Afghanistan – Sovereignty on Sale in BSA with United States

The Loya Jirga approval of bilateral security agreement with United States including provisions granting immunity to foreign personnel on crimes against Afghan citizens is essentially sovereignty sale for a price paid towards members support prolonging occupation in Afghanistan.

Furthermore, invitation to those individuals favoring BSA and barring the rest opposed to the treaty in Loya Jirga voting process is anything but democratic defining the principles and direction the country will be led under foreign subjugation.

United States pressure on Afghan leaderships to seal the deal despite overwhelming public protests to foreign troops presence in Afghan soil and continuous drone attacks preying on children, women and men verify status quo extension upon Afghan Parliament consensus on the controversial pact. 

The illegal invasion of Afghanistan has fomented violence, proliferated narcotic production and legitimized widespread corruption denying the war torn nation stability and consequently economic and social development.

When external powers rule sovereign country imposing laws in direct violation of human rights and national constitution, the identity is lost with no recognition for native population self-determination prerogatives and territorial integrity.

The thirteen years military aggression in Afghanistan produce massive casualties on all sides, economic liabilities for both aggressors and victim nation and persistent insurgency in resistance to foreign intervention.

Afghanistan security cannot be established through imperial dominance responsible for turmoil with no desire to promote peace.

The real beneficiaries in the thirteen years quagmire are those dependent on arms and drugs profits at the local and global citizens expense knowing well that these activities claim innocent lives and target vulnerable segments depriving them of existence and life with dignity.

Afghanistan proceeding with BSA is surrender of national independence allowing occupiers to deplete natural resources and wealth shared among the self-proclaimed privileged members showing no remorse for death and destruction since military operation onset.

Besides, any nation’s authorities ignoring republic will at imperial powers behest could not be representative of the people and swearing allegiance to foreign usurpation confirm treasonous act committed with impunity.

The irony in this issue is Afghans fleeing their homeland due to foreign forces atrocities ranging from shooting rampage to rape, torture and unlawful detentions during night raids and relentless drone assaults are declined even temporary refuge on arrival in any of the invaders shores witnessed in Australian policy towards oppressed asylum seekers while the foreign powers and coalition assert authoritarianism insisting on militarization of the embattled state. 

Afghanistan has choices to reject prevalent conditions and free the nation from colonization.  Afghan youth and remaining society could come forward and assume control over their destiny rather than leaving the decisions to entities least concerned about Afghan lives and livelihood compromised in the contentious accord.

National freedom and personal liberty are non-negotiable and more than decade old warfare has undermined Afghan sovereignty with drones, warrantless searches of Afghan homes, prison camps without legal recourse and last but not the least declaring Afghanistan as a failed state incapable of self-governance.

Afghanistan has unique opportunity to demonstrate resilience and potential required for nation building possible with patriotism and solidarity.

Afghan history is testimony to the fact that imperialism unrealistic goals and pursuits evidently counterproductive resulting in empires collapse.

The true benefactor would exit Afghanistan in 2014 heeding to domestic call for complete withdrawal and pledge to repair and restoration costs incurred in the aftermath of foreign interference that could lead to long overdue economic progress.

United States – Happy Thanks Giving! (2013)

Thanks Giving provides reason to reflect on events and express gratitude for benefits and gains even though such appreciation at any time rather than on special occasion would promote better relations in society.

The Native American tradition honoring earth for bountiful crops demonstrated importance on planet protection that in return guarantee good harvest, clean air and water – the necessities in life. 

Environment preservation abandoning pursuits and techniques contributing to pollution and contamination could reverse the trend from disasters to positive development.

The contemporary practice fomenting violence through warfare, terrorism and use of nuclear component attributed to habitat destruction and species extinction.

The endless wars involving chemical attacks and nuclear proliferation comprising missile testing on deserts and oceans cause ecological imbalance with ripple effects on food chain.

Industrialization encroachment on rain forests in Amazon and African savannah with deforestation, over fishing and poaching activities respectively impact conditions essential to sustain life.

The persistent abuse of land, air and sea aimed at natural resource depletion ignores the adversity endangering existence of all beings including those responsible for the detriment.

Thanks giving originating from culture that worshipped nature prevalently disregard the requirement to contain icecaps melting in the Arctic and Antarctic, soil erosion leading to massive flooding and mountaintop removal with dynamites for mining…despite serious repercussions experienced worldwide.

The ordinary custom extending beyond meeting and greeting family as well as friends on this holiday pledging support to national, humanitarian and environment cause would exemplify individual and collective duty incumbent on inhabitants.

Whenever the source generating life and energy confronted with systemic violation of standards due to excess greed, the valleys and rivers nurturing plants and diverse species begin to decline decreasing survival opportunity.

The immediate priority is to save the treasure cove under water, on ground surface and in the sky to avert catastrophic weather producing economic problems with infrastructure and livelihood damage.

Neglecting earth would mean denying sanctuary along with supplementation and salvation process.

Whether Keystone XL pipelines project in the United States or global nuclearization – these decisions threaten evolution with risks outweighing economic and political prospects now and in the future.

Evidently conservation with appropriate actions expanding green revolution is the viable solution to safeguard biodiversity.

Iran – Nuclear Deal With P5 + 1 in Geneva

The nuclear deal between P5 + 1 viz. United States, Britain, France, Russia, China and Germany and Iran recognizing Iran’s nuclear enrichment rights with no new sanctions regarded as the preliminary step towards nuclear standoff resolution.

Although P5 + 1 initial measure could ease unnecessary tensions and unwanted provocations,

The fact of the matter is IAEA and UN reports along with United States and Israel’s military as well as intelligence authorities have found no evidence in the alleged Iran’s advanced  nuclear activity.

Iran as signatory to Non Proliferation Treaty maintains the nuclear program is for peaceful purposes and accordingly reserves such opportunity.

Nonetheless the existing economic embargo and financial restrictions on Iran based on unsubstantiated claims hurt P5 + 1 credibility with intentions to sustain pressure limiting nuclear enhancement.

The truth is the individual and collective P5 + 1 nuclear status in the absence of similar inspections and verifications on their stockpiles endanger global stability and security.

Unless there is acknowledgment among P5 + 1 to this effect, the discriminatory policy targeting nations like Iran and North Korea with crippling sanctions only promotes exceptionalism allowing major nuclear powers to accelerate accumulation barring accountability.

United States, Britain and Israel use of nuclear weapons and components arguably catastrophic and yet P5 + 1 non-compliance considering legacy and prevalent geopolitical dominance prolonging illegal invasion and occupation of foreign land remains existential threat to humanity at large.

Hence, P5 +1 leading the rest of the world in nuclear disarmament would deliver meaningful outcome on nuclear talks rather than intense negotiations with Iran – the non-nuclear member of NPT pledged to peaceful cause.

Besides imperial powers aggression not excluding potential nuclear warfare in the all options are on the table rhetoric cannot be ignored with preference for volatility rejecting peace and democracy anywhere.

Additionally, Chernobyl and Fukushima nuclear accidents, United States nuclear sites leakage and radioactive waste contamination of rivers along with Russia’s experience in series of fire incidents involving atomic submarines are some of many environment disasters harming life.

The Russian atomic powered submarine Tomsk fitted with two nuclear reactors caught on fire near Vladivostok in September 2013 and previously in December 2011Yekaterinburg carrying nuclear missiles on board engulfed in flames in northwestern Russia preceded by the Kursk nuclear submarine explosion on sea claiming 118 seamen lives in August 2000 serve as reminders on nuclear hazards in the contemporary setting.

Further, the nuclear states ICBM and diverse capability testing in the ocean increases vulnerability to ecological damage leading to planet deterioration.

The unanimous decision to renounce nuclear ambitions and proliferation with enactment of international laws enforced without exceptions is the immediate priority to alleviate constant risks from nuclear related ramifications.

Failure to change course from nuclearization to nuclear free zone could precipitate irreversible consequences with pervasive impact.

Earth protection is directly linked with removal of nuclear arsenal and other weapons of mass destruction.  The P5 + 1 submission to nuclear and WMD renunciation given the substantial inventory in possession would eliminate nuclear pursuits in the foreseeable future.

Hopefully reason and reality would guide choices resulting in universal safety and survivability.

Afghanistan – Bilateral Security Agreement with United States is Renouncing Sovereignty

United States troops withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2014 is negotiated through bilateral security agreement (BSA) for extension beyond scheduled date.

The pact includes controversial provisions such as grand immunity to foreign forces on crimes against Afghan citizens and nightly raids of Afghan homes without warning and warrants involving rape, killings and unprecedented violence towards Afghan people.

United States, NATO and foreign alliance illegal invasion and occupation of Afghanistan using 9/11 as pretext while sparing Israel and Saudi Arabia behind September 11 attack with then U.S. administration and intelligence committee complicity evidently a major political and military debacle  having learned nothing from previous experience.

Afghanistan war into thirteenth year since military intervention in October 2001 claimed thousands of innocent lives in that country and neighboring Pakistan as well as armed  personnel especially United States and Britain sustaining heavy losses and yet all casualties dismissed as collateral damages in the imperialistic quest unheeding ground reality.

The so-called war on terror evolving into terrorizing Afghan children, women and men regardless of age with drone attacks, intrusion conducting searches in Afghan houses at odd hours, detention of young Afghans in Bagram prison and centers run by western allies – Britain, Germany and Australia has reached a crescendo in foreign aggression prompting Taliban retaliation both ignoring civilian deaths in the war ravaged nation.

United States, Britain and coalition defense force misconduct ranging from shooting spree of Afghan population, burning holy Quran to desecration of deceased Afghans not regarded as crimes in the security arrangement despite the incidents constituting violation of national and international laws not barring human rights abuse in the typical civilized world.

On the economic front, the imperial powers tradition to destroy culture and social fabric maintained with poppy cultivation leaving nearly 1.5 million citizens addicted to drugs and those promoting narcotic trade profiteering from Afghan and rest of the world destruction due to contraband distribution in open and black markets ruining more lives to benefit self-proclaimed privileged members parasitic existence.

Afghanistan denied of economic growth also corrupted with foreign occupiers bribery to stifle nation building and accordingly declared a failed state lacking potential for self-governance justifying subjugation under colonial entity.

Reiterating the fact on corruption causing human suffering worldwide, the foreign political apparatus subservient to oligarchy and imperial era remnants care less about citizens anywhere whether domestic or abroad enforcing agenda prolonging status quo.

Afghan Loya Jirga representing tribal and rural community along with Parliamentary members entrusted with responsibility to cast votes on citizens behalf in accepting or rejecting deal with United States have unique opportunity to demonstrate national loyalty in declining monetary incentives from foreign and local authorities engaged in swaying decisions to Afghanistan detriment.

The elders from Loya Jirga and people representatives in Parliament are at crossroads to make political history honoring public opinion on BSA i.e. overwhelmingly in opposition to foreign presence on Afghan soil.

They bear collective responsibility in arriving at consensus that could liberate Afghanistan from imperial dominance and end foreign extension bringing relief to Afghans in the endurance of unlawful drone assaults and nightmare attributed to midnight ransacking of Afghan humble dwellings carried out with no regrets or remorse.

As for Taliban containment, United States and NATO sponsored terrorism in Libya, Iraq, Mali and now Syria hiring al-Qaeda and affiliates not excluding Taliban as allies ironically are adversaries in Afghanistan to perpetuate militarization of the nation.

Imperialism ascension and expansion in Afghanistan resulted in empires collapse providing valuable lessons on greed motivated violence with inevitable impact on the source.

Besides, wasting tax dollars in trillions on Afghanistan and Iraq wars arguably counterproductive considering ill consequences on the western and global economy.

The only beneficiaries could perhaps be drone manufacturers and investors seeking perennial harvest from heroin production discarding self-deterioration in the illusive pursuit for geopolitical monopoly.

Afghanistan government and heads of tribal groups rising to the occasion in recognition of Afghan will on BSA calling for unconditional and complete removal of all foreign deployment is the only alternative to reclaim Afghanistan freedom.

The concessions in this regard consenting to imperialistic aspirations would mean surrender of sovereignty and sacrificing Afghan future with irreversible outcome.

Hence, Afghan youths and others in civil society persistence to free Afghanistan could be exemplified in reminding Loya Jirga leaders and Parliament members not to compromise on Afghanistan territorial integrity and national identity in the critical decision making process.

Nations have choices for resistance or retention of vassal statehood subscribing to foreign feudalism.

Choosing former option would be restoring personal and national independence.

Contrarily, the latter is submission of destiny to authoritarianism.

Hopefully wisdom and patriotism would guide Afghanistan in the establishment of peace, stability and justice necessary for pervasive prosperity.

Syria – Geneva 2 Peace Conference 2013

The Syrian crises into third year continues to consume innocent lives with unabated destruction from western powers and local allies sponsored terrorism aimed at national and regional destabilization.

Syria compliance with chemical weapons disarmament per Washington and Moscow agreement provides basis to expedite Geneva 2 Conference without procrastination or false pretexts to protect citizens from foreign terror.

The western powers especially the United States and allies viz. Israel and Saudi Arabia reliance on unsubstantiated claims to deter political solution on Syria confirms the lack of respect for life and humanitarian plight inflicted on Syrian people.

Neither Saudi Arabia nor Israel and United States including other western forces have any legitimacy to initiate demands given the direct involvement as sponsors, facilitators and financiers of terror networks in Syria and throughout Middle East as well as the rest of the world.

Syria’s cooperation with UN and Organization for Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) evidently sets precedence for major WMD stockpile holders such as United States, Israel, Britain, France, Germany, Russia and China…to follow suit that would then authenticate effort to save humanity from mass destruction considering the nations legacy on invasion of foreign land notwithstanding nuclear status never brought to independent verification and inspection.

The preconditions from Saudi Arabia and western nominee Syrian National Coalition representing al-Qaeda and al-Nusra Front in Syria calling for weapons supply and Syrian government removal from office clarify serious intentions to proceed with carnage much to self-detriment.

Geneva 2 peace talks is the way forward to end foreign funded and armed conflict in Syria now affecting neighboring states like Lebanon, Iraq, Turkey, Egypt and Jordan.

Any delay in scheduling the event would exacerbate Syrian population suffering with alarming UNHCR reports on citizens displacement reaching approximately 9 million and the nearly three year old proxy war costing Syrian economy more than $100 billion due to deliberate damages to key infrastructure not sparing schools, university campuses, day care centers, hospitals, religious holy sites and several public premises since conflict onset.

Accordingly terminating violence with ceasefire is the immediate priority that would demonstrate western powers sincerity and commitment towards democracy, human rights and peaceful resolution.

Organizing Geneva 2 summit similar to initiatives over Syria’s biological inventory even though the accusers were proved to be behind every chemical attack in Syria is necessary to avert turmoil expansion already experienced in the Middle East.

The participants unconditional pledge to peace plan in recognition of Syrian sovereignty and self-determination rights during Geneva 2 accord alongside lifting economic sanctions against innocent citizens in Syria – the real victims in the foreign imposed warfare are fundamental requirements in promoting viable strategy that guarantees political stability.

Failure to implement peace proposal beginning with arms embargo and withdrawal of aggression only escalates tension and casualties leading to pervasive misery.

The global solidarity urging the nations leaderships responsible for Syrian unrest to bring terror operations to conclusion is critical in addition to holding the perpetrators behind crimes against humanity accountable.

Hindu Festival – Happy Diwali!

Diwali is the festival of lights celebrated every year throughout India and elsewhere by Indian diaspora. 

The joyous occasion commemorates various events in Hindu religion with a common denominator being the importance of virtues and righteousness providing guidance in self-purification necessary for purposeful life.

In the arduous journey involving birth and death, the human form endowed with six senses and relevantly the discriminatory power to distinguish between right and wrong facilitates checks and balances leading to disillusionment.

Life is a gift and appreciation as such for other lives and well being sow the seeds of love and compassion yielding returns for deeds beneficial to all.

Life experience is an education necessitating review and reform in recognition of repeat errors hurting self and surrounding upon continuation of actions proved counterproductive. 

The resistance to change reflective in results of engagement is due to self-denial and false sense of satisfaction despite failures in pursuit of illogical aspirations precipitating decline. 

Furthermore the reluctance to modify thoughts abandoning negativities contributes to internal chaos and confusion that eventually impairs normal function.

Human mind overcoming shortcomings like greed, envy, ego, prejudice and hatred prompting violence as the means to achieve goals is the preliminary step towards self-emancipation from personal guilt that would ultimately liberate the soul from eternal suffering.

Life offers choices for individuals to exercise discretion and discernment in decisions setting the direction dependent on preferences in this regard. 

The conscientious dealings and deliberate indulgence in harmful performance delivers outcome accordingly even though any success might be temporary due to inherent flaws and plain dishonesty.

On Diwali, the tradition to meet and greet family as well as friends sharing delicious sweets and different preparations creates harmony reminding the essence of cultural heritage rich in customs and human values enhancing prospects for peaceful co-existence.

The fireworks decorating the skyline and colorful lights on homes and temples are not merely symbolic but also emphasize the natural potential to dispel darkness within and around through illumination.

Diwali is an opportunity to energize human spirit spreading peace and positive attributes paving way for a promising future.

May the auspicious festivity with spiritual grace eliminate all obstacles in the arrival of Golden Age i.e. Satyug expeditiously marking the end of the Dark Age otherwise known as Kalyug.

Human suffering emanates from lack of freedom to reverse status quo attributed to shadow power dominance in politics, economics, social and religious affairs. 

Identifying shadow elements reining control over nearly seven billion lives on the planet is pertinent and importantly the facilitators in leadership role as heads of state and legislators are instrumental in promoting agenda against national interest. 

Politics epitomize corruption committing treasonous act and betrayal of trust with no accountability.

The political system in disguise as democracy is embedded with sources exerting influence albeit not without legislative, executive and judicial branch cooperation and complicity.

The commercialization of politics enables elected representatives and appointees lucrative deals with economic sector and other groups comprising local as well as foreign entities for exclusive benefits at the vast majority expense.

Again the profiteering shared among economic and political dealmakers targets average citizens and actual taxpayers considering the profiteers avoid taxes shifting national debt burden on mainstream population lasting several generations.

Similarly policies aimed at geopolitical advantage legitimize illegal operations and hypocritical stances redefining laws exempting violators from any compliance.

The essence of politics to serve constituents, electorate and the nation at large ominously missing with members entering political field barring rare exceptions utilize political clout for wealth amassment stashed away in secret bank accounts and tax havens ironically on the crime syndicate oversight denying people of respective nations means to redeem assets despite the illegitimate cash flow depleting national treasury. 

Politics is also pursued for ambitions not necessarily favorable to citizens electing candidates to represent them. 

The tradition pledging allegiance to campaign financiers and alliance with potential investors focused on specific goals continues regardless of such engagement resulting in breach of constitutional oath affecting national credibility with people forced to bear ultimate responsibility. 

The latest development in politics evidently a major detriment to victims is en masse subjugation and suppression of basic rights such as free speech, peaceful assembly and dissent increasingly quelled with excess force and violent crackdown exemplifying the position of authority.

The political election being staged to fulfill formality, deception prevails amid fear mongering to maintain existing conditions notwithstanding financial bargains on legislation depriving economic gains in national context.

Politics reliance on threats and harassment through pervasive surveillance treating citizens as possessions is to inhibit challenges against political leaderships systemic abuse of power and unscrupulous strategies to implement anti-democratic rule.

The other tactics involve subversion, distortion and propaganda evading onus on egregious decisions with adverse impact leaving people at the authorities mercy.

Yet another way to stifle checks and balances is false flag events carried out with destruction of evidence not excluding those deployed for that purpose witnessed in U.S. Special forces deaths subsequent to Abbottabad, Pakistan mission.

The self-assigned privileges transferring power from people to political apparatus varies with misuse of intelligence services for spying and espionage activities, income tax agency advised to follow administration instructions conforming to intimidation while tax fraud is common phenomena in politics.

Furthermore, in the domestic front the aggressive measures against political exposure – speaking from personal experience is not limited to character defamation but also extended in causing economic liabilities, financial restrictions, preventing health care access and environmental assault through Chem trails i.e. spraying carcinogens in the air and predator drones hovering regularly besides constant cyber attacks to deter truthful revelations.

Whereas in the international domain, nations and the respective governments perceived as adversaries are subjected to military intervention, proxy war sponsoring terrorism, economic sanctions and air space denial to foreign leaders during overseas travel. 

Additionally, extrajudicial executions of United States citizens and drone strikes abroad ignoring civilian casualties of innocent children, women and men are regarded executive prerogatives in modern politics.

Elsewhere, prominently in the so-called democracies corruption dictates standards with a price tag to avail public service alongside bureaucracy stalling normal processing contributing to inefficiency and procrastination on government response even in judicial matter.

The electoral success for candidacies marred with scandals and criminal charges is due to flawed procedure and eligibility criteria other than serious irregularities ranging from vote rigging with counterfeit currency distribution bribing voters to simply disregarding the requirement for free and fair election.

Religion and social issues also configure prospects in the vote bank politics fomenting polarization in society.

Politics is analogous to thriller suspense entertainment in terms of controversies, conspiracies, violence, treason and collusion with conglomerate sworn to secrecy in defiance of transparency owing to grand immunity on crimes against humanity.

The cloak and dagger driven politics denounce patriotism and defends criminality reflective in loyalty to enterprise espousing values undermining sovereignty.

In adherence to precedence, the political establishment support for feudalism transforming independent statehood to vassal state irrespective of nuclear capability indicative of corruption governing politics. 

Political governance representative of the needy rather than the greedy is the only alternative to prevalent declining structure that would guarantee stability and viability for a meaningful democracy.

The customary practice in politics rejecting republic will and enforcement of political class doctrine although qualifies as authoritarianism; the persistence in this aspect confirms departure from democratic nature.

However, with people as workers, consumers, taxpayers and voters could reclaim power and democratically appoint government of the people, by the people and for the people.

The prerequisite for institutional change is to rise to the occasion in solidarity transcending barriers for general aspiration to free the nation from plutocracy and restore constitutionality with electoral reform prohibiting private and external funding of political campaigns otherwise strictly allowing public financing accompanied by spending cap to run for office.

Initiatives on election rule modification would then lead to political refinement providing basis for economic recovery alongside addressing social and environment problems.

People empowerment exercising human right in dismissal of stagnant politics and failed ideology would alleviate ordinary citizens plight strengthening national productivity.

Finally, mass movement consolidating efforts in eliminating corruption is the immediate priority for better and bright future.

Youth power with technology could be the catalyst in expediting republic governance.

Since the illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq in 2003, violence continues with weapons influx proliferating arms race among UNSC permanent powers competing against one another through delivery to terror networks via partners in the region and the other directly to government enabling the real beneficiary – defense industry financial gains from innocent blood.

Iraq has been earmarked for destabilization to rein control over oil reserves with imperialism historic reliance on sedition for infiltration.

Sectarianism is the means to prolong unrest in society debilitating government and economy for foreign dominance.

Furthermore, the atrocities committed in Iraq during U.S. and coalition military aggression shielded and suppressed from accountability denying people justice with the trend continued in arbitrary drone attacks and deregulation of arms industry perhaps to achieve global powers depopulation agenda.

Iraq rocked with explosions and bombings preventing normal existence is to generate perception on foreign presence as the only reliable security even though outside intrusion for mass subjugation remains the main source behind human suffering in the country, region and worldwide.

The destruction of Iraq designed to split the nation similar to Libya allowing shadow powers exploitation.   

Strangely, the terror masters failure to acknowledge inevitable ramifications affecting them sooner than later despite experience in Libya confirms the myopic policy on involvements in foreign land jeopardizing own safety and credibility. 

Iraqi resilience demonstrated in national unity and solemn pledge to purge terrorism could thwart foreign instigation in the country. The unanimous representation would exemplify civilian rejection of criminal activities facilitated with plutocracy extensive support to terror networks undermining sovereignty.

Again, the response to foreign powers supremacy syndrome posing existential threat to humanity at large lies in national awakening to defend territorial integrity and self-determination rights persistently under assault to establish governance subservient to self-proclaimed privileged class consuming world resources for personal wealth accumulation lasting over generations defying contentment.

Unless arms trade driven profiteering to boost economy at the expense of weak and vulnerable citizens around the world desist alongside universal nuclear and WMD disarmament, the precipitous decline of major powers and cohorts responsible for human plight imminent in the near future.

Iraq citizens’ patriotism rekindling spirit like the brilliant sun energizing life dispels darkness within and around guarantee sustainability.

The so-called government shut down in the United States with leaderships in the executive and legislative branch in irreconcilable position merit fair evaluation considering the impressive congressional bipartisanship without Presidential veto threat on issues related to Wall Street, AIPAC and warfare funding including sponsoring terrorism up until now delivered to the respective proponents satisfaction.

However, the prevalent choreographed standoff attributed to Tea Party – a political faction in public perception and otherwise a smokescreen for subversion and deflection from actuality allowing real contributors and participants behind manufactured crises to advance the agenda.

Post 9/11 – In the false flag event the United States mainstream was initially targeted producing massive casualties and subsequently the unprecedented terror act used as premise for civil rights infringement introducing Patriot Act, FISA, NSA, ACTA and NDAA for subjugation en masse. 

The paradigm shift in the transfer of power from congress to the executive branch also transpired following 9/11 facilitating excess Presidential authority that led to institutionalizing unlawful detentions in Guantanamo Bay, legitimized renditions with secret prison camps overseas accompanied by torture not barring water boarding and the unabated drone attacks exponentially risen under the current administration. 

United States constitution irrelevance is evident in the privately owned Federal Reserve control of money supply and monetary policy with immunity from congressional or independent audit and accountability despite implications regarding unaccounted multi-trillion dollars of tax payer funds from national treasury.

Accordingly the constitutional law increasingly discarded in all three branches of the government.

Having rendered the constitution redundant, the forces espousing global dominance are in the process of eliminating people from governance and since congress members are elected to represent the electorate – the congressional dismal performance with approval rating at 5% provides opportunity to further empower Presidency under special and foreign interests management alienating citizens in national legislation.

The political system departure from democracy exemplified in the incumbent administration war against whistle blowers,

The NSA surveillance legalized by state appointed court shrouded in secrecy defying transparency,

The office of Presidency exercising extra judicial executions in recent years,

The congressional subpoenas disregarded in Benghazi investigation,

The distortion of facts and falsifying reports for congress authorization on military intervention and,

 Last but not the least, the NDAA enactment enabling government predisposition against United States citizens as potential terror suspects without probable cause for trial under military tribunal denying them due legal course alludes to martial law with commander-in-chief as the supreme authority.

The prolonged stalemate generating the impression that all sides agree to disagree indefinitely when the same establishment function in perfect harmony to appease  specific sources clarifies the existing gridlock as political catharsis declining republic will and significance in the expeditious transformation from civilian representation to exclusive loyalty to anti-democratic plutocracy.

Whenever checks and balances to curtail abuse of power rejected, such responses endanger national identity and independent status.

The solution to the crises is for citizens across the spectrum to proclaim sovereignty in restoring constitution guided government emphasizing the right to withhold federal tax payments upon the executive and legislative leaderships failure to reach amicable settlement obligatory on them to mitigate losses in the economic sector and national credibility.

Finally, United States political, economic and social recovery perhaps possible with renouncing NSA activity and disenfranchisement of the Federal Reserve as the Central Bank leading to moral renaissance.

Afghanistan – Ending Foreign Occupation is the Passage to Peace and Real Freedom

The immemorial false flag 9/11 event in the United States to implement Project for New American Century targeting nations including regime change agenda on non-cooperative governments commenced with illegal invasion of Afghanistan in October 2001.

United States and NATO aggression against Afghanistan into thirteenth year has claimed scores of lives on all sides especially Afghan population killed on the ground through U.S. and International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) night raids and aerial drone attacks as well as the prolonged occupation fomented militancy using locals in resistance to foreign troops presence.

On the economic standpoint, the 13 years warfare has cost U.S. and allies taxpayers in trillions leaving them with mounting debt and western governments flair for austerity directed at citizens lifeline programs and services offset stimulus via consumer spending stunting required growth.

Meanwhile, the western nations defense budget and funding towards wars ever increasing, there is no inclination for complete withdrawal facilitating arms and finance industry profiteering from incessant turmoil.

Afghanistan on the other hand continues to suffer in terms of economic, political and social progress with corruption and violence disrupting stability necessary to overcome various challenges confronting the war torn nation. 

Western involvement in Afghanistan maintaining poppy production accelerated weapons trade and distribution to factions perpetuating combat situation used in justifying the requirement for permanent military base undermining national sovereignty.

As for western training of Afghan national army and other contingencies – the futile exercise apparently causing major rift between domestic and foreign brigades evident in American as well as British soldiers shooting rampage responded with Afghani member attack on U.S and NATO convoy escalating tension in the war fatigued country. 

Furthermore, United States engagement with Taliban and al-Qaeda in the region is rather paradoxical since they are declared enemies in Afghanistan and allies in Syria. 

Pakistan initiated talks between United States and Afghanistan Taliban in Doha, Qatar prompted the militant group to assert the representation as the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan with a separate flag providing the basis for Kabul government and Afghan Peace Council to reject the controversial and unconstitutional disposition.

Afghanistan quagmire emanating from foreign intrusion for geopolitical dominance at the expense of Afghan misery has reached a crescendo. 

The ramifications are not only limited to Afghan victims but also experienced by the aggressors in sustaining economic liabilities and armed forces casualties thus far.

Historically, Britain, the former Soviet Union and subsequently the United States and NATO colonized Afghanistan until now survived the worst conditions demonstrating Afghan resolve to defend territorial integrity.

The external powers destructive course promoting narcotic cultivation and using the territory for ammunition stockpiles experimentation ignoring civilian deaths is the reason behind deterrence to foreign extension of stay beyond 2014.

In the backdrop of devastation and deterioration in U.S. and ISAF troops morale, the atrocities committed with impunity arguably remain the bone of contention in the ongoing discussion on bilateral security agreement (BSA). 

Afghanistan rural elders and tribal leaders in the Loya Jirga and Afghan national assembly along with entire society share responsibility to protect the nation and citizens from foreign abuse expected to evolve into pervasive subjugation upon granting indefinite military deployment regardless of size and intended purpose.

Any nation that allows foreign establishment in political, economic and military affairs against national and republic interest essentially surrender statehood and individual freedom besides the precedence in violation of sovereign duty to safeguard independence.

Afghanistan declining status quo seeking unconditional and comprehensive withdrawal of all foreign entities not barring intelligence agents as overt and covert operatives would decisively set the stage for national reconciliation amongst segments legitimately in opposition to outside usurpation.

Taliban energized from Saudi Arabia funded elements in neighboring Pakistan renouncing terror and fundamentalism with respect for Afghan compatriots and women in particular would exemplify pledge to Afghan liberation currently in the process of submission when national freedom should be non-negotiable upholding the inalienable right of all to be free.

Afghanistan restoring viable governance at all levels nationwide eliminating foreign and regional influence for vested prospects and strategic gains are the cornerstone in the emergence as a formidable state meeting self-sufficiency and reliability in resolving  crises.

The leaders and people in Afghanistan are at crossroads to rescue the nation from chaos and persistent bloodshed affecting the social fabric of the present and future generation.

Afghanistan has unique opportunity to disinherit the identity as a failed state due to western policy premised on supremacy concept despite overwhelming Afghan sentiment expressing persona non grata to such enforcement.

The proof of Afghanistan valor and resilience is available in national legacy having thwarted perennial colonization not to mention the fate of empires viz. Britain and ex-Soviet Union dissipation following the misadventure.

Afghanistan can once again rise to the occasion in solidarity and assume control over national safety and other matter without dependency on powers responsible for economic debilitation and destruction of their land.

  Above all, the presence of both male and female hormones viz. testosterone, the male hormone and estrogen, the female hormone are prevalent at varying levels in all male and female species.

  The humans in particular, revealed in anatomy and physiological characteristics such as the chest in a male similar to that of a female with the latter only enlarged due to mammary glands.

  Likewise, some women tend to have dense body hair, thick growth on their arms and legs from the higher level of male hormone triggering these physical features that are otherwise common in men.

• India – Supreme Court Ruling on Godhra Pogrom in 2002

  The Godhra pogrom against innocent civilians largely muslims, Hindu and other denominations in 2002 undergoes political spin by the central government headed by PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. In this regard, the victim widow Zakia Jafri’s plea against SIT ruling on the violence involving Narendra Modi is propagated as the case dismissed by the Indian Supreme Court.

  However, the so-called dismissal verdict by the three-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar, Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and CT Ravikumar do not bear the signatures of neither of the three justices in this apparent ruling.

  The unsigned court ruling – the omission of three SC justices signatures in this ruling confirm the verdict not delivered by the Supreme Court.

  The SC’s three judge bench remark quoting “the Indian democracy is under threat” verbatim and subsequently the court ruling delivered without signatures from any and all three of them confirm the decision on vindication of the accused is null and void.

  Accordingly, the misconstrued vindication of the accused viz. the former Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and others listed in Mrs. Zakia Jafri’s court filing is invalid.

  The definition of freedom is liberty to choose in life. Having a choice to accept or reject anything unfavorable is the real alternative.

  For instance, the solar panel lessee not having a choice with payment options other than the one and only method set up by the electric car company acquired solar power installation. Similarly, binding the lessee on long term contractual agreement with no exit plans.

  Last but not the least, not addressing emergency situation during heavy rain and stormy weather resulting in roof leaks from poorly installed solar panels causing property damage.

  1. Stop listening to and following devils and renounce being the devils’ advocate.

  2. Respect others rights as you expect to be done to you. Never claim anything in material or identity that is not yours and will ever be regardless of subversion and manipulation.

  3. Shed your ego, arrogance and prejudice of all kinds in an effort towards self- cleansing and soul-searching leading to clarity on the importance of life not just yours but also others near and far.

  4. Be yourself. Don’t engage in falsehood and fraudulent act.

  5. Have courage and integrity to admit failures and accept responsibility.

  Greed enslaves human mind directed at self-destructive course. Those consumed by greed experience misery in living and upon death. The actions prompted by greed invariably lead to tragic end. Greed is worse than any deadly disease inevitably terminating the source and all those influenced by the negative trait. Similarly infringement on others rights, illegal claims and usurping in any manner is carcinogenic and definitively cause unmitigated disaster for all those involved in the preventable malfeasance.

  Result – End up losing everything including anything held before.

  Remedy – Refraining from anything that never belonged to them and will never be theirs despite asserting sly woeful dominance.

  Defeat your enemy within, you win love all around.

  When others define you, that is impression. When you define yourself through your inner abilities and deeds that is self-realization – Nirvana.

  Merit translated into delivery quintessential in evaluating performance.

  No matter how many fakes and impostors you produce to stymie my authenticity and identity as a woman of ethnic background, mother, great leader, honest and honorable humanitarian besides other noble attributes which I mention with humility that has positively served many from different walks of life.

  Unfortunately, with the exception of those having exploited the same for their exclusive benefits driven by their negative traits and trend not without consequences in reaping what one sows in life.

  Anything and everything you do via falsehood, propaganda and manufacturing phonies, proxies, puppets and pawns tied to unscrupulous, nefarious and criminal activities continue to backfire at you and them with many having met their Karma for their involvement.

  The Sun rise in the East and your persistent efforts to sabotage natural cosmic event proved counterproductive many times over. Not to mention your folly and ignorance leading you to self-defeating cause.

  Get a life. Live your life to make it meaningful and purposeful for you and you alone are responsible for your deeds and sins that you must settle sooner than later for any redemption and salvation which at this point in time is dismal and even impossible.
