Health:

Good health is a priority and cannot be ignored for other commitments in life. Adapting a healthy lifestyle with well nourished diet and regular physical activity is the basic step towards healthy existence.

Physical well being is one aspect of health while mental and emotional status equally play an important role in overall health.

Stress is a major factor that leads to many illnesses beginning with high blood pressure that could cause heart disease and stroke.

In some cases stress related anxiety trigger unnecessary imbalances in brain and other vital functions affecting immune system.

Keeping check on stress with mind relaxation like meditation and observing silence for minimum 15-20 minutes a day and increasing the duration would be helpful to calm and sooth nerves to improve focus on daily activity.

Yet another factor in this context is positivity, a healer enabling quick recovery from illness and health issues requiring long term medical treatment.

Keeping negativity of any sort at bay is always wise for personal well being and inner peace. Negative influence from anywhere of any kind is best dealt with exercising discernment and individual discretion prioritizing healthy environment.

Wealth:

Wealth associated with material acquisitions ranging from money, property to other expensive assets are often regarded most important in life.

Though decent earnings and comforts are necessary for survival, the desire for unlimited wealth due to greed is the primary cause of many problems in the world. Greed is the reason behind corruption, deception, fraud and unfair as well as unlawful indulgence against others in business and personal dealings that are on the rise despite legal consequences unfortunately not binding on all.

Wealth in monetary terms is a familiar concept in life. Wealth other than cash value is rarely contemplated in the mad rush for possessions in life.

Knowledge and ability to use information for positive results is key to success in life. Sharing and contributing for universal benefit is another form of wealth that is unique to individual talent.

Caring and compassion deficient in the competitive material world qualifies as wealth that yields returns in good karma. Wealth is expansive in sowing seeds to develop skills and nurture ability among those deprived of opportunity. The seeds growing into trees bearing fruits in the full bloom orchard is far more rewarding.

Hoarding wealth by illegal means like corruption and tax evasion is a generic formula.

Wealth earned from hard work and struggles are distinctive from wealth attained by short cuts and crooked methods depriving many their due share either in business or diverse transactions involving payments for products and services received in cash or kind. The art of deception is yet another tactic in denying anyone the fair exchange. The element of trust is no longer guaranteed in the increasing violations among those engaged in making fast bucks and quick rich scheme aimed at vulnerable targets in society.

Then there are incidents of use and abuse of others ideas and contributions to personal benefit or political motives without acknowledgment or recognition of the provider.

The trend riding on others back and unloading damaged goods on them has become convenient for opportunists exploiting patience and goodness of the abused without realizing imminent consequences of such actions.

In a nutshell, those treading on the path towards extensive financial gains and aspirations at others expense might experience pleasure and profitability that are short-lived in the inevitable payback in living and upon departure from the world. Not withstanding self-imprisonment with the guilt haunting during physical life.

Though charitable activities among the wealthy are necessary and appreciative. Venerable are those who provide in the absence of affordability omit or limit their needs to accommodate desperate conditions of anyone known and unknown to them.

Wisdom:

Ability to refine thought process in finding solutions to problems at ease.  There is misconception on common sense as average capability when inventions and breakthroughs in human evolution is prompted by common sense.

Without understanding the basics that requires the use of common sense extraordinary goals are not possible in any domain.

From alphabet soup to simple arithmetic calculations, chemical formulas and binary digits revolutionized technology, common sense is critical in development and enhancement of skills to explore options leading to creativity and ingenuity.

Inability to apply common sense in elementary to complex tasks often leads to irreversible outcome. Intelligence foundation is common sense providing clues to solving minor to major problems in life.

Wisdom is the fruit of knowledge.

The knowledge is premised on diverse sources such as learning and training – attending educational institutions and professional academy.

Knowledge is also naturally gifted and skills acquired by self-experiment through trial and error methods etc.

Not all knowledge is derived from text books and borrowed materials as misconstrued in assessment of intelligence. The knowledge from individual quest prompting innovation, innate creativity, independent thinking and personal life experience as the lifelong learning center is the seat of intellect.

The revenge game makes earlier claims on the onset pale as eye for an eye only results in the avengers’ imminent and inevitable disaster.

Palestinian statehood is long overdue and is the only solution ending Israeli occupation and colonization of Gaza, West Bank and East Jerusalem.

The latest warfare between Israel and Palestine in the most volatile region entirely at the cost of precious innocent civilian lives on both sides is extremely regrettable and deeply reprehensible. 

The topic will focus on the embattled long embroiled yet preventable crisis in modern history. 

Meanwhile, the political actors, facilitators and assortment of elements behind this bloodshed,  brutality, carnage and chaos inflicted on both sides with massive human casualties could no longer prolong the fire power and terrorism of any kind holding unarmed civilians hostage in this mayhem.

The ceasefire is not an option but a requirement to settle the long standing dispute once and for all.

Splurge taxpayer hard earned money in personal comforts and fancy lifestyle for lifetime.

Ban constructive criticism. Forbid facts and figures on reality. 

Boycott press meet. Never address press conference at home or abroad contradictory to general standard.

Instead settle for cherry picked press with pre-selected questionnaire and response in lip service via teleprompter.

Above all, decline accountability and responsibility on all negative destructive irreversible liabilities and ruinous dealings while claim credit in anything not even remotely applicable to individual acclaim aka espouse and exemplify duplicity and mass deception.

The politics is the face of the criminal syndicate in cohort with any and all those financing candidacy, promoting fake ideology, fraudulent identity…to be the fiduciary for the criminal clique.

The myth posing self as the entire country especially when smothered in criminality, such demeanor reek treason using the nation as the shield to absolve oneself from unspeakable criminal record.

Politics is seasonal and so are those in it with expiry as are all things tangible and inanimate without exception set to decease. 

The tradition deploying your proxies, pawns and puppets from wherever in your inventory to refute irrefutable crimes on yours and your rogue regimes part is a cliché with further exposure of exactly who they are and accordingly representing you – the criminal syndicate.

Anyone at the service of crude abusive politics obviously have no self-esteem nor any integrity. Only those lacking in self-dignity and credibility would offer themselves and be available to criminal politics’ obfuscation.

The quad aka squad in the United States Democratic Party and similarly the operatives on the Republican side for parity are obligatory to their constituents and the rest of the nation to reveal the forces funding their so-called political campaigns.

The public statement on their background as the representative relatable to ordinary citizen struggling to make ends meet is paradoxical to someone running for public office that require millions of $$$ to contest election in the highly monetized election battle.

Importantly, the genuine public office holder would be upfront and open to the people and nation at large disclosing the ones orchestrating their scripted charade making a mockery of them and the supposed democracy they claim to represent in the dark age. 

As for the criminal politics reliance on crony contingency viz. assortment media to bail them out from non-bailable circumstances prompting nuanced jibes and pejorative claims are counterproductive embarrassing trail.

Only the incorrigibly corrupt and deceitful would misuse family relations for political and personal gains evidenced in criminal politics’ proxies and puppets’ life events.

The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi misusing own 96+ year-old nonagenarian mother made to wait in ATM line on camera in world view to betray and deceive Indian en masse during the controversial demonetization economic debacle in November 2016 is self-explanatory.

The practice inventing bizarre narratives with own inventory of damaged goods to attack is politics’ futile extrapolations. The debunked delusions describe desperate decibels for the sake of making noise.

With respect to survival on who on whose charity has been abundantly clarified time and time again. It is none other than politics existence, sustenance and beyond until grave made possible by taxpayers in the economy comprising the same so-called average people who are continuously violated and exploited over generations by parasite politics.

Those whose crimes during their terms in office from the beginning and thereafter, upon in spotlight unable to masquerade incontrovertible facts of their involvement, they immediately engage in rounding up those civil members regarded a fair game.

They incarcerate them and even violently murder eye witnesses, law enforcement officers, legal counsels and judiciary members associated with delivering fair trial to the victims in the horrific incident.

Case in point: Gujarat Godhra violence in 2002 directly implicating then Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah targeting then government employee, Indian Police Service (IPS) officer Sanjiv Bhatt – imprisoned for life on false charges for daring to speak the truth on the former Gujarat Chief Minister and current Indian PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah’s explicit directives to the law enforcement not to quell violence.

Otherwise, the head of the Gujarat government in their relevant authority were responsible in fueling the communal onslaught aimed at the out of control situation in 2002. The history repeating itself later on many occasions with the latest in 2020 by both politicians assuming office at the national level.

When politics is guilty of actions from corruption scandals to criminal indulgence such as massacre, the key witnesses become crucial targets such as Sohrabuddin murdered by Gujarat state authority in encounter.

The true innocent would never pursue the removal and destruction of anyone regarded potential threat as witness or testimonial to the crimes and refrain from any harm to them.

Only the guilty unable to run away from selves and their horrendous crimes confronting them via reflection when they look in the mirror go to any length and cowardice to wipe out lives in fear of imminent legal and political consequences to them.

What these guilt ridden politics do not realize is – no matter how many murders and killings they engage in directly or indirectly, their sins are guaranteed to accompany them as the only certainty upon their inevitable demise.

None escape karma and their karmic woes in life regardless of protection with political sanctuary.

In transnational transgressions, politics’ interventions in Iraq, Libya, Abbotabad Pakistan, Iran and now in British Columbia, Canada…among similar incidents worldwide to eliminate specific targets under the guise of national security disregard international law and order.

Such activities are predominantly aimed at enhancing political and personal interests nearing election season and / or scandals affecting electability and popularity in the domestic front. In other situations upon prolonged warfare depleting resources and defense forces morale.

The state sponsored eliminations are increasingly adopted as the prerogative of the head of the civilian authority in a democratic or any other system in the absence of any legal ramifications on the authoritative decree.

In these violent events, the civilian chief at the helm exercising political suo moto is the norm setting precedence exerting carte blanche authority at will.

There is absolutely no regard for rule of law, legal fairness and relevantly sovereignty and territorial integrity of the foreign nation viz. the incident domain.

The reasons provided in state sponsored assassinations and killings of individuals in the domestic and foreign soil are cited as terrorism, insurgency, sedition etc.,

However, the political leaderships behind such violent killings on all these matter qualifying as state terror with no accountability is never acknowledged in the process.

The judiciary in the homeland and international laws are rendered redundant with state authorities’ suo moto as the motto on all these matter.

The leaderships with widely known atrocities and abysmal performance in the home front invite massive resentment and rejection from the victims in society. The unresolved military confrontation, invasion and skirmishes on the border or the full frontal warfare lead to indefinite stalemate taking toll on defense personnel and their civilian families at home.

Would it be appropriate and lawful for the taxpayers as frustrated segments and disillusioned demography to follow the state terror strategy to inflict violence on those responsible for the status quo as the head of the nation?

Politics unsavory indulgence to attract prominence or controversy to boost publicity via foreign interventions reflect political paradox.

Notwithstanding the abject rejection of the due legal process and protocol is a blatant violation and provocation on all grounds.

The politics’ established pattern to punish, harass, terrorize and murder those whom they consider threat completely ignoring lawful means, ethical standards and diplomatic course is crass contrary to the misconception on murder justified as political right.

Political might neither right nor bright when engaged in criminality to counter any alleged threats treating the sovereign nations and their citizens with disrespect emerging from disdain for the accused subsequently disposed in a manner like the criminal underworld under the mob rule.

Politics suo moto is antithetical to democracy and democratic norms that require mutual recognition of sovereign rights and the rule of law.

The power behind approval of killing individuals in foreign shores are desensitized to other nation’s national security unnecessarily polarizing society and country for individual attention and political gains.

In exchange, the unaffordable economic transactions are forged at taxpayers’ expense benefitting the external political and internal specific oligarchs’ interests while leaving the overwhelming majority naked in impoverished conditions much to own embarrassment prompting the New Delhi regime to shield the existence of those population with temporary wall in Ahmedabad, Gujarat earlier in 2020 during the former U.S. President Donald Trump’s visit and recently September 2023 in New Delhi prior to G20 summit.

The supposedly largest democracy only proven major hypocrisy in light of rigged elections, unaccounted financial investments in horse trading involving buying and selling of elected representatives with illegal money in the state and national election in the absence of single party majority to form government nationwide and at the center is the norm.

As for the profile of political members in Indian politics in people’s assembly and the upper house of the Parliament, again alarming members have criminal records ranging from corruption, forgery, embezzlements, rape, murder to treason and relevantly terrorism.

The matter Indian politics asserts as national issue despite being the epitome of terror and horror to many in Kashmir, northern state of Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, North eastern states, Central states and remaining regions of the country.

The current regime – Bharatiya Janata Party, not long ago the western determined dangerous right wing fundamentalist denying travel visa to the incumbent PM Narendra Modi, then Chief Minister of Gujarat for the incontrovertible evidence in the massacre of thousands of innocent women, children, youth and elderly – largely Indian Muslims and fair percentage of Hindus falling victims to Hindutva leaderships heading Gujarat orchestrated communal riots and social unrest in 2002.

The key witnesses and testimony from Indian government employed IPS officer like Sanjiv Bhatt and several others sentenced to life imprisonment on false charges, incarceration and even murder of those daring to speak the truth on then Gujarat government and leaderships’ direct engagement in the gruesome atrocity.

The indelible crimes of Godhra violence in 2002 and subsequent gross human rights violations by then incumbent CM Narendra Modi led to arrest warrant issued in the state of New York.

The arrest was averted with then democrat President Barack Obama executive order for a right wing Hindutva leadership confirming politics’ convergence regardless of political affiliation. The gesture converted the political beneficiary – the alter ego of the empathizer.

To the contrary, the current democrat administration run by former President Barack Obama hardly cease pursuits of the opponent, the former President Donald Trump conveying through state media on the possible arrest of the former Republican President.

Bharatiya Janata Party, the political wing of the radical militant RSS, the ideological organization hijacking Hinduism colluded with colonialists in pre and now post independence India.

Under the current leadership of Narendra Modi, the party and government appointed cabinet ministers are associated with incendiary violent attacks, unleashed abominable human rights violations against any and all segments classified anti-Hindu.

The BJP members and allies instigating unspeakable crimes are fertile grounds for local disturbance through discriminatory central government policy -normalized in nature.

The latest being Manipur – the northeastern state riddled with inter community confrontations between Hindu and Christians resulting in grotesque killings of the latter not barring parading two Christian women of Kurki tribes bare naked in public square with the younger one gang raped by Hindu tribe wiping out her male members of the family in the slaughter.

The Hindu tribe in return facing retributions from those victimized… the BJP central government and state leadership tone deaf to these developments exacerbate pain and anguish on al sides until now.

In other violent episodes, the regular assaults, prejudice, isolation and marginalization of Indian Muslims, the so-called Dalits of Hindu Caste deemed untouchables in the backdrop of moon landing, the unsettled plight of Kashmiris and much more country wide elicit the Indian state of affairs under the current leadership.

The pertinent problem with BJP attracting huge credibility issue on terrorism is the sitting BJP member in the people house of the Parliament viz. the Lok Sabha. The member is none other than the controversial Pragya Thakur, having served jail time on terrorism for her pivotal role in bomb blast near Mumbai in the western state of Maharashtra.

The PM Narendra Modi personally campaigned for the election of the convicted terrorist Pragya Thakur in 2019– last general election not only ignoring then BJP candidate’s terror conviction and imprisonment but also slighted Pragya Thakur inflammatory remark hailing the assassin of the world renowned India’s freedom movement leader Mahatma Gandhi as the hero.

The BJP including PM Narendra Modi in agreement on memorializing the assassin Nathu Ram Godse with a statue in city square further explain the intense fundamentalism rife with acrimony towards peace and secular India.

In contrast, the photo op moments accompanying foreign leaders to late Mahatma Gandhi resting place (samadhi) laying wreath clarify the fake sentiment towards the slain leader aka India’s father of the nation.

The BJP representing RSS, whose member Nathu Ram Godse assassination of Indian leader Mahatma Gandhi, was the initialization process evolving into by far the most violent terrorist organization and political party wreaking havoc in the past and present century.

Indian politics, besides radical BJP, is representative of nepotism, dynasty, celebrity from film industry and sports, industrialists and royal remnants…in the much touted world’s largest phony democracy.

The government leadership at the center and politics craving for 24/7 good or bad publicity never miss opportunity in the wanton quest for prominence for all the wrong reasons to be in limelight.

Indian politics introspection on trajectory sponsoring terrorism on own soil against the minorities, marginalized, disadvantaged, disenfranchised and relevantly journalists, writers, authors, human rights activists and lawyers, environmentalists… persecution and arrests are paramount prior to presiding over elimination of purported terrorism against India by foreign citizens.

India’s enemies are within the political establishment and domestic shores substituting previous brutal foreign authorities. The complicity and complacency abusing power is the monumental betrayal of the nation and ordinary citizens since time immemorial and intensified in the present age.

The nation with commencement of terror in the assassination of the leader Mahatma Gandhi, instrumental in the independence movement is the tell all about the defiantly incorrigible polity.

Accordingly, Indian politics branding anyone else abroad a terrorist is a far cry.

These are serious events that should be raised by people in international domain with their governments and anyone maintaining ties especially the west’s public love-fest with the once western characterized Hindu fundamentalist leadership – Narendra Modi.

These events also shed spotlight on western democracy values, care and concern or the lack thereof for human rights at home and abroad.

Only evil would nurture evil.

History is testament to western demolition of democracy worldwide with the latest in Ukraine in 2014,. The ramifications of which endured by Ukrainians, Russians and the world at large – specifically the United States draining U.S. taxpayer dollars funding the ongoing war in the once peaceful Ukraine.

The western interventions until now stymieing democracy world over delivered extraordinary challenges for the targeted nations leaving them in worst possible conditions than before interference.

The western meddling in backing authoritarian regimes under the guise of democracy submissive to western agenda, invariably prioritizing profit, economic interests and strategic dominance at any costs not barring own citizens and armed forces lives easily dispensed as collateral damage revealing western hostility to real democracy and life in general.

Case in point among many world over –  the  CIA involved violent overthrow of the only democratic leader of Iran Dr. Mohammad Mosaddegh for the premier’s decision to nationalize Iran’s oil resources to benefit Iranian lives, the move rejected by the west in view of huge impediment to Dutch Shell Oil company and British Petroleum etc. 

The outcome – Iran is now under the control of theological hard line rulers banning women’s rights, individual freedom and anything related to democratic principles all of which the western world  apparently sidelined and formalize nuclear status, the key demand of the Iranian theological hierarchy much to their western ally Israel’s contention.

However, the moral on the western immorality of crushing democracy with tinpot dictatorships and authoritarianism is the western sponsored dictators and autocrats have met the inevitable fate on every account either by western authorized public lynching or their own oppressed citizens’ sentencing of the criminal leadership.

They were witnessed in once strong western allies – Iraq’s former President Saddam Hussein and Libyan leader Colonel Muammar Gaddafi, among others far and wide were western partners as long as they were in compliance with the western format and caveat.

The minute they falter or demonstrate change of heart and mind, that was crossing the red line for western deal makers moving ahead with the termination of not only relations, their lives as well in the commonly executed action.
