While fake news and incessant propaganda continues unabated on alleged threat to incumbent Prime Minister’s position and life,

When the contrary is true in abuse of power committing crimes with impunity throughout political career till date.

Indian politics – the ruling and so-called opposition collusion and complicity on many national issues is the norm. Among them, the electoral bonds inviting flurry of unlimited funds and illicit financing from anywhere nationwide and across the globe auctioning democracy and election is a leaf plucked out of yet another so-called democracy branch.

The United States’ Supreme Court ruling on unlimited corporate and special interests’ cache cashing in on political candidacy from top to bottom i.e. Presidential race to municipal, city and mayoral election is political establishment cash trove.

Indian incumbency raucous on sedition charges with slogan coined as Tukde Tukde gang translated as disintegration mob referring to one of Delhi Universities’  Jawaharlal Nehru Unuversity (JNU) students isolated and profiled on unsubstantiated sedition allegations.

In the backdrop of Indian politics unanimity in many critical national issues whether flouting democratic rules and principles in electoral process via controversial electoral bonds or evading surrender of illegal wealth stashed in offshore tax havens and exotic island nations by political class across the spectrum setting precedence for the rest to follow in economic, entertainment and religious cult,

Indian political unity at the state and national level in the non-disclosure of pertinent facts in the following matter concerning India and Indian republic especially in 75th anniversary of Indian independence celebration raise these questions.

The subject is related to none other than India’s nationally and internationally renowned patriots and iconic legends in their own rights who significantly stood up to colonial rule to free India from colonization.

India’s freedom movement leader Mahatma Gandhi – assassinated by RSS associated Nathuram Godse.

RSS – the fundamentalist organization never shying away from deal making with then imperialists for individual and Hindutva ideological interests had a member Nathuram Godse pulling the trigger on the leader Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi – the pioneer of non-violence independence struggle energizing the freedom March pre-1947.

India’s other proud son – the brave and tenacious Subash Chandra Bose having challenged British Raj oppression until his mysterious disappearance albeit known to Indian polity regardless of party affiliations such as Congress and BJP as two major national political parties seated in power since independence as dominion republic and until now.

Last nonetheless relevantly India’s exemplary political leader and office bearer – Prime Minister Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri who practiced righteousness and anti-corruption values – oxymoron in politics share similar classified information tag.

Then Prime Minister Shastri hailing the soldier and farmer in the famous slogan – Jai Jawan Jai Kisaan was genuinely a populous leader at that time. Subsequent to ending India – Pakistan war in 1965 with ceasefire and signing peace agreement to that effect in January 1966 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, the Indian PM is declared no more the day later.

Indian politics together with international ally summed up the contentious issue as heart attack behind Indian PM Lal Bahadur Shastri sudden passing away in Tashkent, Uzbekistan – then under former Soviet Union in 1966.

In 2023,

Are the Indian political leadership in New Delhi and political party BJP along with so-called opposition in Parliament and state assembly prepared to come forward and declassify information on unnatural cause of deaths of all three leaders?

Their sacrifice for the nation they endeared were exemplified with utmost commitment towards liberty and sovereignty?

1. What is the compelling factor for Indian politics to have accepted foreign and internal forces versions on all three leaders’ deceased status that remain highly speculative till date?

2. To whom are the Indian political class obligatory and pledged secrecy under oath in maintaining paradoxical data on India’s proud sons as veteran leaders and soul of Indian freedom?

Nottwithstanding Indian politics’ dismissal of Indian republic awareness on their leaders popularly known as Father of the Nation,

The leader Subash Chandra Bose creating Indian National Army defending self-determination of his nation and citizens against foreign subjugation and,

India’s truly honorable Prime Minister Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri whose words to the nation were translated into action and whose actions reflected unity and progress for entire country.

The late Prime Minister Shastri also a visionary who acknowledged farmers and soldiers as two guardian angels for a nation unlike the contradictory treatment of both defense personnel and farmers today under current national leadership and administration.

3. Finally, What is going to take besides courage and integrity for Indian politics at the national and state level to declassify real factual information behind unnatural deaths including one known assassination of these three leaders?

India – Election and Electoral Bonds

Election in a democracy is increasingly compromised via voting irregularities, tampering electronic voting machine (EVM), cash payments to voters to sway votes, incentives designed to attract voters only during election. Then there is horse trading upon losing majority with open bidding on opposition winning candidates to jump ship on the offer. The alternative is threat tactics to submit to political party bidding that are the norm.

The electoral bonds is the last straw on camel’s back directly undermining electoral process in the so-called democracy. The electoral bonds passed in Parliament with ruling and all opposition parties unanimously voting in favor in view of personal benefit jeopardize the concept of free and fair election.

The money flowing through electoral bonds from myriad sources have no checks and balances besides facilitating black money circulation with no limit. The election is also the means for money laundering through contributions to political campaign and candidacy.

The power game involves trade and tactics that are anything but democratic. The end justifying the means is never an issue for those seeking power at all costs regardless of dismal record and public grievance on government failure to address key issues related to economy like high inflation, unemployment, farmers plight, small business and informal sector employment and livelihoods displaced with specific corporate monopoly… are major concerns among population deprived of due economic growth and development.

Amidst burgeoning problems, the foreign power incursion and invasion of territories viz. China’s aggression along the Himalayan region and territorial annexation of land in Arunachal Pradesh with further encroachment in northeastern states like Sikkim, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Manipur, Assam…exacerbate foreign intrusion.

The interesting irony is politics and politics’ recruited contingency comprising satirist having political relation and variety specializing in perversion and hooliganism targeting truth speaker and factual content with nuanced comments like – someone wearing casual home outfit competing with so-called Superstars convey explicit obsession and invasion of home and life of someone faraway across the ocean on other side of the planet while the same elements remaining clueless and even oblivious to a neighbor next door deploying troops surrounding the nation all around.

How about politics focus on real existential threats like China’s claim on national territories in the domestic front?

The diversion of taxpayers funded spyware and recruits’ perverse activities with 24/7 spying and eavesdropping on someone miles away and commenting on the individual clothing and lifestyle shifted to curtailing expansionist policy from across the border with China would be productive and preemptive.

Notwithstanding, the same politics turning a blind eye to neighbor China across the border engaged in bio-engineering of the deadly corona virus in Wuhan lab, Hubei Province that consumed more than million lives in homeland transforming India into mass graveyard in 2021 elaborate on politics’ misplaced spying strategy.

The government and political leadership neglecting fundamental national priorities is evident in repeat violations and uncivilized behavioral pattern at own citizens’ expense.

In conclusion, politics surrendered to political funding and financing not barring the enemy such as China investment in politics creating conflict of interest is an irrefutable fact. In quid pro quo New Delhi tender approval for Beijing controlled China based companies against Indian bidders in central government power projects in Uttar Pradesh in the height of the pandemic in 2020 summarize the state of affairs.

Importantly the truth sayer and presenter is targeted as the sworn enemy with persistent spying and relentless insinuations using film industry content in adherence to global master’s flawed paradigm.

The unethical vulgarity confirm backwaters politics with preference for crude lewd indulgence much to own collective peril.

India – Transparency Battle

Nationalism promoted through Hindutva idelogy misleading the nation to the point of no return endanger democracy.

Young impressionable minds are indoctrinated sowing the seeds of hatred, violence and discord within and across the country.

The alarming jingoism premised in fundamentalism is a serious threat to national unity and sovereignty. Indian electorate coming together in restoring democracy, individual rights of all citizens barring prejudice, gender and social inequality with focus on economic opportunity and progress for all citizens especially those denied prospects, peace and bright future is the need of the hour.

What the vulnerable, impressionable and gullible electorate need to recognize is the hyenas (given the intense predator instincts compared to wolves) in sheep’s clothing. These voters as main targets in election for political parties especially the major ones premised on ends justifying the means are exploited to maximum. 

The political parties riding on media might not only the mainstream but also those poised as the so-called independent and investigative channels are partisan partners in this sham to advance devious agenda denying the desperate population their due rights and opportunity to development.

Under the guise of reporting, these scammers are shamefully deceiving them and captive audience through nuances and insinuations delivering the message from those whom they actually represent i.e. the political machinery in different configuration much to their own peril. 

As for the political establishment representing the national groups such as RSS led BJP and Dynasty Congress severely lacking in substance and integrity to debate on their failures and provide rescue strategy to alleviate misery and agony among overwhelming majority are hopelessly dependent on deception and communal divide.

The national political parties through paid media channels and social media employees conspicuously invested in falsehood and propaganda sparing none from Lord Ram to Bharat Mata ki Jai cliche and Indian defense force actions following Pulwama attack to name a few typically engaged in scoring political points without realizing the dubious stunts unveiling their real image in spotlight.

In terms of actual issues – the political parties repetitive stance evading challenges on practicality is evident in concerted efforts to deflect public attention. 

Notwithstanding the immediate refute on irrefutable facts brazenly handled through public relations contingency appearing on various media networks to combat any credible arguments on dysfunctional governance and leadership responsible for dire consequences ranging from demonetization, erratically implemented GST, to intelligence lapse and gross negligence that tantamount to dereliction of duty facilitating fatal attack on 44 national defense force personnel are merely the tip of the iceberg in the complete meltdown affecting significant population nationwide.

The leaderships ignoring the basic courtesy and humility speaks volume on their nature towards people and the nation they are elected to serve returning to campaign trail seeking election and re-election regardless of defunct trajectory.

In this context, the possibility on incumbent Prime Minister Narendra Modi apologizing to Indian electorate in many respects is analogous to moonwalking on earth. The demonetization debacle and false promise on crediting 15 lakhs rupees i.e. 1.5 million rupees in every citizens bank account and creating 2 crores or 20 million jobs in the economic sector, none of that delivered remains the bone of contention among disillusioned voters expected to be swept off their feet with PM’s costume and makeover doubled down with war rhetoric and pseudo bravado against PM Narendra Modi’s ally, host and well wisher Pakistan authority. 

It is never too late for those involved or implicated on matter with adverse ramifications on victims in politically motivated decisions to apologize and be remorseful.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s apology to India on demonetization and further back in his political career – the communal violence, murders and obstruction of justice related to Godhra riots in Gujarat would define the individual character or the lack thereof in building trust on the leadership.

Similarly, on the other side the Congress Party under Sonia Gandhi leadership having assumed power subsequent to her spouse and former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi who was then the head of the government during ethnic cleansing of Sikhs and later Sonia Gandhi joining forces with Sri Lanka’s former President and Commander-in-Chief Mahinda Rajapaksa in genocide of Tamils in Tamil Eelam in Sri Lanka merit apology directly from the decision makers resigned to unapologetic status as their prerogative in politics.

In Tamilnadu, the celebrity Kamal Haasan’s fringe political party designed and funded to split vote base favoring the national  player RSS’s BJP considering both entities’ commonality on anti-muslim and upper caste syndrome with the actor performing to the script sporting Indian Air Force Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman’s mustache is classic cinematic infusion in politics in sheer violation of election rules to refrain from using, posing and suggesting defense force endorsement to sway votes in the otherwise anti-BJP state.

Perhaps the script missing on the important Hindi idiom – mustache and truth cannot be hidden forever. 

Last but not the least, the uphill battle on transparency with no immediate effective measures or willingness from the relevant authorities i.e. Supreme Court of India and the Election Commission allowing political parties in particular not barring communication outlets masqueraded as independent journalism continue business as usual without any information on donors and stake holders behind the scene.

As a result, the so-called free and fair election with enormous black money, counterfeit notes and anonymous electoral bonds protecting donors identity raise questions on the validity of process in the world’s largest polls.

The remedy to contagious problem differed until post election in itself is a jeopardy in a democratic system.
