Sincere condolences offered to victims’ dependents and survivors of yet another earthquake in Iran.

The second seismic activity within ten days from the previous one in Bushehr province reportedly measuring 7.5 occurred in southeastern province of Sistan and Baluchestan bordering Pakistan.

Considering the losses experienced on all accounts – lives in general along with homes and infrastructure destruction from such events,

Investments in technology providing updates on tremors and variable developments in the region located on fault lines responding to either natural or other simulations would be significant for local and national authority preparation and emergency relief operation.

Further innovations in seismology and electromagnetic fields besides 24/7 surveillance on vibrations would mitigate damages and facilitate safety methods ranging from secure building construction to life protection mechanism.

Citizens in Iran like fellow citizens in Syria, North Korea and Cuba enduring United States and EU imposed economic sanctions restricting access to many essentials including pharmaceutical drugs critical to treat rare illnesses continue to remain resilient in dealing with crises and this extraordinary strength enables them to overcome ordeal.

Wishing the people of Iran and authorities swift recovery from the tragedy for rapid restoration to normalcy in affected territory.

Peace to Iran!

Peace to all!

Thank you.
