United States military leaderships alerting US troops on the near future possibility of Russia and the Pacific theater being the next major areas of conflict is extravagant, unaffordable and not pragmatic.

The rhetoric from United States military command is unwise and serve as an unnecessary provocation challenging major nuclear powers Russia and China under pretexts not conforming to credible evidence.

“I hope I’m wrong, but there’s a war coming. You’re in a fight here, an informational fight, a political fight, by your presence.”

Gen. Robert Neller, U.S. Marine Corps commandant.

Sgt. Maj. Ronald Green sounded a similar tone.

“At a Q&A session with the troops in the Norwegian Home Guard base near Trondheim, Neller said that the U.S. could shift its focus from the Middle East to Eastern Europe, citing Russia’s conflicts with Ukraine and Georgia as justification. He told the Marines that they should be prepared for a “big-ass fight” on the horizon.”

United States position in the world stage could be secure and respected provided the military leaderships, think tanks, every administration key officials and some members in Congress behind war strategy begin to acknowledge sovereignty of other nations, concern for all lives at stake over vested interests and importantly the devastation on the entire world upon such confrontation that would inevitably be nuclear.

The era of waging wars for profitability ignoring massive loss of lives and destruction is no longer viable and proved counterproductive time and time again.

The hard lessons from illegal invasion and occupation under false premise has been excruciating for U.S. taxpayers subject to enormous economic liability of warfare inviting adverse impact overall together with tarnishing United States image as an aggressor. Not to mention the scores of lives lost and millions forced into refugee status facilitating terror recruitment for networks preying on disenchanted and frustrated segments to unleash violence at the source of the problems.

In other words, United States determination to retain status quo backfires exacerbating preventable crisis.

United States and NATO operations beginning with Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Yemen followed by sponsoring terrorism against Syria since 2011, bifurcation of Sudan in 2012, militarization of Africa and Latin America in the past decade, destabilization of Ukraine in 2012, troops deployment in Eastern Europe through NATO allies extending up to Norway in June 2016, provocative military drills with nuclear threats in Korean Peninsula summarize U.S. exertion of military might and unnecessary intrusions endangering global peace and security.

United States demand on other nations to submit to U.S. failed and flawed policy is neither favorable to United States status nor conciliatory in maintaining peaceful coexistence, a natural and inalienable right of all nations and people in the world.

The argument from military top tiers and the newly unveiled national security strategy under President Donald J.Trump administration is basically prolonging stance up until now that was accelerated in the recent past with events highlighted above including the introduction of Pivot Asia by former President Barack H.Obama administration. The red flag claiming Russia and China are eroding America’s influence, interests and power eventually hurting America’s security and prosperity is a misguided perception without any credence.

The strange scenario projected to justify U.S. military buildup and base increase contradict reality.

China is one of the major creditors besides Japan and Saudi Arabia in floating the U.S.dollar and financing multi trillion dollar national deficit largely acquired from military interventions and terror sponsoring that has nothing to do with U.S. national security and instead fulfilling the core elements ideological and lofty agenda launched as Project for New American Century (PNAC) initially targeting U.S. citizens on September 11, 2001 and proceeded to other nations in the PNAC charter.

As for Russia presumed the enemy reviving Cold War sentiments post Soviet Union is yet another deviation from history and contemporary trend. There are no doubts that secret society comprising members from wherever sharing similar ambitions are in the league reflected in the unified resistance to UNSC dissolution, Nuclear disarmament and dismantling of international syndicate reining control over politics, economy, communication outlets and global affairs shunning transparency and accountability.

Nevertheless, the momentum seeking opportunity for warfare in Korean Peninsula or in the Baltic Sea is self destructive in the nuclear age. Any nation faced with persistent military threats and troops on their borders cannot be expected to remain complacent for peace is possible only in simmering tensions on all sides through reliable dialogue and diplomacy. The lack of will to pursue peaceful negotiations substituted with unlawful economic sanctions to anger the other side is paradoxical to blame game accusing the other party at fault while declining any responsibility for the situation.

The latest tax bill provision with $4 billion on missile systems aimed at installation and enhancement arguably arousing anxiety amongst those the strategy is intended with comments suggesting United States never ending desire to engage in warfare.

Having experimented perpetual wars and terrorism ruining lives, infrastructure and environment, United States renouncing violent hegemonic goals for universal peace and humanitarian endeavors would guarantee honor and credit besides winning humanity’s trust and confidence as honest broker and partner on global natter.

None can possibly sabotage or invalidate the salient characteristics and noble deeds of any carried out in good faith and sincere commitment to protect life and rights of all beings in a selfless and incorruptible mission.

Those who attempt in this regard have nothing but disappointment and embarrassment to savor along with a reminder to refrain from such indulgence in the short and long term.

In conclusion, United States defense strategy expending resources on peaceful overtures, constructive talks and diplomacy would produce positive outcome in diffusing conflicts nuclear or otherwise.

United States – FCC Repealing Net Neutrality and GOP TCJA

FCC handed Christmas gift to telecom giants in repealing net neutrality. Federal Communications Commission, the public funded government agency denied the citizens funding this very organization right to affordable and equal access of the internet favoring major telecom and internet companies in return for campaign financing in 2018 and 2020 election.

In doing so, the republican members who voted against net neutrality at FCC meeting having secured campaign funding for their re-election evidently deserted the republican base and supporters affected in net neutrality elimination. They were least concerned about their action impact across party lines and public interest.

When a political party is only focused in serving corporate donors and special interests at their own base and voters expense, the self and vested interests takes precedence over citizens’ rights and equal opportunity. The trend is unfortunate and does not bode well in treating the party loyalists and voters as nothing more than crowd cheering during election campaign and casting ballots to political members turning their back against those granting them power.

GOP tax bill not surprisingly sympathetic to wealthiest and multi-national corporations in their super generous tax cuts to them considering the members serving in the current administration are admittedly multi-millionaires acknowledged by President Donald Trump claiming they understand the importance of wealth better than others not in the same status.

Juxtaposed, GOP fiscal consciousness surface on relieving families in middle and lower income bracket from economic struggles and expanding Medicare and Medicaid to citizens in the prevalent health care law falling short in this regard. The term social welfare is immediately applied to the required action while exempting the super-rich from fair share of taxes, empowering corporate giants with lion share in the market in net neutrality annulment and allowing dominant corporations lateral integration defeating the purpose of market economy.

The definition and meaning of market economy is no longer relevant. Instead of market determining price with consumer rights and choices protected, the major players wish list is duly acknowledged with monopolists thwarting competition.

The latest reversal of net neutrality and tax favors including corporate takeovers establishing antitrust environment hurting consumers and other viable business competitors is capitalism going wild like unbridled horse leaving behind the carriage i.e. the economy represented and functional due to work force and consumers across the spectrum especially the people in the middle and lower economic strata.

No millionaires and billionaires position is sustainable without the people working at various levels enabling the constant flow of goods and services in the economy, their contributions in ideas, innovations to physical manual labor along with average consumers spending essentially boosting retail sales and corporate profitability. The work force and consumer base are the economic engine for businesses to exist and thrive in a market place.

Likewise, no political party or mantle of power is possible in the absence of electorate validating the post from the highest office in land to the bottom in government. The political members pledge of allegiance to campaign donors and other influential forces prompting egregious decisions against citizens, economic and national interest demonstrated soon after election to office until the end of the term is frustrating electorate with elections having become a mere formality.

However, the changing tide demonstrated in Alabama race is an effective popular dissent to status quo.

The argument from corporate representatives on rules and regulations being detrimental to business success claiming the Feds micromanagement of industry cited by FCC chairman Ajit Pai in rolling back net neutrality is the irony.

The economy lacking in or relaxation of standards leading to housing market debacle, finance industry bailouts, energy companies running amuck slighting environment woes, health care industry with insurance companies dictating patient’s treatment rather than leaving life saving decisions to physicians and patient are the tip of the iceberg.

On the contrary, corporations run the government beginning with bidding on candidacy of all political affiliations on campaign trail moving into drafting legislations through relentless lobbying and investment in swaying legislations to their maximum advantage.

Super Pacs funding elections are the norm with prominent donors viz. the Koch brothers – David and Charles Koch, the casino magnate Sheldon Adelson and alike propping the right and capitalist George Soros buttressing the left are somehow not regarded corporate and special interests meddling in government affair that are supposed to represent the mainstream, disenfranchised and segments without a voice in society.

The micromanagement of government and political system by influential forces proved adversarial widening the gap between haves and have nots with ordinary people deprived of dependable and honest representation in all matter not limited to internet access and tax benefits.

GOP recent move in tax reform titled Tax Cuts Jobs Act (TCJA) with disproportionate concessions to wealthiest members and corporate favorites alongside FCC vote ignoring citizens request to spare public domain such as the internet from corporate control are indicative of voter betrayal that could potentially deliver electoral backlash in 2018 and 2020.

The enormous campaign investments and political tactics in maintaining power could only go so far and ultimately governance rely on people support and approval. The government that prioritize citizens basic needs, rights, privileges and majority population economic security and social wellbeing have better chances of survival moving forward.

Finally, FCC vote on net neutrality has unnecessarily created challenges undermining and underestimating citizens will in matter that affects public performance in daily and professional routine.

The restoration of net neutrality in public court or congress is fundamental to preserve democratic and market economy values benefitting all not the selective few.

Unilateral Recognition of Jerusalem is Null and Void

The declaration and recognition of Jerusalem by embattled President Donald J Trump under investigation on Russia matter is null and void. The gesture further confirms the office of Presidency of the United States subjugated to personal volition and political prospects to appease minority groups rather than maintaining integrity and sovereignty of the nation it is expected to serve besides adherence to international law and agreement of the parties affected in the reckless decision.

The politics of arrogance and vengeance unheeding wisdom and rationality is the ominous sign of the beginning of the end of self-destructive cause and representation. None other than history is testament to the fact.

Anything carried out in deliberate motive to hurt innocent lives and strengthen oppression is an imminent collapse of syndicate desperate to dissolve.

The defiance to accept reality and reason is an invitation to disaster witnessed throughout world events and lately in the demise of Yemen’s ex-President Ali Abdullah Saleh who could have survived and experienced positive developments in his country had he not been complicit in treason, terror sponsoring and massive destruction of lives and his country’s future.

Even otherwise, in denying others rights to live in freedom the burden of guilt while living far outweighs death in the self-inflicted punishment for those presumptuously embarked on misguided mission.

The lessons in history and life are for mankind to learn and prevent catastrophe prior to occurrence and not be the source and catalysts for human suffering as there are consequences to all actions ultimately serving as reminder for those who are responsible.

Unilateral Declaration of Jerusalem as Israel’s Capital

U.S. Presidency Unilateral Declaration of Jerusalem as Israel’s Capital is Illegitimate and provocative.

Jerusalem, the city regarded holy for three religions viz. Islam, Christianity and Judaism is sensitive to unnecessary political and arbitrary decisions that could exacerbate the decades old unresolved Middle East peace process.

The incumbent U.S. administration preparation to announce Jerusalem as Israel’s capital is irresponsible and illegitimate. The cavalier approach ignores the native population i.e. Palestinians rights and interest especially with Al-Aqsa mosque situated in the Old City of Jerusalem – i.e. East Jerusalem Al-Quds stated to be Palestinian capital.

The current administration involvement in foreign affairs in Syria, Yemen, Korean Peninsula and now in Palestine is egregious without any concern for others legitimacy notwithstanding regional and global impact. The White house actions on foreign issues appears to deflect public attention from ongoing Russia probe and sexual allegations that were previously acknowledged with an apology are at present denied raising credibility problems at the executive level.

The Palestinian statehood remaining unsolved, any steps related to common territories in Palestine are unwise and unsustainable. 

On the other hand, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu currently under criminal investigation on corruption charges introduced a bill aimed at protecting self against prosecution, public outcry and possible resignation from office. The move has angered citizens leading to massive protest in the latest March of Shame that had tens of thousands of citizens demanding the withdrawal of undemocratic bill with a message for the Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to hold himself accountable on graft accusations.

Understandably, the leaderships in Israel and United States confronted with domestic pressure on personal crisis are seeking to divert focus from critical ethical matter that could potentially cost their jobs.

The watershed moments for both administrations in Israel and United States respectively prompting them to target Jerusalem in the hope to evade accountability on individual matter.

Jerusalem is the epicenter for people of different faiths with holy sites representing the specific religions.

President Donald Trump’s impending unilateral declaration of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital against domestic and international will is counterproductive.

The policy lacking in prudence would contribute to imminent violence providing opportunity for ISIS recruitment of disenchanted and frustrated segments in global society.

Instead United States leadership advising Israeli government to heed international law and respect global appeal for recognition of Palestinian statehood based on pre 1967 territorial boundaries with permanent suspension of settlement activities in West Bank and East Jerusalem would demonstrate sincere commitment to peaceful resolution of disputes in the Mideast and worldwide.

Anything to the contrary like the proposal to claim Jerusalem as Israel’s capital would have prolonged and painful ramifications best averted in the interest of all.

Furthermore, Israeli authorities’ seizure of entire Jerusalem in addition to occupied Palestine territories that are already condemned internationally would only isolate Israel and cause serious economic setbacks even without sanctions.  Alternatively, the boycott divestment sanctions (BDS) movement could gain more momentum against Israel upon defiant expansion and occupation.

Israeli leadership addressing domestic issues and accepting responsibility on ongoing events is important to allay citizens anxiety on government corruption and poor performance.

United States expending time and resources in improving American image and position shifting from interventional status to reliable intermediary dedicated to diplomacy and meaningful dialogue resulting in positive outcome for all relevant sides would earn trust and confidence among nations near and afar.

The situation is a clarion call for international approval on Palestinian state in accordance with humanitarian law on right to homeland and individual freedom – the inalienable right of all beings in the world.

United States Supreme Court Ruling on Travel Ban

The latest ruling by U.S.Supreme Court favoring the White House indefinite travel ban on targeted countries via. Syria, Libya, Iran, Yemen, Chad, Somalia, North Korea and Venezuela with six of them being Muslim majority nations is political in the face of the incumbent President Donald Trump”s personal remarks and views about Muslims in general.

The White House claim echoed by the Department of Justice Attorney General Jeff Sessions that the travel ban decision is to protect American people from harm by citizens of these nations is an irony considering the fact that all eight nations listed for travel ban are the victims of United States and allies aggression through air raids, bombing, continuous shelling and terror sponsoring besides illegal economic sanctions against them since 2011 and until now.

On the contrary, Saudi Arabia whose citizens were involved in 9/11 terror attack missing on the travel ban list confirms the administration and judiciary priority of vested interests over national interest.

The fundamental principles of democracy are slighted in applying the rule of law that are regrettably premised on external forces influenced U.S. foreign policy rather than earlier experience on national security threatened and compromised with internal collusion and so-called allies participation behind the worst terror attack on American soil.

The nations under constant attack and challenges from United States and allies perceived as threat while the ones that were actually responsible for 9/11 not to mention their footprints in subsequent terror activities in different parts of the world continued until today exempt from scrutiny is a bizarre position posing credibility factor on indifference in security matter.

The politically driven egregious decisions exemplify myopic perspectives with little or no concern for humanitarian values and America’s status on human rights and reliability on global relations critical in resolving myriad international crisis.

The reversal of ban against these nations with restrictions on those travelers from anywhere identified with verified criminal and/or terror involvement record barring discrimination otherwise against anybody is the sane approach that would guarantee cooperation and efficient intelligence sharing at global level necessary to avert any potential danger or security problem against United States and the rest of the world.

Inclusion and not isolation is the solution to manufactured terrorism and violence unleashed for profitability at human life expense. Accordingly, alienating nations of specific faith and others due to political disputes are neither reasonable nor pragmatic.

The politics aside, focus on economic, academic and cultural prospects with all nations are key to sustainable progress.

North Korea’s latest missile launch demonstrating Intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) capability, however lacking in ability to deliver nuclear payload due to weight and velocity leads to classification as test mode rather than operational type.

The inconsistency in United States media reporting on description and details with major television broadcasters – the cable news network (CNN) sounding alarm on the supposedly imminent threat to entire U.S and the world at large is media sensationalism. Such sound bites set the stage for warfare witnessed in the past and recent air raids and bombing in Libya and Iraq earlier with media propaganda.

The news media, the television networks in particular exercising caution and diligence with proper verification of facts for accuracy on reporting any matter ranging from sensitive nuclear issue to regular news events would be credible. The media has a responsibility to maintain ethical standards in coverage and analysis. The failure to do so given the pattern on media drum roll for warfare ignoring dire consequences and massive casualties is irresponsible journalism. The media trend favoring military intervention is well known exposing media role in fomenting violence.

North Korea’s nuclear program is contentious and as stated on this website many times over, the situation is a cause and effect scenario with provocation via U.S. troops deployment in Korean Peninsula under the pretext of protecting allies South Korea and Japan combined with crippling economic sanctions prompting reaction from North Korea.

United States recognition of the problem in this regard followed with genuine commitment through dialogue and diplomacy is the preliminary step towards diffusing conflict with North Korea.

Simultaneously, North Korean leadership outreach to South Korean people and government for direct discourse setting aside political differences and military exchanges is critical since the development in North Korea and United States position through missile launches and military exercise respectively upon reaching adverse point would immediately affect those in the Peninsula beginning with citizens in South and North Korea as well as large U.S. troops contingency in the region.

Obviously, there is an urgent need to invest in renewing communication between North and South as the crisis is related to the fate of Korean citizens on both sides forced into decades long skirmish with foreign meddling and presence for economic and strategic dominance preventing any hope to evolve from prevalent armistice to permanent peace treaty in Korea.

North Korea seeking nuclear status in self-defense against U.S. air strikes and military action could be deterred in the latter withdrawal of military activities in Yellow Sea and large naval base at North Korea’s doorstep. The aggression verbatim and in naval drills thus far substituting civil engagement proved counterproductive. Unless the most powerful nuclear nation i.e. the United States refrains from actions threatening security and sovereignty of any foreign nation and in this instance North Korea, the crisis would not desist.

Nuclear threats not just between North Korea and United States but in fact amongst any other nuclear states like India and Pakistan or for that matter the anti-Russian sentiments in the United States political circle with think tanks as well as institutions and organizations designing U.S. foreign policy not ruling out nuclear confrontation observed in the Cuban missile crisis in the past century is a reality.

Similar warning against Iran in the Middle East by United States during Presidential race and administrations in power regardless of right or left in political representation are reasons for nuclear quest in deterrence and not defiance to nuclear challenge from United States and other nuclear powers.

The call for denuclearization of North Korea would be practical in accepting and implementing the same rule across the spectrum not just selective imposition against nations isolated for geopolitical and economic aspirations that in return exacerbate any prospects on nuclear disarmament.

The world is never safe with nuclear weapons in anyone’s possession that are categorized as responsible vs. reckless in nuclear proliferation. The nuclear arms and advanced technology deployed in short and long range missiles with nuclear warhead endanger life and planet survival.

The recent vote in the United Nations on nuclear disarmament clarified the will of the majority to rid the world of nuclear menace.

United States, Israel, Britain, France and Russia voting against the proposal is a disillusionment revealing the nuclear powers misplaced priority neglecting life over nuclear stockpiles.

The acknowledgment of nuclear danger among nuclear and non-nuclear states serving as de facto to nuclear power translated into agreement to nuclear arsenal disposal by all on independent international oversight would exemplify sincerity and obligation to leave behind a nuclear free world for the present and future generation.

The contemporary conditions are not favorable amid higher nuclear ambitions amongst major nuclear powers allocating disproportionate spending on nuclear enhancement and modernizing nuclear techniques while demanding nations they are in discord with to disavow nuclear program. The extraordinary expectations only reverse the opportunity on nuclear free zone.

In any setting, the prominent nuclear states viz. United States, Russia, Britain, France, China, Israel, India and Pakistan… along with the rest submitting to nuclear disarmament would legitimize concern on nuclear proliferation by others paving the way for positive outcome. In the absence of any desire to renounce nuclear status by nuclear powers rejecting the idea of non-nuclear world promotes anxiety and necessity among the targeted nations to be a nuclear force.

North Korea’s reservations on nuclear deal is premised on United States legacy against Libya, Iraq, Sudan, Syria and nations invaded for economic interests. The paradigm shift in U.S. foreign policy to respect and honor nations barring threats and military intrusions instead inviting them to a meaningful discussion would be conducive in building trust moving forward. Any other option that discounts peaceful negotiations would be a cavalier approach with extreme ramifications. The egregious decisions resulting in irreversible loss of lives and regional chaos would be disastrous and unwise.

North Korean leadership Kim Jong Un and military advisers are urged to pursue diplomatic course with South Korea and Japan abandoning repetitive missile launch in Sea of Japan.  The time and resources expended in aggressive maneuvers should be directed at peaceful overtures that are guaranteed to be beneficial in winning global community support and ending foreign occupation.

Nuclear exchanges are not to be taken for granted as there is nothing to gain except debris and devastation highlighting abuse of power and violation of many lives at stake.

In conclusion, the nuclear powers unanimous consensus in relinquishing nuclear rights is the absolute and fair resolution on nuclear strategy.

The Controversial Indian Film Industry

Indian Cinema on the brink of collapse never spare any opportunity in profiteering on ventures jointly funded by local and foreign investments in film making deploying tactics that are far from genuine representation in creativity and originality expected in the arts and entertainment field.

The film makers beginning with production house financing the project to director and actors are geared towards profitability, fame and fortune besides complicity in distortion of history and events inducing controversy in the name of free speech.

The series of films that have been released recently in the past decade by Indian film industry is targeted and isolated subjecting the lead characters in the theme to mockery and ridicule. The trend is unprecedented for there has not been such attempts against high profile personalities in Indian domain.

The sudden urge and frenzy to exercise free speech by movie makers and the so-called artistes who are evidently the narcissists usually at loss of words against corrupt regimes in power continually bankrupting economy and depriving the poor, the weak, vulnerable and the voiceless in society is collusion undermining others individual rights and historic facts.

The other factor being the financial prospects and wanton publicity for the actor serving as incentives interpreted otherwise to maintain status quo.

Interestingly, the perception that actors are performers expected to fit into a role in a story line regardless of the content aimed at vilification of specific person and oblige director’s instructions, the same is not applied to the present event in the pre-ordained cosmic activity and commandment from no ordinary film director but the Supreme entity that cannot be retracted simply to satisfy the whims and fancies of those bent on wreaking havoc world over at will.

Unlike the actors having choices to distance themselves from contemporary practice i.e. provocative and confrontational projections using cinema as the medium to incite emotions and violence,

The prevalent challenges to contain forces responsible for humanity suffering and existential danger to planet survival with nuclear threats are not some fantasy or concocted cinematic formula that could be retreated at film industry’s harassment.

Arguably, Indian cinema and crew behind the spin arousing feelings and diverse attacks from all directions care less about humanitarian woes and more drawn towards personal gains and benefits. These issues related to West Bengal and national security together with alleviating poverty, disease and deepening social inequality having been the signature feature of West Bengal and India’s coveted film director Satyajit Ray earning glory and acknowledgment in the western entertainment industry especially among the colonial remnants reminiscing the imperial era could be the incumbent Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s priority.

Instead, the Bengal Chief Minister advocacy on free speech to impress upon foreign sources fueling misrepresentation and subversion of Indian history through Indian cinema under the guise of freedom of expression unnecessarily provoke reaction. Notwithstanding the overture from those in Indian film industry and politics slighting sentiments and ignoring constitutional rights of community voicing concerns over the deliberate and intentional false portrayal of the main character claimed as adaptation of legendary figures from Indian history is inflammatory.

The current political stance on these issues contrast opinions and approach by those involved in India’s freedom struggles who exemplified patriotism and intellect in defiance to assault on Indian ethos and legacy.

Again, certain Indian film makers seem to be oriented in appeasing elements both domestic and offshore stirring communal divide rather than expending resources and talent in exhibiting India’s rich cultural heritage that was safeguarded with sacrifice and valor by women defending their honor and pride unlike the tradition witnessed in the present time.

How crimes committed through shooting and automobile used to ram over pedestrians are characterized in media reporting following cue from those in control of events in the world?

The horrific gun violence involving indiscriminate firing at people in the crowd whether during a concert in Las Vegas or attending prayers in a place of worship in Sutherland Springs, Texas are described as tragedy carried out by the assailant invariably suffering from mental problem. In both Las Vegas and Texas rampage there were at least twenty or more casualties and several injured from firepower. The Hollywood style Rambo aggression displayed in shooting spree on both occasions and similar crimes earlier is categorized as unfortunate happenings.

Juxtaposed, the killing of pedestrians using vehicle in the recent East Manhattan, New York incident by the offender identified a Muslim from Uzbekistan is termed terrorism. There were eight fatalities and some hurt in this incident.

The bizarre distinction on actions claiming innocent lives with one referred to as mental illness or some personal background issue related event while the other definitively pronounced terrorism especially when the attacker is a Muslim. The trend playing race and religion card regardless of political position left, right or center and so on in media outlets explains indifference to victims affected in gun violence besides the usual practice targeting religion i.e. Islam in this instance with negative connotation.

In the wake of East Manhattan killing, the media report declared the entire Uzbekistan, a Muslim country as a threat to the United States.

Interestingly, the press and communication media in Islamic nations whether in Pakistan or elsewhere – the English language press corps in particular never failing to respond to such references from non-Muslim neighbors in the region, now remaining oblivious to slander of Islam in media discrimination of violence in the United States is perhaps economic interest outweighing importance and respect for faith.

The discriminatory practice is a reflection of those having no value for life and lack of virtues exemplified in sacrilege of religion.

The crime committed using lethal weapons and any other means against unarmed citizens is terror and there cannot be bias distinguishing one from another.

Similarly, the murder of children, women and men described as collateral damages when exerting power and authority through artillery, predator drones and military force is terrorism in worst format.

The isolation of one comparatively with less wounded and fewer deaths as terrorism against massacre in violent gunfire episodes exhausting magazine acknowledged otherwise promotes mass killing without the stigma of terrorism.

Again, the violation of life and rights in whatever manner is a serious crime deserving condemnation and terrorism in contemporary era evolved from conventional warfare deploying arms and ammunition for maximum impact.

Since the culture is created to accept violence subjectively, society is expected to develop immunity to disparity.

Nonetheless, the victims plight in all these situations remain the same in dealing with pain and suffering inflicted upon them by those indulging in senseless act and abuse of power.

The latest massacre at the church in Sutherland Springs, Texas is yet another series of violence targeting unarmed citizens anywhere including peaceful sanctuary such as the place of worship.

Anytime the deadly act occurs, the assailant taking own life appears to be the norm leaving the victims’ family and community bereft and vulnerable.

The cause is often noted as mental health problem whether Las Vegas shooting or ramming over pedestrians using vehicle in East Manhattan, New York and now Texas rampage.

The gun laws review and revision being regarded politically unfavorable, the citizens safety obviously not a priority for some members in Congress and organization such as National Rifles Association, the powerful NRA lobby weighing down on powerless citizenry nationwide.

Is it possible for NRA and gun owners in the United States to object to laws denying firearms license to those diagnosed with mental illness or personal background confirming suicidal motives at innocent lives expense?

The incidents happening at frequent intervals is a news item soon dissipating without any end to senseless conduct. The individuals with mental issues in possession of lethal weapons is not only self-endangering, the status prove to be an existential threat to society. That being the case,

What is holding the state and federal authorities from introducing law to remove arms cache as reported in Las Vegas shooter’s profile detailing explosives and ammunitions held in massive quantity?

Where is the intelligence agency operation including NSA vigilance in detecting such unusual activity among certain individuals involved in mass murder?

There is a pattern now in the United States with citizens aimed randomly either in a crowd or in isolation. Regardless, these events raise concerns on domestic security with people expected to tolerate the loss of their loved ones as nothing more than unfortunate fact of life.

The public protection is state and federal responsibility. The violent means either with guns or automobile witnessed in mass murder in broad daylight suggest neglect of duty among those responsible to safeguard community. The absence of stringent measures in restricting purchase or acquisition of rifles and military grade artillery further exacerbate situation where people are forced to live in fear inhibiting free movement and normal existence.

Not only the background check on gun owners with regular updates on the system monitored by state and federal agency is necessary, the medical data on patients owning firearms identified with mental and emotional problems like depression would limit opportunity for those pursuing extreme course to take others’ lives that are carried out with planning and preparation.

Similarly, the medical history of mentally unstable individuals applying for drivers’ license and permits to drive heavy duty vehicle could be checked prior to approval. The medical information of patients suffering from mental conditions made available on the database for verification by gun vendors and department of motor vehicles (DMV) could save lives moving forward.

Simultaneously, adequate funding to address mental health is equally important to help citizens from committing crimes in society.

I convey my condolence to grieving families in Texas shooting and others in earlier episodes of violence.

May effective solutions through legislations and community coordination end tragedies inflicted on fellow citizens in the United States.

The former FBI director Robert Mueller headed special investigation dominates news on the alleged Russian meddling in the United States 2016 Presidential election.

The special committee targeting then Republican Presidential candidate now elected President Donald Trump’s campaign aides and members’ presumed interaction and meetings with key Russian officials has led to recent indictments on this matter.

The U.S. actions besides the ongoing inquiry includes closing consulate general in San Francisco and annexes in Washington and New York.

Russia in turn has responded by reducing diplomatic service staff at U.S. facilities in Moscow as confirmed by Washington based Russia Today (RT) television network.

Russia Today – the state funded network founded by the state owned news agency RIA-NOVOSTI in 2005 is dedicated in promoting Russian government interests to the likes of mainstream media and others in the U.S. and elsewhere safeguarding oligarchy, political and Secret Society agenda.  

Although RT claims the network is independent, any business especially communication media receiving funding that has surged from $30 million in the beginning to current $300 million from the state obviously inclined to be subjective rather than objective.

RT projecting Russian image to counteract U.S. media versions about Russia and Russian policy is a conundrum for viewers having to deal with two extremes from both sides i.e. one for and the other against amidst missing facts from the content regardless.

On propaganda, RT efforts are on par with prevalent media trend in hyperbole and falsehood in presentation of historic events and entities pertaining to the past and present time conforming to syndicate strategy.

RT transmission in three languages viz. English, Spanish and Arabic attracting 120 million viewership in the United States and other parts of the world is a buffer to syndicate’s media presence via CNN, Fox and BBC worldwide.

The syndicate’s media control and influence on entertainment industry to deny public access to truth and factual information could be anything but freedom of press and free speech.

RT like counterparts are not without collusion on not maintaining journalistic standards and ethics that are rare and remains under attack. The journalism with accurate reporting, review and analyses on issues and topics concerning lives and world problems are replaced for political and commercial success ignoring harm to society and the world at large that eventually hurts the source.

As such, the citizens fatigue in fake news and indoctrination is evident in broadcasting networks declined rating prompting desperate attempts to avert further deterioration. The spin zone is yet another means to continue mindless discussions lacking in substance in anything goes talk shows and programs to fill in time in the 24/7 media.

United States and Russia relations might have strained due to latest developments,

However, the similarities in both nations policies on critical issues such as voting against nuclear disarmament in the UN vote past month, resistance to dissolution of UNSC granted veto power to five permanent members viz. United States, Britain, Russia, China and France and strengthening ties with Saudi Arabia clarify common goals.

In terms of disagreements, United States and Russia have difference of opinion on Ukraine, Syrian conflict, NATO buildup through Eastern bloc and incursion in Baltic Sea. The U.S. occupation in Afghanistan extended into Central Asia that was previously under former Soviet Union is causing uneasiness on regional basis.

Last but not the least, U.S. sanctions on Russia is not appreciated in the wake of 2016 electoral outcome distressing those for change in game plan.

On North Korea, United States sanctions against the south east Asian nation is welcome by Russia. The reaction confirmed in UNSC decision with Russia and China’s consensus to impose embargo on North Korea.

In the domestic front, Russia Today (RT) as state represented media is criticized for not providing opportunity to political opponents to Kremlin power. The same is applied towards any political dissent deprived from sharing thoughts and grievance on air to local and foreign audience. They are apparently considered detractors and accordingly excluded in participation on media channel.

The contemporary practice to debar alternative political perspectives especially with Russian elections on the horizon in March 2018 may not bode well for Russia in the post-communist era declared as democratic system premised on free and fair elections allowing contenders upon meeting eligibility criteria to run for office.

Then the incident though eleven years ago involving independent journalist, writer and human rights activist Anna Politkovskaya tragic death from gunshot wounds in Moscow in 2006 deter Russian democratic evolution.

The free society would create and nurture environment to question authorities without fear of incarceration, character defamation or danger to their life. The country as vast as Russia with enormous potential in different fields not barring politics would benefit from eclectic representation that could permeate across the spectrum. The transformation is made possible with healthy debates and public forums on all topics relevant to citizens in the province and national level.

Russia’s membership in BRICS, Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in addition to G20 and WTO serve economic prospects. On security to combat terrorism and any foreign intrusion – the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) comprising Russia and former Soviet republics in Central Asia enable neutralization.

Russian economy, political stability and national security are general expectations amongst electorate. Russia’s role in international disputes are also important whether personally that entails skirmishes at Russian border with NATO or tension related to U.S. and North Korea as well as ending Syrian warfare.

The internal challenges like corruption undermining real progress, Chechnya seeking resolution, immigration and social dilemmas are prominent woes requiring effective measures.

Russia is in the threshold of economic growth and constraints on political choices limits the scope for broader vision necessary to sustain expansion.

Finally, vox populi – the voice of the people from all walks of life exercising the right to express views or concerns and journalism in particular not confined to state or external orientation would demonstrate vibrant democracy.

  Unfortunately, the three are intertwined with politics misusing religion and science for political gains and adverse cause.

  Religion is politicized to assert dominance of one against another.

  Science gets political within scientific domain and in dismissal of religion as hypothesis.

  From Cradle to Graveyard – Despite lining the coffers at others’ expense, none taken in the coffin leaving behind even skin and bone.

  Greed, envy, animosity…array of negative vices consume the hosts in the end justifying the means dilemma.

  The ones flaunting the so-called organic intelligence with constant jibes at the allegedly artificial intelligence could perhaps seek assistance from the latter in spelling adjectives correctly to make sense of the message. Even basic spell check feature would serve the requirement.

  The country is indeed precious not prescious than any individual, entity, political party, institution and organization.

  Needless to say, it is applicable all around without exception.

  Unlike the trend, smothered in hypocrisy beckoning others to do what is apparently unacceptable to selves to the extent of blasphemy.

  The interpretation of anything as small, average, little, dwarfism etc. is small minds’ diminutive status – uncomfortable and unable to deal with own reflection and reality.

  Let’s examine history on animal and humans of towering height and the fateful outcome.

  Tyrannosaurus rex aka T—Rex – 12 feet in height – twice the size of 6’ human, also known as the fierce carnivore devouring prey upon contact finally became extinct. The T-Rex left behind tyranny derived from Tyranno-saurus nomenclature and traits for comparable humans in height and behavior.

  Among humans – The Ugandan former President Idi Amin 6’4” spared none in violent atrocities and barbarism against own people. The tall African leader tallness diminished in proportion with monstrosity against own citizens made to flee for life.

  The internationally known terror organization Al-Qaida leader Osama Bin Laden branded the terror mastermind was also 6’4” and engaged in activities 12 feet under detonating explosives that eventually led to the bottom hole in life.

  The former Iraqi President -Saddam Hussein 6’ dwelling in different palaces ultimately sought refuge literally in a rat hole.

  There are more examples in this regard. The world continue to witness and endure such characters’ abnormal sinister indulgence producing the drastic curvature or decline whilst living and legacy.

  Suffice to say tallness is not greatness and not all tall people and species possess qualities and characteristics matching or exceeding their physical height.

  On the contrary, the above members and alike are the proof as to how tallness stooping to the lowest of the low in deeds and thoughts hurting and harming others can contract their size into nothingness and many forced into oblivion.

  The actions guided by the mind and intellect in rationalizing right from wrong, goodness from evil, kindness from violence etc.define the greatness or littleness of human identity.

  Additionally, remarks such as little people and other connotations are the result of envy emanating from self-inadequacy, deep insecurity, extreme inferiority complex lacking in self-esteem.

  The color of the sky cannot be changed to suit and fit the preference of the beholder. Synonymously the skin color in a given life remain the same regardless.

  Getting over color code – in blackness, whiteness, brownness, yellowness, pinkness, orangeness and any other shades and racial tones…merely an exterior skin layer with color of the blood (RED) remaining the same and uniform in all living species i.e. humans and animals alike, the realization in this context is the preliminary step towards civility.

  The life history in terms of social identity – color, creed, education, economic, political background etc., ending and the memory of it erased with the termination of life in any particular lifetime except for the accumulation of karmic debts pending settlement, the condition  is irrefutable.

  That being the fact of life, what’s all the fuss over melanin and skin pigmentation and other factors?

  The Soul’s unknown journey though markedly premised on individual deeds aka Karma in any life duration, the hangover on skin color and stereotype are sentiments inhibiting positive thought process and relevant progress in mind evolution.

  The efforts instead turned inward in clearing clutter within and deep inside to develop tolerance, acceptance, acknowledgment extending respect and understanding even with differences and disagreements on issues create better relations in human existence.

  The humanness rising above prejudice, lingering bigotry, hatred, subjugation, subordination and discriminatory practice is the greatest challenge for those unable to release selves from the self-imposed constraints on social description.

  Learning and striving to be human in nature and  behavior is the laudable milestone one could achieve in living and thenceforward.

  Having said that, it might be possible to straighten the dog’s tail but not those set and sworn to be unruly and recalcitrant at own peril only to realize the outcome echoing what was ignored and too late for recovery.

  On the question of feeling insignificant, it would matter only when such assertions from distinctively insignificant have any significance whatsoever.

  Claiming credit on anything that do not apply to self aka wannabe alternatively piracy while shunning responsibility on everything that is squarely own obligation with name written all over is called opportunism.

  Financial bankruptcy caused by malicious forces abusing position besides conning and mocking endlessly about the situation long after recovery is sadistic pleasure, the epitome of narcissism

  Juxtaposed, personal permanent irreversible moral and ethical bankruptcy drowning in doom and gloom is far worse than any temporary loss in life.

  Not to mention the status depleting core human value, irreplaceable element with any monetary or material compensation.

  The designee viz. the Vice President as the so-called heart beat away and next in line to the highest office on land selling the Soul to devil for title in name only and price tag is sycophancy traded at the cheapest fire sale otherwise insolvency of brain and human dignity.

  The bargain involving self-caricature in ever high ecstasy and delirium on display admittedly from substance abuse evidently never in short supply in the latest cocaine saga at the premise of the most important public office in the nation is sad and tragic affirmation on self-destruction beyond salvation.

  The self-inflicted deterioration to appease the devils in disguise is classic example of greed and lack of intelligence resulting in dysfunctional performance and dystopia.

  As for the mainstream network with insignia as the sly scavenger FOX represented by hosts and anchors salivating on the bait along with counterparts on curbside communication outlets trading journalistic ethics for demolition of democracy peddling Satans’ satanic nuanced scripts are components of the large fraud machine with engine running on recycled fabrication and distortion in epic proportion.

  The combined collaborative efforts expedite their cataclysmic destiny already in progress with precipitous decline together with the entire apparatus behind the gamut on the brink of collapse.

  Accordingly the futile nonsensical defamation via VP clown and other pawns sponsored by media cohorts’ directed at the target to convince imaginary audience in empty theater is the ultimate parody glaring at those in fools paradise.

  Sins and crimes committed with willful malevolence is demonic despotism. 

  The characteristics encapsulate brazen conviction to harm, develop attitude entrenched in hatred, contempt, prejudice, misogyny, intolerance, insolence, slur, slander, smear, besmirch, condescendence, patronization, envy, gluttonous greed, hubris, arrogance, bruised ego, violation of rights through invasion of life, privacy, space, perversion, spying, snooping, prying, preying, predator instincts and critically identity theft, identity swap, identity misappropriation manipulated as identity appropriation, isolation to anonymity, exploitation, unlawful intrusion, imposition, harassment, bully, mob mentality, obsessive compulsive disorder with the target…are some of many diverse character deformity and deranged personality laden with ignorance.

  Such indulgences bear serious consequences in living gripped with grief and guilt and upon demise leading to the solo journey after life saddled with unsettled karmic debts excruciating thereafter.

  Furthermore, lies, deception, dereliction of duty, debauchery, corruption, criminality, treason, violation of trust, abuse of power, public office, people’s money, authorizing censor speech, cancel culture, proxy, pawn, puppet schemes, divisive polarizing poison politics triggered by power mongering and atrocities of any kind exacerbate the inevitable outcome.

  Importantly, misinformation, disinformation, falsehood, fakery, vicious propaganda, fraudulence and indignation to name a few…via collusion, complicity, complacency and participation in any capacity with the wicked and evil face enormous Karmic ramifications denying the Soul redemption and peace. 

  The culmination of all of the above is self-destructive comparable to an object engulfed in sea of fire reduced to ash in the realm of nothingness poignantly reflect the degenerative act dissolution.

  The crucifixion of Jesus Christ presumptuously regarded victory proved to be in vain. Those who authorized and participated were pummeled and paid the price nevertheless much later.

  Likewise in other faiths, the demons wreaking havoc were appropriately dealt with reminder never to provoke nor challenge the wrath of phenomenon ordained by the creator of the universe.

  In Almighty God’s Supreme Kingdom, Justice might be delayed never denied.

  Karma effective from the moment wrongful sinister deeds onset, the Soul is shackled in  perennial suffering with no respite for the foolish enslaved to evil traits and ceaseless sins.

  The cardinal rule firmly apply without exception to all those in violations enunciated above granting none any exemption nor concession.

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah.   However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The accused in this matter remain relevant for further legal investigation and proceedings now and in the future.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  यह इनका दोष नहीं। इनकी अल्प बुद्धि का हाल है। ऐसे होते हुए, यह न घर के न घाट के हो जाते हैं। इन पर तरस के अलावा कुछ नहीं आता। जब इंसान को अगले क्षण का ख़बर नहीं, यह निकले अपनी ऐतिहास पलटने।

  यह प्रयास इन्हें सिवाय निराश और अपमान के अलावा कुछ नहीं बाँट रहा है इनको, तब भी यह अपनी हार मानने को तैयार नहीं।

  अब तक इनका कब्ज़ा धन, दौलत, शोहरत और सत्ता तक था। अभी यह लोग इज़्ज़त के ठेकेदार भी हो गए। इनको इतना तो पता होनी चाहिए की इज़्ज़त देने वालों को ही इज़्ज़त मिलती है। जो दूसरों की अस्तिव को अपना बनाकर, उनके व्यक्तिगत अधिकार छीनकर फ़िर उन्हीं को निशाना बनाने वाले, भला उन्हें ही इज़्ज़त की पाठ पढ़ाएंगे?

  कब यह अपनी गलती पर ध्यान देंगे? इनका तो यही मानना है की यह लोग कभी किसी को हानि पहुंचाते नहीं। किसी के साथ अन्याय कर ही नहीं सकते।

  यह दूध और चन्दन से धुले हुए है। इनकी तरह कोई संसार में धन्य है ही नहीं।अगर यह नहीं होते तो यह संसार कब का समाप्त हो जाता। इनके पवित्रता से ही जीव जंतु प्राणी के जीवित रहना संभव रहा है। वर्णा इस कलयुग में मृत्यु, शोक और दरिद्रता के अलावा है ही क्या मनुष्य की जीवन में?

  चलिए आपको हम सिखाते हैं की किसी के छोटेपन को ना बढ़ाने में अपनी बड्डपन है। आप भी क्या याद करोगे।

  यह प्रकृति के नियम है जिसे किसी के लिए भी बदला नहीं जाता। जिन्हें भी इस प्राकृतिक के परमपरा से समस्या हो, उन्हें इस दर्ति में अनेकों बार जनम लेकर इस वातावरण का आदी होना पड़ता है। ज़रूरी नहीं इन्हें मनुष्य रूप ही प्राप्त हो।

  Apparently, these forces are extraordinary so they change the empirical mathematical results to their choice of outcome as they demonstrate in election.

  According to those referring to self as a ‘Man of Faith’ notably faithful to unscrupulous and nefarious order citing a survey that 61% Americans think that incumbent President Donald Trump should concede to Beijing Presidency and,

  At the same time quoting the same survey that 47% disagree of which 30% are democrats leaving only 17% republicans to disagree being eliminated in the Presidential race?

  The election outcome on November 3rd, 2020 boasted approximately 150,000,000 (150 million) having voted of which 74 million is allocated to incumbent President Donald Trump which is 49% barring voter fraud in the contested election.

  The propaganda alluding to 49% republicans who voted for Donald Trump are in agreement to delegitimize their legal votes while they are being further diminished in the fraudulent election and fabricated survey to mere 17% in the far fetched analysis.

  How about the survey pointing out 30% democrats of that 47% in disagreement to incumbent President Donald Trump conceding to Beijing Presidency?

  Does that mean in the projected win 51% to Joe Biden candidacy only 21% believe in dominion and media produced election result since 30% democrats do not concur with the outcome?

  One need not be a math genius. The comedy of errors only reflect the conspicuous rigged election pushed forward as the historic win for Beijing financed and promoted Biden Presidency.

  1. Stop listening to and following devils and renounce being the devils’ advocate.

  2. Respect others rights as you expect to be done to you. Never claim anything in material or identity that is not yours and will ever be regardless of subversion and manipulation.

  3. Shed your ego, arrogance and prejudice of all kinds in an effort towards self- cleansing and soul-searching leading to clarity on the importance of life not just yours but also others near and far.

  4. Be yourself. Don’t engage in falsehood and fraudulent act.

  5. Have courage and integrity to admit failures and accept responsibility.

  Greed enslaves human mind directed at self-destructive course. Those consumed by greed experience misery in living and upon death. The actions prompted by greed invariably lead to tragic end. Greed is worse than any deadly disease inevitably terminating the source and all those influenced by the negative trait. Similarly infringement on others rights, illegal claims and usurping in any manner is carcinogenic and definitively cause unmitigated disaster for all those involved in the preventable malfeasance.

  Unfortunately, with the exception of those having exploited the same for their exclusive benefits driven by their negative traits and trend not without consequences in reaping what one sows in life.
