The latest on Indian Central government in New Delhi  affiliated terrorism on foreign soil, this time in the United States in the assassination plot against U.S. citizen of Indian origin Gurpatwant Singh Pannum, reportedly an attorney and political activist is reflective of compulsive behavior adapting old habits die hard.

No surprise after having successfully engaged in Canadian turf in the assassination of Canadian Sikh Hardeep Singh Nijjar in June 2023 with Indian government PR machinery, state owned and controlled entire media platform and Hindutva fundamentalist apparatus denial despite prima facie and subsequent hard core evidence directly from the horses’ mouth – Indian diplomatic and bureaucracy confirming the Indian state involvement in the murder of the Canadian citizen Hardeep Singh Nijjar.

The political regime in New Delhi trajectory from Godhra violence in Gujarat pogrom in 2002 of more than 3000 citizens in own State of Gujarat, among the victims the Muslim children, women and youth targeted in then Gujarat state and the incumbent New Delhi leaderships authorized violence conveniently saffron washed in the trail to accession of power as the National authority in New Delhi in 2014 until now.

The pact between the corrupt criminal incumbency in New Delhi and similar variety among political so-called opposition is to prolong status quo on the understanding the black money and embezzlements hoarded in offshore accounts by all would be safe in the absence of accountability from any and all.

The arrangement is in adherence to external forces diktat to subvert democracy with puppet regime. 

Accordingly, the election is reduced to cattle trading with bribe and bullying the elected representatives to change position. The weaponization of the public funded income tax agency, the domestic intelligence and other government apparatus are abused to the core to intimidate the political targets.

The name-sake political opposition entrenched in corruption and criminality are the insurance policy for the incumbency in New Delhi considering own record exceed them in that context.

The election in the so-called largest democracy is farcical. The election is rigged with 3 out of 4 state elections in favor of the failed fraud incumbency in exclusive service to domestic oligarchy.

The token positive outcome to any other political faction in the state elections is to deceive the electorate as free and fair process. The gimmick is in semblance with the past controversial trend in cricket sport illegal match-fixing with the pre-arranged results.

The arrest warrant issued against then Chief Minister of the Indian State of Gujarat and current Indian Prime Minister was thwarted with personal intervention by then United States Presidency Barack Obama in 2014.

The supposedly left wing Democrat leadership overarching unprecedented rescue interjection for an ultra fundamentalist right wing Hindutva leadership convicted of crime against citizens of own statehood and nationality, the premise for the United States to decline travel visa to the latter during Chief ministership of Gujarat. 

The practice only worsened from 2014 – till date with the BJP government celebrating the exoneration with garlands and greetings of the gang rapists of the Muslim woman victim in then Gujarat State sponsored 2002 riot attracting global attention.

Importantly, the BJP government in New Delhi with the head of the state, the Prime Minister as the official chief of the fundamentalist organization RSS whose member Nathu Ram Godse assassinated Mahatma Gandhi, the freedom movement icon behind India’s independence from colonial British Raj immediately following independence.

Mahatma Gandhi’s assassin Nathu Ram Godse is hailed a hero and commended for his criminal action by the ruling BJP head of the nation and the rest of the party.

There is a distinctive RSS represented BJP legacy in political assassinations and terrorism since inception of the RSS further radicalized under the present BJP leadership and head of the government.

The New Delhi ruling power association in the espionage activities by former Indian Naval Senior members on Israel’s behalf to gather information on Qatar Naval submarine project resulted in conviction of all eight Indian operatives as Israel’s spy agents facing death sentence in accordance with Qatar judicial law.

The global focus on New Delhi regime’s transnational terrorism is necessary to maintain international rule of law consistently violated in such incidents with utter disregard for foreign sovereignty and foreign nationals safety and security.

Politics and political leaderships are primarily bound by rules and standards without exception. The crimes committed are no longer subject to political impunity, retiring the long held tradition – considering the violations from the political helm are in epic proportion flouting international rules and ethics otherwise applicable to all regardless of status.
