Libya statelessness with western appointed interim government unable to maintain law and order considering widespread violence, militancy, terrorism and abduction of the Prime Minister Ali Zeidan returned later after several hours of detention in unknown location clarifies the general outcome of western military intervention in sovereign nation.

The incumbent administration limited authority and jurisdiction leaving the rest of the country especially the eastern region viz. Benghazi under terrorists control allows foreign players such as the United States, Britain, Israel, Saudi Arabia and Qatar along with energy corporations to exercise free will in utilizing the opportunity for counterproductive measures endangering lives regardless of nationality.

United States recent kidnapping of alleged al-Qaeda suspect al-Libi accused of participation in terrorism in the late 1990’s while United States and Britain having released the Lockerbie bomber then over arms deal worth £400 million with Colonel Gaddafi of Libya reveals state terrorism characteristics disregarding respective citizens deaths in the incident and selective incarceration to suit western premise.

Similarly, Libya post 2011 western aggression facilitates weapons supply and distribution to designated war zones using Libyan territory primarily for CIA, Mossad, MI5, MI6 and Saudi plus Qatari training of terror operatives deployed in Syria, Iraq, Egypt, Tunisia and Mali.

The viable solution to burgeoning foreign infiltration into Libya is for Libyan solidarity to reject status quo through peaceful and non-violent representation. 

The community as well as tribal leaders coming forward to protect locals from terror recruitment declining terrorists shelter and surrender arms to national defense and security forces pledged allegiance to Libya and not foreign entities is critical to eliminate terrorism.

Upon containing violence and terror networks removal with national effort extending full cooperation amongst citizenry and relevant authorities, the political situation could be addressed for republic governance allowing Libyan self-determination rights to prevail nationwide.

Libya experiencing serious human rights violation accelerated with foreign interference could overcome the prevalent conditions with Libyan patriotism rising to the occasion to defend territorial integrity, national sovereignty and natural resources from external powers possession.

The foreign occupation made possible with internal chaos and unrest deflecting attention from the key events aimed at sabotage of peace and stability.

When the public enduring injustice and exploitation from foreign intrusion accessing entry due to corruption come together with determination to free the nation, the sources behind the crises could no longer remain in power or exert influence.

Again, creating awareness for national participation generating the necessity for collective engagement transcending social, economic and political barriers would lead to individual liberty and economic progress.

Hence, Libya shifting focus on purging terrorism from Libyan soil and expulsion of groups promoting bloodshed and nefarious activities could be the initial step towards national freedom.

Nation building requires strong foundation upholding democratic principles and values withstanding pressure and provocation from within and outside. 

The national movement moving ahead with reconciliation process could lead towards the establishment of political system truly representative of the people.

Libyan citizens are urged to solidify coordination reflecting Jamahiriya governance in the rural and tribal areas in conjunction with national unity government in capital, Tripoli.

United States – Amicable Settlement is the Saving Grace on Government Shut Down

The ongoing government shut down deserves clarifications from lawmakers unwilling to resume work considering they are all being paid with taxpayer funds transforming the closure into a paid holiday.

When legislators in both political parties and White House could arrive at majority if not overwhelming consensus on issues related to special interests and AIPAC proposal exceeding Wall Street and foreign entities expectations on legislations,

The current stalemate rejecting direct communication let alone agreement on any mater through congressional session is suggestive of misplaced priority and lack of commitment to national service – the reason to elect representatives and leaderships to public office. 

According to the main news reports – the House passed the bill to pay furloughed employees on October 5, 2013. 

Despite the measure, the decision to prolong the political standoff amid expressing concern over debt crises only confirms the governance not taken seriously and instead utilized for agenda not necessarily in national benefit. 

The disingenuous display is counterproductive in political and economic standpoint emphasizing the need for elected officials to transcend selective partisanship and actions exacerbating economic conditions that would eventually impact the contributors and participants in this destructive course. 

Since the legislative and executive branch not affected with the loss of personal income, the urgency to end impasse perhaps not the preference ignoring the economic ramifications in the domestic and global market.

The deliberate choices to extend political discord further exemplify abuse of power and exploitation of taxpayers especially the ordinary citizens expected to maintain tax payments regardless of government operation. 

Any more procrastination would evidently define the political goals not aimed at economic recovery and inversely facilitating the preventable disaster. 

American constituents could seek the respective congressmen and women for valid explanation behind the unreasonable catharsis at whomsoever behest and urge them to bring the standoff to conclusion without any delay. 

Based on the lawmakers response to republic will, democracy would be tested for viability. 

The meaningless strategy to disrupt government functionality only hurts United States financial status and political parties credibility to preside over national affairs. 

The government that is truly representative of the people, by the people and for the people would not adopt means to stall economic progress. 

 On the contrary every member in recognition of constitutional duty to serve the nation would spare no opportunity to find common ground for reconciliation.

Failure to reopen government and address impending bills would transfer the burden of responsibility entirely on the factions posing impediment to fundamental function i.e. diligently perform national tasks to avoid detrimental economic outcome linked with political survivability during electoral process.

Hence the leaderships along with party members in the House of Congress, Senate and White House directing the focus on the reversal of economic decline with result oriented policies is the preliminary step towards building investor and consumer confidence desperately required in the fragile economy. 

Allowing delinquency on government bills and subsequent downgrading of credit rating may not be prudent in the effort to contain sovereign debt.

Setting aside political differences and convergence on expediting fiscal year budget for government activities is the only option to rescue the nation from default. 

The leaders on all sides in acknowledgment of national obligations rising to the occasion for amicable settlement would be the saving grace. 

Hopefully reason and logic would prevail over political expediency.

The political system that is controlled maneuvered and specializes in manufacturing crises through false flags and other means to establish criminality as the rule of law evident in –

NSA surveillance,

NDAA denying own citizens due process,

Unlawful detentions in Guantanamo Bay and domestic prison complex,

That holds republic to ransom with government shut down and,

Complicit in siphoning trillions of dollars from national treasury at ordinary citizens expense bear no resemblance to democracy in simplistic or pragmatic terms with reliance on subversion in pursuit of dominance.

Besides sponsoring terror, conducting drone attacks to kill innocent civilians around the world and above all providing military and monetary aid to belligerent states with track record of gross human rights violation regarded the supreme privilege in the era of changing geopolitical dynamics rejecting supremacy concept.

The arms supply to drug cartels under the Fast and Furious program run by the administration Justice Department having claimed more than 50,000 lives and still counting in the neighboring Mexico while the population from that state fleeing the violence riddled situation characterized illegals remain the bone of contention in the immigration debate.

The foreign policy that considers unlawful invasion and occupation of foreign land as the prerogative ironically holds thousands arriving on the United States shores due to U.S. created economic and political mayhem in the respective country of origin a burden on the economy calling for stringent immigration rules and building the highest possible fence to prevent the influx of victims from counterproductive neo-liberal economic strategy and neo-conservative militarism.

Furthermore the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and Trilateral Commission run State Department, the Department of Defense and Intelligence Agencies embark on missions destabilizing sovereign nations, toppling democratic and popular governments and institutionalizing state terrorism for pervasive subjugation. 

The investigation on the State Department involved incident in Benghazi, Libya related to United States ambassador Christopher Stevens assassination and three other embassy staff deaths stifled with evidence disposal. 

Additionally the appointment of the so-called independent committee known as Accountability Review Board (ARB) comprising the state department officials posing conflict of interest disregarding congressional subpoenas by threatening members pursuing the matter speaks volume on the resistance to transparency concerning American safety. 

Similarly, the U.S. raid in Abbottabad, Pakistan supposedly to capture or kill Osama Bin laden conveniently denying the public any proof to that effect was followed with the elimination of Navy Seal deployed in that operation.

Again the forces behind 9//11 onslaught leading to global status quo share imperialistic quest unleashing terror via al-Qaeda – the network founded by them. 

Notwithstanding aggression against developing nations facilitate recruitment for relentless warfare.

The U.S. administration latest form of intimidation against perceived adversaries is airspace refusal to foreign governments heads of state like Bolivian President Evo Morales and Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro with no regrets on the reckless intrusions endangering life and diplomatic row not to mention the action in breach of international aviation standard.

Owing to these circumstances and many other events where state lawlessness upheld as the law with imposition of hardline tactics to quell dissent and peaceful assembly in disdain for non-violent civil disobedience clarify systemic abuse of power reflecting authoritarianism to suppress accountability. 

The important factor is corruption apparently potent than nuclear arsenal in expanding proxy governance worldwide – prominently in the domain misconstrued as democracy.

On nuclear and assorted WMD disarmament – the selective criteria exempting violators in possession of substantial stockpiles from any inspection, verification and compliances juxtapose mandatory enforcement on abiding nations reveal the inherently flawed denuclearization stratagem.

UN and UNSC along with EU maintaining the parallel government role and exclusivity exercised in arbitrary economic sanctions and ammunition delivery to terrorists in Syria or approval to invade minerals rich nation like Mali slight fairness and objectivity thereby confirming the organizational purpose to sustain hierarchy.

However, the process having exhausted methods on parasitic existence depleting the source and earth’s resources is at the crossroads to renounce destructive course or proceed to the precipice for inevitable outcome not necessarily favorable to them.

The remedial measure to current challenges is to address the cause rather than responding to symptoms alone commencing with mass consciousness and resolve to invalidate prevalent conditions designed to protect the illusive self-proclaimed aristocracy.

United States breakthrough on impasse is possible with open communication and recognition of mutual responsibility in expediting reconciliation.

The real independence is primarily linked with adherence to constitutional requirement on all issues especially the transfer of authority from privately owned Federal Reserve to national ownership on money supply, distribution and implementation of monetary policy.

Nonetheless the art of political expediency overrides rationality and courage to confront elements contributing to precipitous decline of morality, human values and ethical efficacy.

United States – Government Shut Down And Republic Action

Recently President Barack Obama had direct assurance from House Speaker John Boehner regarding House Representatives votes on Syria.

However, the transformation with the impasse on government shut down is paradoxical where the two leaderships apparently unable to reconcile differences despite the consequences on the average citizens as federal employees and the public at large.

Reiterating the fact that unlawful warfare, unnecessary military and monetary aid to nuclear state Israel and Egypt, Jordan…on Israel’s behalf, sponsoring terrorism and Wall Street bailout almost never has any impediments with the legislative and executive branch working together in perfect harmony to deliver the special interest and AIPAC demands on United States Congress.

The current stalemate involving suspension of government services using health care and raising the debt ceiling as bargaining chips is evidently counterproductive considering the negative impact on economy and employment situation.

The political showdown is unnecessary and elected officials committed to national service as required by the constitutional oath would not block government functions as mechanism to impose their agenda.

Neither the health care nor debt ceiling could be implemented in prolonging the government closure.  These two issues merit transparency and discussions to allay legitimate concerns among citizens as financiers of the entire national budget.

The fiscal conservatism on spending cuts targeting lifeline programs and services such as Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, education and environment could be shifted to wasteful expenditure and redundant activities such as the government shut down arguably increasing economic liabilities and exacerbating citizens suffering.

Again, the government fiscal policy aimed at stifling essential consumer oriented growth combined with the Federal Reserve monetary policy on partial to total withdrawal of quantitative easing i.e. interjection of cash flow into the economy @ interest rates between 0 – ¼ percent with impending debt elevation deserves congressional debate and national review. 

Besides, the Federal Reserve is yet to account on previously missing $9 trillions and the latest $16 trillion in secret bailout of foreign banks using United States tax dollars while the urgency on extending borrowing limit via debt ceiling  lingering as the national crises.

None of this would be possible with the ongoing political standoff.

American citizens rising to the occasion exercising republic power by calling on the representatives to resume work is the preliminary step towards restoring democracy and economic recovery.

Among the positive and negative vices – the contrasting features provide necessary guidance or distraction from the course respectively yielding outcome in accordance with preference on the means to any achievements. 

The venerable virtues like honesty, integrity, genuine care and compassion for all transcending pride and prejudice combined with courage in the struggle against injustice exemplified through sincere commitment presides over and rise above the opposing attributes typically undermining the essence of goodness to enforce destructive goals.

Furthermore, the negative traits in reliance on deception, falsehood and unscrupulous methods practice presumptuous justification of actions in defiance of logic and reasoning unnecessarily confining to disoriented hostility.

The contemporary world events emanating from moral insolvency having reached the crescendo has the option for salvation or succumb to decoy targeting imaginary foes in the misguided misadventure.

Seeking viable solutions to self-manufactured crises must begin with recognition of folly and anomaly reflective in the erroneous decision making process responsible for the global status quo.

Besides, attempts to deceive and harm others are counterproductive with inevitable impact on the source conforming to sowing and reaping principle considering the malevolence overriding rationality.

The deeds performed with ulterior motives deliver results not necessarily favorable to the cause and disillusionment in this regard often facilitates preparedness to avert repeat instance.

In relation to the prevalent impasse in the United States evolving into government closure – the coordination among political class in the legislative and executive branch along with members in different capacity on legislations viz. funding for unlawful military intervention overseas, sponsoring terrorism in Syria, Iraq, Libya and Mali, supporting violent crackdown in Bahrain…and,

Last but not the least multi-billion dollars aid to Israel as well as other recipients on Israel’s behalf invariably passed with unanimous or majority approval despite these measures proved detrimental to United States economy exacerbating human suffering in the domestic and foreign land.

However, on issues concerning American electorate and government run key program and services – the political stalemate suddenly surface between congress and administration that otherwise are able to strike a chord on the above outlined matter!

Similarly the refusal to ceasefire in Syria as well as establishment of Palestinian statehood and termination of illegal drone attacks among several other crimes committed against innocent civilians profoundly defines the incorrigible self-degradation conduct with captive mind in return holding humanity hostage to decrepit strategy.

United States political leadership’s choreographed harmony on unjust warfare, Wall Street bailouts and generous monetary assistance to Israel and Gulf states juxtapose synchronized acrimony on American taxpayers affairs clarifies subjugation of national sovereignty with suppression of freedom for exclusive gains of the privileged society. 

The confluence of ideas and collective input for national benefit adopting transparency and public scrutiny on policies prior to implementation would revive democratic forum. 

Upon acknowledgment of duty and responsibility adorning humility would clear the pathway towards progress.

National and international reconciliation stems from sharing common vision accompanied by mutual respect and understanding demonstrated in immediate response to restore confidence building and credibility. 

Unfortunately, the dispute settlements lacking in meaningful and constructive dialogue is less accommodating on substance with more emphasis on exerting dominance transforming the engagement to catharsis.

Serious participation would normally envisage fruitful negotiations mitigating losses from unnecessary procrastination not without repercussions in the near and long term.

The political will and determination governed by conscience and ethical efficacy to address national challenges would affirm constitutional oath shifting loyalty to republic unlike the tradition pledged allegiance to powers endangering lives and livelihood.

Not to mention such representation indicative of moribund political parties focused on subversion of democracy with activities barely in resemblance to the government of the people, by the people and for the people.

The inflexibility on all sides with respect to United States government shut down arguably diminish the role of lawmakers in the submission to selective political partisanship – non-existent in the legislative procedure for special interests.

Any delay in re-opening the government would categorically declare United States legislators and executive branch dysfunctional.

Human development on the reverse trend tragically waste opportunity to be purposeful accumulating karmic debts or liabilities from unsavory indulgence that could be prevented exercising wisdom and discriminatory ability to distinguish right from wrong during sojourn on earth.

United States health care debate renewed in 2013 provides opportunity for national movement seeking single payer system otherwise known as universal care in consideration of costs analyses favoring taxpayer dollars investment in comprehensive health care benefits for all.

The status quo evidently has at least 46 to 50 million Americans uninsured with Medicaid and Medicare criteria only allowing those qualifying the category.

Notwithstanding these programs constantly threatened with possible elimination under fiscal responsibility pretext amid bipartisan approval of wasteful spending in illegal warfare, sponsoring terrorism and multi billion dollars aid to Israel other than regional funding to safeguard nuclear Israel’s security.

In the health care reform passed in 2010 – the failure to enforce premium cap and measures to maintain affordability contributes to exorbitant costs depriving patients from receiving necessary medical relief and life saving procedures now and in the future.

Furthermore, effective January 2014 the mandatory subscription in the bill with penalty on non-compliance designed to favor health insurance industry would exacerbate citizens suffering in the dire economy heightened with misplaced priority to fund terror activities in Syria and expansion of militarism in the Asia Pacific titled pivot to Asia and Africom in the African continent.

Single payer implemented in other industrialized nations proved to be economically prudent and financially profitable to participating companies in the standardized method avoiding unnecessary expenses while facilitating diverse health care options through private management. 

The tax dollars divestment in socialized medicine for national distribution would essentially constitute quasi operation with  private sector focus on services relevant to health care needs.

Accordingly taxes collected from taxpayers allocated to guaranteed health care protect lives substantially reducing present Medicare and Medicaid spending upon amalgamation of auxiliaries under universal care ambit.

Single payer option is the legitimate right of all citizens and protects small businesses along with medium and major corporations from dealing with minimum to optimum commitments towards employees in the exponentially rising health care and pharmaceutical payments adjusted against salaries and wages that could be expended in retail consumption of utilitarian products serving as the economic stimulus.

Although choices for people to explore suitable plan would be a bonus in the national health scheme, the marginalized demography affected in the lack of free health care provisions would primarily gain from federal and state funded medical assistance.

United States budget appropriation directed in public and national interests could produce positive outcome and issues such as social security, health care, education and environment besides job creation deserves due attention with effective policies leading to sustainable progress.

Healthy nation means higher productivity critical for economic growth and long-term prosperity.

Single payer or national health care is an entitlement that could no longer be denied to citizens in a nation that disproportionately misuse tax revenues on destructive cause.

Finally, United States citizens unified stance on universal health care urging Congress to act in recognition of republic will is the cornerstone to bring about the anticipated change improving economic conditions for the struggling class in society.

The western manufactured crises in Syria as part of regime change through proxy war hiring al-Qaeda and splinter group al-Nusra Front has claimed more than 100,000 innocent lives leaving several millions refugees in their homeland and across the state border.

Western and regional allies sponsored al-Qaeda and al-Nusra Front evidently behind the chemical attacks on March 19, 2013 in Khan al-Assal of Aleppo province.

The UN investigation teams on their part confirmed the use of nerve agent – sarin gas in the previous as well as in the latest gassing of civilians in Ghouta near Damascus, Syria.

UN report on Khan al-Assal holds western and Gulf States operatives in Syria responsible that targeted Syrian residents and army personnel. 

Not surprisingly the UN inspectors on August 21 false flag event were advised against identifying the perpetrators allowing the guilty party i.e. the western leaderships and Middle East cohorts to scapegoat the Syrian government and national defense force to advance their illegitimate cause.

Besides WMD, the genocide, summary executions, beheading, torture and cannibalism by terrorists in the western instigated Syrian turmoil shifts the crime burden on the sponsors i.e. Israel, United States, Britain, France, Germany in providing lethal and logistic support and EU for lifting arms embargo facilitating free flow of weapons reaching mercenaries in the war. 

Simultaneously, the Middle Eastern participants viz. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey, Jordan, UAE, Kuwait are culpable for relentless terrorism in Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Bahrain, Egypt, Tunisia and Libya to name a few in the region. 

In light of the substantial facts and data unequivocally incarcerating militants in the western and Middle Eastern states funded and armed terrorism,

The perpetrators of crimes against people in Syria are to be held accountable with indictments from top down without exception to prevent fraudulence and abuse of power presumptuously demonstrated by United Sates and allies in the license to kill motto against citizens in foreign land either with illegal drone attacks or unleashing terror at will appropriately justifying regime change in Washington, Tel Aviv, London and Paris…along with those promoting violence for profiteering and economic boost at the expense of innocent blood and human plight.

United States enacted NDAA is effective upon leaderships due to direct engagement in the recruitment of al-Qaeda and offshoots like al-Nusra Front admitted in the September 10, 2013 Presidential speech on Syria.

The society failure to end legacy – misusing authority aimed at destabilization of sovereign nations resulting in massive death and destruction set dangerous precedence prevalent in the loss of freedom and real democracy in the country of origin.

UNSC permanent members viz. United States, Britain, France, Russia and China in possession of substantial WMD including nuclear arsenal with western states among them having used these agents during illegal warfare are the obvious threat to humanity at large and the environment.

Again these members maintaining proliferation as their prerogative to enhance defense capability against each other disregard the rules they have set up as the international law confirming the inherently flawed system facilitating abuse of privileged status while dictating terms and conditions to the rest of the world.

The propaganda on averting possible military strike by United States due to U.S. and Russian agreement on Syrian chemical weapons disarmament is dismissal of public dissent and activism that led to lack of majority votes in the U.S. Congress in resonance with worldwide rejection of any military intervention against Syria.

Any decision to stampede republic will on Syria in pursuit of military option without a shadow of doubt cost political leaderships the career and further diminished United States role in world affairs.

In fact the U.S and Russia strategy rescued the administration and alliance from dilemma they had invited upon them in the cavalier approach to destabilize a sovereign nation.

Moreover, the UNSC failure to call for arms embargo accompanied by immediate ceasefire ending bloodshed attributed to western and coalition of the willing sponsorship of terrorism since 2011 and escalated up until now demonstrates apathy to victims suffering from incessant violence.

Syria having come forward in accession to Organization for Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) ban treaty, the remaining states such as Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey, Jordan along with United States and Russia leading the cause in WMD renunciation with transparency would exemplify veracity of UNSC members concern for civilian protection.

Unless genuine pact enforcing universal standards on all sides especially those constantly engaged in false flag operations with self-detrimental motives to spread terrorism across the region prevalent in neighboring Lebanon, Iraq and Turkey having transformed Libya into terror haven,

The tradition for sources behind terror to commit crimes with impunity would never cease.

Hence, the meaningful and effective solution to Syrian turmoil is to practice fairness, equality and ethics in recognition of Syrian sovereignty and self-determination rights rather than foreign imposition of change designed to subvert democracy and subjugate country extending throughout Middle East and the entire world.

Greetings! To citizens and leaderships of nations represented as UN members in the 68^th session of the General Assembly in New York.

United Nations Organization initially set up as an international body to deal with world affairs evidently serves the interests of the core members in the permanent Security Council reflecting hegemonic goals to establish feudalism and vassal statehood.

United Nations Security Council comprising United States, Britain, France, Russia, China and Germany included as P5 + 1 prolong imperialistic quest and continue to remain the existential threat to humanity at large due to arbitrary ruling and discriminatory policy. 

The P5+ 1 epitomizes exceptional status that Russia recently denounced despite being part of the privileged club with no desire to dissolve the council that is directly responsible for human suffering imposing economic sanctions and military intervention at will against nations defending national sovereignty and territorial integrity. 

Every P5+ 1 member share colonization legacy and are also the ambassador for arms industry competing with one another as prominent purveyor of ammunitions, nuclear submarines and lethal weapons to Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait, Turkey, Jordan and Egypt in the Middle East and similarly elsewhere causing death and devastation world over.

Not to mention the P5+ 1 and Israel are nuclear states with substantial WMD in their possession endangering life and habitat.

Furthermore none of them have come forward and allowed legitimate verification of their stockpiles or in compliance on WMD disarmament yet they are in the forefront enforcing such demands on nations targeted for destabilization.

Again United States, Britain, France and Israel having used these arsenals in Japan, Vietnam, Iran, Iraq, Gaza and now Syria respectively adopting the moral high ground against their adversaries in this context is paradoxical delineating them as lawful offenders in the crimes against humanity.

The P5+1 formation essentially polarizes the world facilitating abuse of self-proclaimed supremacy amongst nuclear powers threatening global peace and security. 

UNSC egregious decisions attributed to human plight across the globe. 

The illegal invasions and occupation of foreign land viz. Mali with unanimous consensus in December 2012 and earlier under the guise of humanitarian mission the NATO air raid in Libya enabled arms influx into Syria extending operations on unsubstantiated allegations against Syrian government and defense forces for hegemony control in the Middle East. 

Likewise UNSC approved trade embargo on non-western nations thus far crippled economies affecting millions of population leaving them in generational adversity.

Hence abolishing UNSC and rejection of exclusivity prevalent in the proposals and actions is the preliminary step towards UN transformation desperately required in the organization role as genuine multinational forum to preside over matter concerning mankind,

Simultaneously the International Criminal Court conspicuous bias in indictments incarcerate scapegoat thereby granting persistent predators impunity on crimes committed in the course of economic, military and cyber warfare against citizens of the world.

The contemporary practice defending criminality in defiance of reality discard evidence and ethics aimed at criminalizing as well as terrorizing victims with possible military aggression not barring nuclear option.

The tradition premised on historic 9/11 false flag event demonstrates intolerance to any resistance against authoritarianism. 

Solution to burgeoning militarism and sponsorship of terrorism is for people in these countries i.e. victim nations solidarity forming coalition in opposition to foreign interference in internal problems of independent nations along with citizens protest within country demanding ouster of terrorists groups on western and regional alliance payroll could convey a strong message to outside world reminding them the responsibility to thwart their leaderships engagement in killings of innocent lives abroad.

The shadow forces strategy deploys overt and covert mechanisms to usurp power during national elections and international crises to maintain status quo i.e. subjugation and undermining of sovereignty. 

Creating unrest in nations through infiltration and fomenting violence via recruitment of terrorists like in Syria then reaching agreement with unilateral conditions not necessarily applicable on the perpetrators such as al-Qaeda and al-Nusra front as well as their sponsors is the typical crime management tactic for the syndicate represented by seemingly contradictory factions however working together to deliver mutually beneficial outcome favoring the conglomerate. 

When two sides as chief negotiators poised to promote hegemonic objectives weakening the victim and ultimately surrender to aggressors’ diabolical agenda, the blatant deception surface with the notion on the end justifying the means in collusion.

Syria’s acceptance to U.S and Russian plan on chemical weapons is apparently  to avert military assault on key installations that has been openly declared in United States Presidential speeches and press conference.

President Barack Obama asserting the view on credible threat to use force alongside rigorous diplomacy – is a clear evasion of  ceasefire commitment that must be the immediate priority for anyone concerned about civilian deaths since the beginning predominantly from the dispatch of weapons to terrorists fighting United States, western and Gulf partners proxy war.

Russia on the other hand having not honored the pre-paid and pre-arranged consignment of S-300 air defense system to Syria that could have saved lives during U.S. authorized Israeli air strikes three times this year and eliminated constant military posturing could now terminate western counterparts wanton belligerence.

The antidote to counterproductive stance is implementing universal standard on WMD renunciation by all parties and abandoning terrorism or other methods of violence in the war ravaged state.

Russian President Vladimir Putin statements regarding ghouta chemical attack on August 21 as sly provocation reiterating that Russia has proof implicating western hired terrorists in the incident could divulge relevant information prior to coordination with western irrational conviction on Syria.

Instead, Russia proceeding with United States set criteria in disarming Syria of CW without subjecting Israel. Saudi Arabia and others to the requirement raise credibility factor in the so-called Samaritan effort.

The viable dispute settlement pertaining to Syria is for major powers to submit to international peace treaty encompassing pervasive WMD destruction by all and not Syria alone combined with cessation of violence that has gripped the nation.

The pragmatic approach to expedite healing and recovery would exemplify authenticity in mediation process.

Otherwise the present protocol and upcoming UNSC resolutions amplify the war rhetoric disregarding bloodshed caused by terrorists presence on Syrian soil.

Besides transcending superiority disposition in acknowledgment of all nations as respect worthy and adherence to international rule of law without exception is the appropriate measure for trust and confidence building in the increasingly volatile environment.

On the espionage activity – the underlying truth is other nations in collaboration with NSA equally culpable in massive dragnet surveillance on citizens in the national and international domain conforming to hegemony designed new world order.

Mass awakening in dismantling empires excoriating earth resources for selective wealth distribution utilizing collective productivity is critical for individual liberty and sustainable progress.

Finally, the super power syndrome equipped with nuclear and WMD dominance produce deterrence capability especially in nations on hegemony radar for decimation.

Accordingly addressing the source would eradicate symptoms in global denuclearization.

The western led Syrian conflict failure to secure domestic and international support with votes in Parliament and Congress lacking in majority due to respective electorate rejection of war rhetoric in the United States, Britain, France, Turkey, Jordan and across the globe including UN, NATO and EU declining military option created dilemma for western leaderships military aspiration.

Hence, President Barack Obama decision to delay congressional vote with knowledge on the outcome projection similar to British Parliament disapproval among House of Commons members prompted yet another strategy not only aimed at averting debacle but also implicate Syrian leadership and defense force leading to capitulation.

The submission in return allows western insinuations on Syrian chemical stockpiles and the requirement for Chapter 7 otherwise military interference upon non-compliance. 

Accordingly, the U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry proposal to Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov on the unilateral surrender of Syria’s chemical stock within a stringent timeframe and stipulations,

Again the one-way process involving even nuclear Russia adherence in abstaining from prepaid consignments delivery consisting S-300 air defense system solely for protection against U.S directed Turkish reconnaissance and Israeli air raids during escalation of violence without equal prohibition of ammunitions inflow reaching al-Qaeda up until today clarifies hegemony control over foreign representation. 

Russia accepting western conditions against Syria since crises onset in the absence of synonymous and proportional terms upon them as chief contributors of death toll exceeding 100,000 and millions of refugees embolden Russia’s western partners to prolong the warfare rather than demonstrating sincere commitment to immediate ceasefire to save continuous loss of innocent lives and infrastructure demolition.

The circumvention of facts camouflaging reality could only serve foreign interventionists in a limited fashion regardless of media and cyber space news networks blitz in subversion of events ignoring near and long term consequences of conspicuous bias in the ongoing dispute affecting the sources behind malfeasance.

Meanwhile, the secret talks held in Amman, Jordan on September 10, 2013 between al-Qaeda affiliated al-Nusra front leader Abu Mohammad al-Jolani and western intelligence as well as military officials in preparation for sensitive and strategic hits extended over to Syrian airports and missile bases to facilitate terrorists advantage with emphasis on southern Syria in the more than two and half years turmoil confirms hegemony relentless pursuit for destabilization. 

Moreover, the Israeli ambassador to United States Michael Oren statement on September 17, 2013 to Jerusalem post calling on spearheading regime change agenda based on Israel’s preference for ‘bad guys not backed by Iran to the bad guys in alliance with Iran’ reaffirms Israel as progenitor of terrorism going back to King David Hotel bombing in 1946 and the latest historic 9/11 terror onslaught on American soil.

In conclusion, reiterating the necessity to terminate violence consuming lives by the hour in Syria. The result oriented concerted action stifling procedures attributed to arming mercenaries through international protocol would exemplify integrity in the pledge towards peaceful resolution. 

The global disarmament on WMD encompassing nuclear weapons with UNSC five permanent security members along with Israel and remaining nuclear nations unconditional renunciation is the absolute means for universal peace and stability.

  The shenanigans in 2008 – 2016 as the so-called community organizer deriding the Wall Street as “Fat Cats” in own lexicon while firmly seated on the same Fat Cats’ lap since debut in politics and multipolar 2007 election campaign and thereafter by selling healthy, hardworking ordinary American citizens to health care industry historic scam in the name of the abominable OBAMACARE. 

  In return for trading American average citizens in the health care gimmicks with mandatory health insurance rewarding the combined health care industry with windfall absent stipulations on the health industry to meet fair bargains ignored for mutually exclusive financial gains – cashing and capitalizing with mansions, seaside castles, vineyard estates… on treason in quid pro quo in the healthcare scam and several scams throughout 2009 – 2016 and resumed in 2021 – 2024.

  The young AI specialist Suchir Balaji reported to have died from suicide on Dec 4, 2024 in the common incidents of murder declared suicide having become the norm.

  Governor Tim Walz had the burden to unburden what is and has been of the incumbent administration.

  It is no ordinary task given the magnitude of problems related to the current administration with VP Kamala Harris being responsible as the next in line to Presidency.   As for the mainstream network with insignia as the sly scavenger FOX represented by hosts and anchors salivating on the bait along with counterparts on curbside communication outlets trading journalistic ethics for demolition of democracy peddling Satans’ satanic nuanced scripts are components of the large fraud machine with engine running on recycled fabrication and distortion in epic proportion.

  The combined collaborative efforts expedite their cataclysmic destiny already in progress with precipitous decline together with the entire apparatus behind the gamut on the brink of collapse.

  Accordingly the futile nonsensical defamation via VP clown and other pawns sponsored by media cohorts’ directed at the target to convince imaginary audience in empty theater is the ultimate parody glaring at those in fools paradise.

  Sins and crimes committed with willful malevolence is demonic despotism.

  Importantly, misinformation, disinformation, falsehood, fakery, vicious propaganda, fraudulence and indignation to name a few…via collusion, complicity, complacency and participation in any capacity with the wicked and evil face enormous Karmic ramifications denying the Soul redemption and peace.

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The accused in this matter remain relevant for further legal investigation and proceedings now and in the future.

  देश के सर्कार और उत्तरदायक यानी प्रधान मंत्री को पांच गंभीर प्रश्न जो उत्तरदायित्व है।

  १. देश पूँजी पति के हवाले करके, उन्ही के सेवक बने व्यक्ति प्रधान मंत्री?

  २. देश की सुरक्षा में घटौती लाकर, देश को देश के बाहर आक्रमि चीन के हवाले करने वाले देश के चौकीदार ?

  ३. और तो और आक्रमि देश चीन को आर्थिक भंडार भेंटकर आयात (इम्पोर्ट्स – imports) के ज़रिये, चीन की आर्थिक स्थिति मज़बूत बनाकर फ़िर उसे भारत पर आक्रमण करने की सुविधा देने वाले देश के अर्थशास्त्री और शुभचिंतक नेता और सर्कार?

  ४. इस प्रकार कानून बनानेवाले प्रथम कानून तोड़नेवाले बने और वह एलान करें की वही रहेंगे ५० वर्ष से भी अधिक देश के मुख्या यानी प्रधान मंत्री और वो भी लोक तंत्र गण तंत्र प्रजा को ताना शाही में दबाकर अपनी राजनीति कूटनीति जमाने की योजनाएं में जुड़े तत्पश्चात?

  ५. आखिर देश लोक तंत्र है या केला गणतंत्र (बनाना रिपब्लिक – Banana Republic) जहाँ संविधान नेतृत्व में जन राज्य बदलकर एक अकेले व्यक्ति के इशारे पर उनके क्षति (damaging) निर्णय के चक्रव्यूह में फ़स गया है ?

  Spying, snooping, eavesdropping, surveillance, perversion via invasion of home, personal space and life to detect anything illegal. Never mind the illegality of such indulgence.  The wrong doers in search of wrong doings waste own life on earth.

  The specialists in personal attacks whether direct or innuendo using proxies from own inventory leave an indelible mark about their personality. They are as follows – weakness, insecurity, dishonesty and guilt…among myriad complexities in them in handling truth about them and their actions in life. The relentless personal assaults and individual profile distortion against their target is predominantly related to own inability to defend indefensible track record.

  The worst human behavior is starting and causing the crisis. Subsequently grandstanding the crisis without an iota of integrity. Again amidst obnoxiously slight human intelligence with no regrets or remorse.

  Exploitation – Who is to be blamed for exploitation?

  The exploiters or the exploited?

  Both. As long as the exploited allow exploitation to continue with no end in sight, the exploiter would exploit normalizing the trend. The exploited realization of the abuse ending exploitative situation is a direct and effective response to exploitation.

  Those who embark on restoring freedom beginning with their domain would add some credibility.

  The definition of freedom is liberty to choose in life. Having a choice to accept or reject anything unfavorable is the real alternative.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  The necessary precautionary measures from home owner like tarp on the roof even protecting the leased solar panels to avert substantial property damage including solar panels and subsequent liability to solar panel lessor i.e. the company involved in the matter are not reimbursed and expense declined as not the company responsibility.

  These issues clarify the status as anything but freedom.

  In light of such reality, it would be fair to say the customer in such unfair and unreasonable deals are the ones affording the company’s much touted philanthropy in a war zone besides contributing to extravagant hobby such as space travel.

  The corporate overture on restoring freedom would be appropriate upon being made available to customers in practicality in own ventures and enterprise.

  Liars live in denial. They conscientiously decline  reality due to lack of integrity. They dwell in falsehood. They rely on fabrication and fraudulence. They try to run away from themselves despite being prisoners of guilt with unwillingness to introspect and accept fact within.

  Soul searching is persona non grata – unwelcome for them.

  Instead they lie to themselves and the outside world. In doing so, they voluntarily deceive themselves and others. They are also users, abusers and exploiters as a result. They scapegoat anyone they think are a fair game to defend their indefensible offense, deception and criminality.

  They are obsessed with external facade rather than internal cleansing alleviating burden on soul. Those who lie to get anywhere in their life are usually miserable cheaters and knowingly live a dishonorable life.

They conveniently placed the rest in the lower tiers of the hierarchy and exerted control over the religion they adopted upon arrival in India following the conclusion of Indus Valley Civilization.  The word Hindu and accordingly Hinduism is a foreign named identity.

  It has nothing to do with the ancient sacred spirituality presided by God Shiva – the Supreme Soul epitomizing the light, energy and sound encompassed as audible, visual and sensed energy within.

  The sacred symbol and syllable OM originating at the dawn and creation of the universe epitomize the interconnectivity of light, sound and energy experienced in five sensory organs of sight, hearing, breathing, taste and touch.

  The mantra OM is related in other religions as AUM and Amen in acknowledgment of the Soul within in connection with the Supreme Natural Phenomenon.

  Similarly, the greeting salaam or As-salamu alaykum in Islam ending in OM sound and in Judaism the greeting Shalom has OM meaning Peace.

  The hideous casteism in Indian society was sowed by foreigners as Aryans and Kazhar Ashkanazi Jews claimed as such by the brahmins in Indian society.

  हुआ यूं की कुछ व्यक्ति अंधेर नगरी के सेवक बने। अंधेर नगरी काला धन और काली करतूतों के लिए ही प्रसिद्ध है। जब यह सच खुलकर सामने आया तो वे व्यक्ति जो अपने आप को प्रधान सेवक कहते फ़िरते हैं, हालांकि यह सेवक हैं पूँजी पतियों की और मुख्या का रूप धारण करते हैं केवल आम जनता पर रोभ जमाने के लिए। जैसे गरीब किसान, मज़दूर, आदिवासी, अन्य समुदाय के नागरिकों को पिछड़े वर्ग में दखेलकर और धर्म यहाँ तक भगवान का भी राजनीति और सौदा करते हैं। जब अंधेर नगरी की पोल खुली तो पूँजी पतियों के सेवक की कुर्सी हिलने लगी। यह तो होना ही था।

  यह प्रयास इन्हें सिवाय निराश और अपमान के अलावा कुछ नहीं बाँट रहा है इनको, तब भी यह अपनी हार मानने को तैयार नहीं।

  अब तक इनका कब्ज़ा धन, दौलत, शोहरत और सत्ता तक था। अभी यह लोग इज़्ज़त के ठेकेदार भी हो गए। इनको इतना तो पता होनी चाहिए की इज़्ज़त देने वालों को ही इज़्ज़त मिलती है। जो दूसरों की अस्तिव को अपना बनाकर, उनके व्यक्तिगत अधिकार छीनकर फ़िर उन्हीं को निशाना बनाने वाले, भला उन्हें ही इज़्ज़त की पाठ पढ़ाएंगे?

  कब यह अपनी गलती पर ध्यान देंगे? इनका तो यही मानना है की यह लोग कभी किसी को हानि पहुंचाते नहीं। किसी के साथ अन्याय कर ही नहीं सकते।

  यह प्रकृति के नियम है जिसे किसी के लिए भी बदला नहीं जाता। जिन्हें भी इस प्राकृतिक के परमपरा से समस्या हो, उन्हें इस दर्ति में अनेकों बार जनम लेकर इस वातावरण का आदी होना पड़ता है। ज़रूरी नहीं इन्हें मनुष्य रूप ही प्राप्त हो।

  3. Shed your ego, arrogance and prejudice of all kinds in an effort towards self- cleansing and soul-searching leading to clarity on the importance of life not just yours but also others near and far.

  5. Have courage and integrity to admit failures and accept responsibility.

  Unfortunately, with the exception of those having exploited the same for their exclusive benefits driven by their negative traits and trend not without consequences in reaping what one sows in life.

  Anything and everything you do via falsehood, propaganda and manufacturing phonies, proxies, puppets and pawns tied to unscrupulous, nefarious and criminal activities continue to backfire at you and them with many having met their Karma for their involvement.

  Get a life. Live your life to make it meaningful and purposeful for you and you alone are responsible for your deeds and sins that you must settle sooner than later for any redemption and salvation which at this point in time is dismal and even impossible.
