal and dismissal of the public plea to clarify on the pact with Health Insurance industry – 30 million mandatory subscribers with penalty imposed on Health Care law non-compliance to become effective partially in 2012 and entirely in 2014. At the same time no restrictions on premium hikes against health insurance industry.
Expanding wars and troops deployment in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Yemen and now Libya on unsubstantiated grounds.
Refusal to ban landmines and unwilling to ratify the international treaty.
Collusion with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for permanent troops presence in the Palestinian State of West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem thereby halting the Israeli-Palestinian peace process.
Bush-Cheney doctrine confirming NWO motto continued on economy, environment, foreign policy and warfare.
Skyrocketing national debt at $14.3 trillion burdened on middle class and lower income America.
Yet unwillingness to contain extravagant defense expenditure and coherence with opposition to Bush tax cuts extension for the wealthy.
Corporations exporting jobs overseas rewarded with consul positions at the White House.
Coup d’état against democratic governments – Honduras, Ecuador, Lebanon…
North Korea peace talks conveyed through former U.S. President Jimmy Carter ignored and instead approved provocative military exercise with South Korea on the Yellow Sea escalating tension with the nuclear nation.
Turkey threatened with possible coup during the Flotilla crisis involving Palestine.
Iraq – Permanent military base contemplated with the appointment of pro-Iranian government headed by Prime Minister Nouri Al-Maliki leading the nation to bloodbath and sectarian violence.
Iran facing potential nuclear attack in the emphatic Presidential statement underscoring all options considered to desist Iran’s nuclear ambition rather than addressing nuclear proliferation predominantly emanating from the hierarchical nuclear proliferation treaty affecting the nuclear and non-nuclear states.
Proposal on U.N. Security Council reconfiguration with memberships from Brazil, Japan, India, South Africa, Norway, Germany, United Arab Emirates and Turkey in addition to the existing five-member panel abandoned.
Enabling military rule as opposed to civilian government in the post Mubarak Egypt.
Bahrain, Yemen and Saudi Arabia – Reservations on political uprisings compared with overwhelming anticipation in Syria fostering rumors on CIA intrusion rather than upholding a uniform policy in the region.
Libya – deliberation and procrastination to recognize citizens represented Transition Council in Benghazi emboldened Libyan dictatorship with the situation evolving into NWO long time aspiration – military invasion of Libya to sustain direct ownership on oil fields.
Osama Bin Laden resurrection to life and the purported killing in the no-evidence necessary entitlement proclaiming Presidential discretion as the rule of law.
Vice President Joe Biden – alliance with White House on Health Care, Foreign Policy and environment issues.
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton – The U.S State Department prominently engaged as the espionage epicenter and,
Incidentally availing Wikileaks as the tool to create drifts and confusion in foreign government rule per covert arrangement in the extradition charges repeal against the founder Julian Assange.
Orchestrating coup d’état in Honduras, Ecuador and Lebanon, launching NWO preferred leaderships in the regions regarded economically and politically vital for dominance.
Defense Secretary Robert Gates – in the implementation of NWO warfare across the Middle East and Islamic nations.
Attorney General Eric Holder – Diligently administering the White House policy on reprieving Bush-Cheney administration litany of evidence supported charges.
Intervention and influencing judgments in civil matter at the White House behest.
Military Commander Gen. David Petraeus for protracted wars in the absence of reasonable justification.
Unless these entities actions and decisions attributed to pervasive humanitarian crises are investigated in a judicial and Congressional impartial hearing in public view with appropriate findings typical to the application of law against ordinary citizens,
The judiciary and Congress are rendered ineffective for failing to exercise the checks and balances in reinstating republic rule.
Their complacency and to a great extent complicity in the reluctance to restitute democratic values by allowing extraordinary executive power until now is expediting democracy’s decline.
The seemingly democratic representation at the executive and other branches effectively serving as the NWO leaderships for global monopoly through parallel government set up to function as single indomitable force to reckon with.
If the twentieth century witnessed the fall of iron curtain in the former Soviet Union and the Berlin wall in the then Communist East Germany,
It’s time to peacefully and non-violently demolish undemocratic proxy empire New World Order and the Council on foreign relations (CFR), the counterparts in Europe and elsewhere in the twenty first century with worldwide protest to cease clandestine activities and insist the members – the governments and the rest to disavow allegiance to secret society.
Hesitation in honoring the legitimate terms would categorically reveal the facade.
The conglomerate having successfully revived pre-World War II repressive era through violence, oppression, persecution and most relevantly endangering civil rights and political freedom in the perceived democratic but realistically non-democratic governance.
Since the call to dismantle New World Order largely discarded and possibly smirked,
It is incumbent upon the citizens in civil society to rise against double standards delineating the privileged political class with special protection from interrogation or prosecution while the average mainstream population subject to the maximum culpability.
Global revolution is paramount to abolish the paradox system favoring the perpetrators of crimes against humanity and punishing the innocent as ‘collateral damage,’ causing widespread poverty, hunger, disease and,
Economic despair triggering political upheavals heightened by social injustice.
New World Order existence is conclusively harmful to peace and harmony due to the discreet society’s pledge to wage wars and maintain universal discord for individual gains.
The international community cannot afford to remain dormant with the mushroom cloud about to permeate across the sky.
Therefore bringing down the New World Order responsible for global misery is a priority and preliminary step towards democracy revival.
It is incumbent upon every citizen to safeguard democracy with liberty and justice for all.
Please remember the planet survival is dependent upon the inhabitants’ dedication and commitment to steer the respective nations’ future in a positive direction contradictory to the present time – diminishing to the point of no return.
Citizens’ active participation in policy-making is quintessential much to the governments’ dissent.
Considering significant percentage of policy makers as elected representatives trend periodically demonstrated in their misplaced loyalty to special interests, unscrupulous internal and external sources for assorted reasons excepting national and republic interest.
Please act now and preserve your rights – born to be free and not in bondage by deterring the forces against humanitarian and environmental cause.
Silence and inaction are the worst foes to democracy.
Solidarity movement around the world for common good is vital to realize political independence that would eventually deliver economic prosperity, social equality and global peace.
Peace to all!
Thank you.
