Secret Society – The Conglomerate Paradoxical Paradigm

By Padmini Arhant

Bill and Melinda Gates foundation engaged in addressing global poverty level and disease control is a worthy cause.

However, the Microsoft founder and world’s richest individual Bill Gates participation in Secret Society meeting where policy discussions and decisions on global population are made prohibiting disclosure of minutes of meeting to the world with attendees sworn to secrecy is contradictory to stated principles of western democracy.

The Secret society conclave deploying violent means in denying access to real press and public with high profile members apparently in agreement to such practice raise credible concerns about globalists agenda.

The Secret Society existence exerting control over more than seven billion people in the so-called free world is ominous for universal benefit and progress.

The selective few in the world claiming entitlement to global resources and accordingly waging wars, sponsoring terrorism and destabilizing nations, imposing starvation through illegitimate sanctions, issuing nuclear threats for personal gains and vested interests is the cause for global impoverishment and preventable disease.

Bill Gates disassociation and denouncing such Secret Society rather than presence at the closed door gathering would confirm the Gates foundation genuine commitment to alleviate human suffering.

Otherwise, the Secret Society and the conglomerate responsible for humanity plight sharing thoughts on mitigation is analogous to setting fire and pose to extinguish flames ignited by them in the first place.

The influential members in society responsible role in refraining from promoting globalists counterproductive strategy would contain half of human misery.

The disingenuous position never delivers desirable outcome. Contrarily changing course would provide opportunity for a better future benefitting all.

Thank you.

Charm or Jinx

Padmini Arhant

Is it charm or jinx behind Western Secret Society backed women representatives in politics?

Hillary Rodham Clinton – Presidential bid proved unsuccessful twice.

Angela Merkel – Strong advocate of austerity especially on Greece exacerbating economic recession.  Flip flop on refugee crisis having contributed to the issue with EU lifting ban on weapons supply to terror networks strengthening terrorism in Syria arguably haunt those responsible for humanitarian disaster. The economic woes among EU members and refugees situation is a conundrum in the upcoming election in Deutschland.

Sonia Gandhi – Scandals outweighed any positive achievement.

Benazir Bhutto – Second attempt to assume office led to assassination.

Aung San Suu Kyi – The west honored Nobel Laureate lack of response to internal ethnic problem concerning Rohingya Muslims attracting criticism.

When you are favored by the west, expect the worst is evident thus far.

The reason is the syndicate fomented misogyny through proxies (interestingly mostly women) in different capacity such as columnists, publicists and performers following scripted material are hired for the task much to self-embarrassment and folly.

Perhaps, the contrary from the west viz. prejudice, hatred, indignation and denial of respect and original identity is a blessing.

Thank you.

The Ruling Class

By Padmini Arhant

When rules and laws in society are only meant for law abiding ordinary citizens and not those who flagrantly violate position, influential status and authority,

Then that system is fundamentally flawed and becomes the bedrock for corruption, human rights violation and systemic abuse of power.

The stark contrast in the application of law on average citizens vs. immunity to individuals and entities with proven track record conforming to criminal actions that are punishable by law for regular people and more so upon the offender be a minority or different ethnic background is ominous for any nation especially the kind poised as democracy.

All are equal and therefore none are held above the law remains only in concept not practice.

As it has been well said before;

When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny.

In the contemporary environment, the State actors with their promoters and defenders in the Corporate media, news organizations, entertainment industry and importantly campaign financiers, judiciary in the mutual favors and any available alibi are lock step and barrel with the ruling class providing free pass on involvements affecting citizens lives including men and women in uniforms against national interest.

The communication media – the news, television and social media serving as the platform for distraction from issues demanding serious attention explains the intricate network designed to evade accountability and mislead the public with mindlesss information and events filling newspaper columns and TV programs to maintain status quo.

The topic will resume shortly.

Supreme Court Nominee – Solicitor General Elena Kagan

July 1, 2010

By Padmini Arhant

The Senate Judiciary Committee hearing to confirm the Supreme Court Nominee – Solicitor General Elena Kagan is in process.

Solicitor General Elena Kagan upon confirmation would succeed the retired Supreme Court Justice, John Paul Stevens to the United States Supreme Court.

Notably, the appointment would strengthen the female representation to one-third on the current bench.

While it still remains a minority. it’s a significant social progress made in recent years to the highest court on land.

President Barack Obama’s commitment in this respect is praiseworthy.

Since the hearing commencement, the Solicitor General Elena Kagan has responded patiently and diligently to most if not all of the issues raised by the distinguished panel.

The Solicitor General’s disposition conforms to the previous appointees for similar position.

Therefore, it’s not unprecedented in the Senate confirmation hearing.

Although, departure from such tradition would benefit public confidence in the potential lifetime appointee entrusted with judicial duty on life and death matter.

The Senate members posed many important issues to ascertain the nominee’s position. Some were politically motivated and the majority relevant to the cause.

Solicitor General Elena Kagan’s background and credentials has been under scrutiny from the early introduction to until now.

The Supreme Court nominee is profiled for better understanding and in some instances caricatured to place the aspirant in spotlight depending on the critics’ “ethical” standard.

Solicitor General Elena Kagan stellar academic and career achievements have rightfully earned the recognition leading up to the Supreme Court nomination.

The buzz about the nominee from the beginning was her lack of experience in the capacity as a ‘Judge,’ despite the precedence set by the Supreme Court predecessors, the latest being the former Justice William Rehnquist nominated by the Republican President Ronald Reagan.

During the Senate hearing, the nominee, Elena Kagan had to address diverse issues ranging from:

The executive power, Congressional deference, corporate influence, political activism – a common attribute towards the democratic nominee by the opposition, past incidents linked to,

The military recruitment on college campus including clarification on personal statements and memos to determine adaptability to the existing judicial view.

Solicitor General Elena Kagan maintained throughout the session that she would strictly adhere to the Constitutional law and not attempt to interpret it differently for political or any other reason.

Further, the Solicitor General elaborated on personal humility and pledged to respect the precedential settings on historic hearings notwithstanding the Supreme Court recent ruling safeguarding the second amendment.

In addition, some Senate members sought assurance from the nominee on the denial of Habeas Corpus to detained terror suspects apprehended from civil or combat environment.

The nominee in agreement with “battlefield law, including indefinite detention without a trial, could apply outside of traditional battlefields.”

International law was extensively discussed against the Constitutional law to establish the nominee’s priority pertaining to the academic period as the “Dean at Harvard Law School.”

In other controversial social issues such as abortion, gay military personnel and the “Don’t ask, don’t tell,” policy, the Solicitor General confirmed the published views.

Protecting women’s health and highlighting the drawbacks from depriving the gay members to serve the nation on equal basis.

However, in the related subjects the nominee Elena Kagan reportedly stated the following:

Source: Wikipedia.org – Elena Kagan

“ 1. From 1995 to 1999, Kagan served as President Bill Clinton’s Associate White House Counsel and Deputy Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy and Deputy Director of the Domestic Policy Council.

While serving in that position, Kagan co-authored a May 13, 1997 memo to the President urging him to support a ban on late-term abortions stating that, “We recommend that you endorse the Daschle amendment in order to sustain your credibility on HR 1122 and prevent Congress from overriding your veto.”

2. In 1996, she wrote an article in the University of Chicago Law Review entitled, “Private Speech, Public Purpose:

The Role of Governmental Motive in First Amendment Doctrine.” Kagan argued that government has the right, even considering the First Amendment, to restrict free speech, when the government believes the speech is “harmful”, as long as the restriction is done with good intentions.

3. During her solicitor general confirmation hearing, she said that “there is no federal constitutional right to same-sex marriage.”

Also during her solicitor general confirmation, Kagan was asked about the Defense of Marriage Act, under which states don’t have to recognize same-sex marriages from other states. She said she would defend the act.”

In due fairness to the nominee’s statements, the approach to defend the constitution is a primary judicial responsibility.

At the same time, if exercising empathy in the decision-making is characterized as ‘social activism,’ then similar considerations to the authorities in the executive and legislative branches not barring the corporations exceed the judicial power granted within the confines of the law.

Unfortunately, it’s a growing trend hindering justice particularly on ethical misconduct in the democratic system.

Again, the Solicitor General perceptions on the basic human rights – women’s health, freedom of expression superseding the second amendment in the Bill of Rights, and gay rights is lacking in candor consequentially the clarity on the fundamental law that –

“All are created equal and hence qualify for the equal application of law.”

Social injustice based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender discrimination, economic status…are explicitly prevalent given the human progress in other tangible fields.

The political, economic and religious institutions intrusion in justice has the ‘average’ human life hanging in balance with the hope that justice is served by taking into account,

Obedience to the law as well as the facts and evidences authenticated by the conscionable action to be impartial.

Solicitor General Elena Kagan is regarded for her intellect, consensus building, hard work and thoughtfulness, the valuable assets that would not only contribute to the enriched Supreme Court representation, but also empower the nation’s highest court with additional perspective.

If confirmed, Solicitor General Elena Kagan would have the opportunity to be a superb Supreme Court Justice.

Best Wishes to the Solicitor General Elena Kagan in all her endeavors.

Thank you.

OP-Ed: A Mother’s Plea for Justice

December 7, 2008

Every incident is due to cause and effect phenomenon.

It is apparent from the earlier blogpost, A Mother’s plea for justice, a heart-wrenching experience presented by Mrs. Kathi Hutchins –

In the case of Marine Sergeant, Larry Hutchins, the family maintains that their son had to deal with a split second decision leading to insurmountable sorrows and the young child’s future hanging in balance.

The victim’s family may think otherwise regardless of the characterization of the victim.

Obviously, the examination of all facts is necessary prior to arriving at any conclusion.

Nevertheless, in the People’s Republic one is innocent until proven guilty.

The issue is, whether Marine Sergeant Larry Hutchins deserves the kind of treatment he is currently subject to for the shooting incident.

Further, all those charged for any wrongdoing are entitled to due process and humane treatment by law enforcement authorities without any bias or prejudice.

Any attempt to compromise fair trial to serve the determined goal by legal representatives is an assault on legal system set up to deliver justice.

The judiciary is for monitoring the establishment of legal practices in any trial and protecting the civil and human rights of all involved.

If the advocates of law and order fail to honor the core value of justice, then it is appropriate to assume an ulterior motive as the cause for impropriety.

Meanwhile, the predisposition to convict Marine Sergeant Larry Hutchins –

This will destroy many lives in the Hutchins family.

It is not going to resurrect the victim of this incident.

If the victim was an unarmed civilian rather than an insurgent or a combatant, then victim’s family is entitled to respect, sympathy and necessary aid to recover from the terrible tragedy.

At the same time, the victim’s family could reach out to the Hutchins family in an act of forgiveness and oppose revenge as —

“An eye for an eye will only make the world go blind.”

Besides, the victim will live through the opportunity for the entire Hutchins family to survive in peace and unity, particularly the innocent child Kaylie whose life and future are at stake due to this unfortunate incident.

I hope that the judicial system will view all of these facts and in consideration for the future of many lives will pardon and acquit Marine Sergeant Larry Hutchins in the pending trial.

The truth is life matter.

Thank you.
